肠道病毒71型(Enterovims71,Ev71)与柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxsackieA16,CA16)是婴幼儿常见传染病手足口病(Hand footmouth disease,HFMD)的主要病原,临床上以发热和口腔黏膜溃疡性疱疹及四肢末端水疱样皮疹为主要症状,个别患者可引起心肌炎、肺水肿、无菌性脑膜脑炎等致命性并发症,2种病原所致的手足口病临床难以区别,但EV71可引起严重中枢神经系统并发症,如无菌性脑膜炎(Aseptic Memnsitis)、脑干脑炎(Brainstem Encephalitis)和脊髓灰质炎样的麻痹(Poliomyelitis-like Paralysis)等。手足口病是全球性传染病,世界大部分地区均有此病流行的报道,已引起了全世界的普遍关注,其中由EV71引起的多种与神经系统相关的疾病严重威胁婴幼儿患者的生命,我国于2008年5月将其列入法定传染病中丙类进行管理。本文将从预防控制EV71感染的角度,对流行病学和病原学方面的资料进行整理和讨论。  相似文献

肠道病毒7l 型( EV71) 是导致手足口病的主要病原体之一, 常引起多种与神经系统相关的严重疾病。自1969 年首次分离以来, 其感染已在世界范围内引起数次暴发与流行, 尤其是近几年在亚太地区呈上升趋势, 且出现越来越严重的神经系统症状。目前, 对于EV71 病毒结构及其所致严重神经系统症状的机制, 以及疫苗的开发等已进行了大量和深入的研究。  相似文献

肠道病毒71(enterovirus 71,EV71)是手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)主要致病原之一。手足口病临床上常表现为发热,手掌、脚掌及口腔黏膜皮疹或疱疹。然而,EV71感染导致的手足口病易伴随神经系统并发症,甚至死亡。EV71非结构蛋白2A作为蛋白酶和转录激活因子,在EV71生命周期中发挥重要作用。本文对2A的结构与功能研究进展进行综述,揭示2A的双重功能如何促进病毒复制和调控靶细胞,为进一步研究靶向2A的抗病毒疫苗和药物提供理论基础。  相似文献

中枢神经系统感染是由病原体侵犯中枢神经系统引起的一类具有较高的发病率和死亡率的疾病。病毒是引起中枢神经系统感染的重要病原体之一,其中肠道病毒71型在继发神经系统症状的重症手足口病患儿中较为常见。EV71致神经元病变是其感染中枢神经系统的基础,阐明肠道病毒71型致神经元病变的机制,不仅可以促进基础病毒学研究,也能为抗病毒药物的开发提供思路,对临床肠道病毒71型致中枢神经系统感染的治疗提供支持。本文主要从肠道病毒71型侵入神经元的受体途径、损伤神经元的线粒体途径、诱导凋亡与自噬、感染胶质细胞后对神经元的旁观者效应、免疫病理机制以及病毒自身因素等多个方面,对肠道病毒71型致神经元病变机制展开综述。  相似文献

目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染手足口病的效果与安全性。方法选择2015年10月~2016年5月在我院治疗的CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染的手足口病患儿96例,随机分为两组,其中对照组48例给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,研究组48例给予热毒宁注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果与安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率(97.92%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组均无严重不良反应(P0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染手足口病患儿的效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广。  相似文献

肠道病毒71型是一种具有较强致病性的肠道病毒,主要引起患者手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)。已在世界多个地区爆发和流行,主要症状是手、足、口、臀等部位皮疹或疱疹,少数患儿可以并发无菌性脑膜炎、脑炎、急性弛缓性麻痹等严重神经系统并发症,呼吸道感染和心肌炎等,可致残、致死。2007—2008年中国多个地区均有较大规模流行,危害十分严重。近四十年的多次流行中,EV71病毒的基因不断进化,研究其基因变化特点对早期诊断、分型以及了解基因与流行、致病的关系等有着重要的意义。对EV71感染尚缺乏有效的抗病毒药物,研制有效的预防性疫苗迫在眉睫,目前有灭活疫苗、减毒疫苗、多肽或蛋白疫苗、DNA疫苗等多种尝试,但至今尚无EV71疫苗上市。本文对EV71基因、实验室诊断和疫苗方面的研究进展进行了综述。  相似文献

肠道病毒71型(enterovirus71,EV71)是小RNA病毒科(Picornaviridae)肠道病毒属(Enterovirus)成员,其感染主要引起患者手足口病(hand-foot-and-mouth disease,HFMD).通常情况下,EV71感染引起的HFMD在临床症状等方面与柯萨奇病毒A16(Coxsackie A16,CA16)引起的手足口病难以区别,但EV71感染除了引起HFMD以外,还能够引起无菌性脑膜炎(aseptic meningitis)、脑干脑炎(brainstem encephalitis)和脊髓灰质炎样的麻痹(poliomyelitis-like paralysis)等多种与神经系统相关的疾病[1].自1974年首次报道[2]以来,EV71已在世界范围内引起十多次爆发与流行[3-6].近年来,EV71病毒的流行在亚太地区呈上升趋势[7-9].根据病毒衣壳蛋白VP1核苷酸序列的差异,可将EV71分为A、B、C 3个基因型,其中,B型和C型又进一步分为B1、B2、B3、B4以及C1和C2亚型[10-12].  相似文献

A virus isolated from a healthy cow was tested for biological characteristics. It was resistant to lipid solvents, stable at pH 3 and to 50 °C for 1 hr. and showed a remarkable stability during storage at various temperature levels. The virus replicated and caused deaths in chicken embryos, whereas no pathogenicity for mice was recorded. Chickens immunized developed high-levels of humoral antibodies to the virus. A sedimentation constant between 140 and 150 S was recorded. The agent possesses the characteristics of an enterovirus and is designated BEV-T64. Limited studies on experimental infections in heifers indicated that the animal genitally infected developed higher levels of circulating antibodies than those infected intranasally or orally (by contact). The shedding of virus from the genital tract terminated after 10 days, whereas virus was reisolated for as long as 44 and 70 days in cases of alimentary canal infection. No clinical signs of disease could be observed.  相似文献

Type 1 poliovirus and type B1 and B6 coxsackieviruses added to eight commercial frozen or convenience foods before storage at room temperature, 10 C, and -20 C were still viable after various intervals of time up to 1 week, 1 month, and 5 months, respectively. Infectivity titers were determined in monkey kidney tissue culture. Decomposition which took place in food stored at room temperature did not affect the survival of virus, and antibiotics controlled bacterial growth during assay. A rapid, significant reduction in type B6 coxsackievirus was observed in cole slaw. Preliminary data indicate that sodium bisulfite could be the responsible ingredient. A less rapid reduction of type 1 poliovirus and type B6 coxsackievirus was found in hashed brown potatoes when stored at 10 C.  相似文献

A lettuce floc was prepared and used for recovering enterovirus from an aqueous suspension. The method is simple, and the adsorption of coxsackievirus B5, echovirus 7, and poliovirus 1 is quantitative. The virus-floc complex may be removed from aqueous suspension by low-speed centrifugation and dissolved at an alkaline pH in a small volume of water; virus is then available for assay on cultured cells. The enterovirus (EV) types echovirus (E-) 5, E-9, and E-18, and coxsackievirus (CV-) A9 are infrequently reported in human diseases and their epidemiologic features are poorly defined. Virus transmission patterns between countries have been estimated with phylogenetic data derived from the 1D/VP1 and 3CD gene sequences of a sample of 74 strains obtained in France (2000–2012) and Tunisia (2011–2013) and from the publicly available sequences. The EV types (E-5, E-9, and E-18) exhibited a lower worldwide genetic diversity (respective number of genogroups: 4, 5, and 3) in comparison to CV-A9 (n = 10). The phylogenetic trees estimated with both 1D/VP1 and 3CD sequence data showed variations in the number of co-circulating lineages over the last 20 years among the four EV types. Despite the low number of genogroups in E-18, the virus exhibited the highest number of recombinant 3CD lineages (n = 10) versus 4 (E-5) to 8 (E-9). The phylogenies provided evidence of multiple transportation events between France and Tunisia involving E-5, E-9, E-18, and CV-A9 strains. Virus spread events between France and 17 other countries in five continents had high probabilities of occurrence as those between Tunisia and two European countries other than France. All transportation events were supported by BF values > 10. Inferring the source of virus transmission from phylogenetic data may provide insights into the patterns of sporadic and epidemic diseases caused by EVs.  相似文献

Non-polio enteroviruses (NPEVs) are among the most common viruses infecting humans worldwide. Most of these infections are asymptomatic but few can lead to systemic and neurological disorders like Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP). Acute Flaccid Paralysis is a clinical syndrome and NPEVs have been isolated frequently from the patients suffering from AFP but little is known about their causal relationship. The objective of this study was to identify and characterize the NPEV serotypes recovered from 184 stool samples collected from AFP patients in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) in north-west of Pakistan. Overall, 44 (95.6 %) isolates were successfully typed through microneutralization assay as a member of enterovirus B species including echovirus (E)-2, E-3, E-4, E-6, E-7, E-11, E-13, E-14, E-21 and E-29 while two isolates (PAK NIH SP6545B and PAK NIH SP1202B) remained untypeable. The VP1 and capsid regions analysis characterized these viruses as EV-B93 and EV-B106. Phylogenetic analysis confirmed that PAK NIH isolates had high genetic diversity and represent distinct genotypes circulating in the country. Our findings highlight the role of NPEVs in AFP cases to be thoroughly investigated especially in high disease risk areas, with limited surveillance activities and health resources.  相似文献

Virus persistence was also related to soil type and the liquid amendment in which viruses were suspended. At 37 degrees C, no infectivity was recovered from saturated soil after 12 days; at 4 degrees C, viruses persisted for at least 180 days. No infectivity was recovered from dried soil regardless of temperature, soil type, or liquid amendment. Additional experiments showed that evaporation of soil water was largely responsible for the decreased recovery of infectivity from drying soil.
