Aim

To identifying depth dose differences between the two versions of the algorithms using AIP CT of a 4D dataset.

Background

Motion due to respiration may challenge dose prediction of dose calculation algorithms during treatment planning.

Materials and methods

The two versions of depth dose calculation algorithms, namely, Anisotropic Analytical Algorithm (AAA) version 10.0 (AAAv10.0), AAA version 13.6 (AAAv13.6) and Acuros XB dose calculation (AXB) algorithm version 10.0 (AXBv10.0), AXB version 13.6 (AXBv13.6), were compared against a full MC simulated 6X photon beam using QUASAR respiratory motion phantom with a moving chest wall. To simulate the moving chest wall, a 4 cm thick wax mould was attached to the lung insert of the phantom. Depth doses along the central axis were compared in the anterior and lateral beam direction for field sizes 2 × 2 cm2, 4 × 4 cm2 and 10 × 10 cm2.

Results

For the lateral beam direction, the moving chest wall highlighted differences of up to 105% for AAAv10.0 and 40% for AXBv10.0 from MC calculations in the surface and buildup doses. AAAv13.6 and AXBv13.6 agrees with MC predictions to within 10% at similar depth. For anterior beam doses, dose differences predicted for both versions of AAA and AXB algorithm were within 7% and results were consistent with static heterogeneous studies.

Conclusions

The presence of the moving chest wall was capable of identifying depth dose differences between the two versions of the algorithms. These differences could not be identified in the static chest wall as shown in the anterior beam depth dose calculations.  相似文献

Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging of the spinal cord is challenging because of the cord's thin structure and the presence of physiological and susceptibility artifacts. To circumvent these issues, we developed a methodology for imaging the thoraco-lumbar spinal cord of cats at 3 T using single-shot spin-echo echo planar imaging. The presented method could potentially be applied to humans since it was developed on a clinical scanner with a standard spine coil. Results provide (1) suggestions for optimal slice orientation and phase encoding direction; (2) an assessment of the benefits of parallel imaging to reduce geometric distortions; (3) the feasibility of acquiring quality diffusion weighted data in 13 min at a resolution of 1.1 mm3 and (4) the determination of axonal disruption, in two cats with complete spinal cord transection, using tractography.  相似文献

Intraventricular pressure gradients or hemodynamic forces, which are their global measure integrated over the left ventricular volume, have a fundamental importance in ventricular function. They may help revealing a sub-optimal cardiac function that is not evident in terms of tissue motion, which is naturally heterogeneous and variable, and can influence cardiac adaptation. However, hemodynamic forces are not utilized in clinical cardiology due to the unavailability of simple non-invasive measurement tools.Hemodynamic forces depend on the intraventricular flow; nevertheless, most of them are imputable to the dynamics of the endocardial flow boundary and to the exchange of momentum across the mitral and aortic orifices. In this study, we introduce a simplified model based on first principles of fluid dynamics that allows estimating hemodynamic forces without knowing the velocity field inside the LV.The model is validated with 3D phase-contrast MRI (known as 4D flow MRI) in 15 subjects, (5 healthy and 10 patients) using the endocardial surface reconstructed from the three standard long-axis projections. Results demonstrate that the model provides consistent estimates for the base-apex component (mean correlation coefficient r = 0.77 for instantaneous values and r = 0.88 for root mean square) and good estimates of the inferolateral-anteroseptal component (r = 0.50 and 0.84, respectively). The present method represents a potential integration to the existing ones quantifying endocardial deformation in MRI and echocardiography to add a physics-based estimation of the corresponding hemodynamic forces. These could help the clinician to early detect sub-clinical diseases and differentiate between different cardiac dysfunctional states.  相似文献

A series of thienylmethylphenylpiperazins was synthesized and tested for affinity towards the five subtypes of dopaminergic receptors. Compound 5f showed more than 1000 folds selectivity to D4 receptors; analogue 5e showed the highest affinity to D4 receptors with Ki 3.9 nM. An interactive SAR approach was adopted and lead to compound 14a with Ki (D4) as low as 0.03 nM. Molecular docking studies showed a potential, first to report arene cation interaction between the D4 unique residue Arg-186 and the ligands’ arene moiety, explaining the importance of having a strong negative electrostatic potential at this area of the compound structure.  相似文献

Purpose

The purpose of this study was to verify whether the dynamic tumor tracking (DTT) feature of a Vero4DRT system performs with 10-mm-long and 0.28 mm diameter gold anchor markers.

Methods

Gold anchor markers with a length of 10 mm and a diameter of 0.28 mm were used. Gold anchor markers were injected with short and long types into bolus material. These markers were sandwiched by a Tough Water (TW) phantom in the bolus material. For the investigation of 4-dimensional (4D) modeling feasibility under various phantom thicknesses, the TW phantom was added at 2 cm intervals (in upper and lower each by 1 cm). A programmable respiratory motion table was used to simulate breathing-induced organ motion, with an amplitude of 30 mm and a breathing cycle of 3 s. X-ray imaging parameters of 80 kV and 125 kV (320 mA and 5 ms) were used. The least detection error of the fiducial marker was defined as the 4D-modeling limitation.

Results

The 4D modeling process was attempted using short and long marker types and its limitation with the short and long types was with phantom thicknesses of 6 and 10 cm at 80 kV and 125 kV, respectively. However, the loss in detectability of the gold anchor because of 4D-modeling errors was found to be approximately 6% (2/31) with a phantom thickness of 2 cm under 125 kV. 4D-modeling could be performed except under the described conditions.

Conclusions

This work showed that a 10-mm-long gold anchor marker in short and long types can be used with DTT for short water equivalent path length site, such as lung cancer patients, in the Vero4DRT system.  相似文献

Background and purposeTo study the impact of coronal and sagittal views (CSV) on the gross tumor volume (GTV) delineation on CT and matched PET/CT scans in non-small cell lung cancer.Material and methodsGTV delineations were performed by 11 experienced radiation oncologists on CT and PET/CT in 22 patients. Two tumor groups were defined: Group I: Primary tumors surrounded by lung or visceral pleura, without venous invasion, and without large extensions to the chest wall or the mediastinum. Group II: Tumors invading the hilar region, heart, large vessels, pericardium, and the mediastinum and/or associated with atelectasis. Tumor volumes and inter-observers variations (SD) were calculated and compared according to the use of axial view only (AW), axial/coronal/sagittal views (ACSW) and ACSW/PET (ACSWP).ResultsCSV were not frequently used (57.4% out of 242 delineations on CT). For group I, ACSW didn’t improve significantly mean GTVs. SDs were small on CT and on PET (SD = 0.3 cm). For group II, ACSW had 27–46% smaller observer variation (mean SD = 0.7 cm) than AW (mean SD = 1.1 cm). The smaller observer variation of ACSW users was associated with, on average, a 40% smaller delineated volume (p = 0.038). Mean GTV of ACSWP was 21% larger than mean GTV of ACSW on CT.ConclusionsFor smaller lung tumors surrounded by healthy lung tissue the effect of multiple axis delineation is limited. However, application of coronal and sagittal windows is highly beneficial for delineation of more complex tumors, with atelectasis and/or pathological lymph nodes even if PET is used.  相似文献

Herein we report the discovery of a series of new small molecule inhibitors of histone lysine demethylase 4D (KDM4D). Molecular docking was first performed to screen for new KDM4D inhibitors from various chemical databases. Two hit compounds were retrieved. Further structural optimization and structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis were carried out to the more selective one, compound 2, which led to the discovery of several new KDM4D inhibitors. Among them, compound 10r is the most potent one with an IC50 value of 0.41 ± 0.03 μM against KDM4D. Overall, compound 10r could be taken as a good lead compound for further studies.  相似文献

A number of studies have investigated the mechanical properties of adult spinal cord under tension, however it is not known whether age has an effect on these properties. This is of interest to those aiming to understand the clinical differences between adults and children with spinal cord injury (e.g. severity and recovery), and those developing experimental or computational models for paediatric spinal cord injury. Entire spinal cords were freshly harvested from neonatal rats (14 days) and tested in vitro under uniaxial tension at a range of strain rates (0.2, 0.02, 0.002/s) to a range of strains (2%, 3.5%, 5%), with relaxation responses being recorded for 15 min. These mechanical properties were compared to previously reported data from similar experiments on adult rat spinal cords, and the peak stress and the stress after 15 min of relaxation were found to be significantly higher for spinal cords from adults than neonates (p<0.001). A non-linear viscoelastic model was developed and was observed to adequately predict the mechanical behaviour of this tissue. The model developed in this study may be of use in computational models of paediatric spinal cord. The significant differences between adult and neonatal spinal cord properties may explain the higher initial severity of spinal cord injury in children and may have implications for the development of experimental animal models for paediatric spinal cord injury, specifically for those aiming to match the injury severity with adult experimental models.  相似文献

AimsAlpha1D-adrenoceptors (α1D-ARs) located in the spinal cord are involved in the control of lower urinary tract function. In order to clarify the effect of α1D-ARs on storage function in the spinal cord, we examined the effect of oral administration and intrathecal injection of the α1D/A-AR antagonist, naftopidil, on bladder activity, as well as the effect of naftopidil on bladder wall histology, in female rats with spinal cord injury (SCI).Main methodsAdult female Sprague–Dawley rats with Th9–10 spinal cord transection were used. In SCI rats with or without 5 mg/day of naftopidil for 4 weeks, bladder activity was examined via continuous cystometry. In other SCI rats, bladder activity was examined before and after intrathecal injection of naftopidil. In addition, bladder wall histology was compared between SCI rats with or without oral administration of naftopidil for 4 weeks.Key findingsOral administration of naftopidil decreased the number of non-voiding contractions (NVCs). Intrathecal injection of naftopidil prolonged the interval between voiding contractions, decreased the maximum voiding contraction pressure and the number of NVCs, and increased bladder capacity without affecting the residual urine volume. Oral administration of naftopidil also decreased bladder wall fibrosis.SignificanceThe α1D/A-AR antagonist naftopidil might act on the bladder and spinal cord to improve detrusor hyperreflexia in the storage state in SCI female rats. Naftopidil also suppressed bladder wall fibrosis, suggesting that it may be effective for the treatment of neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction after SCI.  相似文献

During pelvic radiotherapy bowel loops (BL) are subject to inter-fraction changes. MVCT images have the potential to provide daily bowel segmentation. We assess the feasibility of deformable registration and contour propagation in replacing manual BL segmentation on MVCT.Four observers delineated BL on the planning kVCT and on one therapy MVCT in eight patients. Inter-observer variations in BLs contouring were quantified using DICE index. BLs were then automatically propagated onto MVCT by a commercial software for image deformation and subsequently manually corrected. The agreement between propagated BL/propagated + manually corrected BL vs manual were quantified using the DICE. Contouring times were also compared. The impact on DVH of using the deformable-registration method was assessed. The same procedures were repeated on high-resolution planning-kVCT and therapy-kVCT.MVCTs are adequate to visualize BL (average DICE: 0.815), although worse than kVCT (average DICE:0.889). When comparing propagated vs manual BL, a poor agreement was found (average DICE: 0.564/0.646 for MVCT/KVCT). After manual correction, average DICE indexes increased to 0.810/0.897. The contouring time was reduced to 15 min with the semi-automatic approach from 30 min with manual contouring. DVH parameters of propagated BL were significantly different from manual BL (p < 0.0001); after manual correction, no significant differences were seen.MVCT are suitable for BL visualization. The use of a software to segment BL on MVCT starting from BL-kVCT contours was feasible if followed by manual correction. The method resulted in a substantial reduction of contouring time without detrimental effect on the quality of bowel segmentation and DVH estimates.  相似文献

2-Phenyl-4-piperidinyl-6,7-dihydrothieno[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivative (2) was found to be a new PDE4 inhibitor with moderate PDE4B activity (IC50 = 150 nM). A number of derivatives with a variety of 4-amino substituents and fused bicyclic pyrimidines were synthesized. Among these, 5,5-dioxo-7,8-dihydro-6H-thiopyrano[3,2-d]pyrimidine derivative (18) showed potent PDE4B inhibitory activity (IC50 = 25 nM). Finally, N-propylacetamide derivative (31b) was determined as a potent inhibitor for both PDE4B (IC50 = 7.5 nM) and TNF-α production in mouse splenocytes (IC50 = 9.8 nM) and showed good in vivo anti-inflammatory activity in the LPS-induced lung inflammation model in mice (ID50 = 18 mg/kg). The binding mode of the new inhibitor (31e) in the catalytic site of PDE4B is presented based on an X-ray crystal structure of the ligand–enzyme complex.  相似文献

Taking advantage of click chemistry, a library of N-arylpiperazinylmethyl triazoles bearing fluoro substituted appendages was synthesized and the target compounds were investigated for dopamine and serotonin receptor binding. With the aim to bias their hydrophilicity and to optimize their D4 receptor affinity and selectivity, a concise series of triazoles containing fluoroalkyl, fluoroalkoxy, fluoroalkoxyphenyl, and deoxyfluoroglucosyl substituents was studied. The D4 receptor affinity and selectivity could be tuned by altering the chemical moiety attached to the triazole unit. Among the test compounds, the fluoroethoxyphenyl derivative 15b showed weak partial agonism at D4 and a Ki value of 14 nM, while its fluoropropoxyphenyl homologue 16a turned out to act as a neutral D4 antagonist (Ki = 5.1 nM). Both, 15b and 16a revealed an excellent balance between D4 receptor affinity and subtype selectivity, providing lead candidates for the development of 18F-labeled radioligands for D4 receptor imaging studies by positron emission tomography (PET).  相似文献

IntroductionWe evaluated the impact of 4DCT artifacts on carbon-ion pencil beam scanning dose distributions in lung and liver treatment. Methods & materials4DCT was performed in 20 liver and lung patients using area-detector CT (original 4DCT). 4DCT acquisition by multi-detector row CT was simulated using original 4DCT by selecting other phases randomly (plus/minus 20% phases). Since tumor position can move over the respiratory range in original 4DCT, mid-exhalation was set as reference phase. Total prescribed dose of 60 Gy (RBE) was delivered to the clinical target volume (CTV). Reference dose distribution was calculated with the original CT, and actual dose distributions were calculated with treatment planning parameters optimized using the simulated CT (simulated dose). Dose distribution was calculated by substituting these parameters into the original CT.ResultsFor liver cases, CTV-D95 and CTV-Dmin values for the reference dose were 97.6 ± 0.5% and 89.8 ± 0.6% of prescribed dose, respectively. Values for the simulated dose were significantly degraded, to 88.6 ± 14.0% and 46.3 ± 26.7%, respectively. Dose assessment results for lung cases were 84.8 ± 12.8% and 58.0 ± 24.5% for the simulated dose, showing significant degradation over the reference dose of 95.1 ± 1.5% and 87.0 ± 2.2%, respectively.Conclusions4DCT image quality should be closely checked to minimize degradation of dose conformation due to 4DCT artifacts. Medical staff should pay particular attention to checking the quality of 4DCT images as a function of respiratory phase, because it is difficult to recognize 4DCT artifact on a single phase in some cases  相似文献

PurposeThis study evaluates the radiological properties of different 3D printing materials for a range of photon energies, including kV and MV CT imaging and MV radiotherapy beams.MethodsThe CT values of a number of materials were measured on an Aquilion One CT scanner at 80 kVp, 120 kVp and a Tomotherapy Hi Art MVCT imaging beam. Attenuation of the materials in a 6 MV radiotherapy beam was investigated.ResultsPlastic filaments printed with various infill densities have CT values of −743 ± 4, −580 ± 1 and −113 ± 3 in 120 kVp CT images which approximate the CT values of low-density lung, high-density lung and soft tissue respectively. Metal-infused plastic filaments printed with a 90% infill density have CT values of 658 ± 1 and 739 ± 6 in MVCT images which approximate the attenuation of cortical bone. The effective relative electron density REDeff is used to describe the attenuation of a megavoltage treatment beam, taking into account effects relating to the atomic number and mass density of the material. Plastic filaments printed with a 90% infill density have REDeff values of 1.02 ± 0.03 and 0.94 ± 0.02 which approximate the relative electron density RED of soft tissue. Printed resins have REDeff values of 1.11 ± 0.03 and 1.09 ± 0.03 which approximate the RED of bone mineral.Conclusions3D printers can model a variety of body tissues which can be used to create phantoms useful for both imaging and dosimetric studies.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine if vitamin D status before supplementation influences the cytokine response after supplemental vitamin D. Forty-six reportedly healthy adults (mean(SD); age, 32(7) y; body mass index (BMI), 25.3(4.5) kg/m2; serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D), 34.8(12.2) ng/mL) were randomly assigned (double blind) to one of three groups: (1) placebo (n = 15), or supplemental vitamin D (cholecalciferol) at (2) 4000 (n = 14) or (3) 8000 IU (n = 17). Supplements were taken daily for 35 days. Fasting blood samples were obtained before (Baseline, Bsl) and 35-days after (35-d) supplementation. Serum 25(OH)D, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (1,25(OH)D), cytokines, and intact parathyroid hormone with calcium were measured in each blood sample. Supplemental vitamin D increased serum 25(OH)D (4000 IU, ≈29%; 8000 IU, ≈57%) and 1,25(OH)D (4000 IU, ≈12%; 8000 IU, ≈38%) without altering intact parathyroid hormone or calcium. The vitamin D metabolite increases in the supplemental vitamin D groups (n = 31) were dependent on initial levels as serum 25(OH)D (r = −0.63, p < 0.05) and 1,25(OH)D (r = −0.45, p < 0.05) at Bsl correlated with their increases after supplementation. Supplemental vitamin D increased interferon (IFN)-γ and interleukin (IL)-10 in subjects that were vitamin D insufficient (serum 25(OH)D < 29 ng/mL) compared to sufficient (serum 25(OH)D  30 ng/mL) at Bsl. We conclude that supplemental vitamin D increase a pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine in those with initially low serum 25(OH)D.  相似文献

PurposeStereotactic body image guided radiation therapy (SBRT) shows good results for lung cancer treatment. Better normal tissue sparing might be achieved with scanned carbon ion therapy (PT). Therefore an in silico trial was conducted to find potential advantages of and patients suited for PT.MethodsFor 19 patients treated with SBRT, PT plans were calculated on 4D-CTs with simulated breathing motion. Prescribed single fraction dose was 24 Gy and OAR constraints used for photon planning were respected. Motion was mitigated by rescanning and range-adapted ITVs. Doses were compared to the original SBRT plans.ResultsCTV coverage was the same in SBRT and PT. The field-specific PTV including range margins for PT was 1.5 (median, 25–75% 1.3–2.1) times larger than for SBRT. Nevertheless, maximum point dose and mean dose in OARs were higher in SBRT by 2.8 (1.6–3.7) Gy and 0.7 (0.3–1.6) Gy, respectively. Patients with a CTV >2.5 cc or with multiple lung lesions showed larger differences in OAR doses in favor of PT.ConclusionsPatients receive less dose in critical OARs such as heart, spinal cord, esophagus, trachea and aorta with PT, while maintaining the same target coverage. Patients with multiple or larger lesions are particularly suited for PT.  相似文献

Various approaches have been offered to alleviate chronic pain resulting from spinal cord injuries (SCIs). Application of herbs and natural products, with potentially lower adverse effects, to cure diseases has been recommended in both traditional and modern medicines. Here, the effect of crocin on chronic pain induced by spinal cord contusion was investigated in an animal model. Female Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups (5 rats in each); three groups were contused at the L1 level. One group was treated with crocin (150 mg/kg) two weeks after spinal cord injury; the second group, control, was treated with vehicle only; and the third group was treated with ketoprofen. Two normal groups were also considered with or without crocin treatment. The mechanical behavioral test, the locomotor recovery test and the thermal behavioral test were applied weekly to evaluate the injury and recovery of rats. Significant improvements (p < 0.05) in mechanical behavioral and locomotor recovery tests were seen in the rats treated with crocin. Thermal behavioral test did not show any significant changes due to crocin treatment. Plasma concentration of calcitonin-gene related peptide (CGRP) changed from 780.2 ± 2.3 to 1140.3 ± 4.5 pg/ml due to SCI and reached 789.1 ± 2.7 pg/ml after crocin treatment. These changes were significant at the level of p < 0.05. The present study shows the beneficial effects of crocin treatment on chronic pain induced by SCI, through decreasing CGRP as an important mediator of inflammation and pain.  相似文献

Circumferential pressure (CP) was shown to decrease muscle activity in subjects without neuromuscular disorders and in individuals with spinal cord injury and cerebrovascular accidents. The mechanism for this decrease is unknown although it is hypothesized to be spinal in origin. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect CP has on the soleus F-wave. Results will help determine the mechanism CP uses to effect motoneuron reflex excitability. Thirty-seven healthy volunteers participated. A 16 cm air-splint was placed around the calf and during the pressure phase of the experiment it was inflated to 40–45 mm Hg. F-waves were evoked by supra maximally stimulating (20% > Mmax) the tibial nerve with a 0.1 ms pulse at 0.2 Hz using a bipolar surface electrode on the skin of the popliteal fossa. Fifty F-waves were recorded before (baseline), during, and 3) after CP was applied. F-waves were then identified and mean latency, persistence, and mean F/Mmax amplitude ratios were measured and calculated. Friedman Repeated Measures on Ranks tests were conducted on each of the three parameters (p ? 0.05). No statistically significant difference was found for any of the F-wave parameters evaluated. These results were contrary to previous CP studies that observed a significant decrease in muscle activity. Possible reasons for this discrepancy are discussed.  相似文献

The contractile properties of motor units (MUs) were electrophysiologically investigated in the medial gastrocnemius (MG) muscle in 17 Wistar three-month-old female rats: 14, 30, 90 and 180 days after the total transection of the thoracic spinal cord and compared to those in intact (control) rats. A sag phenomenon, regularly observed in unfused tetani of fast units in intact animals at 40 Hz stimulation, almost completely disappeared in spinal rats. Therefore, the MUs of intact and spinal rats were classified as fast or slow types basing on 20 Hz tetanus index, the value of which was lower or equal 2.0 for fast and higher than 2.0 for slow MUs. The MUs composition of MG muscle changed with time after the spinal cord transection: an increasing proportion of fast fatigable (FF) units starting one month after injury and a disappearance of slow (S) units within the three months were observed. In all MUs investigated the twitch contraction and half-relaxation time were significantly prolonged after injury (p < 0.01, Mann–Whitney U-test). Moreover, a decrease of the fatigue index for fast resistant (FR) and slow MUs was observed in subsequent groups of spinal rats. No significant changes were found between twitch forces in all MU types of spinal animals (p > 0.05). However, due to a decrease of the maximal tetanic force, a significant rise of the twitch-to-tetanus ratio of all MUs in spinal rats was detected (p < 0.01). The considerable reduction of ability to potentiate the force was noticed for fast, especially FF type MUs. In conclusion, the spinal cord transection leads to changes in the proportion of the three MU types in rat MG muscle. The majority of changes in MUs’ contractile properties were developed progressively with time after the spinal cord injury. However, the most intensive alterations of twitch-time parameters were observed in rats one month after the transection.  相似文献

AimsThe aim of this study is to determine the role of nitric oxide (NO) in neuropathic pain and the effect of embryonic neural stem cell (ENSC) transplantation on NO content in rat spinal cord neurons following spinal cord injury (SCI).Main methodsNinety adult male Sprague–Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups (n = 30, each): control (laminectomy), SCI (hemisection at T12–T13 segments) and SCI + ENSC. Each group was further divided into sub-groups (n = 5 each) based on the treatment substance (L-NAME, 75 mg/kg/i.p.; l-arginine, 225 mg/kg/i.p.; physiological saline, SF) and duration (2 h for acute and 28 days for chronic groups). Pain was assessed by tail flick and Randall–Selitto tests. Fos immunohistochemistry and NADPH-d histochemistry were performed in segments 2 cm rostral and caudal to SCI.Key findingsTail-flick latency time increased in both acute and chronic L-NAME groups and increased in acute and decreased in chronic l-arginine groups. The number of Fos (+) neurons decreased in acute and chronic L-NAME and decreased in acute l-arginine groups. Following ENSC, Fos (+) neurons did not change in acute L-NAME but decreased in the chronic L-NAME groups, and decreased in both acute and chronic l-arginine groups. NADPH-d (+) neurons decreased in acute L-NAME and increased in l-arginine groups with and without ENSC transplantation.SignificanceThis study confirms the role of NO in neuropathic pain and shows an improvement following ENSC transplantation in the acute phase, observed as a decrease in Fos(+) and NADPH-d (+) neurons in spinal cord segments rostral and caudal to injury.  相似文献
