The aim of the study was to evaluate the incidence of anaerobic bacteria in 198 patients with pleural empyema and the susceptibility of isolates to eight antibacterial agents. Isolates were identified by the Crystal anaerobes identification system, API System rapid ID 32 A and/or routine methods. Susceptibility was tested by Sceptor MIC system for anaerobic bacteria and limited agar dilution method. Anaerobic bacteria were found in 74.2% of the patients and included 247 strains within 21 genera. The predominant anaerobes were Gram-positive anaerobic cocci (52 isolates), Fusobacterium (51), microaerophilic streptococci (24), Prevotella (19) and Bacteroides species (11). Common species/groups were Fusobacterium nucleatum (in 27.2% of specimens yielding anaerobes), Micromonas micros (8.2%), Finegoldia magna (7.5%), Bacteroides fragilis group (6.8%), Peptostreptococcus anaerobius (6.1%) and F. necrophorum (5.4%). No resistance to chloramphenicol and ampicillin/sulbactam was detected. The susceptibility rates of Gram-negative anaerobic isolates to penicillin, cefoxitin, clindamycin, clarithromycin, metronidazole and tetracycline were 63.8%, 90.2%, 87.8%, 58.6%, 98.8% and 71%, and those of Gram-positive anaerobes were 79.2%, 100%, 84.3%, 68.4%, 41.9% and 75%, respectively. The wide diversity of isolated anaerobic genera and species and the susceptibility patterns of the isolates emphasize the role of the anaerobic microbiology in cases of pleural empyema.  相似文献

目的:探讨湖南某三甲医院重症监护病房(ICU)患者气管切开后肺部感染病原菌的类型及其耐药性,为临床经验性用药提供帮助。方法:回顾性分析ICU208例气管切开术后并发肺部感染患者的痰细菌培养及药物敏感性测定结果。结果:共分离出420株致病菌,革兰阴性菌293株,占69.76%,其中铜绿假单胞菌98株居首位;革兰阳性菌105株,占25.24%,其中金黄色葡萄球菌47株为最多;真菌占22株,占5.23%。分离出产超广谱B内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌87株,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)24株。所分离致病菌对常用抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药,且为多重耐药。结论:ICU气管切开患者肺部感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,耐药率高,临床应加强病原学监测,重视细菌的种类分布和耐药趋势,合理使用抗生素。  相似文献

This paper presents the influence of penicillin, erythromycin, oxytetracycline and streptomycin on aquatic microorganisms isolated from three reservoirs with varied extent of environmental pollution (Sulej6w Reservoir, Zegrze Reservoir and Vistula River). The experiments were conducted in especially prepared microcosms (aerated 151 aquariums). From among the examined antibiotics streptomycin showed the longest activity in the water environment (27 days), followed by oxytetracycline (22 days). Erythromycin had 13 days activity while the penicillin only 4 days. The highest number of bacteria was observed in the Vistula, fewer in Zegrze Reservoir. Sulejów Reservoir was characterized by the lowest number of bacteria. The strains isolated from Sulej6w Reservoir were characterized by higher degree of biodiversity than those from Zegrze Reservoir or Vistula River. The dominant genera were Pseudomonas (49%), followed by Acinetobacter (21%), Flavomonas (9%), Alcaligenes (9%), Vibrio, Moraxella and Oligella. The Vistula River was dominated by Aeromonas (88%) and Pseudomonas (12%) genera. The strains isolated from Sulej6w Reservoir were more sensitive to antibiotics than those from the much more polluted Vistula, this being evidenced by lower MIC and MBC values.  相似文献

Antilysozyme activity (ALA) as well as antibiotic resistance were detected in 133 microbial cultures isolated from bioptic specimens of the mucous membrane of the ulcerous and periulcerous zones, taken from patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer. In 85.7-94.7% of cases Gram positive cocci and in 62.5% of cases Gram-positive bacilli showed no ALA. 50% of Gram negative bacteria cultures lacked ALA, while the remaining 50% exhibited this activity, on the average, 2.36 +/- 1.40 mkg/ml. Lysozyme activity was determined in 33.3% of the isolated staphylococci strains both with and without ALA. Staphylococci isolated from the gastric mucosa of healthy controls had no ALA in 33.3% of cases, and in 66.7% of cases ALA was equal to 2 mkg/ml. Gram positive coccal microflora showed, mainly, high sensitivity to antibiotics. In Gram negative bacteria antibiotic resistance was determined in 44.3 +/- 21.2% of the isolates. In Gram negative microorganisms correlation between ALA and antibiotic resistance was observed. From the periulcerous zone of patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer persistence associated Gram negative microorganisms were mainly isolated.  相似文献

A methylene blue azide medium (MBA), developed by Schaedler, Dubos, and Costello to isolate enterococci from the gastrointestinal tract of animals, was evaluated. This was done by comparing the isolation of enterococci from feces and saliva on the medium. Fifty-two catalase-negative, gram-positive cocci from human feces isolated from MBA were classified as enterococci. All strains grew in S F, 6.5% NaCl, and streptomycin broths, and all fermented mannitol. The isolates were provisionally subdivided into Streptococcus faecalis and S. faecium groups. S. faecalis-like strains fermented glycerol and pyruvate aerobically and produced acid in Snyder's medium (initial pH, 4.8). The S. faecium group fermented raffinose. Among all strains, several tests were variable. These included growth at 45 C, in 0.1% tellurite and in methylene blue milk. Three methods were employed to isolate and identify enterococci from the oral cavity. Direct streaking of MBA with saliva failed to produce any growth on the medium. Two other methods, with the use of various selective broths to promote the recovery of oral enterococci, failed to produce any bacteria capable of growing on MBA. The MBA-isolated fecal strains and oral viridans streptococci were generally indistinguishable on Mitis-Salivarius and K F agars. In experiments with fecal material, no gram-negative bacilli were found among the isolates selected. The MBA medium was judged as a high selectivity-low yield medium, and may provide a means of separating fecal and nonfecal enterococci.  相似文献

Biofilm-producing bacteria were isolated from the urine of 19 patients with very rare metabolic disorders including: hyperlactacidaemia (8 cases), sugar intolerance and gammopathy (1 case), cystinuria (2 cases), Parkinson's disease (1 case), lipidaemia (2 cases), hyperaminoaciduria (1 case) and others (4 cases). A total of 34 strains were collected, Gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms were equally distributed among the slime-producing bacteria, with a prevalence of Staphylococcus epidermidis (30%) the most frequent microorganism isolated together with Escherichia coli and Proteus mirabilis that accounted for 15% of this group of strains. A quantitative assay of the biofilm production revealed that in Gram-positive pathogens it was three times greater than that observed in bacteria collected from patients not affected by metabolic diseases (p = 0.0001). In Gram-negative strains the biofilm synthesis was 2.2 times higher than those detected in the same bacteria isolated in the absence of metabolic disorders (p = 0.0033). The results observed indicate that biofilm production is enhanced in bacteria isolated from the urine of patients with metabolic disorders. It is suggested that unusual metabolites might facilitate pathogen production of biofilm found in the urine of these patients.  相似文献

【背景】绝大多数海洋微生物不可培养,为挖掘海洋生态系统中可培养的微生物资源,研究者尝试寡营养培养等方法。【目的】比较不同寡营养培养条件下南海水体细菌数量、群落结构及其对碳源的利用特征差异。【方法】采用原2216E培养液(Y)、稀释10倍(Y-10)和稀释50倍(Y-50)的2216E培养液培养南海海水样品,用荧光定量PCR法和16S rRNA基因检测细菌数量和菌群结构;利用平板计数法计数异养细菌的数量,纯化鉴定可培养细菌;采用Biolog EcoPlateTM微板法分析不同培养基中细菌群落对碳源的利用特征。【结果】Y组细菌总数高于Y-10组和Y-50组,差异不显著(P0.05),但异养细菌数量显著高于Y-10组和Y-50组(P0.05)。16S rRNA基因测序结果表明,不同稀释倍数下的细菌群落结构差异明显,Y组检测出10门193属,优势类群为Proteobacteria(56.44%)和Bacteroides (37.27%);Y-10组检测出15门220属,优势类群为Proteobacteria (40.30%)、Bacteroides(36.91%)和Firmicutes (17.30%);Y-50组检测出14门226属,优势类群为Proteobacteria (45.19%)、Bacteroides(25.29%)、Planctomycetes (13.58%)和Firmicutes(11.21%)。通过平板培养,Y组和Y-10组均分离到6属14株优势菌,Y-50组分离到7属13株优势菌,其中,Bacillus为其共有的优势菌属,稀释10倍培养液筛得的Microbacterium(1株)、Vibro(1株)、Idiomarina(1株)、Halobacillus(1株)共4株优势菌和稀释50倍培养液筛得的Alcanivorax(1株)、Sulfitobacter(1株)、Alteromonas(1株)、Pseudomonas (1株)、Exiguobacterium (2株)、Vibro (3株)共9株优势菌不同于原培养液。通过寡营养培养,可培养细菌群落的代谢活性和McIntosh指数显著增加(P0.05),其对聚合物、羧酸、氨基酸、糖类的利用率也显著提高(P0.05)。【结论】通过寡营养培养能增加细菌群落的丰富度和多样性,提高可培养细菌的代谢活性和对碳源尤其是聚合物、羧酸、氨基酸和糖类的利用率,分离纯化可获得原培养基未筛选得到的细菌。因此,在南海远洋海域可培养细菌样品的采集及复苏时,可通过寡营养培养法获得更丰富的南海可培养微生物资源。  相似文献

目的 了解各病区血培养分离病原菌的分布特点及其耐药性,指导临床医生合理有效地使用抗生素.方法 对宁波市泌尿肾病医院·鄞州第二医院2008年8月至2011年7月临床送检的8409例血液标本经Bact/A-lert3D全自动血培养仪培养,分离所得菌用美国德灵公司Walkaway 40系统进行鉴定和药敏.对检测结果进行统计学分析.结果 共检出病原菌853株,其中革兰阴性杆菌422株,革兰阳性球菌396株,真菌35株.血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占首位,其次分别为大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌.检出菌数量居前三位的病区是重症监护病房、消化内科及肾内科.各病区的病原菌分布不尽相同.丁胺卡那、亚胺培南对大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌显示出较高的敏感性,未发现耐利奈唑胺及万古霉素菌株.结论 该院血流感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,各主要病区病原菌分布不尽相同,临床医生应跟据药敏结果合理有效地使用抗生素.  相似文献

从岱山盐场采集样品,利用选择性培养基分离培养嗜盐菌,对盐田环境中可培养嗜盐菌的多样性及产酶活性进行研究.共分离得到181株嗜盐菌菌株,通过真细菌和古生菌两对通用引物扩增其16S rRNA 基因,并采用限制性内切酶Hinf I进行ARDRA(amplified rDNA restriction analysis)多态性分析,共分为21个不同的操作分类单元(operation taxonomy units, OTUs),其中嗜盐细菌有12个OTUs,嗜盐古菌有9个OTUs.选取具有不同酶切图谱的代表菌株进行克隆测序,BLAST 比对及系统发育分析将嗜盐细菌归于7个属,其中嗜盐单胞菌属(Halomonas)的菌株数占优势,是嗜盐细菌总数的46.8%;嗜盐古菌归于4个属,盐盒菌属(Haloarcula)的菌株数占优势,是嗜盐古菌总数的49.1%.对分离菌株的产酶活性进行检测表明,岱山盐田环境蕴含丰富的产淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶等生物活性酶的嗜盐菌, 其中盐盒菌属产酶菌株数最丰富.研究结果表明,岱山盐田环境中具有较为丰富的嗜盐菌多样性,是筛选产酶菌株的重要资源库.  相似文献

Acidogenic bacteria metabolizing sorbitol were isolated and identified from dental plaque of twenty nine volunteers, claiming to be users (sixteen) and non-users (thirteen) of sorbitol-containing chewing gum and candy. Sixty bacterial strains were isolated, using improved selective agar media. The taxonomy of twenty strains, all Gram-positive cocci, was determined employing a customized BBL MinitekR system and other biochemical reactions. The majority of these strains represented Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus acidominimus. Although sorbitol-metabolizing bacteria were found in plaque specimens of most persons tested, a larger number of acidogenic sorbitol degrading bacteria was detected in the plaque of the volunteer group claiming to use sorbitol-containing sweets. Bacteriological results indicate that frequent consumption of sorbitol-containing products will lead to a shift in oral ecology, numerically favouring sorbitol-metabolizing bacteria. These sorbitol adapted bacteria appear to be as acidogenic as Streptococcus mutans in the presence of ordinary sugars.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the occurrence of microorganisms in 39 intraoral abscesses. The samples were place in transport medium. The materials were inoculated on adequate enrichment and selective media and cultivated under anaerobic and aerobic conditions. The microorganisms were found in all samples (100%), Anaerobic bacteria most frequently were recovered. The predominant anaerobes were from genus Prevotella, Bacteroides, Fusobacterium and Peptostreptococcus. Among aerobic bacteria, the most frequent were gram-positive cocci. The microaerophilic bacteria and fungi most rarely were isolated from pus samples.  相似文献

The aim of work was to evaluate the frequency of occurrence of bacteria from genera of Micrococcus, Kocuria, Nesterenkonia, kytococcus and Dermatococcus on human skin and mucous membranes in healthy population. Among 150 investigated persons these bacteria were found in 122 (81.3%). The frequency of isolation was similar in both sex (82.4% in female and 79.7% in male). Most often the strains were isolated from oral cavity (48.7%), and from skin of palm and forearm (40.7% and 37.3%). Least frequency of occurrence was observed in vestibule of nose (26%). The predominant isolated strains were: M. luteus (26.2%), and N. halobia (21%) followed by K. varians (16.4%), M. lylae (12.2%), D. sedentarius (9.1%), K. kristinae (7.3%), K. nishinomiyaensis (7.3%), K. rosea (0.3%).  相似文献

目的调查尿路感染病原菌的分布和耐药特点,为临床的抗感染治疗提供依据。方法收集2013年至2015年荆州市中心医院门诊和住院患者中,尿路感染患者送检的尿培养和血培养标本中检出的病原菌,采用Vitek2 Compact全自动微生物检测仪进行细菌鉴定,采用纸片扩散法和仪器法分别对革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌进行药敏试验,药敏结果的判断依照CLSI M100-S24标准。数据分析采用WHONET5.6和SPSS 19.0软件,统计分析采用x~2检验。结果从尿路感染患者送检的标本中共检出各类非重复病原菌2 306株,其中门诊患者中检出19种100株,住院患者检出56种2 206株。导致尿路感染最多的两种病原菌为大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌,分别检出1 241株和232株。导致尿脓毒血症最多的两种病原菌为大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,分别检出36株和10株。大肠埃希菌产ESBL.s率达67.9%,其对多种抗菌药物的耐药性均高于60.0%。粪肠球菌对大多数抗菌药物的耐药性均高于50.0%,仅对呋喃妥因和高浓度链霉素的耐药性较低,分别为12.0%和38.7%;未检出对万古霉素、利奈唑胺和替加环素耐药的粪肠球菌。结论导致尿路感染的病原菌种类繁多,大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌是主要病原菌,其耐药情况严重;为保证治疗的有效性,临床医生应注重相关病原学和药敏检查结果。  相似文献

One of the most important reasons of complications after organ transplantation may be the infections. The aim of the present work was to analyse of microorganisms isolated from patients, which were the recipients for kidney transplantation in 2001 year. The diagnostic material contained 140 samples from 53 patients, 40 (22.2%) samples from Euro-Collins fluid used for kidney storage before the transplantation and 3 end-pieces of catheter. The positive cultures were found in 125 (69.4%) samples. Gram-positive bacteria constituted 58.4%, Gram-negative bacteria--34.2%, fungi--7.4%. 140 strains of microorganisms were isolated from pharyngeal swabs and 55 strains of bacteria were isolated from palm swabs. Most of them were considered as a physiological flora. It was found 4-time significant bacteriuria among positive cultures from urine samples. In the cultures of fluid used for kidney storage 12 (30.0%) positive samples were obtained, out of which 16 strains of microorganisms were isolated. Among the strains of Staphylococcus 35.3% were MR. Among 18 strains of Gram-negative rods one strain was multiresistant to antibiotics. None of analyzed strains was ES beta L-producing. A high percentage of positive cultures from fluid used for kidney storage suggests the possibility of contamination of the organ with bacteria coming from kidney donor or during the storage, transport and actions connected with taking the organ to the transplantation.  相似文献

目的:了解血培养中病原菌的菌群分布及其耐药状况.方法:血培养标本用Bact/Alert-120自动血液分析系统和Vitek60鉴定仪进行血培养及鉴定,药敏用K-B法,用Whonet 5软件进行分析.结果:在3 680份血培养标本中分离出细菌348株,阳性检出率为9.4%,病原菌中以革兰阴性杆菌为主共分离出189株,占54.3%,其中主要为大肠埃希菌占15.5%,肺炎克雷伯菌占12.4%;革兰阳性菌138株,占39.7%,主要为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占14.9%,金黄色葡萄球菌占12.1%;链球菌占6.6%.血培养中的革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗较为敏感:革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素和替考拉宁较为敏感.结论:肠杆菌科细菌和葡萄球菌是血培养中的主要病原菌,而产ESBLs菌株、MRSA、MRCNS耐药严重,提示应高度重视合理使用抗生素,减少细菌耐药性产生,以提高临床治疗效果.  相似文献

The aim of the presented study was the analysis of microbiological data obtained from patients hospitalized in The Holly Cross Cancer Center in Kielce in 2001. The frequency of important nosocomial pathogens in selected specimens and their susceptibility to antibiotics were determined. The strains were identified by using commercial tests (bioMerieux) and their antibiotic susceptibility patterns were performed by disc diffusion technique. The most prevalent bacteria were Gram-negative rods of Enterobacteriaceae family (43%), mainly Escherichia coli. Only 2.7% strains of isolated Escherichia coli isolated from clinical specimens collected from hospitalized patients were beta-lactamase--positive (ESBL+). The second important group of microorganisms were Staphylococci, followed by Enterococcus spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida spp. About twenty eight percent of Staphylococcus aureus isolates were resistant to methicillin.  相似文献

为了认识南海深海冷泉区沉积物中可培养微生物的多样性,本文以冷泉区与非冷泉区两个站点的深海沉积物为样品,通过两种培养基(R2A海水培养基和2216E培养基)直接涂布或富集后平板分离纯化,从9个样品中共得到395株菌株,并通过16SrRNA基因鉴定,分属10个属。发现产芽胞细菌分布最广、丰度最大,包括3个属、15个种。其中芽胞杆菌(Bacillus)无论是在数量还是在种类上都分布最多。并且,随着水深和沉积物深度的增加,分离到的可培养微生物丰富度降低。本研究表明,即使在冷泉区,南海深海沉积物中产芽胞细菌也比较丰富。  相似文献

Studies on the anaerobic cecal microflora of the 5-week-old chicken were made to determine a suitable roll-tube medium for enumeration and isolation of the bacterial population, to determine effects of medium components on recovery of total anaerobes, and to identify the predominant bacterial groups. The total number of microorganisms in cecal contents determined by direct microscope cell counts varied (among six samples) from 3.83 x 10(10) to 7.64 x 10(10) per g. Comparison of different nonselective media indicated that 60% of the direct microscope count could be recovered with a rumen fluid medium (M98-5) and 45% with medium 10. Deletion of rumen fluid from M98-5 reduced the total anaerobic count by half. Colony counts were lower if chicken cecal extract was substituted for rumen fluid in M98-5. Supplementing medium 10 with liver, chicken fecal, or cecal extracts improved recovery of anaerobes slightly. Prereduced blood agar media were inferior to M98-5. At least 11 groups of bacteria were isolated from high dilutions (10(-9)) of cecal material. Data on morphology and physiological and fermentation characteristics of 90% of the 298 isolated strains indicated that these bacteria represented species of anaerobic gram-negative cocci, facultatively anaerobic cocci and streptococci, Peptostreptococcus, Propionibacterium, Eubacterium, Bacteroides, and Clostridium. The growth of many of these strains was enhanced by rumen fluid, yeast extract, and cecal extract additions to basal media. These studies indicate that some of the more numerous anaerobic bacteria present in chicken cecal digesta can be isolated and cultured when media and methods that have been developed for ruminal bacteria are employed.  相似文献

Summary Approximately 1500 cultures of microorganisms were isolated from rocks and soils of the Ross Desert (McMurdo-Dry Valleys). From these, 15 coccoid strains were chosen for more detailed investigation. They were characterized by morphological, physiological and chemotaxonomical properties. All isolates were Grampositive, catalase-positive and nonmotile. Six strains showed red pigmentation and could be identified as members of the genera Micrococcus (M. roseus, M. agilis) or Deinococcus. In spite of their coccoid morphology, the remaining nine strains had to be associated with coryneform bacteria (Arthrobacter, Brevibacterium), because of their cell wall composition and G+C ratios. Most of the strains were psychrotrophic, but one strain was even obligately psychrophilic, with a temperature maximum below 20°C. Red cocci had in vitro pH optima above 9.0 although they generally originated from acid samples. Most isolates showed a preference for sugar alcohols and organic acids, compounds which are commonly known to be released by lichens, molds and algae, the other components of the cryptoendolithic ecosystem. These properties indicate that our strains are autochthonous members of the natural Antarctic microbial population.  相似文献
