为研究钙对摄食高铜饲料的大黄鱼幼鱼生长性能、抗氧化酶类及脂代谢酶类活性的影响,研究采用22双因子实验设计,配制了4组实验饲料,共包含2个铜水平(4和24 mg/kg)和2个钙水平(0.5%和3%),分别命名为: -Cu-Ca、+Cu-Ca、-Cu+Ca和+Cu+Ca,饲喂大黄鱼幼鱼[(4.050.31) g]10周,每个处理组设置3个重复。结果表明,高铜组(+Cu-Ca和+Cu+Ca)实验鱼的存活率、终末体质量和增重率显著低于低铜组(-Cu-Ca和-Cu+Ca)(P0.05); 高铜组实验鱼肝脏和肌肉中的铜含量显著高于低铜组,而高钙组(-Cu+Ca和+Cu+Ca)实验鱼肌肉中的铜含量却显著低于低钙组(-Cu-Ca和+Cu-Ca)(P0.05); 高铜组实验鱼肝脏中的糖原含量显著低于低铜组(P0.05); 实验鱼肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、6-磷酸葡糖酸脱氢酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶和脂肪酸合成酶活性,高铜组显著低于低铜组,而高钙组却显著高于低钙组,但硫代巴比妥酸反应物含量和脂蛋白脂肪酶活性正好相反(P0.05); 饲料中铜和钙的交互作用显著影响了实验鱼肌肉中的铜含量、硫代巴比妥酸反应物含量、6-磷酸葡糖酸脱氢酶、脂肪酸合成酶和脂蛋白脂肪酶活性(P0.05)。研究表明,钙能够缓解摄食高铜饲料对大黄鱼幼鱼造成的伤害。  相似文献

采用65d的生长实验研究共轭亚油酸(CLA)对草鱼肝脏和肌肉细胞学形态、抗氧化能力以及脂肪代谢相关基因表达的影响。共配制7种近似等氮(粗蛋白: 36 g/100 g)等脂(粗脂肪: 4.5 g/100 g)的饲料: 0 (对照组)、0.5 (CLA0.5)、1 (CLA1)、1.5 (CLA1.5)、2 (CLA2)、2.5 (CLA2.5)和3 g/100 g CLA (CLA3)。每个饲料组均设置3个生物学重复,实验鱼初始体重约为(5.08±0.08) g。实验结果显示:与对照组相比,CLA0.5-CLA2.5组草鱼肝脏和肌肉组织细胞学形态均无明显异常,但CLA3组肝细胞线粒体空泡化,内质网肿胀,排列过于紧密;肌细胞肌节结构松散,肌原纤维降解;在CLA1.5-CLA2.5组肝脏和肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活力均显著上升(P<0.05);在CLA1.5-CLA3组中肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活力无显著变化(P>0.05),且在CLA0.5-CLA3组中肌肉CAT和GR活力均无显著变化(P>0.05)。CLA1.5-CLA2组肝脏中MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而CLA2.5-CLA3组MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。CLA3组肌肉中MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,在CLA1.5-CLA2.5组肝脏和肌肉中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC) mRNA表达显著下调(P<0.05),脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、激素敏感性脂肪酶(HSL)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)均显著上调表达(P<0.05)。在CLA2-CLA3组肝脏以及CLA1.5-CLA2和CLA3组肌肉中脂肪酸去饱和酶2(FAD2)mRNA显著上调表达(P<0.05)。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)mRNA在CLA1-CLA3组肝脏中显著下调表达(P<0.05),而其在肌肉中均无显著变化(P>0.05)。综上所述,结合2%CLA在不影响草鱼的生长和饲料利用,且显著降低肝脏脂肪积累,研究结果建议,2% CLA在不影响草鱼肝脏和肌肉组织细胞学形态的前提下,可有效提高其肝脏和肌肉组织抗氧化能力并促进其脂肪分解代谢以及抑制脂肪合成代谢相关基因表达。  相似文献

研究旨在探讨饲料中添加还原型谷胱甘肽(Glutathione, GSH)对黄颡鱼幼鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)组织谷胱甘肽含量、免疫及抗氧化性能的影响。选用初始体重为(1.32±0.01) g的黄颡鱼800尾, 随机分为5组, 每组4个重复, 每个重复40 尾鱼, 分别投喂基础饲料和添加100、300、500和700 mg/kg GSH的试验饲料, 饲养56d后采样分析, 并采用氯化铵进行96h氨氮应激试验。结果表明: 除100 mg/kg组外, 饲料中添加GSH显著提高黄颡鱼肝脏、血清GSH含量(P<0.05), 当GSH添加量≥300 mg/kg时, 肝脏和血清GSH含量均呈现稳定状态。随着饲料中谷胱甘肽水平的增加, 血清免疫和肝脏抗氧化指标均呈现先升高后降低的趋势, 其中300和500 mg/kg组溶菌酶与碱性磷酸酶活性、300 mg/kg组免疫球蛋白M与补体4含量、500 mg/kg组酸性磷酸酶活性与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组和700 mg/kg组相比, 300 mg/kg组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力与血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性均显著高升高(P<0.05); 且300 mg/kg组血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。氨氮应激96h时, 与对照组相比, 300 mg/kg组肝脏和血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性力均显著升高(P<0.05), 且300 mg/kg组血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见, 饲料中添加谷胱甘肽能提高黄颡鱼幼鱼组织谷胱甘肽含量、免疫及抗氧化性能, 其中以300—500 mg/kg为宜。  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary carbohydrate/lipid (CHO:L) ratios on stress, liver oxidative status and non-specific immune responses of fingerling blunt snout bream. Fish were fed six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets containing various CHO:L ratios for 10 weeks. After the feeding trial, fish were challenged by Aeromonas hydrophila and survival rate was recorded for the next 10 days. The lowest plasma cortisol, lactate, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were all observed in fish fed a CHO:L ratio of 5.64. They were significantly (P < 0.05) lower than those of fish offered the lowest CHO:L ratio, but showed little difference (P > 0.05) with those of fish fed the highest CHO:L ratio. This also held true for liver catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities, whereas the opposite was true for liver reduced glutathione contents, plasma lysozyme and alternative complement (ACH50) activities. Contrary to leucocyte counts, plasma glucose levels, liver malondialdehyde contents, blood haemoglobin contents and erythrocyte numbers all increased significantly (P < 0.05) with decreasing dietary CHO:L ratios. The highest plasma total protein and globulin content both observed in fish fed a CHO:L ratio of 2.45 was significantly (P < 0.01) higher than that of fish offered the lowest CHO:L ratio, but showed no statistical difference (P > 0.05) with that of the other groups. After challenge, fish fed the lowest CHO:L ratio obtained significantly (P < 0.05) low survival rate. However, survival rate showed little difference (P > 0.05) as dietary CHO:L ratios ranged from 3.67 to 24.20. The results of this study indicated that high dietary lipid may cause metabolic stress of fingerling blunt snout bream, as might consequently lead to the elevated liver oxidation rates, impaired liver function, depressed immunity and reduced resistance to A. hydrophila infection of this species, whereas the opposite was true for carbohydrate enriched diets.  相似文献

研究旨在评估蝇蛆粉(MGM)替代鱼粉(FM)对杂交黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)"黄优1号"幼鱼生长、体组成和抗氧化能力的影响。实验设计6组等氮(粗蛋白42%)饲料,分别使用蝇蛆粉替代0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的鱼粉蛋白,分别记为G0、G20、G40、G60、G80和G100。将初始体重为(0.62±0.01) g的杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼随机分为6组,进行为期8周的投喂实验。实验结束时测定其生长性能、全鱼体组成和肝组织与血清中的抗氧化酶活性(SOD、CAT、GR和T-AOC)。结果显示:(1)与G0相比, G20与G40组杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼的特定生长率并未出现显著性差异(P>0.05), G60、G80与G100组的幼鱼的特定生长率表现出显著的负面影响(P<0.05)。与G0相比, G20与G40组的饲料系数并未出现显著性差异(P>0.05),G60、G80与G100的饲料系数显著性升高(P<0.05)。不同替代组杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼的存活率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)各替代组杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼的全鱼体组成与形体指标没有显著差...  相似文献

Increasing levels of a mixture of Ulva spp. produced in an integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA) system were evaluated in Nile tilapia juveniles for partial replacement of dietary fish meal. A control diet (CTRL) was compared with three experimental diets containing 10 % (U10), 15 % (U15), and 20 % (U20) of Ulva spp. meal. Triplicate groups of fish (13 g initial body weight) were fed each diet for 63 days at 26 °C. Nutrient apparent digestibility coefficients and nitrogen retention efficiency did not vary significantly among diets. By the end of the trial, all groups of fish more than tripled their initial body weight. Specific growth rate and final body weight of U10 diet were similar to CTRL and significantly higher than U15 and U20 diets. Increasing Ulva dietary incorporation levels significantly increased feed conversion ratio (FCR), from 1.0 (CTRL) to 1.4 (U20). Fish fed with U10 diet had the highest protein efficiency ratio and nitrogen retention efficiency allowing this fish to growth and reach a final body weight similar to the CTRL group. Protein content was highest in fish fed with the CTRL diet, whereas the highest lipid content was observed in fish fed with U20 diet. The results show that the incorporation of IMTA-produced Ulva meal in Nile tilapia diets is possible up to 10 % without compromising growth performance, protein utilization, and protein retention of juveniles. The high capacity of Nile tilapia to digest all experimental diets suggests that Ulva meal is a practical partial replacement for fish meal in Nile tilapia diets.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary vitamin E contents on the growth, ascorbate induced iron-catalyzed lipid peroxidation in post-mortem muscle and liver tissue, and Raman spectral changes in lens of juvenile hybrid tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus x O. aureus). Experimental fish were fed practical diets supplemented with 0, 50, 100, 200, 450 and 700 mg alpha-tocopheryl acetate/kg diet for 14 weeks. There was no significant difference in weight gain, feed conversion ratio and protein efficiency ratio among fish fed test diets (P>0.05). Protein content of fish fed diet containing the lowest vitamin E level was the lowest (P<0.05) among all groups. No difference was found in other body constituents among test fish (P>0.05). The thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances produced by iron-catalyzed lipid peroxidation in muscle and liver tissue of fish fed the diet without alpha-tocopheryl acetate supplementation were significantly (P<0.05) greater than those from fish fed diets containing higher levels of alpha-tocopheryl acetate. Dietary vitamin E supplementation increased the antioxidant capability of tilapia tissues against lipid peroxidation. Further, dietary vitamin E supplementation also influenced the lens cortical membrane structure of tilapia.  相似文献

为探讨鱼溶浆(SW)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)胆汁酸代谢的影响, 以30%鱼粉日粮为对照(FM), 在无鱼粉日粮中分别添加约8% (SW8)、17% (SW17)和25% (SW25)的鱼溶浆(干物质), 设计4组等氮等能日粮, 在池塘网箱中养殖黄颡鱼[初始体重(15.67±0.11) g] 60d。结果显示: 与FM组相比, SW25组黄颡鱼全鱼脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05), SW17、SW25组肝胰脏脂肪含量显著降低; 同时, SW17、SW25组血清胆固醇降低11.9%—16.6%, 甘油三酯降低32.5%—47.9% (P<0.05)。SW25组肝胰脏胆汁酸水平比FM组降低了76.3% (P<0.05), 而在血清、肠道中胆汁酸水平升高了125.7%和123.3% (P<0.05)。黄颡鱼肝胰脏CYP7A1基因的mRNA表达量没有显著变化(P>0.05), BSEP、ABCC4、NTCP 基因的表达量随鱼溶浆添加量增加而呈现上升趋势, SW25组的表达量比FM组高16.9%、68.2%和222.8%, ABCC4、NTCP表达量变化显著(P<0.05)。结果表明: 在无鱼粉日粮中添加25%的鱼溶浆(干物质), 不影响黄颡鱼肝胰脏胆汁酸的合成作用, 但促使胆汁酸向血液、肠道中转移, 增强了脂肪的能量代谢作用, 减少鱼体脂肪沉积。  相似文献

用不加枯草芽孢杆菌的对照饲料和分别添加2×106、2×107、2×108和5×108 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌的4种实验饲料, 分别喂养初始均重为(4.16±0.03) g的5组三重复的青鱼鱼种8周。饲养试验在15只容积为80 L循环式水簇箱内进行, 水温控制为(25±0.5) ℃。结果表明: 饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌的实验组青鱼鱼体终重和鱼体增重比不添加的饲料组显著提高, 而饲料系数则显著降低(P<0.05), 不同枯草芽孢杆菌添加量对青鱼鱼体增重和饲料系数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对青鱼的成活率无显著影响(P>0.05)。青鱼摄食添加枯草芽孢杆菌的实验饲料后其肠蛋白酶活性比不添加组显著升高(P<0.05), 并随着枯草芽孢杆菌添加量的增加而显著上升(P<0.05), 但添加量到2×107 cfu/g后继续增加则不再显著变化(P>0.05)。青鱼摄食添加枯草芽孢杆菌的实验饲料后, 其肠淀粉酶活性均比不添加组显著升高(P<0.05), 且随枯草芽孢杆菌添加量增大呈不断升高的趋势。青鱼摄食添加2×107、2×108和5×108 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌的饲料后, 其肝胰脏蛋白酶活性显著高于摄食不添加或添加2×106 cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌的实验组(P<0.05)。青鱼摄食添加枯草芽孢杆菌的实验饲料后, 其肝胰脏淀粉酶、肝胰脏脂肪酶和肠脂肪酶的活性均与不添加的实验组无显著差异(P>0.05)。青鱼鱼种摄食添加枯草芽孢杆菌的饲料与摄食不添加枯草芽孢杆菌的饲料相比, 其全鱼营养组成均无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此, 在实验条件下, 饲料中添加2×106—5×108 cfu/g的枯草芽孢杆菌能促进青鱼鱼种的生长和降低饲料系数, 而对鱼体组成没有影响。  相似文献

The specific contribution of each antioxidant enzyme to protection against the reoxygenation-associated oxidative stress after periods of hypoxia is not well understood. We assessed the physiological role of catalase during posthypoxic reoxygenation by the combination of two approaches. First, catalase activity of Nile tilapias (Oreochromis niloticus) was 90% suppressed by intraperitoneal injection of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (ATZ, 1g/kg). In ATZ-injected fish, liver GSH levels, oxidative stress markers, and activities of other antioxidant enzymes remained unchanged. Second, animals with depleted catalase activity (or those saline-injected) were subjected to a cycle of severe hypoxia (dissolved O(2) = 0.28 mg/l for 3 h) followed by reoxygenation (0.5 to 24 h). Hypoxia did not induce changes in the above-mentioned parameters, either in saline- or in ATZ-injected animals. Reoxygenation increased superoxide dismutase activity in saline-injected fish, whose levels were similar to ATZ-injected animals. The activities of glutathione S-transferase, selenium-dependent glutathione peroxidase, and total-GPX and the levels of GSH-eq, GSSG, and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances remained unchanged during reoxygenation in both saline- and ATZ-injected fish. The GSSG/GSH-eq ratio in ATZ-injected fish increased at 30 min of reoxygenation compared with saline-injected ones. Reoxygenation also increased carbonyl protein levels in saline-injected fish, whose levels were similar to the ATZ-injected group. Our work shows that inhibition of liver tilapia catalase causes a redox imbalance during reoxygenation, which is insufficient to induce further oxidative stress. This indicates the relevance of hepatic catalase for hypoxia/reoxygenation stress in tilapia fish.  相似文献

为考察正常及氧化鱼油、豆油、混合油脂(鱼油﹕豆油=1﹕1)对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)生长性能、体色和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响, 设计6组等氮等脂饲料, 分别添加6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油、6%氧化鱼油、6%氧化豆油、3%氧化鱼油+3%氧化豆油, 饲喂6组初始体重(150.5±4.2 g)的斑点叉尾鮰8周, 每组3个重复, 每个重复14尾鱼。结果表明, 摄食6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油饲料的斑点叉尾鮰在增重率、饲料系数、肌肉组成、体色和肝脏抗氧化指标上均无显著差异(P>0.05); 摄食3组氧化油脂饲料后, 鱼体增重率和肌肉粗脂肪含量降低(P<0.05), 饲料系数和背部、尾部皮肤b*(黄度值)增加(P<0.05), 肝脏丙二醛(MDA)和血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素升高(DBIL)(P<0.05), 肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽降低(GSH)(P<0.05), 而肌肉色度值(L*、a* 、b*)和肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、灰分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果表明, 6%氧化油脂(鱼油、豆油或混合油脂)导致斑点叉尾鮰生长性能下降、皮肤黄度增加、肝脏抗氧化能力受损; 豆油可替代斑点叉尾鮰饲料中鱼油的使用, 而不会对生长产生负面影响。  相似文献

The goal of this study was to better understand why dietary soybean products are poorly utilized by salmonids. The influence of dietary intake on coho salmon fingerling weight gain and specific properties of pyloric caeca enzymes was investigated. Fingerlings were fed diets containing heated or unheated soybean meal (SBM) or Promoveal™, as 15–25% herring meal replacer, for 8–12 weeks. Fish fed to apparent satiation with diets containing heated SBM replacer gained more weight than those fed unheated SBM at the same level. Fish increased in body weight at the same rate when fed restricted rations containing either 15% SBM replacer that was variously heated up to 20 min, 15% Promoveal™ replacer or the herring meal basal diet. After the experimental diets were fed, digestive proteinases were isolated from the pyloric caeca. Yield of pyloric caeca enzymes (PCE), recovery of trypsin in PCE, soybean trypsin inhibitor (SBTI) sensitivity of PCE trypsin, specific activity of PCE trypsin and in vitro casein digestibility by PCE were determined for each dietary group. Weight gain vs in vitro casein digestibility by PCE was linear for animals fed unheated SBM to apparent satiation (r2 = 0.71, P < 0.1) but not for animals fed either heated SBM to apparent satiation or variously heated SBM as 15% replacer at restricted levels. Trypsin from fish fed diets with heated or unheated SBM, but not Promoveal™ replacer, was less sensitive to SBTI than fish fed no SBM. For fish fed diets with variously heated SBM as 15% replacer, the SBTI activity of the SBM and SBTI inhibition of PCE trypsin were inversely related (r2 = 0.88, P < 0.05). The yield of PCE was higher for fish fed 25% of heated SBM replacer than it was for diet groups fed less SBM. The yield of PCE trypsin was higher from animals fed 25% heated SBM replacer than those fed diets with a lower percentage of heated SBM replacer. Feeding coho fingerlings rations with SBM replacer appears to promote physiological compensation of PCE. Heat stable and/or heat-activated factor(s) and SBTI appear to cause the compensation of salmon digestive proteinases from coho salmon fed diets with SBM.  相似文献

通过60d的生长实验研究饲料中不同含量的谷胱甘肽(GSH)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson)摄食含蓝藻粉饲料后的毒性保护作用。共配制6种近似等氮等能(粗蛋白45%,总能19.5kJ/g)的实验饲料。以不添加蓝藻粉、不添加GSH的饲料组作为正对照,其他5种饲料均添加7.5%的藻粉,微囊藻毒素(Microc ystins,MCs)含量约为58μg/g,GSH添加量分别为:0(负对照)、200、500、800和1400mg/kg。实验结果表明,第1至第30天时,负对照组与正对照组实验鱼的摄食率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。第31至第60天时,负对照组实验鱼的摄食率显著高于正对照和其他GSH添加组(P0.05),但各GSH添加组肾脏中GSH显著低于正对照而高于负对照(P<0.05)。200、500和800mg/kg GSH添加组肝脏和肌肉中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于负对照(P<0.05)。在整个实验期间,随着饲料中GSH含量的增加,肝脏、肾脏、全肠和肌肉中微囊藻毒素含量先显著下降,当GSH添加量为500和800mg/kg时达到稳定,直至GSH添加量为1400mg/kg时显著上升。根据对黄颡鱼增重,肝脏和肌肉中MDA的含量以及组织中毒素的分析,在饲料中添加500-800mg/kg GSH可以有效缓解黄颡鱼饲料中微囊藻毒素的毒性。    相似文献

The potential use of poultry by-product meal (PBM) and meat and bone meal (MBM) as alternative dietary protein sources for juvenile Macrobrachium nipponense was studied by a 70-day growth trial. Triplicate groups of M. nipponense (initial body weight: 0.37 g) were fed at 20.7-22.4 degrees C on each of the five isoenergetic and isonitrogenous diets (protein content about 38%) with different replacement of fish meal by MBM or PBM. The control diet used white fish meal as the sole protein source, the other four diets were prepared with 15% or 50% fish meal protein substituted by either MBM (MBM(15), MBM(50)) or PBM (PBM(15), PBM(50)). The results showed that replacement of fish meal by MBM in diets did not affect growth performance of M. nipponense (P > 0.05), while specific growth rate in PBM(15) was significantly higher than that in other groups (P < 0.05). Survival rates of shrimp fed with MBM(15) diet were significantly higher than that in other groups (P < 0.05). No significant differences in immunological parameters, including total haemocyte count (THC), phenoloxidase activity (PO) and respiratory burst (O(2)(-)), were observed between the shrimps that were fed five experimental diets, and all determined immunological parameters in control groups were slightly higher than those in replacement groups. In conclusion, either MBM or PBM investigated could replace up to 50% fish meal protein in diets for M. nipponense.  相似文献

设计4种等能等氮试验饲料,对照组以鱼粉为单一蛋白源,处理组分别以鱼蛋白水解物替代鱼粉蛋白的17%、34%和51%,军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum)稚鱼的初始重为(3.79±0.22)g,实验在室内流水养殖系统中进行6周的饲养试验,每种饲料随机3个重复。试验结果显示不同水平鱼蛋白水解物对试验鱼的存活率没有显著影响(P>0.05),除了以鱼蛋白水解物替代鱼粉蛋白51%组外,其他各组的增重率(WG)和饲料摄入量(FI)都是随着饲料中鱼蛋白水解物替代鱼粉蛋白量的增加而增加。试验结果表明,在军曹鱼稚鱼饲料中用鱼蛋白水解物替代34%的鱼粉蛋白对于军曹鱼稚鱼的生长和饲料摄入量具有一定的促进作用。军曹鱼稚鱼血浆中胆固醇含量随着饲料中鱼蛋白水解物添加水平的升高而升高,而血浆中的总蛋白含量则无此规律,各处理组血浆中的甘油三酯无显著差异(P0.05)。    相似文献

为探究富硒壶瓶碎米荠(Cardamine hupingshanensis)对青鱼(Mylopharyngodon piceus)幼鱼生长、血清生理生化、肝脏硒代谢、抗氧化能力和先天免疫指标的影响,选取360尾初始体重为(5.51±0.02) g的青鱼幼鱼随机分配至4个实验组中,每组3个重复。在基础饲料中添加富硒壶瓶碎米荠的量为0、0.5、1.0和2.0 g/kg(硒的实际含量分别为0.04、0.43、0.75和1.57 mg/kg),同时添加矿物质混合物(无硒添加)和维生素混合物,配置成4种等氮等能的青鱼幼鱼试验饲料,养殖周期为60d。结果显示:饲料中添加0.5和1.0 g/kg富硒壶瓶碎米荠时,鱼体增重率(WG),特定生长率(SGR)较对照组和过量组(2.0 g/kg)显著升高,饲料系数(FCR)显著降低(P<0.05)。当饲料中富硒壶瓶碎米荠添加量为0.5—1.0 g/kg时,血清中的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)和白蛋白(ALB)含量呈上升趋势,而葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。饲料中添加0.5—1.0 g/kg富硒壶瓶碎米荠时可显著提高肝脏核因子...  相似文献

为研究饲料中鱼油添加水平对美洲鳗鲡(Anguilla rostrata)幼鱼生长性能、消化酶、体成分及肝脏脂肪代谢的影响, 以确定美洲鳗鲡幼鱼饲料中鱼油的适宜添加水平, 选用初始体重(8.34±0.12) g的美洲鳗鲡幼鱼800尾, 随机分成5组, 每组4个重复, 每个重复40尾; 分别投喂添加0(对照组)、3%(FO3组)、6%(FO6组)、9%(FO9组)和12%(FO12组)鱼油的试验饲料, 试验期56d。结果表明, 饲料中添加鱼油显著影响美洲鳗鲡幼鱼生长性能, FO6组美洲鳗鲡幼鱼的增重率、投饵率和饲料效率显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比, 鱼油添加组美洲鳗鲡幼鱼肠道脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05), 蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性显著降低(P<0.05); FO6组、FO9组和FO12组全鱼粗脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05), 全鱼粗蛋白质含量在FO12组显著降低(P<0.05), 全鱼水分和灰分含量无显著变化(P>0.05); FO9组和FO12组脂肪酸合成酶活性显著降低(P<0.05), FO12组脂蛋白酯酶和肝脂酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。综上, 饲料中添加适宜鱼油水平可以提高美洲鳗鲡幼鱼的生长性能, 调节肠道脂肪酶活性、全鱼粗脂肪含量和肝脏脂肪代谢酶水平或活性; 美洲鳗鲡幼鱼获得最佳增重率和饲料效率时, 饲料中鱼油添加水平推荐为6.43%—6.78%。  相似文献

The present study investigated the effects of sodium butyrate (SB) on the growth performance, histomorphology, immune response, and stress related markers of Nile tilapia subjected to heat stress. SB was incorporated at 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 g per kg diet and fed to fish for 8 weeks. The obtained results revealed significantly improved growth performance with a decreased feed conversion ratio in the fish fed SB (P < 0.05). In the anterior, middle, and distal parts of the intestine, villus length and width and internal villi distance as well as the number of goblet cells were increased in the fish fed SB (P < 0.05). The blood total protein, hemoglobin, and white and red blood cell counts showed a significant quadratic influence (P < 0.05). The survival rate for Nile tilapia exposed to heat stress for 48 h revealed that the SB fed groups had noticeably higher survival rates. Dietary SB significantly increased the phagocytic index and lysozyme and phagocytic activities both before and after heat stress (P < 0.05). After heat stress, blood glucose decreased significantly with SB feeding at 0.5, 1, or 1.5 g per kg diet, while cortisol was reduced in fish fed 1.5 or 2 g per kg diet (P < 0.05). Additionally, in fish fed SB, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, and glutathione peroxidase activities were significantly increased both before and after heat stress, while malondialdehyde was decreased by SB feeding (P < 0.05). Liver heat shock protein 70 and SOD gene expression were significantly upregulated in fish fed on SB at 1 g per kg diet (P < 0.05). Thus, supplementation with SB at 1–2 g per kg diet can be used effectively in tilapia diets for improving growth, feed efficiency, and immune response as well as for tolerance to heat stress.  相似文献

Five isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets [containing 54, 30, 15, 10, and 5% fishmeal crude-protein (CP), dry matter (DM) basis] were prepared by replacing fishmeal with poultry by-product meal plus soybean meal to feed juvenile largemouth bass (LMB, with an initial mean body weight of 4.9 g) for 8 weeks. All diets contained 54% CP and 13% lipids. There were four tanks of fish per treatment group (15 fish/tank). The fish were fed twice daily with the same feed intake (g/fish) in all the dietary groups. Results indicated that the inclusion of 15% fishmeal protein in the diet is sufficient for LMB growth. However, some of the fish that were fed diets containing ≤ 15% fishmeal CP had black skin syndrome (characterized by skin darkening and retinal degeneration, as well as intestinal and liver atrophies and structural abnormalities). The concentrations of taurine, methionine, threonine and histidine in serum were reduced (P < 0.05) in fish fed the diets containing 5, 10 and 15% fishmeal CP, compared with the 30 and 54% fishmeal CP diets. Interestingly, the concentrations of tyrosine and tryptophan in serum were higher in fish fed diets with ≤ 15% fishmeal CP than those in the 54% fishmeal CP group. These results indicated that 15% fishmeal CP in the diet containing poultry by-product meal and soybean meal was sufficient for the maximum growth and feed efficiency in LMB but inadequate for their intestinal, skin, eye, and liver health. A reduction in dietary methionine and taurine content and the possible presence of antinutritional factors in the fishmeal replacements diets containing high inclusion levels of soybean meal may contribute to black skin syndrome in LMB. We recommend that the diets of juvenile LMB contain 30% fishmeal CP (DM basis).
