The release processes of endogenous Acetylcholine (ACh), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), glutamate (Glu) and glutamine (GLN) were studied in superfused guinea-pig caudatal slices. Basal ACh release remained constant for up to 2 h, while the basal release of GABA, Glu and GLN declined to half or less of its initial values after 1 h of superfusion. Electrical stimulation increased the ACh release by 700-800% and that of GABA by 80% whereas it decreased the output of Glu by 50% and failed to modify the GLN efflux. KCl (25 nM) increased the output of ACh by 400%, that of GABA by approximately 500% and decreased that of Glu by 40%. Substituting of CaCl(2) by MgCl(2) in the superfusion medium reduced the basal efflux of GABA, Glu and GLN. Under these conditions, no evoked release of ACh or of GABA was detected, following electrical or KCl stimulation. Tetrodotoxin 5 x 10(-7) decreased the basal ACh release by 60% and increased the GABA efflux by 40%. The toxin abolished the stimulus-evoked ACh efflux but scarcely affected that of GABA. These results are consistent with a possible neurotransmitter role of ACh and GABA in the striatum and show some differences in the ionic mechanisms underlying GABA and ACh release.  相似文献

Abstract— To demonstrate release of ACh in the absence of inhibition of cholinesterase, slices of cerebral cortex were incubated with [3H]choline, after which they were placed in a tissue bath for superfusion. Hemicholinium (HC-3) increased the spontaneous efflux of [3H]choline. Electrical stimulation at 4/s increased the efflux of [3H]choline to the same extent whether the slices were stimulated early or late during superfusion. The effect of stimulation on efflux of [3H]choline was abolished by tetrodotoxin and by the absence of calcium. The extent of choline efflux resulting from stimulation, as calculated from the specific radioactivity of the incubation medium, was the same when the slices were incubated with 0.1 or 1.0mM choline, but was less with lower concentrations of choline. We conclude that the increased efflux of [3H]choline evoked by stimulation probably originates from stores of [3H]ACh synthetized during incubation.  相似文献

Abstract: The presynaptic regulation of amino acid release from nerve terminals was investigated using synaptosomes prepared from the rat spinal cord. The basal releases of endogenous glutamate (Glu), aspartate (Asp), and γ-amino-butyric acid (GABA) were 34.6, 21.5, and 10.0 pmol/min/mg of protein, respectively. Exposure to a depolarizing concentration of KCl (30 m M ) evoked 2.7-, 1.5-, and 2.9-fold increases in Glu, Asp, and GABA release, respectively. Clonidine reduced the K+-evoked overflow of Glu to 56% of the control overflow with a potency (IC50) of 17 n M , but it did not affect K+-evoked overflow of Asp, GABA, and their basal releases. Similarly, noradrenaline inhibited the K+-evoked overflow of Glu, although phenylephrine and isoproterenol showed no effect. The inhibitory effect of clonidine was counteracted by α2-adrenoceptor antagonists, rauwolscine, yohimbine, and idazoxan, regardless of the imidazoline structures. Because Glu is considered a neurotransmitter of primary afferents that transmit both nociceptive and nonnociceptive stimuli in the spinal cord, these data suggest that part of Glu release may be regulated by the noradrenergic system through α2 adrenoceptors localized on the primary afferent terminals.  相似文献

Abstract: The ability of adenosine agonists to modulate K+-evoked 4D†-[3H]aminobutyric acid ([3H]GABA) and acetylcholine (ACh) release from rat striatal synaptosomes was investigated. The A2a receptor-selective agonist CGS 21680 inhibited Ca2+-dependent [3H]GABA release evoked by 15 m M KCI with a maximal inhibition of 29 ± 4% (IC50 of ∼4 ± 10 −12 M ). The relative order of potency of three agonists was CGS 21680 ± 5'- N -ethylcarboxamidoadenosine > R-phenylisopropyladenosine (R-PIA), with the inhibition being blocked by A2a receptor-selective antagonists (CP 66,713 and CGS 15943A) but not by the A1-selective antagonist 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine (DPCPX). When release of [3H]GABA was evoked by 30 mM KCI, no significant inhibition was observed. In contrast, CGS 21680 stimulated the release of [3H]ACh evoked by 30 m M KCI, with a maximal stimulation of 26 ± 5% (IC50 of ∼10−11 M ). This effect was blocked by CP 66,713 but not by DPCPX. The A1 agonist R -PIA inhibited [3H]ACh release, an effect blocked by DPCPX. It is concluded that adenosine A2a receptors are present on both GABAergic and cholinergic striatal nerve terminals where they inhibit and stimulate transmitter release, respectively. Abstract— The spontaneous efflux of [3H]GABA and its metabolites from the frog retina has been studied. The efflux of radioactivity was multiphasic in the presence or absence of amino-oxyacetic acid (AOAA), an inhibitor of GABA metabolism, and was not affected by light or dark adaptation.
Strong retention of radioactivity was evident in the presence of AOAA, about 90% of the label remaining in the tissue after 4 h superfusion. Under these conditions, increases in the rate of release of radioactivity were evoked by electrical stimulation, 40 m m -potassium. unlabelled GABA (5 m m ), ouabain (5 × 10−5 m ) and the absence of calcium. The amount of [3H]GABA released by electrical stimulation was not markedly calcium dependent, whereas the response to 40 m m -potassium was reduced by 96% in the absence of calcium.  相似文献

Abstract: We have investigated the effect of endogenous adenosine on the release of [3H]acetylcholine ([3H]ACh) in cultured chick amacrine-like neurons. The release of [3H]ACh evoked by 50 m M KCl was mostly Ca2+ dependent, and it was increased in the presence of adenosine deaminase and in the presence of 1,3-dipropyl-8-cyclopentylxanthine (DPCPX), an adenosine A1 receptor antagonist. The effect of adenosine on [3H]ACh release was sensitive to pertussis toxin (PTX) and was due to a selective inhibition of N-type Ca2+ channels. Ligand binding studies using [3H]DPCPX confirmed the presence of adenosine A1 receptors in the preparation. Using specific inhibitors of the plasma membrane adenosine carriers and of the ectonucleotidases, we found that the extracellular accumulation of adenosine in response to KCl depolarization was due to the release of endogenous adenosine per se and to the extracellular conversion of released nucleotides into adenosine. Activation of adenosine A1 receptors was without effect on the intracellular levels of cyclic AMP under depolarizing conditions, but it inhibited the accumulation of inositol phosphates. Our results indicate that in cultured amacrine-like neurons, the Ca2+-dependent release of [3H]ACh evoked by KCl is under tonic inhibition by adenosine, which activates A1 receptors. The effect of adenosine on the [3H]ACh release may be due to a direct inhibition of N-type Ca2+ channels and/or secondary to the inhibition of phospholipase C and involves the activation of PTX-sensitive G proteins.  相似文献

Abstract— The effects of hyperosmolal superfusion upon the release of preloaded, radio-labeled GABA has been studied, using both first cortical and first pontine brain slices. GABA release was stimulated with either hyperosmolal Na+ or sucrose superfusion in cortical slices. This stimulated release of radio-labeled GABA was partially Ca2+-dependent in cortical slices. When barium ions replaced Ca2+ in hyperosmolal medium, a similar effect was seen. High concentration of magnesium in Ca2+ -free hyperosmolal medium did not induce stimulation. The increased release of α-aminoisobutyric acid (AIBA), a non-metabolized amino acid induced by hyperosmolality, was not Ca2+-dependent.
GABA release was also stimulated with hyperosmolal sucrose superfusion in pontine slices. The effect of pre-treatment of cortical and pontine slices with β-alanine or L-2,4-diaminobutyric acid (DABA) was used to study the source of exogenous GABA release induced by hyperosmolality. In cortical slices, β-alanine blocked the hyperosmolal release of GABA and also slightly inhibited GABA uptake. DABA did not change hyperosmolal GABA release, although it inhibited GABA uptake. In pontine slices, both DABA and β-alanine inhibited GABA uptake, but were unable to inhibit the hyperosmolal release of GABA.
The data suggest that hyperosmolality causes increased release of GABA from neurons, analogous to that seen with K+-depolarization. AIBA, unlike GABA, is released from brain cells as a non-Ca2+ -dependent response to osmotic equilibration. The observation that pre-treatment with β-alanine inhibits the hyperosmolal release of GABA suggests that hyperosmolality alters glial cell function.  相似文献

Abstract: Intrastriatal microdialysis was used to administer muscarinic drugs in freely moving rats for 40 min at a flow rate of 2 µl/min. Administration of the nonselective agonist pilocarpine at 10 m M increased striatal dopamine release and decreased extracellular GABA and glutamate overflow. Perfusion with the muscarinic M2 antagonist methoctramine at 75 µ M increased extracellular dopamine and glutamate concentrations but exerted no changes on extracellular GABA levels. Intrastriatal administration of the M1 antagonist pirenzepine at 0.05 µ M decreased extracellular dopamine overflow. Application of pirenzepine (0.05 and 5 µ M ) exerted no effects on the measured GABA or glutamate levels. There are thus important differences in applied doses of muscarinic drugs needed to obtain modulatory effects. High doses of agonists are probably needed to superimpose on the background of tonic influences of striatal acetylcholine, whereas antagonists can block the receptors in small doses. We further suggest that M1 receptors might tonically facilitate striatal dopamine release, that M2 receptors might tonically inhibit striatal glutamate efflux, and that acetylcholine does not exert tonic effects on striatal GABA release. The link with the pilocarpine animal model for temporal lobe epilepsy will be discussed.  相似文献

Abstract— Elevated K+0 elicited a substantial Ca-independent efflux of accumulated GABA from cortical synaptosomal fractions. Efflux from tissue labelled with either NE or choline was affected considerably less by elevated K+ pulses in the absence of calcium. K-facilitated Ca-dependent efflux was large for all three of the accumulated substances. K-dependent (Ca-independent) efflux of accumulated GABA was associated with all subcellular fractions exhibiting GABA accumulation whereas K-facilitated Ca-dependent efflux was restricted to fractions containing synaptosomes. Eighty per cent of both GABA accumulation and K-dependent efflux was, however, recovered in a purified synaptosomal fraction. Alanine slightly decreased GABA accumulation, but % K-dependent efflux was not affected.
Elevated K+, in the absence of calcium, released GABA from accumulated pools in preference to endogenous pools, whereas the Ca-dependent efflux, facilitated by K+, was similar for both accumulated and endogenous GABA.
The Ca-independent efflux of accumulated GABA increased linearly with log [K+]0 between 10 and 70 mM-K+ in sodium-containing media. Prior treatment with veratridine or Na-free medium substantially decreased the Ca-independent but not the Ca-dependent GABA efflux produced by elevated K+ pulses.
The Ca-dependent and Ca-independent efflux of accumulated GABA in response to elevated K+ pulses is suggested to arise not only via different flux mechanisms but also from different GABA pools. The Ca-dependent efflux is interpreted to reflect stimulus-secretion coupling processes whereas the Ca-independent efflux may reflect membrane transport processes.  相似文献

Abstract— Brain slices were incubated with [3H]GABA in a medium containing aminooxyacetic acid to prevent metabolism of [3H]GABA by GABA-glutamate transaminase. The slices, which rapidly accumulated radioactivity, were then continuously perfused and the efflux of [3H]GABA from the tissue was measured. The spontaneous efflux of [3H]GABA consisted of an initial rapid phase followed by a much slower release of [3[H]GABA. After 40 min perfusion 90 per cent of the radioactivity remained in the tissue.
The slices were depolarized by electrical stimulation or by perfusion with a medium containing a high potassium concentration (40 mM). These procedures caused a striking increase in the efflux of [3H]GABA. The increased efflux produced by potassium, but not that produced by electrical stimulation, was dependent on calcium ions in the medium. The effect of electrical stimulation on [3H]GABA release was considerably reduced by a raised concentration (10 mM) of magnesium in the medium.
High potassium concentrations and electrical stimulation did not cause an increase in the efflux of [14C]urea, L-[3H]leucine or [14C]α-amino-isobutyric acid from brain slices. These results are consistent with the suggestion that GABA may be an inhibitory transmitter in the cerebral cortex.  相似文献

Abstract: K+-evoked acetyl[3H]choline ([3H]ACh) release was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner by apomorphine and the D2 agonist quinpirole in striatal slices prepared from euthyroid and hypothyroid rats. However, there was a significant increase in the maximum inhibition observed with both agonists in the hypothyroid compared with the euthyroid group, which paralleled the increased D2 agonist sensitivity reported for stereotyped behavior. The D2 antagonist raclopride decreased, and the D, antagonist SCH 23390 increased, the inhibition of [3H]ACh release by apomorphine, confirming an inhibitory role for D2 receptors and an opposing role for D1 receptors. Because there is no difference in D1 or D2 receptor concentration between the euthyroid and hypothyroid groups, it is suggested that thyroid hormone modulation of D2 receptor sensitivity affects a receptor-mediated event. Following intrastriatal injection of pertussis toxin (PTX), apomorphine no longer inhibited [3H]ACh release. In fact, increased [3H]- ACh release was observed, an effect reduced by SCH 23390, providing evidence that D1 receptors enhance [3H]- ACh release, and confirming that a PTX-sensitive G protein mediates the D2 response. As it has been reported that thyroid hormones modulate G protein expression, this mechanism may underlie their effect on dopamine agonist- mediated inhibition of ACh.  相似文献

Dopaminergic Regulation of Septohippocampal Cholinergic Neurons   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
Abstract: The extent to which acetylcholine (ACh) release in the hippocampus is regulated by dopaminergic mechanisms was assessed using in vivo microdialysis in freely moving rats. Systemic administration of the dopamine (DA) receptor agonist apomorphine (1.0 mg/kg) or the specific D1 agonist CY 208–243 (1.0 mg/kg) increased microdialysate concentrations of ACh in the hippocampus. The D2 receptor agonist quinpirole (0.5 mg/kg) produced a small but statistically significant decrease in hippocampal ACh release. d -Amphetamine (2.0 mg/kg) increased ACh release, an effect that was blocked by the D1 receptor antagonist SCH 23390 (0.3 mg/kg) but not by the D2 antagonist raclopride (1.0 mg/kg). These findings suggest that endogenous DA stimulates septo-hippocampal cholinergic neurons primarily via actions at D1 receptors. In addition, these results are similar to previous findings regarding the dopaminergic regulation of cortical ACh release, and suggest that the anatomical continuum formed by basal forebrain cholinergic neurons that project to the cortex and hippocampus acts as a functional unit, at least with respect to its regulation by DA.  相似文献

Abstract: The σ ligand 1,3-di- O -tolylguanidine (DTG) increased basal dynamin and decreased depolarization-stimulated phosphorylation of the synaptosomal protein synapsin Ib without having direct effects on protein kinases or protein phosphatases. DTG dose-dependently decreased the basal cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i) and blocked the depolarization-dependent increases in [Ca2+]i. These effects were inhibited by the σ antagonists rimcazole and BMY14802. The nitric oxide donors sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and 8-( p -chlorophenylthio)guanosine-3',5'-cyclic monophosphorothioate decreased basal [Ca2+]i and the KCl-evoked rise in [Ca2+]i to an extent similar to DTG. SNP, but not DTG, produced a rise in cyclic GMP levels, suggesting that the effect of DTG on [Ca2+]i was not mediated via downstream regulation of cyclic GMP levels. DTG increased 45Ca2+ uptake and efflux under basal conditions and inhibited the 45Ca2+ uptake induced by depolarization with KCl. The KCl-evoked rise in [Ca2+]i was inhibited by ω-conotoxin (ω-CgTx)-GVIA and -MVIIC but not nifedipine and ω-agatoxin-IVA. The effect of DTG on decreasing the KCl-evoked rise in [Ca2+]i was additive with ω-CgTx-MVIIC but not with ω-CgTx-GVIA. These data suggest that DTG was producing some of its effects on synapsin I and dynamin phosphorylation and intrasynaptosomal Ca2+ levels via inhibition of N-type Ca2+ channels.  相似文献

RELEASE AND EXCHANGE STUDIES RELATING TO THE SYNAPTOSOMAL UPTAKE OF GABA   总被引:19,自引:15,他引:4
Abstract— Synaptosomal release and exchange of [3H]GABA were studied by a superfusion technique which minimizes reuptake. The release of [3H]GABA was increased by depolarizing concentrations of KCl and showed calcium-dependence. Superfusion with 1-1000 μ m unlabelled GABA caused a dose dependent, saturable increase in the release of radioactivity by homoexchange. The exchange process showed high substrate specificity: among the various amino acids and putative neurotransmitters tested, only γ-amino-β-hydroxybutyric acid was a good stimulator of [3H]GABA release. Superfusion with sodium-free medium (NaCl replaced by sucrose) virtually abolished homoexchange. Ouabain also increased the release of [3H]GABA, and its action was additive to that of unlabelled GABA.
The presence of exchange at concentrations that are in the range of the high affinity uptake system, the apparent similarity between calculated rates of exchange and initial uptake rates, the non-detectability of exchange in a condition (Na+ deprivation) which inhibits high affinity uptake, and the lack of decrease of actual GABA concentration in incubation media used for uptake experiments, all suggest that homoexchange accounts for a substantial part of the synaptosomal accumulation of [3H]GABA generally interpreted as high affinity uptake.  相似文献

Abstract: The effect of colchicine (0.5 mM) and of cytochalasin B (10−4 M) on the release of [35S]taurine from the isolated chick retina, upon stimulation by 68.5 mM-KCl, 10−5 M-veratridine and 10 mM-glutamate, was studied. Cytochalasin and colchicine effects on taurine release were compared with those on K+-stimulated release of [3H]dopamine and [3H]GABA. Colchicine caused a marked decrease of the [35S]taurine release evoked by the three stimulatory agents; it also decreased [3H]dopamine release without affecting that of [3H]GABA. Cytochalasin B significantly decreased the efflux of [35S]taurine stimulated by glutamate or veratridine without altering that evoked by 68.5 mM-KCl. Cytochalasin practically suppressed the [3H]dopamine-stimulated release and slightly decreased that of [3H]GABA. This drug produced a high increase in the spontaneous release of labeled GABA and taurine. These results suggest that the release of taurine and GABA from the chick retina probably occurs through different mechanisms. It is suggested that taurine release may be related to a process involving contractile proteins.  相似文献

Release of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) can be elicited by electrical field stimulation even in the absence of external Ca2+. Indeed, the release of GABA under such conditions is even higher than in the presence of Ca2+. To investigate the underlying mechanism of this phenomenon, the release of endogenous GABA from rat striatal slices was measured by high performance liquid chromatography with electro- chemical detection. Electrical stimulation at 2 Hz for 3 min elevated GABA efflux by 4.5-fold. Withdrawing external Ca2+ and adding 1 mM EGTA produced a small, transient increase in the basal efflux of GABA and increased electrically-evoked overflow 3-fold. Tetrodotoxin (5 μM) did not affect basal efflux in either normal or Ca2+-free conditions, but abolished electrically-evoked release. In the presence of normal Ca2+, nipecotic acid (1 mM) enhanced both spontaneous efflux and evoked overflow. Nipecotic acid also increased spontaneous release when external Ca2+ was removed. However, in the absence of Ca2+, nipecotic acid failed to increase electrically evoked GABA overflow. These results suggest that there exists a Ca2+-independent process for GABA release via the same carrier system that is utilized for high affinity GABA uptake.  相似文献

Abstract: 5-Hydroxytryptamine2 (5-HT2) receptor antagonists have been shown to interfere with the stimulation of striatal dopamine synthesis and release produced by the amphetamine analogue 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA). To localize the receptors responsible for the attenuation of MDMA-induced release, 5-HT2 receptor antagonists were infused via the microdialysis probe directly into the brains of awake, freely moving rats before the systemic administration of MDMA. Intrastriatal infusions of the selective 5-HT2 antagonist MDL 100, 907 produced a concentration-dependent inhibition of MDMA-induced dopamine release. Similar results were observed with intrastriatal infusions of the 5-HT2 antagonist amperozide. In contrast, infusion of MDL 100, 907 into the midbrain region near the dopaminergic cell bodies was with out effect on the MDMA-induced elevation of extracellular dopamine in the ipsilateral striatum. Neither antagonist attenuated basal transmitter efflux nor the MDMA-stimulated release of [3H]dopamine from striatal slices in vitro indicating that the in vivo effect of the antagonists was not due to inhibition of the dopamine uptake carrier. Intrastriatal infusion of tetrodotoxin reduced both basal and MDMA-stimulated dopamine efflux and eliminated the effect of intrastriatal MDL 100, 907. The results indicate that 5-HT2 receptors located in the striatum augment the release of dopamine produced by high doses of MDMA. Furthermore, these 5-HT2 receptors appear to be located on nondopaminergic elements of the striatum.  相似文献

Abstract: The aim of this study was to elucidate the mechanisms by which retinal cells release endogenous amino acids in response to ascorbate/Fe2+-induced oxidative stress, as compared with chemical hypoxia or ischemia. In the absence of stimulation, oxidative stress increased the release of aspartate, glutamate, taurine, and GABA only when Ca2+ was present. Under hypoxia or ischemia, the release of aspartate, glutamate, glycine, alanine, taurine, and GABA increased mainly by a Ca2+-independent mechanism. The increased release observed in N -methyl- d -glucamine+ medium suggested the reversal of the Na+-dependent amino acid transporters. Upon oxidative stress, the release of aspartate, glutamate, and GABA, occurring through the reversal of the Na+-dependent transporters, was reduced by about 30%, although the release of taurine was enhanced. An increased release of [3H]arachidonic acid and free radicals seems to affect the Na+-dependent transporters for glutamate and GABA in oxidized cells. All cell treatments increased [Ca2+]i (1.5 to twofold), although no differences were observed in membrane depolarization. The energy charge of cells submitted to hypoxia or oxidative stress was not changed. However, ischemia highly potentiated the reduction of the energy charge, as compared with hypoglycemia or hypoxia alone. The present work is important for understanding the mechanisms of amino acid release that occur in vivo upon oxidative stress, hypoxia, or ischemia, frequently associated with the impairment of energy metabolism.  相似文献

Abstract: Previously, we have shown a significant increase in number of GABAB receptor binding sites in neocortex and thalamus of lethargic ( lh/lh ) mice, a mutant strain exhibiting absence seizures. This study was performed to test our hypothesis that presynaptic GABAB receptors would inhibit [3H]GABA release to a greater degree in lh/lh mice compared with their nonepileptic littermates (designated +/+). Synaptosomes isolated from neocortex and thalamus of age-matched male lh/lh and +/+ mice were similar in uptake of [3H]GABA. In the neocortical preparation, baclofen dose-dependently inhibited [3H]GABA release evoked by 12 m M KCl, an effect mediated by GABAB receptors. The maximal inhibition ( I max) value was significantly greater (80%) in lh/lh than +/+ mice, whereas the IC50 (3 µ M ) was unchanged. In the thalamic preparation, the effect of baclofen (50 µ M ) was 58% less robust in lh/lh mice. Other effects mediated by GABAB receptors (inhibitions in Ca2+ uptake and cyclic AMP formation) were also significantly reduced in thalamic synaptosomes from lh/lh mice. These data suggest a greater presynaptic GABAB receptor-mediated effect in neocortex and a reduced effect in thalamic nuclei of lh/lh mice. It is possible that selective effects of presynaptic GABAB receptors on GABA release in neocortex and thalamic nuclei of lh/lh mice may contribute to mechanisms underlying absence seizures.  相似文献

Abstract: The regulation of striatal cholinergic function by tachykinins was examined in urethane-anesthetized rats by using microdialysis. Substance P (0.01–1 µ M ), [Sar9,Met(O2)11]substance P (1–10 µ M ), septide (0.1–3 µ M ), neurokinin (NK) A (0.1–10 µ M ), and senktide (0.1–10 µ M ) produced concentration-dependent increases in striatal acetylcholine (ACh) release. Septide was the most potent agonist for inducing release of ACh, whereas the stimulating effect of senktide was less pronounced and more progressive in onset. The response to septide was prevented by intraperitoneal administration of the nonpeptide NK1 antagonist SR 140333 (1–3 mg/kg) but not by the nonpeptide NK2 receptor antagonist SR 48968, indicating that the effect was mediated specifically by NK1 receptors. ACh release caused by NKA was reduced by SR 48968 (1–3 mg/kg) and slightly affected by SR 140333, indicating a principal role for NK2 receptors in the peptide response. The similar efficacy of SR 140333 and SR 48968 in blocking substance P-induced ACh release suggested that the effect of this peptide involves the stimulation of both NK1 and NK2 receptors. Finally, our results indicate that the increase in striatal ACh release induced by the D1 agonist (+)-SKF-38393 (3 µ M ) may be mediated indirectly through local release of NKA or substance P acting at NK2 receptors.  相似文献
