Highly crystalline conjugated polymers represent a key material for producing high‐performance thick‐active‐layer polymer solar cells (PSCs). However, despite their potential, a limited number of crystalline polymers are used in PSCs because of the lack of highly coplanar acceptor building blocks and insufficient light absorptivity (α < 105) of most donor (D)–acceptor (A)‐type polymers. This study reports a series of novel 3,7‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐1,5‐naphthyridine‐2,6‐dione (NTDT) acceptor‐based conjugated polymers, PNTDT‐2T, PNTDT‐TT, and PNTDT‐2F2T, synthesized with 2,2′‐bithiophene (2T), thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (TT), and 3,3′‐difluoro‐2,2′‐bithiophene (2F2T) donor units, respectively. PNTDT‐2F2T exhibits superior polymer crystallinity and a much higher absorption coefficient than those of PNTDT‐2T or PNTDT‐TT because of adequate matching between highly coplanar A (NTDT) and D (2F2T) building blocks. A bulk heterojunction solar cell based on PNTDT‐2F2T exhibits a power conversion efficiency of up to 9.63%, with a high short circuit current of 18.80 mA cm?2 and fill factor of 0.70, when a thick active layer (>200 nm) is used, without postfabrication hot processing. The findings demonstrate that the polymer crystallinity and absorption coefficient can be effectively controlled by selecting appropriate D and A building blocks, and that NTDT is a novel and versatile A building block for highly efficient thick‐active‐layer PSCs.  相似文献

A new weak electron‐deficient building block, bis(2‐ethylhexyl) 2,5‐bis(5‐bromothiophen‐2‐yl) thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene‐3,6‐dicarboxylate ( TT‐Th ), is incorporated to construct a wide‐bandgap (1.88 eV) polymer PBDT‐TT for nonfullerene polymer solar cells (NF‐PSCs). PBDT‐TT possesses suitable energy levels and complementary absorption when blended with both ITIC analogues ( ITIC and IT‐M ) and a near‐infrared (NIR) acceptor ( 6TIC ). Moreover, PBDT‐TT exhibits good conjugated planarity and preferable face‐on orientation in the blended thin film, which are beneficial for charge transfer and carrier transport. The PSCs based on PBDT‐TT : IT‐M and PBDT‐TT : 6TIC blend films yield high power conversion efficiencies of 11.38% and 11.03%, respectively. To the best of the authors' knowledge, the PCE of 11.03% for PBDT‐TT : 6TIC‐ based device is one of the highest values reported for NIR NF‐PSCs. This work demonstrates that TT‐Th is a useful new electron‐accepting building block for making p‐type wide bandgap polymers for efficient NIR NF‐PSCs.  相似文献

Significantly increased power conversion efficiency (PCE) of polymer solar cells (PSCs) is achieved by applying a plasmonic enhanced light trapping strategy to a low bandgap conjugated polymer, poly(indacenodithiophene‐ co‐phananthrene‐quinoxaline) (PIDT‐PhanQ) and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) based bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) system. By doping both the rear and front charge‐selecting interfacial layers of the device with different sizes of Au NPs, the PCE of the devices is improved from 6.65% to 7.50% (13% enhancement). A detailed study of processing, characterization, microscopy, and device fabrication is conducted to understand the underlying mechanism for the enhanced device performance. The success of this work provides a simple and generally applicable approach to enhance light harnessing of low bandgap polymers in PSCs.  相似文献

All‐polymer solar cells (all‐PSCs) are attractive as alternatives to fabricate thermally and mechanically stable solar cells, especially with recent improvements in their power conversion efficiency (PCE). In this work, efficient all‐PSCs with near‐infrared response (up to 850 nm) are developed using newly designed regioregular polymer donors with relatively narrow optical gap. These all‐PSCs systems achieve PCEs up to 6.0% after incorporating fluorine into the polymer backbone. More importantly, these polymers exhibit absorbance that is complementary to previously reported wide bandgap polymer donors. Thus, the superior properties of the newly designed polymers afford opportunities to fabricate the first spectrally matched all‐polymer tandem solar cells with high performance. A PCE of 8.3% is then demonstrated which is the highest efficiency so far for all‐polymer tandem solar cells. The design of narrow bandgap polymers provides new directions to enhance the PCE of emerging single‐junction and tandem all polymer solar cells.  相似文献

Side‐chain engineering is an important strategy for optimizing photovoltaic properties of organic photovoltaic materials. In this work, the effect of alkylsilyl side‐chain structure on the photovoltaic properties of medium bandgap conjugated polymer donors is studied by synthesizing four new polymers J70 , J72 , J73 , and J74 on the basis of highly efficient polymer donor J71 by changing alkyl substituents of the alkylsilyl side chains of the polymers. And the photovoltaic properties of the five polymers are studied by fabricating polymer solar cells (PSCs) with the polymers as donor and an n‐type organic semiconductor (n‐OS) m‐ITIC as acceptor. It is found that the shorter and linear alkylsilyl side chain could afford ordered molecular packing, stronger absorption coefficient, higher charge carrier mobility, thus results in higher Jsc and fill factor values in the corresponding PSCs. While the polymers with longer or branched alkyl substituents in the trialkylsilyl group show lower‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels which leads to higher Voc of the PSCs. The PSCs based on J70 :m‐ITIC and J71 :m‐ITIC achieve power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 11.62 and 12.05%, respectively, which are among the top values of the PSCs reported in the literatures so far.  相似文献

The emerging field of tandem polymer solar cells (TPSCs) enables a feasible approach to deal with the fundamental losses associated with single‐junction polymer solar cells (PSCs) and provides the opportunity to propel their overall performance. Additionally, the rational selection of appropriate subcell photoactive polymers with complementary absorption profiles and optimal thicknesses to achieve balanced photocurrent generation are very important issues which must be addressed in order to realize paramount device performance. Here, two side chain fluorinated wide‐bandgap π‐conjugated polymers P1 (2F) and P2 (4F) in TPSCs have been used. These π‐conjugated polymers have high absorption coefficients and deep highest occupied molecular orbitals which lead to high open‐circuit voltages (Voc) of 0.91 and 1.00 V, respectively. Using these π‐conjugated polymers, TPSCs have been successfully fabricated by combining P1 or P2 as front cells with PTB7‐Th as back cells. The optimized TPSCs deliver outstanding power conversion efficiencies of 11.42 and 10.05%, with high Voc's of 1.64 and 1.72 V, respectively. These results are analyzed by balance of charge mobilities, and optical and electrical modeling is combined to demonstrate simultaneous improvement in all photovoltaic parameters in TPSCs.  相似文献

A new 2D‐conjugated medium bandgap donor–acceptor copolymer, J81 , based on benzodifuran with trialkylsilyl thiophene side chains as donor unit and fluorobenzothiazole as acceptor, is synthesized and successfully used in nonfullerene polymer solar cells (PSCs) with low bandgap n‐type organic semiconductor (n‐OS) 3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐ (3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone)‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐ hexylphenyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]‐ dithiophene (ITIC) and m ‐ITIC as acceptor. J81 possesses a lower‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of ?5.43 eV and medium bandgap of 1.93 eV with complementary absorption in the visible–near infrared region with the n‐OS acceptor. The PSCs based on J81 :ITIC and J81 :m ‐ITIC yield high power conversion efficiency of 10.60% and 11.05%, respectively, with high V oc of 0.95–0.96 V benefit from the lower‐lying HOMO energy level of J81 donor. The work indicates that J81 is another promising polymer donor for the nonfullerene PSCs.  相似文献

A novel wide‐bandgap electron‐donating copolymer containing an electron‐deficient, difluorobenzotriazole building block with a siloxane‐terminated side chain is developed. The resulting polymer, poly{(4,8‐bis(4,5‐dihexylthiophen‐2‐yl)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene‐co‐4,7‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐5,6‐difluoro‐2‐(6‐(1,1,1,3,5,5,5‐heptamethyltri‐siloxan‐3‐yl)hexyl)‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole} (PBTA‐Si), is used to successfully fabricate high‐performance, ternary, all‐polymer solar cells (all‐PSCs) insensitive to the active layer thickness. An impressively high fill factor of ≈76% is achieved with various ternary‐blending ratios. The optimized all‐PSCs attain a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.17% with an active layer thickness of 350 nm and maintain a PCE over 8% for thicknesses over 400 nm, which is the highest reported efficiency for thick all‐PSCs. These results can be attributed to efficient charge transfer, additional energy transfer, high and balanced charge transport, and weak recombination behavior in the photoactive layer. Moreover, the photoactive layers of the ternary all‐PSCs are processed in a nonhalogenated solvent, 2‐methyltetrahydrofuran, which greatly improves their compatibility with large‐scale manufacturing.  相似文献

A wide‐bandgap polymer, (poly[(2,6‐(4,8‐bis(5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)thiophen‐2‐yl)‐benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene))‐alt‐(2,5‐(methyl thiophene carboxylate))]) (3MT‐Th), is synthesized to obtain a complementary broad range absorption when harmonized with 3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone))‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylphenyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene (ITIC). The synthesized regiorandom 3MT‐Th polymer shows good solubility in nonhalogenated solvents. A film of 3MT‐Th:ITIC can be employed for forming an active layer in a polymer solar cell (PSC), with the blend solution containing toluene with 0.25% diphenylether as a nonhalogenated additive. The corresponding PSC devices display a power conversion efficiency of 9.73%. Moreover, the 3MT‐Th‐based PSCs exhibit excellent shelf‐life time of over 1000 h and are operationally stable under continuous light illumination. Therefore, methyl thiophene‐3‐carboxylate in 3MT‐Th is a promising new accepting unit for constructing p‐type polymers used for high‐performance nonfullerene‐type PSCs.  相似文献

Two novel narrow bandgap π‐conjugated polymers based on naphtho[1,2‐c:5,6‐c′]bis([1,2,5]thiadiazole) (NT) unit are developed, which contain the thiophene or benzodithiophene flanked with alkylthiophene as the electron‐donating segment. Both copolymers exhibit strong aggregations both in solution and as thin films. The resulting copolymers with higher molecular weight show higher photovoltaic performance by virtue of the enhanced short‐circuit current densities and fill factors, which can be attributed to their higher absorptivity and formation of more favorable film morphologies. Polymer solar cells (PSCs) fabricated with the copolymer PNTT achieve remarkable power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) > 11% based on both conventional and inverted structures at the photoactive layer thickness of 280 nm, which is the highest value so far observed from NT‐based copolymers. Of particular interest is that the device performances are insensitive to the thickness of the photoactive layer, for which the PCEs > 10% can be achieved with film thickness ranging from 150 to 660 nm, and the PCE remains >9% at the thickness over 1 µm. These findings demonstrate that these NT‐based copolymers can be promising candidates for the construction of thick film PSCs toward low‐cost roll‐to‐roll processing technology.  相似文献

Polymer solar cells (PSCs) are fabricated without solvent additives using a low‐bandgap polymer, PBDTTT‐C‐T, as the donor and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric‐acid‐methyl‐ester (PC61BM) as the acceptor. Donor‐acceptor blend and layer‐by‐layer (LL) solution process are used to form active layers. Relative to the blend devices, the LL devices exhibit stronger absorption, better vertical phase separation, higher hole and electron mobilities, and better charge extraction at correct electrodes. As a result, after thermal annealing the LL devices exhibit an average power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 6.86%, which is much higher than that of the blend devices (4.31%). The best PCE of the LL devices is 7.13%, which is the highest reported for LL processed PSCs and among the highest reported for PC61BM‐based single‐junction PSCs.  相似文献

In this work, a new asymmetrical backbone thienobenzodithiophene (TBD) containing four aromatic rings is designed, and then four polymers PTBD‐BZ, PTBD‐BDD, PTBD‐FBT, and PTBD‐Tz are synthesized. The planar and high degree of π‐conjugation configuration can guarantee effective charge carrier transport and the distinct flanked dihedral angles between the TBD core and conjugated side chain can subtly regulate the molecular aggregation and crystallinity. The four polymer/3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone)‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylphenyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]‐dithiophene (ITIC) blending films exhibit predominantly face‐on orientation. The photovoltaic devices based on wide bandgap polymers PTBD‐BZ and PTBD‐BDD achieve power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) as high as 12.02% and 11.39% without any post‐treatment. For the medium bandgap polymers PTBD‐FBT and PTBD‐Tz, the devices also show good PCEs of 10.18% and 11.02% with high VOC of 0.94 and 1.02 V, respectively, which indicates simultaneously achieving a VOC > 1 V and a high JSC is feasible to further improve the PSCs' performance by modifying this new backbone. This work reveals that the versatile asymmetric backbone is an excellent moiety to construct light‐harvesting copolymers and to modulate the microstructure for highly efficient PSCs.  相似文献

Nonfullerene polymer solar cells (PSCs) are fabricated by using one wide bandgap donor PBDB‐T and one ultranarrow bandgap acceptor IEICO‐4F as the active layers. One medium bandgap donor PTB7‐Th is selected as the third component due to the similar highest occupied molecular orbital level compared to that of PBDB‐T and their complementary absorption spectra. The champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs is increased from 10.25% to 11.62% via incorporating 20 wt% PTB7‐Th in donors, with enhanced short‐circuit current (JSC) of 24.14 mA cm?2 and fill factor (FF) of 65.03%. The 11.62% PCE should be the highest value for ternary nonfullerene PSCs. The main contribution of PTB7‐Th can be summarized as the improved photon harvesting and enhanced exciton utilization of PBDB‐T due to the efficient energy transfer from PBDB‐T to PTB7‐Th. Meanwhile, PTB7‐Th can also act as a regulator to adjust PBDB‐T molecular arrangement for optimizing charge transport, resulting in the enhanced FF of ternary PSCs. This experimental result may provide new insight for developing high‐performance ternary nonfullerene PSCs by selecting two well‐compatible donors with different bandgap and one ultranarrow bandgap acceptor.  相似文献

To explore the advantages of emerging all‐polymer solar cells (all‐PSCs), growing efforts have been devoted to developing matched donor and acceptor polymers to outperform fullerene‐based PSCs. In this work, a detailed characterization and comparison of all‐PSCs using a set of donor and acceptor polymers with both conventional and inverted device structures is performed. A simple method to quantify the actual composition and light harvesting contributions from the individual donor and acceptor is described. Detailed study on the exciton dissociation and charge recombination is carried out by a set of measurements to understand the photocurrent loss. It is unraveled that fine‐tuned crystallinity of the acceptor, matched donor and acceptor with complementary absorption and desired energy levels, and device architecture engineering can synergistically boost the performance of all‐PSCs. As expected, the PBDTTS‐FTAZ:PNDI‐T10 all‐PSC attains a high and stable power conversion efficiency of 6.9% without obvious efficiency decay in 60 d. This work demonstrates that PNDI‐T10 can be a potential alternative acceptor polymer to the widely used acceptor N2200 for high‐performance and stable all‐PSCs.  相似文献

Newly developed benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (BDT) block with 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) side chains is first employed to build efficient photovoltaic copolymers. The resulting copolymers, PBDTEDOT‐BT and PBDTEDOTFBT, have a large bandgap more than 1.80 eV, which is attributed to the increased steric hindrance between the BDT and EDOT skeletons. Both copolymers possess the satisfied absorptions, low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels and high crystallinity. Using the fluorination strategy, PBDTEDOT‐FBT exhibits a wider and stronger absorption and a deeper HOMO level than those of PBDTEDOT‐BT. PBDTEDOT‐FBT:[6,6]‐Phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) blend also shows the higher hole mobility and better surface morphology compared with the PBDTEDOTBT:PC71BM blend. Combination of above advantages, PBDTEDOT‐FBT devices exhibit much higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 10.11%, with an improved open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.86 V, short circuit current densities (Jsc) of 16.01 mA cm?2, and fill factor (FF) of 72.6%. This work not only provides a newly efficient candidate of BDT donor block modified with EDOT conjugated side chains, but also achieves high‐performance large bandgap copolymers for polymer solar cells (PSCs) via the synergistic effect of fluorination and side chain engineering strategies.  相似文献

Despite the potential of ternary polymer solar cells (PSCs) to improve photocurrents, ternary architecture is not widely utilized for PSCs because its application has been shown to reduce fill factor (FF). In this paper, a novel technique is reported for achieving highly efficient ternary PSCs without this characteristic sharp decrease in FF by matching the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy levels of two donor polymers. Our ternary device—made from a blend of wide‐bandgap poly[4,8‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene‐alt‐2,5‐dioctyl‐4,6‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)pyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1,3(2H,5H)‐dione) (PBDT‐DPPD) polymer, narrow‐bandgap poly[4,8‐bis[5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐2‐thienyl]benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene‐alt‐(4‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐3‐fluorothieno[3,4‐b]thiophene‐)‐2‐carboxylate‐2‐ 6‐diyl)] (PTB7‐Th) polymer, and [6,6]‐phenyl C70‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM)—exhibits a maximum power conversion efficiency of 10.42% with an open‐circuit voltage of 0.80 V, a short‐circuit current of 17.61 mA cm?2, and an FF of 0.74. In addition, this concept is extended to quaternary PSCs made by using three different donor polymers with similar HOMO levels. Interestingly, the quaternary PSCs also yield a good FF (≈0.70)—similar to those of corresponding binary PSCs. This study confirms that the HOMO levels of the polymers used on the photoactive layer of PSCs are a crucial determinant of a high FF.  相似文献

In very recent years, growing efforts have been devoted to the development of all‐polymer solar cells (all‐PSCs). One of the advantages of all‐PSCs over the fullerene‐based PSCs is the versatile design of both donor and acceptor polymers which allows the optimization of energy levels to maximize the open‐circuit voltage (Voc). However, there is no successful example of all‐PSCs with both high Voc over 1 V and high power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 8% reported so far. In this work, a combination of a donor polymer poly[4,8‐bis(5‐(2‐octylthio)thiophen‐2‐yl)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene‐2,6‐diyl‐alt‐(5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐4H‐thieno[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐4,6(5H)‐dione)‐1,3‐diyl] (PBDTS‐TPD) with a low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital level and an acceptor polymer poly[[N,N′‐bis(2‐octyldodecyl)‐naphthalene‐1,4,5,8‐bis(dicarboximide)‐2,6‐diyl]‐alt‐thiophene‐2,5‐diyl] (PNDI‐T) with a high‐lying lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level is used, realizing high‐performance all‐PSCs with simultaneously high Voc of 1.1 V and high PCE of 8.0%, and surpassing the performance of the corresponding PC71BM‐based PSCs. The PBDTS‐TPD:PNDI‐T all‐PSCs achieve a maximum internal quantum efficiency of 95% at 450 nm, which reveals that almost all the absorbed photons can be converted into free charges and collected by electrodes. This work demonstrates the advantages of all‐PSCs by incorporating proper donor and acceptor polymers to boost both Voc and PCEs.  相似文献

A series of four polymers containing benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (BDT) and 5,6‐difluoro‐4,7‐diiodobenzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole (2FBT), PBDT2FBT, PBDT2FBT‐O, PBDT2FBT‐T, and PBDT2FBT‐T‐O, are synthesized with their four different side chains, alkyl‐, alkoxy‐, alkylthienyl‐, and alkoxythienyl. Experimental results and theoretical calculations show that the molecular tuning of the side chains simultaneously influences the solubilities, energy levels, light absorption, surface tension, and intermolecular packing of the resulting polymers by altering their molecular coplanarity and electron affinity. The polymer solar cell (PSC) based on a blend of PBDT2FBT‐T/[6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) exhibits the best photovoltaic performance of the four PBDT2FBT derivatives, with a high open‐circuit voltage of 0.98 V and a power conversion efficiency of 6.37%, without any processing additives, post‐treatments, or optical spacers. Furthermore, PBDT2FBT‐T‐O, which has a novel side chain alkoxythienyl, showed promising properties with the most red‐shifted absorption and strong intermolecular packing property in solid state. This study provides insight into molecular design and fabrication strategies via structural tuning of the side chains of conjugated polymers for achieving highly efficient PSCs.  相似文献

While polymer acceptors are promising fullerene alternatives in the fabrication of efficient bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells, the range of efficient material systems relevant to the “all‐polymer” BHJ concept remains narrow, and currently limits the perspectives to meet the 10% efficiency threshold in all‐polymer solar cells. This report examines two polymer acceptor analogs composed of thieno[3,4‐c ]pyrrole‐4,6‐dione (TPD) and 3,4‐difluorothiophene ([2F]T) motifs, and their BHJ solar cell performance pattern with a low‐bandgap polymer donor commonly used with fullerenes (PBDT‐TS1; taken as a model system). In this material set, the introduction of a third electron‐deficient motif, namely 2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole (BT), is shown to (i) significantly narrow the optical gap (E opt) of the corresponding polymer (by ≈0.2 eV) and (ii) improve the electron mobility of the polymer by over two orders of magnitude in BHJ solar cells. In turn, the narrow‐gap P2TPDBT[2F]T analog (E opt = 1.7 eV) used as fullerene alternative yields high open‐circuit voltages (V OC) of ≈1.0 V, notable short‐circuit current values (J SC) of ≈11.0 mA cm−2, and power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) nearing 5% in all‐polymer BHJ solar cells. P2TPDBT[2F]T paves the way to a new, promising class of polymer acceptor candidates.  相似文献

The device performance of polymer solar cells (PSCs) is strongly dependent on the blend morphology. One of the strategies for improving PSC performance is side‐chain engineering, which plays an important role in controlling the aggregation properties of the polymers and thus the domain crystallinity/purity of the donor–acceptor blends. In particular, for a family of high‐performance donor polymers with strong temperature‐dependent aggregation properties, the device performances are very sensitive to the size of alkyl chains, and the best device performance can only be achieved with an optimized odd‐numbered alkyl chain. However, the synthetic route of odd‐numbered alkyl chains is costly and complicated, which makes it difficult for large‐scale synthesis. Here, this study presents a facile method to optimize the aggregation properties and blend morphology by employing donor polymers with a mixture of two even‐numbered, randomly distributed alkyl chains. In a model polymer system, this study suggests that the structural and electronic properties of the random polymers comprising a mixture of 2‐octyldodecyl and 2‐decyltetradecyl alkyl chains can be systematically tuned by varying the mixing ratio, and a high power conversion efficiency (11.1%) can be achieved. This approach promotes the scalability of donor polymers and thus facilitates the commercialization of PSCs.  相似文献
