在标本观察和野外调查的基础上,对西藏的嵩草属Kobresia植物进行了分类学修订,共确认了36种和1亚种。更正了6个类群的学名,它们正确的名称是K. esenbeckii,K. fissiglumis,K. gammiei,K. littledalei,K. myosuroides ssp. bistaminata和K. vaginosa。有13个名称,即K. angusta,K. cercostachys var. capillacea,K. clarkeana,K. curticeps var. gyirongensis,K. deasyi,K. glaucifolia,K. hookeri,K. nudicarpa,K. prainii var. elliptica,K. seticulmis,K. stenocarpa,K. stenocarpa var. simplex和K. williamsii处理为异名,其中K. prainii var. elliptica,K. glaucifolia和K. stenocarpa var. simplex为新异名。发现了西藏分布的一个新记录种密穗嵩草K. handel-mazzettii。还收录了最近发表的假钩状嵩草K. pseuduncinoides和阔鳞嵩草K. woodii。此外,重新编制了西藏嵩草属分种和亚种检索表,并较为详细地登记了各类群在西藏的分布地点。 相似文献

A taxonomic revision of the genus Alternanthera (Amaranthaceae) in Italy is here presented. Field surveys were carried out during the period 2007–2013. Thirty-six herbaria (both European and American) were consulted as well as extensive literature was analyzed. Four taxa are recognized, all of them to be considered aliens native to South America. Information about nomenclature (accepted names, main synonyms, and types), morphology, chromosome number, alien status (at national and regional levels), occurrence in Italy (at regional and provincial scale), ecology (preferential habitat, phenology, and elevation), taxonomical notes, and Italian vernacular names were provided for each taxon. A diagnostic key was given. For the nomenclatural purposes the generic name Alternanthera and its type was discussed, and the names A. paronychioides and A. pungens were studied and typified (lecto- and neotype, respectively) on specimens preserved at PH and P. 相似文献

AbstractOn the subantarctic and temperate islands of the eastern Southern Hemisphere (90°E to 0°) 66 Hepaticae and two Anthocerotae species are recorded, among them ten are recorded for the first time. The reports of a further 18 are rejected. Fifteen species and five variety names are newly synonymized. Nineteen species and two subspecies are regarded as endemics. Among the recorded species, 75% are only or mainly known from the Subantarctic Zone. Species otherwise known also from southernmost South America predominate, contrary to its geographical distance, whereas those otherwise known only from the closer Africa are weakly represented and those known only from Australasia are almost lacking. 相似文献

The present synopsis reports on taxonomic decisions and name changes introduced in the last decades for a number of thermophilic
fungi. Taxa dealt with are those most commonly cited in the literature of fundamental and applied work or concern species
having complex taxonomic histories. The definition of a thermophile follows the classificatory scheme elaborated by Cooney
& Emerson in 1964. The synopsis provides the latest legal valid names for several thermophiles. Binomials of accepted synonymies
are also reported with arguments in favour of these taxonomic decisions. The material of this contribution is a synthetic
simplified account of two previous reviews on the taxonomy of thermophilic fungi. The present document aims: (1) to suppress
the use of ghost binomials having no status of any kind; (2) to favour the continuous use of the latest legal valid name of
a taxon to avoid cases of redundancies by citing binomials of known synonyms. Homogeneity in cited names is a fundamental
prerequisite for comparative studies. The synopsis is thus a sound tool for future critical reviews of ecological and of biotechnological
interests. The status of over a hundred names are here reviewed. Two additional new synonyms are proposed; these concern Mucor miehei var. minor and Sporotrichum cellulophilum.

Uroleucon is one of only two genera of Aphidinae to have undergone significant speciation in South America, with a group of about 14 endemic, morphologically similar species feeding on native Compositae, especially Baccharis . Multivariate morphometrics (canonical variates analysis, CVA) was used to discriminate between these species and compare them with the North American subgenus Lambersius , in which most of them have hitherto been placed. It is concluded that they probably form a separate monophyletic group. Four new species are described in this group— brevisiphon, essigi, petrohuense and pseudomuennosum— and five names are placed in synonymy. Of the other species of Uroleucon in South America, U. lizerianum is widespread and feeds on many species of native and introduced Compositae; it is morphometrically inseparable from the North American species U. ambrosiae and is probably an introduced form of that species, but has consistently fewer secondary rhinaria. A key is provided to the 19 available species of Uroleucon recorded from South America. 相似文献

This paper presents a re-evaluation of the taxonomic position and evolutionary relationships of Trypanosoma (Herpetosoma) rangeli based on the phylogenetic analysis of ssrRNA sequences of 64 Trypanosoma species and comparison of mini-exon sequences. All five isolates of T. rangeli grouped together in a clade containing Trypanosoma (Schizotrypanum) cruzi and a range of closely related trypanosome species from bats [Trypanosoma (Schizotrypanum) dionisii, Trypanosoma (Schizotrypanum) vespertilionis] and other South American mammals [Trypanosoma (Herpetosoma) leeuwenhoeki, Trypanosoma (Megatrypanum) minasense, Trypanosoma (Megatrypanum) conorhini] and an as yet unidentified species of trypanosome from an Australian kangaroo. Significantly T. rangeli failed to group with (a) species of subgenus Herpetosoma, other than those which are probably synonyms of T. rangeli, or (b) species transmitted via the salivarian route, although either of these outcomes would have been more consistent with the current taxonomic and biological status of T. rangeli. We propose that use of the names Herpetosoma and Megatrypanum should be discontinued, since these subgenera are clearly polyphyletic and lack evolutionary and taxonomic relevance. We hypothesise that T. rangeli and T. cruzi represent a group of mammalian trypanosomes which completed their early evolution and diversification in South America. 相似文献

通过系统的文献收集 ,汇总了口蘑属 (Tricholoma)在中国的 91个名称记录 ,并对其研究现状和分布进行了简述。文献调查结果表明 ,口蘑属种类广泛分布于中国的 2 7个省区 ,其中以黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、贵州、四川、云南、西藏 ,青海、甘肃、河北、山西和陕西等地的报道较多 ,其他地区如台湾、香港、安徽、福建、广东、广西、海南、河南、湖南、湖北、江苏、山东、新疆 ,浙江也有一些报道。根据《国际植物命名法规》和《真菌、地衣汉语学名命名法规》 ,作者订正了中文文献中的一些拉丁和汉语学名 ,同时对形态描述和鉴定等方面的问题也进行了简要的讨论。在已报道的口蘑属名称记录中 ,能够得到承认的本属名称有 43个种和 3个变种 ,属内其他种类名称的异名有 8个 ,而已经转移到其他属的有 3 0个 ,在命名法上模糊不清名称有 3个 ,错拼名称有 2个 ,另有未定名种 2个。目前能够承认的名称是酸涩口蘑 (T .acerbum)、白棕口蘑 (T .albobrunneum)、白口蘑(T .album)、银盖口蘑 (T .argyraceum)、黑鳞口蘑 (T .atrosquamosum)、橙柄口蘑 (T.aurantiipes)、金黄褶口蘑 (T .auratum)、傻松口蘑 (T .bakamatsutake)、欧洲口蘑 (T .caligatum)、灰环口蘑 (T.cingulatum)、银白口蘑 (T .colum betta)、油口蘑 (T . 相似文献
