Branched peptides E(RLAR)2, E[E(RLAR)2]2, and E(KLAR)2, E[E(KLAR)2]2 were synthesized on the basis of tetrapeptides RLAR and KLAR and glutamic acid bis(pentafluorophenyl) ester. Their minimal antimicrobial concentrations were shown to decrease along with increase in branching, achieving 12 μM for Escherichia coli cells, which is comparable to antimicrobial activities of temporin, magainin, and dermaseptin. The branched peptides were found not to act on human erythrocytes.  相似文献

【目的】菌株耐药性问题日益突出,研制新型安全高效的抗菌药物成为目前的研究热点之一。抗菌肽具有多种优良特性,高活性抗菌肽的开发及其重组表达对解决菌株耐药性问题具有重要意义。【方法】根据牛乳铁蛋白素与天蚕素的结构,设计一种新型的杂合抗菌肽牛乳铁蛋白素-天蚕素(LfcinB-Cecropin),根据Escherichia coli密码子偏爱性合成其编码基因,利用同尾酶法构建含有不同LfcinB-Cecropin基因片段拷贝数的重组表达载体,转化到E.coli BL21(DE3)进行重组表达。【结果】经IPTG诱导,LfcinB-Cecropin融合蛋白成功获得表达。经超声破碎、包涵体纯化、甲酸裂解后,获得具有明显抑菌活性的杂合肽LfcinB-Cecropin。【结论】获得一种高活性的新型抗菌肽LfcinB-Cecropin,并实现了在E.coli中的高效重组表达。  相似文献

【目的】筛选固态发酵苦荞高产多肽及发酵产物液具有抗菌、抗氧化活性的菌株。【方法】采用米曲霉、酱油曲霉、雅致放射毛霉和少孢根霉分别对苦荞进行固态发酵,以蛋白酶活力、水解度、可溶性肽得率、抑菌率和体外自由基清除率作为筛菌指标。【结果】米曲霉固态发酵苦荞的可溶性肽得率最高达38.83%±1.18%,发酵产物液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为96.62%±1.66%和97.54%±0.54%,同时羟自由基(·OH)清除率和二苯基苦味酰基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)清除率分别为55.65%±1.25%和10.84%±1.03%。对米曲霉发酵2 d发酵产物液的不同分子量分布及活性分析表明,分子量大小对抗菌及抗氧化活性有一定的影响。【结论】米曲霉可作为固态发酵苦荞制备多肽且发酵产物液具有抗菌及抗氧化活性的最佳菌株,并在多肽产量提升及抗菌、抗氧化活性的研究上具有巨大空间。  相似文献

【目的】对抗菌肽Fowlicidin-2基因进行克隆与表达,并鉴定其生物学活性。【方法】根据抗菌肽Fowlicidin-2氨基酸序列,依照大肠杆菌(E.coli)密码子的偏爱性,人工设计合成其编码基因。与质粒pET-32a连接,构建重组表达载体,转化表达宿主菌E.coliBL21(DE3),IPTG诱导表达,融合蛋白经溴化氰裂解后进行纯化,测定重组抗菌肽的抑菌活性。【结果】Fowlicidin-2融合蛋白以包涵体形式表达,经溴化氰裂解后,成功释放出Fowlicidin-2,获得的重组Fowlicidin-2对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有明显的抑菌效果。【结论】实现了抗菌肽Fowlicidin-2的重组表达,为抗菌肽的重组量化制备提供了理论基础与技术手段。  相似文献

【目的】抗菌肽YFGAP由32个氨基酸组成,分子量为3.4 kD,对革兰氏阳性菌(G+)和革兰氏阴性菌(G?)表现出强效的抑制作用,不具有溶血活性。在大肠杆菌中表达抗菌肽YFGAP,分离纯化抗菌肽并鉴定其生物学活性。【方法】化学合成EK-YFGAP和L-EK-YFGAP基因序列,构建表达载体pET22b-ELP20-EK-YFGAP、pET22b-ELP40-EK-YFGAP和pET22b-ELP40-L-EK- YFGAP,分别转化至大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中诱导表达,可逆相变循环纯化融合蛋白。肠激酶酶切,经Vivaspin Turbo纯化柱纯化,测定重组抗菌肽的抑菌活性和溶血活性。【结果】纯化出两种融合蛋白ELP40-EK-YFGAP和ELP40-L-EK-YFGAP,肠激酶酶切纯化后获得重组抗菌肽YFGAP,对4种病原菌均有抑制效果,溶血活性较低。【结论】以ELPs作为非色谱纯化标签,实现了抗菌肽YFGAP的融合表达,具有操作简单、成本低、易于扩大的优势,为重组抗菌肽的量化制备及应用提供了理论基础和技术支持。  相似文献

The contention and treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other bacteria that cause infectious diseases require the use of new type of antibiotics. Pandinin 2 (Pin2) is a scorpion venom antimicrobial peptide highly hemolytic that has a central proline residue. This residue forms a structural “kink” linked to its pore-forming activity towards human erythrocytes. In this work, the residue Pro14 of Pin2 was both substituted and flanked using glycine residues (P14G and P14GPG) based on the low hemolytic activities of antimicrobial peptides with structural motifs Gly and GlyProGly such as magainin 2 and ponericin G1, respectively. The two Pin2 variants showed antimicrobial activity against E. coli, S. aureus, and M. tuberculosis. However, Pin2 [GPG] was less hemolytic (30%) than that of Pin2 [G] variant. In addition, based on the primary structure of Pin2 [G] and Pin2 [GPG], two short peptide variants were designed and chemically synthesized keeping attention to their physicochemical properties such as hydrophobicity and propensity to adopt alpha-helical conformations. The aim to design these two short antimicrobial peptides was to avoid the drawback cost associated to the synthesis of peptides with large sequences. The short Pin2 variants named Pin2 [14] and Pin2 [17] showed antibiotic activity against E. coli and M. tuberculosis. Besides, Pin2 [14] presented only 25% of hemolysis toward human erythrocytes at concentrations as high as 100 µM, while the peptide Pin2 [17] did not show any hemolytic effect at the same concentration. Furthermore, these short antimicrobial peptides had better activity at molar concentrations against multidrug resistance M. tuberculosis than that of the conventional antibiotics ethambutol, isoniazid and rifampicin. Therefore, Pin2 [14] and Pin2 [17] have the potential to be used as an alternative antibiotics and anti-tuberculosis agents with reduced hemolytic effects.  相似文献

As a step towards understanding the mechanism of the biological activity of cyclic antimicrobial peptides, the biophysical properties and conformations of four membrane-active cyclic peptide antibiotics, based on gramicidin S (GS), were examined in aqueous environments. These cyclic peptides, GS10 [cyclo(VKLdYP)2], GS12 [cyclo(VKLKdYPKVKLdYP)], GS14 [cyclo(VKLKVdYPLKVKLdYP)] and [d-Lys]4GS14 [cyclo(VKLdKVdYPLKVKLdYP)] (d-amino acid residues are denoted by d and are underlined) had different ring sizes of 10, 12 and 14 residues, were different in structure and amphipathicity, and covered a broad spectrum of hemolytic and antimicrobial activities. GS10, GS12 and [d-Lys]4GS14 were shown to be monomeric in buffer systems with ionic strength biological environments. GS14 was also monomeric at low concentrations, but aggregated at concentrations > 50 microm. The affinity of peptides for self-assembly and interaction with hydrophobic surfaces was related to their free energy of intermolecular interaction. The effects of variations in salt and organic solvent (trifluoroethanol) concentration and temperature on peptide conformation were also examined. Similar to GS, GS10 proved to have a stable and rather rigid conformation in different environments and over a broad range of temperatures, whereas GS12, GS14 and [d-Lys]4GS14 had more flexible conformations. Despite its conformational similarity to GS10, GS14 had unique physicochemical properties due to its tendency to aggregate at relatively low concentrations. The biophysical data explain the direct relation between structure, amphipathicity and hydrophobicity of the cyclic peptides and their hemolytic activity. However, this relation with the antimicrobial activity of the peptides is of a more complex nature due to the diversity in membrane structures of microorganisms.  相似文献

The antimicrobial activity of the peptide enantiomers cyclo[D-Tle-D-Lys-D-Tle-L-Ala-D-Tle-L-Ala-D-Tle-L-Ala] and cyclo[L-Tle-L-Lys-L-Tle-D-Ala-L-Tle-D-Ala-L-Tle-D-Ala] against Bacillus megaterium was investigated. Both these peptides showed very low activity in both an agar diffusion assay and a broth microdilution assay. However, when both peptides were present during the experiments a potent inhibition with an IC(50) value of 2 μM was observed. Furthermore, the peptides also showed low hemolytic activity. Neither peptide had any hemolytic activity in concentrations up to 1mM but when erythrocytes were exposed to both peptides a weak hemolytic activity could be observed with a HC(50) value of 316 μM.  相似文献

To investigate the role of peptide-membrane interactions in the biological activity of cyclic cationic peptides, the conformations and interactions of four membrane-active antimicrobial peptides [based on Gramicidin S (GS)] were examined in neutral and negatively charged micelles and phospholipid vesicles, using CD and fluorescence spectroscopy and ultracentrifugation techniques. Moreover, the effects of these peptides on the release of entrapped fluorescent dye from unilamellar vesicles of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine/phosphatidylglycerol (PE/PG) were studied. The cyclic peptides include GS10 [Cyclo(VKLdYP)2], GS12 [Cyclo(VKLKdYPKVKLdYP)], GS14 [Cyclo(VKLKVdYPLKVKLdYP)] and [d-Lys]4GS14 [Cyclo(VKLdKVdYPLKVKLdYP)] (underlined residues are d-amino acids), were different in their ring size, structure and amphipathicity, and covered a broad spectrum of hemolytic and antimicrobial activities. Interaction of the peptides with the zwitterionic PC and negatively charged PE/PG vesicles were distinct from each other. The hydrophobic interaction seems to be the dominant factor in the hemolytic activity of the peptides, as well as their interaction with the PC vesicles. A combination of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions of the peptides induces aggregation and fusion in PE/PG vesicles with different propensities in the order: [d-Lys]4GS14 > GS14 > GS12 > GS10. GS10 and GS14 are apparently located in the deeper levels of the membrane interfaces and closer to the hydrophobic core of the bilayers, whereas GS12 and [d-Lys]4GS14 reside closer to the outer boundary of the interface. Because of differing modes of interaction of the cyclic cationic peptides with lipid bilayers, the mechanism of their biological activity (and its relation to peptide-lipid interaction) proved to be versatile and complex, and dependent on the biophysical properties of both the peptides and membranes.  相似文献

Four variants of the highly hemolytic antimicrobial peptide Pin2 were chemically synthesized with the aim to investigate the role of the proline residue in this peptide, by replacing it with the motif glycine-valine-glycine [GVG], which was found to confer low hemolytic activity in a spider antimicrobial peptide. The proline residue in position 14 of Pin2 was substituted by [V], [GV], [VG] and [GVG]. Only the peptide variant with the proline substituted for [GVG] was less hemolytic compared to that of all other variants. The peptide variant [GVG] kept its antimicrobial activity in Muller–Hilton agar diffusion assays, whereas the other three variants were less effective. However, all Pin2 antimicrobial peptide variants, were active when challenged against a Gram-positive bacteria in Muller–Hilton broth assays suggesting that chemical properties of the antimicrobial peptides such as hydrophobicity is an important indication for antimicrobial activity in semi-solid environments.  相似文献

【目的】BhSGAMP-1 是迟眼蕈蚊唾液腺抗菌肽,为了能够更好的了解其分子特性,我们将其表达、纯化并进行了活性测定。【方法】依据大肠杆菌稀有密码子设计并合成了抗菌肽基因 BhSGAMP-1-S,以 pMAL-c2X 作为表达载体在大肠杆菌 TB1 中进行融合表达,融合蛋白通过麦芽糖亲和层析柱进行纯化,获得的融合蛋白经肠激酶切割后,混合物通过分子筛凝胶层析和反相高效液相色谱来获得单体重组抗菌肽 BhSGAMP-1-S,对获得的抗菌肽进行活性测定。【结果】在最优的表达条件下融合蛋白以可溶的形式表达,100 mL 诱导菌液经多步纯化后可得 0. 38 mg 的重组抗菌肽 BhSGAMP-1-S,抑菌活性测定表明所获得的抗菌肽对部分测试革兰氏阳性细菌、革兰氏阴性细菌和真菌有较强的抑菌活性。【结论】本研究第一次成功的在大肠杆菌中诱导表达了修饰合成的抗菌肽 BhSGAMP-1-S,纯化后的抗菌肽具有很好的抑菌活性,这为进一步研究和应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

Multifunctional bioactive peptides have a wider role in modulating physiological functions and possess multiple biological activities. Peptides from bovine milk with sequences QKALNEINQF [p10] and TKKTKLTEEEKNRL [p14] from α-S2 casein f (79–88) and α-S2 casein f (148–161) were identified to be having multifunctional biological activities and were synthesized. These synthesized peptides show various biological activities like angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibition, prolyl endopeptidase inhibition, antioxidant, and antimicrobial activities. The mode of antimicrobial mechanism was studied and p10 shows depolarization of cell membrane, whereas p14 was found to display DNA-binding activity. Structural studies envisaged backbone flexibility, for differences in their mode of action. Peptide structure function studies were correlated to understand their multifunctional biological activity.  相似文献

Histone-derived antimicrobial peptides have been identified in various organisms from plants to humans. The rat histone H4 mRNA variants, H4-v.1 and rat histogranin (HNr) mRNAs, were recently reported to be involved in the synthesis of H4-(86-100) and its related peptide HNr, respectively. Herein, the two peptides were investigated for putative antimicrobial activity and found to inhibit growth of gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and gram-positive (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus) bacteria. Their inhibitory potencies in E. coli (LD(50): 3.48 and 4.34 microg x mL(-1)) are comparable to that of the antimicrobial peptide LL-37 (LD(50): 4.10 microg x mL(-1)). The antimicrobial activities of H4-(86-100) and HNr depend upon the integrity of the molecules, as precursors [H4-(84-102), pro-HNr] and fragments [bovine histogranin (HNb)-(1-13), HNb-(3-13), H4-(89-102) or OGP] are at least five times less potent than the parent peptides. Among various HN-like compounds, cyclo-(-Gly-pCl-Phe-Tyr-D-Arg) (compound 3) and N-5-guanidino pentanamide-(2R)-yl-2-N-(p-hydroxyphenylacetyl)-4-(p-chlorobenzoyl)-phenylene diamine (compound 8) display antimicrobial activities comparable to that of HNr. Interestingly, the antimicrobial activities of H4-(86-100), HNr and compound 3, like those of quinolone antibiotics acting as DNA gyrase poisons, are potentiated by ATP (1 mM) and coumermycin A1 (a DNA gyrase-linked ATPase inhibitor) and blocked by 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP, an uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation) and fluoroacetic acid (a metabolic poison). Finally, in vitro experiments indicate that H4-(86-100), HNr, compound 3 and compound 8, but not HNb-(1-13) or HNb-(3-13), inhibit DNA gyrase-mediated supercoiling of pBR322 DNA. These data indicate that the naturally occurring H4-(86-100) and HNr display antimicrobial effects that involve a modulation of ATP-dependent DNA gyrase.  相似文献

Stearyl-cell penetrating peptides (CPPs) have been proved to be efficient nonviral gene vectors. Due to the similarities between antimicrobial peptides and CPPs, we constructed a novel type of gene vectors by introducing stearyl moiety to the N-terminus of antimicrobial peptide [D]-K6L9. In this study, stearyl-[D]-K6L9 delivered plasmids into cells by clathrin- and caveolin-mediated endocytosis. Gratifyingly, stearyl-[D]-K6L9 exhibited high transfection efficiency and almost reached the level of Lipofectamine 2000. Taken together, the combination of the stearyl moiety with [D]-K6L9 provides a novel framework for the development of excellent nonviral gene vectors.  相似文献

Overexpression of the translation initiation factor eIF4E leads to cell transformation and occurs in a number of human cancers [1]. mRNA translation and cell growth can be regulated through the availability of eIF4E to form initiation complexes by binding to eIF4G. The availability of eIF4E is blocked through the binding of members of a family of eIF4E-binding proteins (4E-BPs) [2] [3]. Indeed, cell transformation caused by the overexpression of eIF4E can be reversed by the overexpression of 4E-BPs [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]. To study the role of eIF4E in cell transformation, we developed a series of peptides based on the conserved eIF4E-binding motifs in 4E-BPs and eIF4G [9] linked to the penetratin peptide-carrier sequence, which mediates the rapid transport of peptides across cell membranes. Surprisingly, introduction of these eIF4E-binding peptides into MRC5 cells led to rapid, dose-dependent cell death, with characteristics of apoptosis. Single alanine substitutions at key positions in the peptides impair their binding to eIF4E and markedly reduce their ability to induce apoptosis. A triple alanine substitution, which abolishes binding to eIF4E, renders the peptide unable to induce apoptosis. Our data provide strong evidence that the peptides induce apoptosis through binding to eIF4E. They do not induce apoptosis through inhibition of protein synthesis, as chemical inhibitors of translation did not induce apoptosis or affect peptide-induced cell death. Thus these new data indicate that eIF4E has a direct role in controlling cell survival that is not linked to its known role in mRNA translation.  相似文献

【目的】根据鸡β-防御素7(Gal-7)的成熟肽基因序列合成基因,构建表达Gal-7的大肠杆菌工程菌,研究重组鸡防御素Gal-7成熟肽的体外生物活性。【方法】将合成的gal-7基因克隆到大肠杆菌表达载体pGEX-6p-1中,得到重组质粒pGEX-6p-gal7,转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3),经IPTG诱导表达得到含GST标签的融合蛋白GST-Gal7;之后用Prescission蛋白酶将GST标签切除,并对成熟肽进行质谱分析;再利用琼脂打孔扩散法检测Gal-7成熟肽的体外抑菌活性,用2倍稀释法测定对指示菌的最低抑菌浓度。【结果】成功构建Gal-7大肠杆菌异源表达工程菌,表达纯化的重组Gal-7成熟肽质谱鉴定分子量为5 516 Da,其对黄色微球菌(NCIB 8166)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 25923)、粪肠球菌(ATCC 29212)、大肠杆菌(CMCC 44102)均有抑菌活性,最低抑菌浓度分别为16.875、67.5、67.5、135 mg/L。【结论】获得表达鸡Gal-7成熟肽的大肠杆菌工程菌,并且切除GST标签的Gal-7成熟肽具有生物活性。  相似文献

The predicted conformation of ranatuerin-1 (SMLSVLKNLG(10)KVGLGFVACK(20)INK QC), an antimicrobial peptide first isolated from the skin of the bullfrog Rana catesbeiana, comprises three structural domains: alpha-helix (residues 1-8), beta-sheet (residues 11-16) and beta-turn (residues 20-25). Circular dichroism studies confirm significant alpha-helical character in 50% trifluoroethanol. Replacement of Cys-19 and Cys-25 by serine resulted only in decreased antimicrobial potency but deletion of either the cyclic heptapeptide region [residues (19-25)] or the N-terminal domain [residues (1-8)] produced inactive analogs. Substitution of the glycine residues in the central domain of the [Ser-19, Ser-25] analog by lysine produced inactive peptides despite increased alpha-helical content and cationicity. The substitution Asn-8-->Lys gave a ranatuerin-1 analog with increased alpha-helicity and cationicity and increased potency against a range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and against C. albicans but only a small increase (21%) in hemolytic activity. In contrast, increasing alpha-helicity and hydrophobicity by the substitution Asn-22-->Ala resulted in a 3.5-fold increase in hemolytic activity. Effects on antimicrobial potencies of substitutions of neutral amino acids at positions 4, 18, 22, and 24 by lysine were less marked. Strains of pathogenic E. coli from different groups showed varying degrees of sensitivity to ranatuerin-1 (MIC between 5 and 40 microM) but [Lys-8] ranatuerin-1 showed increased potency (between 2- and 8-fold; P < 0.01) against all strains. The data demonstrate that [Lys-8] ranatuerin-1 shows potential as a candidate for drug development.  相似文献

【目的】发掘具有开发前景的放线菌资源,对分离自新疆胀果甘草的内生放线菌的多样性、抗菌活性和次级代谢产物合成相关基因进行研究。【方法】采用5种培养基和3种前处理方法,从胀果甘草中分离获得80株放线菌。基于菌株形态学特征,对36株代表菌株进行抗菌活性检测,通过特异性引物扩增方法,检测了PKS I、PKS II、NPRS和卤化酶基因,探究其合成天然产物的潜在能力。结合筛选结果,选取其中20株代表菌,经16S r RNA基因测序,对其进行系统发育分析。【结果】培养基E2和E3结合热处理的分离效果较好;86.1%的代表菌株对供试的细菌、病原真菌表现出了不同程度的抗菌活性,PKS I、PKS II、NRPS基因和卤化酶基因阳性检出率分别为16.7%、72.2%、25.0%和11.1%。具有活性功能的代表菌株经16S r RNA基因测序分析,分别属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、小单胞菌属(Micromonospora)、红球菌属(Rhodococcus)和游动放线菌属(Actinoplanes)4个属,其中链霉菌属(Streptomyces)为优势菌属,占60%以上。【结论】胀果甘草是我国传统的药用植物,其植株内部蕴藏着丰富的放线菌资源,并在次生代谢产物合成方面拥有巨大潜力,具有进一步开发的价值。  相似文献

Three thiosulfinates were isolated from oil-macerated garlic extract, and their structures were identified as 2-propene-1-sulfinothioic acid S-(Z,E)-1-propenyl ester [AllS(O)SPn-(Z,E)], 2-propenesulfinothioic acid S-methyl ester [AllS(O)SMe], and methanesulfinothioic acid S-(Z,E)-1-propenyl ester [MeS(O)SPn-(Z,E)]. This is the first report of isolating these thiosulfinates from oil-macerated garlic extract. Antimicrobial activities of AllS(O)SPn-(Z,E) and AllS(O)SMe against Gram-positive and negative bacteria and yeasts were compared with 2-propene-1-sulfinothioic acid S-2-propenyl ester [AllS(O)SAll, allicin] which is well-known as the major thiosulfinate in garlic. Antimicrobial activity of AllS(O)SMe and AllS(O)SPn-(Z,E) were comparable and inferior to that of allicin, respectively. This result suggested that the antimicrobial activity of 2-propene sulfinothioic acid S-alk(en)yl esters were affected by alk(en)yl groups. The order for antimicrobial activity was: allyl > or = methyl > propenyl.  相似文献

【背景】费格森埃希菌(Escherichia fergusonii)是与大肠杆菌同属、近源的病原菌,目前耐药性鲜有报道。【目的】对在浙江省鸡粪便中分离到的2株费格森埃希菌EFCF053和EFCF056进行耐药性检测和分析。【方法】通过微量肉汤稀释法进行MIC测定,二代高通量测序获得全基因组序列,并通过ResFinder数据库预测获得性耐药基因。利用S1-PFGE和Southernblotting杂交进行质粒和耐药基因的确认。【结果】两种菌均对氨苄西林、庆大霉素、氟苯尼考、磺胺异噁唑、复方新诺明、四环素耐药,其中菌株EFCF056还对粘菌素、头孢噻呋、大观霉素、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星耐药。预测到耐药基因β-内酰胺类blaTEM-1A、blaCTX-M-65、blaOXA-1、blaTEM-1B、blaCTX-M-55;氨基糖苷类aac(3)-IId、aph(3')-Ia、aph(3')-Ib、aph(6)-Id、rmtB、aac(6')-Ib-cr、aadA2;粘菌素mcr-1;喹诺酮类qnrS2、aac(6')-Ib-cr、oqxA、oqxB;磷霉素fosA3;大环内酯类mph(A);苯丙醇类catA1、floR、catB3;利福霉素ARR-3;磺胺类sul1、sul2、sul3、dfrA12、dfrA14;四环素类tet(A)。另外,含有mcr-1基因的质粒通过实验证实可发生接合转移。【结论】结果显示费格森埃希菌可能是重要耐药基因存储库,费格森埃希菌与大肠埃希菌要在抗药性流行病学中加以区分,深入研究其MIC频率分布、重要耐药基因mcr-1及ESBL等,保障临床检测的准确性。  相似文献
