四方蒿的化学成分

从唇形科植物四方蒿（Elsholtzia blanda (Benth.)Benth.)中分离得到9个化合物,用光谱分析、化学方法及与已知化合物对照,分别鉴定为：5,6－二氢－6－苯乙类吡喃－2酮（1）、木栓桐（2）、4－羟基－3－甲氧基苯乙烯（3）、5,2′－二甲氧基－6,7－二氧亚甲基双氢黄酮（4）、5－羟基07－甲氧基－6－O[α－L－鼠李糖（1→2）－β－D－岩藻糖]黄桐甙（5）,5,5′－二羟基－7－乙酰氧基6,8,3″,3″－四甲基吡喃（3′,4′）黄酮（6）、5,5′－二羟基－5－（α－甲基）丁酰氧基－6,8,3″,3″－四甲基吡喃（3′,4′）黄酮（7）、5,5′－二羟基－6,7－二氧亚甲基－8,3″,3″－三甲基吡喃（3′,4′）黄酮（8）和丁香酸葡萄糖甙（9）。其中,6、7、8为新化合物,分别命名为四方蒿素Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。     

北五味子的水溶性化学成分

从北五味子（Schisandra chinensis）果实的水溶性部位得到8个已知化合物,经波谱分析确定其结构分别为：原儿茶酸（protocatechuic acid 1）,奎尼酸（quinic acid）,柠檬酸单甲酯（2－methyl citrate,3),5－羟甲基－2－糠醛（5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde 4),4-(3′－甲氮基－4′－羟基－苯基）－2－丁酮－4′-O-β-D0吡喃葡萄糖甙(zingerone glucoside 5),2－异丙基－5－甲基－1,4－苯二酚1－O－β－D－吡喃葡萄糖甙（thymoquinol 2-glu-coside 6),2－甲基－5－异丙基－1,4－苯二酚1－O－β－D－吡喃葡萄糖甙（thymoquinol 5-glu-coside 7)和胡萝卜甙（daucosterol 8）。     

牛筋条的新化合物

从牛筋条（Dichotomanthes tristaniaecarpa)地上部分分离得到8个化合物,经^1HNMR,^13CNMR,MS等波谱分析,它们被分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇（1）,白桦脂醇（2）,5,7-二羟基色酮（3）,（-）-表儿茶素（4）,圣草酚3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（5）,圣草酚7-O-β-D-（6′-乙酯基）-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷（6）,圣草酚7-O-β-D-（6′-甲酯基）-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷（7）,野蔷薇苷（8）,其中化合物6,7为新化合物。     

鹿角蕨化学成分的研究

从鹿角蕨（Platycerium wallichii Hook.)的干燥叶中分离得到七个成分,利用UV、IR、^13C-NMR、^1H-NMR、MS等光谱方法鉴定出它们的结构,分别为β－谷甾醇（I）、谷甾醇β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（Ⅱ）、2－propenoic acid,3-[2,3-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-5-benzofuramyl]-(Ⅲ）、松脂素（Ⅳ）、松脂素－4′－O－β－D－葡萄糖苷（Ⅴ）、2,5－二羟基苯甲酸甲酯（Ⅵ）、槲皮素3－O－β－吡喃半乳糖苷（Ⅶ）。七个成分均为首次从该种植物中获得。     

人淋巴细胞中发现2′—5′—三腺苷酸受体

通过合成的^3H-PPPA2′P5′A2′P5′A（2′－5′P3A3）与人淋巴细胞进行结合反应,结果表明：人淋巴细胞质膜存在着2′－5′P3A3受体。又通过用ATP、UTP与^3H-2′-5′P3A3竞争抑制实验表明,^3H－2′－5′P3A3与淋巴细胞膜受体的结合为特异性结构,结合率受^3H－2′－5′P3A3浓度、pH等因素影响。     

厚果鸡血藤的化学成分研究

继厚果鸡血藤化学成分的研究（Ⅰ）、（Ⅱ）之后,又从厚果鸡血藤Millettia pachycar pa Benth。根部分离得到多个化合物,经理化分析和波谱分析,确定了其中七个黄酮类化合物的结构为3,3′,4′5′－四甲氧基呋喃[4^∥,5^∥：8,7]黄酮（Ⅰ）,3,3′－二甲氧基呋喃[4^∥,5^∥：8,7]黄酮（Ⅱ）,2,3－二甲氧基呋喃[4′,5′：11,10]－7－氧代[2]苯吡喃[4,3－b][1]－苯吡喃（Ⅲ）,呋喃[4^∥,5^∥：8,7]黄酮（Ⅳ,Lanceolatin B),3-甲氧基－2^∥,2^∥-二甲基吡喃[5^∥,6^∥：8,7]黄酮（Ⅴ）,5－甲氧基呋喃[4^∥,5^∥：7,6]黄酮（Ⅵ,pinnatin）,2^∥,2^∥-二甲基吡喃[5^∥,6^∥：8,7]黄烷酮（Ⅷ,（-）-isolonchocarpin）。这七个化合物皆为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ为新的化合物,分别命名为厚果鸡血藤丙素（pachycarin C)、厚果鸡血藤丁素（pachycarin D)和厚果鸡血藤戊素（pachycarin E）。     

滇皂角中一个新三萜皂苷GS-C′

从滇皂角Gleditsia delavayi Franch荚果的水溶性部分分离到一个含有8个糖基的三萜皂苷。运用光谱方法鉴定其结构为：3－O－β－D－吡喃木糖基（1→2）－α－L－阿拉伯吡喃糖基（1→6）－β－D－葡萄吡喃糖基－28－O－β－D－吡喃木糖基（1→3)-β-D-吡喃木糖基（1→4）－α－L－鼠李吡喃糖基（1→2）－[α－L－鼠李吡喃糖基（1→6）]－β－D－葡萄吡喃糖基刺囊酸（GS－C′）。应用2D NMR谱,包括TOCSY,^1h-^1H COSY,HMQC,HMQC-TOCSY,HMBC和ROESY谱,全归属了其氢和碳的化学位移。     

新疆鼠尾草的化学成分研究

从新疆鼠尾草（Salvia deserta Schang0根中分离得到8个单体成分,根据化学和光谱方法鉴定为：正三十三烷（Tritriacontane)[Ⅰ]、6,7－去氢罗列酮（6,7－SDehydroroyleanone)[Ⅱ],7,β-羟基罗列酮（Taxochinon）[Ⅲ]、二十六烷酸（Hexaconsanoic acid）[Ⅳ]、3－乙酰剂墩果酸（3－Acetoxy-oleanolic acid)[Ⅴ]、β－谷甾醇（β-Sitosterol)[Ⅵ]、熊果酸（Ursolic acid)[Ⅶ],D-甘露醇（Mannitolum）[Ⅷ]。     

New Isoflavonoid Glycosides from the Rhizomes of Iris leptophylla Lingelsh.

Two new isoflavonoid glucosides, 5-hydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxy-isoflavone-4＇-O-D-glucopyranosyl （2→〉l）-L-rhamnoside （irilone-bioside） （compound 1） and 5,4＇-methoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone-3＇-O-β-D-glucoside （irisleptophyllidin） （compound 2）, together with five known compounds, nigricanin- 4＇-O-β-D-glucoside （compound 3）, irifloside （compound 4）, irigenin （compound 5）, 5, 3＇, 4＇-trimethoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone （compound 6）, and nigricanin （compound 7） were isolated from the alcoholic extract of rhizomes of Iris leptophylla Lingelsh. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

黄杨中的非生物碱化学成分

从黄杨Buxus sinica地上部分分离出10个化合物,通过光谱分析鉴定为：Cleomiscosin A（1）,3,5-二羟基-4′,6,7-三甲氧基-黄酮-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙（2）,5,3′,4′-三羟基-3,6,7-三甲氧基-黄酮（3）,Cleomiscosin A-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（4）,3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙（5）,4′,5-二羟基-3,6,7-三甲氧基-黄酮（6）,羽扇豆烷醇（7）,（＋）-Pinoresinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（8）,β-谷甾醇（9）,胡萝卜甙（10）。其中化合物1—5,6,8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

A part from considerations as to where it is best wedged into the linear sequence, the brachyptera group is defined in general terms as a compact group of four small or very small species which resemble one another in many important specific characters and the other thirty-six species classified here as Cisticola in so many ways of form, coloration and behaviour as to make them best understood by classifying them also under that generic name.

T he two giants of the genus-that is so far as the cock birds are concerned, but, as with chiniana and a few others, their hens are so much smaller that even when in the field the two sexes are seen in company one may often doubt their being a pair of the same species.
