From fresh Pinus contorta Doug (Coastal) needles four flavonol acylated glucosides and 6-methyl-kaempferol 3-β-D-glucoside were isolated. The three monoacylated glucosides were kaempferol-3-β-D(6-O-p- coumaryl)glucoside, isorhamnetin-3-β-D-(6-O-acetyl)glucoside, quercetin-3-β-D-(p-coumaryl)glucoside and the diacyl compound was kaempferol-3-β-D-(di-p-coumaryl)glucoside.  相似文献

The flavonol glycosides of quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol were isolated from Zea mays pollen. The most prominent flavonols were diglycosides of quercetin and isorhamnetin. Flavonol 3-O-glucosides of quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol, and triglucosides of quercetin and isorhamnetin, were minor components. The flavonoid pattern of maize pollen is characterized by the accumulation of quercetin and isorhamnetin diglycosides and by the absence of flavones, which are common in other maize tissues.  相似文献

Eighteen flavonol glycosides were isolated from petal and leaf-stem of Limnanthes douglasii. There were six aglycones: kaempferol, quercetin, isorhamnetin, myriectin, syringetin and a new flavonol, myricetin 3′-methyl ether. The flavonoids of the Tiarella trifoliata L. complex consists of kaempferol, quercetin and myricetin-3-O-mono-, di- and triglycosides, kaempferol and quercetin-7-O-monoglycosides, kaempferol-3,7-O-monoglycosides and luteolin. Infrapopulationa and interpopulational variations were seen in the distribution of several of these types of compounds. Eleven flavonoids including three new glycosides were isolated from Brickellia chlorolepis and one new and nine known flavonoids were obtained from B. dentata. The new glycosides from B. chlorolepis are 6-methoxykaempferol 3-rhamnoglucoside, spinacetin 3-rhamnogalactoside and veronicafolin 3-rhamnoglucoside. The known compounds identified from B. chlorolepis are patuletin, casticin, artemetin, eupatolitin 3-galactoside, quercetin 3-rhamnogalactoside, rutin, isorhamnetin 3-galactoside and eupatin 3-SO3Ca12. B. dentata contains the new glycoside eupalitin 3-galactoside and nine known compounds: pectolinarigenin, salvigenin, eupafolin, cirsiliol, eupatorin, eupatolitin, eupatolitin 3-glucoside, eupatolitin 3-galactoside and eupatin.  相似文献

The flavonol glycosides characterized from the branches of Carya pecan include three new compounds, azaleatin 3-glucoside azaleatin 3-diglycoside and caryatin 3′- (or 4′-) rhamnoglucoside. together with azaleatin 3-rhamnoside. In the leaf tissue, quercetin 3-glucoside, quercetin 3-galactoside, quercetin 3-rhamnoside, quercetin 3-arabinoside and a small amount of kaempferol 3-monomethyl ether were identified.  相似文献

Extraction of the leaves of chicory, Cichoriumintybus , revealed the presence for the first time of the 3-glucuronides of kaempferol, quercetin and isorhamnetin, the 3-glucoside of kaempferol and the 7-glucuronide of luteolin. The same compounds appear to occur throughout the genus. An aglycone survey of the leaves of 240 other members of the Lactuceae failed to reveal any other source of isorhamnetin, although quercetin and kaempferol were found as occasional constituents in 12 other genera. In Lactuca , a survey of 12 species showed eight with quercetin present. In general, though, flavonols are more uncommon than flavones and thus have more potential as taxonomic markers within the tribe. The coumarins cichoriin and aesculin and the caffeoyl-tartaric acid ester, chicoric acid, were also found to be present widely in the tribe.  相似文献

Mayaca is an aquatic monocot of the monogeneric family Mayacaceae. The flavonol glycosides quercetin 3-O-glucoside, quercetin 3-O-rutinoside, and kaempferol 3-O-glucoside, and the flavone luteolin 5-O-glucoside were found in methanolic leaf extracts. The presence of flavonol and flavone O-glycosides sets the Mayacaceae apart from the Commelinaceae, which accumulates predominantly flavone C-glycosides.  相似文献

Twenty-five flavonoid glycosides were detected in Tribulus pentandrus and T. terrestris. The glycosides belong to the common flavonols, kaempferol, quercetin and isorhamnetin, with the 3-gentiobiosides as the major glycosides. Traces of a flavone (tricin) glycoside was also present in T. pentandrus. The separation of Tribulaceae as a distinct family from Zygophyllaceae is discussed.  相似文献

Ten flavonoid glycosides were isolated and identified from Artemisia monosperma: vicenin-2, lucenin-2, acacetin 7-glucoside, acacetin 7-rutinoside, the 3-glucosides and 3-rutinosides of quercetin and patuletin, and the 5-glucosides of quercetin and isorhamnetin. Two-dimensional TLC of stems and leaves of Lotus corniculatus revealed the presence of ca 25 flavonoid glycosides. Among these, 14 were identified; 10 are new for this species. This pattern is qualitatively the same among different populations of this plant but the relative amounts of mono- and diglycosides varies considerably from one population to another.  相似文献
