Type material of Navicula kotschyi was studied, and this species was transferred to Dorofeyukea gen. nov. as D. kotschyi comb. nov. Dorofeyukea was described on the basis of DNA sequence and morphological data. Additional species assigned to this genus that were previously included in Navicula include: D. ancisa comb. nov., D. grimmei comb. nov., D. ivatoensis comb. nov., D. orangiana comb. nov., D. rostellata comb. nov. & stat. nov., D. savannahiana comb. nov., D. tenuipunctata comb. nov., and D. texana comb. nov. All Dorofeyukea species share the same morphological features, including having a narrow stauroid fascia surrounded by 1–3 irregularly shortened striae, uniseriate, and weakly radiate striae, circular, or rectangular puncta in the striae that are covered internally by dome‐shaped hymenes, presence of a pseudoseptum at each apex and absence of septa. Partial DNA sequences of SSU and rbcL loci show Dorofeuykae belongs to the clade of stauroneioid diatoms together with Stauroneis, Prestauroneis, Craticula, Karayevia, Madinithidium, Fistulifera, Parlibellus, and, possibly, Schizostauron. A new species from the monoraphid genus Madinithidium, M. vietnamica sp. nov., was described based on valve and chloroplast morphology as well as DNA sequence data. 相似文献

A new gnathostomulid genus and species, Chirognathia dracula gen. et spec. nov., is described from intertidal surf grass (Phyllospadix) rhizomes on high-energy coasts of Vancouver Island (Canada) and Bodega Bay (California). The characteristics of the reproductive system place the new genus in Bursovaginoidea-Scleroperalia and features of the mouth parts (except for the absence of a jugum) assign it to the family Gnathostomulidae. Chirognathia nov. gen. is characterized by a delicate, transverse shield-shaped basal plate and by jaws with three tooth rows, of which the median appears as a bundle. 相似文献

A new genus of Metopiinae, Ojuelos Khalaim, gen. n., with a single species, Ojuelos juachicus Khalaim & Ruíz-Cancino, sp. n., is described from Jalisco Province in central Mexico. Ojuelos belongs to the group of three genera (Cubus Townes & Townes, Colpotrochia Holmgren and Triclistus Förster) having a high lamella separating the antennal sockets and reaching the median ocellus (this lamella possesses a dorsal groove in it, just below the median ocellus), but differs from these genera primarily by 1) face and clypeus not convex in lateral view, 2) face separated from clypeus by a shallow transverse impression, 3) mandible with lower tooth very strongly reduced, 4) flagellomeres of antenna strongly transverse, and 5) dorsal carinae of propodeum reduced. A portion of the key to the genera of Metopiinae is provided to distinguish the new genus. 相似文献

蜘蛛是多样性最高的陆生节肢动物类群之一。定期对蜘蛛目新分类单元进行统计不仅可以支持履行《生物多样性公约》, 还可有效服务于生物多样性研究与保护。本文总结了2022年全球发表的蜘蛛目新分类单元: 340位学者发表了97个国家和地区的1,177个新分类单元(含琥珀), 包括81新属1,096新种, 隶属74科; 这些新分类单元发表在60种刊物的289篇文章中, 其中科和属水平的修订、地区志或专著类的文章共有23篇, 占文章总数的8.0%; 运用DNA分子数据分析方法的论文共计53篇, 占文章总数的18.3%。中国是发现新种最多的国家, 共362种, 占世界新种总数的33.0%; 中国学者李枢强是命名新分类单元数量最多的学者, 共命名194个新分类单元, 占世界新分类单元总数的16.5%。此外, 无论是命名蜘蛛目新分类单元数量还是参与命名蜘蛛目新分类单元的学者数量, 中国学者均位居第一; 中国共有75位学者参与命名, 占世界新分类单元命名学者总数量的22.1%; 这75位学者命名了中国和缅甸等10个国家和地区50科的26新属410新种, 合计436个新分类单元, 命名新分类单元数量占世界37.0%, 该贡献率高于2021年的33.8%和2016-2020年的平均贡献率28.1%。 相似文献

蜘蛛是陆地生态系统中重要的捕食者, 也是多样性最高的陆生节肢动物类群之一。定期对蜘蛛目新分类单元进行汇总整理, 有助于更好地了解蜘蛛多样性研究的发展动态。本文总结了2021年全球发表的蜘蛛新分类单元。2021年全世界304位学者在64种刊物的254篇文章中发表了81个国家的975个蜘蛛新分类单元(含琥珀), 包括47新属928新种, 隶属81科。中国是发现新种最多的国家, 占世界新种总数的28.7%; 中国学者李枢强命名的新分类单元最多, 占世界新分类单元总数的21.8%。数码图像已成为蜘蛛分类研究中最重要的类型图, 使用数码图的论文占总数的95.2%; 基于两性标本发表的新种多于单性的新种, 占比达到60.3%。2021年中国学者发表了中国、缅甸等15个国家的330个新分类单元, 包括13新属317新种, 隶属39科; 中国学者2021年发表的新分类单元对世界的贡献率达到了33.8%, 高于2016-2020年的平均贡献率(28.1%)。 相似文献

ABSTRACT. The morphology, infraciliature, and molecular phylogeny of Pseudodiophrys nigricans n. g., n. sp., and Paradiophrys zhangi n. sp., isolated from a sandy beach near Qingdao, China, were investigated. Pseudodiophrys is characterized by the Diophrys‐like ciliature pattern, but having only a single, reduced undulating membrane. Pseudodiophrys nigricans, the type species by monotypy, is described from live and silver‐impregnated specimens. Paradiophrys zhangi is similar to the type species Paradiophrys irmgard but can be recognized by its border body and the number (7 vs. 8–10) and arrangement (in rows vs. sparsely distributed) of the frontoventral cirri. Small subunit (SSU) rRNA gene sequence data support the validity of both species. Phylogenetic analyses based on the SSU rRNA gene sequence data currently available for uronychiids and other related taxa indicate that P. nigricans is most closely related to Diophrys scutum and Diophrys apoligothrix, while P. zhangi clusters most closely with Apodiophrys ovalis within a clade that also includes two other Paradiophrys species. 相似文献

A new genus and new species of terrestrial potamid crab ( Carpomon pomulum) is described from the island of Palawan in the
Philippines. This new genus can easily be distinguished from all other Philippine potamids in its smooth and inflated carapace,
no trace of an epibranchial tooth, extremely low postorbital cristae, and stout and twisted male first gonopod.

In the present revision four genera and 32 species are recognized. One genus, Paratoradjia , and 17 species, namely Adinda malaccensis, A. sumatrana, A. palniensis, A. carli, A. nilgiriensis, A. lobata, A. triangulifera, A. rudeli, A. lamellata, Protoradjia paeninsulae, P. insularis, P. montana, P. pilosa, Paratoradjia beroni, P. vietnamensis, P. sulcata and Toradjia hirsute , are described as new. The neotype of Toradjia cephalka and lectotypes of Adinda weberi, Protoradjia jacobsoni, Toradjia gorgona and T. celebensis are established. Adinda cahgarii is considered to be a junior synonym of Adinda weberi , and A. conglobator , a species inquirenda. Toradjia dollfusi is transferred to the genus Adinda , and T. indosinensis to Paratoradjia. The characters of the group and its taxonomic position within the Oniscidea are discussed: it is transferred from the Eubelidae to the Scleropactidae, of which it constitutes a separate subfamily, the Toradjiinae. Based on a study of the morphology and stem anatomy of a broad sample of specimens attributed to Cytisus purgans auct. non Cytisus purgans (L.) Boiss. four species are recognized. Two species are non-spiny: Cytisus oromediterraneus Rivas Martínez et at. is a widely distributed taxon ranging from central France to north-central Spain and Portugal, and C. galianoi Talavera & Gibbs, sp. nov., which is restricted to schistose sierras in south-east Spain. C. oromediterraneus has 8-ribbed stems and 2-ribbed stipular organs, whilst C. galianoi has 10-ribbed stems and 3-ribbed stipular organs. Of two spiny species, Cytisus balansae (Boiss.) Ball wkh 10-ribbed stems, occurs in calcareous mountain areas, 1800–2500 m in Algeria and southern Morocco, whilst C. valdesii Talavera & Gibbs, nom. nov. with 13-ribbed stems, occurs in die High and Middle Atlas of Morocco. A new genus and species, Olemehlia krali n. g. & n. sp. (Coleoptera: Ripiphoridae: Ripidiinae), is described from Baltic amber. The newly described genus is compared with all known fossil and extant closely related genera of the subfamily Ripidiinae. It is characterised by the following combination of characters: antennae consisting of 10 antennomeres, with scape, pedicel, and antennomere 3 simple and antennomeres 4–10 uniflabellate, mouthparts reduced to a small single unpaired tubercle, postocular ommatidia absent, pronotum trapezoid without grooves or impressions, elytra without white apical spots, tarsal formula 5–5–4, hind tarsomere I shorter than three remaining combined. Diversity of Ripiphoridae in Baltic amber is discussed; key to Ripidiinae genera from Baltic amber is provided. 相似文献

A new genus and species of gobiid fish, Egglestonichthys Patriciae , is described from the South China Sea. Certain features of the modified head lateral-line system resemble those seen in eleotrine genera with 'transverse' suborbital sensory papillae, but the skeleton of the new goby is essentially gobiine. Aspects of the lateral-line system indicate closest relationship with genera from both the IndoPacific area ( Callogobius complex, Psilogobius, Stonogobiops ) and the New World ( Microgobius ). Wider affinities with other gobiine and gobionelline genera are discussed. Discrepancies between arrangements based predominantly on lateral-line characters and on osteology are noted and their implications considered for future classification of the gobioid fishes. 相似文献

从海南省不同生境中采集土壤样品48份,采用土壤平板法和稀释法,从中分离出61个暗色丝孢菌分离物,经鉴定分属于21属中的35种。其中,多变粘鞭霉Gliomastix variabilis和枝梗假葡萄孢Pseudobotrytis ramosa为新种;螺旋丝头束霉Cephalotrichum heliciforme为一新名称;疹梗孢属Ardhachandra和脊孢疹梗孢A. cristaspora及淡褐节球孢Nodulisporium hinnuleum为中国新记录。模式和所有研究过的其他标本(干制培养物)及活菌种保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP),等模式标本(干制培养物)存放在中国科学院菌物标本馆(HMAS)。 相似文献

The dictyopharid planthopper tribe Aluntiini s.l. is revised and reclassified into two tribes: Aluntiini s.s. and Arjunini Song & Szwedo trib. nov. The tribe Aluntiini s.s. includes five genera: Aluntia Stål, 1866; D endrophora Melichar, 1903 stat. rev. ; Dictyomorpha Melichar, 1912; Indodictyophara Liang & Song, 2012; and Madagascaritia Song & Liang gen. nov. The new tribe Arjunini comprises two genera – Arjuna Muir, 1934 and Pippax Emeljanov, 2008 – both moved from Aluntiini s.l. Four new species – A luntia longicephalica Song & Szwedo sp. nov. , Madagascaritia angusta Song & Liang sp. nov. , Arjuna maai Song & Wang sp. nov. , and Arjuna muiri Song & Wang sp. nov. – are described. A morphologically based phylogenetic analysis is undertaken for Aluntiini, Arjunini, and the representatives of Dictyopharini, Hastini, Orthopagini, and the fossil Worskaitini within Dictyopharinae, all distributed in the Old World. A matrix of 129 characters of the habitus, coloration, head, thorax, and male and female genitalia of the adults was used for the cladistic analysis. The phylogenetic results show that Aluntiini s.l. as placed in Dictyopharidae is well supported, but it is distinctly paraphyletic and should be separated into two unambiguous tribes. A palaeotropical distribution pattern displayed by Aluntiini is suggested. The origin and diversification of Aluntiini are discussed preliminarily. © 2015 The Linnean Society of London 相似文献
