A new species, Dictyna palmgrenisp. n., is described from Finland and Russia on the basis of both sexes. Most of the earlier records of Dictyna schmidti Kulczyński, 1926 from the northern Palaearctic refer to this new species. Dictyna shilenkovi Danilov, 2000, syn. n. from Cisbaikalia is synonymised with Dictyna schmidti. The general appearances and copulatory organs of Dictyna palmgrenisp. n., Dictyna schmidti and Dictyna major Menge, 1869 are illustrated. The distribution of Dictyna palmgrenisp. n. andDictyna schmidti is clarified. An unknown sac-like structure of the spermathecae of Dictyninae is briefly discussed.  相似文献

A new species of Ilyocryptus Sars from Bafra Balikgölü in Samsun, is described and figured. The shape and armature of Ilyocryptus samsuni n.sp. resembles I. sordidus (Liévin), but I. samsuni n.sp. differs from I. sordidus (Liévin) by the absence of ramified setae along the valve rims, and the occurrence of complete moulting. This study was supported by Hacettepe University Research Foundation, Project HÜAF 85 01 007 03.This study was supported by Hacettepe University Research Foundation, Project HÜAF 85 01 007 03.  相似文献

A new species of fossil hominoid is described from the middle Miocene deposits at Pa?alar, Turkey. It is the less common of the two Pa?alar species discussed by Martin and Andrews (1993), making up approximately 10% of the individuals in the Pa?alar hominoid sample according to analyses of the minimum number of individuals. To the diagnostic features of I(1) described by Alpagut et al. (1990) and Martin and Andrews (1993) can now be added further diagnostic features of all the anterior teeth, as well as both upper premolars and P(3). These include discrete, nonmetric features and metric differences at all the noted tooth positions. Attempts to distinguish the upper and lower molars of the two species have so far been unsuccessful, with the possible exception of M(3). The morphology of the new species is similar in most respects to that of Kenyapithecus wickeri from Fort Ternan, especially concerning maxillary morphology. They share robust and moderately deep maxillary alveolar processes, a restricted maxillary sinus with an elevated and uncomplicated floor, lacking the compartmentalization evident to varying degrees in many other taxa, and a zygomatic process that originates and turns laterally fairly high above the alveolar margin. There are also a number of distinctive similarities in the dentition, particularly for I(1), C(1), P(4) and P(3). The I(1) morphology in particular, with greatly hypertrophied lingual marginal ridges bounding a uniformly thickened basal crown area, is distinctive among Miocene hominoids. All of these similarities serve to reinforce the differences noted by others between the derived morphology of K. wickeri and the more primitive morphology of Equatorius africanus from Maboko and Kipsaramon. The new species differs from K. wickeri in morphological details of most of the anterior and premolar teeth that are known for both species, despite the general morphological similarity, and in the size of I(1) versus I(2). One striking feature of the new species is a relatively large incisive fossa, although it cannot be determined if this is associated with an open palatine fenestra, as in many early Miocene hominoids, or a minimally overlapping palate and nasoalveolar clivus, as in some middle and late Miocene hominoids.  相似文献

A new species of Harmonicon F. O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1896 (Araneae, Dipluridae) is described, from a medium-sized lateritic cave in Parauapebas, Pará, Brazil. The male holotype and only specimen known of H. cerberus sp. n. was found near the entrance of Pequiá cave. This taxon is the fourth species described and the southernmost record for the genus. The new species displays some troglomorphic characteristics, such as reduction and merging of the posterior median and both pairs of lateral eyes and pale yellow to light brown coloration. Both characters are diagnostic when compared to the normal separated eyes and reddish to dark brown of other Harmonicon species. Other diagnostic characteristics are isolated, long, rigid setae distal to the lyra and the shape of the copulatory bulb. This is the second troglomorphic mygalomorph species from Brazil and the first from the Amazonian region.  相似文献

In a study of the fishes of the Büyük Menderes River Basin, Aegean region of Turkey, two populations of Chondrostoma were found which showed clearly distinctive characters: the population from the Upper B. Menderes (I??kl? Lake) was attributed to C. meandrense Elvira, 1987, while the population from the Çine Stream in the Lower B. Menderes River basin proved to be a hitherto undescribed species: Chondrostoma turnai sp. n. Altogether 24 metric and 7 meristic parameters were compared. The new species is distinguished from C. meandrense and all other cogeners by a combination of the number of lateral line scales, the number of scale rows between the lateral line and the dorsal-fin origin, the number of scale rows of the lateral line and pelvic-fin origin, and the number of gill rakers on the first gill arch.

A new species of Ilyocryptus Sars from several localities in River Paraná basin, is described and figured. By the presence of a lateral process on the valves I. paranaensis n.sp. resembles I. cornutus Mordukhai-Boltovskoi & Chircova, but it shows several morphological differences in the shape and the armature of the postabdomen and in the antennal formula.  相似文献

Oxynoemacheilus cemali sp. nov. is described from the Çoruh River drainage in the eastern Black Sea basin. One molecular marker (coI), 25 morphometric and four meristic characters were analysed. Oxynoemacheilus cemali is distinguished from O. kosswigi, O. banarescui, O. samanticus and O. angorae in the Black Sea basin by having a suborbital groove in males, an axillary lobe at the pelvic-fin base, no dorsal adipose crest on the caudal peduncle, a slightly-forked caudal fin and 7–15 dark grey dorsal saddles. Morever, Oxynoemacheilus cemali is distinguished by commonly having 9–15 irregularly-shaped dark-grey bars on the flank posterior to the dorsal-fin origin or, rarely having a mottled pattern or 4–6 irregularly shaped dark-grey bars on the flank posterior to the dorsal-fin origin. Oxynoemacheilus cemali is also distinguished from the closely related species O. araxensis and O. cyri, distributed outside the Black Sea basin, by having 15 and 31 diagnostic nucleotide substitutions in the coI barcode region, respectively.  相似文献

A new species, Phoenicopsis anadyrensis Nosova, is described based on the leaf morphology and cuticle features from the Maastrichtian–Danian Rarytkin Formation, Chukotka, North-East of Russia. It is characterized by hypostomatic leaves with stomatal bands on the abaxial side, undulate anticlinal epidermal cell walls and papillae on the epidermal cells and on the subsidiary cells of the stomata. The new species is the youngest reliable representative of the genus Phoenicopsis. This record extends the stratigraphic range of Phoenicopsis from its previously known latest records in the early Campanian up to Maastrichtian–Danian. The persistence of the genus Phoenicopsis up to the Cretaceous–Paleogene boundary is most likely related with vicinity to mountain floras associated with Late Cretaceous and Paleogene volcanic uplands.  相似文献

A new species attributed to the genus Parvifuzia Guo & Ren, 2011, Parvifuzia peregrinasp. n., is described from the Middle Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation of Daohugou Village, Inner Mongolia, China. This new species, with apex of wing almost reaching the end of the abdomen and forewing venation with 30-32 veins at margin, broadens the diversity of Parvifuzia. This new species, with strongly curved cerci, could tightly clasp female and complete copulation more efficiently, same as other members of the family Fuziidae.  相似文献

Eudorylaimus shirasei sp. nov. is described as the seventh member of the genus in the Antarctic region. The specimens were found among green algae collected near the Molodezhnaya Station of Russia, and in moss from Cape Ryugu on the Prince Olav Coast, East Antarctica. This species resembles E. similis (de Man, 1876), E. coniceps Loof, 1975 and E. imitatoris Gagarin, 1982, but differs from them in the shape of the tail and some other characteristics on the lip region, odontostyle, spicules and precloacal supplements. It is also similar to three species known from females, E. eremitus (Thorne, 1939), E. jurassicus (Altherr, 1953) and E. altherri Tjepkema et al., 1971, but differs in the features of the body length, lip region, amphids, odontostyle and vulva. The present species has multinucleate intestinal cells, which have not been so far reported in Eudorylaimus. It is possible that the multinucleation of intestinal cells has been overlooked in the previously known species of the genus. Received: 11 April 1995/Accepted: 19 June 1995  相似文献
