该研究以杜鹃花属5亚属3组17亚组38种和共计91个可育组合及109个不育组合的杂交结果为依据,通过杂交可育指标频度分析,初步揭示该属植物种间可交配性的分布规律。结果表明:(1)根据育性等级频度的研究,可得到种间可交配性排序结果,即亚属级:常绿杜鹃亚属内杂交杜鹃亚属内杂交常绿杜鹃亚属×杜鹃亚属杜鹃亚属×映山红亚属常绿杜鹃亚属×映山红亚属常绿杜鹃亚属×羊踯躅亚属常绿杜鹃亚属×马银花亚属杜鹃亚属×羊踯躅亚属;亚组级:银叶杜鹃亚组×同亚属的其他亚组云锦杜鹃亚组内杂交云锦杜鹃亚组×银叶杜鹃亚组银叶杜鹃亚组×杜鹃亚属各组三花杜鹃亚组内杂交云锦杜鹃亚组×同亚属其他亚组云锦杜鹃亚组×杜鹃亚属各组常绿杜鹃亚属的其他亚组×杜鹃亚属各组。(2)种间可交配性与亲本间的亲缘关系及染色体倍性有明显的关联,与分类系统中所反映的类群亲缘关系契合,原始的杜鹃花属植物类群如常绿杜鹃亚属可能比较进化类群具有更广泛的可交配性。(3)坐果率、绿苗率、绿苗系数和单位可育种子数量及其等级频度能从不同的侧面反映杜鹃花属植物杂交可育性数量特征,但也分别存在某些局限性,建立综合评价方案和可育性等级频度指标十分重要。  相似文献

该文对常绿杜鹃亚属(subgen. Hymenanthes)的12个亚组23种杜鹃花的64个杂交组合进行了研究,包括云锦杜鹃亚组(subsect. Fortunea)、银叶杜鹃亚组(subsect. Argyrophylla)及同亚属的其他10个亚组[杯毛杜鹃亚组(subsect. Falconera)、弯果杜鹃亚组(subsec. Campylocarpa)、麻花杜鹃亚组(subsect. Maculifera)、粘毛杜鹃亚组(subsect. Glischra)、露珠杜鹃亚组(subsect. Irrorata)、大理杜鹃亚组(subsect. Taliensia)、树形杜鹃亚组(subsect. Arborea)、蜜腺杜鹃亚组(subsect. Thomsonia)、星毛杜鹃亚组(subsect. Parishia)、火红杜鹃亚组(subsect. Neriiflora)]。结果表明:(1)常绿杜鹃亚属内的异种杂交具有很高的可育性,在64个杂交组合中可育与高可育组合56个(占87.5%),无弱可育等级。(2)不亲和与败育组合8个,不能坐果(Cab)、不能结实(Sab)和结实不发芽(Sng)之比为3∶1∶4,并与杂交双亲的亲缘有一定关联,初步推断同时存在前合子期不亲和(pre-zygotic incompatibility)与后合子期败育(post-zygotic abortion)的情形。(3)与相应的自然授粉比较,常绿杜鹃亚属内杂交会不同程度地导致可育性降低,但有15个组内与组间杂交组合表现了某种"超亲和"现象,尽管不能完全排除人工杂交对于结实与可育性的加强作用。(4)常绿杜鹃亚属内不同种类间杂交,存在双向可育与单向不育(unilateral sterility)现象,但未见双向不育情况。  相似文献

为探索杜鹃花属植物亚属间杂交的可育性规律,该文对常绿杜鹃亚属(subgen. Hymenanthes)、杜鹃亚属(subgen. Rhododendron)及马银花亚属(subgen. Azaleastrum)、映山红亚属(subgen. Tsutsusi)和羊踯躅亚属(subgen. Pentanthera)的亚属间杂交进行了研究,共涉及杜鹃花属植物5亚属15亚组32种,杂交组合118个。结果表明:(1)杜鹃花属植物的亚属间杂交存在明显的生殖障碍,其可育性水平与亚属及其类群组合有关,高、中、低与不育比例为2∶16∶8∶92,可育比例仅20.0%,杜鹃亚属与马银花亚属等4个亚属级组合杂交未显现可育性。(2)亲本杂交组合方式对亚属间杂交有不同程度的影响,一些类群组合有明显的向性。以杜鹃亚属做母本与常绿杜鹃亚属的云锦杜鹃亚组杂交的可育组合比高于反交,且在有关大王杜鹃、粘毛杜鹃、露珠杜鹃和马缨花的杂交中也是如此,但与银叶杜鹃亚组杂交正好相反;另外,12对单向可育组合,分布于常绿杜鹃亚属与杜鹃亚属等4类亚属级杂交组合中。(3)杜鹃花属的亚属间杂交不亲和与败育现象明显,不可育组合百分率占80%,不能坐果是败育的主要表征,所有可育组合的绿苗率比值和单位种子数比值无一例达到相应母本的自然授粉水平。(4)双亲系统分类上的关系对亚属间可交配性具有重要影响并与可育程度一致,染色体倍性也有一定的作用。(5)有关研究为探索和认识杜鹃花属植物亚属间进化遗传联系提供了新的证据和思考,银叶杜鹃亚组可能是解释常绿杜鹃亚属与杜鹃亚属进化遗传联系的重要类群,杜鹃亚属的多鳞杜鹃可能与常绿杜鹃亚属具有广泛的血亲关系,其中多鳞杜鹃与岷江杜鹃彼此为生态相邻种并有可能在长期的演化过程中有遗传渗透,百合花杜鹃和毛肋杜鹃分别与映山红亚属、腺果杜鹃与马银花亚属,越峰杜鹃和繁花杜鹃分别与映山红亚属,大白杜鹃与羊踯躅亚属间的联系均需要深入研究。  相似文献

迁地保育条件下的杜鹃花属植物自交可育性一直缺乏系统的比较研究,该文对5亚属13亚组32种杜鹃花属植物的自交进行了数据采集与分析,初步揭示了迁地保育条件下杜鹃花属植物自交育性特征。结果表明:(1)自交可育与不育是杜鹃花属植物有性生殖中的两个并存现象,自交能育型种类或多于不育型。在受试的32种杜鹃花中,自交不育型10种、弱可育型5种、可育型7种、高可育型10种,其中27种的自交育性为首次报道,涵盖包括杜鹃亚属杜鹃组(sect.Rhododendron)和马银花亚属(subgen.Azaleastrum)及常绿杜鹃亚属(subgen.Hymenanthes)中银叶杜鹃亚组(subsect.Argyrophylla)等5个亚组在内的未被研究的类群。(2)通过与自然授粉有关育性指标的比较,发现不同种类的自交可育性指标有大幅度降低及增高这两类截然不同的现象,从而提出了自交可能是部分杜鹃花属植物的适应策略,或者对不利环境及其媒介条件的主动响应。(3)在云锦杜鹃亚组(subsect.Fortunea)这个被认为最原始的杜鹃花类群中,具备从自交不育到高可育的所有类型,并可能由此奠定整个杜鹃花属的遗传基础,而类群与种类分布的不同区域气候环境长期直接的或通过影响传粉媒介间接的作用,则可能是最终塑造该属植物自交育性多样化的外部动力。(4)该文还依据有关自交的研究结果,对杜鹃花属植物的迁地保育、育种、相关学科发展进行了讨论,并认为后合子期败育的理论不能完美地解释自交不能坐果的现象,而多倍体似不会导致自交不育。  相似文献

该研究以杜鹃花属5亚属3组17亚组38种,计109个不育组合及91个可育组合的杂交结果为依据,对4个杂交不亲和指标与败育系数及败育频度参数进行了分析。结果表明:(1)杜鹃花属不同类群间杂交的不育组合比例约为54.5%,其不亲和与败育包括不能坐果(capsul aborted,Cab型)、坐果但不能形成种子(seed aborted,Sab型)和能形成种子但不能发芽(seed not germinated,Sng型) 3种情况,其中Cab与Sab类型均可能是前合子期不亲和与后合子期不亲和的复合表征,Sng型则可以肯定为后合子期种子发育阶段败育的情况,Cab∶Sab∶Sng=81∶13∶15;而可育组合中部分败育苗无疑属于"杂种不活hybrid inviability"的败育类型。(2)有关不育类型的分布与杜鹃花属植物亲本类群及其分类与亲缘关系具有明显关联,从同一亚组内、同一亚属内到不同亚属间杂交的不育类型的分布呈Sng型→Sab型→Cab型增加的趋势,杂交双亲分类上亲缘关系越密切Sng型的频度越高,反之关系越疏远Cab型的频率越高,亚属间远交往往止于Cab型。(3)"杂种不活"为败育苗的表现形式之一,从同一亚组、同一亚属到不同亚属间杂交,其败育等级频度分布通常也从无或轻度败育到严重败育方向发展,常绿杜鹃亚属内杂交的败育情况明显低于杜鹃亚属内杂交,这与后者多倍体亲本的介入相关,而上述2亚属间杂交的苗木败育则更加严重,但映山红(R. simsii)分别与百合花杜鹃(R. liliiflorum)和毛肋杜鹃(R. augustinii)的亚属间杂交未出现败育苗分布。  相似文献

为探索杜鹃花亚属内异种杂交的可育性及其规律,对杜鹃亚属有鳞大花亚组(subsect. Maddenia)、三花杜鹃亚组(subsect. Triflora)、亮鳞杜鹃亚组(subsect. Heliolepida)及腋花杜鹃亚组(subsect. Scabrifolia)等4亚组10个杜鹃花种类的22个杂交组合(其中18个数据完整组合)的可育性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)所涉及的杜鹃亚属不同亚组间及三花杜鹃亚组内杂交均较困难,在18个数据完整组合中高可育与可育组合比率明显偏低,不育比率高(55.6%)。(2)在10个不可育或败育组合中,不能坐果(Cab型)、不能结实(Sab型)和可结实而种子不能发芽(Sng型)的数量分布为6∶1∶3,其不亲和或败育发生的阶段可能涵盖了从前合子期到后合子期的整个阶段。(3)亲本一方为多倍体组合的可育率(41.6%),尤其是母本为多倍体时,比二倍体组合的可育率(50.0%)低且无高可育组合出现,部分印证了倍性是导致该亚属植物不同种类杂交不亲和、不育与育性下降的重要原因,但不是唯一原因,亚组间杂交的可育率(16.7%)明显低于亚组内(三花杜鹃亚组内,58.3%)。(4)与相应的母本自然授粉结果相比,杂交明显导致多数可育组合绿苗率比率和单位可育种子数量比率的大幅度下降,这是双亲遗传差异及多倍体亲本介入后所导致的杂交衰退hybrid weakness现象。(5)在多倍体作母本的情况下,杂交单向不育或非对称遗传渗透现象明显。  相似文献

为探讨杜鹃花属植物种间杂交的向性特征,依据该属5亚属、3组、12亚组、32种、33对正反交组合与自交性质清楚的186个杂交组合,对有关向性问题进行了初步研究。结果表明:(1)杜鹃花属植物种间杂交由双向可育→单向不育→双向不育的比率变化与其亲本的系统位置由原始→进化以及双亲间的亲缘关系由密切→疏远同向;原始的常绿杜鹃亚属(Subgen. Hymenanthes)内种间比较进化的杜鹃亚属(Subgen. Rhododendron)内易于杂交,而该两亚属之间却存在密切的亲缘关系,因此其亚属间杂交的可育比率也高于其他亚属间杂交。(2)在进化维度上,该属植物的种间杂交单向不育通常无固定的亲本搭配方向,但常绿杜鹃亚属内(Intra-Subgen. Hymenanthes,Intra-HY)、杜鹃亚属内(Intra-Subgen. Rhododendron,IntraRH)和映山红亚属×羊踯躅亚属(Subgen. Tsutsus×Subgen. Pentanthera)间的杂交搭配,有一定的倾向性。(3)种间杂交可育性与自交特性不同的亲本搭配方式相关,可育性大小的总倾向是SC×SCSI×SC≥SC×SISI×SI,其生殖进化方向是从自交亲和(SC)到自交不亲和(SI),并伴随异交生殖隔离的加强。(4)细胞不育和多倍体是引起单向不育的两个重要原因,SI亲本的介入会大幅度地增加种间杂交的不育比率。  相似文献

该文对主要栽培在四川都江堰龙池基地(海拔1 700 m)及玉堂基地(海拔700 m)和峨眉山生物试验站(海拔805 m)的5亚属15亚组37种杜鹃花属植物的自然授粉开展了为期4 a的数据采集与研究。以绿苗率(Gs)为主要指标,绿苗系数(Gc)、坐果率(St)和单位可育种子数(Sf)为辅助指标,初步揭示了迁地保育条件下杜鹃花属植物自然授粉的育性适应及其特征。结果表明:(1)除黄花杜鹃(Rhododendron lutescens)未形成种子外,受试的其他36个杜鹃花种类均能在其保育地点上不同程度地完成从种子(幼苗)到种子的生命循环,其中高可育型24种、可育型11种、弱育型1种。(2)上述4项指标,尤其是保育条件与原生地条件下同种的绿苗率、绿苗系数和单位能育种子数比较,均能不同程度地反映育性适合度的差异情况。(3)在上述具有不同程度可育性的36种杜鹃花中,有24种有不同程度的败育现象,其成因可能为不同程度的自交和花期重叠的同亚组到不同亚组异种间自然交配所引起的遗传不适,由于遗传选择的限制或胁迫,这种现象在一些开花个体有限的种类中尤为突出,因此保证最小存活种群(the minimum viable population,MVP)对于该属植物迁地保育至关重要。(4)杜鹃花属的特定种类可能存在一个受种性制约的单位种子数量幅度和上限,即不同的类群与种类的单位种子数量存在差异。(5)为探索自交和种间杂交提供了认识起点和参照,并提出了有关杜鹃花属植物可育性综合评价的指标体系和方法。  相似文献

普通小麦(TriticumaetivumL.,2n=6x=42;AABBDD)和根茎冰草(AgropyronmichnoiReshev.,2n=4x=28;PPPP)间的F1杂种(2n=5x=35:ABDPP)与两个黑麦(SecalecerealeL.,2n=2x=14;RR)品种杂交,产生了自交可育的三属杂种。经细胞学研究表明,这种自交可育性是由于在某些细胞中通过两种方式发生了第一次减数分裂的失败,即单价染色体在赤道板发生分裂和单价染色体在一极的聚集,从而异致了有功能的雌、雄配子的形成。有功能配子的形成受染色体配对频率、基因型和环境状况的影响。冰草属的P染色体组存在染色体分离的控制基因,从而引起含有冰草属的杂种能够形成有功能的配子且自交可育。  相似文献

Hybridization between Rhododendron ferrugineum L. and R. hirsutum L. in south-eastern Alps was examined in order to (i) evaluate the breeding direction and the extent of backcrossing between hybrids and the parental species, (ii) define which processes facilitate speciation and maintain species identities and (iii) clarify the role of rock geochemistry in hybridization events. Individuals of three hybrid populations were analysed by morphological and molecular markers. The internal transcribed spacer and trnH–psbA distinguished the parental species and F1 hybrids while only the simple sequence repeat markers recognized genotype classes: F, H, F1, F2, BxF (backcross to R. ferrugineum) and BxH (backcross to R. hirsutum). Combining morphological and molecular data, we found that the tested populations had complex genetic structure: the F1 individuals produce F2 hybrids and backcross to parental species. Due to R. hirsutum phenology, most backcrossing events were with this parental species (asymmetric hybridization). Geochemical analyses indicate that alkaline soil conditions linked to calcareous dolomitic rocks promoted the genetic assimilation of R. hirsutum. In addition, R. x intermedium shows a higher edaphic adaptation than R. hirsutum as it can be found on a wide range of calcareous-dolomitic rocks as well as on weakly acidic soils of natural or anthropogenic origin.  相似文献

Many alpine plants are predominantly outcrossing, thus plant reproductive success is highly dependent on effectiveness of pollinators. How pollinators transfer pollen from one flower to another is of great interest in understanding the genetic structure in plant populations. We studied (1) the role and effectiveness of insect visitors for pollination, and (2) their contribution as pollen vectors for gene dispersal in a Rhododendron ferrugineum population. Various insect visitors were recorded, including Hymenoptera, Diptera, Coleoptera, and Lepidoptera. The most frequent and effective insects were honey bees and bumblebees. Muscid flies were considered as important pollinators, particularly due to their relatively high visitation rate. Syrphid flies, Formicidae, and Coleoptera were ineffective in transporting pollen, while the effectiveness of Lepidoptera and Empididae was negligible. A fluorescence labelling experiment revealed that pollen dispersal was restricted (0 - 2 m) in a dense R. ferrugineum stand and decreased in a leptokurtic fashion. This might lead to geitonogamous self-pollination that could explain the close relationship between individuals found in genetic studies of R. ferrugineum. However, some pollen grains may travel 40 - 45 m, which implies the occurrence of cross-pollination through the foraging activities of bumblebees and honey bees.  相似文献

Information concerning the area of origin, genetic diversity and possible acquisition of germplasm through hybridization is fundamental to understanding the evolution, ecology and possible control measures for an introduced invasive plant species. Rhododendron ponticum is extensively naturalized in the British Isles, but it is not known whether native material in Turkey, Spain or Portugal gave rise to the naturalized material, or to what extent introgression has affected this material. Chloroplast (cp) and nuclear ribosomal DNA (rDNA) restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) were sought which could distinguish between native material of R. ponticum, and between 15 other Rhododendron species including R. ponticum's closest relatives. Thereafter, a total of 260 naturalized accessions of R. ponticum from throughout the British Isles was examined with respect to informative polymorphisms. It was found that 89% of these accessions possessed a cpDNA haplotype that occurred in native material of R. ponticum derived almost entirely from Spain, while 10% of accessions had a haplotype unique to Portuguese material. These results therefore indicated an Iberian origin for British material. rDNA or cpDNA evidence of introgression from R. catawbiense was found in 27 British accessions of R. ponticum, and such accessions were significantly more abundant in Britain's coldest region, eastern Scotland, than elsewhere. This could indicate that introgression from R. catawbiense confers improved cold tolerance. Introgression from R. maximum and an unidentified species was also detected.  相似文献

利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对杜鹃花属植物照山白的叶表皮及花粉形态进行了观察,该种的叶表皮细胞表面光滑,胞间界限明显;叶上下表皮均有盾状鳞,上表皮仅有针状毛;气孔器仅见于下表皮,分布稀疏,副卫细胞和保卫细胞表面光滑。扫描电镜下可见该种的花粉为四合花粉,呈正四面体排列,具三沟,表面纹饰为负网状雕纹,局部区域有大颗粒状突起。  相似文献

Ocotea porosa has been extensively exploited over the past few decades because of the quality of its wood. Today, populations are reduced and the species is now included in the Red List of threatened species by the International Union for Nature Conservation. For conservation and management purposes, it is extremely important that we understand its reproductive ecology. Floral morphology was described based on field and scanning electron microscopic examination. The reproductive system was determined through experimentally controlled pollination along with observations of pollen tube growth. Pollinators were identified through field observations. Flowers of O. porosa are small, shallow, inconspicuous, asynchronous and grouped in inflorescences. This species presented self‐compatibility, but did not reproduce through apomixy and spontaneous self‐pollination was very rare (5%). Despite being monoclinal, flowers were protogynic, and the gynoecium was receptive after the first day of anthesis when the anthers were closed. Spontaneous self‐pollination was avoided by the extrorse position of the anthers of the internal stamens. Frankliniella gardeniae (Thysanoptera) was the only pollinating species observed and, after visiting several asynchronous flowers in the same inflorescence, favors geitonogamy. Together the small distance supposedly achieved by thrips in flight and the small population density of O. porosa can reduce the chances of cross‐pollination in this species. If so, conservation measures must include preservation of the current population and possibly planting to increase population density. This would reduce the distance between individuals and increase genetic variability. Thrips as pollinators must be included in conservation planning for O. porosa.  相似文献

以二乔杜鹃顶芽为外植体,探讨不同花色类型、不同消毒时间、培养基中不同生长调节剂组合对其无菌株系建立的影响。结果表明,以0.1%升汞作表面消毒剂,顶芽外植体的最适消毒时间为10 min;在相同消毒条件下,白花类型的污染率低于红色类型,红花类型外植体的褐变率低于白花类型;含较高浓度ZT的初代培养基中外植体的褐变率较低。  相似文献
