These studies revealed an abnormal elevation in serum thyroglobulin (Tg) concentrations of the thyroiditis-prone OS chicks. Their serum levels, measured by a sensitive and specific RIA, remained high for the first 2 wk of age, a time preceding significant lymphoid infiltration of their thyroid glands. The elevated serum Tg levels probably resulted from, or were related to, hyperactivity of the OS thyroid gland. Reducing the activity of the OS thyroid gland by exogenous administration of T4 caused a temporary but significant reduction in thyroidal infiltration and the synthesis of Tg antibodies. In addition to the analysis of serum concentrations of Tg, a competitive binding RIA was developed to determine whether unique antigenic determinants exist on Tg isolated from OS thyroid glands. This was proved to be unlikely because OS chicks produced autoantibodies that fully cross-reacted with Tg isolated from normal chicken thyroid glands. The relationships between intrinsic thyroid hyperactivity, high serum Tg levels, the sensitization of OS thymocytes, and thyroiditis are discussed.  相似文献

In Obese strain (OS) chickens the role of maternal antibodies, passively transferred through the egg to the developing chick, was evaluated as a causative factor in the early development of spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT). In the egg, passive antibody titers were highest in the yolk and lower in the allantoic fluid and sera of developing embryos. This passage of antibodies was documented by use of radiolabeled antibodies. In dams with high antibody titers, antibodies could be found in the sera of chicks at the time of hatch. Thyroglobulin was absent in the yolk of OS eggs during embryonal life, as compared with its detection in normal eggs. Immune complexes (thyroglobulin-autoantibody) detected in the thyroids of OS, but not CS, chicks at the time of hatch, or earlier, appear to reflect the presence of the maternally transferred antibodies. A pair of crosses between OS chickens, with thyroiditis, and the C strain (CS), without thyroiditis, was made to evaluate the role of transferred antibodies in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disease. When an OS chicken was the dam, maternal antibodies could be passively transferred; when a CS chicken was the dam, no maternal antibodies were present to be transferred. Nevertheless, both hybrids developed full-blown thyroiditis, demonstrating that binding of transferred maternal antibody to thyroglobulin is not a prerequisite for the induction of SAT. However, presence of maternal antibodies precipitated the onset of disease. Immune complexes formed in the embryonic thyroid are likely to participate in early autoimmune disease, although the development of full-blown thyroiditis may await the competency of the chick's immune system to provide the characteristic cellular infiltrate.  相似文献

Experimental autoimmune thyroiditis is induced in mice by immunization with thyroglobulin emulsified in Freund's complete adjuvant. The disease is characterized both by thyroid infiltration with mononuclear cells and by circulating thyroglobulin antibodies. The magnitude of the thyroid infiltration and the titer of thyroglobulin antibodies are controlled by genes in the I-A subregion of the major histocompatibility complex (H-2). We investigated the in vivo effect of monoclonal anti-Ia antibodies on experimental autoimmune thyroiditis in susceptible mice. Antibodies were given around the time of immunization, later after immunization, and to mice with established disease. Monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma line 10-3.6 (anti-I-Ak, s, u, v, z, f) completely prevented both production of thyroglobulin antibodies and thyroid infiltrates, when given shortly before or at the time of antigen administration. This effect was dose-dependent and this monoclonal antibody decreased the severity of the disease when given after the antigen challenge but did not fully suppress established thyroiditis. The same antibody markedly decreased the number of B lymphocytes in the spleen and decreased the thyroglobulin-induced spleen cell proliferation when either given in vivo or added in vitro to cell cultures. Antibodies produced by the hybridoma line 11.2.12 (anti-I-Ak) did not show an inhibitory effect on the disease. These experiments suggest that in this model of murine thyroiditis anti-Ia antibodies act on antigen-presenting cells. Furthermore, only one monoclonal antibody, anti-Ia, suppressed the immune response to thyroglobulin, suggesting a possible role for the isotype and specificity of anti-Ia antibody.  相似文献

The obese strain (OS) of chickens, which suffers from spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis, is an excellent animal model for Hashimoto's thyroiditis and provides a unique opportunity to investigate the mechanisms underlying and driving the onset of the disease. Following recent advances in cloning chicken cytokines, we can now begin to investigate the role of cytokines in driving the lymphoid infiltration of the thyroid seen in these birds from day 7 posthatch. Using real-time quantitative RT-PCR, we characterized the expression of IFN-gamma, IL-1beta, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-15, and IL-18 in thyroids from OS birds and control CB line birds, both in the embryo just before hatch (embryonic day 20) and at 3 and 5 days posthatch. All of these cytokines were up-regulated compared with levels in thyroids from CB birds, at least at some time points, with some evidence for coordination of regulation, e.g., for the proinflammatory cytokines IL-1beta and IL-8. Only IL-15 was up-regulated at all time points. IL-15 was also shown to be up-regulated in spleens of OS birds at embryonic day 20 and 5 days posthatch, suggesting that IL-15 is constitutively up-regulated in this line of birds. This could explain the general immune system hyperreactivity exhibited by OS chickens and may be a factor driving the lymphoid infiltration of the thyroid.  相似文献

B cells are important for the development of most autoimmune diseases. B cell depletion immunotherapy has emerged as an effective treatment for several human autoimmune diseases, although it is unclear whether B cells are necessary for disease induction, autoantibody production, or disease progression. To address the role of B cells in a murine model of spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT), B cells were depleted from adult NOD.H-2h4 mice using anti-mouse CD20 mAb. Anti-CD20 depleted most B cells in peripheral blood and cervical lymph nodes and 50-80% of splenic B cells. Flow cytometry analysis showed that marginal zone B cells in the spleen were relatively resistant to depletion by anti-CD20, whereas most follicular and transitional (T2) B cells were depleted after anti-CD20 treatment. When anti-CD20 was administered before development of SAT, development of SAT and anti-mouse thyroglobulin autoantibody responses were reduced. Anti-CD20 also reduced SAT severity and inhibited further increases in anti-mouse thyroglobulin autoantibodies when administered to mice that already had autoantibodies and thyroid inflammation. The results suggest that B cells are necessary for initiation as well as progression or maintenance of SAT in NOD.H-2h4 mice.  相似文献

Spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT) is an organ-specific autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the thyroid by T and B lymphocytes. To investigate the roles of Th1 and Th2 cytokines in the pathogenesis of SAT, IFN-gamma(-/-) and IL-4(-/-) NOD.H-2h4 mice were generated. IL-4(-/-) mice developed lymphocytic SAT (L-SAT) comparable to that of wild-type (WT) mice. They produced little anti-mouse thyroglobulin (MTg) IgG1, but had levels of anti-MTg IgG2b comparable to WT mice. Compared with WT mice, IFN-gamma(-/-) mice produced significantly less anti-MTg IgG1 and IgG2b. Absence of IFN-gamma resulted in abnormal proliferation of thyroid epithelial cells with minimal lymphocyte infiltration. Thyroids of IFN-gamma(-/-) mice had markedly reduced B lymphocyte chemoattractant expression, B cell and plasma cell infiltration, and decreased MHC class II expression on thyrocytes compared with WT mice. Adoptive transfer of WT splenocytes to IFN-gamma(-/-) mice restored the capacity to develop typical L-SAT, enhanced anti-MTg IgG1 and IgG2b production, up-regulated MHC class II expression on thyrocytes and decreased thyrocyte proliferation. These results suggest that IFN-gamma plays a dual role in the development of SAT. IFN-gamma is required for development of L-SAT, and it also functions to inhibit thyroid epithelial cell proliferation.  相似文献

Early thymectomy and sublethal irradiation of normal rats consistently induces a sex-dependent chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. Females are much more susceptible to this autoimmune disorder than are males. The possible therapeutic effects of testosterone (Te) on established autoimmune thyroiditis has been investigated in this model. The pathologic condition of the gland before treatment was monitored by a thyroid grafting and extirpation techniques. Te administration by either parenteral injection or implantation caused significant regression of established thyroiditis. Repeated doses of Te ester in oil were found to be more effective than powdered free-Te given by implantation, and frequently produced complete resolution of chronic lesions involving the entire gland. In these thyroids, there was reappearance of normal thyroid architecture and complete absence of mononuclear cellular infiltration. However, no inhibitory effect on serum autoantibody production to thyroglobulin was noted with any form of Te treatment. These observations strengthen the concept that cellular rather than humoral mechanisms are involved in the pathogenesis of thyroiditis.  相似文献

Basal plasma levels of corticosterone and corticosteroid-binding globulin (CBG) have been investigated in Obese strain (OS) chickens afflicted with spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT). Corticosterone was determined radioimmunologically, and CBG by using a highly sensitive radioligand saturation assay. OS chickens displayed total corticosterone levels not different from healthy normal White Leghorn (NWL) chickens. CBG, however, was found to be twice as high in OS chickens as compared with their healthy counterparts, irrespective of sex or age. This quantitative difference in the CBG level is not compensated for by either altered affinity or specificity of the molecule. Furthermore, no differences were found in the response of OS and NWL lymphocytes to the suppressive effect of glucocorticoids in vitro. We therefore assume that OS animals are deficient in free, hormonally active corticosterone. An additional indication for such a diminished glucocorticoid tonus was that in vivo treatment of OS chickens with glucocorticoid hormones, thus increasing the free and active hormone fraction, normalizes the T cell hyperreactivity and significantly reduces thyroid infiltration. Possible pathophysiological implications of a diminished glucocorticoid tonus for spontaneous autoimmunity, as well as possible explanations for the beneficial effects of glucocorticoid treatment on the development of SAT, are discussed.  相似文献

Transfer of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis with T cell clones   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
We have investigated three T lymphocyte clones isolated from CBA/CaJ mice primed with mouse thyroid extract (MTE) in adjuvant. All three clones are L3T4+, Ig-, and Lyt2- and proliferate to MTE, mouse thyroglobulin (MTG) and rat thyroid extract. Clones A7 and B7 transfer thyroiditis to irradiated (475 rad) syngeneic mice, but not to normal recipients. The thyroid lesion induced by the B7 clone is characterized by the infiltration of both mononuclear and polymorphonuclear cells. The thyroiditis is transient in that lesions are apparent 7 and 14 days after transfer, but thyroids return to normal by day 21. Clone B7 showed helper activity for trinitrophenyl-keyhole limpet hemocyanin-primed B cells in vitro when stimulated with trinitrophenyl-MTG and also stimulated the production of anti-MTG antibody in recipient mice. Clone A7 induced thyroid lesions characterized by infiltration of the thyroid with mononuclear cells, with virtually no polymorphonuclear cell infiltration. This clone has shown no helper activity following stimulation with trinitrophenyl-MTG. The third clone (D2) proliferates to and shows helper activity to MTG, but fails to transfer thyroiditis to syngeneic, irradiated mice. On continuous culture, clone B7 lost its surface Thy. The loss of Thy appears unrelated to the ability to transfer thyroiditis since subclones of B7 with markedly different percentages of Thy+ cells transferred disease equally well.  相似文献

Nearly 100% of NOD.H-2h4 mice develop spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT) and produce anti-mouse thyroglobulin autoantibodies when they receive 0.05% NaI in their drinking water beginning at 8 wk of age. Our previous studies showed that TGFbeta1 mRNA was constitutively expressed in thyroids and spleens of normal NOD.H-2h4 mice but not other strains of mice. To determine whether TGFbeta might have a role in SAT, mice were given anti-TGFbeta mAb at various times during development of SAT. Anti-TGFbeta markedly inhibited development of SAT and production of anti-mouse thyroglobulin IgG1 autoantibodies. Anti-TGFbeta was most effective in inhibiting SAT when given during the time thyroid lesions were developing, i.e., starting 4 wk after administration of NaI water. The active form of the TGFbeta1 protein was present in thyroids of mice with SAT but not in normal NOD.H-2h4 thyroids. However, thyrocytes of normal NOD.H-2h4 thyroids did express latent TGFbeta1. TGFbeta1 protein expression in the thyroid correlated with SAT severity scores, and administration of anti-TGFbeta inhibited TGFbeta1 protein expression in both the thyroid and spleen. TGFbeta1 was produced primarily by inflammatory cells and was primarily localized in areas of the thyroid containing clusters of CD4(+) T and B cells. Depletion of CD8(+) T cells had no effect on TGFbeta1 protein expression. Activation of splenic T cells was apparently not inhibited by anti-TGFbeta, because up-regulation of mRNA for cytokines and other T cell activation markers was similar for control and anti-TGFbeta-treated mice. TGFbeta1 may function by promoting migration to, or retention of, inflammatory cells in the thyroid.  相似文献

Genetic effects on spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis in chickens were assessed by measuring phenotypic symptoms, the titer of circulating antibody to thyroglobulin, and the pathological change in the thyroids of young chicks. One or more loci within theB complex (the major histocompatibility complex of the chicken) are responsible for the expression of autoimmunity, and evidence is provided for an interaction of theB haplotype with genes at other loci. The influence of theB complex component on genetic susceptibility is more visible in animals with limited susceptibility at other loci and becomes indistinguishable as the frequency of other genes determining thyroid autoimmunity increases.  相似文献

Lymphocytes were isolated from the infiltrated thyroid glands of 2- to 5-wk-old Obese strain (OS) chickens with spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT). Immunofluorescence analysis performed by using a panel of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies revealed that 60% of thyroid infiltrating leukocytes (TIL) were mature T cells, a large portion of which seemed to be in an activated state bearing Ia-like antigens (10%) as well as a surface determinant associated with T cell activation (16%), i.e., possibly the receptor for interleukin 2 (IL 2). Furthermore, a relatively high plasma cell content (5%) was observed. TIL exhibited high proliferative responses to T cell mitogens (concanavalin A, phytohemagglutinin) and IL 2, but only weak responses to the B cell mitogen LPS from Salmonella typhimurium. When injected into newly hatched, MHC-identical, irradiated normal chickens, TIL induced both the production of autoantibodies and thyroid infiltration. Peripheral lymphocytes from spleen and blood and thymocytes from the same OS donors had no effect. Analysis of chemically (cyclophosphamide) bursectomized OS chickens suggested that an intact B cell system was not obligatory for the induction of SAT. TIL from these chickens consisted of 77% T cells and less than 1% B lymphocytes, yet were capable of inducing severe thyroid infiltration upon transfer into normal recipients. These findings emphasize the importance of the T cell system in the initiation of SAT.  相似文献

The env gene of avian sarcoma-leukosis viruses codes for envelope glycoproteins that determine viral host range, antigenic specificity, and interference patterns. We used molecular hybridization to analyze the natural distribution and possible origins of the nucleotide sequences that encode env; our work exploited the availability of radioactive DNA (cDNA(gp)) complementary to most or all of env. env sequences were detectable in the DNAs of chickens which synthesized an env gene product (chick helper factor positive) encoded by an endogenous viral gene and also in the DNAs of chickens which synthesized little or no env gene product (chick helper factor negative). env sequences were not detectable in DNAs from Japanese quail, ring-necked pheasant, golden pheasant, duck, squab, salmon sperm, or calf thymus. The detection of sequences closely related to viral env only in chicken DNA contrasts sharply with the demonstration that the transforming gene (src) of avian sarcoma viruses has readily detectable homologues in the DNAs of all avian species tested [D. Stehelin, H. E. Varmus, J. M. Bishop, and P. K. Vogt, Nature (London) 260: 170-173, 1976] and in the DNAs of other vertebrates (D. Spector, personal communication). Thermal denaturation studies on duplexes formed between cDNA(gp) and chicken DNA and also between cDNA(gp) and RNAs of subgroup A to E viruses derived from chickens indicated that these duplexes were well matched. In contrast, cDNA(gp) did not form stable hybrids with RNAs of viruses which were isolated from ring-necked and golden pheasants. We conclude that substantial portions of nucleotide sequences within the env genes of viruses of subgroups A to E are closely related and that these genes probably have a common, perhaps cellular, evolutionary origin.  相似文献

"Immune privilege" is defined as tissue resistance to aggression by specifically activated lymphocytes, and involves the interaction between Fas expressed on infiltrating cells and Fas ligand (FasL) constitutively expressed on the target tissue. To test whether ectopic expression of FasL on thyrocytes could prevent autoimmune aggression of the thyroid by activated lymphoid cells, three lines of transgenic mice expressing low, intermediate, and high levels of functional FasL on thyroid follicular cells were generated. Experimental autoimmune thyroiditis was induced by immunization with mouse thyroglobulin. In all of the experiments, the effects were dependent on the level of FasL expression. Low and intermediate expression had no or only weak preventive effects, respectively, whereas high FasL expression strongly inhibited lymphocytic infiltration of the thyroid. Anti-mouse thyroglobulin-proliferative and cytotoxic T cell responses, as well as autoantibody production, were diminished in transgenic mice expressing high levels of FasL relative to controls. Furthermore, in these latter mice Th1 responses to mouse thyroglobulin were profoundly down-regulated, uncovering a new potential role for FasL in peripheral tolerance to organ-specific Ags. In sum, the prevention of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis by FasL on thyrocytes is dependent on the level of FasL expression.  相似文献

B cells are known to play an important role in the pathogenesis of several autoimmune diseases. NOD.H-2h4 mice develop spontaneous autoimmune thyroiditis (SAT) and anti-mouse thyroglobulin (MTg) autoantibodies, the levels of which correlate closely with the severity of thyroid lesions. NOD.H-2h4 mice genetically deficient in B cells (NOD.Kmu(null)) or rendered B cell-deficient by treatment from birth with anti-IgM develop minimal SAT. B cells were required some time in the first 4-6 wk after birth, because NOD.Kmu(null) or NOD.H-2h4 mice did not develop SAT when they were reconstituted with B cells as adults. The requirement for B cells was apparently not solely to produce anti-MTg autoantibodies, because passive transfer of anti-MTg Ab did not enable B cell-deficient mice to develop SAT, and mice given B cells as adults produced autoantibodies but did not develop SAT. B cell-deficient mice developed SAT if their T cells developed from bone marrow precursors in the presence of B cells. Because B cells are required early in life and their function cannot be replaced by anti-MTg autoantibodies, B cells may be required for the activation or selection of autoreactive T cells. These autoreactive T cells are apparently unable to respond to Ag if B cells are absent in the first 4-6 wk after birth.  相似文献

The role of T lymphocytes in the pathogenesis of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis in mice is well established while the role of B lymphocytes is unclear. Mice with thyroid lesions have thyroglobulin antibodies whereas these antibodies can occur in mice immunized with Tg that do not develop thyroid lesions. To determine whether thyroglobulin antibodies are necessary for the development of the thyroid infiltrates with mononuclear cells, which are characteristic for experimental autoimmune thyroiditis, AKR mice chronically treated from birth with goat anti-mouse IgM antibodies were immunized with mouse thyroglobulin in Freund's complete adjuvant when they were 7 weeks old. Control mice, similarly immunized, were chronically injected from birth with normal goat gamma-globulin. Three weeks after immunization, all mice were sacrificed, thyroglobulin antibodies in the serum were measured by hemagglutination assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and thyroid pathology was assessed. The serum concentration of IgG and IgM, the percentage of B and T lymphocytes in the spleen (flow cytometry), and the in vitro proliferative response of spleen lymphocytes to stimulation by PHA, LPS, and Tg were also measured. All mice treated with anti-IgM antibodies did not have detectable thyroglobulin antibodies but 63% of these mice and 88% of control mice (all of which had thyroglobulin antibodies) had thyroid lesions. Mice treated with anti-IgM antibodies that did not have thyroid lesions had a more pronounced depression of B lymphocytes than similarly treated mice that had thyroid lesions. These experiments suggest that thyroglobulin antibodies are not necessary for the development of thyroid infiltrates with mononuclear cells. B lymphocytes could still participate in the production of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis by presenting thyroglobulin to helper T lymphocytes.  相似文献

A management programme is described for a small colony of Obese strain (OS) chickens afflicted with spontaneous hereditary thyroiditis. Animals of this White Leghorn line are used as an animal model for Hashimoto's thyroiditis of man to study possible mechanisms of autoimmunity in general and organ-specific autoimmune diseases in particular. Due to the severe mononuclear cell infiltration of the thyroid glands, OS chickens show symptoms of hypothyroidism, including small body size, subcutaneous and abdominal fat deposits, long silky feathers, small combs and wattles, cold sensitivity, low fertility and poor hatchability. Successful breeding of this line, especially in a small population, can therefore be done only if rigid precautions are taken in aspects of animal care. The selection of breeding stock, the principal requirements for adequate housing and food, the artificial insemination procedure, and recommendations for collecting and incubating chicken eggs are reported in detail. Precautions necessary during the incubation of fertilized eggs, and fertility and hatchability are reported. During the hatching period several specific features must be considered. The important role of staff involved in a small chicken breeding unit is emphasized.  相似文献

Treatment of cultured primary human thyroid cells with IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha uniquely allows the induction of Fas-mediated apoptosis. To investigate the role of this cytokine combination in vivo, CBA/J mice were immunized with thyroglobulin and then injected with IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha. Compared with control animals, mice treated with IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha showed significantly sustained lymphocytic infiltration in the thyroid, which was associated with the destruction of portions of the follicular architecture at wk 6 after initial immunization. Furthermore, the number of apoptotic thyroid follicular cells was increased only in the thyroids from mice treated with the IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha. We also analyzed the function of the Fas pathway in vivo in cytokine-treated mice by using an agonist anti-Fas Ab injected directly into the thyroid. Minimal apoptosis of thyroid epithelial cells was observed unless the mice were pretreated with IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha. These data demonstrate that this unique combination of inflammatory cytokines facilitates the apoptotic destruction of thyroid follicular cells in experimental autoimmune thyroiditis, in a manner similar to what is observed in Hashimoto's thyroiditis in humans.  相似文献

We sequenced the envelope (env) gene and 3' long terminal repeat of a Friend mink cell focus-inducing virus (F-MCFV). We also sequenced the gp70 coding regions for two cDNA clones of another F-MCFV. The deduced amino acid sequence of the env gene products of both F-MCFVs were compared to the corresponding sequences of other MCFVs and of ecotropic viruses. The env polypeptides of the different viruses showed long stretches of homology in the carboxy-terminal half of gp70 and in p15env ("constant region"). The amino-terminal half of gp70 was very similar in all MCFVs, but showed extensive variations relative to the ecotropic viruses ("differential region"). This differential region in all MCFVs is of endogeneous origin. We show evidence that this region carries determinants for ecotropic or polytropic host range. No indication could be found that the env gene products determine the histological type of disease caused by particular MCFVs. When the long terminal repeats of F-MCFV and Friend murine leukemia virus were compared with those of other viruses causing either lymphatic leukemia or erythroleukemia, several nucleotides were localized which might determine the histological type of disease caused by these viruses.  相似文献

Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) is the most prevalent autoimmune thyroid disorder. Intrathyroidal lymphocytic infiltration is followed by a gradual destruction of the thyroid gland which may lead to subclinical or overt hypothyroidism. Biochemical markers of the disease are thyroid peroxidase and/or thyroglobulin autoantibodies in the serum which are present with a higher prevalence in females than in males and increase with age. Although exact mechanisms of aetiology and pathogenesis of the disorder are not completely understood, a strong genetic susceptibility to the disease has been confirmed predominantly by family and twin studies. Several genes were shown to be associated with the disease occurrence, progression, and severity. Genes for human leukocyte antigen, cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4, protein tyrosine phosphatase nonreceptor-type 22, thyroglobulin, vitamin D receptor, and cytokines are considered to be of utmost importance. Amongst endogenous factors for the disease development, the attention is focused predominantly on female sex, pregnancy with postpartum period and fetal microchimerism. Environmental factors influencing HT development are iodine intake, drugs, infections and different chemicals. Disturbed self-tolerance accompanied by the increased antigen presentation is a prerequisite for the HT occurrence, whereas proper interaction of thyroid cells, antigen presenting cells, and T cells are necessary for the initiation of thyroid autoimmunity. Secreted cytokines lead predominantly to T-helper type 1 (Th1) response as well as to Th 17 response which has only recently been implicated. Final outcome of HT is thyroid destruction which is mostly a consequence of the apoptotic processes combined with T-cell mediated cytotoxicity.  相似文献
