广西巴马小型猪作为国内小型猪主要品种之一,具有遗传性稳定、多产、体重较小、体表多覆白毛等特征,组织器官及生化指标与人类相似,已越来越广泛地应用于医学研究领域:猪的心脏解剖与生理特点与人类高度相似,已被广泛应用于心血管系统研究中,在我国,巴马小型猪被用来构建心肌缺血、卵圆孔未闭等心血管疾病模型;猪具有杂食性及与人相似的脂质代谢,可用于研究内分泌疾病,巴马小型猪已用于糖尿病动物模型建立及其遗传易感性、并发症的防治研究等;巴马小型猪的消化系统与人类相似,利用此特点已建立阻塞性慢性胰腺炎、结肠穿孔、胆肠吻合等消化系统疾病模型;巴马小型猪除头、尾外,体表覆以白毛,这一特点使其成为研究皮肤创伤、烧伤修复等的理想动物;小型猪的牙齿解剖结构与人类相似,口裂大,可作为口腔医学研究中的理想动物,巴马小型猪已用来建立牙髓坏死模型及对上颌扩弓方式的研究;类似人的解剖、生理、病理使其成为较为适合的异种移植供体。在中医药研究方面,已用巴马小型猪分别建立了肝脏、脾脏、股动、静脉出血及头颈恶性肿瘤放疗后的腮腺损伤动物模型以研究中药制剂的疗效及机制。  相似文献

贵州小型香猪和广西巴马小型猪微卫星位点的遗传学分析   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
利用35个微卫星位点对贵州小型香猪,广西巴马小型猪的封闭群进行了遗传检测,计算出两个小型猪品系个体样本微卫星位点的平均杂合度,多态信息含量(PIC)、有效等效基因数及品系间的遗传距离。结果表明两个品系的小型猪平均杂合度和PIC均较低,有效等效基因数与实测等位基因数较接近,也表明两品系均有稳定的遗传;两者的遗传距离表明贵州小型香猪和广西巴马小型猪亲缘关系较近,同时表明两者已分别成为两个猛增的封闭群动物。  相似文献

目的对西藏小型猪进行10种猪病(猪瘟、伪狂犬病、篮耳病、猪流感、圆环病毒感染、细小病毒病、乙型脑炎、弓形体病、衣原体病和布氏杆菌病)的血清学调查。方法采用ELISA或凝集试验方法对10头已注射猪瘟疫苗的原代(F0代)母猪和40头20日龄乳猪、50头第一代(F1代)3~5月龄猪进行10种猪病的血清学检测。结果猪瘟病毒、细小病毒和乙型脑炎病毒抗体阳性率分别是母猪为80.0%、80.0%、70.0%;20日龄乳猪为45.0%、25.0%、45.0%;3~5月龄猪为4.0%、76.0%、80.0%。圆环病毒抗体阳性率母猪为60.0%,20日龄乳猪为5.0%。3~5月龄猪为0%;篮耳病病毒、伪狂犬病病毒、猪流感病毒、弓形体、衣原体、布氏杆菌在不同年龄西藏小型猪中抗体阳性率均为0%。结论不同年龄西藏小型猪未受篮耳病病毒、伪狂犬病病毒、猪流感病毒、弓形体病、衣原体病、布氏杆菌病感染。  相似文献

为了解巴马小型猪发情和产仔特性,对广西大学巴马小型猪场未育和经产雌猪与哺乳雌猪的发情、配种和产仔情况进行跟踪调查。研究表明(1)巴马小型猪雌猪初情期在120日龄(即4月龄)左右;(2)69%巴马小型猪哺乳雌猪在哺乳仔猪期间可以正常发情、排卵,配种后也可以正常受胎产仔;(3)巴马小型猪哺乳雌猪发情周期(21.1±2.2)d,比未育和经产雌猪的(19.0±1.5)d长,差异极显著(P<0.01);(4)巴马小型猪哺乳雌猪在哺乳仔猪期间(n=5)发情配种的产仔数(9.4±1.1)头/窝,与未育和经产雌猪(n=46)的(7.9±2.2)头/窝差异不显著(P>0.05),但其仔猪出生重(0.61±0.15)kg(n=47),比未育和经产雌猪的仔猪出生重(0.53±0.13)kg(n=363)要重,差异极显著(P<0.01);(5)初步确定哺乳雌猪在哺乳仔猪期间发情配种后所产雄雌仔猪比例(68%∶32%),高于未育和经产雌猪的(47%∶53%),差异极显著(P<0.01);(6)拟出巴马小型猪雌猪整个发情周期中阴道上皮细胞核固缩指数变化曲线,根据该曲线可以判断巴马小型猪处于发情周期的具体阶段。  相似文献

应用经过筛选的31条引物对巴马小型猪和贵州小型香猪的基因组DNA进行RAPD扩增,分析二品系实验用小型猪的遗传多样性.两品系实验用小型猪品系内及品系间多态性位点的百分数分别为30.9%和25.7%,品系间及品系内的平均遗传距离分别为0.120、0.072和0.067.结果表明,两品系实验用小型猪品系间及品系内遗传多样性贫乏,遗传变异较小.  相似文献

目的建立清醒状态记录小型猪心电图的方法,并对3个品系小型猪6个导联心电图进行分析比较。方法选用4月龄广西巴马猪7头、5月龄五指山小型猪6头、中国农大小型猪10头,清醒状态下吊床保定,测定Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVR、aVL和aVF6个导联的心电图。结果3个品系小型猪心电图的波形与人相似,心率较快,在3个品系之间差别不明显,存在偶发性窦性心率不齐。广西巴马猪、五指山小型猪和中国农大小型猪的P-R间期分别介于0.08—0.10s、0.08—0.11s和0.08—0.11s;QRS波群分别介于0.04—0.06s,0.04—0.07s和0.04~0.05s。3个品系小型猪均有清晰的S-T段,偏移小于1mm。结论本研究获得了3个品系小型猪清醒状态时的心电图基本数据,经比较,3个品系之间无明显差异。  相似文献

目的建立小型猪腹壁拉链模型并对其生物学特性进行研究,为教学和科研工作的开展提供便利的研究工具。方法通过外科手术的方法将定制的生物拉链固定于小型猪体表,建立小型猪腹壁拉链模型,观察小型猪的体征和精神状态,利用全自动血液分析仪及尿液分析仪对其血液和尿液生化指标进行动态检测。结果模型建立后7-49d小型猪的活动、精神状态良好,其生理生化指标表现稳定,与对照相比无显著变化。结论本课题组建立的小型猪腹壁拉链模型建立后7-49d体征、精神状况良好,生理生化指标稳定,可以推广应用于相关的科研、教学试验。  相似文献

目的研究正常混合饲料和玉米面对巴马香猪肠道菌群多样性的影响。方法使用PCR-DGGE技术研究其肠道菌群的多样性,16SDNA测序技术研究其差异性。结果食用同种饲料的巴马香猪DGGE谱带相似性较高,同时存在个体差异;2种饲料食养的巴马香猪肠道菌群丰富度和多样性指数差异无显著性,而均匀度差异有极显著性;16SDNA测序显示,混合饲料组和玉米面组的特异性菌种分别为 Coprococcus eutactus.Clostridium bartlettii 和 B ifidobacterium animalis subsp.Streptococcus infantarius subsp 。结论不同饲料可导致巴马香猪肠道菌群产生差异。  相似文献

The variations of blood groups and biochemical polymorphisms in the populations of the two miniature pig strains reared in Japan were investigated in this report. The variations in eight blood group systems were investigated by using serological techniques, and five serum protein systems by using starch gel electrophoresis. The Pitman-Moore strain showed no variations in K, O, Tf, Cp and Am systems, but showed plymorphisms in A, E, F, G, H, L, Pa and Hpx systems. The Ohmini strain showed no or little variations in E, F, G, Tf, Pa and Cp systems, but showed polymorphisms in A, H, K, L, O, Hpx and Am systems. From the results of investigation of genetic similarities among nine pig populations including various breeds, it was made clear that the two miniature pig strains were very different genetically, and the Pitman-Moore strain was genetically closer to European large pig breeds than to East Asian native pigs, while the Ohmini strain was close to Thai and Philippine natives.  相似文献

Embryo collection from G?ttingen miniature pigs and transfer to common pig recipients were performed. Embryos were collected 2 to 6 days after the onset of estrus. Two to 7 eggs including unfertilized ova were collected from a naturally ovulated donor and more eggs (7 to 15) were obtained from a superovulated donor. A total of 21 piglets were born after transfer of 33 miniature pig embryos to two common pig recipients. Among them 12 were stillbirths which seemed to have resulted from suffocation during the parturition. Such an embryo transfer technique will be utilized as an inventive method for the purposes such as international exchange of the particular strains of miniature pigs, establishment of a SPF miniature pig herd and so on.  相似文献

Sera collected from 24 (12 boars and 12 gilts) healthy, fasted 28-43 week-old Yucatan miniature pigs were analyzed for 21 clinical chemistry parameters. The mean, standard deviation, median, and observed range for each parameter are presented as reference values for the normal blood chemistry for this breed. Comparison with published values reveals that the Yucatan miniature pig has a blood chemistry profile comparable to that of domestic pigs and other breeds of miniature swine.  相似文献

目的比较巴马小型猪诱导型肝硬化造模前(正常猪)和造模成功后(肝硬化猪)肠道乳杆菌的变化情况,探讨小型猪肝硬化模型在肝硬化肠道微生态研究中的适用性。方法收集肝硬化造模前和CCl4诱导肝硬化造模成功后巴马小型猪的新鲜粪便,提取粪便总菌DNA,用乳杆菌特异性引物进行PCR扩增,对扩增产物进行变性梯度凝胶电泳(Denaturing Gradient Gel-Electrophoresis,DGGE),即用PCR-DGGE分析巴马小型猪肝硬化前后肠道乳杆菌的相似性和多样性。结果聚类分析和主成分分析显示巴马小型猪肝硬化前(正常猪)和肝硬化后混杂排列,无明显界限;多样性数据分析显示巴马小型猪肝硬化前后肠道乳杆菌的丰富度(S)、微生物区系Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)和均匀度(E)差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论巴马小型猪肝硬化后肠道乳杆菌与正常猪比较差异无统计学意义。  相似文献

J. Appl.Physiol. 84(2): 531-536, 1998.We postulated thatthree extremely obese Yucatan miniature pigs would have more sleepapnea than three nonobese Yucatan miniature pigs. Pigs were studiedwith the use of electroencephalograms, inductance plethysmography,oximetry, expired nasal CO2, orthermistors. All of the obese pigs, but none of the nonobese pigs, hadboth sleep apnea (8.5, 10.3, and 97.0 in obese pigs vs. 0 apnea + hypopnea/h in all nonobese pigs; P < 0.05) and oxyhemoglobin desaturation episodes during sleep [9.4 ± 3.0 vs. 0 + 0.53 (SD) mean desaturation episodes/h in obese pigsvs. nonobese pigs, respectively; P < 0.05]. Two of the extremely obese pigs had obstructive sleepapnea, whereas the third obese pig had central sleep apnea. We conclude that sleep apnea occurs in extremely obese Yucatan minipigs and suggestthat this animal can be used as a model for sleep apnea in obesity.

The characteristics and gender differences of the pulmonary hemodynamic parameters of 16 Clawn miniature pigs were examined and the data were compared with reports concerning dogs and other pig species. The pulmonary systolic, diastolic and mean arterial blood pressures of the mini-pig were slightly higher than those of the dog, respectively, but both the right atrial pressure and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure were within the normal physiological ranges of the dog. Concerning gender differences in hemodynamic parameters of the mini-pig, the female values, except the right atrial pressure, were slightly higher than those of the male, but no significant differences were recognized. The present study results will help pulmonary researchers understand the differences between Clawn miniature pigs and dogs for accurate analysis of experimental results.  相似文献

The use of miniature swine in biomedical research is increasing; however, a comparison of cardiac function and morphology between strains has yet to be characterized. The purpose of this project was to examine comprehensive hemodynamics and cardiac morphology of three groups of ten normal, 4 months old, age-matched Yucatan miniature (MINI) pigs, Yucatan micropigs (MICRO) and Hanford (HAN) miniature pigs, 5 males and five females per group. Closed chest cardiac catheterization under equivalent conditions was performed followed by post mortem cardiac morphometry. Mean arterial pressure was significantly greater in the Hanford group when compared to both the minipig and micropig pigs (HAN: 89 +/- 4; MINI: 48 +/- 3; MICRO: 53 +/- 2 mmHg). Pulmonary vascular resistance was significantly different between the three groups (HAN: 9 +/- 1; MINI: 60 +/- 12; MICRO: 111 +/- 29 dyne x sec/cm x m2). The Hanford strain had a significantly smaller heart weight to body weight ratio than the other two groups (HAN: 4.6 +/- 1.0; MINI: 5.7 +/- 0.1; MICRO: 5.5 +/- 1.0). Variations in cardiovascular parameters occur among these strains and should be considered when constructing experimental designs.  相似文献
