不同供水条件对小麦强、弱势籽粒中淀粉粒度分布的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以3个淀粉含量不同的冬小麦品种山农12、鲁麦21和济南17为材料,设灌溉和旱作2种栽培处理,对不同水分条件下小麦强、弱势籽粒中淀粉粒的体积、数目和表面积的分布特征进行了研究.结果表明,小麦强、弱势籽粒均含有A(>9.8 μm)、B(2.0~9.8 μm)、C(<2.0 μm)3种类型的淀粉粒,但不同类型淀粉粒的分布状况存在明显差异.在强势籽粒中,淀粉粒的体积和表面积分布均表现为三峰分布,而弱势籽粒中淀粉粒的体积和表面积分布则表现为双峰分布.与弱势粒相比较,强势粒中C型淀粉粒(<2.0 μm)的体积百分比为7.25%~9.31%,表面积百分比为34.88%~41.51%,而弱势粒的体积和表面积百分比分别为5.33%~6.40%和26.31%~33.54%.强、弱势籽粒中<0.6 μm和0.6~2.0 μm范围内的淀粉粒数目存在明显差异,强势粒为1.86%~6.13%和83.77%~87.77%,而弱势粒为25.72%~37.42%和52.77%~58.48%.与灌溉栽培相比较,旱作栽培条件下籽粒中B、C型淀粉粒体积和表面积百分比显著增加,而A型淀粉粒体积和表面积显著减少;弱势粒中<0.6 μm的淀粉粒数目显著增加,强势籽粒中淀粉粒的数目无显著变化.与弱势粒相比较,强势粒中的蛋白质含量较高,C型淀粉粒的体积和表面积所占比例较大,而强势粒中的淀粉含量较低,且A、B型淀粉粒比例也较小.与灌溉栽培相比较,旱作栽培条件下强、弱势籽粒中B、C型淀粉粒体积和表面积百分比增加,蛋白质含量也显著增加,淀粉含量降低.表明水分亏缺能提高籽粒中B、C型淀粉粒体积和表面积百分比及蛋白质含量.  相似文献

粪检云南省昆明市太平镇捕获的31只高原姬鼠Apodemus chevrieri,在9只高原姬鼠中共发现了2种艾美球虫,自然感染率为29%,其中1种被命名为新种:齐氏艾美球虫Eimeria chevrieri sp.nov.。齐氏艾美球虫孢子化的卵囊椭圆形,大小为21·2μm×16·3μm(22·2~19·7μm×17·3~15·6μm)。卵囊壁光滑,单层,厚约1·0μm;无胚孔和卵囊余体。有1~2个极体,极体形状不规则,直径1·0~2·0μm。卵圆形的孢子囊大小为11·2μm×7·5μm(12·3~10·3μm×8·3~6·8μm),有孢子囊余体,且主要分布在2个子孢子的中间,斯氏体扁豆形,大小为1·0μm×0·3μm,亚斯氏体亚球形,大小为2·5μm×1·5μm。子孢子在孢子囊里面头尾相接,在其宽端有1个明显的反光体,直径约3μm。模式标本保存在云南大学标本馆。齐氏艾美球虫,新种Eimeria chevrieri sp·nov.(图1~2,4)寄生于姬鼠属,具有椭圆形的卵囊,卵囊壁具有光滑、无色、单层特点的艾美球虫有3种:E.gomurica Musaev and Veisov,1963,E.kaunensis Arnastauskiene et al.,1978和E.gandobica Musaev and Veisov,1965。E.gomurica、E.kaunensis与本种的主要区别是卵囊较小且有卵囊余体;E.gandobica与本种的主要区别是卵囊呈宽椭圆形,卵囊和孢子囊较小(19·0μm×16·8μmvs·21·2μm×16·3μm;8·0μm×5·0μmvs·11·2μm×7·5μm),孢子囊余体少,无反光体和亚斯氏体。寄生于姬鼠属,具有椭圆形的卵囊,卵囊壁具有光滑、2层特点的艾美球虫有3种:E.alorani Hurková et al.,2005、E.apodemi Pell啨rdy1974和E.zaurica Musaev and Veisov,1965。E.zaurica与本种的主要区别是具有卵囊余体;E.alorani的卵囊和孢子囊比本种大的多(26·9μm×19·3μmvs.21·2μm×16·3μm),且其孢子囊余体形成一个直径约4~5μm的球状结构;E.apodemi的孢子化卵囊呈宽椭圆形,经常不对称,无极体和斯氏体。该种区别其它种的关键特征是:1)孢子化卵囊椭圆形,卵囊壁光滑、单层、无色;2)有极体;3)孢子囊有亚斯氏体。模式标本,含孢子化卵囊的齐氏姬鼠粪便保存在云南大学生物系,标本编号:2006047;齐氏姬鼠标本保存于云南大学标本馆,标本编号20060081。词源:种名源自宿主种名。  相似文献

Teleost retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells contain pigment granules within apical projections which undergo actin‐dependent, bi‐directional motility. Dissociated RPE cells in culture attach to the substrate and extend apical projections in a radial array from the central cell body. Pigment granules within projections can be triggered to aggregate or disperse by the presence or absence of 1 mM cAMP. Aminated, fluorescent latex beads attached to the dorsal surface of apical projections and moved in the retrograde direction, towards the cell body. Bead rates on RPE cells with aggregating or fully aggregated pigment granules were 2.2 ± 0.5 and 2.6 ± 0.2 μm/min (mean ± SEM), respectively, similar to rates of aggregating (retrograde) pigment granule movement (2.0 ± 0.4 μm/min). Bead rates were slightly slower on cells with fully dispersed or dispersing pigment granules (1.5 ± 0.1 and 1.5 ± 0.4 μm/min). Movements of surface‐attached beads and aggregating pigment granules were closely correlated in the distal portions of apical projections, but were more independent of each other in proximal regions of the projections. The actin disrupting drug, cytochalasin D (CD), reversibly halted retrograde bead movements, suggesting that motility of surface‐attached particles is actin‐dependent. In contrast, the microtubule depolymerizing drug, nocodazole, had no effect on retrograde bead motility. The similar characteristics and actin‐dependence of retrograde bead movements and aggregating pigment granules suggest a correlation between these two processes.  相似文献

Juveniles of Fasciola hepatica excysted and penetrated the intestinal wall of mice within 2 hr of infection. Approximately 70% of the administered dose was present in the abdominal cavity after 7 hr. Many large (1.3 μm in diam) secretory granules, stored in the paired caeca of the newly excysted juvenile were used up during the penetration of the intestinal wall. The caecal cells of juveniles newly arrived in the abdominal cavity 2 and 12 hr p.i. (postinfection) did not have any of the usual morphological features associated with an absorptive function and the caeca may therefore be regarded as having a role in penetration. Parasites recovered from the abdominal cavity 1 day p.i. had caecal cells which for the first time exhibited morphological features of an absorptive function; an apical plasma membrane amplified into occasional short lamellae and junctional complexes with parenchymal cells at the basal plasma membrane. These cells carried out synthesis and secretion of the large, 1.3 μm, granules throughout the parasite's migration to the liver capsule. These large granules were absent from the caecal cells of juveniles which had become established in the liver capsule. Also on arrival in the liver capsule the caecal cells transformed into an adult-like morphology in that their granular endoplasmic reticulum gained a basal-apical orientation and their apical plasma membranes were amplified into tall regular lamellae. The transformed cells synthesized and secreted small (0.5 μm in diam) granules similar in size to those produced by adult cells. Growth of the caeca occurred by mitotic division of undifferentiated cells observed in the epithelium and subsequent redifferentiation of daughter cells. Possible origins of the undifferentiated cells are discussed.  相似文献

东方大黄蜂(胡蜂)Vespa orientalis(膜翅目 Vespinae属)的胃部表皮黄色颗粒位于黄色条纹区域.从黄色颗粒产生至在这一区域扩散,这个过程就是胃部黄颜色形成的过程.用几种电子显微镜研究了黄色颗粒的微观形态和发育过程.结果显示黄色颗粒由20-25pm厚的一层组成,包括总表皮在内厚度约为40-45μm.从上面看,在上述的区域能看到许多直径大约为0.5μm周边光感受器细胞(PPC).在每个黄色颗粒,能观察到一个肌样包膜,它位于一个由9根原纤维组装而成的圆圈内部.黄色颗粒成熟的过程包含通过导管的渗透增加初生黄色粒子数量,这些初生粒子又发育或增生成次生粒子,次生粒子逐渐布满整个区域.在这些黄色粒子层内可产生类似于肝的功能活动.  相似文献

The minimum size of a reproducible unit of staphylococcal L-forms was determined by filtration and electron microscopic methods. Ultrathin sections of an induced strain of Staphylococcal L-forms (STA-EMT-1) in liquid medium revealed several types of structures, all of which were bound by a single membrane and most of which possessed ribosome-like granules. Many of the small granules were less than 0.3 μm and were attached to the membrane of the large bodies. Using a serial filtration method, it was observed that viable L-forms were still detected in 0.22 μm filtrate, but the viable cell count of L-forms decreased in number with the decrease in pore size of membrane filters. A fractionation technique, using L-forms filtered through a membrane filter with a 0.45 μm pore size, revealed that there were three classes of small bodies but only the first class with ribosome-like granules over approximately 0.2 μm in diameter seems to be able to reproduce.  相似文献

Holthuisana transversa reabsorbs much of its exoskeletal calcium in the last 3 days before ecdysis and stores it in circulating granules in the haemocoel and in non-circulating granules in the subepidermal connective tissue. Calcium enters the epidermal cells from the moulting fluid, probably through their apical microvilli and is either incorporated into intracellular calcium granules or exits the cell via the basolateral membranes to be used in formation of two other granule types. Intracellular granules (0.4–2 μm long) form in large masses in the apical cytoplasm of the epidermal cells. They are formed as membrane-bound vesicles by the Golgi, and calcium and organic matrix material are added from the surrounding cytoplasm. As development proceeds, lamellae appear and calcium carbonate is deposited in the matrix. Granule masses move basally and are stored in the connective tissue. Calcium is also incorporated into extracellular large granules (0.8–3.8 μm long) which are formed in narrow intercellular channels between epidermal cells. A third granule type (small granules, 0.26 μm diameter) is formed in subepidermal connective tissue cells and released into the haemolymph in very large numbers. Calcium was identified in the two larger granule types using X-ray microanalysis and significant amounts of phosphorus and potassium were also present in the large granules. A model for ion cycling between the exoskeleton and granules is presented.  相似文献

The males of the small grasshopper (Kosciuscola tristis), with a restricted range above 1830 m in the Australian Alps, exhibit a remarkable colour change. They are dark, almost black, when cold and change to a bright sky blue colour within minutes of exposure to warmth.Sections of cuticle fixed in the two conditions confirm that the cells underlying the cuticle contain two kinds of granules: large (diameter 1·0 μm) spherical, brown granules, and smaller (0·17 μm) less dense granules. In the blue (warm) condition the small granules are closely packed in the distal part of the cells, whereas the ‘black’ granules are found predominantly in the deeper proximal zones. Evidence is presented to suggest that the blue colour arises from Tyndall scattering of light by the suspension of small granules and is intensified by being seen against a dark background.In the black condition the black granules are found to have moved towards the surface, mingling with the smaller granules and ‘quenching’ the light scattering.The smaller granules are white in the isolated state. They consist of a mixture of uric acid and a pteridine, probably leucopterin.The epidermal cells contain numerous microtubules, which are directed towards the cell surface, that is, parallel to the direction of movement of the granules. Three cell types were present in Armadillidium vulgare hemolymph. Hyaline cells, 8.2 to 12.0 μm in size with a few fine granules in the cytoplasm, comprised 42% of the cells. Twelve percent of the cells were nonexplosive granulocytes, 8.8 to 15.0 μm, with many cytoplasmic granules of medium size. A third cell type, an explosive 7.2- to 12.0-μm granulocyte with coarse cytoplasmic granules, comprised 46% of the cells. Within 48 hr after adult specimens of A. vulgare were fed eggs of the acanthocephalan, Plagiorhynchus cylindraceus, isopod hemocytes aggregated in the intestinal epithelium surrounding penetrating acanthors. Encapsulation and death of the parasite routinely followed. No significant difference in hematocrit values or in differential hemocyte counts occurred between infected and uninfected control isopods.  相似文献

Fine structure of gametocytes and oocyst formation of Sarcocystis sp. from Quiscalus quiscula Linnaeus grown in cultured embryonic bovine kidney cells was studied. Microgametocytes measured up to ~5 μm diameter. During nuclear division of the microgametocyte, dense plaques were found adjacent to the nucleus just beneath the pellicle; occasionally microtubules were present within these plaques. These microtubules subsequently formed 2 basal bodies with a bundle of 4 microtubules between them. Microgametocytes also contained numerous mitochondria, micropores, granules, vacuoles, and free ribosomes. Each microgamete was covered by a single membrane and consisted of 2 basal bodies, 2 flagella, a bundle of 4 microtubules, a perforatorium, a mitochondrion, and a long dense nucleus which extended anteriorly and posteriorly beyond the mitochondrion. The bundle of 4 microtubules is thought to be the rudiment of a 3rd flagellum. Macrogametes were covered by a double membrane pellicle, and contained a large nucleus (~2.5 μm), vacuoles, and a dilated nuclear envelope connected with the rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER). In young macrogametes (~4 μm), the ER was arranged in concentric rows in the cortical region, and several sizes of dense granules were found in the cytoplasm. However, in later stages (~8 μm) the ER was irregularly arranged and was dilated with numerous cisternae; only large dark granules remained and a few scattered polysaccharide granules were found. No Golgi apparatus or micropores were observed. After the disappearance of dark granules 5 concentric membranes appeared. Four of these fused to form an oocyst wall composed of a dense outer layer (~66 nm thick) and a thin inner layer (~7 nm). The 5th or innermost membrane surrounded the cytoplasmic mass which was covered by a 2-layered pellicle and contained a nucleus, small amounts of ER, large vacuoles, and mitochondria. Seven thrush species (Turdidae) from Costa Rica were examined for intestinal parasites; 21 of the 84 (25%) birds sampled were positive for a new species of Isospora. Oocysts of Isospora zorzali n. sp. have thin, smooth, double, and colorless walls; they measure 19.7 ± 1.5 μm × 18.6 ± 1.4 μm (16-24 μm × 15-21 μm), with an average length-width ratio of 1.1 μm. Sporocysts are ovoid, measure 8.5 ± 1.1 μm × 14.5 ± 1.7 μm (7-11 μm × 11-18 μm) with an average length-width ratio of 1.7 μm. A nipple-like stieda body continuous with the sporocyst wall is present, but no substieda body was observed. A sporocyst residuum consisting of large equal sized granules was observed either clumped together or diffusely. The sporocysts fill the entire oocysts with little to no open space observed. This is the first report of Isospora species from any of the sampled host species and also the first report from any species of thrush in Costa Rica.  相似文献

Summary Previous studies have shown that the secretory products of Paneth cells contain antibacterial agents (lysozyme, IgA) that are affected by the bacterial milieu in the intestine. To investigate whether Paneth-cell secretion is controlled via cholinergic mechanisms, the ultrastructure of Paneth cells was studied in four animal groups: (1) germfree (GF) control mice (Jcl: ICR [GN], male, 13 weeks old), (2) GF mice injected subcutaneously with atropine sulfate (200 mg/kg body weight, dissolved in physiological saline 20 mg/ml), (3) ex-GF mice inoculated with feces from specific-pathogen-free (SPF) mice, and (4) ex-GF mice injected with atropine and inoculated with feces from SPF mice. In ex-GF mice inoculated with feces, 70–90% of the Paneth cells showed fewer secretory granules than those from GF mice (p<0.01). Approximately 30% of the Paneth cells had a large vacuole (3–10 m diameter) in the apical cytoplasm. Exocytosed electron-dense material from secretory granules was observed in a few crypt lumens. In ex-GF mice inoculated with feces and given atropine, about 90% of the Paneth cells contained numerous secretory granules, like those in GF control mice, but vacuolated Paneth cells and exocytotic figures were rare; thus the secretion of Paneth cells was blocked by atropine. It is therefore possible that the bacterial milieu in the intestine affects the secretory activity of Paneth cells via cholinergic mechanisms.  相似文献

Three new species of the genus Eimeria Schneider, 1875 are described from the faeces of domesticated goats in New Zealand. Oöcysts of E. capralis n. sp. are ellipsoidal, 29.2 × 19.7 (25–34 × 17–24) μm, with a distinct micropylar cap. The sporocysts are broadly ovoid, the Stieda body is present and the sporocyst residuum consists of many scattered granules. Sporozoites lie lengthwise head to tail in the sporocyst. Oöcysts of E. masseyensis n. sp. are broadly ellipsoid to ovoid, 22.3 × 17.4 (18–25 × 15–19) μm, with a distinct micropylar cap. The polar granules are shattered into fine granules, the sporocysts are elongate ovoid and the Stieda body is present. Oöcysts of E. charlestoni n. sp. are ellipsoidal, 22.9 × 17.4 (20–25 × 16–19) μm, with no micropylar cap. Its oöcysts are distinctive, with elongate sporocysts containing very prominent refractile bodies.  相似文献

利用活体观察、蛋白银染色技术对1种海水腹毛目纤毛虫-红色伪角毛虫Pseudokeronopsis rubra的青岛种群之活体形态和纤毛图式做了研究.其特征如下:虫体呈长带状,尾钝圆,身体柔软,高度可曲;皮层颗粒棕黄色,主要呈玫瑰花形分布,其余散布;表膜下具另1种无色、双面凹形颗粒.口围带小膜数为48~55;左、右缘棘毛各1列,中腹棘毛排成典型的锯齿状并延伸至横棘毛附近;额棘毛无明确分化,呈冠状排布并与中腹棘毛列相连续;口棘毛1根,额前棘毛2根;背触毛4列.大核90~140枚.伸缩泡位于体后左侧1/3处.经比较表明,尽管纤毛图式高度相似,P.rubra仍可以很容易地依据体色、伸缩泡的位置、皮层颗粒的大小、颜色、排布等活体特征与相近种区分.说明活体观察在纤毛虫种类鉴定中具有十分重要的作用.  相似文献

The origin and behaviour of cytoplasmic nucleolus-like bodies was examined and correlated with the fate of the nucleolar material during mitosis of Vicia faba. The minute cytoplasmic nucleolus-like bodies first appeared in late anaphase. Relatively large bodies more than 1 μm in diameter were detected almost exclusively in early telophase but did not persist long in mid or late telophase. Ultrastructural survey revealed that the minute cytoplasmic nucleolus-like bodies in late anaphase consisted of ribosome-like granules and/or a fibrillogranular substance similar to the nucleolar remnants in prometaphase. Two types of the nucleolus-like bodies, however, were discerned in early telophase; one was composed of ribosome-like granules and/or the fibrillogranular substance and the other was exclusively fibrous in texture.  相似文献

SYNOPSIS. Eimeria tenggilingi is described from the pangolin or scaly anteater, Manis javanica, in Malaysia. The spheroid to subspheroid oocysts average 18.9 × 17.8 μm. The oocyst wall is composed of 3 layers, each ~ 0.6 μm thick. The 2 outer layers are striated and yellowish green. The inner layer is dark brown. One or 2 polar granules are present, but an oocyst residuum is absent. Ellipsoid sporocysts average 12.4 × 6.2 μm. A sporocyst residuum is present. This is the first Eimeria species reported from a host in the order Pholidota.  相似文献

A staining technique for differentiating starch granules and cell walls was developed for computer-assisted studies of starch granule distribution in cells of wheat [Triticum aestivum L.] caryopses. Blocks of embedded caryopses were sectioned, exposing the endosperm tissue, and stained with iodine potassium iodide (IKI) and Calcofluor White. Excessive tissue hydration during staining was avoided by using stains prepared in 80% ethanol and using short staining times. The IKI quenched background fluorescence which facilitated the use of higher concentrations of Calcofluor White. Cell wall definition was improved with the IKI-Calcofluor staining combination compared to Calcofluor alone. The high contrast between darkly stained starch granules and fluorescent cell walls permitted computer assisted analysis of data from selected hard and soft wheat varieties. The ratio of starch granule area to cell area was similar for both wheat classes. The starch granule sizes ranged from 2.1 μm3 to 22,000 μm3 with approximately 90% of the granules measuring less than 752 μm3 (ca. 11 μm in diameter). Hard wheat samples had a greater number of small starch granules and a lower mean starch granule area compared to the soft wheat varieties tested. The starch size distribution curve was bimodal for both the hard and soft wheat varieties. Three-dimensional starch size distribution was measured for four cells near the central cheek region of a single caryopsis. The percentage of small granules was higher at the ends than at the mid-section of the cells.  相似文献

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a muscle-wasting disease caused by mutations in the dystrophin gene. Little is known about how blood flow control is affected in arteriolar networks supplying dystrophic muscle. We tested the hypothesis that mdx mice, a murine model for DMD, exhibit defects in arteriolar vasomotor control. The cremaster muscle was prepared for intravital microscopy in pentobarbital sodium-anesthetized mdx and C57BL/10 control mice (n ≥ 5 per group). Spontaneous vasomotor tone increased similarly with arteriolar branch order in both mdx and C57BL/10 mice [pooled values: first order (1A), 6%; second order (2A), 56%; and third order (3A), 61%] with no difference in maximal diameters between groups measured during equilibration with topical 10 μM sodium nitroprusside (pooled values: 1A, 70 ± 3 μm; 2A, 31 ± 3 μm; and 3A, 19 ± 3 μm). Concentration-response curves to acetylcholine (ACh) and norepinephrine added to the superfusion solution did not differ between mdx and C57BL/10 mice, nor did constriction to elevated (21%) oxygen. In response to local stimulation from a micropipette, conducted vasodilation to ACh and conducted vasoconstriction to KCl were also not different between groups; however, constriction decayed with distance (P < 0.05) whereas dilation did not. Remarkably, arteriolar constriction to perivascular nerve stimulation (PNS) at 2, 4, and 8 Hz was reduced by ~25-30% in mdx mice compared with C57BL/10 mice (P < 0.05). With intact arteriolar reactivity to agonists, attenuated constriction to perivascular nerve stimulation indicates impaired neurovascular transmission in arterioles controlling blood flow in mdx mice.  相似文献

利用光镜和透射电镜技术对北京海洋馆养殖的40尾中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)(介于4—30龄以上, 包括野生、子一代和子二代共7个龄组)外周血细胞组成、大小、显微和超微结构进行研究。结果表明, 在外周血细胞中可区分出以下六类细胞。形态结果: 红细胞卵圆形, 胞质内可见少量线粒体; 淋巴细胞多圆形, 有明显伪足样或指状胞凸, 核质比大, 可明显分为大淋巴和小淋巴; 嗜中性粒细胞核型多样, 胞质细胞器丰富, 含有大小不等的特殊颗粒; 嗜酸性粒细胞多为规则圆形, 表面大量细小指状突起, 胞质细胞器丰富, 含有大量个体较大的嗜酸性颗粒; 单核细胞变形现象多, 胞质内大量空泡, 核型多样; 血栓细胞形状多样, 胞质内大量小的空泡, 散布或成团出现, 常见直接分裂现象。各类血细胞从大到小依次为: 单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、大淋巴细胞、红细胞、血栓细胞和小淋巴细胞, 各龄组间无显著差异。外周血红细胞总数(RBC)平均为(5.56±1.19)×108/mL, 18龄和11龄与其他龄组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05); 白细胞总数(WBC)平均为(16.53±4.94)×106/mL, 18龄与4龄间存在显著差异, 且分别与其他龄组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05); 血栓细胞总数(15.53±15.82)×106/mL。白细胞分类计数(DLC)中大淋巴细胞、小淋巴细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和单核细胞所占百分比分别为: (5.26±3.95)%、(77.74±11.73)%、(9.40±7.98)%、(1.90±2.06)%、(5.50±4.00)%, >30龄和4龄间显著差异, 且分别与其他龄组间存在显著性差异( P<0.05)。结论认为中华鲟血细胞进化地位低, 免疫系统为淋巴细胞系为主, 主要包括淋巴细胞、粒细胞和单核细胞, 结果对中华鲟的健康评价与保育研究有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of different stimulation protocols on oocyte granularity and to determine the influence of cytoplasmic granularity on further embryo development. A total of 2448 oocytes from 393 intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycles were analysed retrospectively. Oocytes were classified into 5 groups according to cytoplasmic granularity. (A) no granule or 1-2 small (<5 μm) granules; (B) more than 3 small granules; (C) large granules (>5 μm); (D) refractile body; (E) dense centrally located granular area. Correlation between characteristics of hormonal stimulation, oocyte granularity and embryo development was analysed. The occurrence of cytoplasmic granularity was influenced by the patient's age and characteristics of stimulation. The type of granulation had no effect on fertilization rate and zygote morphology. However, some type of granulation resulted in a lower cleavage rate and more fragmented embryos. Our results provided additional information on how hormonal stimulation affects oocyte quality. While cytoplasmic granularity seems not to have an effect on fertilization and embryo development, the presence of refractile body in the oocyte is associated with reduced cleavage rates and impaired embryo development.  相似文献
