EGb761 has been suggested to be an antioxidant and free radical scavenger. Excess generation of free radicals, leading to lipid peroxidation (LP), has been proposed to play a role in the damage to striatal neurons induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+). We investigated the effects of EGb761 pretreatment on MPP+ neurotoxicity. C-57 black mice were pretreated with EGb761 for 17 days at different doses (0.63, 1.25, 2.5, 5 or 10 mg/kg) followed by administration of MPP+, (0.18, 0.36 or 0.72 mg/kg). LP was analyzed in corpus striatum at 30 min, 1 h, 2 h and 24 h after MPP+ administration. Striatal dopamine content was analyzed by HPLC at the highest EGb761 dose at 2 h and 24 h after MPP+ administration. MPP+-induced LP was blocked (100%) by EGb761 (10 mg/kg). Pretreatment with EGb761 partially prevented (32%) the dopamine-depleting effect of MPP+ at 24 h. These results suggest that supplements of EGb761 may be effective at preventing MPP+-induced oxidative stress.  相似文献

Abstract: The effects of the parkinsonism-inducing neurotoxin 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and its 4-electron oxidation product 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+) were studied in isolated mitochondria and in mouse brain striatal slices. ADP-stimulated oxidation of NAD-linked substrates was inhibited in a time-dependent manner by MPP+ (0.1–0.5 m M ), but not MPTP, in mitochondria prepared from rat brain, mouse brain, or rat liver. Under identical conditions, succinate oxidation was relatively unaffected. In neostriatal slices prepared from the mouse, a species susceptible to the dopaminergic neurotoxicity of MPTP, incubation with either MPP+ or MPTP caused metabolic changes consistent with inhibition of mitochondnial oxidation, i.e., an increase in the formation of lactate and accumulation of the amino acids glutamate and alanine with concomitant decreases in glutamine and aspartate levels. The changes resulting from incubation with MPTP were prevented by the monoamine oxidase inhibitor pargyline, which blocks formation of MPP+ from MPTP. The results suggest that compromise of mitochondrial function and its metabolic sequelae within dopaminergic neurons could be an important factor in the neurotoxicity observed after MPTP administration.  相似文献

1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+) is the product of the metabolic oxidation of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) by monoamine oxidase (MAO). MPP+ is toxic to 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylamine (dopamine, DA) neurons in explant cultures of rat embryonic midbrain. Addition of 2.5 microM MPP+ to the feeding medium for 6 days results in significant reduction of the DA levels in the cultures (to 19% of control) as well as in the uptake of [3H]DA (to 32% of control). When the cultures are treated with the MAO inhibitor deprenyl (10 microM) 24 h prior to and during exposure to MPP+, the DA neurons are protected from the toxicity of the drug. In the combined deprenyl plus MPP+ treatment, the levels of DA in the cultures remain at the control range and the [3H]DA uptake is reduced to only 73% of control. These results indicate that MAO is involved in the toxicity of MPP+ on DA neurons.  相似文献

The mechanism of accumulation of 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+), the toxic metabolite of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine, into neuronal terminals was studied using mouse brain synaptosomes as an in vitro model. Addition of MPP+ to synaptosomal preparations, essentially devoid of contamination by extrasynaptosomal mitochondria, resulted in its time- and concentration-dependent accumulation. Intrasynaptosomal concentrations of 79 and 106 microM were reached 10 and 30 min, respectively, after addition of 50 microM MPP+. The accumulation of 50 microM MPP+ into synaptosomes was only slightly affected by the catecholamine uptake blockers mazindol and nomifensine; in contrast, it was markedly enhanced by tetraphenylborate, a lipophilic anion that increases the rate of accumulation of permeant cations via a Nernstian concentration gradient, MPP+ accumulation was significantly increased or decreased as a consequence of hyperpolarization or depolarization, respectively, of the plasma membrane of synaptosomes. This effect was evident after incubation for 10 min. Changes in mitochondrial membrane potential also affected MPP+ accumulation, although only after 30 min of incubation. Data indicate that polarization of neuronal membranes may significantly contribute to the accumulation of MPP+ into nerve terminals.  相似文献

Abstract: The neurotoxin N -methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) causes, via its metabolite 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+), parkinsonism in humans, monkeys, and mice but not in rats. When incubated with mouse brain homogenates, [3H]-MPP+ is recovered in relatively large concentrations in the brain cell nucleus. Although isolated cell nuclei from rat and mouse brain contain uptake systems for dopamine (DA), only brain cell nuclei from mice avidly take up [3H]MPP+. This nuclear uptake is ATP dependent and can be blocked by ouabain and Nethylmaleimide. It is not, however, affected by neuronal and vesicular blockers such as benztropine. mazindol, and reserpine. Selective uptake of MPP+ into brain cell nuclei may provide a new avenue for future investigation into the complex modes of action of the neurotoxin MPTP.  相似文献

Mouse brain synaptosomes, essentially devoid of mitochondrial contamination, were used as a model to study the effects of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and its toxic metabolite 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+) on the levels of ATP of neuronal terminals. Similar to known inhibitors of ATP synthesis, both MPTP and MPP+ caused a dramatic depletion of synaptosomal ATP. This depletion was dose dependent and occurred as a relatively early biochemical event in the absence of any apparent damage to synaptosomal membranes. MPP+ was more effective than its parent compound in decreasing ATP; it induced a significant loss at concentrations (10-100 microM) similar to those it reaches in the brain in vivo. MPTP-induced ATP depletion was completely prevented by the monoamine oxidase B inhibitor deprenyl, which, on the contrary, was ineffective against MPP+. As expected in view of the heterogeneous population of nerve terminals present in our synaptosomal preparations, the catecholamine uptake blocker mazindol did not significantly affect the ATP loss caused by both compounds. Data indicate that (1) administration of MPTP may cause a depletion of ATP within neuronal terminals resulting from the generation of MPP+, and (2) exposure to the levels of MPP+ reached in vivo may cause biochemical changes that are nonselective for dopaminergic terminals.  相似文献

The effects of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+) on activities of enzyme complexes in the electron transport system were studied using isolated mitochondrial preparations from C57BL/6J mouse brains. Both MPTP and MPP+ dose-dependently inhibited activity of NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase (EC 1.6.5.3). The inhibition was reversible. Preincubation of freeze-thawed mitochondria with MPTP or MPP+ had no effect on the inhibition; however, when nonfrozen mitochondria were used, NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase activity was reduced to 46% of that in the nonincubated sample after a 5-min preincubation with MPTP and to 77% of that in the nonincubated sample after a 5-min preincubation with MPP+. Kinetic analyses revealed that inhibition of MPTP was noncompetitive and that of MPP+ uncompetitive with respect to NADH. On the other hand, inhibition of MPTP was uncompetitive and that of MPP+ noncompetitive with respect to ubiquinone. Succinate-ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex II), dihydroubiquinone-cytochrome c oxidoreductase (complex III), and ferrocytochrome c-oxygen oxidoreductase (EC 1.9.3.1) activities were either slightly inhibited or not inhibited by MPTP or MPP+. The significance of these findings is discussed in relation to the mechanism of MPTP-induced neuronal degeneration.  相似文献

The effects of the neurotoxin N-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+) on the enzymes involved in synthesis and catabolism of catecholamines were examined using a clonal rat pheochromocytoma cell line, PC12h, as a model of dopaminergic neurons. MPP+ added in the culture medium was found to be accumulated in PC12h cells after 30-min incubation. Monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity in PC12h cells was inhibited by MPP+ in a dose-dependent way from 10 nM to 10 microM, but concentrations of MPP+ higher than 100 microM were found to increase the MAO activity. At the lower concentrations MPP+ inhibited MAO noncompetitively with respect to the substrate, kynuramine, and at the higher concentrations it increased both the Km and the Vmax values of MAO toward the substrate. On the other hand, tyrosine hydroxylase activity and the dopamine concentrations in PC12 cells were not changed by incubation with MPP+ for 30 min, 60 min, or 24 h.  相似文献

Cultures of dissociated embryonic rat mesencephalic cells were exposed to 10 microM 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+), a concentration shown earlier to result in loss of greater than 85% of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-positive neurons without affecting the total number of cells observed by phase-contrast microscopy. To characterize better the selectivity of the toxic action of MPP+, other parameters were measured reflecting survival and function of dopaminergic or nondopaminergic neurons. Exposure of cultures to 10 microM MPP+ for 48 h reduced TH activity to 11% of control values without reducing protein levels. [3H]Dopamine uptake was reduced to less than 4% of control values, whereas the uptake of gamma-[3H]aminobutyric acid ([3H]GABA) was not affected in these cultures. This same treatment failed to reduce the number of cholinergic cells visualized in septal cultures and did not affect either choline acetyltransferase activity or high-affinity choline uptake. To assess for possible recovery of dopaminergic neurons, cultures were exposed to 10, 1.0, or 0.1 microM MPP+ for 48 h and then kept for up to 6 days in MPP(+)-free medium. After exposure to 10 microM MPP+, the number of TH-positive neurons, their neurite density, TH activity, and [3H]dopamine uptake remained at constant, reduced levels throughout the period of observation after termination of exposure, whereas GABA uptake remained normal. Treatment with lower concentrations of MPP+, i.e., 1.0 and 0.1 microM, induced less pronounced dopaminergic toxic effects. However, no recovery was seen after posttreatment incubation in toxin-free medium. These findings provide evidence that MPP+ treatment results in highly selective and irreversible toxicity for cultured dopaminergic neurons.  相似文献

Abstract: 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+), the toxic agent in MPTP-induced dopaminergic neurotoxicity, is thought to act by inhibiting mitochondrial electron transport at complex I. This study examined this latter action further with a series of 4′-alkylated analogues of MPP+. These derivatives had IC50 values that ranged from 0.5 to 110 µM and from 1.6 to 3,300 µM in mitochondria and electron transport particles (ETPs), respectively. The IC50 values of corresponding 4′-alkylated phenylpyridine derivatives to inhibit NADH-linked oxidation ranged from 10 to 205 µM in mitochondria and from 1.7 to 142 µM in ETPs. The potencies of both classes of inhibitors directly correlated with their ability to partition between 1-octanol and water. In mitochondria, increased hydrophobicity resulted in greater inhibition of NADH dehydrogenase but a smaller dependence on the transmembrane electrochemical gradient for accumulation of the pyridiniums as evidenced by an ~600-fold, versus only a 36-fold, increase in the IC50 of MPP+ versus 4′-pentyl-MPP+, respectively, in the presence of uncoupler. In ETPs, the analogous increase in potencies of the more hydrophobic analogues was also consistent with an inhibitory mechanism that relied on differential partitioning into the lipid environment surrounding NADH dehydrogenase. However, the pyridinium charge must play a major role in explaining the inhibitory mechanism of the pyridiniums because their potencies are much greater than would be predicted based solely on hydrophobicity. For example, in ETPs, 4′-decyl-MPP+ was nearly 80-fold more potent than phenylpyridine although the latter compound partitions twice as much into 1-octanol. In addition, the lipophilic anion TPB? was a more effective potentiator of inhibition by pyridiniums possessing greater hydrophilicity (0–5 carbons), consistent with facilitation of accumulation of these analogues within the membrane phase of complex I, probably via ion pairing. These studies delineate further the mechanisms by which this class of compounds is able to accumulate in mitochondria, inhibit complex I activity, and thereby, effect neurotoxicity.  相似文献

Abstract: Incubation of 10 m M I-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+) with sonicated beef heart mitochondria caused an irreversible time-dependent decrease in NADH-ubiquinone-l (CoQ1) reductase activity (52% inhibition after 1 h). Inclusion of glutathione, ascorbate, or catalase in the incubation mixture protected the NADH-CoQ1 reductase activity. These results suggest that the interaction of MPP+ with complex I induces free radical generation, which in turn leads to the irreversible inhibition of complex I activity. The generation of free radicals by neurotoxin-induced inhibition of complex I has important implications for our interpretation of the increased oxidative stress observed in Parkinson's disease substantia nigra and for our understanding of the cause(s) of dopaminergic cell death in this disorder.  相似文献

Abstract: The effects of 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+) on the oxygen consumption, ATP production, H2O2 production, and mitochondrial NADH-CoQ1 reductase (complex I) activity of isolated rat brain mitochondria were investigated. Using glutamate and malate as substrates, concentrations of 10–100 µ M MPP+ had no effect on state 4 (−ADP) respiration but decreased state 3 (+ADP) respiration and ATP production. Incubating mitochondria with ADP for 30 min after loading with varying concentrations of MPP+ produced a concentration-dependent decrease in H2O2 production. Incubation of mitochondria with ADP for 60 min after loading with 100 µ M MPP+ caused no loss of complex I activity after washing of MPP+ from the mitochondrial membranes. These data are consistent with MPP+ initially binding specifically to complex I and inhibiting both the flow of reducing equivalents and the production of H2O2 by the mitochondrial respiratory chain, without irreversibly damaging complex I. However, mitochondria incubated with H2O2 in the presence of Cu2+ ions showed decreased complex I activity. This study provides additional evidence that cellular damage initiated by MPP+ is due primarily to energy depletion caused by specific binding to complex I, any increased damage due to free radical production by mitochondria being a secondary effect.  相似文献

1-Methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,5,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) is a chemical that, after injection into experimental animals, including mice and monkeys, causes a degeneration of the nigrostriatal pathway. We carried out experiments designed to study the in vitro oxidation of MPTP by mouse brain mitochondrial preparations. MPTP was actively oxidized by the mitochondrial preparations, with Km and Vmax values very similar to those of benzylamine, a typical substrate for MAO-B. MPTP was oxidized considerably better than many of its analogs, even those with relatively minor structural changes. Several monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) were potent inhibitors of MPTP oxidation, and there was a highly significant correlation between the capacity of the MAOI tested to inhibit MPTP oxidation and benzylamine oxidation. There was no correlation between the capacity of the MAOI to inhibit MPTP oxidation and their capacity to inhibit the oxidation of tryptamine, a substrate for MAO-A. In other experiments, MPTP was an excellent substrate for pure MAO-B, prepared from bovine liver. All of these data, combined with the fact that MAO-B inhibitors can protect against MPTP-induced dopaminergic neurotoxicity in vivo, point to an important role for MAO-B in MPTP metabolism in vivo.  相似文献

Defects in mitochondrial function have been shown to participate in the induction of neuronal cell injury. The aim of the present study was to assess the influence of the mitochondrial membrane permeability transition inhibition against the toxicity of 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+) and 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) in relation to the mitochondria-mediated cell death process and role of oxidative stress. Both MPP+ and 6-OHDA induced the nuclear damage, the changes in the mitochondrial membrane permeability, leading to the cytochrome c release and caspase-3 activation, the formation of reactive oxygen species and the depletion of GSH in differentiated PC12 cells. Cyclosporin A (CsA), trifluoperazine and aristolochic acid, inhibitors of mitochondrial permeability transition, significantly attenuated the MPP+-induced mitochondrial damage leading to caspase-3 activation, increased oxidative stress and cell death. In contrast to MPP+, the cytotoxicity of 6-OHDA was not reduced by the addition of the mitochondrial permeability transition inhibitors. The results show that the cytotoxicity of MPP+ may be mediated by the mitochondrial permeability transition formation, which is associated with formation of reactive oxygen species and the depletion of GSH. In contrast, the 6-OHDA-induced cell injury appears to be mediated by increased oxidative stress without intervention of the mitochondrial membrane permeability transition.  相似文献

Monoamine oxidase (MAO) type A and type B were measured using kynuramine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylamine (dopamine, DA), and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT, serotonin) in 20 brain areas. The highest activities were found in the striatum (caudate nucleus, putamen, globus pallidus, and substantia nigra), hypothalamus, and c-mammilare. The ratio of DA to 5-HT deamination varied in the different regions, being in favor of DA in the striatum. With kynuramine as the substrate IC50 values of a number of inhibitors indicated that l-deprenyl was far more potent an inhibitor of human brain MAO than clorgyline or harmaline. N-Desmethylpropargylindane hydrochloride (AGN 1135) was also shown to have MAO-B inhibitory selectivity similar to that of l-deprenyl. Brains obtained at autopsy from l-deprenyl-treated Parkinsonian patients showed that, whereas MAO-B was fully inhibited by the therapeutic doses of l-deprenyl, substantial MAO-A activity was still evident. These results are matched by the significant increases of DA noted in caudate nucleus, globus pallidus, putamen, and substantia nigra and the unaltered 5-HT and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in the same regions. These data indicate that the therapeutic actions of l-deprenyl may lie in its selective inhibition of MAO-B resulting in increased brain levels of DA formed from L-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (L-DOPA).  相似文献

Bovine adrenomedullary chromaffin (BAMC) cells, cultured in a defined medium, were used to study the mechanisms of toxicity and cellular resistance to the catecholamine neuron toxicants 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+). The viability of the cells was assessed biochemically [cellular catecholamine content and the catalytic activities of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)] and anatomically (by electron microscopy). When cultures of BAMC cells were exposed to MPTP or MPP+ for 3 days, a marked loss of cellular catecholamines and TH activity was observed. The addition of an inhibitor of monoamine oxidase (MAO) B (Ro 19-6327), but not MAO A (clorgyline), prevented the toxicity of MPTP but not that of MPP+. In addition, the cellular toxicity of MPP+, but not MPTP, was antagonized by desmethylimipramine, an inhibitor of cellular catecholamine uptake. The toxicity of MPP+ was time dependent, with losses of TH and the release of cellular LDH occurring after 48 h in culture. Catecholamine depletion occurred somewhat sooner, being evident after 24 h of exposure to MPP+. The cellular toxicity of MPP+ was concentration dependent and significantly enhanced by inhibitors of catecholamine vesicular uptake (reserpine, tetrabenazine, or Ro 4-1284). Electron microscopic examination of cells treated with either MPP+, tetrabenazine, or their combination revealed that MPP+ damaged BAMC cells and that this damage was markedly potentiated by the inhibition of vesicular uptake by tetrabenazine. The concentration of glucose in the culture media of untreated cells slowly decreased as a function of time. The rate of glucose consumption was markedly accelerated by MPP+ treatment and the losses in cell TH and the release of LDH into the media were preceded by a 99% depletion of glucose from the media. In cultures not treated with MPP+, lactate accumulated in the media as a function of time. Addition of MPP+ to the media increased the formation of lactate, in a concentration-dependent manner. Reserpine pretreatment further enhanced the production of lactate in response to MPP+. Culturing cells in glucose-free medium greatly potentiated the effects of MPP+ on cellular TH and catecholamines. The toxicity observed after 3 days' exposure of BAMC cells to MPP+ could be prevented when the medium was replaced with fresh medium every 24 h. The effects of glucose deprivation and reserpine were observed to be additive. The ability of MPP+ to affect mitochondrial function is determined by the capacity of the storage vesicle to sequester the pyridinium, acting as a cytosolic "buffer."(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 400 WORDS)  相似文献

Abstract: Subcutaneous injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) HC1 (25 mg/kg) in pregnant female mice at the 17th day of gestation markedly depleted striatal dopamine (DA) concentrations in the mothers 24 h later and at 24 h and 28 days after delivery. By contrast, in the offspring of the female mice exposed to MPTP during pregnancy, fetal brain DA concentrations at 24 h after injection and at 24 h after birth and striatal DA levels at 14 and 28 days postnatally were unaffected and identical to those in age-matched controls. The postnatal ontogenesis of striatal DA levels was identical in offspring of control vehicle- and MPTP-treated pregnant mice. Also, prenatal challenge with MPTP did not make nigrostriatal DA neurons more vulnerable to a second postnatal treatment with the toxin. Striatal DA depletions were identical in 6-week-old mice given MPTP, whether they were exposed to MPTP or to vehicle in utero. Monoamine oxidase (EC 1.4.3.4; MAO) type B activity was extremely low in the fetal brain and, relatively, much lower than that of MAO-A. Prenatal MPTP administration reduced maternal striatal and also embryonal brain MAO-B activity at 24 h post treatment but did not alter the normal postnatal development of striatal MAO-A and -B activities in the offspring. Study suggests that resistance of fetal DA neurons to the DA-depleting effect of MPTP may be due, at least in part, to an absence in the embryonal brain of adequately developed MAO-B activity required for the conversion of MPTP to its toxic metabolite, 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion.  相似文献

Extracellular concentrations of dopamine (DA), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), and homovanillic acid were measured by microdialysis in rat striatum 1 month after a unilateral infusion via a dialysis probe of a high concentration (10 mM) of 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP+) into the substantia nigra. The basal extracellular DA concentration at the lesioned side was about 20% of the concentration at the nonlesioned side. However, basal DOPAC dialysate levels from the lesioned striatum represented only 2.4% of those from the contralateral side. Intrastriatal infusion with nomifensine increased the dialysate content of DA about twofold and eightfold at the lesioned and nonlesioned sides, respectively. Co-infusion of nomifensine with (-)-sulpiride caused an additional pronounced rise of the DA output on top of the nomifensine-induced increase at the nonlesioned side, whereas no effect was observed at the lesioned side. Finally, MPP+ (10 mM) was infused for 45 min into both striata. The increase in the dialysate content of DA in response to MPP+ (considered as an index of the total striatal DA content) from the lesioned side was only 0.6% of the MPP(+)-induced DA increase from the nonlesioned side. A strong compensatory response to increased extracellular dopamine was observed in the ipsilateral striatum. This effect was achieved by a severe suppression of reuptake mechanisms, as well as of the autoreceptor feedback response. It is concluded that infusion of MPP+ into the substantia nigra can be used as a chronic biochemical model for clinically manifest parkinsonism.  相似文献

1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) is a drug that induces parkinsonism in human and non-human primates. Free radicals are thought to be involved in its mechanism of action. Recently, the participation of metallothionein as scavenger of free radicals has been proposed. In this work, we studied the effect of metallothionein inducers in MPTP neurotoxic action. Male swiss albino mice were pretreated either with cadmium (1 mg/kg) or dexamethasone (5 mg/kg), two well-known inducers of metallothionein synthesis, and 5 hours later with an MPTP administration (30 mg/kg). Treatment schedule was repeated daily for either 3 or 5 consecutive days. All animals were killed 7 days after the last administration, and striatal dopamine and homovanillic acid contents were analyzed as an end-point of MPTP neurotoxicity. Striatal dopamine content of cadmium plus MPTP-treated animals (3-days) increased by 32%, and 48% (5-days) vs MPTP-alone animals. Dexamethasone plus MPTP-treated group also showed increased dopamine levels 28% (3-days) and 43% (5-days). MPTP treatment reduced striatal metallothionein concentration (49% vs control animals). Dexamethasone and cadmium increased metallothionein concentrations in MPTP-treated groups, by 77% and 82% respectively. Results suggest that metallothionein induction provide a significant resistance factor against the deleterious effect of MPTP.  相似文献
