培养基成分对南方红豆杉细胞生长的影响 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4
紫杉醇是 70年代发现的一种非常有发展前途的抗癌新药。通过红豆杉细胞培养技术获得紫杉醇是一条很有工业化生产前景 ,可大量提供紫杉醇的途径。本文采用二相培养技术 ,初步探讨了不同的基本培养基、不同浓度蔗糖 ,以及氨基酸对细胞生长的影响。实验材料为本室继代培养的南方红豆杉 (Taxuschinensisvar mairei)Z3细胞株。获得如下结果 :1 B5、SH、TA[张宗勤等 西北植物学报 ,1998,18(4 ) :488~ 492 ]、MS 4种培养基中 ,B5的盐类组合 (大量元素、微量元素、维生素 )对细胞的生长最为有利。在 40d生长期… 相似文献

为减缓氧化亚铁硫杆菌在9K培养基中培养时产生的沉淀,通过改变9K液体培养基的组成成分,研究了培养基成分的改变对细菌生长特性的影响及沉淀产生情况,并利用X射线衍射仪对沉淀进行了物相鉴定。结果表明,最佳培养基组成为(NH4)2HPO43.00g,KCl 0.10g,MgSO4.7H2O 0.50g,FeSO4.7H2O 44.3g,蒸馏水1 000ml,pH 2.0。在该培养基中,氧化亚铁硫杆菌不仅能保持其较高的氧化活性(其Fe2 氧化速率最高为0.3376 g/L.h-1),而且生长过程中沉淀出现的时间最迟,产生的沉淀量最少,且沉淀为非晶型物质。 相似文献

目的:对双歧杆菌生产培养基进行筛选,提高双歧杆菌的产量。方法:使用保蒲培养基,采用发酵罐培养工艺。结果:使用保蒲培养基较西红柿原汁培养基可使双歧杆菌的产量提高3.06-5.36倍。用保蒲培养基采用发酵罐培养工艺较立瓶静止培养工艺双歧杆菌的产量可提高4.91-54.8倍;发酵罐培养工艺较用西红柿原汁培养基、立瓶培养工艺产量提高17.33-154.29倍。结论:用保蒲培养基发酵罐培养可大大提高双歧杆菌的产量。 相似文献

本研究通过传代培养小鼠骨髓内皮细胞系细胞,收集无血清条件培养液(mBMECCM),将其作多级串联超滤,获得分子量大于10、3~10、1~3、05~1kD和小于05kD超滤组分。进行粒巨噬系造血祖细胞集落形成试验,检测了它们的作用。mBMECCM和3~10kD组分对粒巨噬系祖细胞(CFUGM)生长未见明显影响,而分子量大于10kD和05~1kD组分促进CFUGM的增殖,分子量1~3kD和小于05kD组分则抑制CFUGM的增殖。这4种超滤组分对CFUGM生长的效应均有剂量依赖性。这些结果提示,在体外培养条件下,小鼠骨髓内皮细胞分泌若干种活性成分,分别对CFUGM的生长起促进或抑制作用 相似文献

SUMMARY Observation of natural blooms of Microcystis, suggested that increased turbulence plays a role in retarding bloom formation of Microcystis. In laboratory experiments the influence of turbulence mediated by a magnetic stirrer on the growth and viability of Microcystis in batch cultures was determined. The different turbulences (0, 25, 75, 126, 209 and 314 cm sec?1 linear velocity) had no effect on the growth rate. There was a highly significant correlation between the linear velocity and percentage viability as determined by a plating and serial dilution method. The viability ranged from 0,8% for stationary cultures to 99,2% for vigorously stirred (314 cm sec?1 linear velocity) cultures. 相似文献

The addition of small proportions (0.5-2.0 %) of activated charcoal to the rooting medium of inoculated peas in nitrogen-free sand culture resulted in marked increases in dry weight of the plants and in nitrogen fixation. Wood charcoal in larger proportions had a similar effect, while animal charcoal severely inhibited growth. The number of nodules was greatly reduced in the presence of activated charcoal, but such nodules as formed were much larger and the nodule tissues per unit weight were more active in nitrogen fixation. Activated charcoal also led to an increase in dry weight of non-inoculated peas supplied with inorganic combined nitrogen. It is tentatively suggested that these favourable effects arise from the adsorption by the charcoal of harmful excretions from roots or micro-organisms or of excess nutrients, and from the maintenance of a more favourable pH in the rooting medium. The examination of barley intersown with the peas, and the results of Kjeldahl analyses on the rooting media, provided no evidence that the enhanced fixation in the presence of activated charcoal was attended by any considerable excretion of fixed nitrogen. 相似文献
