摘要 目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合针灸对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血糖代谢、神经传导速度和血液流变学的影响。方法:选取我院2018年4月-2021年4月期间收治的100例DPN患者,按照双色球法将患者分为对照组(50例,常规西医治疗)和研究组(50例,对照组基础上接受补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗)。均治疗4周,对比两组临床疗效、血糖代谢水平、神经传导速度和血液流变学。结果:治疗后研究组临床总有效率(94.00%),高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的腓总神经和正中神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)均较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的红细胞比积、纤维蛋白原、全血粘度(高切)及全血粘度(低切)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗DPN患者疗效显著,有效提高其神经传导速度,改善其血糖代谢和血液流变学。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨七味白术散联合蒙脱石散对腹泻幼鼠肠道菌群及免疫功能影响的研究。方法:选择SD雄性幼鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组、七味白术散组、蒙脱石散组、七味白术散联合蒙脱石散组,对照组与模型组灌胃给予0.2 mL/10生理盐水,七味白术散组给予0.2 mL/10 g七味白术散,蒙脱石散组给予0.2 mL/10 g蒙脱石散,七味白术散联合蒙脱石散组给予0.2 mL/10 g七味白术散+0.2 mL/10 g蒙脱石散,5组每天定时灌胃一次,均连续给药7天。对比腹泻指数、平均稀便级、稀便率、脾重、胸腺重指数、血清淀粉酶、血清D-木糖水平、回肠、结肠、空肠黏膜厚度及小肠内容物细菌增殖。结果:与对照组相比,其他组脾重、胸腺重指数、血清淀粉酶及D-木糖水平、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量较低,腹泻指数、平均稀便级、稀便率、回肠、结肠、空肠黏膜厚度、大肠杆菌较高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,蒙脱石散组、七味白术散组、七味白术散联合蒙脱石散组的脾重、胸腺重指数、血清淀粉酶及D-木糖水平、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量较高,腹泻指数、平均稀便级、稀便率、回肠、结肠、空肠黏膜厚度、大肠杆菌较低(P<0.05);与蒙脱石散组相比,七味白术散组、七味白术散联合蒙脱石散组的脾重、胸腺重指数、血清淀粉酶及D-木糖水平、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量较高,腹泻指数、平均稀便级、稀便率、回肠、结肠、空肠黏膜厚度、大肠杆菌较低(P<0.05);与七味白术散组相比,七味白术散联合蒙脱石散组的脾重、胸腺重指数、血清淀粉酶、D-木糖水平、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量明显较高,腹泻指数、平均稀便级、稀便率、回肠、结肠、空肠黏膜厚度、大肠杆菌较低(P<0.05)。结论:七味白术散联合蒙脱石散可明显改善腹泻幼鼠的腹泻症状,可能与其可调整腹泻幼鼠肠道菌群及免疫功能有关。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨体型肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清胆红素、胆汁酸(BA)、25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平及其与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月我院就诊的240例T2DM患者,根据体重指数(BMI)将患者分为T2DM-N组84例,T2DM-OW组92例,T2DM-OB组64例。分别测定总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、胆汁酸(BA)、25(OH)D3等指标。以胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)为因变量,行多元线性回归,分析IR的危险因素。结果:T2DM-OB组BMI、BA、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)高于T2DM-N组,DBIL、25(OH)D3低于T2DM-N组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,HOMA-IR与BMI、BA呈正相关(P<0.05),与DBIL、25(OH)D3呈负相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示BMI升高,25(OH)D3、DBIL下降为IR的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖的T2DM患者存在IR及血脂紊乱,心血管疾病患病风险增加,BA水平升高,DBIL、25(OH)D3水平下降,机体慢性低度炎症水平升高,除了BMI,25(OH)D3、DBIL水平下降亦有可能是体型肥胖T2DM患者IR的重要危险因素。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨利拉鲁肽对二甲双胍控制不佳的肥胖/超重2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者氧化应激、NLRP3炎症小体及脂肪因子水平的影响。方法:选择2018年2月-2020年1月期间河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的二甲双胍控制不佳的肥胖/超重T2DM患者160例。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(80例,阿卡波糖治疗)和研究组(80例,阿卡波糖联合利拉鲁肽治疗)。观察两组的收缩压(SBP)、腰臀比(WHR)、体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指标、糖脂代谢指标、氧化应激指标、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体及脂肪因子水平变化情况。结果:两组治疗后BMI、WHR、SBP均下降,且研究组的下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组治疗后胰岛?茁细胞分泌功能指数(HOMA-?茁)升高,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)下降,且研究组的改变幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,且研究组的改变幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组治疗后丙二醛(MDA)下降,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)升高,且研究组的改变幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NLRP3炎症小体均下降,且研究组的改变幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组治疗后脂联素升高,瘦素下降,且研究组的改变幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽应用于治疗二甲双胍控制不佳的肥胖/超重T2DM患者,可减轻氧化应激,有效改善糖脂代谢,调节NLRP3炎症小体及脂肪因子水平。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探究达格列净联合利拉鲁肽对肥胖型2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血糖控制、胰岛素功能的影响及安全性分析。方法:将106例肥胖型T2DM患者按照治疗方法分为两组:联合组患者采用达格列净联合利拉鲁肽治疗(55例)、对照组采用利拉鲁肽治疗(51例)。记录对比两组治疗疗效、不良反应发生情况。检测两组治疗前后血脂代谢指标[脂联素(APN)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]、胰岛素功能指标[稳态胰岛 β 细胞分泌功能指数(HOMA-β)、胰岛素评价指数(HOMA-IR)]、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]以及身体质量指数(BMI)变化。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组外周血TC、TG水平、HOMA-IR以及SBP、DBP低于对照组(P<0.05),APN浓度、HOMA-IR以及BMI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:达格列净联合利拉鲁肽可有效控制肥胖型T2DM患者的血糖、血脂以及血压水平,保护胰岛功能,但也可能导致更多的不良反应。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨补阳还五汤治疗高血压合并脑梗死的疗效及对血清磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(PI3K)/丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白激酶(AKT)信号通路的影响。方法:选取2018年2月~2021年2月期间我院收治的高血压合并脑梗死患者100例,经随机数字表法分为观察组(补阳还五汤联合常规西医治疗,50例)和对照组(常规西医治疗,50例),均治疗3周。对比两组治疗3周后的临床总有效率;对比两组治疗前、治疗3周后的血压[收缩压( SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、神经功能及日常生活活动能力[美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数]、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白)及PI3K/AKT信号通路相关蛋白表达水平。结果:对照组的总有效率为74.00%,低于观察组的92.00%,两组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后Barthel指数更高,NIHSS评分、DBP、SBP更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白水平更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后PI3K、AKT蛋白表达水平更低(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可有效改善高血压合并脑梗死患者的血液流变学、血压,提高日常生活活动能力,减轻神经功能损伤,同时还能下调 PI3K/AKT 信号通路相关蛋白表达水平。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨电针夹脊穴联合化瘀通痹汤对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者血清炎性因子、内皮功能及血液循环的影响。方法:选取我院于2018年1月~2021年12月期间收治的98例老年T2DM合并ASO患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(49例,常规治疗+化瘀通痹汤治疗)、观察组(49例,常规治疗+电针夹脊穴联合化瘀通痹汤治疗),两组均治疗3周。对比两组患者疗效、胫后动脉和足背动脉血管峰值流速、血管内径及血流量、踝肱指数(ABI)、动脉硬化指数(AI)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、空腹血糖。结果:观察组临床总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1均更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后MCP-1、vWF、ET-1均更低,NO更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后AI更低,ABI更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗3周后胫后动脉、足背动脉的血管峰值流速、血管内径、血流量更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗3周后空腹血糖均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针夹脊穴联合化瘀通痹汤治疗老年T2DM合并ASO患者,可控制患者血糖,改善内皮功能及血液循环,减轻机体炎性反应,提高临床疗效。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨八段锦联合抗阻运动对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖脂代谢、氧化应激及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月~2022年5月期间在我院接受治疗的老年T2DM患者238例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(在常规治疗的基础上,接受抗阻运动干预,119例)和联合组(在对照组的基础上,接受八段锦干预,119例)。观察两组糖脂代谢、氧化应激及生活质量的改善情况。结果:干预12周后,联合组体质量指数、腰臀比低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预12周后,联合组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预12周后,联合组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)低于对照组。干预12周后,联合组丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预12周后,联合组的健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦联合抗阻运动用于老年T2DM患者中,可有效改善患者的氧化应激、糖脂代谢,并提高患者的生活质量。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨茵陈五苓散联合利拉鲁肽对肥胖型2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖脂代谢、胰岛素敏感性和氧化应激的影响。方法:选取2021年12月~2022年12月期间广州中医药大学附属佛山中医院收治的160例痰湿内蕴型肥胖T2DM患者。根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(利拉鲁肽治疗,80例)和研究组(茵陈五苓散联合利拉鲁肽治疗,80例)。对比两组疗效、糖脂代谢指标、肥胖相关指标、胰岛素敏感性、氧化应激和不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的临床总有效率更高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、腰臀比(WHR)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、丙二醛(MDA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组稳态模型胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率组间对比未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:茵陈五苓散联合利拉鲁肽治疗肥胖型T2DM患者疗效确切,可调节糖脂代谢水平,降低胰岛素敏感性,减轻氧化应激,且具有一定安全性,值得临床借鉴应用。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾病患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、生长分化因子 - 15(GDF-15)、α-klotho蛋白、几丁质酶3样蛋白1(YKL-40)水平与糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗及肾功能的关系。方法:选取2017年2月~2020年5月期间我院收治的T2DM患者80例,将T2DM患者根据有无糖尿病肾病分为T2DM无肾病组(n=43)、T2DM肾病组(n=37)。并选取同期于我院体检的健康志愿者50例作为对照组。检测所有受试者的血脂指标:总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),肾功能指标:尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr),血糖指标:糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG),胰岛素抵抗指标:稳态模型-胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),GDF-15、sVCAM-1、α-klotho蛋白、YKL-40水平。分析血清GDF-15、sVCAM-1、YKL-40、α-klotho蛋白水平与血糖指标、血脂指标、胰岛素抵抗指标 、肾功能指标的相关性。结果:T2DM肾病组GDF-15、sVCAM-1、YKL-40较对照组、T2DM无肾病组高(P<0.05),T2DM肾病组α-klotho蛋白低于T2DM无肾病组、对照组(P<0.05)。T2DM肾病组、T2DM无肾病组TC、TG、LDL、BUN、HOMA-IR、Scr、FPG、HbA1c水平较对照组高,且T2DM肾病组高于T2DM无肾病组(P<0.05),T2DM肾病组、T2DM无肾病组HDL水平低于对照组,且T2DM肾病组低于T2DM无肾病组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,GDF-15、sVCAM-1、YKL-40与TC、TG、LDL、BUN、Scr、FPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR均呈正相关,而与HDL呈负相关(P<0.05),α-klotho蛋白与TC、TG、LDL、BUN、Scr、FPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR均呈负相关,而与HDL呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:GDF-15、sVCAM-1、YKL-40、α-klotho蛋白在T2DM肾病患者血清中异常表达,可能参与该疾病的发生、发展。  相似文献

综述了白蚁螱客的主要种类、共生关系及相关机制的研究进展。白蚁螱客中,已报道的动物种类达170种。在与动物的共生关系中存在偏利共生(宾主共栖和异种共栖)、互利共生和无关共生三种;在与微生物的共生关系中,存在与内生菌(原生动物、细菌、真菌和放线菌)和外生菌(蚁巢伞菌等)间的互利关系。指出了白蚁与螱客研究中存在的问题,给出了解决方案,并提出了今后可能的研究热点或方向,为白蚁的综合利用(如纤维素酶)及今后研究物种间的协同进化提供了基础资料。  相似文献

New sulfur derivatives of phosphoramidite ligands were synthesized and the impact of the sulfur unit on the spectroscopic properties of their rhodium and iridium complexes was investigated. The new ligands Bn2NPSCH2CH2Sa(P-Sa) (Bn = benzyl, 4), Bn2NPSCHCHSa(CH2)3CaH2(P-Sa)(Ca-Sa) (6) and Bn2NP(4-XC6H4OMe)2 (X = S, 7a; X = O, 7b) were converted to the rhodium and iridium complexes trans-[Rh(CO)Cl(L)2] (L = 4, 6, 7), [RhCl(COD)(L)] (L = 4, 6, 7), [IrCl(COD)(7a)] and [IrCl2Cp∗(6)]. For comparison, some phosphoramidite complexes of these formulations also were synthesized. The new metal complexes were spectroscopically analyzed. For the carbonyl complexes, the νCO IR stretching frequencies were lower than for the corresponding phosphite and phosphoramidite ligands. The 1JPRh coupling constants for the rhodium complexes with the new ligands were also smaller than for the respective phosphoramidite and phosphite complexes. Finally, the 1JPSe coupling constants of the selenides of the new ligands were lower than those of the phosphoramidite ligands but higher than for PPh3. The spectroscopic data reveal that the new thio ligands 4, 6 and 7a are more electron donating than phosphites and phosphoramidites but less electron donating than PPh3.  相似文献

Astrocytes transport the monocarboxylate acetate, but synaptosomes do not. The reason for this is unknown, because both preparations express monocarboxylate transporters (MCT). The transport and metabolism of lactate, another monocarboxylate, was examined in these two preparations, and the results were compared to those for acetate. Lactate transport is more rapid in astrocytes than in synaptosomes, but of lower affinity (Kms of 17 and 4 mM, respectively). Lactate (0.2 mM) is metabolized to CO2 more rapidly in synaptosomes than in astrocytes (rates of 0.37 and 0.07 nmol x mg protein(-1) x min(-1), respectively). The reason for this is unclear, but cellular differences in lactate dehydrogenase isotype expression may be involved. Acetate is metabolized to CO2 more rapidly in astrocytes than in synaptosomes (rates of 0.43 and 0.02 nmol x mg protein(-1) x min(-1), respectively). This is likely due to cellular differences in the expression of monocarboxylate transporter subtypes.  相似文献

To elucidate accumulation of minerals in human iliac arteries with aging, the content of minerals was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Bilateral common, internal, and external iliac arteries of 16 men and 8 women, ranging ages from 65 to 93 yr, were examined. It was found that an extremely high accumulation of calcium and phosphorus occurred in the common iliac artery at old age, being higher than that of the internal and external iliac arteries. It should be noted that the accumulation of calcium and phosphorus is the highest in the common iliac artery among the human arteries examined to date. Regarding sexual differences, the content of calcium and phosphorus in the common and internal iliac arteries was higher in women than in men, whereas their content in the external iliac artery was lower in women than in men.  相似文献

The ability of partially purified human and guinea-pig haematogenous cell populations, when cultured in vitro, to metabolise arachidonic acid (AA) has been studied. Supernatants from 24 hour cell culture have been subjected to analysis for products of AA metabolism by gas chromatography with electron-capture detection.The cell types studied were human peripheral blood monocytes (both glass adherent and non-adherent), neutrophils, eosinophils and leukemic leucocytes; thoracic duct lymphocytes and lung alveolar macrophages. From the guinea-pig, induced and non-induced macrophage or neutrophil enriched peritoneal exudate populations, lymph node cells, peritoneal eosinophils and peripheral blood platelets were examined. Supernatants were assayed for the presence of PGE2, PGD2, PGF, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF. In all types studied PGE2 and TXB2 were the major products formed. The identification of PGE2 and TXB2 was confirmed by GC/MS with multiple ion monitoring.The results have been compared with other reports and their possible significance discussed in relation to the proposed role of prostaglandins as mediators and modulators in immunopathology.  相似文献

Allergic asthma can be precipitated by many factors. For the atopic person, fungus, pollen, dust mites, cockroach antigens, and diesel exhaust are all agents that may trigger an allergic attack. Cytokines and chemokines are integral mediators of fungal asthma. From the earliest time points, they recruit and activate the cells required for the clearance of fungus as well as being critical factors involved in the immunopathology of this disease. In spite of the many studies on protein modifications by reactive species, knowledge about the products resulting from the oxidation of protein-aromatic residues, including protein-derived radicals and their stable products, remains limited. Here, we compared the oxidative modifications promoted by peroxynitrite and myeloperoxidase/hydrogen peroxide/nitrite in two model proteins, ribonuclease (6Tyr) and lysozyme (3Tyr/6Trp). The formation of protein-derived radicals and products was higher at pH 5.4 and 7.4 for myeloperoxidase and peroxynitrite, respectively. The main product was 3-nitro-Tyr for both proteins and oxidants. Lysozyme rendered similar yields of nitro-Trp, particularly when oxidized by peroxynitrite. Hydroxylated and dimerized products of Trp and Tyr were also produced, but in lower yields. Localization of the main modified residues indicates that peroxynitrite decomposes to radicals within the proteins behaving less specifically than myeloperoxidase. Nitrogen dioxide is emphasized as an important protein modifier.  相似文献
