Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) is cleaved by an endopeptidase, also known to hydrolyze substance P (SP). The enzyme which was isolated from human cerebrospinal fluid, converted rCGRP into two products, clearly separable on HPLC. Amino acid analysis showed cleavage to occur at Leu16-Ser17. The carboxy-terminal fragment, rCGRP-(17-37), was weakly active in inhibiting 125I-rCGRP binding to a rat medulla oblongata membrane preparation, but it showed no binding to spinal cord membranes. The N-terminal fragment, rCGRP-(1-16), had very low or no affinity. Autoradiography with 125I-rCGRP showed distinct labelling of rat dorsal spinal cord, while there was no consistent pattern with 125I-rCGRP-(1-16). In the isolated guinea pig ileum preparation, the two fragments showed no CGRP-like activity. The ability of CGRP to interfere with SP degradation is offered as the explanation why CGRP has been reported to potentiate several biologic actions of SP.  相似文献

A procedure based on ion-exchange chromatography for chemical separation and radioimmunoassays for quantitation of substance P (SP), the SP(1-7), and C-terminal fragments, respectively, has been developed. The procedure allows the determination of these fragments in the presence of large (i.e., 50- to 100-fold) excess of parent compound. The chemical identity of isolated SP and fragments was studied with preparative electrophoresis on dilute agarose gel and with HPLC. The activity identified as SP(1-7) comigrated with the authentic standard whereas practically all activity isolated as C-terminal fragments comigrated with SP(5-11). The levels of C-terminal fragments in rat brain areas rich in SP and in spinal cord were 1-2% of those of parent compound. The levels of SP(1-7) were always higher, in the spinal cord markedly higher (three to five times). Postmortem storage of samples from brain and spinal cord indicated that SP(1-7) levels fell more rapidly than those of SP or C-terminal fragments.  相似文献

With the techniques of specific radioimmunoassay and gel filtration it was found that CGRP was distributed in various tissues of normotensive (WKY) and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) with the highest concentration in the lumbar spinal cord (1197 +/- 94.8 pg/mg tissue) and the lowest in the auricle (15.0 +/- 2.1 pg/mg tissue). In comparison with WKY, CGRP concentration in the plasma was decreased and in the abdominal aorta and hypothalamus was increased in SHR. Gel filtration revealed only one major CGRP molecular form in the tissues. In addition, CGRP reduced the mean arterial pressure (MAP) in SHR in a dose-dependent manner. These data suggest that CGRP may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension and its possible therapy.  相似文献

A novel and highly specific radioimmunoassay for the tachykinin peptide neuromedin K (NMK, also known as neurokinin beta, neurokinin B) has been developed and used to determine the distribution of this peptide in extracts of guinea pig tissues. In addition to immunoreactive components coeluting with the 3 mammalian tachykinins, substance P (SP), substance K (SK) and NMK, analyses using reverse-phase HPLC revealed immunoreactive peaks coeluting with the C-terminal octapeptide of SK (SK-(3-10], an N-terminally extended form of SK (gamma-preprotachykinin-(72-92)amide), and a yet unidentified peak eluting before NMK in the extracts of guinea pig brain and spinal cord. In contrast to the other tachykinins, SP and SK, which were present in high concentrations in extracts of all peripheral and central tissues examined, NMK-like immunoreactivity was detected only in extracts of central tissues. NMK-like immunoreactivity was not detected in extracts of terminal ileum and urinary bladder.  相似文献

The time of appearance and tissue concentrations of substance P-like immunoreactivity (SP-LI) were studied in 53 human fetuses aged 8-21 weeks. Detectable amounts were present at 8 weeks of gestation in available fragments of spinal cord and intestine. Thereafter, the tissue concentrations were highest in spinal cord, intermediate in hypothalamus and lowest in digestive tract. Except for a significant increase in the intestinal wall, the concentrations did not vary from the 8-14 to the 15-21 week period. At chromatography, SP-LI in extracts of spinal cord and intestine was essentially eluted in the volume of the synthetic undecapeptide. Using the indirect immunofluorescence technique, the localization of SP-LI positive structures in the digestive tract was studied in 5 fetuses aged 12-18 weeks. Scarce cell bodies were observed in the myenteric plexus. Nerve fibers were recognized in the muscular layer, in the myenteric plexus and in connective tissue of pancreas. The present results demonstrate the early appearance of SP-LI positive structures both in central nervous system and in the enteric nervous system in the human fetus. In the age range tested, SP-LI concentrations were noticeably higher in spinal cord and hypothalamus than in the digestive tract.  相似文献

Activation of arachidonic acid occurs after spinal cord injury. Leukotriene B4 is a lipoxygenase metabolite of arachidonic acid. In a rat model of experimental spinal cord injury, we found that the leukotriene B4 content was less than the sensitivity of our assay (8 pg/mg of protein) in non-traumatized spinal cord. Leukotriene B4 was detectable in traumatized cord (mean +/- SE, 25 +/- 5 pg/mg of protein; n = 3). Release of leukotriene B4 from spinal cord slices into the incubation medium was also noted after trauma (9 +/- 1 pg/mg of protein; n = 12) and was enhanced by exposure of traumatized spinal cord slices to the calcium ionophore A23187 (375 +/- 43 pg/mg of protein; n = 12). The amount of leukotriene B4 released corresponded to the extent of post-traumatic polymorphonuclear cell infiltration determined by a myeloperoxidase assay. Results from this study suggest that the source of leukotriene B4 in spinal cord injury is infiltrating polymorphonuclear cells.  相似文献

Immunoreactive glucagons purified from dog pancreas, stomach and ileum   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Previous studies have shown that pig intestine contains a 69 amino acid glucagon (glicentin) as well as a 37 amino acid glucagon (oxyntomodulin). In pig pancreas the 29 amino acid glucagon predominates. Since glucagon is thought to be expressed from a single gene in mammals, these differences in molecular forms indicate differential posttranslational processing of the glucagon precursor by different tissues. In the current study glucagon immunoreactivity (IR) was separately purified from dog pancreas, stomach mucosa and ileum mucosa. Purification and sequence analysis of the different tissue glucagons show that dog pancreas and stomach mucosa contain glucagon-29 while ileum mucosa contains glucagon-37 and glucagon-69. The latter is the major form present with glucagon-37 accounting for only 10-20% of the total ileum glucagon content. The N-terminal 32 amino acid portion of dog glucagon-69 differs at 6 sites from pig glucagon-69: RSLQDTEEKSRSFSAPQTEPLNDLDQMNEDKR... The C-terminal glucagon-37 is identical to pig oxyntomodulin.  相似文献

To improve protein delivery to the CNS following intracerebroventricular administration, we compared the distribution of a human Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase:tetanus toxin fragment C fusion protein (SOD1:TTC) in mouse brain and spinal cord with that of tetanus toxin fragment C (TTC) or human SOD1 (hSOD1) alone, following continuous infusion into the lateral ventricle. Mice infused with TTC or SOD1:TTC showed intense anti-TTC or anti-hSOD1 labeling, respectively, throughout the CNS. In contrast, animals treated with hSOD1 revealed moderate staining in periventricular tissues. In spinal cord sections from animals infused with SOD1:TTC, the fusion protein was found in neuron nuclear antigen-positive (NeuN+) neurons and not glial fibrillary acidic protein-positive (GFAP+) astrocytes. The percentage of NeuN+ ventral horn cells that were co-labeled with hSOD1 antibody was greater in mice treated with SOD1:TTC (cervical cord = 73 +/- 8.5%; lumbar cord = 62 +/- 7.7%) than in mice treated with hSOD1 alone (cervical cord = 15 +/- 3.9%; lumbar cord = 27 +/-4.7%). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for hSOD1 further demonstrated that SOD1:TTC-infused mice had higher levels of immunoreactive hSOD1 in CNS tissue extracts than hSOD1-infused mice. Following 24 h of drug washout, tissue extracts from SOD1:TTC-treated mice still contained substantial amounts of hSOD1, while extracts from hSOD1-treated mice lacked detectable hSOD1. Immunoprecipitation of SOD1:TTC from these extracts using anti-TTC antibody revealed that the recovered fusion protein was structurally intact and enzymatically active. These results indicate that TTC may serve as a useful prototype for development as a non-viral vehicle for improving delivery of therapeutic proteins to the CNS.  相似文献

Distribution and molecular forms of glucagon-like peptide in the dog   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Using glucagon-like peptide-1 N-terminus and C-terminus directed antisera, we investigated concentration and molecular forms of GLP-1 immunoreactivity (IR) in extracts of various tissues of the dog. GLP-1 IR measured with C-terminus-directed antiserum R2337 (GLP-1 IR-CT) was high in the ileum, appendix, jejunum, colon, and gastric fundus and body. GLP-1 IR measured with N-terminus-directed antiserum R1043 (GLP-1 IR-NT) was high only in the pancreas, and gastric fundus and body. Only GLP-1 IR-CT was found in the hypothalamus, thalamus and medulla oblongata. No immunoreactive materials were detected in the liver, spleen and kidney. Gel-filtration with Sephadex G-50 showed two peaks of both GLP-1 IR-CT and GLP-1 IR-NT, at 10kd and at the position of GLP-1 (1-36 amide) in the pancreatic extract, and one peak at 10kd in the stomach extract. Ileal extracts showed 3 peaks of GLP-1 IR-CT at 10kd, at the position of GLP-1(1-36 amide) and GLP-1(7-36 amide), respectively, but GLP-1 IR-NT was coeluted with GLP-1(1-36 amide). Hypothalamic extracts showed a single peak at the position of GLP-1(7-36 amide). These results suggest that processing of preproglucagon differs in different organs, and that the main GLP-1-related products are a large molecular form and GLP-1(1-36 amide) or GLP-1(1-37) in the pancreas, and GLP-1(7-36 amide) or GLP-1 (7-37) in the ileum and hypothalamus.  相似文献

Peripheral noxious stimuli have been shown to induce prostaglandin (PG) E2 release at the site of inflammation and in the spinal cord. The antiinflammatory and antinociceptive effects of cyclooxygenase-inhibiting drugs are thought to depend on the inhibition of PG synthesis. R-Flurbiprofen, however, does not inhibit cyclooxygenase activity in vitro but still produces antinociceptive effects. To find out whether R-flurbiprofen acts via inhibition of spinal PG release, concentrations of PGE2 and flurbiprofen in spinal cord tissue were assessed by microdialysis. The catheter was transversally implanted through the dorsal horns of the spinal cord at level L4. R- and S-flurbiprofen (9 and 27 mg kg(-1), respectively) were administered intravenously 10-15 min before subcutaneous injection of formalin into the dorsal surface of one hindpaw. Flurbiprofen was rapidly distributed into the spinal cord with maximal concentrations after 30-45 min. Baseline PGE2 dialysate concentrations were 100.6 +/- 6.4 pg ml(-1) (mean +/- SEM). After formalin injection they rose about threefold with a maximum of 299.4 +/- 68.4 pg ml(-1) at 7.5 min. After approximately 1 h PGE2 levels returned to baseline. Both flurbiprofen enantiomers completely prevented the formalin-induced increase of spinal PGE2 release and reduced PGE2 concentrations below basal levels. S- and R-flurbiprofen at 9 mg kg(-1) produced a minimum of 15.8 +/- 5.2 and 27.7 +/- 14.9 pg ml(-1), respectively, and 27 mg kg(-1) S- and R-flurbiprofen resulted in 11.7 +/- 1.7 and 9.3 +/- 4.7 pg ml(-1), respectively. PGE2 levels remained at the minimum up to the end of the observation period at 5 h. When 27 mg kg(-1) R-flurbiprofen was injected intravenously without subsequent formalin challenge, baseline immunoreactive PGE2 concentrations were not affected. S-Flurbiprofen (27 mg kg(-1)), however, led to a moderate reduction (approximately 40%). The data suggest that antinociception produced by R-flurbiprofen is mediated at least in part by inhibition of stimulated spinal PGE2 release and support the current view that increased spinal PGE2 release significantly contributes to nociceptive processing.  相似文献

By immunofluorescence, mouse monoclonal antibody 18B8 detects developmentally regulated antigens in chick neural retina. In older embryos and in adults these antigens are localized in discrete laminae within the inner and outer synaptic layers. The antibody binds to several gangliosides that undergo both qualitative and quantitative changes during neuronal development (Grunwald, G.B., Fredman, P., Magnani, J.L., Trisler, D., Ginsburg, V., and Nirenberg, M. (1985) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 82, 4008-4012). The simplest of these gangliosides was isolated from lipid extracts of 10-day chick embryonic retinas by DEAE-Sepharose and silicic acid column chromatography. About 300 micrograms was obtained from 9.3 g (wet weight) of retina. The isolated ganglioside was identified as GT3 by enzymatic analysis and by a comparison of its properties with the authentic ganglioside. By immunostaining thin-layer chromatograms with antibody 18B8, GT3 was detected in gangliosides from human neural tissue including cerebellum, optic nerve, and spinal cord, but not in gangliosides from human liver, pancreas, small intestine, adrenals, thyroid, or erythrocytes. 根据猪NM_213888及EST序列,设计特异引物扩增BMI CD46基因,并进行克隆、测序和生物信息学分析。同时应用半定量RT-PCR技术对BMI 30个重要组织进行表达谱分析。获得了BMI CD46 1 092 bp的编码区序列(Gen Bank登录号:KJ513478),编码363个氨基酸。分析表明,CD46蛋白质分子量(Mw)为39.60 k D,等电点(p I)为5.39,存在4个保守域和1个跨膜结构域,N端有信号肽序列;其N末端疏水,C末端亲水;亚细胞定位显示,该蛋白位于细胞周质的概率是56.7%。活性位点分析表明,BMI CD46蛋白有6类活性位点。系统进化分析表明,BMI与牛的亲缘关系最近。BMI 30种组织表达分析表明,CD46基因在十二指肠中高表达;在睾丸、胸腺、甲状腺、附睾、肺、淋巴结、空肠、回肠、结肠、小脑及舌下腺中中度表达;在颌下腺、肝、肾上腺、盲肠、直肠、食管、垂体及脑干中低表达;在心、脾、肾、肌肉、胰脏、胃、皮肤、大脑、下丘脑及脊髓中不表达。该结果为进一步研究基因功能奠定基础。  相似文献

When the amounts of primary prostaglandins formed from endogenous arachidonic acid were determined in homogenates of various tissues of adult rats, prostaglandin D2 was the major prostaglandin found in most tissues. It was formed actively in the spleen (3100 ng/g tissue/5 min at 25 degrees C), intestine (2600), bone marrow (2400), lung (1100), and stomach (630); moderately in the epididymis, skin, thymus, and brain (140-340); and weakly in other tissues (less than 100). Addition of exogenous arachidonic acid (1 mM) accelerated the formation of prostaglandin D2 in all tissues as follows: spleen (15,000); bone marrow, intestine, thymus, liver, and lung (1600-5200); stomach, adrenal gland, epididymis, brain, salivary gland, skin, spinal cord, and seminal vesicle (380-1000); and other tissues (80-310). The activity of prostaglandin D synthetase (prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase) was detected in 100,000g supernatants of almost all tissues. As judged by glutathione requirement for the reaction, inhibition of the activity by 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene, and immunotitration or immunoabsorption analyses with specific antibodies, the enzyme in the epididymis, brain, and spinal cord (1.8-9.2 nmol/min/mg protein) was glutathione-independent prostaglandin D synthetase (Y. Urade, N. Fujimoto, and O. Hayaishi (1985) J. Biol. Chem. 260, 12410-12415). The enzyme in the spleen, thymus, bone marrow, intestine, skin, and stomach (2.0-57.1) was glutathione-requiring prostaglandin D synthetase (Y. Urade, N. Fujimoto, M. Ujihara, and O. Hayaishi (1987) J. Biol. Chem. 262, 3820-3825). The activity in the kidney and testis (3.7-4.5) was catalyzed by glutathione S-transferase. The activity in the liver, lung, adrenal gland, salivary gland, heart, pancreas, and muscle (0.6-5.1) was due to both the glutathione-requiring synthetase and the transferase.  相似文献

Material in rat spinal cord extracts that reacts with antibodies to the molluscan tetrapeptide FMRF amide (Phe-Met-Arg-Phe-NH2) has been characterized by HPLC and radioimmunoassay using region specific antibodies. An antibody to the N-terminally extended analogue, Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Met-Arg-Phe-NH2 (YGGFMRF amide), did not react with the rat material. Two antibodies to FMRF amide were characterized that differed markedly in their affinities for analogues with substitutions in the second and third positions from the C-terminus; both required the C-terminal amide, and neither showed appreciable sensitivity to substitutions in the fourth position from the C-terminus. With both antibodies the relative potency of the avian brain peptide, LPLRF amide, was about 0.1. Both antibodies revealed similar concentrations of immunoreactive material in rat spinal cord extracts. On reversed-phase HPLC using Techsil C18 and Spherisorb-phenyl columns, two peaks were separated that could be distinguished in retention times from FMRF amide, Leu-Pro-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2 (LPLRF amide), and YGGFMRF amide. The results suggest that the rat spinal cord peptides are structurally related to the C-terminal tripeptide of FMRF amide and are probably extended at the N-terminus by sequences immunochemically distinct from other known peptides.  相似文献

The distribution of galanin-like immunoreactivity in various regions of the central nervous system was assessed in three mammalian species, pig, rat, and human, by radioimmunoassay. Galanin concentrations were highest in the hypothalamus and pituitary region. In spinal cord, there was a rostrocaudal/dorsoventral gradient with highest levels observed in the sacral dorsal horn. Serial dilutions of porcine tissue extracts diluted parallel to the porcine standard curve, while the rat and human tissue extracts did not. In all tissues examined by high pressure liquid chromatography, the principal peak of immunoreactivity coeluted with the authentic porcine galanin standard and was decreased by trypsin cleavage. These results suggest a role for galanin in the central nervous system and support species differences in the structure of galanin.  相似文献

Using the indirect immunofluorescence method, enkephalin-like immunoreactivity was visualized on human fetus spinal cord sections (gestational age from 17 to 25 weeks). Immunolabeled varicose fibers and terminal-like structures were seen through the whole length fetal spinal cord principally in the dorsal gray, in the intermediate gray and in the lateral funiculus. A few enkephalin-like immunoreactive cells were sometimes detected in the intermediate gray. Finally, some immunolabeled fibers were also visible in the ventral spinal cord especially proximate to the motor nuclei areas at the sacral level. Fetal spinal cord tissue extracts from the cervical thoracic and lumbosacral region were chromatographically analyzed using high pressure liquid chromatography in combination with the radioimmunoassay. This biochemical analysis indicates that authentic pentapeptides Met- and Leu-enkephalin may account for a large part (more than 90%) of the enkephalin-like immunoreactivity detected in the fetal spinal cord investigated. Taken together our results suggest that the biosynthetic processing of Met- and Leu-enkephalin in this tissue might be functional early before birth.  相似文献

Immunoreactive somatostatin (IRS) was measured in acid extracts of human gastrointestinal tissue. The highest levels were found in the duodenum, pancreas, jejunum and stomach with lower levels in the ileum and colon. In the antrum, pylorus, duodenum and pancreas the main peak of IRS (1.6K IRS) coeluted with synthetic somatostatin-14 on both gel filtration chromatography and HPLC. In the body of stomach, jejunum, ileum and colon, a large peak coeluting with synthetic somatostatin-28 (3.5K IRS) on both chromatographic systems was also identified, while minor peaks of IRS assigned molecular weights of 6000 (6K) and greater than 15 000 (15K) were seen in some extracts. The total IRS content and pattern of molecular forms were similar in tissues obtained from adults at surgery or rapid post mortem, and in tissue taken from human fetuses after prostaglandin termination of pregnancy. When tissues were divided into mucosal and muscle layers, greater than 90% of the IRS was in the mucosa with less than 10% in the muscle layer. In the muscle layer the IRS was almost entirely the 1.6K form in all tissues. Immunohistochemical studies showed the IRS in the mucosa to be localised in endocrine-type cells, while in the muscle layer the IRS is present in nerve fibres and neurones of the myenteric plexus. It is suggested that (1) different mechanisms may control the biosynthesis of somatostatin-14 and somatostatin-28 in mucosal cells in different parts of the gut, (2) different biosynthetic controls may operate in endocrine-like and neuronal cells in the same region of the gut.  相似文献

Major membrane lipids were determined in specimens of human peripheral nerve (cauda equina) and spinal cord of 10 subjects aged 20-70 years. The same lipids were also assayed in myelin from the same tissues isolated with two different procedures and in myelin of cauda equina from 3 subjects aged 17-91 years isolated with a third method. The concentrations (mean and standard deviation) of phospholipids were 90 +/- 11 and 96 +/- 9 nmol/g fresh weight; of cholesterol 70 +/- 15 and 101 +/- 16; of cerebroside 19 +/- 3 and 41 +/- 7; of sulfatide 10 +/- 1 and 11 +/- l; and of gangliosides 0.80 +/- 0.08 and 0.40 +/- 0.05 N in cauda equina and spinal cord, respectively. The proportion of ethanolamine phosphoglyceride was lower and that of sphingomyelin higher in cauda equina than in spinal cord. The myelin of peripheral nerve and spinal cord contained almost the same proportions of lipids as the whole tissue. The protein-bound sialic acid content was 3-fold higher than the lipid-bound sialic acid content in cauda myelin. The fatty acid patterns of choline, ethanolamine, inositol and serine phosphoglycerides of spinal cord and its myelin, were very similar to those of cerebral white matter, while the phosphoglycerides of cauda equina had higher proportions of monoenoic acids and lower proportions of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The fatty acid patterns of sphingomyelin, cerebroside and sulfatide of spinal cord were similar to those of cerebral white matter, while those of cauda equina contained significantly more saturated fatty acids. This suggests that the lipid and fatty acid compositions of peripheral nerve are particularly suitable for the formation of a tightly packed myelin membrane which can be a powerful shield against infections and other injuries.  相似文献

Preprocortistatin (PPCST) has been recently identified as a novel somatostatin (SST)-related gene expressed only in brain. PPCST shares 11 of 14 residues with SST-14 at its C-terminal segment, where it features Lys-Lys and Lys-Arg basic sites for cleavage to putative cortistatin (CST)-14 and CST-29 peptides, respectively. Although synthetic replicates of the two putative CST peptides interact with SST receptors, they also display novel effects suggesting independent biological functions. Nothing is currently known about the naturally occurring mature cleavage products of PPCST posttranslational processing. Here we have cloned rat PPCST cDNA, stably expressed it in AtT-20 pituitary cells, and characterized the cellular and releasable products of PPCST processing by HPLC and radioimmunoassay using a SST-14 antibody that recognizes synthetic CST-14 and CST-29. Transfected cells released 120 +/- 21 pg of total CST-LI per plate basally, with an increase to 204 +/- 33 pg per plate with forskolin stimulation (p < 0.05). HPLC chromatograms of cell extracts revealed three peaks corresponding to CST-14, CST-29, and unprocessed PPCST (ratio, 41:55:4.5). CST was released preferentially as CST-14 (63-70%) compared with CST-29 (30-37%) under basal and forskolin-stimulated conditions. These studies demonstrate efficient processing of PPCST to both CST-14 and CST-29 through putative cleavage at both C-terminal dibasic sites of PPCST. Although the two peptides are synthesized approximately equally, CST-14 is released preferentially via the regulated secretory pathway.  相似文献

To characterize parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) in the human placenta, we measured PTHrP-like immunoreactivity (PRP-LI) in the term placenta and studied the elution profiles of placental tissue extracts on Sephadex G-75 chromatography with a specific RIA. We also examined the gene expression of PTHrP mRNA by Northern blot analysis and the localization of PRP-LI in the placenta by immunohistochemistry. The amount of PRP-LI in placental extracts (n = 7) was 20.9 +/- 2.2 pg/g wet tissue (mean +/- SE). Dilution curves of placental tissue ran parallel to those of synthetic PTHrP (1-34) standards. Sephadex G-75 gel chromatography demonstrated two major PRP-LI peaks; the first peak was eluted around the molecular size between 10 kilodaltons (Kda) and 20 Kda and the other around 5 Kda. Northern blot analysis of PTHrP mRNA extracted from placental tissues showed a major hybridization signal around 18S. PTHrP immunohistochemistry showed PRP-LI staining in the cytoplasm of syncytiotrophoblasts and stroma cells (Hofbauer cells) in the term placenta. These results suggest that syncytiotrophoblasts and stroma cells in the term placenta synthesize PTHrP in two major molecular forms, 10 Kda-20 Kda and around 5 Kda.  相似文献
