Abstract

Nebivolol is a third generation beta blocker with endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) agonist properties. Considering the role of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the uncoupling of eNOS, we hypothesized that the preadministration of an antioxidant as tempol, could improve the hypotensive response of nebivolol in normotensive animals increasing the nitric oxide (NO) bioavailability by a reduction of superoxide (O2??) basal level production in the vascular tissue.

Male Sprague Dawley rats were given tap water to drink (control group) or tempol (an antioxidant scavenger of superoxide) for 1 week. After 1 week, Nebivolol, at a dose of 3 mg/kg, was injected intravenously to the control group or to the tempol-treated group. Mean arterial pressure, heart rate, and blood pressure variability were evaluated in the control, tempol, nebivolol, and tempol nebivolol groups, as well as, the effect of different inhibitor as Nβ-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME, a Nitric oxide synthase blocker) or glybenclamide, a KATP channel inhibitor. Also, the expression of α,β soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC), phospho-eNOS, and phospho-vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (P-VASP) were evaluated by Western Blot and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) commercial kit assay.

We showed that pretreatment with tempol in normotensive rats produces a hypotensive response after nebivolol administration through an increase in the NO bioavailability and sGC, improving the NO/cGMP/protein kinase G (PKG) pathway compared to that of the nebivolol group.

We demonstrated that tempol preadministration beneficiates the response of a third-generation beta blocker with eNOS stimulation properties, decreasing the basal uncoupling of eNOS, and improving NO bioavailability. Our results clearly open a possible new strategy therapeutic for treating hypertension.  相似文献

Cisplatin (CDDP) is a widely used anticancer drug, but at high dose, it can produce undesirable side effects such as hepatotoxicity. Because silymrin has been used to treat liver disorders, the protective effect of silymarin on CDDP-induced hepatotoxicity was evaluated in rats. Hepatotoxicity was determined by changes in serum alanine aminotransferase [ALT] and aspartate aminotransferase [AST], nitric oxide [NO] levels, albumin and calcium levels, and superoxide dismutase [SOD], glutathione peroxidase [GSHPx] activities, glutathione content, malondialdehyde [MDA] and nitric oxide [NO] levels in liver tissue of rats. Male albino rats were divided into four groups, 10 rats in each. In the control group, rats were injected i.p. with 0.2 ml of propylene glycol in saline 75/25 (v/v) for 5 consecutive days [Silymarin was dissolved in 0.2 ml of propylene glycol in saline 75/25 v/v]. The second group were injected with CDDP (7.5 mg /kg, I.P.), whereas animals in the third group were i.p. injected with silymarin at a dose of 100 mg/kg/day for 5 consecutive days. The Fourth group received a daily i.p. injection of silymarin (100 mg/kg/day for 5 days) 1 hr before a single i.p. injection of CDDP (7.5 mg/kg). CDDP hepatotoxicity was manifested biochemically by an increase in serum ALT and AST, elevation of MDA and NO in liver tissues as well as a decrease in GSH and the activities of antioxidant enzymes, including SOD, GSHPx in liver tissues. In addition, marked decrease in serum NO, albumin and calcium levels were observed. Serum ALT, AST, liver NO level, MDA was found to decreased in the combination group in comparison with the CDDP group. The activities of SOD, GSHPx, GSH and serum NO were lower in CDDP group than both the control and CDDP pretreated with silymarin groups. The results obtained suggested that silymarin significantly attenuated the hepatotoxicity as an indirect target of CDDP in an animal model of CDDP-induced nephrotoxicity.  相似文献

This study aimed to assess the protective effect of hesperidin (HES) and rutin (RUT) against cisplatin‐induced nephrotoxicity in male rats. Cisplatin (5 mg/kg, intraperitoneal) caused significant increases in serum sodium, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, total sodium and potassium excreted in urine, urine volume, and lipid peroxides measured as the malondialdehyde content of kidney, with significant decreases in serum total protein, creatinine clearance, reduced glutathione content of kidney, and kidney superoxide dismutase activity as compared with the control group. On the other hand, administration of HES (200 mg/kg, per oral [p.o.]) or RUT (30 mg/kg, p.o.) for 14 days with a single cisplatin dose on the tenth day ameliorated the cisplatin‐induced nephrotoxicity as indicated by the restoration of kidney function and oxidative stress biomarkers. Furthermore, the test drugs reduced the histopathological changes induced by cisplatin. In conclusion, HES and RUT showed protective effects against cisplatin‐induced nephrotoxicity.  相似文献

Nebivolol, a β(1)-adrenoceptor antagonist, exhibits vasodilatory and anti-oxidative properties that rendering it attractive candidate for protecting against gastric ulcer. The aim of this study therefore is to evaluate the protective effects of nebivolol against cold restraint stress (CRS)-induced gastric ulcer in rats. Rats were restrained, and maintained at 4°C for 3 h. Nebivolol (5 mg/kg, p.o.) was suspended in 0.5% aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose and was administered 30 min before CRS. Nebivolol exhibited gastroprotective effects as evidenced by significant decreases in ulcer index as well as free and total acid output, and pepsin activity in gastric juice in addition to gastric mucosal malondialdehyde concentration, with concomitant increases in gastric juice pH and mucin concentration along with gastric mucosal reduced glutathione and nitric oxide (NO) concentrations compared with CRS rats. Moreover, immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated that nebivolol treatment markedly enhanced heme oxygenase-1 as well as cyclooxygenase-1 and cyclooxygenase-2 expressions. The protective effects of nebivolol were confirmed by gastric histopathological examination. Pretreatment with N(ω)-nitro-L-arginine, a NO synthase inhibitor, partly altered the protection afforded by nebivolol. In conclusion, nebivolol protected rats' gastric mucosa against CRS-induced gastric ulceration possibly through anti-oxidant activity, enhancement of gastric mucosal barrier and reduction in acid secretory parameters.  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to evaluate the protective effect of pterostilbene against acetaminophen‐induced hepatotoxicity. Silymarin was used as a standard hepatoprotective agent. A single dose of acetaminophen (800 mg/kg i.p.), injected to male rats, caused significant increases in serum levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, tumor necrosis factor alpha, and hepatic contents of malondialdehyde, nitric oxide, caspase‐3, hydroxyproline, with significant decreases in serum HDL‐cholesterol, total proteins, albumin, and hepatic activities of reduced glutathione, superoxide dismutase and catalase as compared with the control group. On the other hand, administration of each of pterostilbene (50 mg/kg, p.o.) and silymarin (100 mg/kg, p.o.) for 15 days before acetaminophen ameliorated liver function and oxidative stress parameters. Histopathological evidence confirmed the protection offered by pterostilbene from the tissue damage caused by acetaminophen. In conclusion, pterostilbene possesses multimechanistic hepatoprotective activity that can be attributed to its antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, and antiapoptotic actions.  相似文献

This study aimed to assess the protective effect of cinnamic acid (CA) and cinnamaldehyde (CD) against cisplatin‐induced nephrotoxicity. A single dose of cisplatin (5 mg/kg), injected intraperitoneally to male rats, caused significant increases in serum urea, creatinine levels, and lipid peroxides measured as the malondialdehyde content of kidney, with significant decreases in serum albumin, reduced glutathione, and the activity of antioxidant enzymes (catalase, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase) of kidney as compared with the control group. On the other hand, administration of CA (50 mg/kg, p.o.) or CD (40 mg/kg, p.o.) for 7 days before cisplatin ameliorated the cisplatin‐induced nephrotoxicity as indicated by the restoration of kidney function and oxidative stress parameters. Furthermore, they reduced the histopathological changes induced by cisplatin. In conclusion, CA and CD showed protective effects against cisplatin‐induced nephrotoxicity where CD was more effective than CA; affects that might be attributed to their antioxidant activities.  相似文献

The aim of the present study is to assess the possible protective effects of thymol and carvacrol against cisplatin (CP)‐induced nephrotoxicity. A single dose of CP {6 mg/kg, intraperitoneally (i.p.)} injected to male rats revealed significant increases in serum urea, creatinine, and tumor necrosis factor alpha levels. It also increased kidney contents of malondialdehyde and caspase‐3 activity with significant reduction in serum albumin, kidney content of reduced glutathione as well as catalase, and superoxide dismutase activity as compared to that of the control group. In contrast, administration of thymol {20 mg/kg, orally (p.o.)} and/or carvacrol (15 mg/kg, p.o.) for 14 days before CP injection and for 7 days after CP administration restored the kidney function and examined oxidative stress parameters. In conclusion, thymol was more effective nephroprotective than carvacrol. Moreover, a combination of thymol and carvacrol had a synergistic nephroprotective effect that might be attributed to antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, and antiapoptotic activities.  相似文献

The anticancer drug doxorubicin causes testicular toxicity as an undesirable effect. The present study was undertaken to investigate the possible protection of ellagic acid and rosmarinic acid during doxorubicin administration. For this purpose eight groups of male Sprague–Dawley rats were used (n = 10), one group received vehicle served as control, and other groups received 5 mg/kg doxorubicin twice a week for 2 weeks for a cumulative dose of 20 mg/kg, ellagic acid (10 mg/kg/day, 14 consecutive days p.o.), rosmarinic acid (75 mg/kg/day, 14 consecutive days p.o.), ellagic acid and rosmarinic acid. The latter three regimens were given to control and doxorubicin‐received rats. Doxorubicin decreased testicular relative weight, sperm count, motility, serum testosterone, testicular glycogen, and sialic acid with increased incidence of histopathological changes, oxidative stress, tumor necrosis factor‐alpha, as well as cholinesterase activity. Conversely, ellagic and rosmarinic acid treatment ameliorated such damage, thus showing the possibility to use as an adjuvant during doxorubicin treatment.  相似文献

The production of micronuclei in mouse bone marrow by the pyrethroid insecticide, cypermethrin and the botanical insecticide, rotenone was examined. Three routes of administration were used for the insecticides: intraperitoneal, oral and dermal. The different routes of treatment with cypermethrin and rotenone caused toxicity of marrow as indicated by a significant increase in the percentage of polychromatic erythrocytes (PEs) over that of the control. Cypermethrin showed mutagenic potential as evidenced by a positive response in the micronucleus assay. Oral administration of the insecticide at a dietary level of 900 ppm for 7 and 14 consecutive days as well as double and multiple (total 4) dermal treatments (360 mg/kg body wt.) induced a statistically significant increase in the frequency of PEs with micronuclei. The conducted intraperitoneal (i.p.) treatments with cypermethrin: single injection at 60 and 180 mg/kg body wt., double and multiple injections (total 3) at 60 mg/kg body wt. did not affect the percentage of PEs with micronuclei. The different treatments with rotenone: single, double and multiple (i.p.) injections (total 3) at 2 and 3 mg/kg body wt., oral administration for 14 consecutive days at dietary level of 225 ppm and multiple dermal treatments (total 4) with 135 mg/kg body wt. showed no effect on the frequency of micronuclei in PEs.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the possible protective effects of thymol and carvacrol (CAR) against doxorubicin (DOX)‐induced cardiotoxicity. A single dose of DOX (10 mg/kg i.v.) injected to male rats revealed significant increases in serum lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme‐MB, aspartate transaminase, tumor necrosis factor‐alpha, and cardiac troponin levels. It also increased heart contents of malondialdehyde and caspase‐3 accompanied by a significant reduction in heart content of reduced glutathione as well as catalase and superoxide dismutase activity as compared with the control group. In contrast, administration of thymol (20 mg/kg p.o.) and/or CAR (25 mg/kg p.o.) for 14 days before DOX administration and for 2 days after DOX injection ameliorated the heart function and oxidative stress parameters. Summarily, thymol was more cardioprotective than CAR. Moreover, a combination of thymol and CAR had a synergistic cardioprotective effect that might be attributed to antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, and antiapoptotic activities.  相似文献

Alendronate causes serious gastrointestinal adverse effects. We aimed to investigate if montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, is protective against this damage. Rats were administered 20 mg/kg alendronate by gavage for 4 days, either alone or following treatment with montelukast (10 mg/kg). On the last day, following drug administration, pilor ligation was performed and 2 h later, rats were killed and stomach, liver and kidney tissues were removed. Gastric acidity, gastric tissue ulcer index values and malondialdehyde (MDA); an end product of lipid peroxidation, and glutathione (GSH) levels; a key antioxidant, as well as myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity; an indirect marker of tissue neutrophil infiltration were determined, and the histologic appearance of the stomach, liver and kidney tissues were studied. Chronic oral administration of alendronate induced significant gastric damage, increasing myeloperoxidase activity and lipid peroxidation, while tissue glutathione levels decreased. Similarly, in the alendronate group MDA levels and MPO activities of liver and kidney tissues were increased and GSH levels were decreased. Treatment with montelukast prevented the damage as well as the changes in biochemical parameters in all tissues studied. Findings of the present study suggest that alendronate is a local irritant that causes inflammation through neutrophil infiltration and oxidative damage in tissues, and that montelukast is protective against this damage by its anti-inflammatory effect.  相似文献

Castration of male rats leads to increased bone turnover and osteopenia. This study was conducted to examine the effects of the aminobisphosphonate alendronate on castration-induced bone changes. Bisphosphonates are drugs that inhibit bone turnover by decreasing the resorption. Since they suppress bone remodeling, they may also prevent the repair of microdamage and decrease bone strength. Although the mechanical properties of bones are directly related to the determination of fracture risk, bisphosphonate effects on the related variables have scarcely been investigated. Twenty-four male Wistar rats at two months of age were castrated or sham-operated to evaluate the effects of long-term administration (six months) of sodium alendronate at a dose of 1 mg/kg/day. The bones were tested mechanically by a three-point bending test in a Mini Bionix (MTS) testing system. High bone remodeling seen in castrated rats expressed by increased TrACP and B-ALP was suppressed by alendronate administration. Bone from castrated rats was characterized by a reduction in bone density as well as ash, calcium and phosphate content. Castration significantly altered mechanical properties of bone and femoral cortical thickness. When castrated rats were treated with high dose of alendronate, the changes in bone density resulting from castration were entirely prevented, and mechanical analysis revealed preserved mechanical strength of femur and cortical thickness. We conclude that castration induces cortical bone loss associated with high bone turnover in the male rat, and this bone loss can be prevented by alendronate through the inhibition of osteoclastic activity, while preserving the mechanical properties of bone. These results document the efficacy of alendronate, even at high doses, in preventing bone loss, loss of bone mechanical strength, and the rise in biochemical bone turnover indicators due to castration in rats, and raises the possibility that a alendronate could be equally effective in humans.  相似文献

In our study, the short-term effects of caffeine on L- arginine metabolism in the brains of rats were investigated. Caffeine was given orally at two different doses: 30 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg (a high non-toxic dose). Brain tissue arginase activity in rats from the caffeine-treated groups decreased significantly compared with the control group. Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in the brain tissue and serum of animals in the caffeine groups also decreased significantly. Brain tissue and serum nitric oxide (NO) levels increased significantly after caffeine administration. Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were also investigated in rat serum, but there was no statistically significant difference between the TNF-α levels of the caffeine-treated rats groups and the control rats. Our study indicates that brain arginase activity decreases after caffeine administration at doses of 30 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg. As a result, we can say that arginine induces production of NO in the organism.  相似文献

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) curative effects on methotrexate (MTX)‐induced kidney and liver injuries remain elusive. Therefore, rats were divided into five groups, rats received MTX orally (14 mg/kg) as a single dose/week for 2 weeks, groups 3 and 4 were injected once with 2 × 106 cells bone marrow MSCs and adipose‐derived MSCs, respectively. The last group administered dexamethasone (DEX) (0.5 mg/kg, p.o) for 7 days. MTX caused marked increase in malondialdehyde and nitrite/nitrate concentrations. However, MTX administration decreased reduced glutathione content plus catalase activity. In addition, MTX caused a significant increment in kidney and liver biomarkers levels. Moreover, MTX showed renal tubules vacuolation and necrosis of hepatocytes, as well expression of caspase‐3 and nuclear factor kappa beta in kidney and liver tissues were observed. MSCs treatment alleviated previous side effects induced by MTX. MSCs improved nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity induced by MTX to a better extent as compared with DEX.  相似文献

Angiotensin II contributes to myocardial tissue remodeling and interstitial fibrosis through NADPH oxidase-mediated generation of oxidative stress in the progression of heart failure. Recent data have suggested that nebivolol, a third-generation β-blocker, improves diastolic dysfunction by targeting nitric oxide (NO) and metabolic pathways that decrease interstitial fibrosis. We sought to determine if targeting NO would improve diastolic function in a model of tissue renin-angiotensin system overactivation. We used the transgenic (TG) (mRen2)27 rat, which overexpresses the murine renin transgene and manifests insulin resistance and left ventricular dysfunction. We treated 6- to 7-wk-old TG (mRen2)27 rats and age-matched Sprague-Dawley control rats with nebivolol (10 mg·kg(-1)·day(-1)) or placebo via osmotic minipumps for a period of 21 days. Compared with Sprague-Dawley control rats, TG (mRen2)27 rats displayed a prolonged diastolic relaxation time and reduced initial filling rate associated with increased interstitial fibrosis and left ventricular hypertrophy. These findings were temporally related to increased NADPH oxidase activity and subunits p47(phox) and Rac1 and increased total ROS and peroxynitrite formation in parallel with reductions in the antioxidant heme oxygenase as well as the phosphorylation/activation of endothelial NO synthase and PKB/Akt. Treatment with nebivolol restored diastolic function and interstitial fibrosis through increases in the phosphorylation of 5'-AMP-activated protein kinase, Akt, and endothelial NO synthase and reductions in oxidant stress. These results support that targeting NO with nebivolol treatment improves diastolic dysfunction through reducing myocardial oxidative stress by enhancing 5'-AMP-activated protein kinase and Akt activation of NO biosynthesis.  相似文献

In this study, we investigated 1) whether the administration of phenytoin induced bone loss; and 2) whether menatetrenone could prevent bone loss induced by phenytoin. For this purpose, we previously developed a procedure to measure the bone mineral density using a conventional X-ray absorptiometry method. A long-termed administration of phenytoin (20 mg/kg per day for 5 weeks) produced bone loss in the tibiae of growing rats. The values of bone mineral density (BMD) were significantly decreased in the tibial diaphysis and metaphysis in the phenytoin-treated group. In this period, we measured the serum level of vitamin K-dependent protein, osteocalcin, a marker of bone formation. The serum level of osteocalcin showed a decrease in the phenytoin-treated group compared with the vehicle-treated group. Combined administration of menatetrenone (30 mg/kg in diet per day) with phenytoin for 5 weeks prevented the reduction of BMD, and the level of osteocalcin was slightly increased. Thus, it is suggested that long-termed phenytoin exposure may inhibit bone formation concomitantly with insufficient vitamin K, which, at least in part, contributed to bone loss in rats. Finally, these findings implicated the therapeutic usefulness of menatetrenone on a moderate degree of bone abnormality such as drug-induced osteopenia.  相似文献

Canine respiratory cells, obtained by bronchial lavage, and blood leukocytes were monitored to observe cellular changes following acute and chronic immunosuppression. Irradiation (350 R) produced bone marrow suppression and prompt peripheral blood leukopenia, but did not affect recovery of pulmonary alveolar macrophages or lymphocytes for 12 days after. Treatment for 6 weeks with daily methylprednisolone (1 mg/kg) caused a progressive decrease in the number of recoverable respiratory lymphocytes, whereas alternate day methylprednisolone (2 mg/kg) had less effect. Cyclophosphamide in combination with steroids generally augmented the progressive loss of blood and respiratiory lymphocytes. Recovery of alveolar macrophages was not changed appreciably. Thus, the population of lung macrophages, sampled by pulmonary lavage, withstood acute and chronic forms of immunosuppression very well. In contrast, canine lymphocytes seem more susceptible to injury, especially to drug regimens containing steroids.  相似文献

With a view to evaluate the cardioprotective effect of ethanolic extract of S. anacardium nut and the possible interaction with propranolol against isoproterenol induced myocardial damage in rats, female Sprague-Dawley rats were pre-treated with propranolol (10 mg/kg for 7 days), low and high doses of S. anacardium (100 and 500 mg/kg for 21 days) and their combination orally and subsequently subjected to isoproterenol administration (150 mg/kg, sc) for two consecutive days. The influence of prophylactic treatment was analysed by quantification of biomarkers and antioxidants, electocardiographic parameters and histopathological observations. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase and creatinine phosphokinase-MB were reduced in serum and raised in heart tissue with concurrent elevation in superoxide dismutase and catalase activities as well as reduction in thiobarbituric acid reactive species levels significantly in all treated groups compared to isoproterenol group. Similarly, electrocardiographic changes were restored to normalcy in all treated groups. To conclude, combination of high dose of S. anacardium with propranolol was found to be most effective in alleviating the abnormal conditions induced by isoproterenol.  相似文献

Some undesirable effects are associated with chronic estrogen and progestin administration used to prevent bone loss in postmenopausal women, thus leading to poor compliance and the need for improved therapeutic and preventive agents. We have thus studied the ability of the new antiestrogen EM-800 (SCH 57050) to prevent bone loss and lower serum cholesterol levels and compared its effects with those of raloxifene. Ovariectomized (OVX) female rats were treated by oral gavage for 37 weeks with increasing daily doses (0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0. 3 or 1 mg/kg) of EM-800 or raloxifene. At 35 weeks after OVX, lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) was 19% lower than in intact animals (P<0.01), while the OVX animals given EM-800 or raloxifene had 90-93 and 85-90%, respectively, of the BMD values observed in intact rats. Similar effects were observed on femoral BMD. Bone histomorphometry measurements were performed on proximal tibia. At the 0.01 mg/kg dose, EM-800 prevented the effect of OVX on TBV by 34% (P<0.01), while raloxifene had no detectable effect. Treatment with 1 mg/kg EM-800 and raloxifene resulted in, respectively, 68% (P<0.01) and 64% (P<0.01) prevention of the OVX-induced decrease in TBV. In addition, the administration of 0.01 and 0.03 mg/kg EM-800 caused, respectively, 54% (P<0.01) and 56% (P<0.01) inhibitions of serum cholesterol levels, while raloxifene administered at the same doses caused, respectively, 24% (P<0.01) and 41% (P<0.01) decreases of the value of the same parameter. At the highest doses used (0.1-1 mg/kg), both compounds lowered serum cholesterol levels by approximately 65% (P<0.01). No stimulatory effect of EM-800 was observed on the endometrial epithelial cells at doses up to 1 mg/kg, while hypertrophy of uterine epithelium was observed with raloxifene. EM-800 and raloxifene achieve the same degree of effectiveness on bone and serum cholesterol at higher doses, but EM-800 is at least three to ten times more potent than raloxifene at lower concentrations and has no stimulatory effect on uterine epithelium. The present data show the potent effect of EM-800 preventing bone loss and lower serum cholesterol levels without the negative effect on the endometrium, thus suggesting the particular interest of this new fully tissue-specific selective estrogen receptor modulator.  相似文献

目的比较麻黄碱预处理、利多卡因预处理和麻黄碱复合利多卡因预处理对顺式阿曲库铵起效时间、插管条件及其血流动力学的影响。方法选择全麻下行择期手术的患者120例随机分为4组,Ⅰ组生理盐水0.5ml,Ⅱ组麻黄碱70μg/kg,Ⅲ组利多卡因1.5mg/kg,Ⅳ组麻黄碱复合利多卡因70μg/kg+1.5mg/kg,预处理3min后4组患者均静脉注射顺式阿曲库铵0.15mg/kg,在5s内注射完成。患者入睡后行肌松监测,使用4个成串刺激(TOF),待T1达最大抑制程度时行气管插管,记录肌松起效时间,评估气管插管条件,同时观察HR、BP的变化。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肌松起效时间明显短于Ⅰ组(P0.05),而且Ⅳ组起效时间较Ⅱ、Ⅲ组短(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组气管插管优良率高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),但Ⅱ、Ⅲ组气管插管优良率比较无统计学意义;各组麻醉诱导期间均无明显心血管不良反应。结论麻黄碱复合利多卡因70μg/kg+1.5mg/kg预处理为较好的选择。  相似文献
