The sn-glycerol-3-phosphate (glycerol-P) acyltransferase of Escherichia coli cytoplasmic membrane was purified in Triton X-100 (Green, P. R., Merrill, A. H., Jr., and Bell, R. M. (1981) J. Biol. Chem. 256, 11151-11159) and incorporated into mixed micelles containing Triton X-100, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, cardiolipin, and beta-octyl glucoside. Enzyme activity was quantitatively reconstituted from the mixed micelle into single-walled phospholipid vesicles by chromatography over Sephadex G-50. Activity coeluted with vesicles of 90-nm average diameter on columns of Sepharose CL-4B and Sephacryl S-1000. These vesicles contained less than 2 Triton X-100 and 5 beta-octyl glucoside molecules/100 phospholipid molecules. Calculations suggested that up to eight 91,260-dalton glycerol-P acyltransferase polypeptides were incorporated per 90-nm vesicle. The pH dependence and apparent Km values for glycerol-P and palmitoyl-CoA of the glycerol-P acyltransferase reconstituted into vesicles were similar to those observed upon reconstitution by mixing of the enzyme in Triton X-100 with a 20-fold molar excess of sonicated phosphatidylethanolamine:phosphatidylglycerol:cardiolipin, 6:1:1. The integrity of vesicles containing glycerol-P acyltransferase was established by trapping 5,5'-dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid). Chymotrypsin inactivated greater than 95% of the glycerol-P acyltransferase in intact vesicles and cleaved the 91,260-dalton polypeptide into several vesicle-bound and several released peptides, indicating that critical domains of the enzyme are accessible in intact vesicles. Trinitrobenzene sulfonate and 4,4'-diisothiocyano-2,2'-disulfonic acid stilbene caused greater than 90% loss of glycerol-P acyltransferase in vesicles. Disruption of vesicles with Triton X-100 did not reveal significant latent activity. These data strongly suggest that the glycerol-P acyltransferase was reconstituted asymmetrically into the vesicles with its active site facing outward.  相似文献

Phosphatidylserine decarboxylase activity has been characterized in membrane preparations from Clostridium butyricum ATCC 19398. A particulate fraction was shown to catalyze the formation of phosphatidylethanolamine and plasmenylethanolamine when vesicles containing phosphatidylserine and plasmenylserine were used as substrate. No plasmenylethanolamine was formed when phosphatidylserine alone was used as substrate. The activity with phosphatidylserine was activated by divalent cations and was optimal under anaerobic conditions. Ionic detergents inhibited phosphatidylethanolamine formation strongly and nonionic detergents inhibited partially. In the presence of Triton X-100, phosphate from [32P]phosphatidylserine appeared in three unidentified lipid products, in addition to phosphatidylethanolamine. The formation of these products was time- and Triton X-100 concentration-dependent. Hydroxylamine inhibited phosphatidylserine decarboxylase, but did not prevent the reactions stimulated by Triton X-100.  相似文献

The composition and patterns of metabolism of phospholipids isolated as part of a lipid-depleted membrane fragment (LDM fragment) and associated with the membrane adenosine triphosphatase complex have been compared with those of the bulk membrane phospholipid. The bulk lipid was extracted from washed membranes with sodium cholate. The LDM fragments, which contained a portion of the electron transport system and the membrane adenosine triphosphatase complex, were purified by chromatography with Sepharose 6B. The LDM fragment preparations contained 0.10 +/- 0.02 mumol of lipid phosphorus per mg of protein, compared with 0.54 +/- 0.05 mumol of lipid phosphorus per mg of protein for washed membranes. The phospholipid associated with the LDM fragments consisted of 78 +/- 4% cardiolipin, 7 +/- 1% phosphatidylglycerol, and 15 +/- 3% phosphatidylethanolamine. Changes in the total membrane lipid composition (produced by culture conditions) did not alter the phospholipid composition of the LDM fragments. The adenosine triphosphate complex was separated from the other components of the LDM fragments by suspension of the fragments in 1% Triton X-100 and precipitation with antibody specific for the F(1) component of the adenosine triphosphatase complex. The phospholipid isolated with the adenosine triphosphatase complex consisted of 86% cardiolipin, 8% phosphatidylglycerol, and 6% phosphatidylethanolamine. In pulse-chase experiments with (32)P and [2-(3)H]glycerol, the labeling patterns of the phosphatididylglycerol and phosphatidylethanolamine associated with the LDM fragments were different from those of the bulk membrane phosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidylethanolamine. It was concluded that at least a portion of the phospholipid isolated with the LDM fragments was part of a native lipid-protein complex.  相似文献

The synthesis of phosphatidylcholine (PC) in rod outer segments (ROS) catalysed by lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase and phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase (PE N-MTase) was studied and the effects of natural (FA and lysophospholipids) and synthetic (Triton X-100, deoxycholate and CHAPS) surfactants was evaluated. In all experimental conditions used, incorporation of labelled oleate into lysophosphatidylcholine (lysoPC) was at least 40 times greater than oleate incorporation into any other lysophospholipid. Acylation of lysoPC was slightly affected by Triton X-100 and was totally inhibited in the presence of 10 mM sodium deoxycholate (NaDOC) or CHAPS. Below their critical micelle concentration (cmc) Triton X-100 and NaDOC stimulated acylation of all ROS lysophospholipids analysed. The activity of PE N-MTase was stimulated at detergent concentrations below the cmc and inhibited at concentrations above the cmc for all three detergents tested. The effect of FA with differing degree of unsaturation on PC synthesis was evaluated. Oleic acid (10 microM) inhibited methyl group incorporation into total PC, whereas from 100 microM onward, the methylating activity increased with preferential synthesis of PC. Docosahexaenoic acid, in turn, inhibited PE N-MTase activity at every concentration tested. These results suggest that PC synthesis in ROS membranes is modified by bioregulators and surfactants altering the physico-chemical state of the membrane.  相似文献

Envelope membranes were isolated from potato tuber amyloplastby a discontinuous sucrose density gradient and high speed centrifugation. These membranes catalyzed the transfer of [14C]glucose fromUDP-[14C]glucose to endogenous sterol acceptors and, in turn, catalyzed the esterification of steryl glucosides with fattyacids from an endogenous acyl donor. The synthesis of sterylglucosides was stimulated in the presence of Triton. X-100,while formation of acyl steryl glucosides was inhibited by thedetergent. However, in the presence of an added sterol acceptorand Triton X-100, the inhibition of acyl steryl glucoside synthesiswas overcome by the addition of phosphatidylethanolamine. Theenzyme involved in steryl glucoside formation was solubilizedby treatment of the envelope membranes with 0.3% Triton X-100.The solubilized enzyme had an almost absolute requirement forsterol acceptors. The role of phospholipids in the activity of UDP-Glc-NAc:dolichol phosphate GlcNAc-1-phosphate transferase of rat lung microsomes has been investigated. Treatment of microsomes with phospholipase A2 in the presence of delipidated bovine serum albumin resulted in a time-dependent loss of 65 to 75% of the enzyme activity and approximately 30% of the phospholipids. Addition of phosphatidylglycerol to the enzyme assay system containing phospholipase A2-treated microsomes restored activity to that obtained with native microsomes and phosphatidylglycerol. Addition of phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylcholine, or cardiolipin resulted in only partial restoration of activity, whereas phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine were without effect. Triton X-100 was not by itself capable of restoring activity, but was required for the phospholipid effect. Measurements of the phospholipase A2 hydrolysis products released from the microsomes during digestion, and other control experiments of adding fatty acids and lysophospholipids to the enzyme assay system, indicated that the loss of UDP-GlcNAc:dolichol phosphate GlcNAc-1-phosphate transferase activity was not due to product inhibition.  相似文献

A crude preparation of membrane-bound phospholipase A (detergent-resistant) in Escherichia coli K-12 cells was found to be quite stable or even apparently activated on incubation at 100 degrees C, but became strikingly thermolabile when it was highly purified and Triton X-100 was removed from the purified enzyme preparation. The rate of inactivation showed a biphasic temperature dependence: inactivation was rapid at 37 degrees C and also above 70 degrees C. Inactivation above 70 degrees C changed the mobility of the enzyme on sodium dodecyl sulfate/polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, but inactivation at 37 degrees C did not affect the electrophoretic mobility. Triton X-100 effectively protected the enzyme against inactivation at 37 degrees C. The concentration required for the protection of the enzyme was more than its critical micelle concentration. Phospholipids, such as phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, cardiolipin, phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylethanolamine, and lysophosphatidylcholine, also protected the enzyme against inactivation at 37 degrees C. These results suggest that the binding of hydrophobic compounds stabilizes the enzyme.  相似文献

Pulse-chase experiments in Bacillus megaterium ATCC 14581 with [U-14C]palmitate, L-[U-14C]serine, and [U-14C]glycerol showed that a large pool of phosphatidylglycerol (PG) which exhibited rapid turnover in the phosphate moiety (PGt) underwent very rapid interconversion with the large diglyceride (DG) pool. Kinetics of DG labeling indicated that the fatty acyl and diacylated glycerol moieties of PGt were also utilized as precursors for net DG formation. The [U-14C]glycerol pulse-chase results also confirmed the presence of a second, metabolically stable pool of PG (PGs), which was deduced from [32P]phosphate studies. The other major phospholipid, phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), exhibited pronounced lags relative to PG and DG in 14C-fatty acid, [14C]glycerol, and [32P]phosphate incorporation, but not for incorporation of L-[U-14C]serine into the ethanolamine group of PE or into the serine moiety of the small phosphatidylserine (PS) pool. Furthermore, initial rates of L-[U-14C]serine incorporation into the serine and ethanolamine moieties of PS and PE were unaffected by cerulenin. The results provided compelling in vivo evidence that de novo PGt, PS, and PE synthesis in this organism proceed for the most part sequentially in the order PGt yields PS yields PE rather than via branching pathways from a common intermediate and that the phosphatidyl moiety in PS and PE is derived largely from the corresponding moiety in PGt, whereas the DG pool indirectly provides an additional source for this conversion by way of the facile PGt in equilibrium or formed from DG interconversion.  相似文献

The total phospholipid content of Bacillus stearothermophilus was constant during exponential growth, increased during the transition from the exponential to stationary phase of growth, and then slowly increased during the stationary phase. The first increase was a result of an increase in phosphatidylethanolamine; the second was a result of an increase in cardiolipin. Cessation of aeration of an exponentially growing culture or suspension in a nongrowth medium resulted in an immediate reduction in the rate of total phospholipid and phosphatidylethanolamine synthesis and a quantitative conversion of phosphatidylglycerol to cardiolipin. Cardiolipin appeared to be synthesized by the direct conversion of two molecules of phosphatidylglycerol to cardiolipin. After a 20-min pulse of (32)P, phosphatidylglycerol showed the most rapid loss of (32)P followed by cardiolipin, whereas phosphatidylethanolamine did not lose (32)P. The loss of (32)P from the total lipid pool, phosphatidylglycerol, and cardiolipin was biphasic, with rapid loss during the first two bacterial doublings followed by a greatly reduced rate of loss. The major loss of (32)P from the total phospholipid pool appeared to be by breakdown of cardiolipin. The loss of (32)P from the lipid pool was energy dependent (i.e., did not occur under anaerobic conditions or in the absence of an energy source) and was dependent on some factor other than the concentration of cardiolipin in the cells. The apparent conversion of phosphatidylglycerol to cardiolipin was independent of energy metabolism. Chloramphenicol reduced the rate of turnover of both phosphatidylglycerol and cardiolipin. The rate of lipid synthesis (all phospholipid components) was constant for about 10 min after the addition of chloramphenicol but diminished markedly after 20 min. Turnover of (32)P incorporated into phospholipid during a 30-min period prior to the addition of chloramphenicol was more rapid after the removal of chloramphenicol than that of (32)P incorporated during a 30-min period in the presence of chloramphenicol.  相似文献

Phosphatidylglycerol functions as donor of the sn-glycerol 1-phosphate units in the synthesis in vitro of the 1,2-phosphodiester-linked glycerol phosphate backbone of the lipoteichoic acids of Bifidobacterium bifidum subsp. pennsylvanicum. The incorporation was catalysed by a membrane-bound enzyme system. After addition of chloroform/methanol the product formed coprecipitated with protein. The material was phenol-extractable and was co-eluted with purified lipoteichoic acid on Sepharose 6B. The reaction was stimulated by Triton X-100, UDP-glucose and UDP-galactose, but Mg2+ ions had no effect. The apparent values for Km and Vmax. of the phosphatidylglycerol incorporation were 1.4 mM and 3.1 nmol/h per mg of membrane protein, respectively. Labelled UDP-glucose and UDP-galactose were not incorporated into the lipoteichoic acid fraction by the particulate membrane preparation.  相似文献

A glycerol-requiring auxotroph was isolated from mutagenized Escherichia coli K-12 UFAts cells. This auxotroph was used for the specific deuteration of E. coli phospholipids. The cells were grown under high osmotic pressure (in the presence of 2.0% KCl). The membrane had a highly saturated fatty acid composition (76% phosphatidylethanolamine, 20% cardiolipin and 4% phosphatidylglycerol). The deuterium magnetic resonance spectra of coarse liposomes of the extracted phospholipids with perdeuterated glycerol incorporated into them were measured. To obtain well characterized information, phospholipid mixtures reconstituted from the deuterated and nondeuterated components at the same ratios as in the case of the total extract were used. On the analysis of the spectra, the following conclusions were drawn. (1) The whole polar region of cardiolipin is dynamically symmetric and quite rigid in the presence of phosphatidylethanolamine. (2) Although the quadrupole splittings of the deuterons at the C-2 and C-3 positions of the glycerol backbone were similar to each other, those at the C-1 position for phosphatidylethanolamine and cardiolipin are different, even in the same bilayer. (3) Furthermore, each C-1 deuteron of phosphatidylethanolamine gave rise to a doublet, suggesting the presence of two backbone conformations, between which there is slow exchange. (4) The polar head group of phosphatidylethanolamine interacts with cardiolipin and phosphatidylglycerol in different ways, which could be responsible for the different osmotic properties of the vesicles composed of them.  相似文献

The ability of a number of phospholipids to stimulate Lactobacillusplantarum undecaprenyl pyrophosphate synthetase was investigated. The detergent Triton X-100, which is added to stabilize the enzyme during purification and is required for invitro activity, was removed with the non-ionic resin XAD-2. The effects of cardiolipin, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl choline, and phosphatidyl glycerol on the activity of XAD-2 treated undecaprenyl pyrophosphate synthetase were determined. Of the phospholipids studied only cardiolipin stimulated invitro enzymic activity as effectively as Triton X-100.  相似文献

Listeria monocytogenes secretes a phospholipase C (PLC) which has 39% amino acid sequence identity with the broad-specificity PLC from Bacillus cereus. Recent work indicates that the L. monocytogenes enzyme plays a role during infections of mammalian cells (J.-A. Vazquez-Boland, C. Kocks, S. Dramsi, H. Ohayon, C. Geoffroy, J. Mengaud, and P. Cossart, Infect. Immun. 60:219-230, 1992). The homogeneous enzyme has a specific activity of 230 mumol/min/mg when phosphatidylcholine (PC) is dispersed in sodium deoxycholate. With phospholipid-Triton X-100 mixed micelles, the enzyme had a broad pH optimum between 5.5 and 8.0, and the rates of lipid hydrolysis were in the following order: PC > phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) > phosphatidylserine > sphingomyelin >> phosphatidylinositol (PI). Activity on PC was stimulated 35% by 0.5 M NaCl and 60% by 0.05 mM ZnSO4. When Escherichia coli phospholipids were dispersed in Triton X-100, PE and phosphatidylglycerol, but not cardiolipin, were hydrolyzed. The enzyme was active on all phospholipids of vesiculated human erythrocytes including PI, which was rapidly hydrolyzed at pH 7.0. PI was also hydrolyzed in PI-PC-cholesterol liposomes by the nonspecific PLC from L. monocytogenes and by the homologous enzyme from B. cereus. The water-soluble hydrolysis product was identified as inositol-1-phosphate. For the hydrolysis of human erythrocyte ghost phospholipids, a broad pH optimum was also observed. 32P-labelled Clostridium butyricum protoplasts, which are rich in ether lipids, were treated with PLC. The enzyme hydrolyzed the plasmalogen form of PE, its glycerol acetal, and cardiolipin, in addition to PE. I-, Cl- and F- stimulated activity on either PC- Triton X-100 mixed micelles or human erythrocyte ghosts, unlike the enzyme from B. cereus which is strongly inhibited by halides. Tris-HCl, phosphate, and calcium nitrate had similar inhibitory effects on the enzyme on the enzymes from L. monocytogenes and B. cereus.  相似文献

Phosphatidylglycerol was pulse-labeled with radioactive lipid precursors in a serine auxotroph of Escherichia coli. Most of the radioactivity of phosphatidylglycerol labeled in a serine-depleted medium was transferred to phosphatidylethanolamine during a chase in the presence of L-serine, but not in its absence. Metabolism of fatty acyl moieties labeled with [1-14C]acetate, acylated glycerol moieties labeled with [2-3H]glycerol, and phosphate moieties labeled with 32Pi, followed by a chase in the presence of cerulenin, showed that the intact phosphatidyl moiety of phosphatidylglycerol was transferred to phosphatidylethanolamine. The composition of phosphatidylethanolamine molecular species was unaltered and not perturbed by the transfer of the phosphatidyl moiety of phosphatidylglycerol. The increase of phosphatidylethanolamine with a concomitant decrease of phosphatidylglycerol was not coupled with the postulated turnover of phosphatidylglycerol to membrane-derived oligosaccharides and lipoprotein. It is suggested that phosphatidylglycerol is capable of providing its phosphatidyl moiety for the production of phosphatidylethanolamine in response to the relief of serine limitation by addition of L-serine.  相似文献

A simple, specific, and sensitive assay procedure for cardiolipin synthase of Escherichia coli has been developed. This measures the radioactivity of glycerol formed from phosphatidyl [2-3H]glycerol and is mainly based on the findings that 400 mM phosphate and 0.015% Triton X-100 markedly activate the enzyme. Cardiolipin synthase was amplified 760-fold upon induction with isopropyl beta-D-thiogalactoside in cells harboring a pBR322 derivative in which the cls gene encoding this enzyme was preceded by the tac promoter. Under these conditions, cardiolipin content increased, membrane potential decreased, spheroplasts became fragile, cells lost viability, and inducer-resistant mutants appeared at a high frequency. The amplification enabled the isolation of an enzyme preparation with a specific activity approximately 10,000-times higher than that of wild-type whole cell lysate. This purification was simply achieved by extraction of the crude membrane fraction with Triton X-100 and a single phosphocellulose column chromatography. This preparation, together with the crude envelope fraction, was used to characterize the basic properties of E. coli cardiolipin synthase, some of which were utilized in setting up the assay conditions.  相似文献

Synthesis of phosphatidylglycerol from CDPdiacylglycerol and glycerol 3-phosphate by membranous subcellular fractions of rat lung and liver was optimal when assayed in the presence of bovine serum albumin and Triton X-100. Specific activities of glycerolphosphate phosphatidyltransferase in all membranous subcellular fractions of lung were several times higher than the corresponding fractions from liver. Distribution of this enzyme in subcellular fractions of lung or liver closely parallel the activity of the mitochondrial enzymes monoamine oxidase and succinate cytochrome c reductase. The phosphatidylglycerol-synthesizing activity in microsomes of both lung and liver was a minor fraction of total tissue activity and could be interpreted as due either to contamination with outer mitochondrial membrane or to a small amount of activity innate to microsomes. These results suggest that phosphatidylglycerol, which is believed to be a component of pulmonary surfactant, is synthesized by lung at a rapid rate relative to liver and that the subcellular distribution of its synthesis is similar in both tissues, with mitochondria as the major site.  相似文献

Endogenous phosphatidylglycerol is rapidly transformed into cardiolipin when B. subtilis 168 cells were incubated in a buffer without an energy source. Upon addition of 3,4-dihydroxybutyl-1-phosphonate (DHBP), a synthetic glycerol 3-phosphate analogue, this synthesis was completely blocked after a short lag; if the cells were grown in the presence of the analogue, there was no lag. When membrane fractions were incubated with exogenous [32P]phosphatidylglycerol, free DHBP and glycerol 3-phosphate had no effect on [32P]cardiolipin synthesis, but phosphatidyl-DHBP and phosphatidylglycerolphosphate were potent inhibitors. These results are consistent with our hypothesis that phosphatidylglycerolphosphate, the phosphatidylglycerol precursor, might also be a physical inhibitor of cardiolipin synthesis.  相似文献

Two of four previously isolated autolysis-defective mutants of Streptococcus faecium (Streptococcus faecalis ATCC 9790) incorporated substantially more [14C]glycerol into lipids and lipoteichoic acid than did the parent strain. Consistent with increased accumulation of lipids and lipoteichoic acid, significantly higher levels of phosphorus were found in the corresponding fractions of the two mutant strains than in the wild type. Although the autolysis-defective mutant strains contained the same assortment of lipids as the wild type, the relative amount of [14C]glycerol incorporated into diphosphatidylglycerol increased, accompanied by a decreased fraction of phosphatidylglycerol. These results suggested that increased cellular content of two types of substances, acylated lipoteichoic acid and lipids (notably diphosphatidylglycerol), which previously had been shown to be potent inhibitors of the N-acetylmuramoylhydrolase of this species, contributed to the autolysis-defective phenotype of these mutants. Consistent with this interpretation are observations that (i) cerulenin inhibition of fatty acid synthesis increased the rates of benzylpenicillin-induced cellular lysis and that (ii) Triton X-100 or Zwittergent 3-14 treatment could reveal the presence of otherwise cryptic but substantial levels of the active form of the autolysin in cells of three of four mutants and of the proteinase-activable latent form in all four mutants.  相似文献

A mixed micellar assay for the binding of phorbol-esters to protein kinase C was developed to investigate the specificity and stoichiometry of phospholipid cofactor dependence and oligomeric state of protein kinase C (Ca2+/phospholipid-dependent enzyme) required for phorbol ester binding. [3H]Phorbol dibutyrate was bound to protein kinase C in the presence of Triton X-100 mixed micelles containing 20 mol % phosphatidylserine (PS) in a calcium-dependent manner with a Kd of 5 X 10(-9) M. The [3H]phorbol dibutyrate X protein kinase C . Triton X-100 . PS mixed micellar complex eluted on a Sephacryl S-200 molecular sieve at an Mr of approximately 200,000; this demonstrates that monomeric protein kinase C binds phorbol dibutyrate. This conclusion was supported by molecular sieve chromatography of a similar complex where Triton X-100 was replaced with beta-octylglucoside. Phorbol dibutyrate activation of protein kinase C in Triton X-100/PS mixed micelles occurred and was dependent on calcium. The PS dependence of both phorbol ester activation and binding to protein kinase C lagged initially and then was highly cooperative. The minimal mole per cent PS required was strongly dependent on the concentration of phorbol dibutyrate or phorbol myristic acetate employed. Even at the highest concentration of phorbol ester tested, a minimum of 3 mol % PS was required; this indicates that approximately four molecules of PS are required. [3H]Phorbol dibutyrate binding was independent of micelle number at 20 mol % PS. The phospholipid dependencies of phorbol ester binding and activation were similar, with PS being the most effective; anionic phospholipids (cardiolipin, phosphatidic acid, and phosphatidylglycerol were less effective, whereas phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and sphingomyelin did not support binding or activation. sn-1,2-Dioleoylglycerol displaced [3H]phorbol dibutyrate quantitatively and competitively. The data are discussed in relation to a molecular model of protein kinase C activation.  相似文献

A partially purified preparation of pyridine nucleotide transhydrogenase (E.C. 1.6.1.1.) (energy-independent) has been obtained from membranes of Escherichiacoli by means of deoxycholate extraction and DEAE-cellulose chromatography in the presence of Triton X-100. The enzyme was lipid-depleted by treating with cholate and ammonium sulfate. The preparation was reactivated by various phospholipids, in particular, bacterial cardiolipin and phosphatidyl glycerol. Phosphatidyl ethanolamine, the major phospholipid in the outer membrane of E.coli, was relatively ineffective in stimulating activity. The membrane-bound pyridine nucleotide transhydrogenase is slowly inhibited by N-ethylmaleimide. Protection against inhibition was achieved with NAD+ and NADP+, but NADPH served to accelerate the rate of inhibition.  相似文献
