Six new pregnane glycosides with an acyl at C-12 and a straight sugar chain at C-3, namely otophyllosides H-M (1-6), were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum otophyllum (Asclepiadaceae) collected from Eryuan County in Yunnan province of China. Their structures were characterized to be qingyangshengenin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-oleandropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-digitoxopyranoside (1), qingyangshengenin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-oleandropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-digitoxopyranoside (2), qingyangshengenin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-oleandropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-digitoxopyranoside (3), qingyangshengenin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-thevetopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-digitoxopyranoside (4), caudatin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-oleandropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranoside (5), caudatin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-oleandropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-d-cymaropyranoside (6), respectively, on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and chemical method.  相似文献

从羽叶鬼灯檠 (RodgersiapinnataFranch .)的根茎中分离得到 6个单萜二糖苷 ,它们的结构通过波谱方法分别鉴定为 :(E ) 3,7 dimethyl 1 O [α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glu copyranosyl] oct 2 en 7 ol (1) ,(E ) 3,7 dimethyl 1 O [α L arabinofuranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopy ranosyl] oct 2 en 7 ol (2 ) ,geranyl 1 O α L arabinofuranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopyranoside (3) ,gera nyl 1 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopyranoside (4 ) ,geranyl 1 O β D xylopyranosyl (1→6 ) β D glucopyranoside (5 ) ,geranyl 1 O α L arabinopyranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopyranoside (6 )。其中化合物 1为新化合物 ,单萜二糖苷类化合物系首次在该属中发现。  相似文献

Schisandra rubriflora Rehd. et Wils. is a traditional Chinese medicine. To search for new and bioactive components from traditional Chinese medicines and provide scientific evidence for taxonomy, the chemical constituents ofthe plant were investigated by various column chromatography methods (silica gel,Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18). From the aerial parts ofS. rubriflora, three new megastigmane glycosides,namely (3S, 5R, 6S, 9R)-megastigmane-3, 9-diol 3-O-[α-L-arabionfuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside](1), 7-megastigmene-3-ol-9-one 3-O-[o-L-arabionfuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (2), and megastigmane-3α, 4β, 9ξ-triol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), along with 14 known compounds, were isolated.The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

采用柱色谱技术从红背山麻杆叶子的60%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个黄酮苷和2个其他类化合物.根据理化性质及波谱方法分别鉴定为:芹菜素-6-C-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、芹菜素-7-O-芸香糖苷(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-(2″-O-α-鼠李糖基)葡萄糖醛酸苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、β-胡萝卜苷(6).以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~4为首次从山麻杆属中分离得到的黄酮苷.  相似文献

Four new steroidal glycosides such as 3-O-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside-12-β-tigloyl-14-β-hydroxy-17-β-pregnane (1), 3-O-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside-12-β-(2'-amino)-benzoyl-14-β-hydroxy-17-β-pregnane (2), 3-O-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside-12-β-14-β-dihydroxy-17-α-pregnane (3) and 3-O-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside-12-β-14-β-dihydroxy-17-β-pregnane (4) were isolated from the aerial parts of Ceropegia fusca Bolle (Asclepiadaceae), a crassulacean acid metabolism plant, an endemic species to the Canary Islands that has been used in traditional medicine as a cicatrizant, vulnerary and disinfectant. The dichloromethane extract exhibited significant cytostatic activity against HL-60, A-431 and SK-MEL-1 cells, human leukemic, epidermoid carcinoma and melanoma cells, respectively. As shown in Table I, compounds 1 and 2 showed very similar IC(50) values. The acetylation of 1 to give the diacetate 5 increases 5-fold the cytotoxicity against HL-60 cells. Compounds 3 and 4 did not show cytotoxicity at the assayed concentrations. With respect to the compounds containing only the steroid ring (6-8), the presence of a charged O-amino-benzoyl but not a tigloyl group improved the cytotoxicity.  相似文献

对新疆产的4种藓类植物茎、叶的表面及内部结构进行了观察,结果表明:尖叶大帽藓(Encalypta rhabdocarpa Schwaegr.)茎的中部结构类似于种子植物(单子叶)根的内皮层,其茎表皮也有类似于种子植物表皮毛(腺毛)的腺体。在阔叶紫萼藓(Grimmia laevigata (Brid.) Brid.)茎的中轴部,厚角组织发达,数层皮部厚壁组织也很发达。小石藓(Weisia controversa Hedw.)叶中肋之中有小形厚壁细胞。弯叶墙藓(Tortula reflexa Li)的茎呈多棱形,表皮层具很厚的“树皮状”老皮,其叶表皮细胞密被马蹄形及叉状粗疣。这些特征反映了该类群植物由低等向高等演化的趋势,并可作为分类学依据之一。  相似文献

Two new furostanol glycosides, trigofoenosides F and G, have been isolated as their methyl ethers from the methanolic extract of Trigonella foenum-graecum seeds (Leguminosae). The structures of the original glycosides have been determined as (25R)-furost-5-en-3β,22,26-triol, 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2)β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6)β-d-glucopyranoside; 26-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and (25R)-furost-5en-3β,22,26-triol, 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) [β-d-xylopyranosyl (1 → 4)]β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6)β-d-glucopyranoside; 26-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

在文献资料和实验研究的基础上,本文总结了甾体皂甙在蜘蛛抱蛋属植物中的分布。发现单羟基的薯蓣皂甙元的配糖体一蜘蛛抱蛋皂甙(薯蓣皂甙元-3-O[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→2)]-[β-D-木吡喃糖基(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄吡哺糖基(1→4)-β-D-半乳吡哺糖甙),广泛存在于所研究过的这些植物中,而且是大部植物根茎的主要皂甙。它是蜘蛛抱蛋属植物的特征化学成分,表明该属是一个自然类群,甾体皂甙对它是有分类学意义的。  相似文献

Ten acylated flavonol glycosides were isolated from aqueous acetone extracts of the aerial parts of the forage legume, Onobrychis viciifolia, and their structures determined using spectroscopic methods. Among these were eight previously unreported examples which comprised either feruloylated or sinapoylated derivatives of 3-O-di- and 3-O-triglycosides of kaempferol (3,5,7,4'-tetrahydroxyflavone) or quercetin (3,5,7,3',4'-pentahydroxyflavone). The diglycosides were acylated at the primary Glc residue of O-α-Rhap(1→6)-β-Glcp (rutinose), whereas the triglycosides were acylated at the terminal Rha residues of the branched trisaccharides, O-α-Rhap(1→2)[α-Rhap(1→6)]-β-Galp or O-α-Rhap(1→2)[α-Rhap(1→6)]-β-Glcp. Identification of the primary 3-O-linked hexose residues as either Gal or Glc was carried out by negative ion electrospray and serial MS, and cryoprobe NMR spectroscopy. Analysis of UV and MS spectra of the acylated flavonol glycosides provided additional diagnostic features relevant to direct characterisation of these compounds in hyphenated analyses. Quantitative analysis of the acylated flavonol glycosides present in different aerial parts of sainfoin revealed that the highest concentrations were in mature leaflets.  相似文献

Three new pregnane glycosides, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(20R)-pregn-5-ene-3β,20-diol (1), 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(20R)-pregn-5-ene-3β,20-diol-20-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(20R)-pregn-5-ene-3β,20-diol-20-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) were isolated along with four known compounds, 4-7, from the leaves and stems of Brucea javanica. Their structures were determined by detailed analyses of 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopic data. All of the compounds isolated from Brucea javanica were tested for the antifeedant activities against the larva of Pieris rapae. Compounds 1, 3, and 5 showed significant antifeedant activities after 72 h incubation.  相似文献

Four new sulfated steroidal glycosides (asterosaponins), hippasteriosides A-D (1-4, resp.), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the Far Eastern starfish Hippasteria kurilensis, collected in the Sea of Okhotsk near Kuril Islands. Compounds 1-4 were determined to contain the same unprecedented hexasaccharide moiety, β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranosyl, linked to C(6) of 3-O-sulfonylated steroidal aglycons, which differ from each other in their side-chain structures. Structures 1-4 were elucidated by extensive NMR and MS techniques, and chemical transformations. Not all the asterosaponins show a prominent cytotoxic activity against human colon tumor HT-29 cells, but some of them, especially compound 4 demonstrate a remarkable inhibition of the HT-29 colony formation in soft-agar clonogenic assay, suggesting its anticancerogenic properties.  相似文献

In continuation of our chemosystematic study of Stachys (Labiatae) we have isolated the previously reported isoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (1) and 3′-hydroxy-4′-O-methylisoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (4) and four new allose-containing flavonoid glycosides from S. anisochila. The new glycosides are hypolaetin 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranside] (6) as well as the three corresponding diacetyl analogues of 1, 4 and 6, isoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-6″-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside], 3′-hydroxy-4′-O-methylisoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-6″-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside] and hypolaetin 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-6″-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside]. Extensive two-dimensional NMR studies (proton-carbon correlations, COSY experiments) allowed assignment of all 1H NMR sugar signals and a correction of the 13C NMR signal assignments for C-2 and C-3 of the allose.  相似文献

One monomer flavan-3-ol, 4α-carboxymethyl-(+)-catechin methyl ester, two monomer flavan-3-ol glycosides, (+)-afzelechin-3-O-β-allopyranoside, (+)-afzelechin-6-C-β-glucopyranoside, two dimer flavan-3-ols, (-)-epiafzelechin-(4β→8)-4β-carboxymethyl-(-)-epicatechin methyl ester, and -(-)-epiafzelechin-(4β→8)-4α-carboxymethyl-(-)epiafzelechin ethyl ester, and one trimer flavan-3-ol, (-)-epiafzelechin-(4β→8)-(-)-epiafzelechin-(4β→8)-4β-carboxymethyl-(-)-epiafzelechin methyl ester, together with thirteen known flavan-3-ols were isolated from the rhizomes of Drynaria fortunei (Kunze) J.Sm (Polypodiaceae). The structures were established by analysis of their HRESIMS, 1D, 2D NMR spectroscopic, and CD data. In order to obtain improved resolution, the high-resolution NMR spectra of the dimers and trimer were measured at -40 °C.  相似文献

In addition to the known odorosides, the β-d-digitaloside and β-d-glucosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-digitaloside of uzarigenin were isolated from the root bark of Nerium odorum. Odoroside B was obtained in remarkably high yield among the digitoxigenin and uzarigenin glycosides. With the aid of polyamide column chromatography, oleandrigenin β-gentiobiosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-digitaloside ( = 16-O-acetylneogitostin) was isolated along with other oleandrigenin glycosides.  相似文献

The molecular complexation of triterpene glycosides α-hederin (hederagenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l → 2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside), hederasaponin C (hederagenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l → 2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l → 4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(l → 6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside), and glycyram (monoammonium glycyrrhizinate) with sildenafil citrate was investigated for the first time using electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The glycosides form a complex in a 1: 1 molar ratio. The influence of the complex on Avena sativa seeds germination and its ichthyotoxicity against Poecilia reticulata were studied.  相似文献
