报道了中国西部赖草属一新种———贫穗赖草。该种相似于若羌赖草和广叉赖草,但它不同于前者在于穗状花序的中部或下部具孪生小穗,外稃披针形、无毛,具1.0~1.5 mm长的短尖头,内稃短于外稃1.0~1.5 mm,沿上部脊疏生小刺,叶鞘无毛,具非膜质边缘;不同于后者在于秆较高,叶片内卷,穗状花序稀疏、狭窄,小穗较短,颖较长,外稃披针形、较长,具5条不明显的脉。  相似文献

对原产湖北五峰的红花玉兰新变种多瓣红花玉兰(Magnolia wufengensis var. multitepala L.Y.Ma et L.R.Wang)作了描述。新变种与红花玉兰原变种(M. wufengensis var. wufengensis)花色相近,整个花被片内外均为红色,内面略淡。主要区别在于:新变种花被片12、15、18、24;花被片阔倒卵状匙形、倒卵状匙形或窄倒卵状匙形;花色浓淡不同植株间有深红、红、浅红之差别;自然状态下可育,蓇葖果发育良好。  相似文献

利用RAPD标记鉴定甜菜无融合生殖的同一性   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
目的:对具有无融合生殖特性的带有白花甜菜染色体的栽培甜菜单体附加系M14三代材料进行同一性鉴定。方法:通过RAPD随机扩增技术对M14三代材料的基因组DNA的扩增多态性进行分析。结果表明,M141998年、1999年、2000年三代材料的RAPD位点高度一致,遗传相似度S=1,遗传距离D=0,从而表明M14三代个体完全一样。结论:初步确定M14材料无融合生殖基因在其后代中是稳定传递的。  相似文献

This paper presents a model of receptor function for receptors that mediate selective increases in ionic permeabilities (e.g. receptors that are sensitive to acetylcholine and gamma-aminobutyric acid). The model distinguishes itself from previous models by the qualitative and quantitative application of current biophysical approaches to ion permeation. Explicit consideration of receptor-controlled permeation sites and membrane permeability results in a specific and testable theory into which complex receptor phenomena can easily be incorporated.Examination of agonist concentration-conductance data from a well-studied GABAnergic receptor allows invalidation of a standard assumption for determining kinetic constants of agonist-receptor interactions. Specifically, calculations are presented which indicate that the size of an individual receptor (elementary) conductance event can vary with agonist concentration. The following section develops the expressions relating agonist concentration to total membrane conductance for possible receptor models which incorporate variations in the amplitude of elementary conductance events.In the case of desensitization, the “inactivated” receptor is suggested to result from occupation and inactivation, not at the agonist-binding (activation) site of the receptor, but at the ionophore. The ionophore occupation model provides a parsimonious explanation of different types of desensitization. In addition, incorporation of this model into the cyclic reaction model of Katz &; Thesleff (1957) provides increased specification for the cyclic model and results in new experimental predictions.  相似文献

采用花药离体培养研究了胞松素B对黑麦花粉母细胞的发育及显微和亚显微结构的影响。细线期和偶线期接种的花药在含有5—40μmol/L胞松素B的White培养基上培养24小时以后,部分花药不能进一步发育,被抑制在偶线期阶段,并且偶线期花药的百分率随胞松素B浓度的增加而增加。在被抑制的偶线期的花药中,多数花药的花粉母细胞被抑制在细胞融合期或细胞融合前时期。电子显微镜观察发现,相邻花粉母细胞间的胞间连丝通道仍然处于开放状态,内部充满细胞质基质和一些细胞器,细胞核停留在胞间连丝通道口附近,通道内部及附近细胞质内的微管系统依然存在。文章讨论了胞松素B对细胞融合的作用。  相似文献

描述了中国木兰科木兰属一新种——红花玉兰(Magnolia wufengensis L. Y. Ma et L. R. Wang),并绘了模式图。本种的主要特点是:落叶乔木,花被片9,近相等,整个花被片内外为均匀的红色,叶柄较长,叶片下面沿主脉密被白色柔毛,这些特征与武当木兰(M. sprengeri Pamp.)和玉兰(M. denudata Desr.)存在明显区别。  相似文献

A new orchid genus, Ypsilorchis Z. J. Liu, S. C. Chen & L. J. Chen, is established based on Ypsilor-chis fissipetala (Finet) Z. J. Liu, S. C. Chen & L. J. Chen (basionym: Liparis fissipetala Finet). The new genus differs from Liparis and its allies by having two granular-waxy pollinia each with a somewhat elastic caudicle, deeply bilobed petals and strongly crisped-margined leaves with an apical awn to 1 mm long. These features are an indication of its distant relation to the members of the subtribe Liparidinae, and thus a new subtribe, Ypsilor-chidinae Z. J. Liu, S. C. Chen & L. J. 描述了宁夏茄科枸杞属一新种小叶黄果枸杞和一新变种密枝枸杞。小叶黄果枸杞与宁夏枸杞相接近,但前者枝条成"之"字形曲折,叶片较小,条形、条状披针形、条状倒披针形或狭椭圆形,花1~2朵与叶一起簇生于短枝顶端,花萼杯状或筒状,常2浅裂,裂片边缘无毛;花冠筒部与冠檐近等长,雄蕊着生于花冠筒的喉部,花丝连同花冠无毛或在基部仅被稀疏短柔毛,浆果扁球形或椭圆球形,常为淡黄色,近透明,长6~10mm,直径6~8mm,种子5~8枚而与后者明显不同。在外部形态上,小叶黄果枸杞与新疆枸杞和土库曼枸杞也比较接近,但新疆枸杞和土库曼枸杞的枝条不成"之"字形曲折,花常2~3朵或更多与叶一起簇生于短枝顶端,花冠筒部长约为檐部裂片长的2倍,雄蕊着生于花冠筒的近中部,浆果红色。尤其是土库曼枸杞的花萼为宽钟形,常4~5裂,花冠裂片边缘有短而稀疏的缘毛而明显有异于小叶黄果枸杞。宁夏枸杞的变种密枝枸杞与原变种的区别在于前者植株分枝多而密,叶片小,狭长椭圆形、倒披针形或匙形,长1~1.8cm,宽1.5~2.5mm;雄蕊着生于花冠喉部,长短不等,其中两枚较短,其余3枚较长,花丝连同花冠无毛或在基部仅被稀疏短柔毛;浆果卵球形或椭圆形,长5~8mm,直径3~6mm,淡紫色,近透明,多汁,味甜,种子2~4粒。  相似文献

Inactivation of rabbit liver fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase (Fru-P2ase, EC 3.1.3.11) by a membrane-bound lysosomal proteinase, designated as cathepsin M, is reversed by incubation with cystamine, which has been shown to form a mixed disulfide derivative with protein SH groups. The native form of Fru-P2ase is also activated by cystamine; this activated form is resistant to the action of membrane-bound cathepsin M.  相似文献

Singchia Z. J. Liu & L. J. Chen, a new orchid genus, is established based on the new species S. malipoensis Z. J. Liu & L. J. Chen found in southeast Yunnan, China. The new genus is related to Pteroceras, from which it differs by having a lip with its basal margins immovably adnate to the lower part of the pendent column foot, a thin-walled spur, and very unequally and deeply split pollinia, each with a distinct caudicle. In addition to a discussion on Ascocentrum pusillum, a species of questionable placement, another new genus, namely Gunnaria S. C. Chen ex Z. J. Liu & L. J. Chen, is set up and a new combination, namely G. pusilla (Aver.) Z. J. Liu & L. J. Chen, is made. The new genus Gunnaria differs from its allyAscocentrum by having a cross-shaped pollinarium, sulcate or split pollinia, each with a distinct caudicle attached to a common linear stipe much longer than either pollinia or viscidium, and strongly incurved side lobes of the lip.  相似文献
