The synthesis and the characterization of several mono- and dinuclear middle transition metal derivatives of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione, 1, are presented. The reaction of 1 with CrCl2(THF)2 gives CrCl2(O,O′-C12H6N2O2)(THF)2, 2, while the halides of iron(II), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) afford adducts of general formula MX2(N,N′-C12H6N2O2), M = Fe, 4, Co, 5, X = Cl; M = Ni, 6, X = Br. DFT calculations on CrCl2(L)(THF)2 with L = O,O′-C12H6N2O2 or O,O′-C14H8O2 allowed a direct comparison of the coordination properties of 9,10-phenanthrenequinone and 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione to be made. Dinuclear compounds of general formula CrCl2(THF)2(O,O′-C12H6N2O2-N,N′)MXnLm, M = Zr, 7, X = Cl, n = 4, m = 0; M = Cr, 8, X = Cl, n = 2, L = THF, m = 2; M = Fe, 9, Co, 10, X = Cl, n = 2, m = 0; M = Ni, 11, X = Br, n = 2, m = 0, are prepared from 2 and the corresponding metal halide, while VCp2(O,O′-C12H6N2O2-N,N′)FeCl2, 12, is synthesized by reacting 4 with VCp2. The electronic properties of the different complexes are investigated by magnetic moment measurements and EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

An approach of high sensitivity and selectivity for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) detection is highly demanded due to its important roles in regulating diverse biological process. In this work, we introduced an easily synthesized fluorescent “turn off” probe, BNBD. It is designed based on the core structure of 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan as a fluorophore and incorporated with a specific H2O2-reactive group, aryl boronate, for sensitive and selective detection of H2O2. We demonstrated its selectivity by incubating the probe with other types of ROS, and measured the limit of detection of BNBD as 1.8 nM. BNBD is also conducive to H2O2 detection at physiological conditions. We thus applied it to detect both exogenous and endogenous changes of H2O2 in living cells by confocal microscopy, supporting its future applications to selectively monitor H2O2 levels and identify H2O2-related physiological or pathological responses from live cells or tissues in the near future.  相似文献

A nitroreductase (NTR) responsive fluorescent probe, Na-NO2, comprising p-nitrobenzyl as the unique recognition group and 1,8-naphthalimide as fluorophore, was synthesized. Na-NO2 showed remarkable fluorescence “turn-on” signal in the presence of NTR under DMSO/H2O (1:19, v/v) buffered with PBS (pH = 7) solution in the presence of NADH (300 µM). Furthermore, the probe has a low detection limit down to 3.4 ng/mL and it is very sensitive towards the NTR in Escherichia coli (E. coli), Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), normal and tumor cells such as HL-7702, HepG-2 and MCF-7.  相似文献

The mononuclear macrocyclic lanthanide(III) complexes, [Ln(H2L)(H2O)4]Cl3 (Ln = Y, La, Ce, Cu, Tb, Yb, Lu; H2L = H2LA, H2LB, H2LC) were prepared by condensation 3,3′-(3,6-dioxaoctane-1,8-diyldioxy)bis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) or 3,3′-(3-oxapentane-1,5-diyldioxy)bis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with 1,5-diamino-3-azamethylpentane or 1,7-diamino-3-azamethylheptane in the presence of LnCl3 · nH2O as templating agent. The asymmetric [1+1] ligands H2LA, H2LB and H2LC contain one smaller or larger N3O2 Schiff base site and one crown-ether like O2O4 or O2O3 site. The preference of the lanthanide ion to reside into the Schiff base or the crown-ether like chamber was investigated in the solid state and in methanol or dimethylsulfoxide solution. It was found that in the solid state or in methanol the lanthanide(III) ion coordinates into the O2On site while in dimethylsulfoxide demetalation and partial metal ion migration from the O2On into the N3O2 chamber occur. The mononuclear lanthanide(III) complexes [Ln(H2L)(H2O)4]Cl3 with the Ln3+ ion in the O2On site have been used as ligands in the synthesis of the heterodinuclear complexes LnLn′(L)(Cl)4 · 4H2O by reaction with the appropriate Ln′(III) chloride in methanol and in the presence of base. The related homodinuclear complexes Ln2(L)(Cl)4 · 4H2O have been prepared by the one-pot condensation of the appropriate precursors in the presence of base and of the lanthanide(III) ion as templating agent. The single-crystal X-ray structure of [Eu(H2LA)(H2O)4]Cl3 · 5H2O has been determined. The europium ion is nine-coordinated in the O2O3 ligand site and bonded to four water molecules and the coordination polyhedron can be described as a square monocapped antiprism. The site occupancy of the different lanthanide(III) ions and the physico-chemical properties arising from the different dinuclear aggregation and/or from the variation of the crown-ether shape have been investigated by IR and NMR spectroscopy, MS spectrometry and SEM-EDS microscopy. In particular, site migration and/or transmetalation reactions, together with demetalation reactions, have been monitored by NMR studies in methanol and dimethylsulfoxide. It was found that these processes strongly depend on the shape of the two coordination chambers, the solvent used and the radius of the lanthanide(III) ions. Thus, these molecular movements can be tuned by changing appropriately these parameters.  相似文献

[1+1] macrocyclic and [1+2] macroacyclic compartmental ligands (H2L), containing one N2O2, N3O2, N2O3, N4O2 or O2N2O2 Schiff base site and one O2On (n=3, 4) crown-ether like site, have been prepared by self-condensation of the appropriate formyl- and amine precursors. The template procedure in the presence of sodium ion afforded Na2(L) or Na(HL) · nH2O. When reacted with the appropriate transition metal acetate hydrate, H2L form M(L) · nH2O, M(HL)(CH3COO) · nH2O, M(H2L)(X)2 · nH2O (M=Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+; X=CH3COO, Cl) or Mn(L)(CH3COO) · nH2O according to the experimental conditions used. The same complexes have been prepared by condensation of the appropriate precursors in the presence of the desired metal ion. The Schiff bases H2L have been reduced by NaBH4 to the related polyamine derivatives H2R, which form, when reacted with the appropriate metal ions, M(H2R)(X)2 (M= Co2+, Ni2+; X=CH3COO, Cl), Cu(R) · nH2O and Mn(R)(CH3COO) · nH2O. The prepared ligands and related complexes have been characterized by IR, NMR and mass spectrometry. The [1+1] cyclic nature of the macrocyclic polyamine systems and the site occupancy of sodium ion have been ascertained, at least for the sodium (I) complex with the macrocyclic ligand containing one N3O2 Schiff base and one O2O3 crown-ether like coordination chamber, by an X-ray structural determination. In this complex the asymmetric unit consists of one cyclic molecule of the ligand coordinated to a sodium ion by the five oxygen atoms of the ligand. The coordination geometry of the sodium ion can be described as a pentagonal pyramid with the metal ion occupying the vertex. In the mononuclear complexes with H2L or H2R the transition metal ion invariantly occupies the Schiff base site; the sodium ion, on the contrary, prefers the crown-ether like site. Accordingly, the heterodinuclear complexes [MNa(L)(CH3COO)x] (M=Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2, x=1; M=Mn3+, x=2) have been synthesised by reacting the appropriate formyl and amine precursors in the presence of M(CH3COO)n · nH2O and NaOH in a 1:1:1:2 molar ratio. The reaction of the mononuclear transition metal complexes with Na(CH3COO) · nH2O gives rise to the same heterodinuclear complexes. Similarly [MNa(R)(CH3COO)x] have been prepared by reaction of the appropriate polyamine ligand H2R with the desired metal acetate hydrate and NaOH in 1:1:2 molar ratio.  相似文献

Herein we report on the synthesis and sensor activity of a novel pH sensitive probe designed as highly water-soluble fluorescent micelles by grafting of 1,8-naphthalimide–rhodamine bichromophoric FRET system (RNI) to the PMMA block of a well-defined amphiphilic diblock copolymer—poly(methyl methacrylate)–b-poly(methacrylic acid) (PMMA48b-PMAA27). The RNI-PMMA48b-PMAA27 adduct is capable of self-assembling into micelles with a hydrophobic PMMA core, containing the anchored fluorescent probe, and a hydrophilic shell composed of PMAA block. Novel fluorescent micelles are able to serve as a highly sensitive pH probe in water and to internalize successfully HeLa and HEK cells. Furthermore, they showed cell specificity and significantly higher photostability than that of a pure organic dye label such as BODIPY. The valuable properties of the newly prepared fluorescent micelles indicate the high potential of the probe for future biological and biomedical applications.  相似文献

Biological oxidants participate in many processes in the human body. Their excessive production causes organelle damage, which may result in the accumulation of cytotoxic mediators and cell degradation and may manifest itself in various diseases. Peroxynitrite (ONOO), hypochlorous acid (HOCl), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and peroxymonocarbonate (HOOCO2) are important oxidants in biology, toxicology, and various pathologies. Derivatives of coumarin, containing an oxidant-sensitive boronate group, have been recently developed for the fluorescent detection of inflammatory oxidants. Here, we report the synthesis and characterization of 4-[2-(morpholin-4-yl)-2-oxoethyl]-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl boronic acid ( MpC-BA ) as a fluorescent probe for the detection of oxidants, with better solubility in water, high stability and fast response time toward peroxynitrite and hypochlorous acid. The effectiveness of the MpC-BA probe for the detection of peroxynitrite was measured by adding bolus ONOO or using the co-generating superoxide and nitrogen oxide system. MpC-BA is oxidized by ONOO to 7-hydroxy-4-[2-(morpholin-4-yl)-2-oxoethyl]-2H-chromen-2-one ( MpC-OH ). However, peroxynitrite-specific product ( MpC-H ) is formed in the minor reaction pathway. MpC-OH is also yielded in the reaction of MpC-BA with HOCl, and the subsequent formation of a chlorinated MpC-OH gives a specific product for HOCl ( MpC-OHCl ). H2O2 slowly oxidizes MpC-BA . However, the addition of NaHCO3 increased the MpC-OH formation rate. We conclude that MpC-BA is potentially an improved fluorescent probe detecting peroxynitrite and hypochlorite in biological settings. Complementation of the fluorescence measurements by HPLC-based identification of chlorinated and reduced coumarin(s) will help identify the oxidants detected.  相似文献

A novel nanocomposite material of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (BPPF6) was explored and used to construct a novel microperoxidase-11 (MP-11) biosensor for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to characterize the performance of the biosensor. Under the optimized experimental conditions, H2O2 could be detected in a linear calibration range of 0.5 to 7.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9949 (n = 9) and a detection limit of 3.8 × 10−9 mol L−1 at 3σ. The modified electrodes displayed excellent electrochemical response, high sensitivity, long-term stability, and good bioactivity and selectivity.  相似文献

The synthesis and the characterization of several mono- and polymetallic derivatives of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6,-dione (1) are presented. The reaction of 1 with M(CO)6 (M = Cr, Mo) gives compounds of general formula M(O,O′-C12H6N2O2)3, M = Cr (2), Mo (3).Compound 3 is also obtained starting from Mo(η6-CH3C6H5)2, whereas the reaction of Cr(η6-CH3C6H5)2 with 1 affords the ionic derivative [Cr(η6-CH3C6H5)2][C12H6N2O2] (4), which has been studied by EPR spectroscopy and DFT calculations.FeCl2(N,N′-C12H6N2O2)2 (6), is obtained by thermal decomposition of [Fe(N,N′-C12H6N2O2)3]Cl2 (5).Polymetallic compounds of general formula Cr[O,O′-C12H6N2O2-N,N′-MCl4]3,containing chromium and a Group 4 element M = Ti (7), Zr (8), Hf (9), are prepared from Cr(O,O′-C12H6N2O2)3 and the corresponding MCl4 or MCl4DME. Polynuclear derivatives of iron and chromium of formula [Fe(N,N′-C12H6N2O2-O,O′-CrCl2(THF)2)3][PF6]2 (10), and Cr[O,O′-C12H6N2O2-N,N′-FeCl2(THF)]3 (11), are obtained by the reaction of [Fe(N,N′-C12H6N2O2)3][PF6]2 with three equivalents of CrCl2(THF)2 and from Cr(O,O′-C12H6N2O2)3 and FeCl2(THF)1.5, respectively. Compound 11 reacts with 1 (3 equivalents in sym-C2H2Cl4 or 6 equivalents in ethanol) to give Cr[O,O′-C12H6N2O2-N,N′-FeCl2(N,N′-C12H6N2O2)]3 (12), and [Cr(O,O′-C12H6N2O2-N,N′-Fe(N,N′-C12H6N2O2)2)3]Cl6 (13), respectively.  相似文献

Composite material based on room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (BPPF6), sodium alginate (SA), and graphite was used to construct a novel horseradish peroxidase (HRP) biosensor for the determination of H2O2. The morphology of the as-prepared biosensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to characterize the process of the performance of the biosensor. Parameters affecting the performance of the biosensor, including the concentrations of o-aminophenol (OAP) and HRP and the pH value of substrate solution, were optimized. Under the optimized experimental conditions, H2O2 could be detected in a linear calibration range of 1.0 to 6.0 μM with a correlation coefficient of 0.9847 (n = 7) and a detection limit of 0.5 μM at a signal/noise ratio of 3. The prepared biosensor not only had economic and disposable property but also showed good detection precision, bioactivity, storage stability, and reproducibility.  相似文献

Synthesis, physical properties and X-ray structure of a hydrated tetranuclear copper(II) complex [Cu4(μ-diph)2(μ-H2O)2(O2CCH3)4(H2O)2]·4H2O with N,N′-bis(picolinoyl)hydrazine (H2diph) are reported. The centrosymmetric complex has two types of copper(II) centres with distorted square-pyramidal N2O3 coordination spheres. The dinucleating trans planar diph2− ligands are parallel to each other and act as N2O-donor to one metal centre and N2-donor to the other metal centre. The complex has a rectangular {Cu4(μ-N-N)2(μ-OH2)2} core with Cu···Cu distances as 4.834(1) and 3.762(1) Å. Solid state as well as solution electronic spectra show several transitions in the wavelength range 700-280 nm. The room temperature (298 K) solid state magnetic moment is 3.55 μB. The powder EPR spectra at 298 and 130 K are very similar and axial (g = 2.25 and g = 2.08) in character.  相似文献

This article describes the employment of a novel p-phenol derivative, 4-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)phenol (TRP), as a highly potent signal enhancer of the luminol-hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) chemiluminescence (CL) system. The CL reaction conditions were optimized, and the enhancement characteristics of TRP were compared with those of p-iodophenol (PIP). TRP produced a strong enhancement of the CL with the effect of prolonging the light emission. The developed system was then applied to the determination of H2O2 with immobilized HRP using magnetic beads as a solid support. The linear range for H2O2 was 2.0 × 10−6 to 1.0 × 10−3 M. The detection limit for H2O2 was 2.0 × 10−6 M. The proposed sensor was applied successfully to the determination of H2O2 in rainwater.  相似文献

A novel 4-butoxyethoxy-N-octadecyl-1,8-naphthalimide (BON) was synthesized as a fluorescent probe for the determination of proteins. The interactions between BON and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Fluorescence data revealed that the fluorescence quenching of BSA by BON was likely the result of the formation of the BON-BSA complex. According to the modified Stern-Volmer equation, the binding constants of BON with BSA at four different temperatures were obtained. The thermodynamic parameters, enthalpy change (ΔH) and entropy change (ΔS) for the reaction were calculated to be −23.27 kJ mol−1 and 10.40 J mol−1 K−1 according to van’t Hoff equation, indicating that the hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions played a dominant role in the binding of BON to BSA. Furthermore, displacement experiments using warfarin indicated that BON could bind to site I of BSA. The effect of BON on the conformation of BSA was also analyzed by synchronous fluorescence and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra. A new fluorescence quenching assay of the proteins BSA using BON in the HCl-Tris (pH 7.4) buffer solution was developed with maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of 373 and 489 nm, respectively. The linear range was 0.1-10.0 × 10−5 mol L−1 with detection limits were determined to be 1.76 × 10−8 mol L−1. The effect of metal cations on the fluorescence spectra of BON in ethanol was also investigated. Determination of protein in human serum by this method gave results which were very close to those obtained by using Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 colorimetry.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear iron(III) complexes with containing phenolate donor of substituted-salicylaldimine based ligands [Fe(L1)(TCC)] · CH3OH (1), [Fe(L2)(TCC)] · CH3OH (2), [Fe(L3)(TCC)] (3), and [Fe(L4)(TCC)] (4) have been prepared and studied as functional models for catechol dioxygenases (H2TCC = tetrachlorocatechol, or HL1 = N′-(salicylaldimine)-N,N-diethyldiethylenetriamine, HL2 = N′-(5-Br-salicylaldimine)-N,N-diethyldiethylenetriamine, HL3 = N′-(4,6-dimethoxy-salycyl-aldimine)-N,N-diethyl-diethylenetriamine, HL4 = N′-(4-methoxy-salicylaldimine)-N,N-diethyl-diethylenetriamine). They are structural models for inhibitors of enzyme-substrate adducts from the reactions of catechol 1,2-dioxygenases. Complexes 1-4 were characterized by spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystal structural analysis. The coordination sphere of Fe(III) atom of 1-4 is distorted octahedral with N3O3 donor set from the ligand and the substrate TCC occupying cis position, and Fe(III) is in high-spin (S = 5/2) electronic ground state. The in situ prepared iron(III) complexes without TCC, [Fe(L1)Cl2], [Fe(L2)Cl2], [Fe(L3)Cl2], and [Fe(L4)Cl2] are reactive towards intradiol cleavage of the 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (H2DBC) in the presence of O2 or air. The reaction rate of catechol 1,2-dioxygenase depends on the redox potential and acidity of iron(III) ions in complexes as well as the substituent effect of the ligands. We have identified the reaction products and proposed the mechanism of the reactions of these iron(III) complexes with H2DBC with O2.  相似文献

The [PdII{(R,R)-chxn}(OH)2] reagent (chxn = 1,2-diaminocyclohexane) is introduced as a metal probe for the detection of the bidentate chelating sites of a glycose. Two moles of hydroxide per mole palladium support double deprotonation of potentially chelating diol functions at a glycose’s backbone. The individual chelating sites are detected using one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques. At equimolar amounts of palladium(II) and aldose, the metal-binding sites include mostly the hydroxy function at the anomeric carbon atom. Chelators are derived from both the pyranose and the furanose isomers. Most pyranose-based chelators form five-membered chelate rings by using their 1,2-diol function. Though 1,2-diolate bonding is also common to the furanoses, the formation of six-membered chelate rings by 1,3-bonding is more significant for them. Metal-excess conditions provoke mostly bis-bidentate 1,2;3,4-chelation but unusual isomers form also: thus d-xylose is dimetallated in its all-axial β-pyranose form, and erythrose’s dimetallation results in the formation of two isomers of a metal derivative of the open-chain hydrate. The spectroscopic results are supported by crystal-structure determinations on [Pd{(R,R)-chxn}(α-d-Xylp1,2H−2O1,2)]·H2O (Xyl = xylose), [Pd{(R,R)-chxn}(α-d-Ribp1,2H−2O1,2)]·2.25H2O (Rib = ribose), [Pd{(R,R)-chxn}(α-l-Thrf1,3H−2O1,3)]·2H2O (Thr = threose) and [Pd{(R,R)-chxn}(α-d-Eryf1,3H−2O1,3)]·3H2O (Ery = erythrose).  相似文献

We report the synthesis and characterization of a seven coordinate europium complex, [EuCl3(C10H8N2O2) ·  2CH3OH]. The growing interest in developing efficient light conversion molecular devices (LCMDs) necessitates the need for new fluorescent materials. Ideal physicochemical properties of the materials include ligand absorption, efficient metal to ligand transfer, and strong luminescence with a relatively long decay time. The design of such material requires distinct absorbing (ligand) and emitting (metal ion) components. While Eu3+ cation has a non-degenerate emitting level, 2,2′-bipyridine N,N dioxide is a heterocyclic ligand known to exhibit strong luminescence. Additional characterization is also described, including single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopies and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Disposable screen-printed, film carbon electrodes (PFCE) were modified with cast-coated Osmium–polyvinylpyrridine-wired horse radish peroxidase gel polymer (Os-gel-HRP) to enable the detection of the reduction at 0 mV of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) derived from a post-column immobilized enzyme reactor (IMER) containing acetylcholinesterase and choline oxidase. In another series of experiments PFCE were initially modified with cast-coated Os-gel-HRP and then treated with glucose oxidase in bovine serum albumin (BSA) and cross-linked with glutaraldehyde to form a bi-layer glucose–Os-gel-HRP PFCE. This bi-layer glucose–Os-gel-HRP PFCE generated a reduction current at 0 mV to H2O2 derived from the reaction of glucose oxidase and glucose in solution. These enzyme-modified PFCE were housed in a radial flow cell and coupled with cation-exchange liquid chromatographic methods to temporally separate substrates in solution for the determination of acetylcholine (ACh) and choline (Ch) in the first experimental series, or glucose in the second experimental series. These two disposable enzyme-modified PFCE exhibited linear current vs. substrate relations, were durable, being usable for approximately 40 determinations, and were sufficiently sensitive to be employed in biological sampling. Both assays utilized the same HPLC equipment. The limit of detection for ACh was 16 fmol/10 μl and that for glucose was 12 μmol/7.5 μl. ACh and Ch were measured from a microdialysate from the frontal cortex of a rat. Glucose in human urine was determined using the bi-layer glucose oxidase–Os-gel-HRP PFCE.  相似文献

A novel chain-like luminescent samarium coordination polymer {Sm3(C8H4O4)4(C12N2H8)2(NO3)}n (C8H4O4 = phthalate, C12N2H8 = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been assembled by hydrothermal process. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with lattice parameters a = 22.56(3) Å, b = 11.155(15) Å, c = 20.32(3) Å, β = 96.70(2)°, V = 5078(12) Å3, F(000) = 2964, GOF = 0.857, R1 = 0.0358, wR2 = 0.0597, Z = 4. Samarium ions exhibit different coordination modes from each other and lead to the unexpected high asymmetrical structure. To our knowledge, it is the first example of lanthanide coordination polymers comprising the three asymmetrical central Sm3+ fragments. The photophysical properties have been studied with excitation and emission spectra.  相似文献

Two new mixed-ligand complexes [M(atdz)(DCA)(H2O)2]·2H2O, (M = Co(II), Zn(II); atdz = 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole, C2H3N3S; DCA = demethylcantharate, 7-oxabicyclo[2,2,1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylate, C8H8O5) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis. The structures of the complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystals have empirical formulas CoC10H19N3O9S (1) and ZnC10H19N3O9S (2), respectively. Complex 1 and 2 are monoclinic systems with space group P21/m. The structures of the complexes assume severely distorted octahedral geometries. The DNA binding properties of the complexes were investigated by electronic absorption spectra, thermal denaturation studies, fluorescence quenching studies and viscosity measurements. All the results showed the interaction modes between the complexes and DNA were partial intercalation. The results of agarose gel electrophoresis indicated the complexes could cleave supercoiled DNA. The antiproliferative activities testing revealed that all the complexes showed weak to moderate activities against human hepatoma cells (SMMC7721) and human breast cells (MCF-7) in vitro.  相似文献
