中国外来入侵物种的分布与传入路径分析   总被引:94,自引:0,他引:94  
外来物种入侵已成为全球性的环境问题,本文采用文献调研,实地考察与专家咨询相结合的方式,调查了全国陆生,淡水水生生态系统中外来入侵微生物,无脊椎动物,两栖爬行类,鱼类,鸟类,哺乳类,杂草,树木和海洋生态系统中外来入侵物种的种类及分类地位,起源,引入路径和环境影响等内容。查明我国共有283种外来入侵物种,其中外来入侵微生物,水生植物,陆生植物,水生无脊椎动物,陆生无脊椎动物,两栖爬行类,鱼类,哺乳类分别为19种,18种,170种,25种,33种,3种,10种和5种,来源于美洲,欧洲,亚洲,非洲,大洋洲的外来入侵物种分别占55.1%,21.7%,9.9%.8.1%和0.6%。我国对外来物种的引进存在一定程度的盲目性;50.%的外来入侵植物是作为牧草或饲料,观赏植物,纤维植物,药用植物,蔬菜,草坪模特而引进的;25%的外来入侵动物是用于养殖,观赏,生物防治的引种,对外来物种只重引进,疏于管理,也可能导致外来物种逃逸到自然环境中,造成潜在的环境意传入的;76.3%的外来入侵动物是由于检查不严,随贸易物品或运输工具传入我国的。因此,我国既要加强检疫工作,又要对外来物种的有意引进进行严格管理,实行外来物种引进的风险评估制度。  相似文献

1998年3月-1999年2月,在四川省青川县唐家河自然保护区,运用逐步判别分析的方法,对羚牛,鬣羚,斑羚春冬季对生境的利用进行了对比研究,研究结果表明,虽然它们在生境选择上有部分重叠,但是其对生境的利用方式均有显著的差异,在春季,羚牛主要利用海拔较高,食物丰富度高,灌木较大,离灌木较远的生境,鬣羚和斑羚主要利用海拔较低,食物丰富度中等,灌木较小,离灌木较近的生境,在冬季,羚牛主要利用坡度适中,海拔适中,乔木较大,乔木较稀,离乔木较远的生境,鬣羚主要利用坡度较陡,海拔较高,乔木较小,乔木较稀,离乔木适蝇的生境;斑羚主要利用坡度较缓,海拔较低,乔木较小,乔木较密,离乔木较近的生境。  相似文献

通过对河北,云南,青藏高原不同地区的粘细菌进行生态多样的研究,从42个样品中分离得到了10个属(Archangium,Myxococcus,Cystobacter,Corallococcus,Melittangium,Sorangium,Polyangium,Chondromyces,Angiococccus,Stigmatella)的150余株粘细菌,其中包括一些尚未有描述的菌株,有待鉴定,根据这些菌株的子实体结构,菌落形态,营养细胞,粘孢子形态等特征将它们初步鉴定到属,对这些特有自然生态环境的粘细菌按不同地点,植被,营养基质进行统计比较,结果表明,粘细菌生态分布极为广泛,具有丰富的生态多样性,以上结果为粘细菌生物资源的有效开发利用奠定了基础。  相似文献

有机酸对Pd,Cd的络合作用将其对土壤吸附Pd,Cd的影响和植株效应差异的研究表明,柠檬酸,草酸与Pd,Cd络合能力的大小与重金属本身的性质有关,络合作用影响土壤对Pd,Cd的吸附量,柠檬酸降低土壤对Pd,Cd的吸附,草酸则增加土壤对Pd,Cd的吸附,水培试验表明,柠檬酸可减轻Pb对小麦,水稻幼苗的毒害,柠檬酸对Cd的植株外观毒性效应影响不显著,但能促使植株茎叶,根中Cd含量下降,Pd和Cd复合处理条件下,Cd存在促使水稻植株对Pd吸收量增加,Pd存在抑制水稻植株对Cd的吸收。  相似文献

肿瘤坏死因子是一个特别的,并具有多重功能的细胞因子,它在免疫调节,炎症反应,机体防御当中起着关键的作用。根据不同的细胞微环境,肿瘤坏死因子可以诱导多种反应,例如凋亡,坏死,血管生成,免疫细胞激活,细胞分化,细胞迁移。TNF在肿瘤当中是一把双刃剑。一方面,TNF是一个内源性的肿瘤促进因素,因为TNF可以刺激肿瘤细胞生长,增殖,侵袭,转移,血管生成。另一方面,TNF具有杀肿瘤细胞的作用。因此,如果可以调控肿瘤坏死因子的功能,将为癌症的治疗提供可能。  相似文献

1. Erythrocytes from different vertebrate classes were tested for susceptibility towards copper ion-induced lysis under identical copper ion concentration and per cent cell volumes. 2. The susceptibility towards lysis was found to be correlated with the rate of copper ion entry into the erythrocytes. 3. GSH levels decline in red blood cells at a rate proportional to the rate of copper ion entry. 4. Hemolysis does not seem to be causally related to the level of GSH in the erythrocytes.  相似文献

Immunomodulatory properties of copper were investigated. Human T cells, isolated from blood of healthy donors, were stimulated with phytohemagglutinin and cultured in vitro. It was found that copper sulphate depressed T cell proliferation when added in concentration of 10(-3) M. A slight increase in the T cell proliferation was shown in presence of 10(-5) M of copper ion while 10(-7)-10(-9) M had no effect on proliferation. Production of interleukin 2 by human T cells was depressed by all investigated doses of copper. The obtained results suggest the direct toxicity of copper on T cell activation.  相似文献

The antioxidant activity of dihydroquercetin (DHQ) complexes with zinc, copper(II) and calcium was studied in vitro in blood plasma of healthy donors. The state of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in blood plasma was assessed by the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), diene (DC) and triene (TC) conjugates. The effect of DHQ and the complexes on the activity of the catalase enzyme in blood plasma was determined. It was found that DHQ complex with zinc ion reduces the MDA content in blood plasma by 14.9% compared with the control, which is twice as high as for DHQ (7.5%). The corresponding parameters of DHQ complexes with copper(II) and calcium ions were 11.2 and 3.7%, respectively. The effect of the complexes on the decrease in the DC and TC content in blood plasma compared with the control is comparable with the corresponding parameters for DHQ. The DHQ complex with zinc ion increases the catalase activity by 1.5% compared with DHQ. The complexes containing copper(II) and calcium ions increase the catalase activity no more than DHQ.  相似文献

Copper-resistant Pseudomonas sp. 41Y, Pseudomonas pseudomallei 13-1 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 7 were used in the present study. When the latter two organisms were added to copper-containing 1/3 strength Tryptic Soy Broth, more than 99.5% of the copper ion was removed from the medium within 24 h. If copper solution was added to hog waste slurry, a reduction in the copper ion concentration could be detected only when the added bacteria started to grow in it, whereas in a mineral medium supplemented with glycerol-2-phosphate, both bacteria could remove about 50% of the copper ion from the medium within 24 h. When cell suspension of Pseudomonas sp. 41Y was autoclaved, no copper ion removal was observed. Different incubation temperatures, including 30 degrees C, 37 degrees C and 45 degrees C, had no effect on the percent of copper ion removed by both Pseudomonas sp. 41Y and P. pseudomallei 13-1. On the other hand, if the pH value of the solution was lowered from 8.2 to 6.0, there was a drastic decrease in copper removal. A similar reduction of copper ion removal ability was also observed with the addition of lead ion. When cells of Pseudomonas sp. 41Y were embedded in sodium alginate, there was a decrease in its ability to remove copper ion as compared to the free-living cells.  相似文献

This study determined taste thresholds for copper as its speciation was varied among free cupric ion, complexed cupric ion, and precipitated cupric particles. The impact of copper chemistry on taste is important as copper is added to many beverages and can be present in drinking water as a natural mineral or due to corrosion of copper plumbing. A one-of-five test was used to define thresholds with solutions containing 0.025-8 mg/l Cu (from copper sulfate) in distilled or mineralized water of varying pH. The mineralized water was designed to mimic the composition of a typical tap water. Group thresholds for copper in either distilled-deionized water or mineralized water were not significantly different and ranged from 0.4 to 0.8 mg/l Cu. A difference from control test was used to assess the impact of soluble and particulate copper on taste. Soluble copper species, including free cupric ion and complexed copper species, were readily tasted, while particulate copper was poorly tasted.  相似文献

Concentrations of lead, cadmium, methylmercury and total mercury were measured in maternal and umbilical cord blood using graphite atomic absorption spectrometry. Two essential metals, copper and zinc, were also determined using ion chromatography. Lead, copper and zinc were found to be lower in the cord blood, whereas methylmercury and total mercury were higher in cord blood than in maternal blood. Little differences were noted for cadmium in maternal and cord blood. Significant positive correlations were observed between the concentrations in maternal and cord blood with regard to lead (correlation coefficient, r = 0.44), copper (r = 0.34), zinc (r = 0.29), methylmercury (r = 0.44) and total mercury (r = 0.58). These results suggest that, like essential metals, most heavy metals can move rather freely across the human placenta. The potential health effects of heavy metal transfer from mothers to young infants cannot be discounted.  相似文献

Selective recognition of metal ions utilizing metal ion-imprinted polymers (MIIPs) received much importance in diverse fields owing to their high selectivity for the target metal ions. In the present study, a copper ion imprinted polymer was synthesized without an additional complexing ligand or complex with a broad aim to avoid the conventional extra metal ion complexing ligand during the synthesis of MIIP. The complete removal of the copper metal ion from the MIIP was confirmed by AAS and SEM–EDX. SEM image of the MIIP exhibited nano-patterns and it was also found to be entirely different from that of non-imprinted polymer and polymer with copper metal ions. BET surface area analysis revealed more surface area (47.96 m2/g) for the Cu(II)-MIIP than non-imprinted control polymer (41.43 m2/g). TGA result of polymer with copper metal ion indicated more char yield (18.41%) when compared to non-imprinted control polymer (8.3%) and Cu(II)-MIIP (less than 1%). FTIR study confirmed the complexation between Cu(II)-MIIP and Cu(II) metal ion through carbonyl oxygen of acryl amide. The Cu(II)-MIIP exhibited an imprinting efficiency of 2.0 and it was showing 8% interference from a mixture of Zn, Ni and Co ions. A potentiometric ion selective electrode devised with Cu(II)-MIIP showed more potential response for Cu(II) ion than that was fabricated from non-imprinted polymer.  相似文献

A study has been made of the distribution of copper in the kidneys of copper-poisoned sheep, containing up to 240 μg copper/g fresh cortex. About 64% of the copper in the cortex was present in the cytosol and 75% of this occurred in a form with molecular weight of approx. 12 000. This was partially purified by gel filtration on Sephadex G-75 and Bio-Gel P.10 and ion exchange chromatography on DEAE Sephadex A-25 to give three sub-fractions, which also contained zinc. The amino acid composition, copper content and chromatographic behaviour of these proteins indicated that they were copper-thioneins.No significant amounts of the proteins were detected in the plasma or erythrocytes of the copper-poisoned sheep when they were undergoing the haemolytic crisis typical of this syndrome. It is concluded that metallothionein constitutes the major copper-binding protein in the kidneys of copper-poisoned sheep. However the rapid accumulation of the protein in the kidney, and the development of kidney damage, are unlikely to have arisen from the release of the intact copper-protein from the liver and its transport via the blood to the kidneys.  相似文献

Oxidation of thymine with O2 was promoted by copper(I) ion generated from reaction of L-ascorbic acid (AA) with copper (II) ion. The main oxidation products were thymine glycol (TG) and N-formyl-N'-pyruvylurea (FPU). At higher concentration of O2, formation of FPU was favored, while TG was dominant at higher Cu(II) ion and lower O2 concentrations.
