Prostaglandin E (PGE), prostaglandin F (PGF) and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin F (PGFM) have been measured in cotyledons and myometrium from sheep before and after labour. Fetal cotyledons contained more PGE than maternal cotyledons which in turn contained more than myometriu. The maternal cotyledon contained the highest concentrations of PGF, but the fetal cotyledon was the only tissue exhibiting a statistically significant rise in the concentration of PGF following labour. Concentrations of PGFM were closely correlated with (although usually lower than) those of PGF.  相似文献

Bovine placentomes were collected during late gestation, prepartum and immediately postpartum. Postpartum tissues were collected prior to fetal membrane separation. Maternal and fetal placentomal components each were examined for their ability to synthesize prostaglandins (PG's) from arachidonic acid (AA) and metabolize PGF2 alpha and PGE2 in vitro. Maternal placental PG synthesis was lower (P less than .05) than that for fetal placental tissue and was primarily PGF's. Fetal placental PG synthesis increased (P less than .05) prepartum and was primarily PGE's. Fetal placental PGE production predominated (P less than .05) postpartum if the fetal membranes were retained, while PGF production predominated (P less than .05) if the membranes were released. Maternal and fetal placental tissues were unable to convert PGE2 to PGF2 alpha (P greater than .05). Postpartum fetal placental tissue was able to convert PGF2 alpha to PGE2 (P less than .05) if the fetal membranes were retained but not if the membranes were released (P greater than .05). These results indicate that fetal placental synthesis of PGF's may be related to placental membrane separation. The shift in fetal placental PG production from PGE's to PGF's may be due to a cessation of the ability of released fetal tissue to convert PGF2 alpha to PGE2.  相似文献

Concentrations of prostaglandin E (PGE), prostaglandin F (PGF) and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin F (PGFM) have been measured in fetal tracheal and amniotic fluid from chronically catheterized sheep during late pregnancy. Amniotic fluid contained significantly greater concentrations of these prostaglandins than tracheal fluid (p less than 0.01); there was no correlation between the level of prostaglandins found in each fluid. In tracheal fluid concentrations of PGE and PGFM exceeded those of PGF (P less than 0.01) whereas no significant differences were found in amniotic fluid. The levels of prostaglandins in these fluids were similar in ewes bearing hypophysectomized fetuses.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to determine the secretion patterns of prostaglandins (PG) and protein during mid- (Day 100) and late- (Day 140) pregnancy in the ewe and to ascertain whether that pattern is altered by in vitro heat shock. Explant cultures were prepared from intercaruncular endometrium, caruncular endometrium, fetal cotyledon and interplacentomal placenta. Cultures were incubated at 39 or 42 degrees C for 18 h in the presence of arachidonic acid or L-[4,5(3)H]leucine. There were no effects of day of gestation or consistent effects of temperature upon de novo synthesis of tissue and secretory protein. Elevated temperature generally depressed PGE(2) secretion by maternal tissues and PGF secretion by caruncular endometrium but had little effect on PGE(2) release by fetal tissues or on PGF release by intercaruncular endometrium or fetal tissues. Day of gestation by tissue type interactions were found for PGF and PGE(2) release. At Day 100, maternal tissues secreted more PGF and PGE(2) than fetal tissues; at Day 140, PG secretion from fetal tissues was greater than at Day 100, and fetal PGE(2) release exceeded release from maternal tissues. Tissue proteins resolved by SDS-PAGE revealed the appearance in heat-shocked tissue of 93 and 72 kDa heat-shock proteins. In conclusion, elevated temperature depressed PGE(2) release, particularly from maternal tissues. Changes in PGE(2) suggest that the increase in utero-placental PGE(2) with increasing gestational age is due to changes in secretion of the fetal placenta.  相似文献

Prostaglandins have been shown to influence the sensitivity of the cough reflex. To investigate putative mechanisms of this, we examined the effects of inhaled prostaglandins E2 (PGE2) and F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha) on human cough responses elicited by two challenges, low chloride solution and capsaicin, which may activate different neural pathways. Baseline cough challenges were followed after 2 h by five breaths of PGE2, PGF2 alpha, or citric acid as a control. Cough challenges were repeated after 1 min. Potentiation of capsaicin responses occurred after PGE2 (median increase 2 coughs/min, range 0-7, P less than 0.01) and PGF2 alpha (median increase 8 coughs/min, range -3 to 27, P less than 0.01) compared with control. The effect of PGF2 alpha was greater (P less than 0.05) than that of PGE2. Potentiation of low chloride responses also occurred after PGF2 alpha (median increase 7 coughs/2 min, range -1 to 19, P less than 0.01), but effects of PGE2 were insignificant against this challenge (median change -1 coughs/2 min, range -4 to 13). These data suggest that PGE2 and PGF2 alpha have different effects on the sensitivity of the human cough reflex, which may be relevant during airway disease.  相似文献

The present study was performed in order to explore the influence of ova present within rat oviducts on: a) tubal spontaneous motility and b) oviduct prostaglandin production. It was found that the isometric developed tension (IDT) of tubes isolated from proestrous rats (preovulatory oviducts) was significantly higher (P less than 0.01) than the IDT of tubes from rats at estrus and at metestrus (postovulatory oviducts). After flushing the oviducts with KRB solution (i.e., after removing existing ova) the IDT of the oviducts obtained from estrous rats increased significantly (P less than 0.01), whereas the IDT of tubes isolated from proestrous rats (i.e., preparations without ova) was not modified. On the other hand, isolated tubes containing their corresponding ova released into the suspending solution significantly more PGE1 than PGE2 or PGF2 alpha (P less than 0.005). It was particularly interesting to find that after flushing the oviducts, tissue production of PGE1, PGE2 and PGF2 alpha was similar. Finally, when dose response curves for PGE1 and for PGE2 on the spontaneous contractions of oviducts isolated from rats at proestrus, estrus and metestrus were constructed, both PGs evoked an inhibitory inotropic action. The ED50 for PGE1 in tubes from estrous rats was significantly smaller (P less than 0.01) than that for metestrous animals but significantly greater (P less than 0.01) than that observed in oviducts from proestrous rats. The ED50 for PGE2 did not change in the different tested periods of the sex cycle. Results reported herein suggest the possibility that the ova present within rat oviducts, may influence their own transport along the tubes by modifying the amount of prostaglandins produced by the oviducts or via their own prostaglandin synthesis.  相似文献

Prostaglandins (PGs) are believed to play important roles in the establishment of pregnancy. Glandular and stromal cells were isolated from pig endometrium on days 11 through 19 of pregnancy and cultured in the presence of estradiol-17 beta (E2) and progesterone (P4) to determine the effect of day of pregnancy and steroids on the secretion of PGE and PGF2 alpha. Estradiol at concentrations between .01 and 1 microM did not affect PGE and PGF2 alpha secretion into the medium by glandular and stromal cells. Progesterone (.1 microM) suppressed (P less than .001) PGE and PGF2 alpha production from both cell types. Glandular cells secreted more (P less than .01) PGF2 alpha than PGE, whereas stromal cells collected on days 11, 12, 13, and 19 secreted more (P less than .05) PGE than PGF2 alpha. Stromal cells isolated from tissues collected on day 13 of pregnancy produced PGs with higher (P less than .01) PGE:PGF2 alpha ratio than those from tissues harvested on other days of pregnancy. Glandular cells isolated from tissues collected on days 13 and 19 and stromal cells isolated from tissue collected on day 13 of pregnancy secreted more (P less than .05) PGE and PGF2 alpha than cells isolated on other days of pregnancy. We conclude that: 1) P4 has a suppressing effect on PG secretion; 2) endometrial glandular and stromal cells each produce a unique profile of PGs; and 3) endometrial cells harvested on different days of pregnancy secrete different amounts of PGE and PGF2 alpha.  相似文献

Dispersed ovine luteal cells collected on day 7 or 16 postestrus were incubated in vitro with hCG, PGE1 or PGE2 in the presence or absence of adenosine, dipyridamole (inhibitor of adenosine uptake) or PGF2 alpha in two separate experiments. Secretion of progesterone was increased by hCG, PGE1 or PGE2 when incubated with day 7 luteal cells (P less than or equal to 0.05) which was increased further when co-incubated with adenosine (P less than or equal to 0.05). PGF2 alpha alone or in the presence of hCG decreased (P less than or equal to 0.05) the secretion of progesterone by day 7 luteal cells, PGF2 alpha decreased post treatment cell viability with or without hCG (P less than or equal to 0.05) and adenosine reduced (P less than or equal to 0.05) the inhibitory effect of PGF2 alpha on hCG actions and luteal cell viability. Day 16 luteal cells were not functional based on jugular progesterone (P less than or equal to 0.05) and did not respond to hCG, PGE1, or PGE2 in the presence of adenosine or PGF2 alpha (P greater than or equal to 0.05). It is concluded that adenosine enhances the response of functional luteal cells to the luteotropins hCG, PGE1 or PGE2 and adenosine reduces the luteolytic response to PGF2 alpha by hCG-stimulated ovine luteal cells in vitro.  相似文献

Prostaglandins have been implicated in the process of uterine decidualization in vitro, but sites of action are uncertain. Since one of the earliest changes in endometrial stroma following induction of decidualization is an increase in alkaline phosphatase activity, we have investigated the effects of PGs on stromal cell alkaline phosphatase activity in vitro. Immature rats were pretreated with hormones to sensitize their uteri for the decidual cell reaction. Endometrial stromal cells were isolated and cultured for up to 4 days with PGE2 (0-10 micrograms/ml) or PGF2 (0-10 micrograms/ml). Analysis of variance revealed a highly significant interaction between day of culture and concentration of PGE2 in medium (P less than 0.01). Stromal cell alkaline phosphatase activity decreased significantly with increasing culture duration (P less than 0.01). In the presence of PGE2, alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher (P less than 0.01) regardless of day of culture. In contrast, PGF2 alpha had only a small and inconsistent effect. These data indicate that PGs, and in particular PGE2, can act directly upon stromal cells.  相似文献

A new experimental model for studying the effects of acute ischemia on brain development in the near-term fetal rat has been devised. Ischemic conditions are achieved by complete clamping of blood vessels branching from the uterine vasculature into each individual fetus for designated times followed by removal of the clamps to permit reperfusion. Accumulation of lactic acid in the fetal brain depends on the length of the restriction period, reaching a plateau level of 29 mumol/g tissue at about 30 min. It also depends on the reperfusion time. Thus after a period of 15 min of restriction lactate levels show an increase over the next 30-min reperfusion to a value of 25.5 mumol/g followed by a rapid decrease to normal values by 3 h of reperfusion. Restriction of 15 min followed by reperfusion of 45 min causes an elevation of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) level from 12.4 +/- 0.86 ng/g to 21.1 +/- 0.6 ng/g (p less than 0.001). This elevation in PGE2 level is less apparent after 20 min of restriction. No effects are seen on the level of PGF2 alpha. Both PGE2 and PGF2 alpha accumulate in vitro in a time-dependent manner by brain particulate fraction. In vitro synthesis of both PGE2 and PGF2 alpha is inhibited by indomethacin (100% and 68%, respectively) and AA861 (94% and 76%, respectively). BW755c and nordihydroguaiaretic acid do not affect PGE2 formation but enhance PGF2 alpha production by 112% and 152%, respectively. Conversion of PGE2 to PGF2alpha by fetal sheep blood   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In an attempt to explain the differences in the concentration of primary prostaglandins in the circulation of adult and fetal sheep, we have examined the ability of whole blood from adult and fetal sheep to reduce PGE2 to PGF2alpha in vitro. PGF2alpha was the principal radioactive product formed from 3H PGE2 by both adult and fetal blood. The enzyme initial reaction velocity was significantly higher (P = 0.02) per ml of fetal than adult blood. The optimum enzyme pH (7.0 - 7.5) was similar for both adult and fetal blood. The Km of the enzyme in fetal and adult blood were 3.59 x 10(-7) M and 5.02 x 10(-7) M respectively (P greater than 0.05). There was no detectable metabolism of PGF2alpha by either adult or fetal sheep blood. The results indicate that prostaglandin 9-ketoreductase is present in both adult and fetal sheep blood. Differences in the activity of this enzyme are unlikely to explain the higher concentrations of PGE reported in the plasma of fetal lambs.  相似文献

A procedure for separating fetal placental principal cells from fetal binucleate cells (BNC) was developed. Dispersed fetal placental cells (mixed types), principal cells, and BNC were each examined for their ability to produce prostaglandins (PGs) from arachidonic acid (AA) and to metabolize prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha) in vitro. Dispersed fetal placental cells obtained prepartum produced predominantly PGs of the E series (PGEs) from AA (p less than 0.05). PGE synthesis predominated (p less than .05) in cells from postpartum tissue if the fetal placental membranes were subsequently retained, whereas synthesis of PGs of the F series (PGFs) predominated (p less than 0.05) if the fetal membranes were subsequently released. Principal cells were the primary source of fetal placental PG synthesis from AA (p less than 0.05). BNC exhibited a lesser ability to synthesize PGs from AA (p less than 0.05), but were able to convert PGF2 alpha to PGE2. Dispersed fetal placental cells exhibited greater ability to convert PGF2 alpha to PGE2 (p less than 0.05) than did the separated cells. These data suggest the function of a two-cell system within the fetal villi such that the BNC modulate the output of principal cell PG synthesis and/or metabolism.  相似文献

In cultures of rat granulosa cells, luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) increases 32P incorporation into both phosphatidylinositol (PI) and phosphatidic acid (PA). After 20 min, the level of radioactivity was three- to four-fold (p less than 0.01) above control in the PI and PA fractions, respectively. The stimulatory effect of LHRH on 32P incorporation was limited to PI and PA. Similar to the effects of LHRH, a rapid and marked increase of 32P incorporation into both PI and PA is observed upon addition of prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha) (10(-5)M) to rat granulosa cells. Incorporation of radioactivity into PA was already increased (p less than 0.05) by 2 min following PGF2 alpha addition, while the increase in 32P-labeled PI became significant (p less than 0.01) by 5 min. In contrast to PGF2 alpha, the labeling of PI and PA following the addition of PGE2 (10(-5)M) was not significantly different from control levels during the entire 10 min of incubation. The sensitivity of the increased PA-PI labeling induced by LHRH and PGF2 alpha is compared in another experiment. After 20 min incubation 10(-6)M LHRH increased PI and PA labeling by six- and four-fold, respectively. Although the effect of PGF2 alpha is less than that of LHRH, 10(-5)M PGF2 alpha significantly (p less than 0.01) increased PI and PA labeling by three- and two-fold, respectively. Twenty-two multiparous Brahman x Hereford F1 cows were utilized to determine the effect of oxytocin (OT) on prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF) release from caruncular and intercaruncular endometrial tissues and prostaglandin E2 (PGE) release from intercaruncular tissue. The previously gravid uterine horn was removed on d 20 postpartum (n = 7), on d 30 postpartum (n = 7) or the uterine horn ipsilateral to the dominant follicle was removed 12-18 h after onset of first behavioral estrus postpartum (ES; n = 8). Tissues (200 mg wet wt) were cultured in Nutrient Mixture F-10 medium in a perifusion system. The medium and tissues were aerated with 95% O2: 5% CO2 and temperatures were maintained at 39 degrees C. The flow rate was 100 microliters/min and fractions were collected at 20 min intervals for 400 min. After a 2 h settling phase, the tissues were challenged with 1, 2 or 4 micrograms [Asu1,6]-OT/ml of media for 1 h. Basal release of PGE and PGF on d 20 was greater than on d 30 and at ES (P less than .02) which were similar. All doses of OT increased PGE and PGF with both remaining elevated throughout the duration of the perifusion (P less than .008). However, there were no differences among doses. Release of PGE in response to OT on d 20 and 30, was higher than at ES (P less than .008). More PGF was released in response to OT from intercaruncular than caruncular tissue on d 20 (P less than .0001) and at ES (P less than .003). Release of PGF in response to OT on d 20 was higher (P less than .0001) than on d 30 and d 30 was higher than at ES (P less than .007). Basal and OT-induced release of PGE and PGF declined as day postpartum increased. We conclude that intercaruncular tissue released more PGF than caruncular tissue and both intercaruncular and caruncular tissue responded to OT with a sustained release of prostaglandins in a non-dose-dependent manner on d 20, 30 and at ES postpartum.  相似文献

Bilateral perifusion devices were utilized to measure prostaglandin secretion towards luminal and myometrial sides of bovine endometria. Tissues were collected at Day 17 post-estrus from cyclic (n = 4), pregnant (n = 5) and bred but subsequently non-pregnant (n = 6) cows. Tissue from each cow was placed into two perifusion devices, perifused with Krebs-Ringer Bicarbonate solution (3 ml/10 min) for 2.5 h and fractions collected every 10 min. Oxytocin (1 IU/ml) was perifused during fractions 7-12 to the luminal side of one device and to the myometrial side of the other device. Regardless of status, prostaglandin secretion rates (PGF and PGE2) were higher (P less than 0.01) from the luminal side than the myometrial side. Secretion rates of PGF were lower (P less than 0.01) for endometria from pregnant cows than for endometria from cyclic or bred/non-pregnant cows, whereas secretion rates of PGE2 were not affected by pregnancy status. Regardless of the side of perifusion, secretion rates of PGF and PGE2 from endometria of cyclic and bred/non-pregnant cows were elevated (P less than 0.01) throughout the period of oxytocin treatment, whereas prostaglandin secretion by endometria from pregnant cows was not stimulated by oxytocin. Decreased secretion of PGF from endometria of pregnant cows suggests that the corpus luteum and pregnancy are maintained because of an inhibition of endometrial prostaglandin synthesis or an inability to respond to stimulators of prostaglandin synthesis (i.e. oxytocin).  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of diabetes on uterine prostanoids production in near-term rats. The incidence of an insulin therapy was also studied. On the 21st day of pregnancy, uterine PGE2, PGF2 alpha and PGI2 levels showed a significant increase (respectively p less than 0.05, p less than 0.01 and p less than 0.05) in diabetic rats compared to controls whereas TxA2 production remained unchanged. The insulin therapy restored PGE2 levels, the most potent stimulatory factor of the myometrial fiber at control values, whereas it enhanced significantly PGI2 concentrations (p less than 0.05) and had no effect on PGF2 alpha production; TxA2 levels remaining always unchanged. It is suggested that the increase in uterine protanolds production during diabetes could induce a myometrial hypertonicity and play a role in the disturbances of the fetal development. The maintenance of PGE2 levels to control values by the insulin therapy might contribute to a normal delivery.  相似文献

Four ewes were utilized to determine the effects of prostaglandin (PG) F2 alpha, PGE2 and luteinizing hormone (LH) on activity of phospholipase C (PLC) in ovine luteal tissue. Corpora lutea were collected on d 10 post-estrus and six slices from one corpus luteum from each ewe were pre-incubated with [3H]-inositol prior to incubation with one of 6 treatments. Treatments were 1) control, 2) PGF2 alpha (100 ng/ml), 3) PGE2 (10 ng/ml), 4) LH (10 ng/ml), 5) PGF2 alpha + PGE2 and 6) PGF2 alpha + LH. Phospholipase C was determined indirectly by measuring the accumulation of [3H]-inositol mono-, bis- and tris-phosphates (IP, IP2, IP3). Effects of PGF2 alpha (0 vs. PGF2 alpha) and luteotropic treatment (0 vs. PGE2 vs. LH) and their interactions were determined by analysis of variance. There was a significant main effect of PGF2 alpha (P less than 0.01) as concentrations of IP, IP2, IP3 and total [3H]-inositol phosphates were greater in tissue slices treated with PGF2 alpha, regardless of luteotropic treatment. Within groups receiving no PGF2 alpha (1,3,4), no effect of luteotropic treatment was observed. Within groups receiving PGF2 alpha (2,5,6), LH caused a significant (P less than .05) increase in the accumulation of total [3H]-inositol phosphates. Thus, PGF2 alpha can stimulate the activity of PLC in ovine luteal tissue and LH can potentiate this effect.  相似文献

Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), thromboxane B2 (TXB2; as a stable metabolite of TXA2), prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha) and 6-keto-PGF1 alpha (as a stable end product of prostacyclin) have been measured by using specific radioimmunoassay in the plasma of the cord artery immediately after delivery before the cord was clamped. Plasma prostanoid concentrations in normal deliveries (n = 8, as controls) were 24.8 +/- 2.6 (PGE2), 246.8 +/- 37.0 (TXB2), 122.2 +/- 13.3 (PGF2 alpha) and 82.1 +/- 7.7 (6-keto-PGF1 alpha) respectively (pg/ml, mean +/- s.e). On the other hand, in fetal distressed deliveries showing continuous bradycardia (n = 6), they increased significantly to 275.4 +/- 20.1 (PGE2), 948.6 +/- 102.5 (TXB2), 218.0 +/- 21.4 (PGF2 alpha) and 1498.6 +/- 298.4 (6-keto-PGF1 alpha) respectively (pg/ml, mean +/- s.e, p less than 0.005). However, both PGF2 alpha/PGE2 and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1 alpha ratios declined significantly from 4.70 +/- 0.33 to 0.68 +/- 0.05 and from 3.07 +/- 0.37 to 0.68 +/- 0.12 respectively (mean +/- s.e, p less than 0.005) in the fetal distressed group compared with those of the controls. From these results, it may be concluded that the cord artery, which is known as the patent source for the production of PGE2 and prostacyclin, did exert a sufficiently strong reaction to overcome the undesirable haemodynamic changes to maintain the fetal well-being in utero.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of 2-hydroxy-estradiol-17 beta (2-OH-E2; 0, 50 and 100 microM) and estradiol-17 beta (E2; 0, 25 and 50 microM) on prostaglandin (PG) E and PGF2 alpha synthesis by day-10 pig blastocysts (day 0 is first day of estrus). Blastocysts were incubated in a modified Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate medium, supplemented with bovine serum albumin (4 mg/ml) and the vitamins and amino acids (essential and nonessential) in Minimum Essential Medium (without phenol red or antibiotics). The incubations were conducted at 39 degrees C for three 2-h periods; the second and third periods included an E2 or catechol estrogen treatment. Release of PGF2 alpha into the culture medium decreased (p less than 0.001) linearly with increasing concentrations of 2-OH-E2 in both periods. Release of PGE was not affected by 2-OH-E2, therefore 2-OH-E2 increased (p less than 0.06) the PGE:PGF2 alpha. When E2 was added to the medium, release of PGE was decreased (p less than 0.01) during the second and third periods. Release of PGF2 alpha also was decreased (p less than 0.05) by E2 during period 2, but E2 did not alter the PGE:PGF2 alpha. Content of PGs in blastocysts at recovery was less than 10% of the PGs released in vitro. Therefore, these studies demonstrate effects of both the primary and catechol forms of E2 on the synthesis of PGE and PGF2 alpha. Catechol estrogens and E2 may inhibit PG synthesis and modify the PGE:PGF2 alpha during the establishment of pregnancy in pigs.  相似文献

Uterine endometrium collected from pseudopregnant (PP) and cyclic gilts on day (D) 15 after estrus were perifused in vitro with 10 ug/ml of porcine conceptus secretory proteins (pCSP) or serum proteins (SP) in Krebs ringer bicarbonate (KRB) buffer. In Experiment 1, samples were collected from luminal and myometrial surfaces of endometrium and concentrations of prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF) determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Secretion of PGF by endometrium from cyclic gilts was stimulated (P less than .05) by pCSP. In Experiment 2, endometrium from D 14 cyclic and PP gilts was perifused and concentrations of PGF and prostaglandin E2 (PGE) in perfusate were determined by RIA. Across both statuses, luminal surface secretion of PGF was stimulated (P less than .05) by pCSP. Treatment with pCSP decreased secretion of PGE from myometrial surface of endometrium from cyclic gilts and increased (P less than .01) secretion of PGE from the myometrial surface of endometrium from PP gilts. In Experiment 3, pCSP were separated into acidic and basic fractions by anion exchange chromatography and each fraction was perifused separately over the luminal surface of endometrium from cyclic and PP gilts. Perifusion with acidic pCSP suppressed secretion of PGF by endometrium from cyclic or PP gilts; while basic pCSP did not influence secretion of PGF. These results demonstrated that products secreted by Day 15 pig conceptuses stimulate release of PGF and PGE from porcine uterine endometrium.  相似文献
