Cardiac resistance to the cardiotoxic effect of isoprenaline--ISO (single dose of 0.1 mg X kg-1) was studied in rats acclimatized to intermittent high altitude--IHA (barochamber, 8 h a day, 5 days a week, stepwise up to 7000 m). The extent of lesions was evaluated quantitatively by means of the increased accumulation of 203HgCl2. Five weeks' acclimatization was followed by a marked increase in the resistance of the myocardium to the necrogenic effect of ISO; this effect was more expressed in the left ventricle, so that the right to left difference generally observed under normoxic conditions disappeared. The increased resistance of the myocardium to ISO-induced damage persisted long after the animals had been returned to normoxic conditions; even six weeks after the last hypoxic exposure the sensitivity of the myocardium to damage had still not returned to the values of unacclimatized animals.  相似文献

Circadian rhythms are highly important not only for the synchronization of animals and humans with their periodic environment but also for their fitness. Accordingly, the disruption of the circadian system may have adverse consequences. A certain number of animals in our breeding stock of Djungarian hamsters are episodically active throughout the day. Also body temperature and melatonin lack 24-h rhythms. Obviously in these animals, the suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN) as the central pacemaker do not generate a circadian signal. Moreover, these so-called arrhythmic (AR) hamsters have cognitive deficits. Since motor activity is believed to stabilize circadian rhythms, we investigated the effect of voluntary wheel running. Hamsters were bred and kept under standardized housing conditions with food and water ad libitum and a 14 L/10 D lighting regimen. AR animals were selected according to their activity pattern obtained by means of passive infrared motion detectors. In a first step, the daily activity behavior was investigated for 3 weeks each without and with running wheels. To estimate putative photic masking effects, hamsters were exposed to light (LPs) and DPs and also released into constant darkness for a minimum of 3 weeks. A novel object recognition (NOR) test was performed to evaluate cognitive abilities both before and after 3 weeks of wheel availability. The activity patterns of hamsters with low wheel activity were still AR. With more intense running, daily patterns with higher values in the dark time were obtained. Obviously, this was due to masking as LPs did suppress and DPs induced motor activity. When transferred to constant darkness, in some animals the daily rhythm disappeared. In other hamsters, namely those which used the wheels most actively, the rhythm was preserved and free-ran, what can be taken as indication of a reconstitution of circadian rhythmicity. Also, animals showing a 24-h activity pattern after 3 weeks of extensive wheel running were able to recognize the novel object in the NOR test but not so before. The results show that voluntary exercise may reestablish circadian rhythmicity and improve cognitive performance.  相似文献

The present study was designed to evaluate the preventive effects of N-acetyl cysteine on lipid peroxide metabolism in isoproterenol (ISO) induced myocardial infarcted rats. Male albino Wistar rats were pretreated with N-acetyl cysteine (5 and 10 mg/kg) daily for a period of 14 days. After the pretreatment period, ISO (100 mg/kg) was subcutaneously injected to rats twice at an interval of 24 h. Increased activities of serum creatine kinase, creatine kinase-MB, lactate dehydrogenase, and increased intensities of serum lactate dehydrogenase-isoenzyme bands (LDH-1, LDH-2) were observed in ISO-induced rats. The heart lipid peroxidation products were significantly increased, and the antioxidant system was significantly reduced in ISO-induced rats. Pretreatment with N-acetyl cysteine (5 and 10 mg/kg) to ISO-induced rats showed significant effects on all the biochemical parameters studied. Histopathological findings of the myocardium also showed the protective role of N-acetyl cysteine in ISO-induced rats. Furthermore, in vitro study confirmed the potent-free radical scavenging activity of N-acetyl cysteine. The effect at a dose of 10 mg/kg of N-acetyl cysteine was more pronounced than the dose, 5 mg/kg. The results of our study show that N-acetyl cysteine protects the heart against ISO-induced myocardial infarction by its free radical scavenging effect.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine serum lipid levels and the activity of lipoprotein lipase in epididymal white adipose tissue of rats undergoing exercise training. During the 8-week period of treatment, one group of rats was kept sedentary and the remaining animals were exercise trained either continually (1 h of daily treadmill running) or intermittently (alternate weeks of daily running and inactivity). Exercise training, either continual or intermittent, decreased postprandial serum total and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations, which returned to sedentary levels in the intermittently trained animals following a week of rest. Lipoprotein lipase activity in whole epididymal adipose pad was lower in rats trained continually than in the sedentary group at the end of the treatment. The intermittent training program elicited large fluctuations in both the specific (per milligram of protein) and total (per tissue) activity of lipoprotein lipase in white adipose tissue. During rest periods, enzyme activity rose to levels that were higher than those of sedentary rats, whereas lipase activity was below that of sedentary animals following a week of running. In the last exercise--rest cycle, body weight gain of the intermittently trained rats was nearly abolished during the week of running, but it increased above that of sedentary animals during weeks of rest. The present results suggest that the modulation of lipoprotein lipase activity in white adipose tissue is one of the adaptations that take place to accommodate the fluctuations in the rate of energy deposition that occur in the rat during an intermittent training program.  相似文献

为探讨小球藻保护大鼠运动因运动造成的心肌损伤,为小球藻科学合理的应用和推广提供理论依据,本研究将60只SD大鼠随机分为5组:对照组(C组)、运动对照组(S组)、运动+低剂量小球藻组(SCL组)、运动+高剂量小球藻组(SCH组),每组12只大鼠。所有参与实验的大鼠每天自由饮水择食,小球藻的摄入采用灌胃器每日灌胃一次。小球藻各组灌胃体积为5 m L/kg,其他组灌入等量生理盐水。安静对照组(C组)笼内自由活动,不进行额外运动,运动对照组(S组)、运动+低剂量小球藻组(SCL组)、运动+高剂量小球藻组(SCH组)进行8周的跑台跑步训练,每周6次。1~4周进行中等强度训练,5~8周进行高强度训练。本研究发现,在大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶含量水平,S组较C组均显著升高(p<0.05)。血清谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶含量,SCL组和SCH组显著低于S组(p<0.05),SCL组和SCH组组间无显著性差异(p>0.05),且随剂量增加而递减。鼠心肌SOD活性方面,S组显著低于C组(p<0.05);SCL组和SCH组显著高于S组(p<0.05),组间随剂量增加而递增;SCH组显著高于SCL组(p<0.05)。血清、心肌CGRP水平,S组显著低于C组(p<0.05);SCL组和SCH组显著低于S组均显著降低(p<0.05)。本研究认为摄入小球藻能够有效消除机体由于长期高强度大负荷运动下产生的过量的自由基;提高机体免疫力,增强血管原生性一氧化氮合酶活性。  相似文献

Every other day feeding (EOD) and exercise induce changes in cell metabolism. The aim of the present work was to know if both EOD and exercise produce similar effects on physical capacity, studying their physiological, biochemical and metabolic effects on muscle. Male OF-1 mice were fed either ad libitum (AL) or under EOD. After 18 weeks under EOD, animals were also trained by using a treadmill for another 6 weeks and then analyzed for physical activity. Both, EOD and endurance exercise increased the resistance of animals to extenuating activity and improved motor coordination. Among the groups that showed the highest performance, AL and EOD trained animals, ALT and EODT respectively, only the EODT group was able to increase glucose and triglycerides levels in plasma after extenuating exercise. No high effects on mitochondrial respiratory chain activities or protein levels neither on coenzyme Q levels were found in gastrocnemius muscle. However, exercise and EOD did increase β-oxidation activity in this muscle accompanied by increased CD36 levels in animals fed under EOD and by changes in shape and localization of mitochondria in muscle fibers. Furthermore, EOD and training decreased muscle damage after strenuous exercise. EOD also reduced the levels of lipid peroxidation in muscle. Our results indicate that EOD improves muscle performance and resistance by increasing lipid catabolism in muscle mitochondria at the same time that prevents lipid peroxidation and muscle damage.  相似文献

Functional activity of hormanal signaling systems and their sensitivity to regulatory actions of hormones in diabetes mellitus (DM) and its complications are altered. The activity of receptor forms of guanylyl cyclases (rGC) sensitive to natriuretic peptides, ANP and CNP, in tissues of female rats with 240-days neonatal streptozotocin DM and the influence of intranasal administration of insulin and serotonin (6 weeks, daily dose is 0.48 IU of insulin or 20 microg of serotonin to rat) on this activity were studied. In diabetic animals, the increase of the basal activity of rGC in the myocardium and its decrease in the uterus and ovaries were found, whereas the brain showed no differences from control animals. The treatment of diabetic rats with insulin led to a decrease in the basal activity of rGC in the myocardium and to its restoration to normal level in the ovaries. Serotonin treatment induced a less pronounced compared with insulin decrease in the basal activity of the enzyme in the myocardium and also a slight increase the activity in the brain. In the myocardium of diabetic rats, the weakening of GC stimulating effect of ANP and, on the contrary, the strengthening of CNP effect were observed. In the ovaries, GC stimulating effect of CNP and, to a lesser degree, the corresponding effect of ANP were decreased. In the uterus and the brain, the sensitivity of rGC to hormones was practically not changed. The administration of insulin to diabetic rats induced an increase in GC effect of ANP in the myocardium to its values in control animals and a decrease in CNP effect as well as in partially restored GC effect of CNP in the ovaries. Serotonin treatment led to some increase in the effects of natriuretic peptides in the brain of both control and diabetic animals. Summing up, in neonatal model of type 2 DM in the myocardium and the tissues of reproductive system of rats the functioning of natriuretic peptide-sensitive rGC is altered in the myocardium and the tissues of reproductive system of model rats with neonatal type 2 DM. Treatment of animals with insulin substantially restores rGC activity while intranasal administration of serotonin has little effect.  相似文献

This study investigated the onset of age-related changes in the myocardial antioxidant defense system (ADS) and the vulnerability of the myocardium to oxidative stress following exercise training. Few studies have investigated the influence of the most prevalent life-prolonging strategy physical exercise, on the age-dependent alterations in the myocardial antioxidant enzyme system of female rats at mid age and to determine whether exercise-induced ADS could attenuate lipid peroxidation. Two age groups young (3 months old) and mid age (12 months old) Wistar strain female albino rats were given chronic exercise training for a period of 12 weeks. We found a striking decrease (p < 0.01) in the activity levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione reductase (GR) in the myocardium of mid aged rats when compared to young rats by 36, 50 and 29%, respectively, suggesting the onset of age-dependent decrease in the myocardial ADS. A similar age-related decrease (p < 0.01) was observed in the reduced glutathione (GSH) content (36%). Despite the reduction in ADS, lipid peroxidation (LPO) (20%) was also decreased. In contrast, exercise training significantly elevated (p < 0.01) these antioxidant enzyme activities and the content of GSH. The increase in SOD and CAT activities were more pronounced in the mid aged rats when compared to younger rats, but increased the level of lipid peroxidation to higher levels in the mid-age group following the training regimen. The findings of the present study suggest that, although the activity levels of the myocardial antioxidant enzymes were elevated with the 12 weeks of exercise training, the changes were not sufficient enough in attenuating oxidative stress in the myocardium of female rats during this short period of exercise training.  相似文献

Both regular physical exercise and low levels of H(2)O(2) administration result in increased resistance to oxidative stress. We measured the accumulation of reactive carbonyl derivatives and the activities of proteasome complex and DT-diaphorase in cardiac muscle of trained and untrained rats after chronic i.p. administration of 1 ml t-butyl H(2)O(2) (1 mmol/kg for 3 weeks every second day). Twenty-four rats were randomly assigned to a control group administered with saline, control administered with H(2)O(2), and exercised administered either saline or H(2)O(2). The activity of DT-diaphorase significantly increased in H(2)O(2) administered and exercised groups, indicating that an increase in H(2)O(2) levels stimulate the activity of this enzyme. The cardiac muscle of H(2)O(2) administered nonexercised animals accumulated significantly more carbonyl than control group (P < 0.05). The exercise and H(2)O(2) administration resulted in less oxidatively modified protein than found in nonexercised groups (P < 0.05). The peptide-like activity of proteasome complex was induced by the treatment of H(2)O(2) and exercise and exercise potentiate the effect of H(2)O(2). On the other hand, the chymotrypsin-like and trypsin-like activities were stimulated only by physical training and H(2)O(2) administration. The data suggest that chronic administration of H(2)O(2) after exercise training decreases the accumulation of carbonyl groups below the steady-state level and induces the activity of proteasome and DT-diaphorase. Hence, the stimulating effect of physical exercise on free radical generation is an important phenomenon of the exercise-induced adaptation process since it increases resistance to oxidative stress. Regular exercise training is a valuable physiological means of preconditioning the myocardium to prolonged oxidative stress.  相似文献

The effect of a 5-month endurance training programme on physical activity and average daily metabolic rate (ADMR) was studied. Subjects were 16 males and 16 females preparing for a half marathon. Total physical activity, measured using an accelerometer, had increased by 62% and 63% after 20 weeks in males and females, respectively. Physical activity during the non-exercise part of the day did not change although in males it tended to increase (15%, NS). The ADMR had increased significantly in males after 8 and 20 weeks (+2.3 and +3.3 MJ.day-1, respectively, P less than 0.05) and exceeded the net energy expenditure for endurance-training three to four times. In females no significant increase in ADMR was found (+1.5 and +1.3 MJ.day-1, after 8 and 20 weeks, respectively). In females the change in ADMR could be largely attributed to the net cost of running itself and a small increase (10%) in resting metabolic rate during the time of day they were awake. In males a discrepancy was observed between the increase of ADMR and the expenditure due to exercise and non-exercise activities. We suggest exercise stimulates habitual physical activity and diet-induced thermogenesis in males but not in females.  相似文献

Increase in 4‐hydroxy‐2‐nonenal (4HNE) due to oxidative stress has been observed in a variety of cardiac diseases such as diabetic cardiomyopathy. 4HNE exerts a damaging effect in the myocardium by interfering with subcellular organelles like mitochondria by forming adducts. Therefore, we hypothesized that increased 4HNE adduct formation in the heart results in proteasome inactivation in isoproterenol (ISO)‐infused type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM) rats. Eight‐week‐old male Sprague Dawley rats were injected with streptozotocin (STZ, 65 mg kg?1). The rats were infused with ISO (5 mg kg?1) for 2 weeks by mini pumps, after 8 weeks of STZ injection. We studied normal control (n = 8) and DM + ISO (n = 10) groups. Cardiac performance was assessed by echocardiography and Millar catheter at the end of the protocol at 20 weeks. Initially, we found an increase in 4HNE adducts in the hearts of the DM + ISO group. There was also a decrease in myocardial proteasomal peptidase (chymotrypsin and trypsin‐like) activity. Increases in cardiomyocyte area (446 ± 32·7 vs 221 ± 10·83) (µm2), per cent area of cardiac fibrosis (7·4 ± 0·7 vs 2·7 ± 0·5) and cardiac dysfunction were also found in DM + ISO (P < 0·05) relative to controls. We also found increased 4HNE adduct formation on proteasomal subunits. Furthermore, reduced aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 activity was observed in the myocardium of the DM + ISO group. Treatment with 4HNE (100 μM) for 4 h on cultured H9c2 cardiomyocytes attenuated proteasome activity. Therefore, we conclude that the 4HNE‐induced decrease in proteasome activity may be involved in the cardiac pathology in STZ‐injected rats infused with ISO. The effect of synthetic parathyroid hormone (PTH)-related peptide [PTHrP(1-34)] on regional myocardial function was studied in 11 anesthetized pigs. Intracoronary infusion of PTHrP (cumulative dose: 14 +/- 1 microg) decreased coronary resistance to 33 +/- 2% of baseline (P < 0.05) and regional myocardial function to 90 +/- 3% of baseline (not significant). Ischemia-reperfusion alters the activity of several kinases and therefore possibly the myocardial effects of PTHrP. In stunned myocardium, induced by 20-min ischemia and 30-min reperfusion, the dose of PTHrP reducing coronary resistance to a minimum of 29 +/- 2% was decreased to 8 +/- 2 microg (P < 0.05). Regional myocardial function was no longer decreased but increased to 132 +/- 9% (P < 0.05). The increase in regional myocardial function during PTHrP was inversely related to baseline function at 30-min reperfusion in vivo (r = 0.9) as well as in myocytes isolated from stunned pig hearts (r = 0.7). In isolated rat hearts subjected to 30-min global ischemia followed by 30-min reperfusion, blockade of endogenous PTHrP by d-Trp(12)-Tyr(34)-PTH(7-34) attenuated the recovery of left ventricular developed pressure by 30 +/- 14% (P < 0.05). Our purpose was to test the significance of exhaustive training in aerobic or endurance capacity. The extent of adaptations to endurance training was evaluated by assessing the increase in physical performance capability and oxidative markers in the organs of rats trained by various exercise programs. Rats were trained by treadmill running 5 days.week-1 at 30 m.min-1 for 8 weeks by one of three protocols: T1-60 min.day-1; T2-120 min.day-1; and T3-120 min.day-1 (3 days.week-1) and to exhaustion (2 days.week-1). Groups T2 and T3 ran for longer than T1 in an endurance exercise test (P less than 0.05), in which the animals ran at 30 m.min-1 to exhaustion; no difference was observed between groups T2 and T3. All 3 trained groups showed a similar increase (20-27%) in the fast-twitch oxidative-glycolytic (FOG) fibers with a concomitant decrease in the fast-twitch glycolytic (FG) fiber population in gastrocnemius (p less than 0.05). The capillary supply in gastrocnemius increased with the duration of exercise (p less than 0.05): no difference was found between groups T2 and T3. Likewise, no distinction was seen between groups T2 and T3 in the increase in succinate dehydrogenase activity in gastrocnemius and the heart. These results suggest that the maximal adaptive response to endurance training does not require daily exhaustive exercise.  相似文献

On isolated hearts obtained from control rats and rats subjected to regular physical exercises (forced swimming) during 6 weeks, we studied the contractile activity of the heart, resistance of the myocardium to ischemia/reperfusion-induced injuries, as well as the dependence of the developed and end-diastolic pressures in the aortic ventricle (AV) on the strain of the myocardium (by means of a dosed increase in the volume of a polyethylene reservoir inserted into the ventricle). It was demonstrated that adaptation to regular graduated physical exercises exerts a positive effect on the functional state of the AV myocardium and its contractile function. This was manifested in intensification of the contractile activity of the myocardium, a decrease in its oxygen “job cost,” and an increase in the resistance to injuries induced by ischemia-reperfusion. In addition, regular physical trainings led to an increase in the resistance of the AV myocardium to the strain. In trained rats, the plateau of the Frank–Starling plot was significantly greater than that in control animals, while the rigidity of the AV myocardium was significantly lower. ABSTRACT

The Djungarian hamsters of our breeding colony show unstable daily activity patterns when kept under standard laboratory conditions. Moreover, part of them develops a delayed activity onset (DAO) or an arrhythmic phenotype. In former studies, we have shown that the system of photic entrainment works at its limits. If the period length (tau) increases, which is the case in DAO hamsters, the light-induced phase advances are too small to compensate the daily delay of the activity rhythm caused by tau being longer than 24 h. Accordingly, under natural conditions, there must be further (environmental) factors to enable a stable entrainment. One of these may be the higher level of motor activity. Animals must cover long distances to search for food, sexual partners and others. In the laboratory, hamsters are kept singly in small cages. This does restrict animals’ options for motor activity. Also, there is less need for moving around as the hamsters are fed ad libitum.

In the present study, a series of experiments was performed to investigate the putative effect of the activity level. To begin with, wild type (WT) and DAO animals were given access to running wheels. 50% of DAO hamsters developed a WT activity pattern. As the main reason for the DAO phenomenon is their long tau together with a too weak photic phase response, the effect of wheel running on these parameters was investigated in further experiments. With higher activity level, tau decreased in WT hamsters but increased in DAO animals even though the increase for the activity onset was only close to significance. Moreover, the photic phase responses were weaker though significant only for the activity offset of DAO hamsters.

Based on the assumptions that running wheel activity will affect the phase response and/or the free running period, the results of the present paper do not provide an explanation for why part of DAO hamsters developed a WT phenotype when they had access to running wheels. Obviously, mechanisms downstream from the suprachiasmatic nuclei must be taken into account when investigating the stabilizing, improving circadian entrainment effect of motor activity.  相似文献

A study was made of the effect of ethacizine, a new antiarrhythmic phenothiazint derivative, on the size of experimental myocardial infarction in rabbits 7 days after ligation of the coronary artery. Ethmozine was used as reference. Ethacizine diminished the extent of necrosis by 22.8% (P less than 0.05) when injected intravenously in divided doses beginning from the 30th minute of 2-hour ligation, the total dose being 1.5 mg/kg. The six-day cycle of ethacizine treatment instituted 24 h after coronary artery ligation (daily dose 1.2 mg/kg) provoked a more considerable reduction of the myocardial infarction size (by 44.9%). The effect of ethmozine was less pronounced though statistically significant. Ethacizine increased ATP content in both the ischemic and "intact" myocardium and minimized the impairment of membrane permeability in the occlusion zone 3 h after ligation when injected according to the first above-described scheme. It is assumed that these effects may contribute to the drug protective action on the ischemic myocardium.  相似文献

Cardiac hypertrophy and failure were induced in male Wistar rats by daily administration of 5 mg/kg isoproterenol for three weeks. Age-matched animals were used as normal control. To estimate the degree of hypertrophy, the wet heart weight (HW) to body weight (BW) ratio (HW/BW) was used as an index of the myocardial enlargement. By the 7th day of the treatment, the HW/BW ratio was increased to 4.24, as compared with the control value of 3.11. In this early stage of cardiomyopathy, the structure was characterized with small necrotic foci, enlarged myofilaments and swollen mitochondria. The electrical activity showed broadened action potentials with an elevated plateau phase, and increased membrane resistance and time constant. The amplitude of the twitch contractions was elevated. Continuing the treatment of the animals with catecholamine caused a decompensated heart failure by the 21st day. In this late stage, many and large necrotic foci could be observed in the myocardium. The mitochondria were fragmented, and the resistance of the sarcolemma decreased, and the electrical and contractile activity suppressed. The results indicate that an electrically and structurally compensated cardiac hypertrophy model can be produced by a short-term treatment of the animals with isoproterenol, while a long-term treatment causes a decompensated heart failure.  相似文献

Successive bouts of endurance exercise are associated with both increased cardiac levels of heat shock protein-72 (HSP-72) and improved cardioprotection against ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)-induced cardiac cell death. Although overexpression of HSP-72 has been shown to be cardioprotective in transgenic animals, it is unclear whether increased levels of HSP-72 are essential for exercise-induced cardioprotection against I/R-mediated cell death. We tested the hypothesis that exercise-induced increases in myocardial levels of HSP-72 are required to achieve exercise-mediated protection against I/R-induced cardiac cell death. To test this postulate, we investigated the effect of preventing the exercise-induced increase in cardiac HSP-72 on myocardial infarction and apoptosis after 50 min of in vivo ischemia and 120 min of reperfusion. Adult male rats remained sedentary or performed successive bouts of endurance exercise in cold (8 degrees C) or warm (22 degrees C) environments. We found that, compared with sedentary control animals, exercise in a warm environment significantly increased myocardial HSP-72 content. In contrast, exercise in the cold environment prevented the exercise-induced increase in myocardial HSP-72 levels. After in vivo myocardial I/R, infarct size was reduced in both exercised groups compared with sedentary animals. Furthermore, compared with sedentary rats, I/R-induced myocardial apoptosis (as indicated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP-mediated nick-end labeling-positive nuclei and caspase-3 activity) was attenuated in both groups of exercised animals. Therefore, although HSP-72 has cardioprotective properties, our results reveal that increased myocardial levels of HSP-72 (above control) are not essential for exercise-induced protection against I/R-induced myocardial infarction and apoptosis.  相似文献

The development of heart lesions induced by isoprenaline (ISO) was quantitatively evaluated by 203Hg-Mercurascan (MSC) which was taken up and retained in the damaged cells. After the administration of ISO, the MSC uptake increased immediately at a constant rate, which was independent of the dose of ISO. A higher cardiotoxic effect of increased doses of ISO was caused by prolongation of the time during which the development of heart lesions proceeded. Later, when the damaged cells were subjected to cytolysis, MSC uptake decreased. The blockade of the effect of ISO by methypranol immediately stopped any further increase of MSC uptake. The accumulation of other labelled substances (Neohydrin, HgCl2, CaCl2) in the damaged myocardium was compared with the uptake of MSC. MSC and HgCl2 in particular are suitable for the observation of early changes; relatively less CaCl2 accumulated in the damaged hearts, but it can be used for the detection of more advanced lesions.  相似文献
