运用简单线性相关及回归分析方法,对人工圈养条件下20头太平洋瓶鼻海豚(Tursiops gilli)的体重与体长的相关性分析结果表明,海豚体重与体长呈显著正相关(r=0.960,P<0.01),其体重随体长变化的回归方程为=2.19X-368.65;体重与体长的比值随着体长的增加而增加,且呈直线趋势。依据海豚体重与体长的相关分析来控制其体重,从而提高科学饲养管理水平,使海豚的摄食量、训练行为与健康之间保持平衡,是很有必要的。  相似文献

1985和1986年对647只蒙古旱獭体重、体长的增长规律进行了研究。体重体长随年龄增加而增长,但体重和体长的增长特点不同,体重随年龄增加而直线上升,体长则呈抛物线形上升。根据这一规律,将体长的增长划为突增期、稳增期和停滞期三个时期。并根据体重和体长分布呈二元正态分布之特点,以直线回归方程Y=30.78+0.004X表示体重(X)与体长(Y)的相关关系,相关系数r=0.9602(p<0.01)。  相似文献

观测卡特拉鱼的形态特征和1—3龄鱼主要可量性状及其比例的变动。1—3龄鱼除主食商品饲料外,同时也食较大比例的浮游生物。着重对浮游生物的种类和比例进行了分析。肠长与体长呈直线相关。Y=6.38X-89.95。1—4龄鱼体长和体重相对生长率和生长指标都随年龄增加而逐渐下降。体长与体重呈曲线相关。W=0.00002261L~(3.0569)。采用 Von.Bertalanffy 生长方程分析其生长特性。方程参数 L_∞=821.2mm,W_∞=19616.6g,t_0=0.6年,K=0.3。体长生长不具拐点,生长速度随年龄增加而递减;体重生长具拐点,其值4.3年。此时体重生长速度达最大值。4、3龄前是生长旺盛期,此后进入生长缓慢期。  相似文献

研究了光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus hollandi)的年龄与生长规律,结果表明:光倒刺鲃鳞片年轮特征主要为疏密切割型。体长与鳞长呈直线相关L=44.44R-11.69,体重与体长呈指数函数相关W=0.0258L2.9125,4龄以前生长较快,生长指标高,体长指标高,体长和体重的相对增长率大,其生长规律可用Von Bertalanffy方程表达:Lt=67.3[1-e-0.2018(t-0.1338)],Wt=5441.44[1-e-0.2018(t-0.1338)]3。体重生长曲线的拐点位于t=5.678,拐点体长Lr=45.313cm,拐点体重Wr=1660.885g。光倒刺鲃雌性一般在3~4龄性成熟,雄鱼3龄时性成熟。  相似文献

2010年5~9月从长江支流沱江收集性成熟宽体沙鳅个体,研究了其个体生殖力及其与多项生物学指标的关系。实验鱼共76尾,由2+、3、4龄鱼组成。其绝对生殖力(F)为414~9625粒,平均3230粒;体长相对生殖力(FL)为50~837粒/cm,平均324粒/cm;体重相对生殖力(FW)为21~789粒/g,平均227粒/g;绝对生殖力、体长相对生殖力和体重相对生殖力与成熟系数呈幂函数相关,回归方程为:F=177.99GSI0.9872,FL=20.315GSI0.9592,FW=13.957GSI0.9542;绝对生殖力和体长相对生殖力与体重呈幂函数相关,回归方程为:F=9.4876M1.9425,FL=2.2684M1.6597。  相似文献

为了分析五大连池鳙(Aristichthys nobilis)的生长情况,于2013和2014年在五大连池三池及二池随机采集223尾鳙样本,采用鳞片鉴定其年龄,退算体长、体重。同时采用von Bertalanffy生长方程分析了五大连池鳙体长、体重的生长规律。结果显示,鳙渔获物的平均体长、体重分别为54.61 cm和3 280.53 g,由3+~8+共6个年龄组组成,以5+龄个体为主,占总数的50.67%。五大连池鳙体长(L,cm)、体重(W,g)之间关系式为W=0.0289 L2.901(n=223,R=0.974)。体长、体重von Bertalanffy生长方程分别为:Lt=97.619[1﹣e﹣0.140(ti﹣0.004)]和Wt=17113.260[1﹣e~(﹣0.140(ti﹣0.004))]2.901。鳙体长生长速度曲线无拐点,随着年龄的增加生长速度逐渐降低。体重的生长速度曲线具有拐点,拐点年龄为7.61龄,所对应的体长和体重分别为63.94 cm和5 012.82 g。采用生长特征指数?对比分析五大连池与其他水域鳙的生长,结果显示五大连池鳙的生长较为缓慢,栖息环境的水温、饵料生物密度是影响五大连池鳙生长的重要因素。有效提高鳙生长速度的关键措施在于降低放养密度。  相似文献

高体近红鲌为长江上游的特有鱼类,以2008年5—11月从赤水河赤水市江段采集的540尾高体近红鲌标本为材料,对其生长与繁殖特性进行了研究和分析。结果表明:高体近红鲌鳞片年轮结构呈疏密切割型,年龄特征显著。种群由1—4龄共4个年龄组组成,其中以2龄个体为主。体长分布主要集中在100—160 mm;体重分布主要集中在20.0—50.0 g。总性比为♀∶♂=1.30∶1。体长与鳞径呈直线关系,体长和体重呈幂函数关系且幂指数接近3,基本符合匀速生长类型,体长和体重Von Bertalanffy方程分别为Lt=217.38(1-e-0.2867(t+0.757))和Wt=118.151-e-0.2867(t+0.757)2.8103;生长拐点为2.85龄,拐点对应的体长和体重分别为Lt=140.09 mm,Wt=34.37 g。雌雄初次性成熟年龄均为1龄;繁殖高峰期为6—7月。Ⅳ期雌鱼的绝对繁殖力为950—8655粒,平均值(3087.90±1602.15)粒;体长相对繁殖力FL为10.00—56.20粒/cm,平均值(24.26±10.16)粒/cm;体重相对怀卵量FW为66.08—197.67粒/g,平均值(116.49±32.05)粒/g;卵径频率分布显示高体近红鲌为一次产卵类型。    相似文献

长江老江河国家级四大家鱼原种场鲢的生长特征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)是我国传统食用鱼,也是国际上养殖产量最高的鱼种.长江是鲢生产的摇篮和优质基因库.本文分析了2008年1月及12月采自湖北监利县老江河国家级四大家鱼原种场151尾鲢样本的年龄和生长特征,结果显示,体长(L)与鳞长(R)呈直线关系L=205.96R-6.374 0(r=0.948 6),体重(W)与体长呈幂函数关系W=0.023 4L2.941 1(r=0.995 5),生长规律可用Von Bertalanffy 方程Lt=93.77[1-e-0.208 7(t-0.031 1) 和Wt=19 293.35[1-0.208 7(t-0.031 1)]2.941 1表达.群体的生长拐点位于ti=5.14,拐点体长Lr=61.47 cm,拐点体重Wr=5 570.85 g.分析表明,渐近体长、渐近体重及拐点年龄等参数,老江河鲢的比20世纪80年代中期天鹅洲和90年代初湖口地区鲢的要低,生长参数发生了一些变化.  相似文献

2014年的3月、5月、7月和12月在淮河上游南湾湖采集麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva)样本532尾, 对麦穗鱼的年龄组成与生长进行分析。结果表明样本的体长分布范围为35.82—88.28 mm, 平均体长为(61.61±11.8) mm, 体重的分布范围为3.07—59.17 g, 平均体重为(19.23±10.73) g。雄性个体比雌性个体大, 雌雄性比为0.64鲶1。群体的年龄组成为1—3龄, 其中3龄样本数量占优势为57.38%。体长与体重的关系是雌性W=9.602E–5L2.928 (R2=0.883); 雄性W=4.487E–5L3.116 (R2=0.889), 雌雄样本间存在显著性差异(F=5.241, P<0.05)。麦穗鱼的鳞径与体长之间呈线性关系, 并且雌雄样本的鳞径与体长之间的关系差异性显著(F=78.405, P<0.05)。生长参数分别是雌性: L=107.005, K=0.246, t0= –0.76; 雄性: L=145.254, K=0.181, t0= –0.66。生长拐点是雌性3.607龄对应的体长和体重分别为70.46 mm和24.72 g, 雄性5.619龄对应的体长和体重分别为98.64 mm和73.53 g。研究结果表明雌性为匀速生长, 雄性为异速生长; 雄性麦穗鱼比雌性麦穗鱼的生长速度快。  相似文献

于2013年4~5月在长江上游岷江河口区域采集63尾性腺发育至Ⅳ期的切尾拟鲿(Pseudobagrus truncatus)雌性个体,所有样本均测量其体长(L)、体重(M)、净体重(W)和性腺重(Wa)等生物学指标。取耳石鉴定年龄,测量卵径,用重量法计数个体绝对生殖力(F),并对体长相对生殖力(FL)、体重相对生殖力(FW)进行计算,用5种数学模型及多元逐步回归方程拟合个体生殖力与生物学指标的关系。结果显示,调查样本由2+~5+龄组成,个体绝对生殖力(F)为566~6758粒,平均为3056粒;体长相对生殖力(FL)68~469粒/cm,平均为234粒/cm;体重相对生殖力(FW)为45~349粒/g,平均为145粒/g。个体绝对生殖力(F)和体长相对生殖力(FL)与体长(L)、体重(M)和成熟系数(GSI)均呈幂函数相关;而体重相对生殖力(FW)仅与成熟系数(GSI)呈幂函数相关,和其他形态指标的相关性不显著。多元逐步回归分析结果表明,长江上游切尾拟鲿个体绝对生殖力(F)与体重(M)和成熟系数(GSI)密切相关,相关式为:F=16370.714+3284.028 GSI+58.361M(n=63,R2=0.973,P0.01);体长相对生殖力(FL)与体重(M)、净体重(W)和成熟系数(GSI)密切相关,相关式为:FL=251.749+18.961 M+684.273 W+3 268.421 GSI(n=63,R2=0.852,P0.01);而体重相对生殖力(FW)仅与成熟系数(GSI)相关:FW=138.590+837.641 GSI(n=63,R2=0.539,P0.01)。依据卵径频数分布结果推测,切尾拟鲿属于一次性产卵鱼类。  相似文献

The relationship of brain and body weights can be expressed in log-log regression: log (brain weight) = log (A) + B log (body weight). To investigate further the weights' similarity, gestation length and brain and body weights were determined from the literature for 46 primate genera. The results of allometric and path regression analyses suggest that the relationship between brain and body weights may not be mainly pleiotropic in the order Primates. The correlation between brain and body weights appears to be due to epigenetic factors in hyperplastic growth related to time constraint by gestation length and to energy utilization limitations imposed by metabolic rate.  相似文献

Fluctuating asymmetry (FA) has been used as a measure of developmental stability and may indicate individual phenotypic or genotypic quality. Using water boatmen (Callicorixa vulnerata) from a natural population, we examined the relationship between tarsal FA (tarsal spine number, tarsal length) and indices of body condition in two habitats. We used body weight and residual body weight (controlling for body length) as indices of condition because experimental food deprivation in water boatmen led to a reduction in each. We detected a negative relationship between FA and both indices of condition in two ecologically distinct pond habitats. We predicted this association was due to a negative relationship between FA and competitive feeding ability. Consequently, we examined associations between survival time and tarsal FA in C. vulnerata under resource-limited laboratory conditions. Univariate analyses revealed a negative correlation between survival and tarsal FA in each trait. Inclusion of survival time, body length, gender, tarsal spine number, tarsal length, and measures of FA into multivariate analyses revealed a negative correlation between survival and FA. Individuals with the greatest survival had higher nutritional condition than individuals that succumbed early in the experiment. Asymmetric individuals may suffer a foraging handicap as a result of the use of tarsi in feeding or they may be of poor genetic quality. Our results suggest elevated FA may limit resource acquisition and are consistent with the use of FA as a measure of fitness.  相似文献

选择 6月龄凡纳对虾 176只 ,测定了体长、头胸甲长、胸宽、胸高、额剑上刺数、额剑下刺数、尾长和上市体重共 8个性状 ,采用相关分析和通径分析方法 ,剔除了与体长及头胸甲长有共线性的自变量尾长 ,计算了以形态性状为自变量对体重作依变量的相关系数、通径系数、决定系数及相关指数 ,定量地分析了形态性状对体重的影响效果。结果表明 ,凡纳对虾 5个形态性状与体重的相关系数达到极显著水平 (P<0 .0 1) ;通径分析揭示了多元分析中多个自变量与依变量的真实关系 ,体长、头胸甲长、胸宽、额剑下缘刺数目对体重的通经系数达到显著水平 ,它们是直接影响体重的重要指标 ,其中体长对体重的直接影响(0 .4 2 8* * )最大 ,是影响体重的最主要因素 ,其次为头胸甲长 (0 .2 90 * * )和胸宽 (0 .2 4 5 * * ) ,额剑下缘刺数对体重的直接影响(0 .0 70 * )较小 ;胸高与体重的相关程度很大 (0 .792 3) ,但它与额剑上缘刺数对体重的直接影响都非常小 ,主要通过其他性状间接影响活体重 ,是影响体重的次要因素 ,均被剔除 ;决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果有一致的变化趋势 ;所选形态性状与体重的复相关指数为 R2 =0 .92 13,说明影响体重的主要自变量指标已经找到 ;多元回归分析建立了体长 (X1 )、头胸甲长 (X2 )、胸宽(X3)、  相似文献

铁是动物体的必需元素,是血红蛋白和肌红蛋白中氧的携带者。动物体内的含铁化合物主要为血红蛋白、肌红蛋白(Mb)、转铁蛋白、含铁血黄素和含铁酶(王夔,1992)。铁与水生哺乳动物的潜水能力密切相关。Wright和Davis(2006)对威德尔海豹(Leptonychotes weddellii)的研究表明,Mb是水生哺乳动物最重要的储氧部位,在胃肠吸收后状态下Mb从正常水平降低7%时,有氧潜水限度(Aerobic Dive Limit,ADL)下降39%;Mb增加两倍时,ADL则增加30%。  相似文献

Risso's dolphins (Grampus griseus) are widely distributed throughout temperate to tropical pelagic waters of the world and are one of the most frequently encountered cetaceans in eastern Taiwanese coastal waters. Because their life history is poorly known, the goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between age, body length, and sexual maturity of Risso's dolphins in Taiwanese waters. Ninety‐two carcasses of dead‐stranded or fisheries bycaught dolphins (1994–2008) were measured and dissected (total body length, TBL 125–290 cm); sexual maturity was assessed in 33 dolphins; and age was estimated by counting dentinal growth layer groups in routine histologically prepared tooth sections of 28 dolphins. Sexual dimorphism in TBL was not detected. The onset of sexual maturity occurred at 240–255 cm in females and 253–265 cm in males, which was at about 10 yr of age for both sexes. Our stranding, bycatch, and previous boat survey records suggest that Risso's dolphins occur year‐round and likely have a summer‐fall calving season in Taiwanese waters. The similar life history parameters and calving season in dolphins from Taiwanese and Japanese waters suggest a common population in the northwest Pacific, which has a noticeably shorter body length than in other regions.  相似文献

There is a substantial correlation between household debt and health. Individuals with less healthy lifestyles are more likely to hold debt, yet there is little evidence as to whether this is merely a correlation or if financial hardship actually causes obesity. In this paper, we use data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Adolescent Health to test whether financial hardship affects body weight. We divide our sample into two groups: men and women, explore two different types of financial hardship: holding credit card debt and having trouble paying bills, and three outcomes: overweight, obese and body mass index (BMI). We use a variety of econometric techniques: Ordinary Least Squares, Propensity Score Matching, Sibling Fixed Effects, and Instrumental Variables to investigate the relationship that exists between financial hardship and body weight. In addition, we conduct several robustness checks. Although our OLS and PSM results indicate a correlation between financial hardship and body weight these results appear to be largely driven by unobservables. Our IV results suggest that there is no causal relationship between credit card debt and overweight or obesity for either men or women. However, we find suggestive evidence that having trouble paying bills may be a cause of obesity for women.  相似文献

Second molar length and body weight are used to test the correlation between tooth size and body size in living Hominoidea. These variates are highly correlated (r= 0.942, p less than 0.001), indicating that tooth size can be used in dentally unspecialized fossil hominoids as one method of predicting the average body weight of species. Based on tooth size, the average body weight of Aegyptopithecus zeuxis is estimated to have been beteen 4.5 and 7.5 kg, which is corroborated by known cranial and postcranial elements. Using Radinsky's estimates of brain size, the encephalization quotient (EQ) for Aegyptopithecus was between 0.65 and 1.04. A similar analysis for Proconsul africanus yields a body weight between 16 and 34 kg, and an EQ between 1.19 and 1.96.  相似文献

Recent studies in health economics have generated two important findings: that as a measure of fatness the body mass index (BMI) is biased; and that, when it comes to analyzing wage correlates, both fat-free mass (FFM) and body fat (BF) are better suited to the task. We validate these findings for Germany using the BIAdata Base Project and the German Socio-Economic Panel. While we find no significant correlation between BMI and wages in any of our models, simple linear regression models featuring both contemporary and time-lagged fatness measures indicate that FFM and, to a lesser extent, BF are associated with hourly wages: more specifically, the relationship between FFM/BF and hourly wages is about two to three times higher for females than for males. In contrast, fixed-effects models indicate that there is no correlation between hourly wages and both FFM and BF with one exception: a significant correlation (and one in line with expectations) is found to be the rule among job changers.  相似文献

Estimates of biomass are essential for studies modeling the structure, animal growth, production, and energy flow in ecosystems. The relationships between dry weight and head capsule width or body length in summer and winter were examined for four species of predatory stonefly (Perlidae) nymphs in Japan. There were some variations in regression constants between seasons and species. However, the distribution of length-weight plots did not show marked differences between species or season. Our results suggest that length-weight relationship data, regardless of season or including multiple species, are also valid for estimation of dry weight when the target species are classified into the same taxonomic family.  相似文献
