A new flavonoid dimer, strictatin (10), was identified from the aerial part of Conyza stricta, in addition to eleven known compounds. The structure of compound 10 was determined by spectral analyses, including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS experiments. All compounds were identified from Conyza stricta for the first time and flavonoid dimers were firstly reported from the family Asteraceae. Extraction of Conyza japonica gave strictic acid, ent-2β-hydroxy-15,16-epoxy-3,13(16),14-clerodatrien-18-oic acid and 5,7-dihydroxy-3,8,4′-trimethoxyflavone. Extraction of Grangea maderaspatana gave (-)-hardwickiic acid, ent-15,16-epoxy-1,3,13(16),14-clerodatetraen-18-oic acid and 3-hydroxy-8-acetoxypentadeca-1,9,14-trien-4,6-diyne. The structure of ent-2β-hydroxy-15,16-epoxy-3,13(16),14-cleroclatrien-18-oic acid was deduced by spectroscopic methods and by partial synthesis from (-)-hardwickiic acid and the stereochemistries of strictic acid and (ent-15,16-epoxy-1,3,13(16),14-clerodatraen-18-oic acid were established by correlation with ent-2β-hydroxy-15,16-epoxy-3,13(16),14-clerodatrien-18-oic acid. 相似文献

Sphingolipid 1 and its corresponding beta-D-glucopyranoside derivative 2 have been isolated from the ethylacetate fraction of Conyza canadensis along with beta-sitosterol 3, stigmasterol 4, beta-sitosterol 3-O-beta-D-glucoside 5 and harmine 6, reported for the first time from this species. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated through spectroscopy including two-dimensional NMR. 相似文献
