Influences of early androgen exposure on personality were investigated. Participants were either exposed to abnormal levels of androgens prenatally due to congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH, 40 females, 29 males), or were unaffected relative controls (29 females, 30 males). Compared to female controls, females with CAH were less tender-minded (p < .001; 16 Personality Factor Inventory (16PF)), and reported greater physical aggression (p = .03; Reinisch Aggression Inventory) and less interest in infants (p < .001; Melson's Questionnaire), but did not differ in dominance (16PF). Males with CAH did not differ from male controls in interest in infants but were less dominant (p = .008), and more tender-minded (p = .033) and reported reduced physical aggression (p = .025). Thus, both males and females with CAH showed alteration in three of the four constructs assessed. Prenatal androgen exposure may shift some, but not all, personality characteristics in the male-typical direction in females. It may also be associated with a decrease in some aspects of male-typical personality development in males, although personality differences in males with CAH could relate to illness.  相似文献

Sex-differences in the maximum rate of torque development (/dtmax) may be due to differences in maximum muscle strength, because higher torque values mathematically lead to higher values for the rate of change in torque. The rate of change in the isometric torque-time curve is often normalized to the isometric maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) to evaluate males and females on a relative scale. Normalization eliminates sex-differences in /dtmax in the lower limbs because males and females are more comparable (i.e., differences between the sexes are relatively small) with respect to both muscle size and strength. However, normalization fails to result in parody in /dtmax of the upper limb, leading to the idea that other factors may be involved. This study determined if sex-differences in /dtmax in the upper limb can be attributed to differences in isometric MVC and/or a neural variable related to rate of increase in muscle activation (Q30). Forty-six participants (23 males, 23 females) performed maximal isometric elbow flexion contractions, “as hard and as fast as possible”. Maximum torque (τmax), /dtmax, and the rate of increase in surface electromyographic (sEMG) activity (Q30) were assessed. Muscle plus bone cross-sectional area (M + B CSA) of the upper arm was calculated to estimate differences in muscle size, only for comparative purposes. Maximum strength (55.5%) and muscle size (41.9%) of the elbow flexors in males were much greater than that of females (p < 0.05). There was a large difference (61.2%) between males and females with respect to /dtmax that was reduced by statistical correction using an analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The percent differences were reduced to 36.7% (p < 0.05) for τmax and 54.4% (p < 0.05) for Q30, but was nearly eliminated to 13.8% (p > 0.05) when both variables were used simultaneously as covariates. Since sex-differences in the upper limb /dtmax persist, additional neural or biomechanical factors may be involved.  相似文献

Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is a disorder of the patellofemoral (PF) joint in which abnormal tracking is often cited as a factor in pain development. PF tracking is partially dependent on passive stabilizers (ex: PF geometry). Relations amongst PFPS, PF tracking, and contact mechanics are poorly understood. In-vivo investigation of passive PF joint stabilizers including PF tracking, contact mechanics, cartilage thickness, and patellar shape will allow structural characterization of the PF joint and may highlight differences associated with PFPS. This study examined the role that passive stabilizers play in PFPS (n=10) versus healthy subjects (n=10). PF tracking (contact area centroid migration), cartilage thickness, shape, congruence, and contact patterns were quantified using magnetic resonance imaging during isometric loading at 15°, 30°, and 45° of knee flexion. Distinct relationships were identified between patellar shape and tracking and contact, particularly at low flexion (15–30°). Healthy subjects exhibited distinct PF tracking and contact patterns related to Type I patella shape (80%) with increasing total contact area (p<0.001) and proximal centroid migration (15–30° p=0.012; 30–45° p<0.001) for increasing knee angles. PFPS subjects deviated from these patterns at low flexion, demonstrating higher total contact area than healthy subjects (p=0.046 at 15°), lack of proximal centroid migration (15–30°), and more Type II (30%) and III (20%) patella shapes. This study highlights a new finding that patellar shape combined with low degrees of flexion (15–30°) may be important to consider, as this is where PFPS tracking and contact patterns deviate from healthy.  相似文献

Background/aim

In a previous study we showed that mandibular alveolar (trabecular) bone appears to be less sensitive to estrogen deficiency than the proximal tibia spongiosa. We hypothesized that the mechanical loading of the alveolar process during mastication may protect the alveolar bone from the detrimental effects observed in other skeletal sites. To test this hypothesis we compared the effect of ovariectomy on the mandibular alveolar bone and the proximal tibia spongiosa of rats fed either a normal (hard) or a soft diet.

Methods

Forty six-month-old female Sprague–Dawley rats underwent trans-abdominal ovariectomy (OVX) or sham operation (SHAM). Half of the animals received their food in the usual form of pellets (hard consistency), while the other half received a soft, porridge-like, isocaloric diet of identical composition (soft consistency). Micro-computed tomographic histomorphometry was used to evaluate the trabecular micro-architecture. A two-factor analysis of variance was used to test for effects and interaction of ovariectomy and/or soft diet.

Results

OVX had a significantly negative effect on the proximal tibia spongiosa (all parameters under study except trabecular thickness; p<0.001) and on the mandibular alveolar bone (trabecular number and spacing; p<0.05). Soft diet led to a further decrease of mandibular BV/TV (p<0.01), trabecular thickness (p<0.05) and number (p<0.05), as well as increase of separation (p<0.001). A significant interaction was observed between OVX and soft diet concerning the mandibular BV/TV, as well as trabecular thickness and spacing (p<0.05).

Conclusion

Normal (hard) diet limited significantly the negative effects of estrogen deficiency on mandibular alveolar bone micro-architecture four months after ovariectomy.  相似文献

Sex-differences are observed in the GABAergic neurotransmitter system both at rest and following acute stress, yet the brain regions and functional implications of these differences are unknown. We examined sex-differences in the number of low- and high-affinity [3H]GABA binding sites in various brain regions of male and female mice and the effect of stress on such sex-differences. Male (n=6) and female (n=6) QS mice were exposed to a brief swim stress (3 min at 32+/-1 degrees C) either individually or with cage-mates whilst control males (n=6) and females (n=6) remained undisturbed in the home cage. Using quantitative receptor autoradiography, sections of mouse brain were labelled with either 30 or 1000 nM [3H]GABA to label high or low affinity binding sites, respectively. Results indicated that males had more low affinity [3H]GABA binding sites in various forebrain cortical regions but less high affinity binding sites in many of these regions compared with females. Forced swim stress-induced rapid changes in forebrain GABA binding sites in females and group stressed males, suggesting a mechanism for rapid GABAergic adaptations. However the number of functional binding sites for GABA in certain forebrain regions was altered by stress in opposite directions in males and females, such that baseline sex-differences were removed following stress. These results exemplify sex-differences in brain chemical function and stress responses, and are of potential importance for understanding sex-differences in response to GABAergic compounds and disorders with sex and stress as predisposing factors.  相似文献

Background: An arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creates high blood flow through the artery and fistula. With this high flow, there is flow-induced remodeling and an increase in diameter, but no intimal hyperplasia. Estrogen has been shown to modify vascular remodeling, decreasing intimal hyperplasia after endothelial injury. Objective: These experiments tested the hypothesis that estrogen administration would decrease wall thickness in an AVE model. Because estrogen may decrease wall thickness, we also tested the hypothesis that testosterone would increase wall thickness. Methods: A fistula was created between the abdominal aorta and the inferior vena cava in Sprague-Dawley rats to generate high blood flow conditions in the aorta. Four groups of female animals were examined: sham, control with AVE ovariectomized (OVX) with AVE and OVX plus testosterone with AVE Four groups of male animals were also examined: sham, control with AVE castrated with AVE and castrated plus estrogen with AVE Five weeks after creation of the AVF, the aortas were collected and fixed; wall thickness was measured both proximal and distal to the AVEResults: Ovariectomy resulted in a significant decrease in estrogen levels (P < 0.01). Testosterone administration tended to increase testosterone levels in the OVX females, but values did not approach levels observed in the control males. No difference was noted in the proximal wall thickness between the control and the OVX animals. The OVX females receiving testosterone exhibited a significant increase in both proximal and distal wall thickness compared with control females (P < 0.001). In the male animals, there was no significant change in aortic wall thickness in the castrated rats compared with the controls. Estrogen administration in the castrated males resulted in a significant decrease in wall thickness in the proximal and distal aorta (P < 0.05).Conclusion: These studies suggest that, in a model of vascular remodeling, estrogen administration decreases wall thickness, and testosterone administration increases wall thickness.  相似文献

Risk of hip fracture depends on the bone strength as well as the impact force delivered to the proximal femur during falls, and femoral soft tissue may help to reduce the hip fracture risk by attenuating the impact force. Femoral soft tissue stiffness was measured from a large sample, and compared how this was affected by age, gender and site. One hundred fifty healthy individuals (fifty-two young (aged between 19 and 29), forty-eight middle-aged (30–64), and fifty old (over 65)) participated. Each age group included an equal number of males and females. Using an automated hand-held indentation device, soft tissue stiffness was measured over twelve sites with respect to the greater trochanter (GT).For both left and right hips, the stiffness was associated with age (p < 0.0005), gender (p < 0.0005), and site (p < 0.0005). On average, the stiffness was 26% greater in older than young adults (321.5 versus 254.3 N/m). On average across twelve sites, the regression analysis indicated that the stiffness increases 1.33 N/m every year (“soft tissue stiffness over the hip = 1.33*age + 221.8”; R = 0.518, p < 0.0005). Furthermore, the stiffness was 18% greater in male than female (308.8 versus 262.6 N/m), and differed across twelve sites over the hip, being greatest (424.2 N/m) at the GT, and least (206.3 N/m) at the superior gluteal region. The results provide insights into the shock absorbing property of soft tissue over the hip, and inform the improvement of fall-related injury prevention interventions (i.e., hip protector, safe landing strategies) in older adults.  相似文献

The transverse carpal ligament (TCL) plays a critical role in carpal tunnel biomechanics through interactions with its surrounding tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the in vivo adaptations of the TCL’s mechanical properties in response to repetitive hand use in pianists using acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) imaging. It was hypothesized that pianists, in comparison to non-pianists, would have a stiffer TCL as indicated by an increased acoustic shear wave velocity (SWV). ARFI imagining was performed for 10 female pianists and 10 female non-pianists. The median SWV values of the TCL were determined for the entire TCL, as well as for its radial and ulnar portions, rTCL and uTCL, respectively. The TCL SWV was significantly increased in pianists relative to non-pianists (p < 0.05). Additionally, the increased SWV was location dependent for both pianist and non-pianist groups (p < 0.05), with the rTCL having a significantly greater SWV than the uTCL. Between groups, the rTCL SWV of pianists was 22.2% greater than that of the non-pianists (p < 0.001). This localized increase of TCL SWV, i.e. stiffening, may be primarily attributable to focal biomechanical interactions that occur at the radial TCL aspect where the thenar muscles are anchored. Progressive stiffening of the TCL may become constraining to the carpal tunnel, leading to median nerve compression in the tunnel. TCL maladaptation helps explain why populations who repeatedly use their hands are at an increased risk of developing musculoskeletal pathologies, e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome.  相似文献

Scope: Daily bilateral electromyography (EMG) recordings reveal muscle activation patterns implicated in asymmetric Parkinson’s disease (PD)-related functional decline. Also, daily EMG recordings reveal sex-differences in muscle activity that give rise to unique PD presentation in males and females. Purpose: Quantify handgrip strength and daily muscle quiescence through analysis of gaps in the EMG signal in males and females with PD. Bilateral daily EMG was recorded and normalized to maximal voluntary exertions (MVE). EMG gap was defined as <1% amplitude of MVE for >0.1 s and characterized as number, duration and time occupied by gaps. A dynamometer evaluated maximal grip-strength. Three-way repeated measures ANOVA examined differences in gap characteristics and strength. Gap duration was shorter (p = 0.04) and occupied less time (p = 0.02) in PD than controls. Females had fewer gaps with shorter duration (p = 0.004), occupying less time (p = 0.004) compared with males. Gaps were fewer (p = 0.04) and occupied less time (p = 0.01) on more-affected than less-affected side. PD was weaker than controls (p = 0.04), females were weaker than males (p = 0.00), and the more-affected PD side was weaker than less-affected (p = 0.04). Conclusions: Quantification of muscle quiescence through gaps in the EMG signal recorded during daily life provides insight into mechanisms underlying differential change in functional performance in males and females with PD.  相似文献

The spatial distribution pattern of neuromuscular activation within the human rectus femoris (RF) muscle was investigated during gait by multi-channel surface electromyography (surface EMG). Eleven healthy men walked on a treadmill with three gait speeds (4, 5, and 6 km/h) and gradients (0°, 12.5°, and 25°). The spatial distribution of surface EMG was tested by central locus activation (CLA), which is calculated from 2-D multi-channel surface EMG with 46 surface electrodes. For all conditions, CLA was around the middle regions during the swing-to-stance transition and moved in a proximal direction during the stance phase and stance-to-swing transition (p<0.05). CLA during the stance-to-swing transition and early swing phase significantly moved to proximal site with increasing gait speed (p<0.05). During the early stance and swing phases, with increasing grade, CLA significantly moved distally (p<0.05). These results suggest that the RF muscle is regionally activated during a gait cycle and is non-uniformly regulated longitudinally.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to quantify head impact exposure (frequency, location and magnitude of head impacts) for individual male and female collegiate ice hockey players and to investigate differences in exposure by sex, player position, session type, and team. Ninety-nine (41 male, 58 female) players were enrolled and 37,411 impacts were recorded over three seasons. Frequency of impacts varied significantly by sex (males: 287 per season, females: 170, p<0.001) and helmet impact location (p<0.001), but not by player position (p=0.088). Head impact frequency also varied by session type; both male and female players sustained more impacts in games than in practices (p<0.001), however the magnitude of impacts did not differ between session types. There was no difference in 95th percentile peak linear acceleration between sexes (males: 41.6 g, females: 40.8 g), but 95th percentile peak rotational acceleration and HITsp (a composite severity measure) were greater for males than females (4424, 3409 rad/s2, and 25.6, 22.3, respectively). Impacts to the back of the helmet resulted in the greatest 95th percentile peak linear accelerations for males (45.2 g) and females (50.4 g), while impacts to the side and back of the head were associated with the greatest 95th percentile peak rotational accelerations (males: 4719, 4256 rad/sec2, females: 3567, 3784 rad/sec2 respectively). It has been proposed that reducing an individual's head impact exposure is a practical approach for reducing the risk of brain injuries. Strategies to decrease an individual athlete's exposure need to be sport and gender specific, with considerations for team and session type.  相似文献

Long-distance migratory passerines initiate testicular recrudescence during spring migration to meet the demands of timely reproduction upon immediate arrival on the breeding grounds. The degree of testicular development is known to depend on environmental factors like stopover habitat quality; reproductive performance may be strongly impacted by testicular maturation upon arrival on the breeding grounds. We investigated the effect of stopover food availability on subsequent reproductive performance in garden warblers (Sylvia borin). Spring migration was simulated by repeated food deprivation and re-feeding to imitate the alternation of flight and stopover periods. During the two final stopover periods, males were either kept under ad libitum food (ad libitum males) or under limited food conditions (limited males). After simulated arrival in the breeding area, manipulation of previous stopover food availability resulted in significantly slower testicular recrudescence (p < 0.001) and decreased plasma testosterone (p < 0.01) in limited males compared to ad libitum males. Body mass change was not significantly different between the two groups (p = 0.38). Limited males also exhibited reduced performance in reproductive behaviours employed in territorial and sexual contexts. Limited males had a longer ‘freezing’ interval (p < 0.05) and decreased activity (p < 0.01) when challenged with a live male decoy. In direct confrontation between limited and ad libitum males in the presence of a female, limited males exhibited significantly fewer behavioural traits in sexual context, i.e. directed to the female (p < 0.001). Therefore, we suggest that conditions encountered during previous migratory stopover may affect subsequent annual reproductive success by influencing key reproductive behaviours.  相似文献

Monocular pattern-shift visual evoked potentials (PSVEPs) were obtained in 26 neurologically and ophthalmologically normal elderly community volunteers (mean age 59.4, males 15, females 11), and compared with similarly obtained data in 26 sex-matched young subjects (mean age 28.1). Elderly males were age-matched with elderly females, and young males were age-matched with young females. Data analyses at both the midoccipital-linked ears and midoccipital-midcentral derivations revealed that the combined-eye mean P100 latency in the elderly as a whole was significantly longer than the young sex-matched controls (P < 0.02). However, the latency in the elderly males was not significantly different from that of sex-matched young males, or age-matched elderly females. The latency in young female subjects, on the other hand, was significantly shorter both when compared to that of age-matched young males (P < 0.01) and sex-matched elderly females (P < 0.01). The differences in other PSVEP variables, namely, interocular P100 latency differences, P100 amplitudes and interocular P100 amplitude ratios were not significant between the groups and subgroups studied. It is concluded that females account for the major contribution towards the longer P100 latency in the elderly.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to correlate the expression pattern of candidate genes with the intramuscular fat (IMF) content and fatty acid composition of the Longissimus dorsi muscle of Duroc × Shanzhu commercial crossbred pigs. Animals of both sexes were slaughtered at a body weight of about 90 kg. The IMF content and fatty acid composition of the Longissimus dorsi muscle were measured and correlated with candidate genes mRNA expression (AdPLA, ADRB3, LEPR, MC4R, PPARγ, PPARα, LPL, PEPCK, and SCD). Females presented higher IMF content (p < 0.05) than males. The total saturated fatty acid (SFA) in males was greater (p < 0.01), whereas the total monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) (p < 0.01) and polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) (p < 0.05) were lower than in females. The expressions of AdPLA, MC4R, PEPCK, and SCD correlated with the IMF content (p < 0.05). AdPLA showed a positive association with MUFA and a negative association with SFA (p < 0.05). LEPR and MC4R were both positively and significantly associated with C18:3 and C20:0 (p < 0.05). PPARα and PPARγ were negatively correlated with SFA, and PPARγ was positively associated with MUFA (p < 0.05). LPL was positively associated with MUFA and negatively associated with SFA (p < 0.05). PEPCK was negatively correlated with PUFA (p < 0.05). SCD was positively associated with MUFA (p < 0.05). The revealed correlations may confirm that these candidate genes are important for fat deposition and fatty acid composition in pigs, and the evaluation and use of these genes may be useful for improving porcine meat quality.  相似文献

The foot progression angle (FPA) influences knee loading during gait, but its determinants are unclear. The purpose of this study was to compare FPA between males and females and also examine the association between lower extremity kinematics during gait, hip strength, and the FPA. 25 males and 25 females completed 5 gait trials while FPA and frontal and transverse plane hip and knee angles were calculated from the dominant limb during the foot flat portion of stance. Hip extensor/flexor, abductor/adductor, and internal/external rotator strength were evaluated using maximum voluntary isometric contractions. One-way MANOVAs compared gait and strength outcomes. Stepwise regression assessed the association between FPA, and MVIC and kinematics after accounting for speed in males and females. There was no difference in FPA between sexes (p > 0.05), but females had greater frontal and transverse plane hip angles compared with males (all p < 0.05). Greater hip abduction (p = 0.02) strength was associated with greater FPA, but only in males. In males, greater hip abductor strength may contribute to a more neutral position of the foot during gait, which could help maintain an equal knee loading distribution. Our results suggest that there are sex specific control strategies to achieve a similar FPA during gait.  相似文献

We provide data on the timing and frequency of bellowing episodesand 261 copulations in North American bison (Bison bison) extractedfrom more than 8500 h of observation to examine Darwin's ideathat by using breeding-season vocalizations the male "endeavoursthus to charm or excite the female." Copulatory status affectedvocalization rates; after mating, the frequency of male bellowingdropped to 16.1% of precopulatory rates (p < .0001). Malesbellowed at a higher rate on days when females were in estrus(p < .025) than when they were in anestrus, but females'probability of offspring production in the next year was notcorrelated with bellowing rate. For estrous females, bellowingwas positively correlated with number of attendant males (p< .0001) and inversely related both to the number of daysindividual males had participated in the rut (p < .05) andto the date during the 6-week breeding season (p < .003).Body size also influenced bellowing rate: with other factorsheld constant, small males bellowed more than large males (p< .03). With respect to Darwin's idea that vocalizationsserve as a male display to females, (1) males bellowed neitherbefore nor after copulating when rivals were absent but (2)they bellowed both before and after copulating when rivals werepresent. Overall, these results suggest that bison bellows donot serve as advertisements to females but function as intrasexualdisplays. [Behav Ecol 1991; 2: l-6]  相似文献

Our experimental groups consisted of a total 16 male (M) and 15 female (F), juvenile and adult Spermophilus lateralis. This study evaluated weight gain rate (WGR) and mass-specific rate of gain (MSRG) during prehibernation, and weight loss rate (WLR), mass-specific rate of loss (MSRL) plus changes in the levels of plasma triglyceride (TG) during hibernation in these squirrels (SQ). Between January and March, the plasma samples were obtained from 26 SQ. Plasma TG was determined enzymatically, and it averaged 189 mg% with no significant difference in gender. Correlations were observed between plasma TG and sacrificed body weight (r = 0.441, p < 0.05), and between plasma TG and MSRL (r = 0.409, p < 0.05), although plasma TG was not correlated with WLR during hibernation. Juvenile female SQ had a higher WGR than adult female SQ, but no significant difference was found between juvenile and adult males. Both juvenile males and females showed a significantly higher MSRG than adult male and female SQ. Conversely, adult male SQ had a higher WLR and MSRL than juvenile male SQ, but no significant difference was observed between adult and juvenile females. Moreover, juvenile male SQ showed a significantly lower WLR but not MSRL than juvenile females. For these animals, our results suggest that the age factor influences on WGR and MSRG during prehibernation, and also influences on WLR and MSRL during torpor.  相似文献

Gonadectomy not only affects hormonal homeostasis but also alters the turnover of different components of the extracellular matrix in urogenital tissues. Collagen is an important component of the bladder and urethral walls and thus crucial for the mechanical properties of normal lower urinary tract (LUT) functions. This study aimed at investigating the possibility of differences in the proportion of collagen and muscle tissues in the LUT of intact and gonadectomised male and female dogs. Twenty clinically healthy dogs were used including 10 sexually intact dogs (5 males, 5 anoestrus females) and 10 gonadectomised dogs (4 males and 6 females). Four regions of the LUT, i.e. body and neck of the bladder as well as proximal and distal urethra were collected. The tissue sections were stained with Masson's Trichrome. Quantitative evaluation of the blue-stained area for collagen and red-counterstained area for muscle was performed using colour image analysis. The relative proportion of collagen and muscle significantly differed with the gonadal status, the gender and the region. Overall, gonadectomised dogs had a higher (P < 0.001) proportion of collagen and consequently a lower (P < 0.001) proportion of muscle than intact dogs. Regardless of gonadal statuses, females had a higher (P < 0.05) proportion of collagen and a lower (P < 0.05) proportion of muscle tissues than males. Gender differences were found in all four regions of the LUT in intact dogs but only in proximal urethra in gonadectomised dogs where spayed females had a higher (P < 0.05) proportion of collagen and less muscle (P < 0.05). Regional differences were observed in females; a higher proportion of collagen and therefore less muscle were found in the urethra compared with the bladder. Proportional differences in collagen and muscle between intact and gonadectomised animals suggest a relation of different hormonal statuses to structural changes in the canine LUT. Excessive collagen deposits and less muscular volume may impair structural and functional integrity of the LUT which may associate with the development of post-neutering urinary incontinence in the dog.  相似文献

Background: This study aimed to investigate the incidence trends of colorectal cancer by sex and subsite, in East Anglia from 1971 to 2005. Methods: Using data from the Eastern Cancer Registration and Information Centre, we examined the time trends and the effect of age, period of diagnosis and birth cohort on the incidence of colorectal cancer by sex and subsite. Results: Between 1971 and 2005, 23 875 males and 22 651 females were registered with colorectal cancer in East Anglia. During this period, the increase in the incidence trends was higher among males, more recent periods of diagnosis, and proximal colon. Cohort effects were statistically significant in distal and rectal cancers in males (p < 0.001 and p = 0.05, respectively), and in proximal colon in females (p < 0.001). Period effects were statistically significant across all subsites and both sexes (p < 0.001 for all). Conclusions: Period effects were significant across all subsites for both sexes, whereas cohort effects varied in their significance levels depending on subsite and sex. We suggest that the period effect may be due to an increase in the use of colonoscopy for diagnostic or opportunistic screening, and the cohort effect may be due to aetiological differences in CRC between sexes and subsites.  相似文献
