常绿阔叶林是福建梅花山国家级自然保护区地带性植被。采用样带与典型群落调查法对区内的常绿阔叶林14400m2样地展开调查,并对植物多样性海拔梯度格局进行分析,结果表明:(1) 群落植物物种丰富度、Gleason丰富度指数、Simpson指数、Shannon Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数的均值分别为64.42、10.75、5.75、3.50、0.58,且这5种指数在各样带间差异极为显著,并随海拔的升高均呈单峰曲线变化,峰值出现在海拔700m~900m。(2) 群落各层次的植物物种丰富度、Shannon Wiener指数均呈现灌木层(包括幼树和层间植物)〉乔木层〉草本层的特征。乔木、灌木层物种丰富度与乔木层Shannon Wiener指数在海拔梯度上的样带间差异极显著,变化趋势与群落相似;灌木层与草本层Shannon Wiener指数以及草本层物种丰富度随海拔梯度变化不明显。因此,梅花山自然保护区常绿阔叶林植物物种多样性的海拔梯度格局呈现单峰分布,并支持中间高度膨胀模式(mid domain model)。  相似文献

The management of biodiversity in aquatic ecosystems requires knowing the state of water quality linked to regime shifts in various taxonomic groups. We examine this question by studying the fish ponds in the Dombes region, France. These waterbodies are characterized by a high diversity of species. High levels of nutrients due to certain fish farming practices may cause significant eutrophication leading to loss in biodiversity and a shift from high coverage of aquatic vegetation to phytoplankton dominance may also be observed. The aim of this study is to assess tipping points, thresholds for effect, along a gradient of chlorophyll α in different taxonomic groups: aquatic vascular plants, phytoplankton, dragonflies and aquatic macro-invertebrates. Tipping points are analyzed with three different statistical methods: a method which evaluates tipping points with a difference in the mean (TMEAN), a second method which evaluates tipping point by comparing the mean and linear regressions before and after the tipping point (FSTAT) and third a method which evaluates linear regressions with a pivotal tipping point (SEGMENTED). We also compare tipping points for the different taxonomic groups using five different diversity indices: Observed richness, Jackknife first order, Fisher's alpha, Simpson index and Evenness.Our results show that there is an important variation in tipping points following the three statistical methods, but the SEGMENTED is the best method for evaluating tipping points. We observe a high difference of tipping point values for the different taxonomic groups depending on the diversity indices used. Jackknife first order has a better performance to evaluate a eutrophic change according to the diversity than the other indices.In all taxonomic groups, aquatic vascular plants are the most impacted by the chlorophyll α and almost all their tipping points are observed around 60 μg/L chlorophyll α concentrations. No significant relationship is found between chlorophyll α and phytoplankton diversity, while the two other groups, dragonflies and macro-invertebrates, are both impacted by the chlorophyll α but their relevant tipping points are situated in higher values than aquatic vascular plants.  相似文献

In China, evergreen broad leaved forests (EBLFs) is one of the most important vegetation types which was widly distributed in subtropical area, and it plays a very important role in the global biological diversity and natural environment conservation also. In order to reveal species diversity and altitudinal gradient patterns of evergreen broad leaved forest in Meihuashan National Natural Reserve, Fujian Province. Five altitude transects were set up at a vertical interval of 200m between 375m and 1300m above sea level in the EBLFs distribution areas, and twenty four quadrats(14400m2) had been surveyed. Species richness(S), species richness index (dGl), Simpson index (D), Shannon Wiener index (H′), Pielou evenness index (J) had been used for analysis of species diversity and altitudinal gradient pattern of EBLFs. The average value of S, dGl, H′,J and D were 64.42, 10.75, 5.75, 3.50, 0.58 respectively. The difference of community species diversity index(S, dGl, D, H′, and J) was extremely significant between transects, and the altitudinal gradient patterns of species diversity presented the unimodal variable trend, with a peak in the mid altitude(700m-900m). The species richness and Shannon Wiener index of different layer were ranked as shrub layer (include young tree and the plants between layers)>arbor layer>herb layer. The species richness of tree and shrub layer, and Shannon Wiener index of tree layer were significantly different between at transects, and trends of altitude gradient was similar to community. The Shannon Wiener index of shrub layer and herb layer, and the species richness of herb layer did not change significantly along elevation gradient. Therefore, plant species diversity distribution pattern presented a unimodal variable trend along an elevation gradient, and supported “mid domain model” in EBLFs of Meihuashan National Nature Reserve.  相似文献

Present study was designed to determine the microbial diversity from three distinctive sites (amended with vermicompost) of Gujarat, India. A set of 76 strains were screened from total of 438 strains that exhibit plant growthpromoting (PGP) and antagonistic potential isolated from sites PS1 (Mehsana district), BS2 (Dantiwada district) and VS3 (Gandhinagar district). Their diversity indices were studied for determining the species richness and evenness of screened isolates. Results revealed that site BS2 showed the most significant diversity indices in terms of Shannon (H′ 1.525) and Simpson (1/D 5.120) than other two samples. Principal component analysis showed that bacterial diversity (H′) was correlated with the soil characteristics. Chickpea and groundnut plants inoculated with MBCU1 and MBCU3 isolates showed an increase in the vegetative growth parameters that evaluate plant growth when compared to uninoculated controls. Strains MBCU1 and MBCU3 were identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri and Pseudomonas mosselii, respectively, according to sequence analysis of the 16S rRNA gene. These both isolates belong to site BS2 and they showed specific PGP traits suggesting that these isolates can promote plant growth by more than one mechanism with respect to their higher diversity index.  相似文献

为研究气候变暖背景下森林群落草本层植物物种多样性对温度升高的响应及其随海拔、纬度的空间分布格局,按照纬度梯度选择吕梁山系北段的管涔山和南段的五鹿山为研究区,并在每个山地的不同海拔梯度(高、中、低)分别设置对照(CK)、低度增温(OTC1)和高度增温(OTC2) 3种试验样地。于2017年植被生长季对植物多度、频度、盖度、高度进行调查,计算物种多样性指数(Simpson指数、Shannon指数、Pielou指数、Patrick指数)。结果表明:(1)吕梁山森林群落草本层植物物种多样性随海拔呈"v型"变化格局,即在中间海拔梯度处最低,且海拔梯度对各多样性指数的影响均达到极显著水平(P0.01)。(2)物种多样性随纬度升高呈递增趋势(P0.05),即较高纬度山地具有较高的物种多样性。(3)物种多样性随温度升高整体呈递减趋势(P0.05),即温度升高可抑制林下草本层植物物种多样性。(4)在增温处理下,五鹿山草本植物的Simpson指数、Shannon指数和Patrick指数呈递减趋势,Pielou指数先降低后升高;管涔山草本植物的Simpson指数、Shannon指数和Pielou指数先增加后减小,Patrick指数呈递增趋势。整体来说,在吕梁山较低海拔,持续增温会使物种多样性降低;在中等海拔,物种多样性随温度升高呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势;在较高海拔,适度增温可提高物种多样性,持续增温则抑制多样性。因此,增温对吕梁山森林群落草本植物物种多样性的影响随海拔升高整体呈下降趋势。  相似文献

The study focused on modelling of macropyte indices against physico-chemical parameters of waters by artificial neural networks. Several macrophyte diversity indices were analysed (species richness—N, the Shannon index—H′, the Simpson index—D, and the Pielou index—J) as well as the ecological status index (the Macrophyte Index for Rivers—MIR). The aim of the study was to verify knowledge about potential application of macrophytes in the environmental monitoring. A Multi-Layer Perceptron type of network was used in the analyses. The study included 260 river sites located throughout Poland. Alkalinity, conductivity, pH, nitrate and ammonium nitrogen, reactive and total phosphorus, and biochemical oxygen demand were used as the explanatory variables. The quality of the constructed models was assessed using calculated errors (RMSE and NRMSE) and r Pearson’s linear correlation coefficient. The neural network for the MIR index was characterised by the highest quality. Neural networks for other diversity indices (N, H′, D, and J) did not provide adequate results for modelling, which shows their ineffectiveness biological monitoring. Sensitivity analysis revealed the influence of each variable to the models. It indicated that modelled values of MIR are most strongly influenced by total phosphorus and alkalinity.  相似文献

Lake Chaohu is one of the most eutrophic lakes in China. Research on this lake's seasonal and spatial variations in phytoplankton diversity is needed to understand the distribution of eutrophication, as well as to find appropriate comprehensive biodiversity indices to assess the eutrophication status of the lake. The present study indicated that the Margalef index of all samples was as low as 0.799 ± 0.543 in summer (August 2011) and as high as 1.467 ± 0.653 in winter (February 2012). The Margalef index of the river samples had a high mean value and substantial variation compared with the lake samples. The Peilou index of the lake samples was higher than that of the river samples in summer and autumn (November 2011) but lower than that of the river samples in winter. In spring (May 2012), the Peilou index of the western samples was lower than that of the eastern samples. The spatial distribution of the Shannon–Wiener index was more similar to that of the Peilou index in autumn and winter, while in spring and summer, the spatial distribution was affected by both species richness and evenness. High eutrophication levels occurred in the western lake in spring and summer, whereas high levels occurred in the eastern lake, especially in the middle of the lake, in autumn and winter. The total trophic state index (TSI) in all samples exhibited a significant negative correlation with the Margalef (r = −0.726) and Peilou (r = −0.530) indices but a significant positive correlation with the Shannon–Wiener (r = 0.654) index. The partial correlation analysis results implied that these phytoplankton biodiversity indices could serve as synthetic ecological indicators to assess the eutrophication condition of Lake Chaohu.  相似文献

基于西双版纳20hm2森林动态监测样地内直径≥1cm的树种资料,分析了该样地树种香农多样性指数和辛普森多样性指数及其方差和变异系数在7个取样尺度(5m×5m、10m×10m、20m×20m、25m×25m、50m×50m、100m×100m、200m×250m)的变化规律,结果表明:(1)香农指数-面积曲线在尺度100m×100m有一个峰值,而辛普森指数-面积曲线在尺度为20m×20m有一个峰值。(2)香农指数和辛普森指数的方差随尺度的增加而减小,其中香农指数的方差在尺度100m×100m上最小,辛普森指数在尺度20m×20m方差最小,表明香农多样性指数在100m×100m的尺度上所获得的多样性信息比较可靠,而辛普森指数在20m×20m的尺度上所获得信息比较可靠。(3)多样性指数的方差和变异系数远大于随机模型拟合的数值,说明样地内树种不是随机分布。  相似文献

为全面了解红松林土壤微生物碳源利用特点,以长白山海拔700~1100 m红松林0~5和5~10 cm表土为研究对象,采用Biolog微平板法,分析了土壤微生物功能多样性沿海拔的垂直分布特征和变化规律.结果表明: 不同海拔红松林土壤微生物功能多样性差异显著,平均每孔颜色变化率(AWCD)随培养时间延长而增加,同一深度土层的AWCD值随海拔升高而降低;Shannon、Simpson和McIntosh多样性指数也随海拔升高呈现下降趋势,且不同海拔间3个多样性指数差异显著;物种多样性和功能多样性表现出相同的变化规律.土壤微生物对6大类碳源利用强度存在差异,各海拔土壤微生物对氨基酸类碳源利用率最高,为优势碳源;主成分分析表明,不同海拔土壤微生物在碳源利用上有明显的空间分异,土壤微生物功能多样性垂直地带性差异主要体现在对碳水类、氨基酸类和羧酸类碳源的利用上,其中碳水类尤为突出.对不同海拔土壤微生物群落功能多样性聚类分析表明,样地植被组成会对土壤微生物组成和功能活性产生重要影响.  相似文献

The role of the microbial communities in the classical planktonic food web and its response to eutrophication in shallow lakes is still contradictory. Mediterranean shallow lakes with different eutrophication levels were sampled to study the influence of eutrophication on the microbial food web (MFW) and their contribution to the planktonic food web. Percentage of ciliate biomass in the metazooplankton (MZP) showed a U-shaped trend with eutrophication, with maximum at both ends of the chlorophyll-a (Chla) gradient. The MZP to phytoplankton ratio demonstrated a unimodal pattern with minimum values at the two ends of the Chla gradient and maximum values in the Chla range 5-10 μg l?1. In contrast, the MFW to phytoplankton ratio reached its minimum in the central part of the Chla gradient and maximum values at the extremes of the gradient. These patterns support the hypothesis that the relative importance of bacteria and ciliates is lowest in mesotrophic shallow lakes, and highest in oligotrophic and hypereutrophic systems. These results stress the importance of protozoan in the trophic web, and indicate it is essential to include this group, especially ciliates, when quantifying zooplankton in warm shallow lakes.  相似文献

The potential interactions between the bloom-forming dinoflagellates and other phytoplankton during the algal bloom cycle are interesting, while the causes for the phytoplankton community changes were not fully understood. We hypothesized that phytoplankton community structure and photosynthetic activities of total phytoplankton have their special characteristics in different phases of the algal blooms. To test this hypothesis, a survey covering the process of a Prorocentrum donghaiense bloom in coastal waters between Dongtou and Nanji Islands was carried out from 9 to 20 May 2016, and the changes in the phytoplankton community and photosynthetic activities of total phytoplankton were determined. Surface seawater was sampled for microscopic analysis of phytoplankton composition and pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) chlorophyll fluorescence analysis of photosynthetic activities of the total phytoplankton species. A total of 25, 31, and 19 phytoplankton species were identified in its growth (9–12 May), maintenance (13–18 May) and dissipation phases (19–20 May), respectively. Diatoms were dominant in terms of species number while dinoflagellates were predominant at cell abundance. Dinoflagellates were the major dominant species during three phases of the bloom based on the dominance (Y) value, whereas the dominant species extended to dinoflagellates and diatoms including P. donghaiense, Coscinodiscus argus, Gonyaulax spinifera, Cyclotella sp. and Scrippsiella trochoidea in the dissipation phase. In the maintenance phase, the average cell abundances of the total phytoplankton and P. donghaiense were consistent with the chlorophyll a (Chla) concentration in the seawater; for the diversity indices of total phytoplankton species, Simpson index (C) was the highest while Shannon index (H′) and Pielou evenness index (J′) were the lowest. Furthermore, photosynthetic activities of the total phytoplankton species represented by the effective quantum yield (Fq'/Fm') and the maximum relative electron transport rate (rETRmax) in the maintenance phase were higher than those in the growth and dissipation phases. The results indicated that the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and photosynthetic activities could be regarded as criteria in predicting the phases of algal blooms.  相似文献

This study applies six macrozoobenthos-based biotic indices in the shallow coastal waters along the Algerian coast (southern Mediterranean Sea) to establish a reference situation for future use. These shallow fine sand communities were sampled in seven bays along the Algerian coast during the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s. For the first time, some of the benthic indices used nowadays in Europe for the implementation of the WFD and/or in North America for the Clean Water Act were used to analyze the data collected twenty years ago in order to assess the biological quality status of the Algerian shallow fine sand communities and to provide ecological classifications for the fine sand community along the Algerian coast. The faunal composition showed that the fine sand communities belonged to a Well-Calibrated Fine Sand (WCFS) biocenosis characterized by high species richness and high H′ Shannon-Weaver diversity, with moderate abundance levels only. In the bays of Fetzara, Jijel, Bejaia, Bou Ismail and Arzew (though not in bays of Algiers and Oran), H′ is >4.5, which implies highly diversified communities. The results of the six benthic indices (H′, AMBI, M-AMBI, BENTIX, BOPA and ITI) suggest that good and high quality status assessments are prevalent in all seven bays for the benthic shallow sand communities along the Algerian coast. Nevertheless, the effect of pollution was observed at a small number of sites in the Arzew, Oran and Algiers bays. For example, in Algiers Bay, an east-west quality gradient revealed the effect of organic matter input.  相似文献

The composition and diversity of fungal communities associated with three endangered orchid species, Hadrolaelia jongheana, Hoffmannseggella caulescens, and Hoffmannseggella cinnabarina, found in different vegetation formations of the Atlantic Forest were determined by constructing clone libraries and by applying diversity and richness indices. Our results demonstrated the presence of Basidiomycetes. Sebacinales (81.61 %) and Cantharellales (12.10 %) were the dominant orders and are potential candidates for orchid mycorrhizal fungi. The Ascomycetes identified included the Helotiales (29.31 %), Capnodiales (18.10 %), and Sordariales (10.34 %), among others. These orders may represent potentially endophytic fungi. A Shannon–Wiener diversity index (H′) analysis showed a relatively high fungal community diversity associated with these tropical orchids. This diversity may offer greater flexibility in terms of the adaptation of the plants to changing environmental conditions and the potential facilitation of reintroduction programs. The Simpson diversity index values showed that all of the libraries included dominant species, and a LIBSHUFF analysis showed that the fungal communities were structurally different from each other, suggesting an influence of local factors on this diversity. This study offers important information for the development of conservation strategies for threatened and endemic species of Brazilian flora in an important and threatened hotspot.  相似文献

The purpose of this analysis was to empirically model and graphically illustrate the numerical relationships between richness (S, 4–35 species) and evenness (E) with respect to Shannon–Wiener index (H′, loge-based) values. Thirty-two richness-based third-order polynomial regression models (R > 0.99, P < 0.001, n = 28–71) were constructed to characterize these relationships. A composite diagram showed richness varied curvilinearly, with steepness increasing and the spacing between curves decreasing with greater evenness and H′. Maximum H′ values for each richness curve were equal to loge S (when E = 1), whereas minima were approximated by evenness values of ∼1/S (when H = 0). It was concluded from multiple and polynomial regression analyses that: (i) evenness contributed more than richness (E:S ≥3:1) to determining H′, based on standardized partial beta-coefficients; (ii) the differential in E:S ratios increased with greater richness; (iii) the patterns of H′ sample variation between maximum unevenness and perfect evenness was convexo-concave shaped; and (iv) richness as an explanatory variable of H′ was likely an artifact of evenness (0–1 scale) being rescaled according to individual H′ maxima. H′ was redefined as a logarithm-weighted measure of evenness at a given level of richness, which means H′ is either an imperfect index of diversity or a biased measure of evenness. It was also found that the fundamental components of the Shannon–Wiener index measure dominance concentration rather than evenness, with the reversal in emphasis due to multiplication of the H′ equation by −1. H′-derived effective species numbers (exp H′, D) increasingly deviated from those of the diversity model D = S × E in response to increasing richness (up to 69% for 35 species), particularly when evenness was between 0.15 and 0.40. Of two cross-validated H′ prediction methods (P < 0.001, n = 325), the collective use of individual richness-based polynomial regression equations (r = 0.954) was better than a single multiple regression model that incorporated a broad spectrum of richness levels (r = 0.882). A simple graphic model was constructed to illustrate patterns of evenness variation as a function of changing richness and H′ values. Based on the identified biases, particularly E:S ratios, it was recommended that use of H′ be discontinued as a basis for assessing diversity in ecological research or, at the very least, accompanied by independent analyzes of richness and evenness.  相似文献

This study aimed at comparing the results obtained by processing a series of data according to several diversity indices (Simpson, Berger-Parker, Margalef, Menhinick, McIntosh, Shannon) and one similarity index (Jaccard) with those obtained from two biotic indices (Trent River Biotic Index, Extended Biotic Index). In addition, Cody's index was adopted to measure the species turnover along the stream gradient. The source of the data was a study of the seasonal variations of macroinvertebrates from the Ravella stream (Como Province, Northern Italy). The conclusions are the following. There is clearly a certain connection between the organic debris in the habitat, the abundance of individuals and the decrease in the diversity value of the macroinvertebrate association. The species turnover along the stream gradient is rapid which is due, in addition to birth and death rates, to the fact that most of the insects emerge as terrestrial adults. The species abundance distribution is a very simple and powerful tool for describing and comparing the species diversity from different sampling stations. Any type of monitoring (e.g., biotic indices, diversity indices) is useful in comparing non-polluted and heavily polluted environments. Conversely, small differences between species associations are better highlighted if diversity indices with high discriminant ability (e.g., Simpson's index) or species abundance distribution are used rather than biotic indices.  相似文献

The impacts of small hydropower plants (SHPs) on zooplankton assemblages were investigated in six cascaded SHPs along the Xiangxi River in October 2005. Five sites were sampled at each SHP. Fifty-six rotifer species which belong to 21 genera of 13 families and a nauplius species were identified in this study. Most rotifers were benthic species. The dominant rotifer species were Rotaria tardigrada, R. rotatoria, Philodina erythrophthalma, Colurella adriati, C. uncinata, Cephalodella catellina, Euchlanus dilatata, Lecane crenata and Keratella cochlearis. The Jaccard similarity index among these sections was very low, ranging from 24.33 to 58.54. The chlorophyll a (Chl a) of phytoplankton ranged from 0.37 to 1.22 ug/l, and the highest appeared in Xiaodangyang SHP. The richness, Simpson, Shannon–Wiener and Margalef diversity indices of zooplankton ranged in 4.8–21.4, 0.53–0.89, 1.12–2.58 and 0.42–1.64, respectively. In Xiangxi River, zooplankton density was low, no more than 9000 ind./m3, and the highest was observed at the down section of the river, while the lowest was at the up section of the river. Nevertheless, the richness and density in Xiaodangyang SHP were very high, only second to those in Zhaojun SHP. Apart from Xiaodangyang SHP, richness and diversity indices of zooplankton increased gradually from the upstream to the downstream. Xiangxi River was disturbed by human activities due to the cascaded development of SHPs. From Xiaodangyang SHP to Cangpinghe SHP, the richness and diversity indices of zooplankton were relatively higher at Site 3, whereas in Houzibao SHP and Zhaojun SHP, the lowest were at Site 3. The dam of SHP had significant effects on the zooplankton community. The outlet of SHP had no effect on the zooplankton community.  相似文献

Biodiversity index based on species richness and evenness has been a frequently used measure to describe phytoplankton community composition and the impact of water pollution on biotic components, despite it could not reflect clearly the impact of a particular species on the structure and function of phytoplankton community. On the contrary, an index based on the niche theory has been developed and used to elucidate the changes of phytoplankton community with the alteration of species composition under various levels of water quality. Through comparison on the Shannon–Wiener biodiversity index (H′) and the community pollution value (CPV), this paper depicted the algal species composition change along the gradation of water quality and quantified the impact of species composition on the structure and function of a freshwater phytoplankton community in four urban lakes in central China. This study found that not only CPV could indicate water pollution status but also the fluctuation of CPV along water pollution gradient could show the influence of dominant species composition on community function. The comparison between Shannon–Wiener biodiversity index and CPV shows that the presence of dominant species sustains the stability and the succession of phytoplankton community under the changing water environments. The results of this study indicate that the combination of biodiversity index and CPV can provide a systematic way to understand biotic interactions and species responses to altered habitats at the community level. Most importantly, these indicators will provide valuable information for lake management and restoration practices.  相似文献

In order to test the response of phytoplankton to anthropogenic pressure, data of chlorophyll a concentration, phytoplankton abundance, and composition are analyzed in relation to anthropogenic pressure gradient and environmental variables such as temperature, salinity and nutrients. Investigated sites encompassed wide tropic range according to a preliminary determination of anthropogenic pressure, quantified through the LUSI index. Statistical analyses indicated nitrates and silicates as proxies of freshwater influence, and phytoplankton single metrics such as concentrations of chlorophyll a and abundances as indicators of anthropogenic pressure. Boundary values for different water quality classes for coastal waters under indirect freshwater influence (Type II) are obtained according to gradient between concentration of chlorophyll a and pressure index (LUSI), which empirically fit to exponential equation. The response of phytoplankton diversity was not linear, as the highest diversity was observed in the area with intermediate disturbance level. CCA analysis identified Skeletonema marinoii, Scrippsiella trochoidea, Guinardia flaccida, Leptocylindrus spp., Prorocentrum spp., Proboscia alata, Eutreptiella spp., and Pseudonitzschia spp. as local eutrophication indicators, whose abundances increased with nutrients loads.  相似文献

Studies on assemblages of freshwater fishes along elevational gradients of rivers are lacking, even in Europe. In this paper we have explored the entire range of elevational gradients existing in the European part of Russia. We analyzed how fish biodiversity (species richness, abundance, diversity indices) at 435 river sites differed by elevation. The impact of elevation on the distribution of freshwater fish species was analyzed using regression and ordination methods. For the first time for a large area of Eastern Europe, optimum points and niche breadth for fish species along altitude gradients were estimated. Our analyses showed: (1) species richness and Shannon index decreased in the upper part of the gradient; fish abundance showed a unimodal response to elevation; highest numbers were found at elevations between 250 and 500 m; (2) ordination analysis demonstrated an upstream-downstream gradient of the fish assemblages; (3) regression analysis showed significant preferences for elevation by 19 species, all of which were monotonic; (4) optimum and niche breadth (tolerance) were highly variable between species; only five species (brown trout, grayling, common minnow, bullhead and stone loach) were encountered at elevations above 650 m; and (5) in our region, the habitat of grayling was higher in the mountains, and its abundance (numbers) at extreme elevations was greater, than brown trout. These results show how fish assemblages differ with elevation. Our findings identify the data that can be used for regional environmental monitoring of the state of small rivers and for aquatic conservation.  相似文献

 从种—多度关系和物种多样性对高寒草甸和高寒灌丛在不同放牧强度下群落结构特性的分析表明,种在群落中的相对重要性发生了变化,种相对多度的分布模式符合对数正态分布,并随放牧强度的变化显示出有规律的改变;同时,表示群落结构特性的指数(Simpson多样性指数λ、Shannon信息多样性指数H′、McIntosh多样性指数Dmc、均匀性指数E和物种丰富度指数R)值在各放牧强度群落间却未表现出统计学上的显著差异(P>0.05)。这表明在有些情况下单纯对物种多样性等指数值的比较并不一定能准确地反映出群落结构上的变化,同时也证实了West关于多样性指数值保持不变或近似但群落结构可能发生变化的推断。  相似文献
