The metabolism of phenelzine (2-phenylethylhydrazine) by rat liver microsomes yields phenylacetaldehyde, 2-phenylethanol, and ethylbenzene. A carbon radical is formed during the oxidative metabolism of phenelzine that reacts with the prosthetic heme of cytochrome P-450 and irreversibly inactivates the enzyme. The radical has been spin-trapped, isolated, and shown by mass spectrometry to be the 2-phenylethyl radical. The metal-free pophyrin derived from the prosthetic heme group has been isolated and identified as N-(2-phenylethyl)protoporphyrin IX. The metabolism of phenelzine, an alkyl hydrazine, thus yields a carbon radical that inactivates cytochrome P-450, is converted to a hydrocarbon by hydrogen atom abstraction, and reacts with spin traps or (presumably) alternative cellular targets.  相似文献

Cytochrome P-450 is destroyed during catalytic oxidation of several 4-substituted 3,5-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine substrates. A qualitative correlation has been found between the ability to destroy cytochrome P-450 and the stability of the 4-substituent as a radical. Destruction of the enzyme by the 4-ethyl (DDEP), 4-propyl, and 4-isobutyl analogues is due to transfer of the 4-alkyl group from the substrate to a nitrogen of the prosthetic heme, a process which gives rise to isolable N-alkylprotoporphyrin IX derivatives. Little enzyme destruction is observed when the 4-alkyl group is of low radical stability (methyl, phenyl) and good destruction, but no isolable heme adducts when the 4-substituent is of very high radical stability (isopropyl, benzyl). Spin-trapping studies have established that the 4-ethyl group in DDEP is lost as a radical as a result of oxidation by cytochrome P-450. Of three commonly used spin traps, only alpha-(4-pyridyl-1-oxide) N-tert-butylnitrone was found suitable for such studies. The other spin traps, 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline-N-oxide and alpha-phenyl N-tert-butylnitrone, were found to be ineffective, the latter because it strongly inhibits cytochrome P-450. Hydrogen peroxide formed in situ can support a part of the cytochrome P-450-catalyzed ethyl radical formation and DDEP-dependent self-inactivation. The results provide persuasive evidence that oxidation of the nitrogen in DDEP by cytochrome P-450 proceeds in one-electron steps. Cytochrome P-450 may thus function, at least with certain substrates, as a one-electron oxidant.  相似文献

The heme in rat liver microsomal cytochrome P-450 was labeled with 14C or 3H and the microsomes were fractionated after in vitro incubations with a variety of agents known to destroy cytochrome P-450 heme. A major fraction of the heme label was irreversibly bound to apoprotein in all cases, including incubations with fluroxene, 1-octene, vinyl bromide, trichloroethylene, vinyl chloride, parathion, cumene hydroperoxide, NaN3, or iron-ADP complex. Label was also extensively bound to apoprotein when purified and reconstituted cytochrome P-450 was incubated with NADPH and vinyl chloride. This process appears to be widespread and involved to a significant extent in the cytochrome P-450 heme destruction observed with many compounds.  相似文献

The distance between FITC-modified lysine 384 of cytochrome P-450 LM2 and the active site, heme, was estimated by fluorescence energy transfer measurements. To avoid differential labelling of P-450 LM2 for protection of the alpha-amino group from FITC modification, deconvolution of measured fluorescence decay curves using a double exponential model was performed. A value of 2.7 nm was obtained for the distance FITC (lysine 384) - heme. This distance is too large to account for a direct electron tunneling from prosthetic group to prosthetic group at this interaction site between reductase and P-450 LM2.  相似文献

The relative potential of various structural isomers (III, XIII) and various 2,4-side chain modified analogs of heme (iron-protoporphyrin IX) to incorporate into rat liver hemoproteins, cytochrome P-450(s), and tryptophan pyrrolase was examined. Such assessments for hepatic cytochrome P-450 relied on generation of reconstitutible apocytochrome(s) P-450 by suicidal alkylation of the existing prosthetic heme moiety by allylisopropylacetamide (AIA) in vivo. Subsequent replacement of the prosthetic heme was brought about by incubating the apocytochrome(s) P-450-enriched preparations with a particular heme isomer or analog. Structure-function relationships of the reconstituted isozymes were assessed in microsomal preparations by monitoring cytochrome P-450 content (structure) and its mixed function oxidase activity (function). In parallel, the relative ability of these heme isomers and analogs to functionally constitute hepatic tryptophan pyrrolase was also assessed by monitoring the relative increase in holoenzyme activity when preparations deliberately enriched in constitutible apoenzyme were incubated with each of these compounds. The findings reveal that 2,4-side chain modifications on the heme IX skeleton markedly influence the function of the constituted hemoproteins possibly by affecting their structural assembly through steric, electronic, and/or hydrophobic interactions with the corresponding apoproteins. Furthermore, these studies not only reveal that the structural specifications of the active prosthetic site of rat liver cytochrome P-450(s) differ from those of tryptophan pyrrolase, but also that the structural specifications of these mammalian hemoproteins for their prosthetic heme differ considerably from those reported for their bacterial counterparts.  相似文献

In this report we provide data, for the first time, demonstrating the conversion of the heme moiety of certain cytochrome P-450 and P-420 preparations, to biliverdin, catalyzed by heme oxygenase. We have used purified preparations of cytochromes P-450c, P-450b, P-450/P-420c, or P-450/P-420b as substrates in a heme oxygenase assay system reconstituted with heme oxygenase isoforms, HO-2 or HO-1, NADPH-cytochrome c (P-450) reductase, biliverdin reductase, NADPH, and Emulgen 911. With cytochrome P-450b or P-450/P-420b preparations, a near quantitative conversion of degraded heme to bile pigments was observed. In the case of cytochrome P-450/P-420c approximately 70% of the degraded heme was accounted for as bilirubin but only cytochrome P-420c was appreciably degraded. The role of heme oxygenase in this reaction was supported by the following observations: (i) bilirubin formation was not observed when heme oxygenase was omitted from the assay system; (ii) the rate of degradation of the heme moiety was at least threefold greater with heme oxygenase and NADPH-cytochrome c (P-450) reductase than that observed with reductase alone; and (iii) the presence of Zn- or Sn-protoporphyrins (2 microM), known competitive inhibitors of heme oxygenase, resulted in 70-90% inhibition of bilirubin formation.  相似文献

Chloroperoxidase and H2O2 oxidize styrene to styrene oxide and phenylacetaldehyde but not benzaldehyde. The epoxide oxygen is shown by studies with H2(18)O2 to derive quantitatively from the peroxide. The epoxidation of trans-[1-2H]styrene by chloroperoxidase proceeds without detectable loss of stereochemistry, as does the epoxidation of styrene by rat liver cytochrome P-450, although much more phenylacetaldehyde is produced by chloroperoxidase than cytochrome P-450. Chloroperoxidase and cytochrome P-450 thus oxidize styrene by closely related oxygen-transfer mechanisms. Horseradish peroxidase does not oxidize styrene but does oxidize 2,4,6-trimethylphenol to 2,6-dimethyl-4-hydroxymethylphenol. The new hydroxyl group is partially labeled in incubations with H2(18)O but not H2(18)O2. The hydroxyl group thus appears to be introduced by addition of oxygen to the benzylic radical and water to the quinone methide intermediate but not by a cytochrome P-450-like oxene transfer mechanism. The results support the thesis that substrates primarily or exclusively react with the heme edge of horseradish peroxidase but are able to react with the ferryl oxygen of chloroperoxidase.  相似文献

N-alkanes induce the synthesis of cytochrome P-450 mRNA in Candida maltosa   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In the yeast Candida maltosa the level of cytochrome P-450 was 100-300-fold higher in alkane-grown cells than in glucose-grown ones (detected by a radioimmunoassay). It was shown immunochemically (1) that this was not the result of an assembly of preexisting apoenzyme with the prosthetic heme group. By cell-free translation of total poly(A)RNA in a wheat germ system and subsequent immunoprecipitation it was shown that the amount of mRNA coding for cytochrome P-450 paralleled its concentration in the cell.  相似文献

Nitric oxide has emerged as an important mammalian metabolic intermediate involved in critical physiological functions such as vasodilation, neuronal transmission, and cytostasis. Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) catalyzes the five-electron oxidation of L-arginine to citrulline and nitric oxide. Cosubstrates for the reaction include molecular oxygen and NADPH. In addition, there is a requirement for tetrahydrobiopterin. NOS also contains the coenzymes FAD and FMN and demonstrates significant amino acid sequence homology to NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase. Herein we report the identification of the inducible macrophage NOS as a cytochrome P-450 type hemoprotein. The pyridine hemochrome assay showed that the NOS contained a bound protoporphyrin IX heme. The reduced carbon monoxide binding spectrum shows an absorption maximum at 447 nm indicative of a cytochrome P-450 hemoprotein. A mixture of carbon monoxide and oxygen (80%/20%) potently inhibited the reaction (73-79%), showing that the heme functions directly in the oxidative conversion of L-arginine to nitric oxide and citrulline. Additionally, partially purified NOS from rat cerebellum was inhibited by CO, suggesting that this isoform may also contain a P-450-type heme. NOS is the first example of a soluble cytochrome P-450 in eukaryotes. In addition, the presence of FAD and FMN indicates that this is the first catalytically self-sufficient mammalian P-450 enzyme, containing both a reductase and a heme domain on the same polypeptide.  相似文献

The isozymes 2 and 4 of rabbit microsomal cytochrome P-450 (LM2, LM4) have been studied by resonance Raman spectroscopy. Based on high quality spectra, a vibrational assignment of the porphyrin modes in the frequency range between 100-1700 cm-1 is presented for different ferric states of cytochrome P-450 LM2 and LM4. The resonance Raman spectra are interpreted in terms of the spin and ligation state of the heme iron and of heme-protein interactions. While in cytochrome P-450 LM2 the six-coordinated low-spin configuration is predominantly occupied, in the isozyme LM4 the five-coordinated high-spin form is the most stable state. The different stability of these two spin configurations in LM2 and LM4 can be attributed to the structures of the active sites. In the low-spin form of the isozymes LM4 the protein matrix forces the heme into a more rigid conformation than in LM2. These steric constraints are removed upon dissociation of the sixth ligand leading to a more flexible structure of the active site in the high-spin form of the isozyme LM4. The vibrational modes of the vinyl groups were found to be characteristic markers for the specific structures of the heme pockets in both isozymes. They also respond sensitively to type-I substrate binding. While in cytochrome P-450 LM4 the occupation of the substrate-binding pocket induces conformational changes of the vinyl groups, as reflected by frequency shifts of the vinyl modes, in the LM2 isozyme the ground-state conformation of these substituents remain unaffected, suggesting that the more flexible heme pocket can accommodate substrates without imposing steric constraints on the porphyrin. The resonance Raman technique makes structural changes visible which are induced by substrate binding in addition and independent of the changes associated with the shift of the spin state equilibrium: the high-spin states in the substrate-bound and substrate-free enzyme are structurally different. The formation of the inactive form, P-420, involves a severe structural rearrangement in the heme binding pocket leading to drastic changes of the vinyl group conformations. The conformational differences of the active sites in cytochromes P-450 LM2 and LM4 observed in this work contribute to the understanding of the structural basis accounting for substrate and product specificity of cytochrome P-450 isozymes.  相似文献

Cytochrome b5 has been genetically engineered to afford a fluorescent derivative capable of monitoring its association with cytochrome P-450cam from Pseudomonas putida [Stayton, P. S., Fisher, M. T., & Sligar, S. G. (1988) J. Biol. Chem. 263, 13544-13548]. In the mutant cytochrome b5, threonine is replaced by a cysteine at position 65 (T65C) and has been labeled with the environmentally sensitive fluorophore acrylodan. In this paper, the physiological P-450cam reductant putidaredoxin, an Fe2S2.Cys4 iron-sulfur protein, is shown to competitively inhibit the cytochrome b5 association, suggesting that cytochrome b5 and putidaredoxin bind to a similar site on the cytochrome P-450cam surface. Since the crystal structures for both cytochrome b5 and cytochrome P-450cam have been solved to high resolution, the complex has been computer modeled, and a good fit was found on the proximal surface of nearest approach to the P-450cam heme prosthetic group. The proposed model includes electrostatic contacts between conserved cytochrome b5 carboxylates Glu-44, Glu-48, Asp-60, and the exposed heme propionate with cytochrome P-450cam basic residues Lys-344, Arg-72, Arg-112, and Arg-364, respectively. Putidaredoxin has similarly been shown to contain a carboxylate-based binding surface, and the current results suggest that if the model is correct, then it also interacts at the proposed site, probably utilizing similar P-450cam electrostatic contacts.  相似文献

Modification of cytochrome P-450 with fluorescein isothiocyanate   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) has been shown to be selectively attached to the N-terminus of cytochrome P-450 LM2. The N-demethylase activity of cytochrome P-450 LM2 reconstituted systems modified in this way was inhibited by 25%. As revealed by CD measurements the overall conformation as well as the immediate heme environment of cytochrome P-450 LM2 remained unchanged after attachment of the FITC molecule. The binding affinity of modified cytochrome P-450 LM2 toward benzphetamine and aniline and the cumene hydroperoxide- or H2O2-supported N-demethylation of benzphetamine are maintained. However, the introduction of the electron via NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase (EC 1.6.2.4) is impaired after modification of the alpha-amino group. The extent of reduced modified cytochrome P-450 LM2 in the cytochrome P-450 reductase-supported reduction reaction is diminished and the half-time of the reduction is increased. The diminished reducibility is ascribed to steric hindrance of groups directly involved in the interaction between cytochrome P-450 LM2 and NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase or to blocking of the charge-pair interactions between the alpha-amino group of P-450 LM2 and the respective negatively charged group of NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase. By energy-transfer measurements distances between the heme and the alpha-amino group of 2.65 and 3.97 nm for the oligomeric and the monomeric forms of P-450 LM2, respectively, have been determined.  相似文献

Mechanism-based destruction of cytochrome P-450 (P-450) and P-450 heme is observed during the oxidation of N-cyclopropyl and N-cyclobutyl benzylamines. The slower inactivation by the cyclobutylamines relative to cyclopropylamines is consistent with known relative rates of ring opening of cycloalkyl-substituted aminium radicals. Evidence was found that porphyrin meso adducts of the type reported for horseradish peroxidase and cyclopropanone hydrate (Wiseman, J. S., Nichols, J. S., and Kolpak, M. X. (1982) J. Biol. Chem. 257, 6328-6332) were not formed. Radiolabels from cyclopropylamine substrates were covalently attached to protein but essentially only from the cyclopropyl portion and not the benzylic portion. Neither label appeared to be bound to extractable heme; however, during oxidations with cyclopropylamines, labeled P-450 heme became covalently attached to protein. Oxidation of 1-phenylcyclobutylamine by P-450 yielded 2-phenyl-1-pyrroline and 2-phenylpyrrolidine, and the ring expansion is interpreted as evidence for the existence of aminium radicals based on precedents with monoamine oxidase (Silverman, R. B., and Zieske, P. A. (1985) Biochemistry 24, 2128-2138). In addition, purified P-450PB-B oxidized N-(1-phenylcyclobutyl)-benzylamine to N-(1-phenyl)cyclobutyl phenyl nitrone, identified using spectral techniques. This transformation involves two sequential oxidations with either a hydroxylamine or benzylidene intermediate. While P-450 oxidized the amine to both compounds, only the hydroxylamine was rapidly oxidized to give the nitrone. The ring expansion and nitrone products are interpreted in the context of aminium radical intermediates involved in the mechanism of P-450-catalyzed amine oxidation.  相似文献

Administration of allylisopropylacetamide (AIA) produces a dose-related destruction of the heme moiety of the phenobarbital-induced subspecies of hepatic cytochrome P-450. This results in delayed plasma disappearance of the inactivating agent as determined after injection of [14C]AIA. In phenobarbital-pretreated rats, infusion of heme reversed this AIA-mediated impairment of the plasma disappearance of [14C]AIA. In the absence of phenobarbital pretreatment, cytochrome P-450 destruction by AIA was minimal and heme infusion failed to enhance plasma disappearance of [14C]AIA. Since exogenously administered heme is incorporated into hepatic cytochrome P-450 in vivo, these observations suggest that the infused heme restored the functional capacity of the phenobarbital-induced mixed function oxidase system by substituting for the prosthetic heme moiety destroyed by AIA. Heme infusion is a potentially useful therapeutic modality for enhancing drug biotransformation after intoxication with compounds that inactivate cytochrome P-450.  相似文献

In vivo administration of the alcohol dehydrogenase inhibitor pyrazole induces a cytochrome P-450 isozyme. The pyrazole-inducible cytochrome P-450 has been purified from rat livers to electrophoretic homogeneity and its biochemical, spectral, and immunological properties characterized. The final preparation had a specific content of 11 nmol of cytochrome P-450/mg of protein. A single band with an apparent molecular weight of 52,000 was observed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The absolute spectrum of the isolated pyrazole cytochrome P-450 displayed peaks at 648 and 396 nm, suggestive of a high spin cytochrome. The ethylisocyanide difference spectrum exhibited two maxima, one at 457 nm, the other at 428 nm. Pyrazole and dimethyl sulfoxide produced binding spectra with the purified P-450, with peaks at 425 or 419 nm and troughs at 390 or 386 nm, respectively. K8 values for dimethyl sulfoxide and pyrazole were 21 and 0.04 mM, respectively. The catalytic activity of the pyrazole cytochrome P-450 was elevated with aniline and dimethylnitrosamine (low Km) but not with aminopyrine, benzphetamine, ethoxycoumarin, or ethoxyresorufin as substrates. An antibody against pyrazole cytochrome P-450 recognized a 52,000 molecular weight protein upon reaction with saline microsomes. The intensity of the immunoblot was increased when microsomes isolated from pyrazole, 4-methylpyrazole-, acetone-, or chronic ethanol-treated rats were utilized, but not after phenobarbital or 3-methylcholanthrene treatment. Homology at the amino terminus of 19 amino acids was observed between pyrazole P-450 and the isoniazid-inducible P-450j. Based upon the above catalytic, spectral, and immunological properties, it appears that pyrazole induces a form of cytochrome P-450 which is identical to that induced by ethanol and isoniazid.  相似文献

Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) of substrate-free and substrate-bound forms of the P450 domain of cytochrome P450 BM3 are reported and assigned. Substrate-free P450 yields mixed spin heme species in which the pentacoordinate high-spin arrangement is dominant. The addition of laurate or palmitate leads to an increase in high spin content and to an allosteric activation of heme mode v29, which is sensitive to peripheral heme/protein interactions. Differences between laurate and palmitate binding are observed in the relative intensities of a number of bands and the splitting of the heme vinyl modes. Laurate binding to P450 results in different protein environments being experienced by each vinyl mode, whereas palmitate binding produces a smaller difference. The results demonstrate the ability of SERRS to probe substrate/prosthetic group interactions within an active site, at low protein concentrations.  相似文献

The effects of protein-protein interactions and substrate binding on the structure of the active site of rabbit liver microsomal cytochrome P-450 LM2 have been analyzed by resonance Raman spectroscopy of the monomeric and oligomeric protein in solution. Also H2O2-dependent catalytic activities of the two states have been compared. The two vinyl substituents of the heme exhibit different orientations, as indicated by the frequencies and intensities of their stretching vibrations. One group lies in the plane of the heme and remains unchanged in the two states of cytochrome P-450 LM2, the other is tilted out of the plane. The tilting angle in oligomers was smaller than in monomers. These vinyl stretching modes together with some porphyrin modes, were found to be sensitive indicators of the quaternary structure and of substrate binding. In both the oligomer and the monomer, substrate binding causes changes of the relative intensities of some porphyrin modes and the vinyl stretching vibrations which may reflect modifications of the electronic transitions due to hydrophobic interactions between the bound substrate and the heme. In contrast to the monomeric cytochrome P-450 LM2, benzphetamine binding to the oligomers of this isozyme additionally produces a shift of the spin-state equilibrium. This indicates that in the oligomer the substrate-binding pocket is converted by protein-protein interaction to a structure that forces substrates to interfere with the sixth ligands, inducing an increase of the five-coordinated high-spin configuration. In the monomer the substrate-binding pocket can accommodate benzphetamine without affecting the spin state. Binding of imidazole to the monomeric and oligomeric cytochrome P-450 LM2 produces essentially the same resonance Raman spectra. Apparently the replacement of the native sixth ligand by imidazole disturbs the structure of the active site in such a way that it becomes insensitive to protein-protein interactions. H2O2-dependent N-demethylation of benzphetamine and aniline p-hydroxylation by cytochrome P-450 LM2 did not depend on its state of aggregation.  相似文献

The mechanism of benzene oxygenation in liver microsomes and in reconstituted enzyme systems from rabbit liver was investigated. It was found that the NADPH-dependent transformation of benzene to water-soluble metabolites and to phenol catalyzed by cytochrome P-450 LM2 in membrane vesicles was inhibited by catalase, horseradish peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and hydroxyl radical scavengers such as mannitol, dimethyl sulfoxide, and catechol, indicating the participation of hydrogen peroxide, superoxide anions, and hydroxyl radicals in the process. The cytochrome P-450 LM2-dependent, hydroxyl radical-mediated destruction of deoxyribose was inhibited concomitantly to the benzene oxidation. Also the microsomal benzene metabolism, which did not exhibit Michaelis-Menten kinetics, was effectively inhibited by six different hydroxyl radical scavengers. Biphenyl was formed in the reconstituted system, indicating the cytochrome P-450-dependent production of a hydroxycyclohexadienyl radical as a consequence of interactions between hydroxyl radicals and benzene. The formation of benzene metabolites covalently bound to protein was efficiently inhibited by radical scavengers but not by epoxide hydrolase. The results indicate that the microsomal cytochrome P-450-dependent oxidation of benzene is mediated by hydroxyl radicals formed in a modified Haber-Weiss reaction between hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anions and suggest that any cellular superoxide-generating system may be sufficient for the metabolic activation of benzene and structurally related compounds.  相似文献

The heme moieties of cytochromes P-450 and P1-450 (P-448) have been characterized. CO-binding particles, devoid of cytochrome b5, were prepared from normal or 3-methylcholanthrene-treated animals. Heme was removed by acid-acetone treatment of the CO-binding particles and crystallized. Heme isolated from hemoglobin of the corresponding animals served as a control. Reductive degradation (hydriodic acid) followed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis indicated the presence of opso-, crypto-, hemo-, and phyllopyrrole. Visible spectra of the iron-free tetrapyrroles isolated from microsomal heme and hemoglobin were identical and showed typical aetioporphyrin spectra. Finally, the mass spectra of the tetrapyrrole dimethyl esters isolated from microsomal heme and hemoglobin were identical to authentic protoporphyrin IX dimethyl ester. These data strongly suggest that the heme of cytochrome P-450 and P1-450 are identical and are the same the same as that of hemoglobin, namely protoporphyrin IX.  相似文献

Administration of 3,5-dicarbethoxy-2,6-dimethyl-4-ethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine (DDEP) (a structural analog of the dihydropyridine Ca2+ antagonists) to untreated, phenobarbital-, or dexamethasone-pretreated rats results in time-dependent losses of hepatic cytochrome P-450 content. Functional markers for various cytochrome P-450 isozymes have permitted the identification of P-450h, P-450 PB-1/k, and P-450p as the isozymes inactivated preferentially by the drug. DDEP-mediated cytochrome P-450 destruction may be reproduced in vitro, is most prominent after pretreatment of rats with dexamethasone, pregnenolone 16 alpha-carbonitrile or phenobarbital, and is blocked by triacetyloleandomycin. These findings together with the observation that DDEP markedly inactivates hepatic 2 beta- and 6 beta-testosterone hydroxylase and erythromycin N-demethylase tend to indict the steroid-inducible P-450p isozyme as a key protagonist in this event. The precise mechanism of such DDEP-mediated P-450p heme destruction is unclear, but involves prosthetic heme alkylation of the apocytochrome at its active site in what appears to be a novel mechanism-based "suicide" inactivation. Such inactivation appears to involve fragmentation of the heme to reactive metabolites that irreversibly bind to the protein, but the chemical structure of the heme-protein adducts is yet to be established. Intriguingly, such DDEP-mediated P-450p destruction in vivo also results in accelerated loss of immunochemically detectable apocytochrome P-450p. It remains to be determined whether or not this loss is due to enhanced proteolysis triggered by the structural modification of the apocytochrome.  相似文献
