The locomotor activity of the millipede Glyphiulus cavernicolus (Spirostreptida), which occupies the deeper recesses of a cave, was monitored in light-dark (LD) cycles (12h light and 12h darkness), constant darkness (DD), and constant light (LL) conditions. These millipedes live inside the cave and are apparently never exposed to any periodic factors of the environment such as light-dark, temperature, and humidity cycles. The activity of a considerable fraction of these millipedes was found to show circadian rhythm, which entrained to a 12:12 LD cycle with maximum activity during the dark phase of the LD cycle. Under constant darkness (DD), 56.5% of the millipedes (n = 23) showed circadian rhythms, with average free-running period of 25.7h ± 3.3h (mean ± SD, range 22.3h to 35.0h). The remaining 43.5% of the millipedes, however, did not show any clear-cut rhythm. Under DD conditions following an exposure to LD cycles, 66.7% (n = 9) showed faint circadian rhythm, with average free-running period of 24.0h ± 0.8h (mean ± SD, range 22.9h to 25.2h). Under constant light (LL) conditions, only 2 millipedes of 11 showed free-running rhythms, with average period length of 33.3h ± 1.3h. The results suggest that these cave-dwelling millipedes still possess the capacity to measure time and respond to light and dark situations. Locomotor activity of the surface-dwelling millipede Syngalobolus sp. was recorded under laboratory conditions. Infra-red diodes were used to detect the locomotor activity in an oval shaped chamber, which was connected with an event recorder. The results of 11 individuals showed that the millipedes entrained to light/dark (LD12:12 h) conditions with negative phase angle difference (–83.2 ± 24.72 min). The millipedes showed a clear-cut free-running rhythm with a period (t) of 23.8 ± 1.0 h (n = 9) in constant darkness (DD). The period in continuous light (LL) was relatively greater (25.2 ± 0.1 h; n = 3) than that in DD.  相似文献

The eclosion and oviposition rhythms of flies from a population of Drosophila melanogaster maintained under constant conditions of the laboratory were assayed under constant light (LL), constant darkness (DD), and light/dark (LD) cycles of 10:10 h (T20), 12:12 h (T24), and 14:14 h (T28). The mean (±95% confidence interval; CI) free-running period (τ) of the oviposition rhythm was 26.34 ± 1.04 h and 24.50 ± 1.77 h in DD and LL, respectively. The eclosion rhythm showed a τ of 23.33 ± 0.63 h (mean ± 95% CI) in DD, and eclosion was not rhythmic in LL. The τ of the oviposition rhythm in DD was significantly greater than that of the eclosion rhythm. The eclosion rhythm of all 10 replicate vials entrained to the three periodic light regimes, T20, T24, and T28, whereas the oviposition rhythm of only about 24 and 41% of the individuals entrained to T20 and T24 regimes, respectively, while about 74% of the individuals assayed in T28 regimes showed entrainment. Our results thus clearly indicate that the τ and the limits of entrainment of eclosion rhythm are different from those of the oviposition rhythm, and hence this reinforces the view that separate oscillators may regulate these two rhythms in D. melanogaster.  相似文献

Fifteen percent of intact female German cockroaches (n = 13), Blattella germanica (L.) (Dictyoptera: Blattellidae), had weak free-running locomotor rhythmicity under 28°C and constant darkness conditions. However, 86% of ovariectomized females (n = 14) showed a strong free-running rhythm under the same conditions with a circadian period of 23.60 ± 0.15 h, similar to the male's period of 23.45±0.03 h. In addition, the locomotory activities occurred mainly during the subjective night under DD conditions as was the case in males. These results indicated that female locomotion was under the control of a circadian oscillator, which was masked by the existence of ovaries. This internal masking effect could be removed by the existence of males, but females had no effect on the locomotor pattern of another female. Since the male failed to entrain female locomotion, its role as a zeitgeber was excluded. That the locomotory pattern of the females still coincided with their reproductive cycle when exposed to male odor suggests that exposure to a male only partially removed the internal masking effects.  相似文献

Specimens of the fiddler crab Uca subcylindrica (Stimpson) were captured in south Texas (USA) for locomotor rhythm studies. Actographic data were analyzed using Tau™ sofware. Under constant illumination (LL) and darkness (DD), the semiterrestrial crabs express a circadian rhythm of locomotion. When exposed to illumination/darkness cycles (LD12:12 or LD14:10), their bouts of activity are entrained to the photoperiod. In LD, activity is generally bimodal with an initial burst about 0.5 h after illumination. A second burst of activity begins 1 to 2 h before the end of illumination. When transferred from LD to LL, a locomotor rhythm with an average period of 24.6 ± 1.0 h (n = 19) is expressed in 89 percent of the crabs. On the other hand, when placed in DD after LD (n = 8), the crabs are either arrythmic or weakly rhythmic (period = 23.8 ± 0.2 h; n = 2). If the onset of illumination is advanced by 6 h, a period of less than 24.0 h is detected in the actogram. If the onset of illumination is delayed by 6 h, a locomotor rhythm with a period greater than 24.0 h appears. The locomotor behavior of this species of fiddler crab, Uca subcylindrica, is not related to the tidal rhythmicities seen in other members of the genus Uca. In this paper we report the results of an experiment to assess how closely repeated brief light pulses (LPs) mimic the effects of 12:12 h light/dark (LD) cycles (PPc). The locomotor activity rhythm of individual fruit flies from a laboratory population of Drosophila melanogaster was monitored under four different photoperiodic regimens, created using 12 h of light and 12 h of darkness or brief light pulses (LPs). The phase relationship (Ψ) and the stability (precision) of the locomotor activity rhythm during entrainment were estimated in order to compare the state of the circadian clocks under the four different photoperiodic regimens. The flies (n = 72) were subjected to four different LD cycles: (i) 12 h of light and 12 h of darkness (complete photoperiod, PPc); (ii) a single brief LP of 15 min duration presented close to the onset of activity (SLP-1); (iii) a single brief LP of 15 min duration administered close to the offset of activity (SLP-2); and (iv) two brief LPs administered 12 h apart (skeleton photoperiod, PPs). The locomotor activity rhythm of the flies was first monitored under constant darkness (DD) for about 10 days and then under the four different photoperiodic regimens for about 10 days, and finally in DD for the remainder of the experiment. The Ψ of the locomotor activity rhythm and its precision under PPc and PPs did not differ significantly, but they were significantly different from the SLP-1 and SLP-2 conditions. The results provide interesting insights into photoentrainment mechanisms of circadian clocks in D. melanogaster, and suggest that skeleton photoperiods, but not single brief LPs, mimic the actions of complete photoperiods.  相似文献

The locomotor activity rhythm of the media workers of the ant species Camponotus compressus was monitored under constant conditions of the laboratory to understand the role of circadian clocks in social organization. The locomotor activity rhythm of most ants entrained to a 24 h light/dark (12:12 h; LD) cycle and free-ran under constant darkness (DD) with circadian periodicities. Under entrained conditions about 75% of media workers displayed nocturnal activity patterns, and the rest showed diurnal activity patterns. In free-running conditions these ants displayed three types of activity patterns (turn-around). The free-running period (τ) of the locomotor activity rhythm of some ants (10 out of 21) showed period lengthening, and those of a few (6 out of 21) showed period shortening, whereas the locomotor activity rhythm of the rest of the ants (5 out of 21) underwent large phase shifts. Interestingly, the pre-turn-around τ of those ants that showed nocturnal activity patterns during earlier LD entrainment was shorter than 24 h, which became greater than 24 h after 6-9 days of free-run in DD. On the other hand, the pre-turn-around τ of those ants, which exhibited diurnal patterns during earlier LD entrainment, was greater than 24 h, which became shorter than 24 h after 6-9 days of free-run in DD. The patterns of activity under LD cycles and the turn-around of activity patterns in DD regime suggest that these ants are shift workers in their respective colonies, and they probably use their circadian clocks for this purpose. Circadian plasticity thus appears to be a general strategy of the media workers of the ant species C. compressus to cope with the challenges arising due to their roles in the colony constantly exposed to a fluctuating environment.  相似文献

The gymnotid electric fish, Eigenmannia virescens, exhibits electric discharge rhythmicity both in alternate light-dark (LD; 12h light, 12h dark [LD 12:12]) and in constant dark (DD) conditions. It suggests that the electric discharge rhythm is under control of the circadian clock. The free-running periods (FRPs) of electric discharge rhythms at 21°C in DD are greater than, but close to, 24h. The maximum of the electric discharge in the Eigenmannia system peaks approximately at circadian time 6 (CT6) in the middle of the subjective day. The circadian oscillator in the system is temperature compensated. This original report reveals the relationship between electric discharge activity and the circadian pacemaker in Eigenmannia and provides an alternative system to investigate circadian rhythms in vertebrates. The golden hamster (Mesocricetus auratus) is one of the most frequently used laboratory animals, particularly in chronobiological studies. One reason is its very robust and predictable rhythms, although the question arises whether this is an inbreeding effect or rather is typical for the species. We compared the daily (circadian) activity rhythms of wild and laboratory golden hamsters. The laboratory hamsters were derived from our own outbred stock (Zoh:GOHA). The wild hamsters included animals captured in Syria and their descendants (F1). Experiments were performed under entrained (light: dark [LD] 14h:10h) and under free-running (constant darkness, DD) conditions. Locomotor activity was recorded using passive infrared detectors. Under entrained conditions, the animals had access to a running wheel for a certain time to induce additional activity. After 3 weeks in constant darkness, a light pulse (15 min, 100 lux) was applied at circadian time 14 (CT14). Both laboratory and wild hamsters showed well-pronounced and very similar activity rhythms. Under entrained conditions, all hamsters manifested about 80% of their total 24h activity during the dark portion of the LD cycle. The robustness of the daily rhythms was also similar. However, interindividual variability was higher in wild hamsters for both measures. All animals used the running wheels almost exclusively during the dark portion of the LD cycle, although the wild hamsters were three times more active. The period length, measured in constant darkness, was significantly shorter in wild (23.93h ± 0.10h) than in laboratory hamsters (24.06 ± 0.07h). The light-induced phase changes were not different (about 1.5h). In summary, these results indicate that the laboratory hamster is not much different from the wild type. The circadian pacemaker controlling the eclosion rhythm of the high altitude Himalayan strains of Drosophila ananassae captured at Badrinath (5123 m) required ambient temperature at 21°C for the entrainment and free-running processes. At this temperature, their eclosion rhythms entrained to 12h light, 12h dark (LD 12:12) cycles and free-ran when transferred from constant light (LL) to constant darkness (DD) or upon transfer to constant temperature at 21°C following entrainment to temperature cycles in DD. These strains, however, were arrhythmic at 13 or 17°C under identical experimental conditions. Eclosion medians always occurred in the thermophase of temperature cycles whether they were imposed in LL or DD; or whether the thermophase coincided with the photophase or scotophase of the concurrent LD 12:12 cycles. The temperature dependent rhythmicity in the Himalayan strains of D. ananassae is a rare phenotypic plasticity that might have been acquired through natural selection by accentuating the coupling sensing mechanism of the pacemaker to temperature, while simultaneously suppressing the effects of light on the pacemaker.  相似文献

Fasting increases neuropeptide Y (NPY) concentrations in the arcuate nucleus (ARC), its site of synthesis, and in other regions of the rat hypothalamus. Neuropeptide Y is a potent central orexigenic agent and may therefore stimulate appetite during fasting. We tested the hypothesis that low plasma insulin levels stimulate ARC levels of NPY in fasted rats. Compared with freely fed controls (n = 8), rats fasted for 72 h (n = 8) showed significantly lower plasma insulin levels (28.9 ± 1.6 vs. 52.6 ± 5.7 pmol/l; p < 0.001) and higher ARC NPY concentrations (14.2 ± 1.8 vs. 8.4 ± 2.2 fmol/μg protein; p < 0.001). Fasted rats treated with subcutaneous insulin (5 U/kg/day; n = 10), which nearly normalized plasma insulin (46.6 ± 2.8 pmol/l), showed intermediate ARC NPY levels (11.2 ± 1.4 fmol/μg protein; p < 0.01 vs. controls and untreated fasted rats). Insulin administered peripherally, therefore, attenuates fasting-induced NPY increases in the ARC, supporting the hypothesis that hypoinsulinemia stimulates hypothalamic NPY.  相似文献

1,3-Butadiene is an important industrial chemical and a common environmental contaminant. Because of its suspected carcinogenicity butadiene-related research has gained high activity. The obvious lack of knowledge so far has been that a biomonitoring method that can detect at least one of the metabolites of butadiene from body fluids or excretas does not exist. In this communication we describe a robust and simple analytical method which can be applied for biomonitoring purposes. We have developed a method that can detect 3-butene-1,2-diol in urine samples of rats inhalation-exposed to various concentrations of 1,3-butadiene. The method is based on liquid–liquid extraction and subsequent gas chromatographic analysis. The extraction efficiency of 3-butene-1,2-diol at a concentration of 2.2 μg/ml was 95% (SD=±3%, n=3) and was achieved by using sodium chloride saturation and isopropanol as an extracting solvent. The standard deviation of the gas chromatographic analysis was ±2% (n=12), the limit of detection was 0.08 μg/ml, the limit of quantitation was 0.11 μg/ml (SD=±4.8%, n=3) and the analysis was observed to be linear from 0.11 to 486 μg/ml (R=0.9987). Animals exposed to 1,3-butadiene showed a linear excretion of 3-butene-1,2-diol into urine as a function of butadiene exposure. During the exposure saturation of metabolism or accumulation of 1,3-butadiene or 3-butene-1,2-diol into the body was not observed in any exposure levels used.  相似文献

Since very few previous studies have carried out the quantitative analysis for the colocalization of nitric oxide (NO) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in the submucous neurons in the rat digestive tract, we applied in vivo treatment of colchicine to enhance the immunoreactivity and examined the colocalization of NO synthase (nNOS) and VIP in neurons of the submucous plexus throughout the rat digestive tract. The density of nNOS-containing neurons in the submucous plexus in the stomach corpus (103±25 cells/cm2, n=3) and that in the antrum (157±9 cells/cm2, n=3) were significantly lower than those in small and large intestine. However no difference was detected in the cell density among duodenum (1967±188 cells/cm2, n=3), jejunum (2640±140 cells/cm2, n=3), ileum (2070±42 cells/cm2, n=3), proximal colon (2243±138 cells/cm2, n=3) and distal colon (2633±376 cells/cm2, n=3). The proportion of nNOS-immunoreactive (IR), nNOS/VIP-IR and VIP-IR neurons to the total number of submucous neurons was examined. nNOS/VIP-IR neurons comprised 45–55% of total number of submucous neurons from the duodenum to the proximal colon, however those comprised 66.4±5.1% in the distal colon. The results showed that the dense distribution of nNOS-containing neurons was found in the submucous plexus throughout the small and large intestine, and large population of submucous neurons co-stored nNOS and VIP.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the results of our extensive study on eclosion rhythm of four independent populations of Drosophila melanogaster that were reared in constant light (LL) environment of the laboratory for more than 700 generations. The eclosion rhythm of these flies was assayed under LL, constant darkness (DD) and three periodic light-dark (LD) cycles (T20, T24, and T28). The percentage of vials from each population that exhibited circadian rhythm of eclosion in DD and in LL (intensity of approximately 100 lux) was about 90% and 18%, respectively. The mean free-running period (τ) of eclosion rhythm in DD was 22.85 ± 0.87 h (mean ± SD). Eclosion rhythm of these flies entrained to all the three periodic LD cycles, and the phase relationship (ψ) of the peak of eclosion with respect to “lights-on” of the LD cycle was significantly different in the three periodic light regimes (T20, T24, and T28). The results thus clearly demonstrate that these flies have preserved the ability to exhibit circadian rhythm of eclosion and the ability to entrain to a wide range of periodic LD cycles even after being in an aperiodic environment for several hundred generations. This suggests that circadian clocks may have intrinsic adaptive value accrued perhaps from coordinating internal metabolic cycles in constant conditions, and that the entrainment mechanisms of circadian clocks are possibly an integral part of the clockwork.  相似文献

The erythrocyte deformability, which is related to erythrocyte internal viscosity, was suggested to depend upon the physico-chemical properties of haemoglobin. In the present study we employed ESR spectroscopy in order to explore further the extent to which the in vivo or in vitro glycation and/or glycoxidation might affect haemoglobin structure and conformation. We revealed that under both in vivo and in vitro conditions the attachment of glucose induced a mobilization of thiol groups in the selected domains of haemoglobin molecules (the increased h+1/h0 parameter of maleimide spin label, MSL; 0.377 ± 0.021 in diabetics vs 0.338 ± 0.017 in controls, n = 12, P < 0.0001). The relative rotational correlation time (τc) of two spin labels, TEMPONE and TEMPAMINE, respectively, in erythrocyte insides (5.22 ± 0.42 in diabetics, n = 21 vs 4.79 ± 0.38, n = 16 in controls, P < 0.005) and in the solutions of in vitro glycated haemoglobin, were increased. Neither oxidation nor crosslinking of thiol groups was evidenced in glycated and/or oxidized haemoglobin. In addition, erythrocyte deformability was found to be reduced in type 2 diabetic patients (6.71 ± 1.08, n = 28 vs 7.31 ± 0.96, n = 21, P < 0.015). In conclusion, these observations suggest that: the attachment of glucose to haemoglobin might have decreased the mobility of the Lys-adjacent Cys residues, thus leading to the increased h+1/h0 parameter of MSL. Such structural changes in haemoglobin owing to non-enzymatic glycosylation may contribute to the increased viscosity of haemoglobin solutions (r = 0.497, P < 0.0035) and the enhanced internal viscosity of diabetic erythrocytes (r = 0.503, P < 0.003). We argue that such changes in haemoglobin, and consequently in red blood cells, might contribute to the handicapped oxygen release under tissue hypoxia in the diabetic state.  相似文献

Angiotensin II (Ang II) type 2 receptors (AT2Rs) have been associated with apoptosis. We hypothesized that AT2Rs are increased in stroke and may contribute effects of stroke to the brain. To test this, we have examined the expression of Ang II type 1 receptor (AT1R), AT2R and Ang II levels in the brain 24 h after transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The densities of AT1R and AT2R were measured by quantitative autoradiography (n=6). The levels of Ang II were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) (n=6) and by immunohistochemistry (n=3). AT1R levels on autoradiography showed a significant decrease (0.87±0.06 to 1.39±0.07 fmol/mg, p<0.01) in the ventral cortex of the stroke side compared to the cortices of non-stroke (NS) rats (n=4). There was no significant difference on ATIR in the contralateral verbal cortex of the stroke rats compared to NS control. In contrast, levels of AT2R in the ventral cortex of both the stroke and the contralateral sides were significantly increased (0.77±0.06, p<0.05 and 0.91±0.05, p<0.01 compared to 0.60±0.03 fmol/mg tissue, respectively). RIA showed that Ang II in the ventral cortex of both the stroke and the contralateral sides were significantly increased (241.63±47.72, p<0.01 and 165.51±42.59, p<0.05 compared to 76.80±4.10 pg/g tissue, respectively). Also, Ang II in the hypothalamus was significantly increased (179.50±17.49 to 118.50±6.65 pg/g tissue, p<0.05). Immunohistochemistry confirmed the increase of Ang II. These results demonstrate that brain Ang II and AT2Rs are increased whereas AT1Rs are decreased after transient MCAO in rats. We conclude that in stroke, Ang II and AT2R are activated and may contribute neural effects to brain ischemia.  相似文献

Fifteen consecutive patients (mean age 66 ± 14, range 31–82) with an acute myocardial infarction (MI) suitable for thrombolytic therapy were included in this study. Autoantibodies against oxidized low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Patients (n = 10) with marked elevation of the MB isoenzyme of creatinine kinase (CK-MB)-mass had significant decreases of oLDL-Ab during the acute phase, with a minimum after 8 h following the onset of thrombolytic therapy (within-group significance: p < .001; between groups: p = .01). Patients (n = 5) with CK-MB-mass values less than 70 ng/ml did not show this phenomenon. Furthermore, significant correlations existed between CK-MB-mass and oLDL-Ab after 6 and 8 h (n = 15; R = .72; P = .003) and the time of the highest CK-MB-mass values (after 12 h) and the time of the maximal decrease of oLDL-Ab (after 8 h) (r = .74; P = .003). Our observations provide further evidence for the release of free radicals and for increased lipid peroxidation during reperfusion after prolonged ischemia. The decrease of oLDL-Ab appears to be a marker for the severity of MI.  相似文献

This study was designed to see if giving exogenous oestradiol, during the follicular phase of the oestrous cycle of intact ewes, during the breeding season or transition into anoestrus, would alter the occurrence, timing or magnitude of the preovulatory surge of secretion of luteinising hormone (LH) or follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). During the breeding season and the time of transition, separate groups of ewes were infused (intravenously) with either saline (30 ml h−1; n = 6) or oestradiol in saline (n = 6) for 30 h. Infusion started 12 h after removal of progestin-containing intravaginal sponges that had been in place for 12 days. The initial dose of oestradiol was 0.02 μg h−1; this was doubled every 4 h for 20 h, followed by every 5 h up to 30 h, to reach a maximum of 1.5 μg h−1. Following progestin removal during the breeding season, peak serum concentrations of oestradiol in control ewes were 10.31 ± 1.04 pg ml−1, at 49.60 ± 3.40 h after progestin removal. There was no obvious peak during transition, but at a time after progestin removal equivalent to the time of the oestradiol peak in ewes at mid breeding season, oestradiol concentrations were 6.70 ± 1.14 pg ml−1 in ewes in transition (P < 0.05). In oestradiol treated ewes, peak serum oestradiol concentrations (24.8 ± 2.1 pg ml−1) and time to peak (41.00 ± 0.05 h) did not differ between seasons (P > 0.05). During the breeding season, all six control ewes and four of six ewes given oestradiol showed oestrus with LH and FSH surges. The two ewes not showing oestrus did not respond to oestrus synchronisation and had persistently high serum concentrations of progesterone. During transition, three of six control ewes showed oestrus but only two had LH and FSH surges; all oestradiol treated ewes showed oestrus and gonadotrophin surges (P < 0.05). The timing and magnitude of LH and FSH surges did not vary with treatment or season. In blood samples collected every 12 min for 6 h, from 12 h after the start of oestradiol infusion, mean serum concentrations of LH and LH pulse frequency were lower in control ewes during transition than during mid breeding season (P < 0.05). Oestradiol treatment resulted in lower mean serum concentrations of LH in season and lower LH pulse frequency in transition (P < 0.05). Bovine embryos cultured in serum-containing media abnormally accumulate lipids in the cytoplasm. This is well known to contribute to their higher susceptibility to cryopreservation and biopsied embryos are even further susceptible. We aimed to improve in vitro produced (IVP) embryos resistance to micromanipulation and cryopreservation by supplementing serum-containing media with trans-10, cis-12 conjugated linoleic acid (t10, c12 CLA). The effect of t10, c12 CLA on lipid deposition and embryonic development was also tested. After in vitro maturation and fertilization (IVF day = D0), zygotes were cultured on granulosa cells + M199 + 10% serum + 100 μM GSH supplemented with 100 μM of t10, c12 CLA (CLA group, n = 1394) or without supplementation (control group, n = 1431). Samples of D7/D8 embryos were observed under Nomarsky microscopy for lipid droplets evaluation while others were biopsied and vitrified (group B-Control, n = 24; group B-CLA, n = 23). Non-biopsied embryos were also frozen (group NB-Control, n = 49; group NB-CLA, n = 45). Biopsied cells were used for embryo sex determination. Postwarming embryo survival and viability were determined at 0 and 24 h of culture, respectively. Supplementation of t10, c12 CLA did not influence cleavage, embryo sex ratio, D7/D8 embryo rate or morphological quality. CLA embryos had higher number of small lipid droplets (P ≤ 0.003) and a smaller (P < 0.001) fat embryo index being leaner (P = 0.008) than control embryos. Embryo postwarming survival was higher in B-CLA than in B-control group (95.0 ± 7.0% versus 62.5 ± 7.9%; P < 0.001). After 24 h of culture, the viability (expansion rate) of biopsied embryos and nonbiopsied embryos, cultured with t10, c12 CLA was higher than control embryos (B-CLA = 64.6 ± 4.4% and B-control = 27.5 ± 2.5%, P = 0.01; NB-CLA = 86.0 ± 3.5% and NB-Control = 68.6 ± 7.0%, P = 0.05). Results showed that supplying t10, c12 CLA to serum-containing media decreases embryo cytoplasmic lipid deposition during in vitro culture and significantly improves resistance of IVP embryos to micromanipulation and cryopreservation.  相似文献
