Aster ageratoides var. pendulus W. P. Li & G. X. Chen, a new variety of Aster (Asteraceae) from Shimen County, northwestern Hunan, China, is described. The variety is similar to A. ageratoides var. laticorymbus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz., from which it differs by having pendent stem, basal leaves and lower stem leaves purple beneath, stem leaves linear, hispid above, and broader phyllaries. The new variety is also possibly similar to A. ageratoides var. micranthus Ling in the linear leaves and white ligules, but differs by having the phyllaries green at apex, 1.25–1.75 mm wide, and the obvious creeping underground rhizomes.  相似文献

Impatiens macrovexilla Y. L. Chen var. yaoshanensis S. X. Yu, Y. L. Chen & H. N. Qin, a new variety of Balsaminaceae from Guangxi, China, is described. Variety yaoshanensis differs from the typical variety by having ovate-orbicular or ovate-oblong leaves, entire lateral sepals, an obvious auricle and entire distal lobe of the alae and visibly ridged seeds. Micromorphological characters of the pollen grains and seed surface under SEM of the two varieties also support the recognition of this taxon.  相似文献

Cyclotella atomus collected from different rivers, reservoirs and lakes shows considerable morphological variability. On the basis of electronmicroscopic (EM) study, we propose Cyclotella atomus var. gracilis Genkal et Kiss as a new variety of this species. Cyclotella atomus var. atomus has short and long radial striae, which are irregularly arranged on the same valve, and the alveolar chambers are not clearly divided from the central, hyaline part of the valve face. In addition to the described basic form, several specimens with other features have also been found and are thought to belong to an undescribed variety. The striae of the new variety are equal in length, and the alveolar chambers are clearly divided from the hyaline central area of the valve face by a curved structure.There are EM micrographs on Cyclotella atomus var. gracilis under different names in different papers. The new variety has several characteristics also found in other species, e.g. Cyclotella caspia Grun., or C. meneghiniana Kütz.  相似文献

Magnolia denudata var. glabrata Y. L. Wang et S. Z. Zhang var. nov. is described and illustrated from Hunan, China. The variety occurs mainly in semi‐evergreen forest of south Hunan at altitudes between 700 and 1260 m a.s.l. It differs from M. denudata var. denudata by its green and glabrous twigs and leaves which are glabrous above and have some white pubescence underneath. With its white flowers consisting of mostly 9 tepals, it differs from M. sprengeri Pamp. which mainly has 12 tepals in various shades of red/pink to white. The new variety is rare and considered endangered due to habitat destruction.  相似文献

为明确香蕉根系分泌物对枯萎病菌及其生防枯草芽孢杆菌的生物效应,采用离位溶液培养法收集抗枯萎病香蕉品种(南天黄)和感枯萎病香蕉品种(桂蕉6号)的根系分泌物,研究根系分泌物对土壤微生物种群数量、香蕉枯萎病菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长的影响。结果表明: 抗病品种根系分泌物能显著减少土壤真菌的数量,抑制枯萎病菌孢子的萌发;而感病品种根系分泌物能显著促进病菌菌丝生长和孢子的萌发,两个品种根系分泌物均能显著促进枯草芽孢杆菌的生长和生物膜形成。经抗(感)病香蕉品种根系分泌物处理,病菌菌丝生长速率分别为11.28和12.28 mm·d-1,病菌孢子的萌发率分别为34.6%和79.5%;枯草芽孢杆菌培养12 h后菌体生长量的OD600分别为1.27和1.14,生物膜形成量在静置培养72 h后OD570分别达1.11和1.30,两个品种处理间的差异均达显著水平。枯草芽孢杆菌在香蕉感病品种根际中定殖的菌量显著高于抗病品种。通过对两个品种根系分泌物中可溶性总糖、游离氨基酸和有机酸的含量和组成分析,发现抗病品种根系分泌物中有机酸和游离氨基酸的含量明显高于感病品种,在各组成成分中,以乙酸和脯氨酸在抗(感)病香蕉品种根系分泌物中含量比值较高,分别达3.7和2.4倍。综上所述,抗病品种根系分泌物能抑制病菌生长,感病品种根系分泌物则会显著促进病菌生长,而两个品种根系分泌物均能显著促进枯草芽孢杆菌的生长和生物膜的形成。  相似文献

In the last few years a general model of cell cycle control has been established for all eukaryotic cells. Experiments from a variety of organisms and from a variety of experimental approaches have identified a protein kinase and its unstable regulatory subunit as the activator of mitosis; related molecules seem to be involved in the activation of chromosome replication. F. sulcisquamosa is slightly different from F. unibracteata in pollen morphology and differs external-morphologically from the latter in lacking trellised spots inside tepals. Therefore the former is reduced to a variety of the latter. F. puqiensis is found very similar to F. thunbergii both in pollen morphology and gross morphology.
