东北地区城市针叶树冬季滞尘效应研究   总被引:62,自引:4,他引:58  
对不同种针叶树同一降尘条件及同种针叶树不同降尘条件的滞尘能力进行研究,结果表明,针叶树在东北的冬季有很强的滞尘作用,不同的针叶树滞尘能力排序为沙松冷杉>沙地云杉>红皮云杉>东北红豆杉>白皮松>华山松>油松,不同针叶树叶表面结构不同,滞尘量较小的白皮松、华山松和油松表面平滑,细胞与气孔排列整齐,而滞尘量较大的红皮云杉、沙松冷杉、东北红豆杉的针叶表皮平滑程度较差,细胞与气孔排列较前3种植物差,在红皮云杉叶表面上有大小不等的瘤状物,不同针叶树叶断面形状与滞尘量相关,白皮松和油松叶片的上表面呈弧形,不易附着灰尘;华山松叶片呈三棱形,上表面较窄,附着灰尘的量较小;两种云杉的叶片呈四棱形,上表面较3种松属植物的叶片要宽与平展,因此相对滞尘量要大;沙松冷杉和东北红豆杉的叶断面形状都较扁、平,这种断面正是构成其滞尘量大于3种松属和两种云杉属植物的主要因素。  相似文献

北京市六种针叶树叶面附着颗粒物的理化特征   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对北京市6种针叶树叶面颗粒物附着密度、叶表面微形态、颗粒物矿物与元素组成的研究结果表明:同一树种叶面颗粒物附着密度随大气颗粒物浓度增加而增大;同一地点不同树种叶面颗粒物附着密度存在很大差异,圆柏、侧柏颗粒物附着密度最高,其次为雪松、白皮松,油松、云杉最低;受地面扬尘影响,低矮叶片较高处叶片颗粒物附着密度大;受降雨和新生叶片稀释影响,夏季颗粒物附着密度小于冬季.叶表面粗糙程度越大,颗粒物附着密度越高.SiO2、CaCO3、CaMg(CO3)2、NaCl、2CaSO4·H2O、CaSO4·2H2O、Fe2O3 7种主要矿物占叶面颗粒物总质量的10%~30%,其中,SiO2含量最高,其次为CaMg(CO3)2 、CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3.此外,还含有蒙脱石、伊利石、高岭石等粘土矿物及长石.21种测定元素占叶面颗粒物总质量的16%~37%,其中Ca、Al、Fe、Mg、K、Na、S 7种元素占测定元素总质量的97%以上,其它痕量污染元素含量很少,并且受采样地点和树种影响较小.  相似文献

Cultivated Picea koraiensis Nakai, Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica Litvin, P. koraiensis Sieb et Zuce, P. tabulaeformis Carr. and P. bungeana Zucc. were studied. Changes in chlorophylls carotenoids contents, SOD activities and iso-zymograms were monitored for the needles of the 5 evergreen conifers and related to their freezing tolerance during winter of 1.987–1988 in Shenyang. It shows that the chlorophylls were degradated to various extent in the winter while the carotenoids were still synthesized during the soil-frozen period. SOD activities increased from July to November for all 5 conifers and the more tolerate the species, the higher the SOD activities during winter. The results suggest that SOD possibly has important contribution to freezing tolerance besides protecting the needles from winter photooxidation. SOD iso-zymograms and their variation showed differance among species as well, but it is hard to draw a generalized conclussion.  相似文献

为研究松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope取食期引诱剂,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术并与标样核对分析了马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)枝条挥发性气味的化学组成。结果表明,马尾松1年生、2年生、3年生枝条气味均由8种萜烯类物质组成,但各组分相对含量不同。经方差分析,α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、萜品油烯、β-石竹烯在3种枝条中的相对百分含量的差异均达到极显著水平。1年生枝条中α-蒎烯、莰烯和萜品油烯的相对含量最小,分别为20.81%、0.43%和4.74%,而β-蒎烯、月桂烯和柠檬烯的相对含量最高,分别为12.37%、4.33%和4.53%。鉴定的化合物对松墨天牛雌雄成虫的触角电生理反应的实验,结果表明,松墨天牛雌雄成虫对α-蒎烯的反应最强,对β-石竹烯的反应最弱。  相似文献

Monoterpene synthase activities were measured in current year and 1-year-old leaves of holm oak ( Quercus ilex L.). The monoterpene synthase activities of the leaves strongly changed with leaf development and leaf age. Enzyme activities increased rapidly in spring after leaf emergence, reaching maximum values in summer, which declined during the following winter period. In the next spring monoterpene synthase activities recovered in the old leaves to about one-third of values in the previous years and showed a similar seasonal variation as in young leaves. In both leaf age classes the pattern of enzymatic monoterpene formation was stable with α-pinene (33%), β-pinene (28%), and myrcene (26%) as prominent compounds followed by minor fractions of sabinene (10%) and limonene (3%). Monoterpene emission correlated with the activity of the synthetizing enzymes, indicating that monoterpene synthase activities in Q. ilex reflect the seasonal monoterpene emission potential of the leaves.  相似文献

Abstract:  The oviposition behaviour and response of adult females of Monochamus alternatus to short lengths (bolts) of Pinus massoniana trunks treated with hexane extracts of larval frass of M. alternatus was investigated in the laboratory. Females gnawed significantly fewer oviposition scars, and deposited significantly fewer eggs, on extract-treated bolts than on control bolts. These results suggest the presence of a possible oviposition deterrent in larval frass of M. alternatus . Hexane extracts of larval frass were analysed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry, and α -pinene, β -pinene, 3-carene, limonene, longifolene and butylated hydroxytoluene were identified. Experiments with synthetic mixtures indicated that a mixture of monoterpenes and butylated hydroxytoluene exhibited oviposition-deterring activity.  相似文献

通过对我国有巨大生产量和应用潜力的油松、白皮松和青杄花粉的18种氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素A、维生素E、维生素C、磷脂、葡萄糖氧化酶等重要营养成分含量的测定,发现这三种花粉的以上成分含量都很高。其中青杄花粉的维生素A含量达70 641.6 IU/100 g,氨基酸总量达24.443 mg/100 mg。从营养的角度来看,青杄花粉是较优秀的花粉。  相似文献

对北京市侧柏、圆柏、油松和云杉冲洗与未冲洗植株春季1个月内叶面颗粒物附着密度进行了观测,并对照逐日气象数据和测试树种叶表面微形态,分析了天气状况对叶面颗粒物附着密度的影响。结果表明,春季降雨、大风、沙尘等天气状况交替出现导致叶面颗粒物附着密度随之变化,大多数时间低于冬季。测试树种叶面部分颗粒物附着牢固,不能被中等强度15 mm降雨冲掉。5~6级大风不会使叶面颗粒物附着密度减少。与本地扬尘相比,外来入侵沙尘可使叶面颗粒物附着密度较大增加。侧柏和圆柏叶表面密集脊状突起间的沟槽可深藏许多颗粒物,且颗粒物固着牢固,不易被降雨和大风去除。油松叶表面光滑、粘性大,易于小颗粒物的附着,但颗粒物容量较低,附着不牢固。云杉气孔周围较宽凹槽利于牢固滞留较大颗粒物,能有效捕获粒径较大的外来沙尘。  相似文献

油松萜烯成分变化与红脂大小蠹的反应特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用顶空采样方法,比较健康油松、人工损伤油松以及抗性油松在单萜烯成分组成上的差异。GC-MS分析表明,在自然状况下,油松树干释放的萜烯类成分很少,以α-蒎烯占绝对优势(>97%);人工损伤后,油松萜烯类成分明显增多,除α-蒎烯为主要成分外,还包括β-蒎烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、萜品油烯、β-水芹烯、长叶烯等;而抗性油松萜烯类成分更为复杂。对3类油松主要单萜类成分的相对含量方差分析表明,α-蒎烯的相对含量呈显著降低;3-蒈烯在损伤寄主中相对含量最高,在抗性寄主中相对含量与自然状态下没有差异。柠檬烯、莰烯、萜品油烯在抗性寄主中相对比率显著增加。而β-蒎烯、月桂烯、β-水芹烯相对含量在3个处理中变化不大。在此基础上,比较红脂大小蠹Dendroctonus valens LeConte对油松主要单萜类成分的触角电位及嗅觉行为反应。结果表明,室内触角电位、嗅觉试验与先前林间试验结果相一致,即红脂大小蠹对(+)-3-蒈烯表现出最强的电生理和行为反应。对R-(+)-α-蒎烯和S-(-)-α-蒎烯研究发现,红脂大小蠹对α-蒎烯2个对映体的触角电位、嗅觉行为无显著不同。结合油松单萜类含量变化特点与红脂大小蠹行为反应,认为3-蒈烯相对含量上升可能作为易感寄主特点;而柠檬烯、莰烯、萜品油烯相对比率增加则代表了抗性或者非适合寄主的特征。  相似文献

在不同郁闭度的林分内,对红松、红皮云杉、长白落叶松的形态适应性和内源激素水平及其分布状况进行了研究。结果表明,红松耐阴性的形态适应方式主要为促进顶枝生长和增大比叶面积;红皮云杉耐阴性的形态适应方式主要为增加侧枝数量和比叶面积。在弱光条件下,红松顶枝生长旺盛、比叶面积增大与其相应部位内源激素Z含量增加有关;云杉顶叶内源激素ZR含量增加与比叶面积增大有关,侧枝数量增加与分杈部位ABA含量降低有关。3个树种中红松最适合弱光生长.  相似文献

The airborne volatiles of the Tommy Atkins cultivar of mango ( Mangifera indica L.), a fruit frequently damaged by Ceratitis capitata , were analysed by aeration of fresh fruits, adsorption and thermal desorption coupled to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Ethanol and acetic acid were identified as the major components, together with longifolene, which has not been described before in the mango aroma and other terpenes (α-pinene, 3-carene, p -cymene, limonene and α-terpinolene). The attractiveness of the identified terpenes for C. capitata was tested in laboratory cages and the results showed that p -cymene and limonene were the best terpene attractants for both males and females.  相似文献

It has been suggested that monoterpenes emitted within the soil profile, either by roots or by decaying biomass, may enhance the biodegradation of organic pollutants. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of biogenic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) on the catabolism of 2,4-dichlorophenol in soils. Soils were collected from areas surrounding monoterpene (woodland) and nonmonoterpene (grassland)-emitting vegetation types. Soils were spiked with [UL-14C] 2,4-dichlorophenol at 10 mg kg−1 and amended with α-pinene, p -cymene or a mix of monoterpenes (α-pinene, limonene and p -cymene in 1 : 1 : 1 ratio). The effects of monoterpene addition on the catabolism of [UL-14C] 2,4-dichlorophenol to 14CO2 by indigenous soil microbial communities were assessed in freshly spiked and 4-week-aged soils. It was found that aged woodland soils exhibited a higher level of [UL-14C] 2,4-dichlorophenol degradation, which was subsequently enhanced by the addition of monoterpenes ( P <0.001), with the VOC mix and α-pinene amendments showing increased [UL-14C] 2,4-dichlorophenol catabolism. This study supports claims that the addition of biogenic VOCs to soils enhances the degradation of xenobiotic contaminants.  相似文献

利用树轮生态学方法, 研究了长白山阔叶红松林和暗针叶林过渡带优势树种红松(Pinus koraiensis)和鱼鳞云杉(Picea jezoensis var. komarovii)的生长特征及其与气候因子的关系, 以期揭示气候响应关系的种间差异性。结果表明, 红松和鱼鳞云杉年平均径向生长量与生理年龄显著相关, 红松先于鱼鳞云杉达到最大年生长量, 且红松年平均生长速率显著高于鱼鳞云杉(p < 0.001); 红松和鱼鳞云杉对气候的响应存在差异, 红松与7月份的月平均温度和降水显著正相关, 而鱼鳞云杉与5月平均温度显著正相关, 与5月降水显著负相关。响应面分析进一步证实, 红松生长主要与生长季温度和降水相关, 而生长季初期的降水是限制鱼鳞云杉生长的主要原因。全球变暖有利于红松径向生长, 红松种群有向高海拔上升的可能。  相似文献

研究了长白山暗针叶林两种主要地面苔藓植物——塔藓和拟垂枝藓对红松、红皮云杉和落叶松种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在一定浓度下,塔藓浸提液抑制红松发芽,拟垂枝藓浸提液促进红松发芽;苔藓浸提液对红皮云杉和落叶松的发芽率没有显著影响,但不同程度地加快了种子日萌发高峰的出现.用苔藓植物体直接培养红皮云杉和落叶松种子,发现活植物体量大时对发芽率没有显著影响,但延迟了红皮云杉种子萌发高峰的出现,加速了落叶松种子萌发高峰的出现;杀青后的苔藓植物体则明显地抑制种子发芽.通过幼苗培养实验,发现苔藓植物浸提液抑制红皮云杉和红松幼苗生长,但促进了落叶松幼苗的生长;不同处理的苔藓植物体对幼苗生长的影响差异较大,活植物体量大时,两种苔藓均促进了红皮云杉和落叶松幼苗生长,而杀青后植物体则明显地抑制幼苗生长.  相似文献

用树木年代学方法研究了近50年来气候变化对长白山自然保护区两种广泛分布的重要乔木树种红松(Pinus koraiensis)和鱼鳞云杉(Picea jezoensis var. komarovii)分布上限树木径向生长的影响, 发现红松年轮宽度具有与温度升高相一致的趋势, 而鱼鳞云杉年轮宽度则出现随温度升高而下降的“分离现象”。对水热条件的正响应是分布上限红松年表与温度保持一致的关键: 生长季的温度和降水的增加对上限红松的生长有促进作用, 且二者对树木生长的有利效应有相互促进的现象; 生长季的延长也有利于红松的生长。升温导致的水分胁迫是造成上限分布的鱼鳞云杉年轮宽度与温度变化趋势相反的重要因素: 分布上限的鱼鳞云杉年表与大多数温度指标均呈负相关关系; 随着温度升高, 年表与年降水量尤其是春季降水量的相关性逐渐由负转正; 各月的高温以及生长季中后期的少雨是形成上限鱼鳞云杉窄轮的主要气候因素, 而较低的各月温度以及生长季后期充足的降水则有利于上限鱼鳞云杉的生长; 此外, 生长季长度没有变化也可能是造成鱼鳞云杉年表序列对温度变化敏感性下降的重要因素。  相似文献

Gas chromatography-flame ionisation detection (GC-FID) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analyses of the essential oils of leaves and fruits of the ornamental Shinus molle L. were reported and their allelopathic effect on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was evaluated. Qualitative and quantitative differences between fruit and leaf oils were observed. Both oils were rich in monoterpene hydrocarbons and the major constituents were limonene and β-phellendrene (35.9–65.4%), α-phellendrene (24.3–20.1%), myrcene (12.8–7.7%) and α-pinene (5.9–1.7%) for fruits and leaves, respectively. Both essential oils showed a dose-dependent allelopathic activity on wheat germination and radicle elongation with leaf oil being the more phytotoxic.  相似文献

Abstract:  Semiochemical interactions between the spruce bark beetle Ips typographus , its predators Medetera setiventris , Thanasimus formicarius and Thanasimus femoralis , and the host Norway spruce, Picea abies , were studied in the field. The chemicals S - cis -verbenol, 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol, ipsdienol, (+)- α -pinene, (−)- α -pinene, (±)- α -pinene, limonene, camphor and their naturally occuring mixtures were used as trap baits in a multiple-choice design that allowed for comparison of their attractivity for the focal species. Medetera was attracted to both the prey aggregation pheromone and its multifunctional component, ipsdienol. On the contrary, both Thanasimus species responded predominantly to ipsdienol and less to the prey aggregation pheromone. In the case of I. typographus , the attractivity of aggregation pheromone seems to be increased by the addition of a mixture of monoterpenic tree volatiles, and by addition of ipsdienol. Bark beetles and predators showed species-specific responses to volatile mixtures representing different stages of tree decay and different stages of bark beetle colony establishment. These responses correlates with the optimal foraging habitat of each species. None of the predator species responded to 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol, a substantial component of I. typographus pheromonal bouquet, thus it is hypothesized that only substances of monoterpenic origin attract predators.  相似文献

北京城区常见树种生长季树干液流的时滞特征   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:4  
2008年4-9月,应用热消散技术测定了北京市常见树种银杏、七叶树、玉兰、刺槐、油松、雪松的树干液流,并将液流与总辐射和水汽压亏缺数据进行逐行错位分析,探讨不同树种树干液流与蒸腾驱动因子之间的时滞效应.结果表明:6个树种树干液流(Js)的变化与总辐射(Rs)和水汽压亏缺(D)显著相关,且Js均滞后于Rs,提前于D;Js与Rs之间最大相关系数(0.74~0.93)通常比Js与D之间最大相关系数(0.57~0.79)高,表明日尺度上Js在很大程度上依赖于Rs的变化.除油松外,其他树种Js与Rs之间时滞范围(10~70 min)比Js与D之间时滞范围(47~130 min)短,其中刺槐、油松和雪松种间差异显著;城市树种Js与蒸腾驱动因子之间的时滞主要受树形(胸径、树高、冠层投影面积、边材面积)以及夜间水分补充量的影响,而与树种无关.  相似文献

Comparative investigation on the inner surfaces of needle cuticle of Pinus was made for 17 species and two varieties under SEM. It is shown that the differences in protrusions and depressions of the internal cuticle surfaces of needles in the genus are not remarkable. However, the features of intercellular flanges are rather distinct and three types can be distinguished. They are: (1) Subgen. Strobus (Sweet) Rehd (except Sect. Parrya) is of the Pinus koraiensis type; (2) Subgen. Pinus is of the P. tabulaeformis type; (3) Sect. Parrya Mayr of Subgen. Strobus (Sweet) Rehd is of the P. bungeana type. The character may provide taxonomy of the genus Pinus with a new piece of evidence. Based on the features mentioned above, together with many others, such as wood anatomy, warts of wood tracheids, bark structure, needle anatomy and cuticle structure as well as karyotypic analysis in Pinus, the author considers that division of Pinus into two subgeuera is natural and that separation of Sect. Parrya Mayr from Subgen. Strobus (Sweet) Rehd. and thesubsequent establishment of the subgenus Parrya of its own are also reasonable.  相似文献

贺兰山油松和青海云杉交错区的物种丰富度研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
对贺兰山东坡的油松(Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.)和青海云杉(Picea crassifoliaKom.)交错区进行了野外群落调查和数据分析。结果表明,该交错区跨越2 100~2 500 m海拔范围,油松林和青海云杉林的海拔分界线为2 300~2 350 m。地形是该交错区群落物种丰富度的主要影响因子,阳坡群落的物种丰富度高于阴坡。中等坡度样地的物种丰富度较低;平缓或陡峭样地的物种丰富度较高。海拔升高,物种的丰富度也有所增加。当群落中油松和青海云杉的优势度基本相等时,为典型的油松与青海云杉交错区,在该交错区内,随着油松优势度的降低和青海云杉优势度的升高,土壤条件有所改善,物种丰富度增加。  相似文献
