The entrainment limits to light-dark cycles can be modified by the experimental conditions under which they are tested. Among the factors that may influence entrainment is the amount of wheel running exerted by the animal. In the present work, the effects of transitory and continuous wheel running on entrainment to light-dark cycles were tested using a range of T cycles at the entrainment limits. Four groups of female hamsters were submitted to 1 h stepwise changes in T cycles. Two groups were exposed to T cycles of which the period was shortened at the lower limit from T22 to T18, and the other two groups were exposed to cycles that lengthened at the upper limit from T27 to T32. One of the groups at the lower limit and one at the upper limit had continuous access to a running wheel, while the others had the wheel locked, except at certain T when a lack of period control by T cycle appeared. The study demonstrates that access to running wheel widens the limits of entrainment to LD cycles. Specifically, the following observations were made: the effects of wheel running for entrainment were more evident in the groups with continuous access to wheel, as they did entrain to T19 and T32; continuous access to a wheel produced aftereffects only after T19, but not under T32; and when animals without a wheel showed relative coordination, unlocking the wheel favored entrainment in all the animals at T31, but in only 1 out 6 at T19. All of these indicate a different effect of the wheel running on the upper and lower limits of entrainment.  相似文献

The properties and functions of the sulfhydryl groups of transducin were examined by 5,5' -dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid) titration and N-ethylmaleimide modification. The T beta gamma subunit of transducin contained a total of six free sulfhydryl groups and two were reactive under native conditions. Both reactive sulfhydryl groups were located in the beta polypeptide. The functions of transducin were not affected by the modification of these two sulfhydryl groups. The T alpha subunit of transducin contained three accessible sulfhydryl groups under both native and denaturing conditions. When 1.3 sulfhydryl groups were covalently modified by N-ethylmaleimide, the GTPase activity, the guanosine 5' -(beta, gamma-imido)triphosphate (Gpp(NH)p) uptake, and the rhodopsin-binding property of transducin were inhibited. The binding of Gpp(NH)p to T alpha blocked two of the three sulfhydryl groups from chemical modification and increased the reactivity of the remaining one. Modification of this specific sulfhydryl group of T alpha -Gpp(NH)p inhibited the exchange of the bound Gpp(NH)p for GTP. However, the modified T alpha-Gpp(NH)p was able to activate cGMP phosphodiesterase in solution and on positively charged liposomes. These findings demonstrated that a conformational change of T alpha occurs upon the binding of Gpp(NH)p and a specific sulfhydryl group of T alpha plays an important role in the activation of transducin in retinal rod outer segments.  相似文献

目的:探讨右美托咪定(Dex)对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者血流动力学及应激反应的影响。方法:选择2012年7月到2014年7月在我院行腹腔镜子宫切除术的36例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各18例。实验组静脉注射Dex 1μg/kg直到手术结束,对照组同法给予生理盐水。于麻醉前15 min(T0)、插管后5 min(T1)、气腹后20 min(T2)、术后立刻(T3)和术后24 h(T4)四个时间点,分别监测其平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR),并测定血浆皮质醇(Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:T0时两组患者的MAP和HR比较,无显著性差异(P0.05),对照组T1、T2、T3时明显升高(P0.05),实验组轻微升高,两组相比差异有显著性(P0.05)。T4时两组患者的MAP和HR均恢复至正常水平。T0时两组Cor、NE和IL-6比较,无显著性差异(P0.05),对照组T2、T3、T4时明显升高(P0.05),实验组轻微升高,两组相比差异有显著性(P0.05)。T4时除NE,其他指标均达到峰值。结论:Dex能维持围术期患者血流动力学稳定,降低术中的应激反应。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects of pomegranate extract and tangeretin alone or in combination in DMBA-induced rat breast cancer model.A total of 68 female rats were randomly divided into 8 groups. The first 4 groups were designed as controls for cancer and treatment groups, and the control groups were composed of only control (C), Pomegranate (P), Tangeretin (T), and Pomegranate+Tangeretin (P+T) groups. The other four groups were designed as cancer and treatment groups and were composed of DMBA (D) and DMBA+Pomegranate (D+P), DMBA+Tangeretin (D+T), DMBA+Pomegranate+Tangeretin (D+P+T) groups. Tumor markers and angiogenesis parameters were studied from plasma samples obtained from rats. Histopathological, immunohistochemical, and TUNEL analyses and expressions of proteins affecting apoptosis and cell cycle were determined in breast tissue samples.In the DMBA group, plasma CA15-3, CEA, VEGF, MMP-9, and NF-κB levels were significantly increased compared to the controls, but significant decreases were observed in these parameters except MMP-9 in the treatment groups. It was observed that p53 and Bax expressions significantly increased in both D+P and D+P+T groups compared to the DMBA group, and these findings were supported by Tunel and immunohistochemical findings. Cyclin D1 expressions were found to be significantly decreased only in the D+T group and supported by TUNEL and immunohistochemical findings. Immunohistochemical ER-α and Ki-67 immune reactivities were significantly decreased in all treatment groups compared to the DMBA group.Our results showed that combined application of pomegranate extract and tangeretin may be more beneficial in preventing breast cancer development.  相似文献

目的:比较连续股神经阻滞(CFNB)与静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)在全膝关节置换术中的应用效果及对患者凝血功能的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月间我院行单侧全膝关节置换术的患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为CFNB组和PCIA组,每组各40例,两组患者分别接受CFNB和PCIA治疗。观察两组患者术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),两组患者分别于麻醉前(T1)、术毕(T2)、术后1 d(T3)、术后2 d(T4)进行血栓弹力图检查,观察两组凝血功能变化。并于术后随访1年,比较两组患者膝关节功能。结果:术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h CFNB组患者VAS评分显著低于PCIA组患者(P0.05)。T2、T3、T4时点CFNB组患者凝血反应时间(R)、血凝块形成时间(K)较T1升高,血凝块聚合形成速率(α角)、血凝块最大振幅(MA)较T1降低,PCIA组患者R、K较T1降低,α角、MA较T1升高,T2、T3、T4时点CFNB组患者R、K高于PCIA组患者,α角、MA低于PCIA组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者术后均完成1年的随访,两组患者KSS评分、膝关节最大屈曲度、膝关节最大伸直度比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:CFNB对于全膝关节置换术术后患者镇痛效果优于PCIA,有利于改善患者凝血功能,不影响术后患者膝关节功能的恢复。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the development potential and quality of in vitro produced bovine embryos cultured individually or in groups. After IVM and IVF, presumptive zygotes were cultured in groups or individually, either in drops or in the modified "well of the well" (mWOW) system. In Experiment 1, four culture systems were utilized: T1: drop in group (control); T2: mWOW in groups; T3: mWOW individually; and T4: drop individually. Cleavage and blastocyst rates at Days 6, 7 and 8 and total cell number of Day 6 blastocysts were similar (P > 0.05) for all treatments. However, in Day 7 blastocysts, total cell number was lower (P < 0.05) in embryos cultured individually in a small drop than those cultured in the mWOW. In Experiment 2, blastocysts of T1, T2 and T3 were allocated into two groups, control and vitrified. After warming, the vitrified embryos were cultured for 72 h. At 48 h, the development of the Days 6 and 7 embryos was similar (P > 0.05) for all treatments in the control group. For the vitrified embryos, lower hatching rates (P < 0.05) were observed in the T3 group. In conclusion, embryos cultured in groups in the mWOW system had the same blastocyst rates but better quality (measured by their survival after vitrification) than those cultured individually in the mWOW system.  相似文献

Allozyme analysis was carried out on 152 Trichinella isolates from synanthropic and wild animals and from humans; the isolates were collected from 5 continents. The analysis, involving 27 enzymes, revealed the presence of 8 distinct gene pools, termed T1-T8. Four of the genetic groups represent the 4 previously proposed species: Trichinella spiralis sensu stricto (T1), Trichinella nativa (T2), Trichinella nelsoni (T7), and Trichinella pseudospiralis (T4). The other 4, T3, T5, T6, and T8 are distinct from previously described species. The absence of allozymic hybrid patterns among even sympatric groups indicates a lack of gene flow among the groups. Principal component analysis and the unweighted pair group method of analysis were used to assemble allozyme patterns of the 152 isolates into discrete groups and to show their relative relationships. Both analyses indicated the presence of 8 primary clusters that correlated with the gene pools revealed by direct allozyme profile analysis. The absence of evidence of gene flow among the gene pools and the high level of allozymic differentiation between the cluster groups support the concept that the genus Trichinella is composed of several sibling species.  相似文献

Modulation by sex hormones of aortic reactivity in rats with the metabolic syndrome (MS) was investigated. The following groups of weanling male Wistar rats were used: control rats (C) received regular tap water while MS rats received 30% sucrose in their drinking water; both had rodent chow for 24 weeks. These two groups were further subdivided into the following four groups: intact (Int), castrated (Cas), castrated plus testosterone (T) and castrated plus estradiol (E). Vascular response of thoracic aortic rings to norepinephrine (NE), acetylcholine (ACh), indomethacin (Indo) and nitro-l-arginine-methyl ester (L-NAME) was investigated. Blood pressure (BP) and serum nitrates and nitrites were measured. BP and serum nitrates and nitrites were modified by castration and treatments with either T or E. Vasoconstriction in Int MS and Cas MS+T aortas was larger than in C and Cas C+T, respectively. Vasodilation in Int MS and Cas MS+T was reduced in comparison with C and Cas C+T, Cas MS and Cas MS+E. Indomethacin decreased vasoconstriction in all groups (P<0.002) but Int C and Cas C+T remained significantly smaller than Int MS and Cas MS+T. l-NAME in NE-contracted vessels induced a significant increase in vasoconstriction, except in Cas C+E rats; the responses of Int MS and Cas MS+T were significantly larger than in Int C and Cas C+T. The results suggest endothelial dysfunction in Int MS and Cas MS+T and a protective effect resulting from castration and castration plus E in MS animals, indicating a sex hormone influence.  相似文献

1. Female Wistar rats were randomly assigned to control (C) or exercising (T) groups and subsequently portioned into 1, 3, 5 and 10 day T and C groups. The T groups completed a progressive endurance running program. Biochemical indices of adaptation were measured in cardiac muscle and in plantaris and soleus muscles of C and T animals after their last exercise bout. 2. In cardiac muscle, myofibrillar ATPase activity was significantly elevated in the 3T (0.241 +/- 0.031) and 5T (0.242 +/- 0.013) groups (P less than or equal to 0.05) compared to their respective controls (3C = 0.187 +/- 0.015 and 5C = 0.190 +/- 0.007). 3. After 10 days of training cardiac myofibrillar ATPase activity was elevated by 17% but this was not significant (P greater than or equal to 0.05). 4. No changes in myofibrillar ATPase activity were seen in skeletal muscle (P greater than or equal to 0.05), however, hexokinase activity progressively increased and was significantly elevated in the 3T, 5T and 10T soleus and plantaris muscles of rats over controls (P less than or equal to 0.05). 5. Minimal nonsignificant changes were noted in the hexokinase activity of the hearts of all T groups (P greater than or equal to 0.05). 6. These results indicate that metabolic adaptation of the heart and skeletal muscles takes place after as little as three training sessions. 7. Rats were rendered obese by feeding them a fatty diet (HFD, fat: 50% of weight). At the end of the experimental period the animals were divided, also the control rats, which were fed a low-fat diet (LFD, fat: 3% of weight), in light and heavy weight groups. The heavy and obese HFD groups showed, unlike the light LFD-animals, equal absolute but significantly lower relative thyroidal weights. The absolute thyroidal weights of light and heavy animal groups, which received in each case the same diet, were identical, the relative thyroidal weights of the heavy rats on the other hand decreased significantly. The iodoamino acid distribution in the thyroid of rats showed no variation in animals fed various diets and differed in body mass and fat content. The T4 serum levels of the HFD-, in comparison to the LFD-animals increased significantly. Between light and heavy animals in equal diet groups no differences were obtained for the T4 serum values. The serum T3 levels of LFD- and HFD-rats were also equal. The heavy HFD- showed in comparison to the light LFD-animals a significantly lower T4 clearance and in the higher age groups a significantly extended T4 half-life time. The HFD- and LFD-rats with approximately equal body mass and body fat content showed no differences in T4 half-life time and T4 clearance rate depending on diet. A relation between higher body fat content and increased serum T4 levels as a possible adaption to obesity in heavy HFD-rats is discussed. By the comparison of younger and older rats in the most investigated diet and weight groups the older animals showed a decreasing tendency for K and TD/100 g KM and a significant decrease in the clearance rate and in the TD for T4, related to body mass. An influence of diet, body mass or fat content on the decrease of the T4 metabolism of rats with increased age is not evident. The T4 serum levels were not different in dependence on age, but the free T4 serum level was significantly lower in the older rats.  相似文献

Serum concentrations of T4, T3 and reverse T3 were studied in two hyperthyroid groups (n = 13 and 11), in a group of normals (n = 9) and in a group of L-T4 substituted patients (n = 7) with severe pretreatment hypothyroidism. Serum T4 did not change except in one of the hyperthyroid groups change to in which a slight decrease was found. In all groups a significant fall in serum T3 and a significant rise in serum reverse T3 were found. An expected increase in serum TSH in the normal and in the L-T4 substituted groups could not be demonstrated.  相似文献

To determine a dose of progesterone (P4) that allow ovarian follicular wave control, Aberdeen Angus cows were randomly assigned into four groups: T600 (n=5), 600 mg of P4/day; T400 (n=5), 400 mg of P4/day; T200 (n=4), 200mg of P4/day and Control (n=4) (excipient only). Progesterone was injected from day 3 to 9 of estrous cycle. Ultrasonographies and blood sample collections were performed daily from day 2 to 10 and on day 15 of the estrous cycle. Additionally, an ultrasonographic study was conducted on day 13. Progesterone concentrations were different among all groups (P<0.01). The diameter of the dominant follicle was greater for control than for T200, T400 and T600 groups (P<0.01); there was no difference between T200 and T400 (P>0.05), but they had a greater diameter follicle than the T600 group (P<0.01). The growth rate of the dominant follicle between day 3 and 7 of estrous cycle was greater for control group (1.63+/-0.3 mmday(-1)) than for T200 (0.56+/-0.19 mmday(-1), P<0.05), T400 (0.6+/-0.23 mmday(-1), P<0.05) and T600 (0.11+/-0.13 mmday(-1), P<0.01) groups. The mean number of class I follicles (3-4mm) per day for the entire experimental period was less for the control group than for T200 (P<0.05), T400 and T600 (P<0.01) groups (3.7+/-1.3; 5.3+/-1.3; 6.6+/-1.8 and 8.1+/-1.9, respectively). The mean number for the T200 group was less than for T600 (P<0.05) and similar for T400 and T600 groups (P>0.05). The number of class III follicles was greater for control group than for the other groups (P<0.01). T200 and T400 groups had similar numbers of class III follicles (P>0.05) and both had greater numbers of follicles than the T600 group (P<0.05). The diameter of the corpus luteum of the T600 group (15.8+/-1.6 mm) was less than for control (21.0+/-2.5 mm, P<0.01), T200 (19.3+/-2.7 mm, P<0.01) and T400 (20.0+/-2.2 mm) groups (P<0.05). The mean diameter of corpus luteum of T200 was similar to T400 (P>0.05), but different from the control group (P<0.05). In conclusion, the daily intramuscular administration of 200mg or more of progesterone from day 3 to 9 of the estrous cycle indicates that plasma concentrations of progesterone can be used to modify the pattern of follicular development during the follicular wave. From day 5 of the estrous cycle, progesterone concentrations greater than 15 ng/ml (T600 group: 600 mg/day of progesterone from day 3 to 9 of the estrous cycle) inhibit dominant follicle development, increase the class I follicle populations (3-4 mm) and diminish the development of the corpus luteum.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to investigate the possible effect of 60 Hz circularly polarized magnetic fields (MFs) as promoters of genetically initiated lymphoma in AKR mice. One hundred sixty female animals were divided into four different groups. They were exposed to four different intensities of circularly polarized MFs. Animals received exposure to 60 Hz circularly polarized MF at field strengths (rms‐value) of 0 µT (sham control, T1, Group I), 5 µT(T2, Group II), 83.3 µT (T3, Group III), or 500 µT(T4, Group IV), for 21 h/day from the age of 4–6 weeks to the age of 44–46 weeks. There were no exposure‐related changes in mean survival time, clinical signs, body weights, hematological values, micronucleus assay, gene expression arrays, analysis of apoptosis, and necropsy findings. At histopathological examination, lymphoma was seen in all the groups. The tumor incidence was 31/40(78%), 30/40(75%), 32/40(80%), and 31/40(78%) in sham control, 5, 83.3, and 500 µT groups, respectively. However, there were no differences in the tumor incidence between the sham control (T1) and circularly polarized MF exposure groups (T2–T4). In conclusion, there was no evidence that exposure to 60 Hz circularly polarized MF strengths up to 500 µT promoted lymphoma in AKR mice. Amber mutants of the related phages T3 and T7 were isolated and tested for their ability to restore-as the wild type does-thymidine incorporation in ultraviolet (UV)-irradiated, UV-sensitive, nonpermissive host bacteria (Escherichia coli B(s-1)). Most amber mutants had this ability. However, in both T3 and T7, mutants unable to promote thymidine incorporation under these conditions were found and classified into two well-defined complementation groups: T3DO-A and T3DO-B, T7DO-A and T7DO-B. Infection of B(s-1) cells with representatives of groups DO-A had the following characteristics: (i) phage-directed uridine uptake in UV-irradiated cells was reduced to less than 20% of normal; (ii) breakdown of host deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was delayed and incomplete; (iii) no serum-blocking antigens appeared; (iv) no cell lysis occurred; (v) the ability to exclude the heterologous wild type was impaired. Amber mutants of the DO-B groups, infecting B(s-1), were able to: (i) promote an efficient phage-directed uridine uptake in UV-irradiated cells; (ii) bring about rapid breakdown of host DNA; (iii) synthesize serum-blocking antigens; (iv) lyse the host cells, generally after the normal latent period; (v) exclude efficiently the heterologous wild type. Although physiological similarities between the respective DO-A mutants or DO-B mutants of T3 and T7 were evident, no physiological cross-complementation occurred, and genetic crosses gave no evidence of genetic homologies between groups of T3 and T7.  相似文献

Light entrainment and stimulation of PRL release were studied in rams submitted to artificial light regimes: In a first experiment four groups of animals were submitted to light regimes with a period of 6, 4, 3 or 2 months respectively (T6 to T2 groups) and amplitude of 8-16 h of daylength. In all four groups PRL level was significantly correlated with daylength (r greater than 0.51; P less than 0.01). However in July, when temperatures were indeed high, an additional PRL increase was observed in the T6, T4 and T3 groups, although the role of temperature appears debatable. In a second experiment, animals were exposed daily to 8 hrs. of light given in two photofractions. The first fraction of 7 hrs. began at the same time as "dawn", and the second of 1 hr ended at the same time as "dusk" of the T6 group in the first experiment which served as control group. Correlation of plasma prolactin in rams receiving 8 h light in one or two photofractions was highly significant (r = 0.66; P less than 0.001). This suggests that rams measured daylength between two limits considered as "dawn" and "dusk" even if lights were turned off during part of this interval.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨静脉全麻联合超声引导下前锯肌平面+肋间神经阻滞应用于胸腔镜肺楔形切除术效果。方法:选择2021年10月至2022年12月来我院诊治的60例行胸腔镜肺楔形切除术患者,根据随机数字表法,将60例患者分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组30例患者行全麻联合胸椎旁阻滞+肋间神经阻滞的麻醉方法,观察组30例患者行全麻联合前锯肌+肋间神经阻滞的麻醉方法。对比两组患者监测入室时(T0)、插管即刻(T1)、手术切皮时(T2)、拔管即刻(T3 )时的平均动脉压及心率,对比两组患者术后2 h、4 h、12 h、24 h、48 h的静息、咳嗽状态下的疼痛评分,对比两组患者T0-T3点的应激反应指标,对比两组患者术中血管活性药的使用剂量,对比两组患者围术期的不良反应发生率。结果:与T0点相比,观察组在T1、T2、T3时的平均动脉压、心率均有明显增加(P<0.05),而在T1点时,两组比较无差异(P>0.05);T2、T3点时观察组的平均动脉压、心率明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。随着术后时间延长,两组静息、咳嗽状态下的疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05),而同时间点组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与T0点相比,观察组在T1、T2、T3时的肿瘤坏死因子、白介素6、白介素10水平均有明显增加(P<0.05),而同时间点观察组与对照组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中血管活性药的使用剂量明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率16.77%低于对照组23.33%,但组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:行静脉全麻联合超声引导下前锯肌平面+肋间神经阻滞的胸腔镜肺楔形切除术者血流动力学更加稳定,术中所需血管活性药物用量明显降低。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同麻醉方式对骨科手术患者血流动力学、术后精神状态及认知功能的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年12月期间我院收治的89例骨科手术患者,根据数字表法将患者随机分为对照组(n=44)和研究组(n=45),对照组给予全身麻醉,研究组给予硬膜外麻醉,比较两组患者围术期指标情况,比较两组患者不同时间点血流动力学、术后精神状态及术后认知功能障碍(POCD)发生率。结果:两组患者术中麻醉时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);研究组麻醉药物使用量少于对照组,苏醒时间、语言恢复时间短于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者麻醉后术前(T2)时间点平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)均较麻醉前(T1)时间点降低,两组患者手术30 min(T3)、手术结束时(T4)时间点MAP、HR均较T2时间点升高(P0.05),但两组患者T1~T4时间点MAP、HR比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组术后6 h(T5)~术后72 h(T8)时间点、研究组T5~术后24 h(T7)时间点MMSE评分低于T1时间点(P0.05),而研究组T8时间点MMSE评分与T1时间点比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);研究组T7、T8时间点MMSE评分高于对照组(P0.05)。研究组T5、术后12 h(T6)时间点POCD发生率均低于对照组(P0.05),两组T7、T8时间点POCD发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:两种麻醉方式均可对骨科手术患者血流动力学、术后精神状态造成一定影响,但硬膜外麻醉对术后精神状态的影响程度相对更轻,同时还可降低POCD发生率,改善围术期部分指标。  相似文献

This study describes the first detailed linkage maps of two bermudagrass species, Cynodon dactylon (T89) and Cynodon transvaalensis (T574), based on single-dose restriction fragments (SDRFs). The mapping population consisted of 113 F1 progeny of a cross between the two parents. Loci were generated using 179 bermudagrass genomic clones and 50 heterologous cDNAs from Pennisetum and rice. The map of T89 is based on 155 SDRFs and 17 double-dose restriction fragments on 35 linkage groups, with an average marker spacing of 15.3 cM. The map of T574 is based on 77 SDRF loci on 18 linkage groups with an average marker spacing of 16.5 cM. About 16 T89 linkage groups were arranged into four complete and eight into four incomplete homologous sets, while 15 T574 linkage groups were arranged into seven complete homologous sets, all on the basis of multi-locus probes and repulsion linkages. Eleven T89 and three T574 linkage groups remain unassigned. In each parent consensus maps were built based on alignments of homologous linkage groups. Four ancestral chromosomes were inferred after aligning T89 and T574 parental consensus maps using multi-locus probes. The inferred ancestral marker orders were used in comparisons to a detailed Sorghum linkage map using 40 common probes, and to the rice genome sequence using 98 significant BLAST hits, to find regions of colinearity. Using these maps we have estimated the recombinational length of the T89 and T574 genomes at 3,012 and 1,569 cM, respectively, which are 61 and 62% covered by our maps. 目的:探讨肺保护性通气对单肺通气(OLV)患者呼吸动力学、炎性因子及认知功能的影响。方法:选取2017年7月~2018年5月期间我院收治的择期行肺部手术的患者215例为研究对象。根据OLV方式的不同将患者分为传统OLV组(n=107)和保护性OLV组(n=108),比较两组OLV0.5 h(T1)、OLV1h(T2)等时间点的胸肺顺应性(CT)、气道阻力(Raw)、气道峰压(Ppeak)等指标情况,比较两组T1、T2、拔管后2 h(T3)白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平,比较两组术前、术后10 d第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)、25%用力呼气流量(FEF25),比较两组术前、术后10 d、术后1个月简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分,记录两组患者术后认知功能障碍发生率。结果:两组患者T2时间点CT均较T1时间点下降,但保护性OLV组高于传统OLV组(P0.05);两组患者T2时间点Raw、Ppeak较T1时间点升高,但保护性OLV组低于传统OLV组(P0.05)。两组患者T2、T3时间点IL-6、IL-8均较T1时间点升高,且T3时间点高于T2时间点(P0.05);保护性OLV组T2、T3时间点均低于传统OLV组(P0.05)。两组患者术前、术后1个月MMSE评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);术后10 d,传统OLV组MMSE评分较术前、术后1个月降低,且术后10 d,保护性OLV组MMSE评分高于传统OLV组(P0.05);保护性OLV组术后认知功能障碍发生率显著低于传统OLV组(P0.05)。结论:OLV患者采用肺保护性通气的方式有助于改善患者呼吸动力学、肺功能以及认知功能,同时可以减轻机体炎性反应。  相似文献
