本文报告了寄生在中国百合目植物(薯祯科,鸢尾科,灯心草科和百合科)上的柄锈菌共2I种。其中有2个新种,它们是刘氏柄锈(Puccinia lioui J.Y. Zhuang sp. nov.)和胀柄柄锈(Puccinia oedopoda J.Y. Zhuang sp. nov.),均寄生在菝葜属(Smilax)植物上。每个种都作了详细描述并附图。对百合科植物上的种附加了检索表。本文所引证的标本均保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。  相似文献

摘要:本文报告珠穆朗玛峰地区(中喜马拉雅)的锈菌计25属155种。所有标本系本文第一作者在1990年8月至10月在珠穆朗玛峰自然保护区(定结,吉隆,聂拉木和定日四县境内)进行科学考察时所采,保存在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。新种和中国新记录有:1.蓝钟花春孢锈菌Aecidium cyananthi J.Y. 本文报告采自云南及青海的四种禾本科植物柄锈菌。其中鹅冠草Roegneria kamojiOhwi上的鹅冠草柄锈菌Puccinia roegneriae J.-y. Zhuang & S.-x. Wei为新种。纤毛鹅冠草Roegneria ciliaris(Trin.) Nevski上的日本猬草柄锈菌Puccinia asperellae-japonicae Hara,弓果黍Cyrtococcum patens(L.) A. Camus上的东方柄锈菌Puccinia orientalis(H.Syd., P. Syd. & Butl.) Arth. & Cumm.以及乱子草Muhlenbergia hugelii Trin.上的乱子草柄锈菌Puccinia schedonnardi Kell. & Swing.为我国新记录种。对新种作了拉丁文描述。对其余的三个新记录种都作了讨论。本研究引用的中国标本(包括新种的模式)保存在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。  相似文献

作者对中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室所藏的玄参目植物(爵床科,木犀科和玄参科)上的柄锈菌标本作了较详细的订正研究,共获得了12个种。其中藏玄参柄锈菌Puccinia oreosolenis J.-y. Zhuang为新种,产西藏定结(中喜马拉雅)高山冰缘地带。长尾婆婆纳柄锈菌Puccinia veronicae-longifoliae Savile为亚洲新记录,过去仅知分布芬兰和瑞典。本文对每个种均作了讨论并对各科植物上的种列出了检索表。  相似文献

本文描述了南疆雀麦Bromus gedrosianus Penz.上的锈菌一新种:准噶尔柄锈菌Puccinia junggarensis S.-X. Wei & J.-Y. Zhuang sp. nov.。模式标本采自新疆古尔班通古特沙漠克拉玛依附近,保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。此菌曾被本文第二作者暂定为Puccinia burnettii Griff.。原标本经第一作者复查发现夏孢子表面纹饰为细庆而非细刺,夏孢子和冬孢子的综合特征不同于禾本科植物上迄今已知的所有柄锈菌属的种,故鉴定为新种。  相似文献

本文报告了中国莎草科植物的柄锈菌计33种.其中有2个新种,它们是双孔柄锈Puccinia biporosa sp. nov,和林氏苔草柄锈Puccinia caricis-lingii sp. nov.,均寄生于苔草属Carex.中国新记录种有13个.它们是大披针苔草柄锈Puccinia caricis-lanceolatae Y.Morimoto,云雾苔草柄锈Puccinia caricis-nubigenae Padwick ex AZmatullah Khan,疏毛苔草柄锈Puccinia caricis pilasae Miura ex Ito &Homma,假毒麦苔草柄锈Puccinia caricis-pseudololiaceae Homma,根状柄苔草柄锈Puecinia caricis rhizopodae Miura ex Ito &Homma,桑伯格苔草柄锈Puccinia caricis-thunbergii Homma,矮丛苔草生柄锈Puccinia humilicola Haslar,矮丛苔草柄锈Puccinia humilis Haslar,线形柄锈Puccinia lineariformis Syd,藻岩山柄锈Puccinia moiwensis Miura,奥皮茨柄锈Puccinia opiZii Bubak,林比苔草柄锈Puccinia yaramesuge Homma和珍珠茅生柄锈Puccinia scleriicola Arth..每个种均有形态描述并附图,有些种作了简要讨论,对过去的错误鉴定也作了订正.对苔草上的种还附有检索表.由于缺乏标本未能研究的种仅列出文献,寄主及产地.个别仅知春孢阶段的种作为暂定种列在附录中.本文所引证的标本均保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室.  相似文献

本文描述了采自海南省琼中县牛紏吴茱萸Evodia trichotoma (Lour.) Pierre(芸香科)上的柄锈菌一新种——Puccinia evodiae-trichotomae J. -y. Zhuang。本种与巴布亚一新几内亚产的吴茱萸Evodia sp.上的另一种柄锈菌Puccinia evodiae Cumm.略近似,但冬孢子堆裸露呈垫状,而后者则深埋于病瘿中。冬孢子形状与大小和后者相仿,然而少数孢子可长达60μm,顶壁有时略增厚,颜色很浅或近几色。镜下可见一些孢子已萌发,推测可能属无眠冬孢型。芸香科植物上的柄锈菌目前仅知10种,本种特征与它们均不相同,故鉴定为新种。本新种模式标本保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。  相似文献

蓼科植物((Polygonaceae)具有重要的经济意义.其中有粮食作物,著名中药,蜜源植物,观赏植物以及其它经济植物.柄锈菌(Puccinia)是蓼科植物的重要的病原真菌.本文对我国寄生于蓼科植物的柄锈菌进行了分类研究. 在中国首先报告蓼科植物柄锈的是日本人三宅市郎(1914).我国真菌学家从30年代起分别描述或记载过各种蓼科植物的柄锈,并发表过一些中国特有的新种. 本文作者重新研究了中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室收藏的全部蓼科植物柄锈的标本以及近年来采集的未定名标本.共鉴定标本262号,得柄锈30种,包括5个新种:汶川柄锈(Pucinia wencuanensis),雾灵柄锈(P. wulingensis),南迩巴瓦柄锈(P.namjagbarwana),太白柄锈(P. taibaiana),掌叶大黄柄锈(P. rhei palmati),和五个国内新记录种:装饰柄锈(P, ornata),岩手山柄锈(P. iwateyamensis),山蓼柄锈(P. oxyriae),赫尔顿柄锈(P.hultenii),箭叶蓼柄锈(P.polygoni-sieboldii).寄主植物包括蓼科8属47种.  相似文献

Here we describe a new species ofCorydalis sectCorydalis (Fumariaceae), namely C.hirtipes B.U. Oh et J.G. Kim. This species, from the central part of Korea, is clearly distinguished from other species of sectCorydalis by its simple, unicellular hairs that are densely distributed on the stems, peduncles, and petioles. It is also distinctive from its close relative C.albipetala in having ternate leaves, lobate or parted leaflets, dentate or cleft bracts, and broad, fusiform fruits.  相似文献

Weber]较近,但叶宽卵形,叶基部近心形,叶缘具浅钝齿或呈浅波状齿,花冠紫色,花冠、花序梗、花梗、苞片及花萼均被紫色短柔毛而区别与后者; 分子生物学证据表明,在系统发育上与桂林小花苣苔[P. repanda var. guilinensis(W. T. Wang)Mich. Möller & A. Weber]近缘,但两者在形态学上相差较远。  相似文献

A new species ofPassiflora from Minas Gerais, Brazil, is described and namedP. saccoi. This species belongs to subgenusPassiflora seriesLobatae harms because of its lobed leaves, foliaceous, semi-ovate to semi-oblong stipules that are attached on one side above base and, hence, often appear sub-reniform, and foliaceous, verticillate bracts borne near the apex of the peduncle.  相似文献

A new species of spinous loach, Cobitis shikokuensis, is described based on 297 specimens from Shikoku Island, Japan. The new species was formerly known as the Shikoku group of Cobitis takatsuensis. It can be distinguished from other species of Cobitis and closely related genera by a combination of the following characters: dorsal fin with 6 branched soft rays; anal fin with 5 branched soft rays; one brownish streak across eye from the tip of nose, no streak on cheek; a black spot smaller than eye diameter near the dorsal corner of the caudal fin base; 3–5 small brownish speckles on ventral side of caudal peduncle; high caudal peduncle with well-developed fleshy keels on dorsal and ventral side; a lamina circularis at base of dorsal part of pectoral fin absent; first branched soft ray of pectoral fin broad in males; pectoral soft rays widely branched from the approximate midpoint; last anal fin ray with 2 elements; interorbital width 11.2–17.1% of head length.  相似文献

A saprolegniasis occurred in cultured sockeye salmon,Onchorhynchus nerka, raised in Hokkaido, Japan. The lesions were mainly observed in the head, peduncle region and the caudal fin. All strains isolated were morphologically classified in the genusSaprolegnia. They were identified as a new species in the genus from the characteristics of the sexual organs, and namedSaprolegnia salmonis.  相似文献

Two cichlid fishes from Lake Tanganyika,Xenotilapia sima Boulenger, 1899 andX. boulengeri (Poll, 1942) are often confused owing to insufficient information on the diagnostic morphological characters for each species. Morphological and morphometric analyses showed thatX. sima differs fromX. boulengeri in having a greater number of teeth and anal and pectoral fin soft rays, thicker caudal peduncle, larger eyes, and a shorter snout and anal fin base.  相似文献
