A calcium-activated neutral protease (CANP) has been purified 2,800 fold, to near homogeneity, from human platelets. The purification procedure involved ammonium sulfate fractionation of the platelet cytosol followed by chromatography on Sephacryl S-200, DEAE-Sephacel, Agarose-Hexylamine, Agarose-Octylamine and alpha-casein-Sepharose 4B affinity gel. The protease consisted of two polypeptides of Mr = 74,000 and 28,000 as judged on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It hydrolyzed [methyl-14C] alpha-casein at a significant rate of 37 degrees C which was, therefore, used as an exogenous substrate. Microtubules and intermediate filament proteins were also susceptible to hydrolysis by the purified protease. It attained maximum activity at 0.06 uM CaCl2 and displayed two pH maxima: one at 5.5 and the other at 6.5. The protease was fully active in the presence of MnCl2 and was about 75% active with BaCl2 and SrCl2. Among the actinomycete protease inhibitors, leupeptin, antipain and pepstatin, the order of inhibition was: leupeptin greater than antipain greater than pepstatin. The protease was also inhibited by sulfhydryl modifying agents.  相似文献

Female rabbit liver cytosol contains a receptor-modifying activity that converts the 250,000 estrogen receptor of liver and uterine cytosol to a 37,000 form. There is an age-dependent increase in this receptor-active protease and in the general protease activity of rabbit liver cytosol, measured with [14C]casein. Sephacryl S-200 chromatography of liver cytosol shows that in the young animal (5 weeks old) the major receptor-modifying activity elutes near the void volume, while in the older animal (13 weeks old) activities having lower molecular weights are present. The general protease activity elution profile is similar to the receptor-active protease profile for the 5-week-old rabbit but not the 13-week-old rabbit. The liver cytosol of the older animal has a high molecular weight protease active toward [14C]casein but not toward the estrogen receptor. The changes in the estrogen receptor forms and the receptor-modifying activity profiles of liver cytosol that occur during development in the rabbit suggest that receptor-modifying activity may initially be associated with the estrogen receptor to form a high molecular weight complex.  相似文献

An intracellular serine protease produced by Thermoplasma (Tp.) volcanium was purified using a combination of ammonium sulfate fractionation, ion exchange, and alpha-casein agarose affinity chromatography. This enzyme exhibited the highest activity and stability at pH 7.0, and at 50 degrees C. The purifed enzyme hydrolyzed synthetic peptides preferentially at the carboxy terminus of phenylalanine or leucine and was almost completely inhibited by PMSF, TPCK, and chymostatin, similarly to a chymotrypsin-like serine protease. Kinetic analysis of the Tp. volcanium protease reaction performed using N-succinyl-L-phenylalanine-p-nitroanilide as substrate revealed a Km value of 2.2 mM and a Vmax value of 0.045 micromol(-1) ml(-1) min(-1). Peptide hydrolyzing activity was enhanced by >2-fold in the presence of Ca2+ and Mg2+ at 2-12 mM concentration. The serine protease is a monomer with a molecular weight of 42 kDa as estimated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and zymogram activity staining.  相似文献

The rabbit uterine progesterone receptor copurifies as two molecular weight (Mr) forms of about 105,000 and 78,000. To investigate whether these are different proteins, we have used protease digestion, reversible denaturation, and photoaffinity labeling in studies on the steroid-binding domain of the receptor. Digestion of the Mr 105,000 and 78,000 forms, photoaffinity labeled with [3H]R5020, with Staphylococcus aureus V8 protease revealed identical peptide fragments of Mr 43,000, 39,000, and 27,000-30,000. When receptor in cytosol was denatured, separated by electrophoresis, and then reconstituted, [3H]progesterone bound specifically to a single form at about Mr 105,000. After partial purification, the reversible denaturation procedure revealed both the larger and the smaller progesterone-binding species similar to the photoaffinity-labeled species in this preparation. Receptor in uterine cytosol prepared under mild conditions appeared as a predominant large molecular weight form on photoaffinity labeling with [17 alpha-methyl-3H]R5020, [6,7-3H]R5020, or [3H]RU27987. Further purification of this cytosol showed the generation of a smaller labeled species. These results from three different approaches reinforce the view that the rabbit progesterone receptor contains a single steroid-binding protein.  相似文献

When androgen-binding protein (ABP) in unfractionated immature (20-day old) male rat serum was covalently labeled with the site-specific photoaffinity ligand [3H]17 beta-hydroxy-4,6-androstadien-3-one and analyzed on 5.6% polyacrylamide tube gels containing SDS (SDS-PAGE), a protein of Mr 33,700 +/- 1200 was shown to be specifically labeled. Rat epididymal ABP from unfractionated cytosol analyzed under identical conditions exhibited two androgen-specific peaks of radioactivity, Mr 49,900 +/- 600 and Mr 44,100 +/- 800, which correspond to the previously described subunits of ABP. The apparent molecular weight differences between serum and epididymal ABP were further assessed on preparations of serum ABP that had been partially purified by chromatography on Affi-Gel blue (to remove albumin) and on Sephadex G-150 (to remove other proteins). When these preparations of ABP were photolabeled and analyzed by SDS-PAGE as above, two subunits of Mr 61,700 +/- 1300 and Mr 47,100 +/- 700 were resolved. Serum and epididymal ABP were further purified by androgen affinity chromatography. When these preparations were subjected to SDS-PAGE on slab gels containing 10% polyacrylamide and identified by fluorography of photolabeled ABP or by immunochemical localization following electrophoretic transfer to nitrocellulose, differences in the apparent molecular weight of ABP from the two sources persisted. Immunochemical localization studies on ABPs that had been desialylated with neuraminidase indicated that there was an increased mobility of the subunits, as one would anticipate from removal of carbohydrate. Differences in apparent molecular weight of ABPs from the two sources are likely due to differences in glycosylation.  相似文献

Extracts from rat liver contain a sulfhydryl-dependent endoprotease which degrades [methyl-14C]globin or 125I-hemoglobin to acid-soluble peptides. This enzyme was isolated from the 100,000 x g supernatant of the homogenate. It showed a pH optimum between 7.5 and 9.5 and very little activity below pH 7.0. The enzyme has an apparent molecular weight of 550,000 as determined on Sepharose 6B column chromatography and sucrose density gradient centrifugation. ATP, at physiological concentrations, as well as pyrophosphate, stimulated the protease activity in these partially purified preparations up to 3-fold. Nonionic detergents such as Triton X-100 increased proteolytic activity and the stimulation by ATP. Other nucleotide triphosphates and ADP also increased proteolysis but less effectively than ATP. Sodium phosphate, creatine phosphate, and EDTA had no stimulatory effect.  相似文献

Immature rats treated with estradiol for selected periods of time demonstrated both increased methylation of uterine transfer ribonucleic acid (tRNA) and methylase activities. Whereas the former parameter was assessed by incubating whole uteri with [methyl-14C]methionine and measuring the incorporation of isotope into the tRNA, methylase activity was obtained by measuring the rate of incorporation of methyl groups from S-adenosyl[methyl-14C]methionine into heterologous tRNA (Escherichia coli B) in the presence of uterine cytosol preparations (100,000g supernatants). Although increased methylation of tRNA during the estrogen response was demonstrated, additional studies indicated that these results were largely attributable to an increased rate of synthesis of tRNA rather than gross changes in either the type or amount of methylated constituents present. Evidence in this regard included the inability of estrogen treatment of alter significantly the (a) resulting patterns of methyl-14C-methylated constituents of uterine tRNA, (b) the extent ot which [2-14C]guanine residues, incorporated into tRNA, become methylated, (c) the extent of methylation of precursor tRNA in the absence of tRNA synthesis, and (d) the types of methylase activities expressed in vitro.  相似文献

Chondroitin sulfate E proteoglycan was extracted in the presence of protease inhibitors from 6 X 10(9) mouse bone marrow-derived, interleukin 3-dependent mast cells, of which 3 X 10(7) had been biosynthetically labeled with [35S]sulfate or [3H]glycine. Chondroitin sulfate E proteoglycan was purified to apparent homogeneity by density-gradient centrifugation, differential molecular weight dialysis, DEAE-52 ion exchange chromatography, and Sepharose CL-4B gel filtration chromatography. Chondroitin sulfate E proteoglycan, radiolabeled with [3H]glycine or [35S]sulfate, filtered as a single peak of radioactivity on Sepharose CL-4B with a Kav of 0.41. When purified [3H]glycine-labeled proteoglycan was digested with chondroitinase ABC and subjected to gel filtration, all of the radioactivity was shifted to a lower molecular weight. As assessed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis the Mr of the peptide core obtained by chondroitinase ABC treatment was approximately 10,000. The purified proteoglycan was resistant to degradation by collagenase, clostripain, trypsin, chymotrypsin, elastase, chymopapain, V8 protease, proteinase K, and Pronase, as assessed by gel filtration chromatography and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Analysis of the core peptide of the intact proteoglycan revealed that glycine, serine, and glutamic acid/glutamine accounted for 70% of the total amino acids and were present in a molar ratio of 4.3/1.6/1.0. When analyzed for neutral hexose content by gas-liquid chromatography, the proteoglycan contained approximately 2% of its weight as mannose, fucose, galactose, and other sugars, indicating that oligosaccharides were linked to the peptide core. The mouse bone marrow-derived mast cell chondroitin sulfate E proteoglycan, like the rat serosal mast cell heparin proteoglycan, is markedly protease resistant, has highly sulfated glycosaminoglycans, and contains a peptide core that is rich in serine and glycine. These characteristics of the mast cell class of intracellular proteoglycans may contribute to their function in stimulus-induced granule secretion as well as in mediator storage, including retention of cationic neutral proteases.  相似文献

Neutral histone-hydrolyzing protease has been isolated by fractionation of bovine spleen extract. The low level of the protease activity in the extract may be due to the presence of an inhibitor. The enzyme activity was increased 100--1200-fold during ammonium sulfate fractionations, gel filtration on Sephadex G-100 and G-75, chromatography on CM- and DEAE-celluloses. The protease was detected in the fraction with a molecular weight lower than 25000. The enzyme was markedly activated by dithiothreitol and EDTA and inhibited by p-chloromercuribenzoate and iodoacetic acid. It was also inhibited by N-tosyl-L-lysyl chloromethyl ketone, N-tosyl-L-phenylalanyl chloromethylketone, bovine blood serum and partially by soybean trypsin inhibitor DFP, trasylol and epsilon-amino caproic acid had no effect. Beside histone, the neutral protease hydrolyzed casein and gamma-globulin and fibrinogen in a low extent. The enzyme had no activity toward N-benzoyl-D,L-arginine p-nitroanilide, N-benzoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester and N-acetyl-L-tyrosine ethyl ester, collagen, elastin and fibrin. Some properties of the enzyme were similar to those of neutral SH-dependent proteases described by Hayashi and Lo Spalluto et al.  相似文献

Bovine vitreous-humour sodium hyaluronate was purified by precipitation with cetylpyridinium chloride, CsCl-density-gradient sedimentation and gel-permeation chromatography. The number of reducing end groups in two similarly prepared hyaluronate samples was determined by reaction with K14CN, and measurements of intrinsic viscosity were performed to determine whether this reaction caused degradation of the hyaluronate. The intrinsic viscosity of one hyaluronate sample was 192ml/g, compared with a value of 187ml/g after reaction with [14C]cyanide, which indicates that the labelling reaction did not cause depolymerization of the hyaluronate. The Mr calculated from these viscosity values is approx. 60000. Fractionation of the [14C]cyanide-labelled hyaluronate by gel chromatography showed that it was composed of a polydisperse population of molecules with calculated chain lengths, based on the ratio of [14C]cyanide to uronic acid, ranging in molecular weight from 9000 to 264000, with an average Mr of 63200. On the basis of these measurements it is concluded that reaction with [14C]cyanide does not cause degradation of bovine vitreous-humour hyaluronate polysaccharide chains and that reaction with [14C]cyanide can be used to determine the molecular weight of this hyaluronate.  相似文献

Rats injected with aurothioglucose (ATG) for 5 days were subsequently injected with [75Se]selenious acid and killed after 3 days. Kidney and liver cytosols were chromatographed on Sephadex G-150. 75Se in kidney was associated with high molecular weight (HMW), 85,000 Mr, 26,000 Mr, and 10,000 Mr proteins and with a nonprotein fraction. The elution profile of liver cytosol was similar to that of kidney, but without a 26,000 Mr protein. ATG injection increased the association of 75Se with all fractions of kidney cytosol except the 85,000 Mr fractions, which contained Se-glutathione peroxidase (SeGSHPx) activity; 75Se in liver was increased only in HMW fractions. Unfractionated kidney cytosolic SeGSHPx activity was decreased 14% by ATG injection, but liver enzyme activity was not changed. However, Sephadex G-150 chromatography showed that total and specific activities, respectively, were decreased 28 and 23% in kidney and 25 and 16% in liver. Au coeluted with HMW and 10,000 Mr 73Se-containing kidney proteins; the latter contained 50% of the Au eluted from the column. DEAE Sephacel chromatography of the 10,000 Mr kidney protein showed that both Au and 75Se were tightly associated with metallothionein-like proteins. This study demonstrates the interaction of Au with rat liver and kidney 75Se-containing proteins.  相似文献

The purpose of this study has been to compare collagen-gelatin degrading enzymes isolated from cancer cell organelles and cytosol to the metalloproteinases released by cancer cells. To this end, metastatic mouse melanoma cell organelles were isolated by sucrose density gradient centrifugation and metalloproteinases were assayed using native and denatured [methyl-3H]collagen substrates. Solubilized proteinases were purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, anion exchange, concanavalin A affinity and gel-filtration column chromatographic procedures and characterized by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The conclusions were as follows: malignant melanoma cells have a metalloproteinase (Mr = 59,000) which is shed from cells into conditioned medium as a component of intact membrane vesicles rather than as a soluble enzyme; storage of tumor-conditioned medium leads to the generation of autoactivated soluble metalloproteinases of lower molecular weight; purification of these metalloproteinase species yielded variant collagenases that have considerable gelatinolytic activity and a cleavage preference site for the Gly-Ile bond in a collagen-like synthetic octapeptide substrate which is typical for collagenase-type metalloproteinases. It is proposed that localization of potent proteinases to the surface of cancer cells facilitates the local breakdown of connective tissues during the invasive process.  相似文献

【目的】分离纯化米曲霉蛋白酶的主要组分,分析其酶学特性,并应用于酪蛋白磷酸肽(Casein phosphopeptides,CPPs)的制备。【方法】采用硫酸铵盐析、DEAE-Sepharose FF阴离子交换层析和Butyl-sepharose HP疏水层析对米曲霉蛋白酶进行分离纯化,SDS-PAGE检测分子量与纯度,MALDI-TOF-MS检测酶切位点。【结果】得到一种蛋白酶组分(命名为PE),分子量大小为58 kD左右。该酶最适反应条件为55 °C,pH 8.0,酶活被Fe3+抑制,被Mn2+激活。以酪蛋白为底物时,Km=0.36 g/L,最大反应速率Vm=18.18 mg/(L?min)。蛋白酶PE对牛胰岛素B链上-Leu-Cys-、-Val-Glu-、-Tyr-Leu-和-Arg-Gly-组成的肽键有较高的切割能力,酶切位点较多。利用其水解酪蛋白,通过钡-乙醇沉淀法得到CPPs,产率为15.87%,摩尔氮磷比r (N/P)为6.17,得到的CPPs可以使钙沉淀推迟35 min。【结论】利用米曲霉蛋白酶水解酪蛋白产生CPPs,为其在功能性食品加工方面的应用提供有利的参考。  相似文献

A long-chain acyl-CoA hydrolase from rat liver microsomes has been purified by solvent extraction and gel chromatography to homogeneity as judged by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence and absence of sodium dodecyl sulfate. The enzyme was a monomer of molecular weight 59 000. In a sucrose gradient it sedimented at 4.3 S. The isoelectric point, pI was 6.9, and the Stokes radius was approx. 31 A. The enzyme hydrolyzed long-chain fatty acyl-CoA (C7--C18) with maximum activity for palmitoyl-CoA. Bovine serum albumin activation of the enzyme was related to the ratio acyl-CoA/bovine serum albumin, and at high ratios, acyl-CoA inhibited the enzyme activity. Disregarding the substrate inhibition, an apparent Km of 65 nmol/mg protein or 1-10(-7) M and a V of 750 nmol/mg protein per min were calculated. The enzyme was inhibited by p-hydroxymercuribenzoate and N-ethylmaleimide. Reactivation by means of dithiothreitol was not complete.  相似文献

We have discovered and characterized a kallikrein-like latent serine protease in intact human erythrocytes and ghosts. The enzyme is activatable by trypsin. The solubilized enzyme has esterolytic activity with a pH optimum of 9; but the membrane-associated activity increases almost linearly up to pH 10. The activated enzyme releases kinin from bovine low molecular weight kininogen. Enzyme activity is inhibited by TosLysCH2Cl , phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride, aprotinin and amiloride, and weakly by soybean or lima bean trypsin inhibitor. It is inhibited by Co2+, Zn2+ and Mn2+ but is stimulated by Fe2+, deoxycholate and phospholipase A2. An erythrocyte membrane protein (Mr = 88,000) with an active site serine residue was identified with [14C]-diisopropylphosphorofluoridate labeling. Consistent with the finding of tryptic activation of the latent erythrocyte serine protease, trypsin treatment reduced the density of labeling of this protein and revealed a lower molecular weight form (Mr = 64,000). Possible relationships between the activity of this newly identified serine protease and events such as erythrocyte membrane ion fluxes might be of interest.  相似文献

Proteoglycans deposited in the basal lamina of [14C] glucosamine-labeled normal and [3H]glucosamine-labeled transformed mouse mammary epithelial cells grown on type I-collagen gels, were extracted in 4 M guanidinium chloride and cofractionated over Sepharose CL 4B. The heparan sulfate chains carried by these proteoglycans were isolated by treatment with alkaline borohydride, protease K, chondroitinase ABC, and cetylpyridinium chloride precipitation. Heparan sulfate isolated from transformed cell cultures consistently eluted from DEAE-cellulose at lower salt concentrations and was of smaller apparent Mr when chromatographed over Sepharose CL 6B, than heparan sulfate of normal cell cultures. Experiments using doubly labeled cultures ([3H]glucosamine and [35S]sulfate) demonstrated an approximately 30% reduction in the sulfate/hexosamine ratio in heparan sulfate derived from transformed cultures. Both N- and O-sulfate were decreased. The decreased Mr and decreased sulfation of heparan sulfate upon transformation appear sufficient to explain the altered heparan sulfate/chondroitin sulfate ratios previously observed in these cells. These changes may have implications for the molecular interactions in which these proteoglycans are normally engaged during basal lamina assembly, and cause the poor basal lamina formation displayed by these transformed cells.  相似文献

Pathogenic protozoan proteases play crucial roles in the host-parasite interaction, and its characterization contributes to the understanding of protozoan disease mechanisms. A Leishmania amazonensis promastigote protease was purified 36-fold, using aprotinin-agarose affinity chromatography and gel filtration high performance liquid chromatography, yielding a total recovery of 49%. The molecular mass of active enzyme obtained from native gel filtration HPLC and SDS-PAGE under conditions of reduction and non-reduction was 68 kDa, suggesting that the enzyme may exist as a monomer. The protease isoelectric point (pI) was around 4.45 and, as demonstrated by deglycosylation assay, it did not have any carbohydrate content. The optimal pH and temperature of the enzyme were 8.0 and 28 degrees C, respectively, determined using alpha-N-rho-tosyl-L-arginyl-methyl ester (L-TAME) as substrate. Assays of thermal stability indicated that 50% of the enzymatic activity was preserved after 4 min of pre-treatment at 42 degrees C and after 24 h of pre-treatment at 37 degrees C, both in the absence of substrate. Hemoglobin, bovine serum albumin (BSA), ovalbumin, and both gelatin and peptide substrates containing arginine in ester bound were hydrolyzed by 68 kDa protease. The insulin beta-chain was also hydrolyzed by the protease, and four peptidic bonds (L11-V12, E13-A14, L15-Y16, and Y16-L17) were susceptible to the 68-kDa protease action. Inhibition studies suggested that the enzyme belonged to a serine protease class inhibited by calcium ions and activated by manganese ions. These findings demonstrate that the L. amazonensis 68-kDa serine protease differs from those of other protozoan parasites.  相似文献

Vibrio anguillarum is a pathogenic marine bacterium which causes the disease vibriosis in salmonid fish, which is characterized by a fatal hemorrhagic septicemia accompanied by massive tissue destruction. In this paper, the purification of the major caseinolytic extracellular protease from V. anguillarum is presented. The purification steps include ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sepharose chromatography, Sephacryl S-200 chromatography, and DEAE high-pressure liquid chromatography. The purified protease migrates with Mr = 38,000 upon sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. A slightly larger protease of Mr 40,000 is also separated by this procedure, but accounts for only a minor fraction of the caseinolytic activity. The Mr 38,000 protease displays a broad pH activity profile in the neutral to basic range. It is not inhibited by serine, cysteine, or acid protease inhibitors, but is inhibited by EDTA and 1,10-phenanthroline, suggesting that it is a metalloprotease. The activity of the EDTA-inactivated protease could be partially restored by the addition of Ca2+ and Zn2+ together. The molecular weight and inhibition data show some similarities with proteases isolated from other Vibrio species such as Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio vulnificus.  相似文献

Myeloperoxidase of neutrophil granulocytes is synthesized as a larger molecular weight precursor, which is processed to yield mature polypeptides with molecular weights of 62,000 and 12,000. We have investigated the incorporation of heme into myeloperoxidase of the human promyelocytic HL-60 cell line labeled with 5-amino[14C]levulinic acid. Myeloperoxidase was isolated by immunoprecipitation followed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and radiolabeled myeloperoxidase was visualized by fluorography. A 3-h pulse labeling with 5-amino[14C]levulinic acid resulted in labeling of the Mr 90,000 and Mr 82,000 precursor polypeptides. During subsequent chase of the label, conversion to mature radioactive heavy Mr 62,000 subunit was observed but no radioactivity was associated with the mature small Mr 12,000 subunit. Peptide mapping after proteolytic cleavage with V8 proteinase showed that 5-amino[14C]levulinic acid was associated with a single Mr 23,000 polypeptide while multiple radioactive fragments were visible after proteolytic cleavage of myeloperoxidase biosynthetically labeled with [14C]leucine. That 5-amino[14C]levulinic acid was specifically incorporated into heme of myeloperoxidase was also demonstrated by dissociation under reducing conditions which yielded 14C-labeled heme as indicated by reversed phase high pressure liquid chromatography. The ionophore monensin and the base chloroquine, which block processing of myeloperoxidase, did not affect the incorporation of 5-amino[14C]levulinic acid, further supporting the notion that the incorporation of heme is independent of final processing of the polypeptide. Our data establish that heme is incorporated into myeloperoxidase already at the level of the precursor and that processing yields a heme-containing heavy subunit and a heme-free small subunit.  相似文献

The high-molecular-weight subunit RNA of feline leukemia virus (Rickard strain) (FeLV-R) was analyzed for the presence of methyl groups. After purification of native 50-60S FeLV-R RNA on nondenaturing aqueous sucrose density gradients. FeLV-R 28S subunit RNA, doubly labeled with [14C]uridine and [methyl-3H]methionine, was isolated by centrifugation through denaturing sucrose density gradients in dimethyl sulfoxide. As calculated from their respective 3H/14C ratios. FeLV-R 28S RNA was methylated to the same degree as host cell poly(A)+ mRNA. When the 28S FeLV-R RNA was hydrolyzed to completion with RNase T2 or alkali, all of the methyl-3H chromatographed with mononucleotides on Pellionex-WAX, a weak anion exchanger. The methyl-labeled material co-chromatographed with 6-methyladenosine if the mononucleotide fraction obtained by Pellionex-WAX chromatography was hydrolyzed to nucleosides by bacterial alkaline phosphatase or with 6-methyladenine if purine bases were released from the mononucleotides by acid hydrolysis. In another experiment in which FeLV-R 28S RNA uniformly labeled with 32P was hydrolyzed and then analyzed by Pellionex-WAX chromatography, all of the 32P label again co-chromatographed with mononucleotides. Thus FeLV-R 28S RNA does not appear to contain a 5' structure, either methylated or nonmethylated similar to those recently reported for cellular and some animal virus mRNA's.  相似文献
