Growth hormone response of bull calves to growth hormone-releasing factor   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Three experiments were conducted to determine serum growth hormone (GH) response of bull calves (N = 4; 83 kg body wt) to iv injections and infusions of human pancreatic GH-releasing factor 1-40-OH (hpGRF). Peak GH responses to 0, 2.5, 10, and 40 micrograms hpGRF/100 kg body wt were 7 +/- 3, 8 +/- 3, 18 +/- 7, and 107 +/- 55 (mean peak height +/- SEM) ng/ml serum, respectively. Only the response to the 40-microgram dose was greater (P less than 0.05) than the 0-microgram dose. Concentrations of prolactin in serum were not affected by hpGRF treatment. In calves injected with hpGRF (20 micrograms/100 kg body wt) at 6-hr intervals for 48 hr, GH increased from a mean preinjection value of 3.1 ng/ml serum to a mean peak response value of 70 ng/ml serum. Differences in peak GH response between times of injection existed within individual calves (e.g., 10.5 ng/ml vs 184.5 ng/ml serum). Concentrations of GH in calves infused continuously with either 0 or 200 micrograms hpGRF/hr for 6 hr averaged 7.4 +/- 3 and 36.5 +/- 11 ng/ml serum, respectively (P less than 0.05). Concentrations of GH oscillated markedly in hpGRF-infused calves, but oscillations were asynchronous among calves. We conclude that GH response of bull calves to hpGRF is dose dependent and that repeated injections or continuous infusions of hpGRF elicit GH release, although magnitude of response varies considerably. We hypothesize that differences in GH response to hpGRF within and among calves, and pulsatile secretion in the face of hpGRF infusion may be related to the degree of synchrony among exogenous hpGRF and endogenous GRF and somatostatin.  相似文献

The cardiovascular and thermoregulatory effects of intrahypothalamically (preoptic/anterior hypothalamus) and intravenously injected arginine vasotocin (AVT) and [Val5]angiotensin II (ANG II) were measured at 2 degrees C in the pigeon (Columba livia). In addition, the effects of intrahypothalamic and intravenous injections of AVT on respiratory rates were measured at 10-15 degrees C. Intrahypothalamic and intravenous AVT (500 ng and 20 micrograms/kg, respectively) reduced shivering and body temperature but had no effects on blood pressure, heart rate or respiratory rate. Intrahypothalamic (500 ng and 1 microgram) and intravenous (3 micrograms/kg) ANG II elevated blood pressure. If the blood pressure increased slowly, the shivering and body temperature also increased, whereas a rapid rise in blood pressure inhibited shivering and lowered body temperature. Intravenous ANG II produced tachycardia but intrahypothalamic ANG II did not affect the heart rate.  相似文献

It has been shown in the behavioural experiments that combined pretreatment with haloperidol (0.25 mg/kg) and caerulein (40 micrograms/kg), and to a lesser extent pretreatment with caerulein alone caused long-term reversal of amphetamine (2 mg/kg) induced hyperexcitability in rats. Administration of proglumide (50 mg/kg), an antagonist of CCK-8 receptors, did not reverse long-term antiamphetamine effect of caerulein. In mice pretreatment with caerulein (50 and 100 micrograms/kg) alone or in combination with haloperidol (0.25 mg/kg) caused hypersensitivity to the behavioural effect of amphetamine (3 mg/kg). Intraventricular (I ng), but not systemic (100-500 micrograms/kg) administration of caerulein selectively antagonized seizures in mice induced by intraventricular administration of quinolinic acid (5 micrograms) and N-methyl-D-aspartate (0.2 microgram). Pretreatment with proglumide (50 mg/kg) reversed the anticonvulsive effect of caerulein in mice. In rats, caerulein failed to affect the seizures caused by intraventricular administration of quinolinic acid. The results of the present study demonstrate the existence of obvious interspecies differences in the behavioural effects of caerulein, the agonist of CCK-8 receptors, in mice and rats.  相似文献

Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) causes pulmonary hypertension and arterial hypoxemia, but the mechanisms are unknown. We conducted two experiments to test the hypothesis that TNF-alpha alters pulmonary vascular reactivity, which in turn could cause either pulmonary hypertension or arterial hypoxemia. In experiment 1, rats were given acute or long-term injections of TNF-alpha (recombinant human) in vivo. Rats treated acutely received either saline or TNF-alpha (40 micrograms/kg iv in saline) 3 min (TNF-3 min; n = 8), 20 min (TNF-20 min; n = 8), or 24 h (TNF-24 h; n = 5) before the lungs were isolated. Rats treated chronically received injections of either saline or TNF-alpha (250 micrograms/kg ip in saline) two times per day for 7 days (TNF-7 days; n = 9). Lungs were isolated and perfused with Earle's salt solution (+2 g/l NaHCO3 + 4 g/100 ml Ficoll), and vascular reactivity was tested with acute hypoxia (3 min; 3% O2) and angiotensin II (ANG II; 0.025-0.40 micrograms). Pulmonary pressor responses to hypoxia were greater (P less than 0.05) in TNF-20 min and TNF-7 day groups. ANG II responses were increased (P less than 0.05) in TNF-7 day rats. In experiment 2, lungs were isolated and perfused and received direct pulmonary arterial injections of TNF-alpha (0.2, 2.0, and 20 micrograms) or saline, after stable responses to hypoxia and ANG II (0.10 microgram) were attained. In vagotomized and pentobarbital-anesthetized rats, massive pulmonary hemorrhagic edema was produced by cerebral compression (CC) or an injection of epinephrine (EP) 0.25 mg/kg. The pulmonary changes were induced following severe Cushing reaction manifested by systemic hypertension. We determined the dose-effect relationship of nitroglycerin (NTG) and nitroprusside (NPS) on the changes in systemic arterial pressure and lung pathology. The drugs were given by iv infusion 5 min before CC or EP and continued throughout the experiment. NTG, 5 micrograms/kg/min, did not affect the pressor response and the pulmonary damage. In a dose of 10 micrograms/kg/min, the CC- and EP-induced changes were partially blocked. A dose of 20 micrograms/kg/min almost completely prevented the CC- and EP-induced pulmonary changes despite partial blockade of the pressor response. NPS exerted more potent effects than NTG on such changes. A dose of 5 micrograms/kg/min was capable of decreasing the pressor response by about 20% and the lung changes by about 50%. In a dose of 10 micrograms/kg/min, the pulmonary changes were almost completely prevented. The results suggest that vasodilators such as nitroglycerin and nitroprusside can block the pressor response and pulmonary pathology subsequent to CC or EP. The effects may be attributed to the ventricular unloading action of these vasodilators that decrease the preload and afterload of the heart. In this respect, nitroprusside is more potent than nitroglycerin.  相似文献

The pituitary growth hormone (GH) responses during a 20-hour iv infusion of saline or human GH-releasing factor (hGRF-44) at 40 micrograms/h, followed by an iv bolus injection of hGRF at 2 micrograms/kg body weight, were studied in four normal adult men. During saline infusion only one or two pulses of plasma GH were observed. However, during hGRF infusion up to eight or ten pulses of GH were measured with an amplitude not different from that obtained during saline infusion. The mean +/- SEM integrated amount of GH secreted was 107 +/- 38.2 ng/ml.h in response to hGRF infusion, which was greater than the value of 25.4 +/- 3.5 ng/ml.h obtained during saline infusion. Plasma somatomedin-C also increased after hGRF infusion, but not after saline. After saline or hGRF infusion most of the subjects still responded to an iv bolus injection of the peptide (2 micrograms/kg). These results indicate that hGRF infusion augments GH secretion by increasing the number, but not the amplitude of GH pulses and that the infusion does not cause the pituitary somatotrophs to lose their capacity and ability to respond to hGRF subsequently.  相似文献

The present study examined the effects of ANG II on the renal synthesis of 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE) and its contribution to the renal vasoconstrictor and the acute and chronic pressor effects of ANG II in rats. ANG II (10(-11) to 10(-7) mol/l) reduced the diameter of renal interlobular arteries treated with inhibitors of nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase, lipoxygenase, and epoxygenase by 81 +/- 8%. Subsequent blockade of the synthesis of 20-HETE with 17-octadecynoic acid (1 micromol/l) increased the ED(50) for ANG II-induced constriction by a factor of 15 and diminished the maximal response by 61%. Graded intravenous infusion of ANG II (5-200 ng/min) dose dependently increased mean arterial pressure (MAP) in thiobutylbarbitol-anesthetized rats by 35 mmHg. Acute blockade of the formation of 20-HETE with dibromododecenyl methylsulfimide (DDMS; 10 mg/kg) attenuated the pressor response to ANG II by 40%. An intravenous infusion of ANG II (50 ng. kg(-1). min(-1)) in rats for 5 days increased the formation of 20-HETE and epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) in renal cortical microsomes by 60 and 400%, respectively, and increased MAP by 78 mmHg. Chronic blockade of the synthesis of 20-HETE with intravenous infusion of DDMS (1 mg. kg(-1). h(-1)) or EETs and 20-HETE with 1-aminobenzotriazole (ABT; 2.2 mg. kg(-1). h(-1)) attenuated the ANG II-induced rise in MAP by 40%. Control urinary excretion of 20-HETE averaged 350 +/- 23 ng/day and increased to 1,020 +/- 105 ng/day in rats infused with ANG II (50 ng. kg(-1). min(-1)) for 5 days. In contrast, urinary excretion of 20-HETE only rose to 400 +/- 40 and 600 +/- 25 ng/day in rats chronically treated with ANG II and ABT or DDMS respectively. These results suggest that acute and chronic elevations in circulating ANG II levels increase the formation of 20-HETE in the kidney and peripheral vasculature and that 20-HETE contributes to the acute and chronic pressor effects of ANG II.  相似文献

Rats received intraventricular (i.v.t.) injections of 5,7-dihydroxytryptamine (5,7-DHT) (100-600 micrograms). Some animals also received intraperitoneal injections of the 5-hydroxytryptamine uptake blocker fluoxetine (FX) (20 mg/kg) or the norepinephrine uptake blocker desmethylimipramine (DMI) (48 mg/kg) 30-90 min prior to i.v.t. 5,7-DHT. Rats were killed between 2 and 35 days following i.v.t. 5,7-DHT, brains were dissected, and regions were assayed for thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) by radioimmunoassay. Dose-dependent increases in TRH content following i.v.t. 5,7-DHT were noted in the brainstem and hippocampus. DMI pretreatment blocked the increase in hippocampal TRH, but not in brainstem TRH. FX pretreatment was ineffective in blocking any increases in TRH content. These results suggest differential regulation of regional TRH content by interactions with specific neurotransmitter systems.  相似文献

Semen characteristics were studied in 6 wild-born chimpanzees with dental ages ranging approximately from 6 to 12 years. The animals formed 2 groups, early pubertal (EP, N = 3, 6-9 years) and late pubertal (LP, N = 3, 11-12 years). Mean body weight, testicular volume and serum androgen concentration were significantly lower in Group EP (32.2 +/- 1.6 kg, 34.0 +/- 7.7 cm3, 2.1 +/- 0.1 ng/ml) than in Group LP (55.7 +/- 5.7 kg, P less than 0.01; 100.5 +/- 11.9 cm3, P less than 0.01; 3.6 +/- 0.7 ng/ml, P less than 0.05). Ejaculates were obtained by masturbation in all subjects. The mean ejaculate volume was lower in Group EP (0.56 +/- 0.20 ml) than in Group LP (3.77 +/- 0.73 ml, P less than 0.01). In Group EP, 2 animals were azoospermic while the third produced semen with means of 57.1 x 10(6) spermatozoa per ml, 20% motility and 40% vitality. These values were low when compared with the mean values of Group LP (376 x 10(6) spermatozoa per ml, 67% motility and 78% vitality). Mean total sperm count was correlated with testicular volume (r = 0.84) and serum androgen concentration (r = 0.96). The mean concentrations of L-carnitine, fructose, citrate and acid phosphatase for the two groups were not significantly different; but, related to the differences in ejaculate volumes, their total amounts in total ejaculate were lower in Group EP than in Group LP. These results suggest that, in chimpanzees, mechanisms of seminal plasma production and ejaculation are functional early in the reproductive life and that the emission of spermatozoa occurs later.  相似文献

The effects of intraventricularly administered prostaglandins I2 (PGI2), E2 (PGE2), F2alpha (PGF2 alpha) and indomethacin on systemic blood pressure were investigated in conscious rats. PGI2 (1.25--10 micrograms/kg) decreased blood pressure in a dose-related manner, whereas PGE2 (100--1000 mg/kg) dose-dependently increased blood pressure. Both PGF2 alpha (0.31--20 micrograms/kg) and indomethacin (0.625--40 micrograms/kg) had no effects on blood pressure. These results indicate that intraventricular injection of PGI2 or PGE2 can induce significant changes in blood pressure, while endogenous prostaglandins synthesized in the brain seem to play a minor role in direct regulation of systemic blood pressure in the rat.  相似文献

M&B 28,767 [(+/-)11-deoxy-16-phenoxy-omega-tetranor PGE1] and 16, 16'-dimethyl PGE2 methylester (DMPG) were compared for their effects on gastric acid secretion (GAS) and gastric ulceration (GU), employing various laboratory models. In anaesthetised rats, GAS was stimulated by a continuous i.v. infusion of pentagastrin (30 micrograms/kg/h), and PG analogues were perfused through the stomach for 1 h. M&B 28,767 (3-15 micrograms/kg/h) and DMPG (3-60 micrograms/kg/h) reduced GAS in a dose-related manner, the ED50 values being 4 and 15 micrograms/kg/h respectively. In conscious rats possessing indwelling gastric cannulae, oral doses of M&B 28,767 (0.025-0.1 microgram/kg) and DMPG (0.50-1.0 microgram/kg) caused a prolonged inhibition of pentagastrin-stimulated GAS. M&B 28,767 was 17 times more potent than DMPG; the respective ED50 values were 0.036 and 0.6 microgram/kg. Indomethacin-induced ulceration in rats, was reduced by both M&B 28,767 and DMPG; the respective ED50 values being 3.0 and 0.8 micrograms/kg. Both compounds given orally increased gastrointestinal motility in mice; M&B 28,767 (1-3 mg/kg) and DMPG (0.1-0.3 mg/kg) caused diarrhoea, the former being about 0.1 times as potent as the latter. In another test, M&B 28,767 (0.5-5.0 mg/kg) and DMPG (10-40 micrograms/kg) overcame morphine-induced constipation in a dose-related manner, the respective ED50s being 0.9-1.4 mg/kg and 20-40 micrograms/kg. Thus, M&B 28,767 had a better profile of activity than DMPG as an antisecretory and antiulcer agent.  相似文献

A randomized study of two protocols of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) treatment was performed in 183 prepubertal boys between 7 months and 12 years of age: protocol I, in which the boys were given 7 injections of 1,500 IU every other day, and protocol II consisting of 4 injections of 100 IU/kg at 4- to 5-day intervals. In both protocols, by the end of the test, testosterone had risen significantly to values within the normal adult male range. However, the amplitude of the rise was slightly but significantly lower using protocol II (4.08 +/- 2.07 ng/ml) than protocol I (5.16 +/- 2.73 ng/ml). It would thus appear that repetition of the hCG injection at intervals of less than 4 days is unnecessary, and that a total stimulation period of 2-3 weeks is sufficient. Although not correlated with testosterone levels, the success rates for treatment were similar in both protocols and comparable to rates reported in the literature.  相似文献

The effect of intraperitoneal (70 mg/kg) and local (39 ug) administration of beta-phenylethylamine (beta-PEA) on evoked potentials (EP) in the caudate nucleus upon stimulation of substantia nigra zona compacta (SNC) and frontal cortex in rats has been studied. beta-PEA, glutamate and haloperidol were injected into the caudate nucleus by means of a system consisting of a pushpull cannule and an electrode for simultaneous registration of EP. Specificity in the effect of the drugs on EP in response to stimulation of the cortex and substantia nigra was revealed. The intraperitoneal injection of beta-PEA induced, comparatively to the application, more rapid and potent decrease in the amplitude of the component (N2-P2) as a result of the substantia nigra stimulation and slightly influenced the EP amplitude in stimulation of the frontal cortex. It was established using haloperidol that the component (N2-P2) of EP in response to the substantia nigra stimulation is of dopaminergic neuron function in the nigro-neostrital system of the rat brain.  相似文献

In view of the recent demonstrations that Neuropeptide Y (NPY) and adrenergic transmitters coexist in neurons of the rat brain, we have compared the effects of intraventricular (Ivt) injections of NPY and catecholamines on LH release and food intake in intact male rats. Of the three catecholamines, dopamine (DA), norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E), only E (5.3 micrograms or 15.9 micrograms/rat) significantly stimulated LH release, although NE and E (5.3 micrograms/rat) were equally effective in eliciting food intake in satiated rats. Ivt administration of 10 micrograms NPY significantly stimulated LH release, whereas either lower (0.5 or 2 micrograms/rat) or higher (25 micrograms/rat) doses were ineffective. In contrast, NPY at doses of 0.5 - 10 micrograms/rat increased cumulative food intake in a dose-related fashion. These findings present preliminary evidence of the physiological correlates of the neuronal coexistence of adrenergic transmitters and NPY in the brain and raise the possibility that NPY may normally act either independently, in concert with or via adrenergic systems to evoke LH release and feeding responses in the rat.  相似文献

The plasma LH concentration is believed to be reasonably steady in normal male rats. We found that LH is released in a regular pulsatile fashion. The overall mean concentration of plasma LH in normal male rats was 46.6 +/- 4.4 (mean +/- SEM) ng/ml. The normal male rats showed periodic LH pulses: the mean pulse amplitude was 144.4 +/- 25.5 ng/ml and the inter-peak interval was 22.5 +/- 2.0 min. Each pulse lasted 9.7 +/- 0.8 min. When LH-RH (1 microgram/kg) was injected as a bolus, the peak concentration was attained in 10-30 min reaching a peak concentration of 279.4 +/- 39.6 ng/ml. Distinct pulsatile bursts of plasma LH were discernible during the period of elevated plasma LH concentration. When a higher dose of LH-RH (5 micrograms/kg) was administered, the LH concentration slowly increased to a peak concentration of 400.2 +/- 38.7 ng/ml in 20-40 min. The pulsatile nature of the LH concentration was recognizable with distinct bursts. We have observed that: (a) normal male rats release LH in a pulsatile fashion with an approximate 20-min inter-peak interval; (b) mean LH pulses last less than 10 min, and (c) the LH pulses are visible even with elevated LH and LH-RH concentrations in the general circulation.  相似文献

Rats were trained to discriminate vehicle injections from intraperitoneal injections of 3 micrograms/kg caerulein, a cholecystokinin (CCK) neuropeptide analog. The reward that reinforced correct choices was an electrical brain stimulation self-administered by bar pressing. Dose-response quantitative generalization was obtained by using 1 and 2 micrograms/kg caerulein. Qualitative generalization to the vehicle occurred after injecting 10, 20 and 200 micrograms/kg unsulfated CCK-8, 10, 20 and 200 micrograms/kg CCK-4, 5 micrograms/kg CCK-8 and 1 microgram/kg caerulein, neurotensin or bombesin and 200 micrograms/kg apomorphine or 320 micrograms/kg amphetamine. Total generalization to the caerulein cue was obtained with 20 micrograms/kg sulfated CCK-8 or gastrin 2-17, 25 micrograms/kg somatostatin, 50 micrograms/kg haloperidol and 2 mg/kg chlorpromazine. The previous 5 mg/kg injection of an antiemetic drug such as chlorhydrate of trimethobenzamide did not eliminate the discriminative properties of a subsequent injection of caerulein. Our data thus tend to show that IP injection of caerulein produces effects similar to those of IP neuroleptics.  相似文献

Recent investigations have suggested that the alpha 2-adrenoreceptor agonist B-HT 920 is also a dopamine (DA) agonist with a selectivity for presynaptic receptors. In the present study, the emetic effect of B-HT 920 was investigated. Intravenous injections of B-HT 920 (0.32-10.0 micrograms/kg) and a DA2-agonist apomorphine (3.2-100.0 micrograms/kg) caused dose-dependent emesis. The ED50 of B-HT 920 and apomorphine were 3.2 and 12.3 micrograms/kg, respectively. When haloperidol (10.0-24.5 micrograms/kg i.v.), a DA2-antagonist, was given 5 minutes before B-HT 920 (10 micrograms/kg) or apomorphine (32 micrograms/kg), it caused a dose-dependent prevention of B-HT 920- and apomorphine-induced emesis. The ED50 of haloperidol in preventing the emetic effect of both drugs was identical (13.5 micrograms/kg). In contrast, haloperidol (32 micrograms/kg i.v.) did not prevent the emetic effect of ouabain (40 micrograms/kg i.v.). Neither did yohimbine (0.1 mg/kg i.v.), an alpha 2-adrenoreceptor antagonist, prevent the emetic effect of B-HT 920 (10 micrograms/kg). These results suggest that B-HT 920, acting like apomorphine, induces emesis by activating DA2-receptors probably in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the area postrema.  相似文献

Endogenous opioid peptides have been implicated in the control of copulatory behavior of the male rat. In order to assess the possible role of opioids in modulation of sexual receptivity in the female rat, lordosis behavior of ovariectomized (OVX) steroid-primed rats was tested after administration of beta-endorphin (B-END) or naloxone (NAL). Lordosis-to-mount ratio (L/M) of estrogen (E)- and progesterone (P)-primed rats was suppressed 15 and 45 minutes after intraventricular infusion of 100 ng B-END. This suppressive effect was blocked by subcutaneous injections of NAL (2 mg/kg). NAL alone, however, failed to enhance L/M in E-primed rats when administered in subcutaneous doses of 2 or 40 mg/kg. Thus, B-END is capable of suppressing lordotic responsiveness, but endogenous B-END does not appear to tonically suppress responsiveness in the E-primed rat.  相似文献

These experiments investigated in the awake rat the involvement of noradrenergic projections to the rostral hypothalamus in the drinking and pressor responses elicited by intracerebroventricular (i.c.v.) injections of 25 ng of angiotensin II. Phentolamine mesylate in doses of 2.5-125 micrograms injected into the rostral hypothalamus produced a dose-dependent depression of both the drinking and pressor responses elicited by i.c.v. administration of angiotensin II. A paradoxical increase in heart rate was associated with a decrease in pressor responses with increasing doses of phentolamine. This response was due to tissue injections, since pretreatment by injecting 12.5 micrograms of phentolamine into the ventricle did not block either the cardiovascular or drinking responses to i.c.v. injections of angiotensin II. Yohimbine (0.33-3.3 micrograms), DL-propranolol (25 micrograms), and atenolol (25 micrograms) did not, but prazosin (0.7 microgram) did significantly alter the pressor responses. Although yohimbine also was without effect on drinking, prazosin reduced the drinking responses. These results suggest that alpha 1-adrenergic receptors in the rostral hypothalamus are involved in the control of both the drinking and pressor responses elicited by i.c.v. injections of angiotensin II. In the case of propranolol and atenolol, beta-adrenergic receptors altered only the drinking response in a nonspecific manner by eliciting competing behaviors. Whether they are involved in modifying the drinking response only remains to be demonstrated.  相似文献

The effects of a 60-min intravenous infusion of angiotensin II (A II; 4 or 20 ng A II/min/kg body weight) on renal blood flow (RBF; electromagnetic flow transducer, control value 19-25 ml/min/kg), glomerular filtration rate (GFR; control value 4.2-5.0 ml/min/kg), mean arterial blood pressure, sodium excretion, water excretion, and plasma A II and plasma aldosterone concentrations were examined in 6 chronically instrumented female conscious beagle dogs kept on three different dietary sodium intakes (SI): SI 0.5 or SI 2.5 mmol Na/kg/day or SI 4.5 mmol Na/kg/day plus an oral saline load prior to the experiment SI 4.5(+) dogs. Four nanograms A II decreased RBF and GFR in SI 4.5(+) dogs without changing the filtration fraction (FF%); in SI 0.5 dogs the RBF decreased, and the FF% increased. Twenty nanograms A II decreased RBF and increased FF% in all dietary protocols, less in SI 4.5(+) dogs. The mean arterial blood pressure increased in all dietary protocols by 10-15 mm Hg (4 ng A II) and 32-37 mm Hg (20 ng A II). Sodium and water excretions decreased by 32 and 46%, respectively, in SI 4.5(+) dogs at both doses of A II. The plasma aldosterone concentration increased in all but one protocol: 4 ng A II, SI 4.5(+) dogs. It is concluded that when A II plasma concentrations are most likely borderline to pathophysiological conditions (up to an average of 370 pg/ml), the GFR is less decreased than the RBF. This phenomenon also can be observed at lower plasma A II concentrations (average 200 pg/ml), when the renin-angiotensin system had been previously moderately activated.  相似文献
