国产Nd:YAP激光组织热损伤效应的比较研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的:通过比较1 341 nm Nd:YAP与临床常用激光器脉冲Nd:YAG和连续Nd:YAG对皮肤、肌肉、静脉和肝脏组织的热损伤效应,了解Nd:YAP激光的作用特点,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以大鼠作为实验对象,分为皮肤、肌肉组和静脉、肝脏组。皮肤、肌肉组:Nd:YAP激光、连续和脉冲Nd:YAG选择能量密度1000 J/cm2、2 000 J/cm2,静脉、肝脏组采用Nd:YAP激光和连续Nd:YAG两种激光器,能量密度选择500 J/cm2和1 000 J/cm2,对组织进行非接触式点状照射。照射过程中观察组织变化和损伤直径大小,并于照射后即刻、3天取材做病理切片,光镜下观察病理变化,比较相同能量密度下三种激光器对组织的热损伤和损伤修复情况。结果:皮肤、肌肉组:Nd:YAP激光在1 000 J/cm2条件下对组织的损伤以热凝固效应为主,2 000 J/cm2条件下组织发生明显气化、有一定的切割作用。相同能量密度下,脉冲Nd:YAP激光气化作用较两种Nd:YAG激光显著,而凝固损伤范围较连续Nd:YAG浅,较脉冲Nd:YAG深。肝脏、静脉组:Nd:YAP激光对肝脏的热凝固效应与Nd:YAG激光近似,气化作用明显;Nd:YAP激光对血管及其周围组织的凝固及气化作用均较连续Nd:YAG激光明显。结论:Nd:YAP激光具有良好的凝固与气化作用。  相似文献

目的 观察Nd:YAG1064nm激光治疗机、伊曲康唑治疗甲真菌病的有效性及安全性.方法 选取符合入组条件的患者60例,病甲共125个.将60例患者随机分为A、B两组,A组予以Nd:YAG1064nm激光治疗;B组予以伊曲康唑口服治疗.每组均于第8周、第16周、第24周时随访,随访时予以真菌学评价及临床疗效评价.结果 A组第8周、16周、24周有效率分别为78.9%、52.6%、52.6%,B组第8周、16周、24周有效率分别为80.9%、66.2%、67.6%.A、B两组临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 激光治疗甲真菌病疗效肯定,且元不良反应.在轻中度甲真菌病患者中,激光治疗和药物治疗有效率差异不大.  相似文献

目的观察1064nmNd:YAG激光对5种甲真菌病重要致病菌(红色毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌、白念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、烟曲霉)生长的影响。方法将各菌的菌悬液均匀点种于培养基上,生长至形成一定大小的菌落,给予不同能量1064nmNd:YAG激光照射,皮肤癣菌类观察激光照射后第1、3、6天菌落生长受抑制的直径变化情况;念珠菌类观察其次代培养存活率的差异;烟曲霉菌悬液铺满整个平皿,观察经不同能量激光照射受抑制的菌落空白处直径大小差异。结果在体外,当激光能量累计达到3200J/cm^2时,可对培养基上生长的以上各菌产生生长抑制作用,且随着能量增大,抑制作用增强,甚至可发生杀灭作用。结论1064nmNd:YAG激光当能量累计达到一定量时可对甲真菌病致病菌产生明显的生长抑制或杀灭作用。  相似文献

目的:观察Nd:YAG激光治疗位于尿道口、阴道口、肛门及肛周的难治性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将61例特殊部位的尖锐湿疣的患者随机分为实验组(31例)和对照组(30例),实验组采用Nd:YAG激光机治疗,对照组采用普通CO2激光治疗机,随访半年观察两组的创面愈合情况、治愈率及复发率。结果:采用Nd:YAG激光治疗的实验组一次治愈率为80.64%,高于对照组的一次治愈率56.67%(x^2=4.087,P〈0.05),但两组的总治愈率无显著性差异(x^2=1.198,P〉0.05)。实验组复发率为22.58%,低于对照组的复发率46.67%。两者有显著性差异(x^2=3.918,P〈0.05)。激光术后第5天实验组的愈合率45.16%高于对照组的愈合率20.00%,两者有显著性差异(x^2=4.380,P〈0.05);第7天实验组的愈合率为87.09%高于对照组的愈合率60.00%,两者有显著性差别(x^2=4.469,P〈0.05);第10天实验组的患者全部愈合,愈合率为100%,高于对照组的愈合率83.33%(P=0.024〈0.05)。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗特殊部位尖锐湿疣效果好,创面愈合快,复发率低。  相似文献

The Er:YAG laser is currently used for bone ablation. However, the effect of Er:YAG laser irradiation on bone healing remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate bone healing following ablation by laser irradiation as compared with bur drilling. Rat calvarial bone was ablated using Er:YAG laser or bur with water coolant. Er:YAG laser effectively ablated bone without major thermal changes. In vivo micro‐computed tomography analysis revealed that laser irradiation showed significantly higher bone repair ratios than bur drilling. Scanning electron microscope analysis showed more fibrin deposition on laser‐ablated bone surfaces. Microarray analysis followed by gene set enrichment analysis revealed that IL6/JAK/STAT3 signaling and inflammatory response gene sets were enriched in bur‐drilled bone at 6 hours, whereas the E2F targets gene set was enriched in laser‐irradiated bone. Additionally, Hspa1a and Dmp1 expressions were increased and Sost expression was decreased in laser‐irradiated bone compared with bur‐drilled bone. In granulation tissue formed after laser ablation, Alpl and Gblap expressions increased compared to bur‐drilled site. Immunohistochemistry showed that osteocalcin‐positive area was increased in the laser‐ablated site. These results suggest that Er:YAG laser might accelerate early new bone formation with advantageous surface changes and cellular responses for wound healing, compared with bur‐drilling.   相似文献

目的 :研究 10 64nm和 53 2nm波长激光在激光能量为 14 0mJ/pulse(脉冲 )时对犬心肌切割效率。方法 :用Q开关Nd :YAG 10 64和 53 2nm波长脉冲激光分别照射犬离体和在体心肌组织 ,光学显微镜和偏振光学显微镜行组织学分析 ,观察不同条件下激光切割组织的深度和光热对组织的损伤。结果 :离体和在体实验 ,10 64nm波长激光的切割效率高于 53 2nm(p <0 .0 1)。在体和离体实验显示 10 64nm激光能量和重复率相同时 ,所致的切割效率无明显差异 (p >0 .0 5) ,血液对 10 64nm激光的切割效率影响较小。相反 ,在 53 2nm时血液对其影响较大 ,相同的激光能量和重复率 ,离体实验切割效率高于在体 (p <0 .0 1)。 10 64nm激光所致的光热和机械损伤均轻于 53 2nm激光。结论 :在切割效率方面 ,10 64nm激光比 53 2nm更适用于TMLR。 10 64nmQ开关Nd :YAG激光可通过光导纤维传输 ,是TMLR的一个有潜力的激光源  相似文献

We investigated the biological effects of Er:YAG laser (2940‐nm; DELight, HOYA ConBio, Fremont, California) irradiation at fluences of 3.6, 4.2, 4.9, 6.3, 8.1 or 9.7 J cm?2 at 20 or 30 Hz for 20 or 30 seconds on primary human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs). Irradiation at 6.3 J cm?2 promoted maximal cell proliferation, determined by WST‐8 assay and crystal violet staining, but was accompanied by lactate dehydrogenase release, on day 3 post‐irradiation. Elevation of ATP level, Ki67 staining, and cyclin‐A2 mRNA expression confirmed that Er:YAG affected the cell cycle and increased the number of proliferating cells. Transmission electron microscopy showed alterations of mitochondria and ribosomal endoplasmic reticulum (ER) at 3 hours post‐irradiation at 6.3 J cm?2, and the changes subsided after 24 hours, suggesting transient cellular injury. Microarray analysis revealed up‐regulation of 21 genes involved in heat‐related biological responses and ER‐associated degradation. The mRNA expression of heat shock protein 70 family was increased, as validated by Real‐time PCR. Surface temperature measurement confirmed that 6.3 J cm?2 generated heat (40.9°C post‐irradiation). Treatment with 40°C‐warmed medium increased proliferation. Laser‐induced proliferation was suppressed by inhibition of thermosensory transient receptor potential channels. Thus, despite causing transient cellular damage, Er:YAG laser irradiation at 6.3 J cm?2 strongly potentiated HGF proliferation via photo‐thermal stress, suggesting potential wound‐healing benefit.   相似文献

采用Ar^+激光(488 nm,照射时间分别为10 min、20 min、30 min)、Nd:YAG(1064 nm,照射时间为1 min、2 min、3 min)辐照扁藻,通过细胞计数以及扫描色素的吸收光谱研究激光辐照扁藻的生物效应.研究结果表明:非色素吸收峰的激光可以产生激光生物效应;不同波长,不同剂量的激光辐照扁藻可以表现出相类似的生物效应;Ar+辐照20 min、Nd:YAG辐照2 min可以刺激扁藻生长,明显提高色素吸收光密度值,促进光合作用的进行.文中对不同激光辐照扁藻所产生的生物效应进行了比较和探讨.  相似文献

目的:探讨可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光对兔耳增生性瘢痕的治疗作用.方法:制作兔耳增生性瘢痕模型,术后30天对兔耳增生性瘢痕进行可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光干预,观察兔耳瘢痕大体形态和组织病理改变,并采用免疫组化的方法检测兔耳瘢痕治疗前后血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达情况.结果:可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光干预后,兔耳增生性瘢痕出现明显的萎缩,免疫组化检查VEGF表达减弱.结论:可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光可能通过损伤瘢痕组织内的微血管促进兔耳增生性瘢痕萎缩,对早期增生性瘢痕具有治疗作用.  相似文献

Infra-red light (1064 nm) from a high-power Nd:YAG laser caused more than 90% loss of viability of Escherichia coli during exposures that raised the temperature of PBS suspensions of the bacteria to 50 C in a thermocouple-equipped cuvette. In contrast, there was minimal loss of viability after heating the same suspensions to 50 degrees C in a water-bath, or in a PCR thermal cycler. The mechanism of laser killing at 50 degrees C was explored by differential scanning calorimetry, by laser treatment of transparent and turbid bacterial suspensions, and by optical absorbency studies of E. coli suspensions at 1064 nm. Taken together, the data suggested that the bactericidal action of Nd:YAG laser light at 50 degrees C was due partly to thermal heating and partly to an additional, as yet undefined, mechanism. Scanning electron microscopy revealed localized areas of surface damage on laser-exposed E. coli cells.  相似文献

本文报告了Nd:YAG激光对狗胰部分切除的实验研究。结果证实:激光组(接触式、非接触式)与普通手术刀切胰比较,其止血效果好,以接触式激光刀最佳。术后定期复查血糖和淀粉酶未发现有显著差异。组织学检查提示,激光胰切缘主要为热损伤,且局限于距切缘0.5cm范围。激光切胰后即刻及术后定期做胰管造影表明,切缘胰管封闭良好。  相似文献

Mechanoluminescence (ML) glow is produced on the back side when the front of a metal sample is irradiated with infrared Nd:YAG laser pulses. An incident laser beam with a power density below the plasma‐flare onset threshold causes a rise in temperature in the studied metal. As the incident laser power density increases, the intensity of the ML glow signal also increases. On the basis of the laser power density‐induced temperature, an expression is derived for the temperature‐induced thermal stress. An expression is derived for the correlation between thermal stress and laser power density, which indicates that the temperature‐induced thermal stress is directly related to the incident laser power density. In the region of plastic deformation, temperature‐induced thermal stress is related to the strain and, consequently, to the emitted ML intensity. Finally, an expression is derived for the laser power dependence of the ML intensity, and good agreement is found between the theoretical and experimental results. Objectives

Low level laser therapy (LLLT), which stimulates natural biological processes in the application region, is frequently used in dental treatments. The aim of our study was to evaluate the effects of LLLT which could activate precancerous cells or increase existing cancerous tissue in case of clinically undetectable situations.

Materials and methods

Saos‐2 osteoblast‐like osteosarcoma cells and A549 human lung carcinoma cells were used. Twenty‐four hours after preparation of cell culture plates, laser irradiation was performed 1, 2 and 3 times according to the test groups using Nd:YAG laser with the power output 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 W. Cell proliferation analysis was performed by MTT assay at the 24th hour following the last laser applications.

Results

Generally, it was observed that the proliferation rates increased as the number of applications increased, when compared to the controls, especially in those cases in which the irradiation was performed 2 or 3 times more.

Conclusion

The findings of this study have led to the conclusion that LLLT increases cancer cell proliferation, depending on the power output level of the laser and the number of applications. In addition to the proliferation and mitotic activity of the cancer tissue cells, we concluded that LLLT, which is frequently used in dental practice, could activate precancerous cells or increase existing cancerous tissue.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop percentage of fat and waist circumference cut‐points in prepubertal children with the intention of defining obesity associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. Research Methods and Procedures: A cross‐sectional analysis of 87 prepubertal children aged 4 to 11 years was used. Percentage of body fat was determined by DXA. Waist circumference was measured to the nearest millimeter. Receiver Operating Characteristic analyses of percentage of fat and waist circumference were used to develop cut‐points for individuals with adverse levels of CVD risk factors. Results: The risk factors selected for analyses (i.e., fasting insulin, high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, and total cholesterol/high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol) were significantly related to percentage of body fat and waist circumference. Likelihood ratios were used to identify percentage of fat and waist circumference cut‐points associated with adverse cardiovascular risk profiles. Two cut‐points, an upper cut‐point of 33% body fat and a lower cut‐point of 20% body fat, were derived. Waist circumference cut‐points indicative of adverse and normal risk‐factor profiles were 71 cm and 61 cm, respectively. Discussion: The data indicate that children with ≥33% body fat and children with a waist circumference ≥71 cm were more likely to possess an adverse CVD risk‐factor profile than a normal risk‐factor profile. The likelihood of children with <20% body fat or a waist circumference <61 cm possessing an adverse CVD risk‐factor profile as opposed to a normal risk‐factor profile was small. The cut‐points describe an adequate health‐related definition of childhood obesity.  相似文献

目的:总结Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体(intraocular lens,IOL)植入术后后囊膜混浊(posterioc rcapsular opacification,PCO)的疗效和并发症,探讨此类手术临床应用的技巧与适用范围。方法:在不散瞳的条件下,应用Nd:YAG激光切开瞳孔区后囊膜混浊。结果:患者术后视力改善显著,术后并发症有眼压升高、AI晶体损伤、出血及玻璃体疝形成。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体植入术后晶体后囊膜混浊效果显著,严格掌握适应症以及熟练的手术技巧是获得最佳疗效的关键。  相似文献

The plasma parameter studies of the Nd:YAG (neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet, Nd:Y3Al15O12) crystal by using the fundamental (1064 nm) and second (532 nm) harmonics of Nd:YAG laser are reported. The electron temperature (T e ) and electron number density (N e) were determined using the Boltzmann plot method and the Stark-broadened line profile, respectively. An increase in the plasma parameters have been observed with an increase in the laser irradiance for both laser modes. The electron temperatures were calculated in the range of 0.53–0.66 eV for 1064 nm and 0.47–0.60 eV for 532 nm, and the electron number densities were determined in the range of 7.43 × 1015–3.27 × 1016 cm?3 for 1064 nm and 1.35 × 1016–3.97 × 1016 cm?3 for 532 nm in the studied irradiance range of 1.19–12.5 GW/cm2. However, the spatial evolution of the plasma parameters investigated up to 2.75 mm away from the target surface at a fixed laser irradiance of 6.51 GW/cm2 showed a decreasing trend. In addition, the estimated values of the inverse bremsstrahlung (IB) absorption coefficients at both laser wavelengths showed that the IB process is dominant for the 1064-nm laser.  相似文献

A study on clonal growth in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells was conducted after exposure to optical trapping wavelengths using Nd:YAG (1064 nm) and tunable titanium-sapphire (700-990 nm) laser microbeam optical traps. The nuclei of cells were exposed to optical trapping forces at various wavelengths, power densities, and durations of exposure. Clonal growth generally decreased as the power density and the duration of laser exposure increased. A wavelength dependence of clonal growth was observed, with maximum clonability at 950-990 nm and least clonability at 740-760 nm and 900 nm. Moreover, the most commonly used trapping wavelength, 1064 nm from the Nd:YAG laser, strongly reduced clonability, depending upon the power density and exposure time. The present study demonstrates that a variety of optical parameters must be considered when applying optical traps to the study of biological problems, especially when survival and viability are important factors. The ability of the optical trap to alter either the structure or biochemistry of the process being probed with the trapping beam must be seriously considered when interpreting experimental results.  相似文献

Background

Few studies have investigated the relationship of anthropometric measurements with computed tomography (CT) body fat composition, and even fewer determined if these relationships differ by sex and race.

Methods

CT scans from 1,851 participants in the population based Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis were assessed for visceral and subcutaneous fat areas by semi-automated segmentation of body compartments. Regression models were used to investigate relationships for anthropometry with visceral and subcutaneous fat separately by sex and race/ethnicity.

Results

Participants were 50% female, 41% Caucasian, 13% Asian, 21% African American, and 25% Hispanic. For visceral fat, the positive relationship with weight (p = 0.028), waist circumference (p<0.001), waist to hip ratio (p<0.001), and waist to height ratio (p = 0.05) differed by sex, with a steeper slope for men. That is, across the range of these anthropometric measures the rise in visceral fat is faster for men than for women. Additionally, there were differences by race/ethnicity in the relationship with height (p<0.001), weight (p<0.001), waist circumference (p<0.001), hip circumference (p = 0.006), and waist to hip ratio (p = 0.001) with the Hispanic group having shallower slopes. For subcutaneous fat, interaction by sex was found for all anthropometric indices at p<0.05, but not for race/ethnicity.

Conclusion

The relationship between anthropometry and underlying adiposity differs by sex and race/ethnicity. When anthropometry is used as a proxy for visceral fat in research, sex-specific models should be used.  相似文献
