Expression of the granzyme B inhibitors, human proteinase inhibitor 9 (PI-9), or the murine orthologue, serine proteinase inhibitor 6 (SPI-6), confers resistance to CTL or NK killing by perforin- and granzyme-dependent effector mechanisms. In light of prior studies indicating that virally infected hepatocytes are selectively resistant to this CTL effector mechanism, the present studies investigated PI-9 and SPI-6 expression in hepatocytes and hepatoma cells in response to adenoviral infection and to cytokines produced during antiviral immune responses. Neither PI-9 nor SPI-6 expression was detected by immunoblotting in uninfected murine or human hepatocytes. Similarly, human Huh-7 hepatoma cells were found to express only very low levels of PI-9 relative to levels detected in perforin- and granzyme-resistant CTL or lymphokine-activated killer cells. Following in vivo adenoviral infection or in vitro culture with IFN-alphabeta or IFN-gamma, SPI-6 expression was induced in murine hepatocytes. Similarly, after culture with IFN-alpha, induction of PI-9 mRNA and protein expression was observed in human hepatocytes and Huh-7 cells. IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha also induced 4- to 10-fold higher levels of PI-9 mRNA expression in Huh-7 cells, whereas levels of mRNA encoding a related serine proteinase inhibitor, proteinase inhibitor 8, were unaffected by culture of Huh-7 cells with IFN-alpha, IFN-gamma, or TNF-alpha. These findings indicate that cytokines that promote antiviral cytopathic responses also regulate expression of the cytoprotective molecules, PI-9 and SPI-6, in hepatocytes that are potential targets of CTL and NK effector mechanisms.  相似文献

The isolated reactive site beta-hairpin loop of Bowman-Birk-type proteinase inhibitors has become a widely studied proteinomimetic because it retains the three-dimensional structure and much of the inhibitory potency of the corresponding region of the complete protein. Here we analyse the role of the P1' Ser residue which is highly conserved and intramolecularly hydrogen bonded in the complete proteins. A combined kinetic and structural analysis of variant proteinomimetic peptides demonstrates that the hydrogen-bond potential of the side-chain oxygen atom of the P1' Ser is not essential for the integrity of the reactive site loop and that it provides only a small contribution to the trypsin affinity and no apparent contribution to the stability against tryptic turnover. We conclude that the potential of the P1' side chain to engineer improved inhibition and selectivity for serine proteinases is best explored further in concert with the side chains of the P2 and P5' residues which may interact or compete for the same space.  相似文献

The role of the P2' residue in proteinase inhibitors of the Bowman-Birk family was investigated using synthetic cyclic peptides based on the reactive site loop of the inhibitor. A series of 21 variants having different P2' residues was tested for inhibition of trypsin, and the rate at which they were hydrolysed by this enzyme was also measured. Variation at P2' was found to result in marked differences in inhibitory potency, with the best sequence (Ile) having a Ki value of 9 nM. Peptides with P2' Gly, Pro or Glu failed to demonstrate any measurable inhibition (Ki>1 mM). The peptides also displayed significant differences in the rates at which they were hydrolysed, which varied by over three orders of magnitude between the difference sequences. There was found to be overall correlation between the Ki value and the rate of hydrolysis, with peptides that inhibited best also being hydrolysed more slowly. The results are discussed in light of the sequence information for Bowman-Birk inhibitor proteins.  相似文献

Proteinase inhibitor 9 (PI-9) inhibits caspase-1 (interleukin (IL)-1beta-converting enzyme) and granzyme B, thereby regulating production of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1beta and susceptibility to granzyme B-induced apoptosis. We show that cellular PI-9 mRNA and protein are induced by IL-1beta, lipopolysaccharide, and 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate. We identified functional imperfect nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) sites at -135 and -88 and a consensus activator protein-1 (AP-1) site at -308 in the PI-9 promoter region. Using transient transfections in HepG2 cells to assay PI-9 promoter mutations, we find that mutational ablation of the AP-1 site or of either NF-kappaB site reduces IL-1beta-induced expression of PI-9 by approximately 60%. Mutational ablation of the two NF-kappaB sites and of the AP-1 site nearly abolishes both basal and IL-1beta-induced expression of PI-9. Nuclear extracts from IL-1beta-treated HepG2 cells exhibited strong, IL-1beta-inducible binding to the NF-kappaB sites and to the AP-1 site. Electrophoretic mobility shift assays show that after IL-1beta treatment c-Jun/c-Fos and JunD bind to the AP-1 site, whereas the p50/p65 heterodimer binds to the two NF-kappaB sites. Estrogens induce PI-9, but induction of PI-9 by estrogens and IL-1beta is not synergistic. In transiently transfected, estrogen receptor-positive HepG2ER7 cells, estrogens do not interfere with IL-1beta induction, whereas IL-1beta exhibits dose-dependent repression of estrogen-inducible PI-9 expression. Our surprising finding that the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1beta strongly induces PI-9 suggests a novel mechanism for regulating inflammation and apoptosis through a negative feedback loop controlling expression of the anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic protein, PI-9.  相似文献

The molecular interactions driving reactive center loop (RCL) insertion are of considerable interest in gaining a better understanding of the serpin inhibitory mechanism. Previous studies have suggested that interactions in the proximal hinge/breach region may be critical determinants of RCL insertion in serpins. In this study, conformational and functional changes in plasminogen activator inhibitor-2 (PAI-2) following incubation with a panel of synthetic RCL peptides indicated that the P14 residue is critical for RCL insertion, and hence inhibitory activity, in PAI-2. Only RCL peptides with a P14 threonine were able to induce the stressed to relaxed transition and abolish inhibitory activity in PAI-2, indicating that RCL insertion into beta-sheet A of PAI-2 is dependent upon this residue. The recently solved crystal structure of relaxed PAI-2 (PAI-2.RCL peptide complex) allowed detailed analysis of molecular interactions involving P14 related to RCL insertion. Of most interest is the rearrangement of hydrogen bonding around the breach region that accompanies the stressed to relaxed transition, in particular the formation of a side chain hydrogen bond between the threonine at P14 and an adjacent tyrosine on strand 2 of beta-sheet B in relaxed PAI-2. Structural alignment of known serpin sequences showed that this pairing (or the equivalent serine/threonine pairing) is highly conserved ( approximately 87%) in inhibitory serpins and may represent a general structural basis for serpin inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Granzyme B is the prototypic member of the granzymes, a family of trypsin-like serine proteinases localized in the dense cytoplasmic granules of activated natural killer cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Granzyme B directly triggers apoptosis in target cells by activating the caspase pathway, and has been implicated in the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis. Human granzyme B expressed in a baculovirus system has been crystallized without inhibitor and its structure has been determined to 3.1 A resolution, after considerably improving the diffraction power of the crystals by controlled humidity changes. The granzyme B structure reveals an overall fold similar to that found in cathepsin G and human chymase. The guanidinium group of Arg226, anchored at the back of the S1-specificity pocket, can form a salt bridge with the P1-Asp side chain of a bound peptide substrate. The architecture of the substrate binding site of granzyme B appears to be designed to accommodate and cleave hexapeptides such as the sequence Ile-Glu-Thr-Asp-/Ser-Gly present in the activation site of pro-caspase-3, a proven physiological substrate of granzyme B. These granzyme B crystals, with fully accessible active sites, are well suited for soaking with small synthetic inhibitors that might be used for a treatment of chronic inflammatory disorders.  相似文献

The contribution of the P1' residue at the first reactive site of peanut protease inhibitor B-III to the inhibition was analyzed by replacement of the P1' Arg(11) with other amino acids (Arg, Ser, Ala, Leu, Phe, Asp) after selective modification of the second reactive site. The Arg derivative had the same trypsin inhibitory activity as the native inhibitor (Ki = 2 X 10(-9) M). The Ser derivative inhibited more weakly (Ki = 2 X 10(-8) M). The Ala and Leu derivatives inhibited trypsin very weakly (Ki = 2 X 10(-7) M and 4 X 10(-7) M, respectively), and the Phe and Asp derivatives not at all. These results suggest that the P1' arginine residue is best for inhibitory activity at the first reactive site of B-III, although it has been suggested that a P1' serine residue at the reactive site is best for inhibitory activity of Bowman-Birk type inhibitors.  相似文献

The P1' Ser(50) at the second reactive site of soybean protease inhibitor C-II was replaced with arginine to confirm the contribution of this residue to the inhibition. The Arg derivative had less trypsin inhibitory activity (Ki = 1 X 10(-7) M) than the Ser derivative (Ki = 2 X 10(-8) M), in contrast to the results obtained from studies on peanut protease inhibitor B-III reported in the previous paper (J. Biochem. 101, 723-728 (1987)). These results suggest that each Bowman-Birk type inhibitor has an amino acid at the P1' position inherently best suited to maintaining its inhibitory activity, and that serine is not unique for the P1' amino acid in Bowman-Birk type inhibitors.  相似文献

Proteinase inhibitor 9 (PI-9, SerpinB9) is the only known human intracellular granzyme B inhibitor. Whether expression of PI-9 is sufficient to block cytolysis induced by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and natural killer (NK) cells remains controversial. To evaluate the roles of PI-9, we isolated and tested three lines of stably transfected HeLa cells expressing wild-type PI-9 and one line expressing an inactive mutant PI-9. Expressions of wild-type PI-9, but not the inactive mutant PI-9, inhibited cytolysis induced by human NK92 and NKL natural killer cells. Expression of high levels of PI-9 is therefore sufficient to protect human cells against NK cell-mediated cell death. Using two assays, we show that expressing wild-type PI-9, but not the inactive mutant PI-9, blocks Fas/Fas ligand (Fas/FasL)-mediated apoptosis. PI-9 expression has no effect on etoposide-induced apoptosis. HeLa cells exhibiting substantial resistance to Fas/FasL-mediated apoptosis contain 2- to 3-fold higher PI-9 levels than HCT116 human colon cancer cells and 2- to 3-fold lower PI-9 levels than MCF7/ERHA breast cancer cells, in which PI-9 is strongly induced by estrogens, and by tamoxifen. Expression of increasing levels of PI-9 in target cells may progressively inhibit immune surveillance by blocking NK and CTL-induced cytotoxicity through the perforin/granzyme pathway and then through the Fas/FasL pathway.  相似文献

Residues 386-423 of the rat brain serotonin transporter (SERT) are predicted to form a hydrophilic loop connecting transmembrane spans 7 and 8 (extracellular loop 4 or EL4). EL4 has been hypothesized to play a role in conformational changes associated with substrate translocation. To more fully investigate EL4 structure and function, we performed cysteine-scanning mutagenesis and methanethiosulfonate (MTS) accessibility studies on these 38 residues. Four EL4 mutants (M386C, R390C, G402C, and L405C) showed very low transport activities, low cell surface expression, and strong inhibition by MTS reagents, indicating high structural and functional importance. Twelve mutants were sensitive to very low MTS concentrations, indicating positions highly exposed to the aqueous environment. Eleven mutants were MTS-insensitive, indicating positions that were either buried in EL4 structure or functionally unimportant. The patterns of sensitivity to mutation and MTS reagents were used to produce a structural model of EL4. Positions 386-399 and 409-421 are proposed to form alpha-helices, connected by nine consecutive MTS-sensitive positions, within which four positions, 402-405, may form a turn or hinge. The presence of serotonin changed the MTS accessibility of cysteines at nine positions, while cocaine, a non-transportable blocker, did not affect accessibility. Serotonin-induced accessibility changes required both Na(+) and Cl(-), indicating that they were associated with active substrate translocation. With the exception of a single mutant, F407C, neither mutation to cysteine nor treatment with MTS reagents affected SERT affinities for serotonin or the cocaine analog beta-CIT. These studies support the role of EL4 in conformational changes occurring during translocation and show that it does not play a direct role in serotonin binding.  相似文献

The human squamous cell carcinoma antigens (SCCA) 1 and 2 are members of the serpin family that are 92% identical in their amino acid sequence. Despite this similarity, they inhibit distinct classes of proteinases. SCCA1 neutralizes the papain-like cysteine proteinases, cathepsins (cat) S, L, and K; and SCCA2 inhibits the chymotrypsin-like serine proteinases, catG and human mast cell chymase. SCCA2 also can inhibit catS, as well as other papain-like cysteine proteinases, albeit at a rate 50-fold less than that of SCCA1. Analysis of the mechanism of inhibition by SCCA1 revealed that the reactive site loop (RSL) is important for cysteine proteinase inhibition. The inhibition of catS by a mutant SCCA2 containing the RSL of SCCA1 is comparable to that of wild-type SCCA1. This finding suggested that there were no motifs outside and only eight residues within the RSL that were directing catS-specific inhibition. The purpose of this study was to determine which of these residues might account for the marked difference in the ability of SCCA1 and SCCA2 to inhibit papain-like cysteine proteinases. SCCA2 molecules containing different RSL mutations showed that no single amino acid substitution could convert SCCA2 into a more potent cysteine proteinase inhibitor. Rather, different combinations of mutations led to incremental increases in catS inhibitory activity with residues in four positions (P1, P3', P4', and P11') accounting for 80% of the difference in activity between SCCA1 and SCCA2. Interestingly, the RSL cleavage site differed between wild-type SCCA2 and this mutant. Moreover, these data established the importance of a Pro residue in the P3' position for efficient inhibition of catS by both wild-type SCCA1 and mutated SCCA2. Molecular modeling studies suggested that this residue might facilitate positioning of the RSL within the active site of the cysteine proteinase.  相似文献

Activated polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) and macrophages generate oxidizing agents similar to or identical with N-chloroamines. Mimicking this oxidation in normal human plasma by usage of chloramine T (CT), we observed an oxidant concentration-dependent inactivating effect on plasma alpha 2-plasmin inhibitor (alpha 2-PI), antithrombin III (AT III), and alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor (alpha 1-PI). 20-50 mumol CT/ml plasma are necessary for almost complete inactivation of alpha 2-PI and AT III-activity, i.e. about 2-5 times the dose necessary for inactivation of alpha 1-PI which has already been classified as "oxidant sensitive". The inactivation of alpha 1-PI, alpha 2-PI and AT III in plasma by oxidants is the result of a specific oxidative damage since C1-inhibitor, serine proteinases and complexes of plasmin and alpha 2-PI were chloramine resistant under the conditions used. According to our results, the amount of chloramines released by 1 x 10(6) activated PMN, namely ca. 10 nmol (see Weiss et al. Science 222 625-628, 1983) would be sufficient to destroy alpha 1-PI and alpha 2-PI activity of 1.5 and 0.4 microliter of human plasma, respectively. Consequently, activated leukocytes may be able to create a microenvironment in which elastase as well as plasmin and thrombin can display their proteolytic activity unchecked by their regulator proteins. Oxidation may provide a general basis for altering enzyme/inhibitor balances.  相似文献

Human plasma serine proteinase inhibitors (serpins) gradually lost activity when incubated with catalytic amounts of snake venom or bacterial metalloproteinases. Electrophoretic analyses indicated that antithrombin III, C1-inhibitor, and alpha 2-antiplasmin had been converted by limited proteolysis into modified species which retained inhibitory activity. Further proteolytic attack resulted in the formation of inactivated inhibitors; alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor (alpha 1-antitrypsin) and alpha 1-antichymotrypsin were also enzymatically inactivated, but active intermediates were not detected. Sequence analyses indicated that the initial, noninactivating cleavage occurred in the amino-terminal region of the inhibitors. Inactivation resulted in all cases from the limited proteolysis of a single bond near, but not at, the reactive site bond in the carboxy-terminal region of the inhibitors. The results indicate that the serpins have two regions which are susceptible to limited proteolysis--one near the amino-terminal end and another in the exposed reactive site loop of the inhibitor.  相似文献

The active sites of all bacterial and vertebrate dihydrofolate reductases that have been examined have a tryptophan residue near the binding sites for NADPH and dihydrofolate. In cases where the three-dimensional structure has been determined by X-ray crystallography, this conserved tryptophan residue makes hydrophobic and van der Waals interactions with the nicotinamide moiety of bound NADPH, and its indole nitrogen interacts with the C4 oxygen of bound folate through a bridge provided by a bound water molecule. We have addressed the question of why even the very conservative replacement of this tryptophan by phenylalanine does not seem to occur naturally. Human dihydrofolate reductase with this replacement of tryptophan by phenylalanine has increased rate constants for dissociation of substrates and products and a considerably decreased rate of hydride transfer. These cause some changes in steady-state kinetic behavior, including substantial increases in Michaelis constants for NADPH and dihydrofolate, but there is also a 3-fold increase in kcat. The branched mechanistic pathway for this enzyme has been completely defined and is sufficiently different from that of wild-type enzyme to cause changes in some transient-state kinetics. The most critical changes resulting from the amino acid substitution appear to be a 50% decrease in stability and a decrease in efficiency from 69% to 21% under intracellular conditions.  相似文献

Structural plasticity of mammalian cytochromes P450 (CYP) has recently been explored in our laboratory and elsewhere to understand the ligand-binding promiscuity. CYP2B4 exhibits very different conformations and thermodynamic signatures in binding the small inhibitor 4-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazole (4-CPI) versus the large bifonazole. Using four key active-site mutants (F296A, T302A, I363A, and V367L) that are involved in binding one or both inhibitors, we dissected the thermodynamic basis for the ability of CYP2B4 to bind substrates and inhibitors of different sizes and chemistry. In all cases, 1:1 binding stoichiometry was observed. The inhibitors 4-CPI, 1-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazole, and 1-(2-(benzyloxy)ethyl)imidazole bind to the mutants with a free energy difference (ΔΔG) of ∼ 0.5 to 1 kcal/mol compared with the wild type but with a large entropy-enthalpy compensation of up to 50 kcal/mol. The substrate testosterone binds to all four mutants with a ΔΔG of ∼ 0.5 kcal/mol but with as much as 40 kcal/mol of entropy-enthalpy compensation. In contrast, benzphetamine binding to V367L and F296A is accompanied by a ΔΔG of ∼ 1.5 and 3 kcal/mol, respectively. F296A, I363A, and V367L exhibit very different benzphetamine metabolite profiles, indicating the different substrate-binding orientations in the active site of each mutant. Overall, the findings indicate that malleability of the active site allows mammalian P450s to exhibit a high degree of thermodynamic fidelity in ligand binding.  相似文献

Amino acid insertions or substitutions were introduced into the poliovirus P1 capsid precursor at locations proximal to the two known Q-G cleavage sites to examine the role of the P4 residue in substrate processing by proteinase 3CD. Analysis of the processing profile of P1 precursors containing four-amino-acid insertions into the carboxy terminus of VP3 or a single-amino-acid substitution at the P4 position of the VP3-VP1 cleavage site demonstrates that substitution of the alanine residue in the P4 position of the VP3-VP1 cleavage site significantly affects cleavage at that site by proteinase 3CD. A single-amino-acid substitution at the P4 position of the VP0-VP3 cleavage site, on the other hand, has only a slight effect on 3CD-mediated processing at this cleavage site. Finally, analysis of six amino acid insertion mutations containing Q-G amino acid pairs demonstrates that the in vitro and in vivo selection of a cleavage site from two adjacent Q-G amino acid pairs depends on the presence of an alanine in the P4 position of the cleaved site. Our data provide genetic and biochemical evidence that the alanine residue in the P4 position of the VP3-VP1 cleavage site is a required substrate determinant for the recognition and cleavage of that site by proteinase 3CD and suggest that the P4 alanine residue may be specifically recognized by proteinase 3CD.  相似文献

A protein phylogenetic tree was constructed from 24 homologous proteinase inhibitor I sequences identified in the EMBUGenbank and Swiss-Prot databases and from translated amino acid data from four constitutive cDNA clones of proteinase inhibitor I characterized from potato tuber mRNA. The tree suggests that divergence of at least four paralogous proteins with functional specialization occurred at different times during the evolutionary history of the proteinase inhibitor I family. Five distinct regions in the primary structure, earlier identified by structural studies, were used to analyze the inhibitor family for hypervariability (Creighton and Darby, Trends Biochem Sci 14:319–324, 1989). Mutations did not occur with higher-than-random frequency within the proteinase binding region. When isoinhibitor, orthologous, or paralogous data subsets were subsequently analyzed the same results were obtained. Comparison of the amino acid sequences for all the known potato proteinase isoinhibitor I proteins identified ten highly variable sites. These also were distributed randomly. Thus hypervariability, which has been observed in all other serine proteinase inhibitor families to date, appears to be lacking in the proteinase inhibitor I family.  相似文献

A sequence-specific heparin pentasaccharide activates the serpin, antithrombin, to inhibit factor Xa through an allosteric mechanism, whereas full-length heparin chains containing this sequence further activate the serpin to inhibit thrombin by an alternative bridging mechanism. To test whether the factor Xa specificity of allosterically activated antithrombin is encoded in the serpin reactive center loop, we mutated the factor Xa-preferred P2 Gly to the thrombin-preferred P2 Pro. Kinetic studies revealed that the mutation maximally enhanced the reactivity of antithrombin with thrombin 15-fold and decreased its reactivity toward factor Xa 2-fold when the serpin was activated by heparin pentasaccharide, thereby transforming antithrombin into an allosterically activated inhibitor of both factor Xa and thrombin. Surprisingly, the enhanced thrombin specificity of the mutant antithrombin was attenuated when a full-length bridging heparin was the activator, due both to a reduced rate of covalent reaction of the mutant serpin and thrombin and preferred reaction of the mutant serpin as a substrate. These results demonstrate that the reactive center loop sequence determines the specificity of allosterically activated antithrombin for factor Xa and that the conformational flexibility of the P2 Gly may be critical for optimal bridging of antithrombin and thrombin by physiologic heparin and for preventing antithrombin from reacting as a substrate in the bridging complex.  相似文献

Human proteinase inhibitor 9 (PI-9/serpinB9) and the murine ortholog, serine proteinase inhibitor 6 (SPI-6/serpinb9) are members of a family of intracellular serine proteinase inhibitors (serpins). PI-9 and SPI-6 expression in immune-privileged cells, APCs, and CTLs protects these cells against the actions of granzyme B, and when expressed in tumor cells or virally infected hepatocytes, confers resistance to killing by CTL and NK cells. The present studies were designed to assess the existence of any correlation between granzyme B activity in intrahepatic lymphocytes and induction of hepatic SPI-6 expression. To this end, SPI-6, PI-9, and serpinB9 homolog expression was examined in response to IFN-alpha treatment and during in vivo adenoviral infection of the liver. SPI-6 mRNA expression increased 10- to 100-fold in the liver after IFN-alpha stimulation and during the course of viral infection, whereas no significant up-regulation of SPI-8 and <5-fold increases in other PI-9/serpinB9 homolog mRNAs was observed. Increased SPI-6 gene expression during viral infection correlated with influxes of NK cells and CTL. Moreover, IFN-alpha-induced up-regulation of hepatocyte SPI-6 mRNA expression was not observed in NK cell-depleted mice. Additional experiments using genetically altered mice either deficient in perforin or unable to process or express granzyme B indicated that SPI-6 is selectively up-regulated in hepatocytes in response to infiltration of the liver by NK cells that express perforin and enzymatically active granzyme B.  相似文献

A small amount of antitryptic activity is detectable in the supernatant of deproteinized human serum. Preincubation of serum with trypsin causes an increase in acid-stable antitryptic activity. This rise in activity depends on the inter alpha-trypsin inhibitor concentration. The native inhibitor present in normal sera, and in higher concentrations in sera of patients with nephropathies, and the trypsin-liberated inhibitor show immunological cross reaction with antibodies to the serum inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor. The two inhibitors differ in molecular weight and electrophoretic mobility. The physiological inhibitor (I-34), with a molecular weight of 34 000 and a high carbohydrate content, can be transformed by trypsin into an inhibitor (I-17) with a molecular weight of 17 000. This inhibitor is identical with the inhibitors liberated by trypsin from serum or from purified inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor. The acid-stable inhibitor from urine is identical with the physiological serum inhibitor. Analogously, this inhibitor is transformed by trypsin into the inhibitor with a molecular weight of 17 000. We conclude that the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor is the precursor of both the physiological and the trypsin-liberated inhibitor. By a mechanism as yet unknown, but most likely a limited proteolysis, the secreted inhibitor is liberated from the high molecular weight precursor. In contrast to the monospecific trypsin-inhibiting precursor, the physiological and artificially liberated inhibitors are trypsin/chymotrypsin/plasmin inhibitors.  相似文献
