植被覆盖对土壤线虫营养类群空间分布的影响   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
以中国科学院沈阳生态实验站的裸地和撂荒地为研究对象,采用经典统计学与地统计学相结合的方法,研究裸地和撂荒地土壤线虫总数及各营养类群的空间分布特征.结果表明,裸地和撂荒地植物寄生线虫与土壤pH呈显著负相关;撂荒地土壤线虫总数的平均值显著大于裸地,分别为每百克干土1 485.3和464.0条;撂荒地土壤线虫总数、植物寄生线虫和食细菌线虫的块金值/基台值(27.3%~45.6%)低于裸地(49.5%~100%),裸地和撂荒地土壤线虫总数及各营养类群的空间分布格局均有明显差异,表明植被覆盖对土壤线虫的空间分布有较大影响.  相似文献

土壤紧实胁迫对黄瓜根系生长及氮代谢的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用容重分别为1.25 g·cm-3(疏松土壤,对照)和1.55 g·cm-3(紧实土壤)的土壤进行盆栽试验,研究了土壤紧实胁迫对‘津春4号’黄瓜不同生育期根系生长、呼吸速率、活力及氮代谢的影响.结果表明:在土壤紧实胁迫条件下,黄瓜不同生育期根系总长度、表面积、分根数和根尖数均显著下降,根系的伸长生长及侧根的发生受到显著抑制,而根系的加粗生长得到激发,平均直径显著增加;根系活力和根系呼吸速率显著下降;根系中的NO3-、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量大幅下降,硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸合酶活性显著降低,NH4+含量显著增加.说明在土壤紧实胁迫条件下黄瓜根系对硝态氮的吸收量减少,氨同化作用受到抑制,氮代谢显著受阻.  相似文献

从寄生在番茄的南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)卵块中分离到一种破坏线虫的内寄生真菌淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyceslilacinus),并利用啤酒厂的废渣、废液生产出菌剂。该菌剂每克样品含孢子量为3.4×106,用其进行防治根结线虫的盆栽试验。每1600ml土壤施8g比施1g菌剂的根结指数、虫瘿、卵块、雌虫和幼虫分别减少65%、94.0%、94.0%、95.9%和97.9%。  相似文献

通过室内离体试验和温室盆钵试验,评价3株能够水解胶原蛋白的细菌XZ-173(解淀粉芽孢杆菌)、SL-25(吉氏芽孢杆菌)和KS-62(多粘类芽孢杆菌)对番茄根结线虫的防治能力.结果表明:XZ-173、SL-25、KS-62菌悬液对二龄幼虫(J2)的24 h致死率分别达到75.9%、66.7%和50.0%,处理7 d根结线虫虫卵孵化率分别为17.8%、28.9%和37.6%,而对照无菌水二龄幼虫死亡率和虫卵孵化率分别为17.4%和53.6%.在根结线虫发病土壤中施用以3种拮抗菌等比例混合发酵的生物有机肥,防治效果较好,与对照相比,根际土壤中根结线虫数减少84.0%,并且番茄植株根上的根结数和虫卵数显著减少,促进了作物地下部根系和地上部植株的生长.说明拮抗菌生物有机肥对防治根结线虫病害具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

江苏省不同农业区土壤线虫群落分布特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
调查了江苏省不同农业区农田土壤线虫群落多样性,分析了土壤线虫数量和群落结构与土壤环境因子的关系,并探讨了土壤线虫对土壤健康的生物指示作用.结果表明: 农田土壤线虫共鉴定出2纲7目19科41属.6个农业区的土壤线虫的密度、群落组成均具有一定的差异性.沿海农业区的线虫数量最多(每100 g干土400条),显著高于徐淮、宁镇扬和沿江农业区(P<0.05),而沿江农业区的土壤线虫数量最少(每100 g干土232条),这可能是由于土壤质地、年均降雨量和年均气温等因素的差异造成的.地理位置相近的农业区线虫优势属相似.相关性分析结果显示,土壤线虫数量与土壤有机质、全氮、速效氮、速效钾和速效磷均呈显著正相关关系;RDA分析表明,土壤全氮含量、速效磷及pH对线虫群落种属组成影响较大.分析江苏省农田土壤线虫群落空间分布特征,可为农田土壤生态系统健康状况评价提供数据支撑.  相似文献

设施蔬菜生产中,根结线虫病害频繁发生,严重威胁了设施蔬菜生产的安全性和可持续性.为了探究氮肥施用量和土壤灭菌对根结线虫侵染番茄根系的影响,采用二因素(施氮量和土壤是否灭菌)二水平完全随机区组设计,进行盆栽试验.施氮量分别为100和300 mg·kg-1,采用γ射线对土壤灭菌或不灭菌.结果表明:未灭菌条件下,与高氮处理相比,低氮处理单位根长和单位根干重的根结数分别减少了42.5%和30.4%,地上部干重和根干重分别增加了43.9%和31.4%,氮素农学利用效率提高4.3倍;对土壤进行γ射线灭菌,有效地消除了根结线虫对番茄根系的侵染,地上部干重增加了31.8%;适当减少氮肥施用量能显著降低根结线虫对设施番茄根系的侵染,促进番茄生长,提高氮素农学利用效率.  相似文献

采用温室盆栽试验测定了不同浓度长枝木霉T6菌株孢子悬浮液对南方根结线虫的防治及在黄瓜根际的定殖作用.结果表明:根际定殖处理10周后黄瓜根际土壤和根系中长枝木霉T6菌株菌落数量显著增加,且处理土壤和根系中菌落数量变化显著,浓度为1.5×10~7CFU·m L~(-1)处理的根际土壤和根系中菌落数量达到7.8×10~7和6.3×10~5CFU·m L~(-1).温室防治试验中,不同浓度长枝木霉T6菌株孢子悬浮液对南方根结线虫不同虫态具有较强的防治效果,且防治效果随着孢子悬浮液浓度的增加而增加.长枝木霉T6菌株孢子悬浮液对被南方根结线虫侵染的黄瓜株高、根系长度和鲜质量具有显著的促生作用.表明长枝木霉T6菌株在黄瓜根际具有较强的定殖作用,对南方根结线虫具有较好的防治作用,并对黄瓜植株生长具有显著的促生作用.  相似文献

通过杀线活性测定及盆栽试验,研究了蓖麻提取物和淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyces lilacinus)对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的杀线活性及防治效果.结果表明:蓖麻碱不影响淡紫拟青霉孢子的萌发.蓖麻碱和淡紫拟青霉均具有较强杀线活性,蓖麻碱处理对南方根结线虫的卵孵化抑制率和二龄幼虫死亡率分别达61.7%和59.2%,显著高于对照处理;蓖麻碱和孢子液复合处理接种南方根结线虫的番茄苗后,植株平均根结数为15±3,显著低于对照的平均根结数37±2,株高、鲜重和根长增长率分别比对照提高38.5%、44.0%和57.0%.说明蓖麻提取物和淡紫拟青霉能减轻线虫危害,对番茄南方根结线虫病控制效果明显.  相似文献

在盆栽条件下,研究了南方根结线虫不同初始接种密度对生姜生长的影响.结果表明,南方根结线虫的侵染,降低生姜株高、茎粗、分枝数、茎叶鲜重和根系鲜重,最终降低生姜的产量,且随着接种密度的增加,生姜生长所受到的危害也随之增加.每100 g干土接种0、100和200个卵,可使生姜分别减产27.91%、37.73%和42.14%.初始接种密度对南方根结线虫繁殖速率也有很大影响.一般初始接种密度低时繁殖速率高,接种密度高时繁殖速率低,其在生姜上的平衡密度为每100 g干土746.20个.  相似文献

从土壤和病株上分离到10个线虫的天敌真菌菌株,其中有三个菌株较有希望,烛台霉属(Candelabrello sp.)一个。孤孢属(Monacrosporium spp.)两个,菌株代号分别为CN_7;CN_(?)和CN_5。 据试验:CN_7较好,菌丝体生长的温度范围是20~33℃,最适宜的温度范围是25~30℃,以式捕捉环捕食线虫,对培养基选择性不强,最适宜的pH值是6.0~7.5,但在pH4.5~8.0都能进收缩行捕捉,捕捉器官形成量多,捕虫势强且稳定,在水中也能形成捕捉环并捕食线虫。  相似文献

Naturally occurring toxins and nematode-destroying fungi are the two major factors controlling soil nematode populations. Nematode-destroying fungi fall into two groups - hyphal forms, producing traps which capture nematodes, and endoparasitic forms, both common in natural soils. Abstract From three different woodland types in Berlin (West) (poor sandy pine forest, mesotrophic beech forest and a sporadically inundated river bank), nematode-destroying hyphomycetes were isolated using the sprinkled plates method. 16.4% of the plates yielded isolates, one predacious fungus per 8 g of fresh soil. The fungi obtained belonged to ten species out of four different genera. The highest number of isolates was obtained from the beech forest, while the lowland forest yielded the highest number of species but the lowest amount of isolates. The differences between the various soil types are discussed. The results indicated that attempt to quantify the nematode-destroying hyphomycetes may be successful.  相似文献

Forty different medicinal plants were investigated for arbuscular mycorrhizal association in the Rajshahi University Campus in Bangladesh. The results indicated that 35 different plants were infected by AM (arbuscular mycorrhizal) fungi as found by trypan blue staining procedure. The percentage of root colonization by AM fungi varied from 13.3% to 100%. Mangifera indica and Morus indica have maximum percentage of colonization (100%). The intensity of root colonization were abundant in the plants belonging to the families Anacardiaceae, Asclepiadaceae, Moraceae, Leguminosae and Apocynaceae whereas the intensity of colonization of crop roots were moderate and poor belonging to Gramineae and Leguminosae. The presence of greater number of spore in soil was always associated with the incidence of abundant mycelia. In plant roots the formation of spore and mycelia was restricted by low pH. Number of mycorrhizal fungus spores ranged between 35 to100 per 100g air dried soil in different family respective soils. The frequency of mycorrhizal fungus infection showed positive correlation with soil pH, moisture, water holding capacity, texture, total nitrogen, organic carbon, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Especially phosphorus and nitrogen in the soil greatly influenced the plant root infection by AM fungi.  相似文献

Foliar sprays of 4 μg/ml oxamyl on sweet orange trees in a greenhouse slightly depressed the number of Tylenchulus semipenetrans larvae obtained from roots and soil, but similar treatments were not effective in two orchards. Soil drench treatments decreased the number of citrus nematode larvae obtained from roots or soil of citrus plants grown itt a greenhouse and in orchards. Exposure to 5-10 μg/ml of oxamyl in water was lethal to only a few second-stage larvae treated 10 days, and many second-stage larvae in 2.0 μg/ml oxamyl recovered motility when transferred to fresh water. Aqueous solutions of 50 and 100 μg/ml of oxamyl were toxic to citrus nematode larvae. Additional observations indicate that oxamyl interfered with hatch of citrus nematode larvae and was nematistatic and/or protected sweet orange roots from infection. Oxamyl degraded at different rates in two soils. The number of citrus nematode larvae that infected and developed on sweet orange roots was increased by an undetermined product of the degradation of oxamyl in soil, water, and possibly within plants. Four endophytic fungi (Fusarium spp.) isolated from the cortical tissue of surface-sterilised banana as well as from tomato roots were tested for their capacity of biological control towards the burrowing nematode Radopholus similis on banana. The pathogenic and parasitic capacities of endophytic fungi towards R. similis were tested in in vitro experiments. No parasitism of fungi on R. similis was observed. However, nematode activity decreased significantly in the presence of all endophytic fungi in vitro when compared to nematodes in the absence of fungi. The effects of fungi on R. similis activities in the soil were tested in the absence of plants. Nematode activities were reduced significantly by 16-30% by endophytic fungi when compared to untreated soil.  相似文献

Six species of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (Glomus aggregatum, G. clarum, G. etunicatum, G. intraradices, G. mosseae and G. versiforme) were evaluated, in three greenhouse experiments, for their effects on reproduction of the root-lesion nematode, Pratylenchus penetrans, and growth of Ottawa 3 apple rootstock. Glomus mosseae increased total dry weights of nematode-inoculated and non-inoculated rootstock in all three greenhouse experiments, and G. intraradices increased dry weights in two of three greenhouse experiments. Plants inoculated with G. mosseae generally supported fewer P. penetrans per gram of root than plants inoculated with other AM fungi, but did not differ significantly from the controls in any greenhouse experiment. Colonization of roots by AM fungi was reduced by P. penetrans at initial inoculum densities greater than 250 nematodes/L soil. In field trials, preplant inoculation with either G. intraradices or G. mosseae increased rootstock growth and leaf concentrations of P, Mg, Zn and Cu in fumigated plots but not in non-fumigated plots, indicating that colonization by native AM fungi in non-fumigated plots may have been sufficient for adequate nutrient acquisition. The abundance of vesicles and arbuscules was greater in roots of plants inoculated with AM fungi before planting than in roots of non-inoculated plants, in both fumigated and non-fumigated plots. P. penetrans per gram of root and per 50 ml soil were significantly lower for G. mosseae- inoculated plants than for non-inoculated plants in fumigated soil but not in non-fumigated soil.  相似文献

The nematode extraction method of centrifugal-floatation proved to be more efficient and significant (p ≤ 0.01) in extracting the rice root nematode, Hirschmanniella oryzae adults and larvae from soil or roots of rice and wheat crops than those extracted by sieving and tissue paper filtration technique. The extracted nematode from rice roots using incubation method is time-dependent and the peak of nematodes occurred four days after incubation. The number of extracted nematode varied according to crop, nematode mobility in soil particles, the number of nematodes present and tissue paper permeability.  相似文献

采用悉生培养微缩体系,探讨了食真菌线虫(燕麦真滑刃线虫)与两种真菌(真菌Ⅰ:外皮毛霉和真菌Ⅱ:丛梗孢科的一种)间的相互作用及其对土壤氮素矿化的影响.结果表明,燕麦真滑刃线虫在取食两种真菌时表现为在真菌Ⅱ上的生长优于真菌Ⅰ,两个处理的线虫数达到显著差异.食真菌线虫对真菌的取食活动促进了真菌的增殖:接种真菌Ⅱ加线虫处理中真菌Ⅱ的数量是仅接种真菌Ⅱ处理的2.5~3.5倍,增幅在整个培养期基本稳定;而接种真菌Ⅰ加线虫处理中真菌Ⅰ的数量在培养前期(10d)是仅接种真菌Ⅰ处理的1.1~2.0倍。之后增幅达5.0~5.7倍.线虫和真菌的生长及增殖基本保持同步.食真菌线虫与真菌的相互作用显著提高了土壤铵态氮和矿质态氮含量,促进了土壤氮的矿化,其中线虫与真菌Ⅰ的相互作用对提高矿质态氮含量的贡献显著大于线虫与真菌Ⅱ的相互作用。  相似文献

线虫与微生物的相互作用研究往往是在悉生培养体系 (gnotobiotic microcosm)中进行 ,为了研究在自然或开放土壤条件下土壤线虫与微生物的相互作用 ,作者在开放盆栽体系中接种土壤食细菌线虫 (原小杆线虫 ,Protorhabditis sp) ,研究在小麦不同生育期、在有和无根系作用下食细菌线虫对土壤微生物量和微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明 :接种线虫分别使 SMBC、SMBN、SMBP提高了 2 6 .4 %、32 .9%、2 1.8% ,这种促进作用除个别无根系土和非根际土处理外 ,均达到显著性差异。根际土中的 SMBC、SMBN、SMBP>非根际土 >无根系土。从方差解释比例 v来看 ,SMBN受线虫的影响最大 (v=2 4 % )、其次是 SMBC(v=16 % )、然后是 SMBP(v=12 % ) ,线虫对 SMBC的促进作用在根际土中最突出。接种线虫对土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量有明显的影响。在苗期的无根系土和根际土中 ,接种线虫显著降低了细菌的数量、特别在根际土中尤为突出 ,但在其它处理中却增加了细菌的数量。接种线虫对真菌和放线菌数量的促进作用比对细菌更为明显 ,接种线虫后真菌和放线菌数量的总平均值分别比未接种提高了 4 8.5 %和 6 8.2 % ,而细菌数量的总平均值没有变化。细菌数量与微生物量 C相关散点图表明二者相关性在根际土、非根际土和无根系土中均未  相似文献
