本文用离子交换树脂袋法(Ionexchangeresinbagmethod).测定了鼎湖山季风常绿阔叶林土壤有效氮动态.结果表明,鼎湖山季风常绿阔叶林土壤有效氮主要由铵态氮(NH4+-N)组成,且具有明显的季节性变化,两种不同深度(0-10cm,10-20cm)土层比较,硝态氮(NO3-N)年平均值在10-20cm土层显著地高于在0-10cm的土层(p=0.05);铵态氮年平均值在10-20cm土层则趋向低于在0-10cm的土层.  相似文献

UV-B辐射增强对水稻多胺代谢及内源激素含量的影响   总被引:22,自引:4,他引:22  
研究表明,在处理前期(7-14d),增强的UV-B辐射能使供试水稻汕成63(Sy63)的精氨酸脱羧酶(ADC)、鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)和s-腺苷蛋氨酸脱羧酶(SAMDC)活性分别平均增加165.74%、104.60%和89.60%,南川(NC)的这3种酶活性分别增加59.91%、41.30%和23.68%,IR65600-85只表现出ADC和ODC活性分别平均提高115.93%、14.45%,SAMDC活性却下降33.01%,在处理后期(21-28d),Sy63的ADC-ODC活性分别对照平均增加89.72%、3.71%,NC则分别增加73.95%、27.38%,IR656000-85表现为ADC活性增加94.41%,ODC活性却下降13.57%,就SAMDC而言,处理后期(21-28d),三者分别下降40.06%、19.20%和38.21%,多胺氧化酶(PAO)活性变化趋势恰好相反,从而引起多胺(PA)含量特别是腐胺(Put)含量明显上升,此外,UV-B辐射增强能使IAA和GA11/3含量在整个处理期间(7-28d)供试水稻品种(组合)Sy63分别平均下降58.92%和45.48%,NC分别减少43.31%和56.20%,IR65600-85则分别降低38.69%和47.33%,所有供试水稻品种(组合)的ZRs含量表现为处理前期(7-14d)有所降低,处理后期(21-28d)则明显提高,就ABA含量而言,整个处理时间(7-28d),3个品种(组合)均比对照显著或后期(21-28d)则明显提高,就ABA含量而言,整个处理期间(7-28 d),3个品种(组合)均比对照显著或极显著增加,三者分别提高了14.4%、99.6%和56.7%,从而显著降低IAA/ABA、GA1/3/ABA和ZRs/ABA的比值,影响水稻生长发育。  相似文献

本文用离子交换树脂袋法(lonexchangeresinbagmethod),测定了鼎湖山马尾松人工林土壤硝态氮和铵态氮动态情况。结果表明,鼎湖山马尾松林土壤硝态氮和铵态氮均具有明显的季节性变化,以春季最高和夏季最低。硝态氮在0~10cm和10~20cm两土层的年平均值分别为1.722和1.429μg.d-1.g-1干树脂,铵态氮在0~10cm和10~20cm的年平均值则分别为19.137和14.696μg.d-1.g-1干树脂。硝态氮和铵态氮在试验的大部分季节表现出显著的直线相关关系(p<0.05),表明了铵态氮供应是调节硝化速率的一个重要因子。  相似文献

通过选取中国作物网上的2994条包括所需信息的小麦数据,考虑到容重可以作为小麦的等级评判标准,与小麦贮藏、出粉率等有关,对不同地区的小麦产量因素对容重的影响做了通径分析,得到不同品种不同成熟期不同区划小麦产量因素,包括小麦的穗长、穗粒数、千粒重、株高及粗蛋白等对小麦容重的影响,得到小麦容重和各个因素之间的结构关系,得出影响籽粒容重主要的因素,从而服务于小麦育种和生产实践.  相似文献

从甜味成分种类及含量的不同,研究甜菊(SteviarebaudianaBertoni)实生群体和单株无性系的变化,从中选育优质甜味成分含量高的良种。主要结果:(1)在实生群体中,丰产株型(圆纺锤形株)占7.3%,其中,优质甜味成分R-A含量超过St含量的R-A型株占10.96%,它们的R-A含量变幅为3.3~12.0%。(2)R-A型良种J-2单株无性系在繁殖达2000万株时,叶片大小和含甙量均存在极显著差异,R-A含量变幅为4.5~12.2%。(3)从R-A含量为3.86%的实生群体中选出R-A含量为7.04~12.03%的单株及从R-A含量为9.10%的良种单株无性系中选出R-A含量为10.15~12.15%的单株,它们的R-A含量均大幅度提高。  相似文献

对目前试验试种的代表性大穗小麦品系部分生理特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)大穗小麦的根系吸收能力高于一般小麦品种,根系活力比对照品种提高23.93%-28.09%,根干重增加7.1%。(2)大穗小麦的净光合速率孕穗期高于对照,灌浆期以后逐渐降低;相应各时期的呼吸强度均高于对照,证明大穗小麦属于高光合高呼吸消耗类型。(3)蒸腾强度在各时期均高于对照品种。  相似文献

用10μg/gLa ̄(3+)、1.0%Vc、10μg/gLa ̄(3+)+1·0%Vc、蒸馏水四种处理,喷施正处在衰老过程中的黄瓜叶片,一周后提取PSⅡ颗粒,通过SDS-PAGE、薄层扫描和Clark测氧等测试技术,发现处理与对照的PSⅡ颗粒在与放氧活性密切相关的33、23、17kD三肽的相对总含量上有变化,10μg/gLa ̄(3+)处理比对照减少28.9%,而1.0%Vc和10μg/gLa ̄(3+)+1.0%Vc处理的与对照接近。前者的放氧活性降低37.3%,后者的放氧活性增加62.4%,是对照的1.6倍,共同处理的结果与对照相近。可见,在光合放氧中,1.0%Vc与10μg/gLa ̄(3+)拮抗。而且,33、23、17kD三肽总量的相对减少与放氧活性的高低呈正相关。  相似文献

Global wheat yields are suffering due to differences in regional climatic conditions and soil fertility. Plant breeders are continuously working to improve the yield per unit area of wheat crop through selecting superior lines as parents. The screening and field evaluation of available lines allow the selection of superior ones and subsequently improved varieties. Therefore, heritable distinctions among 33 bread wheat lines for yield and related attributes were assessed under field conditions. The experiment included thirty lines and three check varieties. Data relating to different plant characteristics was collected at maturity. Significant differences were recorded for yield and related traits of tested wheat lines and check varieties. Wheat lines V6, V12 and V20 proved better with reduced number of days to reach anthesis and other desirable traits compared to check varieties. Days to start heading had strong correlation with spike length and number of spikelets spike-1. Flag leaf area had positive relationship with peduncle length and yield related traits. The 1000-garin weight and grain yield were also correlated with each other. It is concluded that V6, V10 and V20 proved better for all studied traits than the rest of the lines. Therefore, these lines could be used in wheat breeding program as parents to improve yield.  相似文献

合理的行距配置可以调节群体冠层结构的光合作用。山西太谷冬小麦产量徘徊不前,为了研究晚熟冬麦区不同行距配置对不同穗型冬小麦光合性能与群体结构的影响,在大田条件下选用两种不同穗型品种,在播量一致的前提下,分别采用10 cm和20 cm两种行距配置,研究冬小麦群体结构、光能利用和产量结构的差异。研究结果表明:全生育期总LAI值表现为B2高于B1,10 cm行距配置改变了叶片的垂直分布,尤其对多穗型小麦品种冠层(60-80 cm)叶面积的提高最为明显。在小麦植株中、上部分45-90 cm处,两种行距配置LI%均表现为B2配置大于B1配置,在株高60-75 cm处,两种行距配置LI%差异最为明显,B2配置较B1配置LI%提高达30%以上。花后旗叶PN和孕穗期至蜡熟期群体NPR均表现为10 cm行距配置高于20 cm行距配置。四个处理的总干物质重、绿叶、茎和穗的干物质重均表现为B2B1行距配置。两个小麦品种的B2处理(10 cm行距配置)的产量和生物产量均极显著高于B1处理(20 cm行距配置);但经济系数则呈现B2处理(10 cm行距配置)均小于相应小麦品种的B1处理。行距配置对不同小麦品种的影响不大。表明10 cm行距配置适用于北方晚熟冬麦区。  相似文献

目的:通过对9个小麦品种(系)的比较试验中的主要农艺性状统计分析,筛选出比较适宜现阶段在贵阳地区乃至贵州省栽培的高产优质小麦品种(系)。方法:9个小麦品种(系)在试验地里随机区组排列,3次重复,记录小麦的全生育期,出苗数,田间生育期,株高,有效分蘖数,每株干重,穗长,穗粒重等,并在Excell上进行统计分析。结果:全生育期在200天左右,出苗数有3个超过100万/ha,最低只有44.8万/ha,株高在50 cm以上的有6个品种(系),3个在40 cm-50 cm之间,有效分蘖数400万/ha以上的有3个,最低的是199.1万/ha,每株干重最高是8.5 g,最低是5.7 g,穗长整齐度除98-22外都优于对照,经LSR法测验表明,贵农15,黔98353,黔麦15分别与夏繁29,98-28,贵单5号,黔98284-82,黔0110都达到差异显著水平,贵农15,黔98353,黔麦15分别与98-22达到差异极显著水平,其余的差异皆不明显。结论:可以初步得出贵农15,黔98353,黔麦15目前可以作为在贵阳地区推广种植的较优品种(系)。  相似文献

本研究对来自不同生态区的137个小麦品种进行穗发芽抗性鉴定,计算相对发芽指数,并分析这些品种穗部籽粒性状、品质指标、吸胀萌发后0~72 h α-淀粉酶活性及其基因表达量与穗发芽抗性之间的关系。结果表明: 长江中下游麦区小麦的平均发芽指数最低,抗穗发芽品种最多,其次是长江上游麦区,黄淮麦区抗穗发芽品种相对较少。红粒品种小麦的相对发芽指数低于白粒品种,相对发芽指数与籽粒长度、宽度呈极显著正相关,与小穗数呈显著正相关,与穗型、穗色、穗长、小穗密度、穗粒数、千粒重无显著相关性。相对发芽指数与容重呈极显著负相关,与面团形成时间和出粉率呈显著负相关,与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、吸水率、稳定时间、沉降值、拉伸面积、延展性、最大阻力无显著相关性。不同品种的α-淀粉酶活性随吸胀萌发时间的延长呈上升趋势,萌发24~72 h的相对发芽指数与α-淀粉酶活性呈极显著正相关,穗发芽中抗以上品种萌发48 h后α-淀粉酶活性聚类分析结果与穗发芽鉴定结果一致。萌发后各时段α-淀粉酶基因表达量与相对发芽指数呈极显著正相关。  相似文献

对2068份小麦种质资源进行了面粉白度测定和高白度小麦种质子粒硬度测定。结果表明,山东小麦地方品种、山东小麦育成品种和省外引进小麦品种面粉白度值的分布范围分别为63.9~82.9、63.1~83.8和67.2~84.2。筛选出面粉白度值大于80的小麦种质342份(包括白度值大于83的种质26份),其中地方品种22份,山东育成品种(系)228份,省外引进种质92份。从高白度小麦种质资源中,筛选出子粒硬度指数≥50符合高白度强筋、中强筋或中筋的种质资源18份,对培育中筋以上高白度小麦新品种,以满足人们口味和健康保障具有重要意义。  相似文献

在新疆伊犁就36个麦类品种对麦双尾蚜Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 耐害性和产量损失的研究结果表明,其中11个品种受害后千粒重下降10%以下,为耐害性较强的品种,它们是一粒小麦、墨玉稻穗、爱因亢、小偃95、Mg8349、短芒黑边红、伊春4号、小黑麦12、浮纳尔、毛大头和T1008。综合考虑不同品种的自然受害率和受害后千粒重的下降,各品种的总体产量损失率在0~10.56%。产量损失率在2%以下的有14个品种,即一粒小麦、爱因亢、Mg8349、Mg8786、浮纳尔、短芒黑边红、T1008、墨玉稻穗、小黑麦12、广引74、Mg4521、黄库尔班、Mg8816和小偃95。  相似文献

To explore effective and ecofriendly means of controlling wheat flag smut (WFS) using biocontrol agents, three endophytic strains (58-2-1, 37-1 and YC-1) of Bacillus sp. were isolated from winter wheat plants in China and identified as Bacillus thuringiensis based on their 16S rDNA sequences as well as phenotypic characteristics. Four morphological (leaf length, root length, dry weight and tiller numbers) and one physiological [root vigour (RV)] parameters of wheat plants treated by strains 58-2-1 and 37-1 were significantly enhanced compared to the control. The soluble sugar contents in the roots of wheat samples treated by the two strains were significantly lower than the control. The resistance of wheat varieties to WFS was investigated by inoculation tests. Of the 12 wheat varieties tested, 6 (Yunhan-618, Bainongaikang-58, Kaimai-20, Zhengmai-9023, 04-zhong-36 and Yanzhan-4110) were identified as WFS-highly resistant (HR), 3 (Pumai-9, Jinboshi-1 and Yunong-202) WFS-moderately resistant (MR), 1 (Yubao-1) WFS-susceptible (S) and 2 (Yumai-012 and Yunong-416) WFS-highly susceptible (HS) varieties. The Urocystis tritici-induced yield loss on the S/HS varieties was significantly higher than that on the HR/MR ones. The strains 58-2-1 and 37-1 had control efficacies of 6.7–100% (av.54.8%) and 33.3–100% (av. 66.5%) on 9 and 7 out of 12 varieties, respectively. The strains 58-2-1 and 37-1 had enhanced yields of 10.2–54.9% (av. 32.9%) and 2.8–43.4% (av. 24.8%) on 10 and 8 out of 12 varieties, respectively. This is the first report on endophytic B. thuringiensis strains isolated from wheat plants with the abilities to suppress WFS and to enhance yields on multiple wheat varieties.  相似文献

高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基1Ax1基因是决定小麦加工品质的主效基因之一,在小麦胚乳中增加1Ax1基因的表达量可以提高其加工品质,这对于小麦的品质改良具有重要意义。采用外源1Ax1基因超量表达的转基因小麦‘B102-1-2’为父本,常规小麦品种‘鄂麦12’和‘川89-107’为母本进行杂交试验。采用SDS-PAGE技术检测并分析各组合亲本、F1代、F2代的HMW-GS组成,从而研究转基因小麦‘B102-1-2’中外源品质基因1Ax1表达的遗传规律。研究结果表明:外源基因有效地整合进入主栽小麦的基因组中,并且正确表达,在F2代中表现出15∶1的分离比,遵循孟德尔遗传模式,这对于杂交育种策略的选择制订具有指导意义。  相似文献

Released and pre-released bread wheat varieties evaluated in national wheat programme of India (503 genotypes) during 2005–14 under different environments were examined for the role of physiological parameters in grain quality. Genotypes with slow plant height growth but faster rate of grain filling enhanced protein content. Plants where growth in height and grain development was slow, grains were hard, provided proportionate vegetative growth phase is longer. Steady grain growth rate benefited gluten strength and gluten quality. Irrespective of total crop duration, longer reproductive phase was an effective indicator of higher flour recovery and test weight. Magnitude and significance of morphological attributes in grain quality was almost similar to that of physiological processes, therefore prospects of utilizing these field traits were examined to enhance grain properties. Early heading and longer grain filling was effective to increase test weight whereas delayed heading and shorter plant height enhanced protein content. Bold grains hampered grain hardness and delayed heading added more bran in the flour. Genotypes with poor grain bearing and quick grain ripening had lower sedimentation value. Instead of protein, it was wet gluten which expressed negative association with yield. To improvise gluten quality, extended reproductive phase but with less grain weight was helpful. Contribution of longer post-anthesis period was observed crucial in flour recovery. These useful simple field expressions can be deployed to uplift quality of wheat grains.  相似文献

In the last few years the need to produce food with added value has fueled the search for new ingredients and health-promoting compounds. In particular, to improve the quality of bakery products with distinct nutritional properties, the identification of new raw materials, appropriate technologies, and specific microbial strains is necessary. In this study, different doughs were prepared, with 10% and 20% flour from immature wheat grain blended with type “0 America” wheat flour. Immature flour was obtained from durum wheat grains harvested 1 to 2 weeks after anthesis. Doughs were obtained by both the straight-dough and sourdough processes. Two selected exopolysaccharide-producing strains of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), Leuconostoc lactis A95 and Lactobacillus curvatus 69B2, were used as starters. Immature flour contained 2.21 g/100 g (dry weight) of fructo-oligosaccharides. Twenty percent immature flour in dough resulted in a shorter leavening time (4.23 ± 0.03 h) than with the control and dough with 10% immature flour. The total titratable acidity of sourdough with 20% immature flour was higher (12.75 ± 0.15 ml 0.1 N NaOH) than in the control and sourdough with 10% immature wheat flour (9.20 ml 0.1 N NaOH). Molecular analysis showed that all samples contained three LAB species identified as L. lactis, L. curvatus, and Pediococcus acidilactici. A larger amount of exopolysaccharide was found in sourdough obtained with 20% immature flour (5.33 ± 0.032 g/kg), positively influencing the exopolysaccharide content of the bread prepared by the sourdough process (1.70 ± 0.03 g/kg). The addition of 20% immature flour also led to a greater presence of fructo-oligosaccharides in the bread (900 mg/100 g dry weight), which improved its nutritional characteristics. While bread volume decreased as the concentration of immature wheat flour increased, its mechanical characteristics (stress at a strain of 30%) were the same in all samples obtained with different percentages of fructo-oligosaccharides. These data support the use of immature wheat grain flour, and exopolysaccaride-producing lactic acid bacteria in formulating functional prebiotic baked goods whose nutritional value can be suitably improved.  相似文献
