报道1例由犬小孢子菌感染引起的儿童以面部皮疹为主的体癣。患儿,女,6岁,以面部、胸前起黄豆至花生米大小圆形、类圆形水肿性红斑,上有丘疱疹、水疱、痒半个月来诊。曾被误诊为丘疹性荨麻疹、多形红斑,皮疹增多来诊,真菌学检查阳性,真菌培养为犬小孢子菌,经口服特比萘芬片、外用特比萘芬软膏后治愈。 相似文献

皮肤型孢子丝菌病首选口服抗真菌药物治疗,如碘化钾、伊曲康唑、特比萘芬和氟康唑等[1].由于个体差异及疾病情况的复杂性,患者对每种抗真菌药物治疗的反应不同,最近我们应用不同的方法治愈了4例皮肤型孢子丝菌病患者,报道如下.1临床资料1.1病例1患者男,68岁,北京市延庆县农民.因右侧面部皮损8个月于2008年12月8日就诊.8个月前患者右侧面部出现米粒大小皮损,之后皮损破溃、增多,伴疼痛.否认外伤史.皮肤科情况:右面颊部可见8个1 ~1.5 cm大小皮损,基底红肿,其上有厚的结痂,无脓液渗出,可触及多数皮下结节(见图1a).皮损痂屑KOH湿片真菌镜检阴性,皮损组织真菌培养为申克孢子丝菌.皮损组织病理显示表皮角化不全,有脓痂,表皮呈假上皮瘤样增生;真皮全层弥漫淋巴细胞、组织细胞、多核巨细胞、浆细胞、嗜中性粒细胞浸润,伴少许嗜酸粒细胞;PAS染色未见真菌成分.诊断:皮肤淋巴管型孢子丝菌病. 相似文献

报告1例被误诊为环状肉芽肿的由石膏样小孢子菌引起的体癣。患者女,60岁,左腕部红斑2个月。外院曾诊断为"环状肉芽肿"治疗不佳,经真菌学检查确诊为石膏样小孢子菌导致的体癣。给予伊曲康唑200 mg/d,共1周,硝酸舍他康唑软膏外用,治疗1周后皮损痊愈。 相似文献

报道1例由犬小孢子菌感染引起的泛发性体癣。患者,女,44岁,以面、颈、胸、腹部及四肢散在、形态为指甲至钱币大小的不规则红斑。曾被误诊为银屑病,治疗1个月后,皮损增多。再次就诊,真菌学检查阳性,真菌培养为犬小孢子菌。经口服伊曲康唑,外涂兰美抒软膏后治愈。 相似文献

95 dermatophyte strains (12 of Trichophyton mentagrophytes, 12 of T. tonsurans, 11 of T. rubrum, 12 of T. megninii, 12 of T. violaceum, 2 of T. schoenleinii, 1 of T. soudanense, 12 of M. canis, 8 of Microsporum gypseum, 1 of M. ferrugineum and 12 of Epidermphoyton floccosum). 1 of Aspergillus niger, 1 of A. ochraceus, 1 of Paecilomyces sp., 1 of Penicillium sp. and 1 of Candida albicans were grown in Sabouraud liquid medium for the study of pH variation over 6 weeks at room temperature and after 4 weeks at 37 degrees C. All the dermatophyte strains alkalinized the medium. The highest pH values after 2-3 weeks' development in room temperature were produced by T. mentagrophytes, M. gypseum and M. canis, and the lowest by T. rubrum and T. violaceum. After the 4th week the alkalinizing activity became more marked for T. mentagrophytes and remained stationary for T. violaceum, In the 5th week the values produced by T. tonsurans were higher than those for M. gypseum, and those for E. floccosum and T. megninii were higher than those of M. canis. A similar behaviour was observed for T. rubrum and T. megninii and for M. canis, M. gypseum and M. ferrugineum. There seems to be a relation between the alkalinizing capacity and the rapidity and amount of the growth. At 37 degrees C both alkalinization and range of variation of the pH values of the medium became more noticeable for the strains of each species. 相似文献

The presence of 11 enzymatic activities, detected by qualitative methods, and 19 enzymes, semi-quantitatively detected by API ZYM system, in strains belonging to Microsporum canis and Microsporum gypseum has been studied. No pronounced differences were noted between Microsporum canis and Microsporum gypseum, although Microsporum gypseum presented in some cases more intense enzymatic activities than Microsporum canis. 相似文献

Between January, 1, 1986 and December, 31, 2000, dermatological specimens from 10.678 animals (7.650 cats and 3.028 dogs) were examined for dermatophytes. All the animals presented clinical signs of ringworm. Two thousand-four hundred fifty-six of the 10.678 (23%) examined animals scored positive for dermatophytes, 566 out of 3.028 canine (18.7%) and 1890 out of 7.650 feline specimens (24.7%). Microsporum canis constituted 83% and 97% of the isolated dermatophytes respectively in dogs and cats, M. gypseum represented 13% and 2.6% and T. mentagrophytes 5.5% and 0.2%. A sexual predisposition for mycotic infections was not observed. The animals with less than 1 year of age were more frequently infected. Canine toy breeds showed a significantly higher (P < 0.001) prevalence of infections by M. canis. Microsporum gypseum was mostly recorded from sporting (hunting) breeds [such as T. mentagrophytes (6.7%)]. Microsporum canis was isolated from long-haired cats with a ratio of 2:1 versus short-haired cats, while M. gypseum and T. mentagrophytes were never recovered from Persian cats. The annual distribution of the infections in dogs showed a significantly higher incidence for M. gypseum in summer versus winter and spring, while the recovery rate of M. canis from cats was very significantly higher in fall and winter than in summer and spring. Trichophyton mentagrophytes did not show a similar seasonal distribution. 相似文献
