Aims: To determine the inhibitory effect of oral Lactobacillus against putative oral pathogens. Methods and Results: Total 357 strains comprising 10 species of oral Lactobacillus, Lactobacillus fermentum (195), Lactobacillus salivarius (53), Lactobacillus casei (20), Lactobacillus gasseri (18), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (14), Lactobacillus paracasei (12), Lactobacillus mucosae (12), Lactobacillus oris (12), Lactobacillus plantarum (11) and Lactobacillus vaginalis (10) were used as producer strains. Inhibitory effect against a panel of indicators, periodontitis‐ and caries‐related pathogens, was assessed. Most oral Lactobacillus was able to inhibit the growth of both periodontitis‐ and caries‐related pathogens. The strongest inhibitory activity was associated with Lact. paracasei, Lact. plantarum, Lact. rhamnosus, Lact. casei and Lact. salivarius. Lactobacillus SD1–SD6, representing the six species with the strong inhibitory effect, inhibited growth of Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 in the biofilm model. Also, it was demonstrated that growth of Strep. mutans was inhibited in a mixture with Lact. paracasei SD1. The inhibition was enhanced in acidic condition and 5% glucose. Conclusions: The results have shown that oral Lactobacillus SD1–SD6 showed a strong inhibitory effect against Strep. mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus, as well as, Gram‐negative periodontal pathogens Porphyromonas gingivalis and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans. Significance and Impact of the Study: The results indicated that Lactobacillus may be of benefit as probiotics for the prevention of oral diseases.  相似文献

Aims: This study aims to investigate the effect of different kinds of food products enriched with a combination of two potential probiotic strains, Lactobacillus rhamnosus IMC 501® and Lactobacillus paracasei IMC 502®, on bowel habits of healthy adults. Methods and Results: Fifty healthy volunteers took part in a double‐blind placebo probiotic feeding study (25 fed probiotics, 25 fed placebo) for 12 weeks. Each volunteer ingested daily one or more food products enriched with a combination of the two potential probiotic strains (probiotic group) or the same food products without the probiotics (control group). Faecal samples were collected before, at the end and 2 weeks later the intervention period, and some of the main groups of faecal bacteria were enumerated by plate count and real‐time PCR. Questionnaires on bowel habits were submitted to volunteers. After the intervention, a significant increase in faecal lactobacilli and bifidobacteria were observed in the probiotic group, and stool frequency and stool volume were higher in the probiotic group than in the placebo group. Conclusions: Daily consumption of food products enriched with the two potential probiotic strains, Lact. rhamnosus IMC 501® and Lact. paracasei IMC 502®, contributes to improve intestinal microbiota with beneficial properties and enhances bowel habits of healthy adults. Significance and Impact of the Study: The study revealed that Lact. rhamnosus IMC 501® and Lact. paracasei IMC 502® exert a positive effect, in terms of improved bowel habits, on healthy adults.  相似文献

Aims: To isolate and characterize bacterial strains derived from Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus paracasei strains and resistant to phage MLC‐A. Methods and Results: Two of nine assayed strains rendered resistant mutants with recovery efficiencies of 83% (Lact. paracasei ATCC 27092) and 100% (Lact. casei ATCC 27139). DNA similarity coefficients (RAPD–PCR) confirmed that no significant genetic changes occurred while obtaining resistant mutants. Neither parent nor mutant strains spontaneously released phages. Phage‐resistant mutants were tested against phages PL‐1, J‐1, A2 and MLC‐A8. Lactobacillus casei ATCC 27092 mutants showed, overall, lower phage resistance than Lact. paracasei ATCC 27092 ones, but still higher than that of the parent strain. Lactobacillus paracasei ATCC 27092 mutants moderately adsorbed phage MLC‐A only in calcium presence, although their parent strain successfully did it with or without calcium. Adsorption rates for Lact. casei ATCC 27139 and its mutants were highly influenced by calcium. Again, phage adsorption was higher on the original strain. Conclusions: Several isolates derived from two Lact. casei and Lact. paracasei strains showed resistance to phage MLC‐A but also to other Lact. casei and Lact. paracasei phages. Significance and Impact of the Study: This study highlights isolation of spontaneous bacteriophage‐resistant mutants from Lact. casei and Lact. paracasei as a good choice for use in industrial rotation schemes.  相似文献

Aims: To study the genetic relatedness between V. cholerae isolates from Iran and other countries based on housekeeping gene recA sequence analysis. Methods and Results: A 995‐bp region of the recA gene from 24 V. cholerae isolates obtained from human and surface water origins in Iran over a 5‐year period was sequenced and compared with the sequence data from the isolates belonging to other places. Cluster analysis of the constructed dendrogram based on recA sequence divergence for our clinical isolates showed one sequence type (ST), whereas environmental isolates revealed eight STs. Interestingly, one of our environmental isolates was intermixed with clinical isolates in the largest cluster containing the epidemic strains. Our 24 isolates plus 198 global isolates available in the GenBank showed 77 sequence types (STs) with at least one nucleotide difference. Conclusions: Our result suggested that recA sequencing is a reliable analysis method for understanding the relatedness of the local isolates with the isolates obtained elsewhere. Significance and Impact of the Study: Understanding the genetic relatedness between V. cholerae isolates could give insights into the health care system for better control and prevention of the cholera.  相似文献

Preclinical evaluation of vaginal microbicides includes screening against lactobacilli. However, there is no consensus regarding the species to be tested. This study was carried out to determine if results with one species would apply to other species, and to evaluate the utility of turbidometry as a screening tool. One current (PPCM; previously designated sulfuric acid-modified mandelic acid, SAMMA) and two former (cellulose sulfate, CS; and polystyrene sulfonate, PSS) candidate microbicides were evaluated. Bacterial growth was measured turbidometrically and by direct cell count. No microbicide affected Lact. gasseri, measured by either method. Apparent inhibition of Lact. jensenii by CS, PSS, and PPCM, and of Lact. crispatus by CS, occurred with turbidometric measurement. This was not substantiated with direct cell count. PSS and PPCM inhibited Lact. crispatus and Lact. acidophilus with both methods. These findings agree with results from vaginal isolates, which included Lact. gasseri, jensenii, acidophillus, crispatus, rhamnosis, casei, and paracasei. We conclude that sensitivities of similar lactobacilli to at least three microbicides are different. A single species is inadequate for screening vaginal products. Turbidometric evaluation is a sensitive, but not specific, screening method. We recommend that this method be used to screen candidate microbicides against several species of prevalent Lactobacillus species as an initial measure of microbicide safety evaluation.  相似文献

Aims: The aim of this work was to study the effect of sorbitol as protective agent on the survival of the probiotic strain Lactobacillus paracasei ssp. paracasei (F19) after vacuum drying. Methods and Results: The survival was studied after different drying times and for various concentrations of sorbitol by plate count method. Furthermore, time domain 1H NMR studies on dehydrated suspensions of Lact. paracasei ssp. paracasei were performed to study the proton mobility in the dried samples. From the obtained signal, T2 relaxation times of single components and fractions with different proton mobility were determined. It was found out that the survival is increased by the presence of a minimum amount of sorbitol that is dependent on drying time. Furthermore, it is shown that the protective effect can only be observed below a critical water content of c. 20%. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) results indicate a transition of sorbitol from liquid to solid like behaviour during drying. The onset of the transition coincides with the critical water content found for a protective effect. Conclusions: The data suggest that sorbitol protons are incorporated into the dried cells of Lact. paracasei ssp. paracasei (F19) below the critical water content and therefore leading to an enhanced survival. Significance and Impact of the Study: The results help to better understand the underlying mechanism of protection of Lact. paracasei ssp. paracasei using sorbitol and to establish vacuum drying as potential alternative drying technique to standard freeze drying.  相似文献

Escherichia coli K1 causes disease in humans and birds. Its polysialic acid capsule can be O‐acetylated via phase‐variable expression of the acetyltransferase NeuO encoded by prophage CUS‐3. The role of capsule O‐acetylation in ecological adaptation or pathogenic invasion of E. coli K1 is largely unclear. A population genetics approach was performed to study the distribution of neuO among E. coli K1 isolates from human and avian sources. Multilocus sequence typing revealed 39 different sequence types (STs) among 183 E. coli K1 strains. The proportion of the ST95 complex (STC95) was 44%. NeuO was found in 98% of the STC95 strains, but only in 24% of other STs. Grouping of STs and prophage genotypes revealed a segregation of prophage types according to STs, suggesting coevolution of CUS‐3 and the E. coli K1 host. Within the STC95, which is known to harbour both human and avian pathogenic isolates, CUS‐3 genotypes were shared irrespective of the host species. Functional analysis of a variety of strain pairs revealed that NeuO‐mediated K1 capsule O‐acetylation enhanced desiccation resistance. In contrast, NeuO expression led to a reduced biofilm formation in biofilm positive E. coli K1 isolates. These findings suggest a delicate ecological balance of neuO‘on’/‘off’ switching.  相似文献

Many plant species possess structures on their leaves that often harbour predatory or fungivorous mites. These so‐called domatia are thought to mediate a mutualistic interaction; the plant gains protection because mites decimate plant pathogenic fungi or herbivores, whereas the mites find shelter in the domatia. We tested this hypothesis using two species of coffee (Coffea spp.) plants that posses domatia consisting of small cavities at the underside of the leaves, and which often harbour mites. We assessed densities of domatia, of the predatory mite Iphiseiodes zuluagai Denmark and Muma (Acari: Phytoseiidae) and of herbivorous mites Oligonychus ilicis (McGregor) (Acari: Tetranychidae) and Brevipalpus phoenicis (Geijskes) (Acari: Tenuipalpidae) on Coffea arabica L. (Rubiaceae) and Coffea canephora Pierre in the field. Over a period of 50 days, C. arabica harboured on average 7.5 times more predatory mites and 0.4–0.66 fewer prey mites than C. canephora. Hence, the higher density of predatory mites on C. arabica could not be explained by higher densities of prey. However, the density of domatia on C. arabica was on average 1.65 times higher than on C. canephora, and within each species, leaves with higher densities of domatia also harboured more predators. This suggests a positive effect of domatia on predatory mites. In the laboratory, survival of adult female predatory mites on leaves of C. arabica with open domatia was indeed significantly higher than on leaves with closed domatia. Hence, predatory mites benefited from the domatia. However, plants with higher densities of domatia did not harbour fewer herbivores. Taken together, our study only provides partial evidence for a mutualistic interaction between coffee plants and predatory mites, mediated by domatia.  相似文献

Aims: To investigate the effects of nisin on lactobacilli contamination of yeast during ethanol fermentation and to determine the appropriate concentration required to control the growth of selected lactobacilli in a YP/glucose media fermentation model. Methods and Results: The lowest concentration of nisin tested (5 IU ml?1) effectively controlled the contamination of YP/glucose media with 106 CFU ml?1 lactobacilli. Lactic acid yield decreased from 5·0 to 2·0 g l?1 and potential ethanol yield losses owing to the growth and metabolism of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis were reduced by 11 and 7·8%, respectively. Approximately, equal concentrations of lactic acid were produced by Lact. plantarum and Lact. brevis in the presence of 5 and 2 IU ml?1 nisin, respectively, thus demonstrating the relatively higher nisin sensitivity of Lact. brevis for the strains in this study. No differences were observed in the final ethanol concentrations produced by yeast in the absence of bacteria at any of the nisin concentrations tested. Conclusions: Metabolism of contaminating bacteria was reduced in the presence of 5 IU ml?1 nisin, resulting in reduced lactic acid production and increased ethanol production by the yeast. Significance and Impact of the Study: Bacteriocins represent an alternative to the use of antibiotics for the control of bacterial contamination in fuel ethanol plants and may be important in preventing the emergence of antibiotic‐resistant contaminating strains.  相似文献

Aims: To determine the inhibitory effect of phenolic compounds on Lactobacillus casei BL23, the role of two component signal transduction systems (TCS) and the response of Lact. casei BL23 to p‐coumaric acid. Methods and Results: Growth of Lact. casei BL23 and 17 derivative strains defective in each TCS harboured by this strain in the presence of p‐coumaric acid, ferulic acid, caffeic acid or methyl gallate was monitored. Furthermore, changes in the protein content of Lact. casei BL23 when exposed to p‐coumaric acid were evaluated by 2D‐SDS‐PAGE. Eleven proteins differentially expressed in the presence of p‐coumaric acid were detected. Six of them could be identified: ClpP and HtrA, involved in protein turnover and folding, acetyl‐CoA carboxylase, involved in lipid metabolism, and an arginyl‐tRNA synthetase were more abundant, whereas PurL and PurN, involved in purine biosynthesis, were less abundant. Conclusions: No significant differences were observed between the parental strain and the TCS‐defective mutants. p‐Coumaric acid elicited a response against membrane and cytoplasmic damages. Significance and Impact of the Study: The inhibitory effect of phenolic compounds on Lact. casei BL23 has been determined. For the first time, cytoplasmic proteins presumably involved in the response of Lact. casei BL23 against p‐coumaric acid have been identified.  相似文献

Aims: To characterize the bacterial community of taberna, an alcoholic traditional beverage from the Southern part of Mexico produced by the fermentation of the coyol palm sap (Acrocomia aculeate). Methods and Results: Bacterial 16S rDNA libraries were constructed from metagenomic DNA extracted during the fermentation process at 0, 60 and 108 h. A total of 154 clones were sequenced, and 13, 10 and nine unique sequences were found at each sampling time. At the onset of the fermentation, Zymomonas mobilis, Fructobacillus spp., Pantoea agglomerans and other Gammaproteobacteria were detected. After 60 h, lactic acid bacteria were found and 30% of clones in the library were related to Lactobacillus nagelii, L. sucicola and L. sp. By the end of the experiment, i.e. after 108 h, the bacterial community included Z. mobilis, Lact. nagelii and Acetobacter pasteurianus. Conclusions: Our results suggest that Z. mobilis population represented an important proportion of the bacterial community (60–80%), as well as the lactobacilli during the fermentation process. The bacterial diversity was low and decreased as the fermentation progressed. Significance and Impact of the Study: This culture‐independent study suggests that Z. mobilis and lactobacilli play an important role in the alcoholic fermentation of the taberna beverage.  相似文献

Although lactobacilli are part of normal oral, gastrointestinal and genitourinary flora, they are an uncommon cause of infections in human. Lactobacillus-associated infections have generally occurred in patients with serious underlying conditions e.g. diabetes and cancer that might favour certain microorganisms. The aim of this study was to characterize species and genotypes of lactobacilli isolated from diabetic patients and non-diabetic subjects. One hundred and five type 2 diabetic patients and 103 non-diabetic subjects were recruited in this study. A total of 170 isolates of Lactobacillus were identified using 16S rRNA gene PCR-RFLP and genotyping were performed using AP-PCR by ERIC primers. It was found that type 2 diabetic patients had a significantly higher prevalence (p = 0.008) and level of lactobacilli than non-diabetic controls (p = 0.030). The most frequently isolated Lactobacillus spp. were L. casei/paracasei and L. fermentum in both the diabetic and non-diabetic groups. Strains of L. casei/paracasei and L. fermentum from between and within individuals were genotyped, and the genotyping of Lactobacillus strains showed diversity between individuals. One up to three genotypes of these two species could be found in the same subject. Interestingly, fewer genotypes were found in the diabetic patients than in the non-diabetic subjects.  相似文献

【背景】猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis,SS)血清型、基因型众多,毒力因子复杂。【目的】了解SS临床分离株血清型、毒力基因分布、分子分型特征及其之间的相关性。【方法】针对199株SS临床分离株,应用PCR技术进行血清分型和毒力基因检测,采用多位点序列分型方法(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)进行基因分型,并分析SS血清型、毒力基因型和序列型(sequence type,ST型)的流行特点及其关联性。【结果】199株SS临床分离株分属于16种血清型(1、2、3、4、6、7、8、9、10、12、15、16、21、24、29和30型),主要以2、4、3型为主,分别占26.13%(52/199)、14.57%(29/199)和12.06%(24/199),未定型(NT)菌株占21.61%(43/199)。共鉴定出72种ST型,其中ST1、ST94、ST117、ST7、ST28和ST87为主要ST型,分别占12.56%(25/199)、11.56%(23/199)、9.56%(19/199)、9.04%(18/199)、6.03%(12/199)和3.01%(6/199),另有24种新发现的ST型(ST1224—ST1227,ST1229—ST1235,ST1241—ST1242,ST1300—ST1310);分为12个克隆群(cloning complexes,CC)和32个单个ST型。199株SS分离株中毒力基因fbps的检出率最高,为96.98%(193/199);共有19种毒力基因型,其中66株(33.17%)epf-/mrp-/sly-/gapdh+/fbps+/orf2+型SS为优势毒力基因型。【结论】近年来SS的优势血清型为2、4和3型;ST型具有明显的遗传异质性,种内分化程度较高且与ST型存在一定交叉性;毒力基因分布情况存在差异,毒力基因型呈现多样化。本研究对SS临床分离株的流行特征进行探究,为猪SS病诊断、治疗和制定防控措施提供科学依据。  相似文献

Aims: To identify bacilli, lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria that inhibit the growth of Brachyspira hyodysenteriae. Methods and Results: A total of 80 isolates were obtained from various porcine intestinal compartments using selective conditions and grouped into 15 similarity clusters based on whole‐cell protein profiles. Random amplified polymorphic DNA PCR patterns identified 24 genotypes. 16S rDNA sequencing assigned all genotypes, except eight aerobes, to established species (Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus mucosae, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus amylovorus, Bifidobacterium thermophilum). According to their minimum inhibitory concentrations, four strains (Ent. faecium, Lact. reuteri, Lact. amylovorus, Bif. thermophilum) were susceptible to all clinically relevant antibiotics. Two lactobacilli showing multiresistance harboured the erm(B) determinant. A cross‐section of eight representative strains was examined for growth suppression of two strains of Brach. hyodysenteriae, the aetiological agent of swine dysentery, and compared with intestinal strains derived from other animal sources. The Brachyspira strains were inhibited by strains of Lact. salivarius, Bif. thermophilum, Ent. faecium and B. subtilis. Conclusions: Three porcine strains of Ent. faecium, Bif. thermophilum and B. subtilis were found to be suitable as probiotic candidates because of their well‐established identity, antibiotic susceptibility and antagonistic activity. Significance and Impact of the Study: For the first time, antagonistic activity of well‐characterized porcine strains against Brach. hyodysenteriae is presented. These findings suggest that certain intestinal strains might have a potential as probiotic feed additives for prevention of swine dysentery.  相似文献

Aims: To identify, using phenotypic and genotypic methods, the dominant lactic acid bacteria (LAB) present in São Jorge cheese – one of the 11 Portuguese cheeses currently bearing an Appéllation d’Origine Protegée status. Methods and Results: A total of 225 isolates from milk, curd and cheeses throughout ripening were identified to the genus level, 108 to the species level and ten to the strain level. Phenotypic methods indicated that lactobacilli, followed by enterococci, were the dominant bacteria. The most frequently isolated species were Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium. Ribotyping differentiated three L. paracasei, two E. faecalis and one Lactobacillus plantarum types. Enterococcus spp. exhibited the highest esterase and β-galactosidase activities among all isolates. Conclusions: The dominant LAB in São Jorge cheese are L. paracasei, L. rhamnosus, E. faecalis and E. faecium. Enterococcus likely plays a leading role upon acidification and aroma development in said cheese. Significance and Impact of the Study:  Our results support that a combination of conventional biochemical methods with genotypic methods allows for a thorough characterization and identification of isolates. Despite the limited number of isolates subject to molecular subtyping, a few specific Enterococcus and Lactobacillus strains were found that are promising ones for development of a starter culture. Hence, L. paracasei and E. faecalis are good candidates for a tentative starter culture, designed for manufacturing of São Jorge cheese at large – which takes advantage of actual isolates, in attempts to eventually standardize the quality of said cheese variety.  相似文献

【背景】拟态弧菌(Vibrio mimicus)是一种常见的革兰氏阴性病原菌,广泛分布于水环境和水生动物体内,可导致多种水产动物和人类感染。多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing, MLST)已被应用于多种病原菌的分子分型,其通过分析不同菌株之间的遗传关系,监测细菌传播的时间和地理分布,确定感染和传播途径,但目前未见有关拟态弧菌MLST的报道。【目的】开发一种基于MLST的拟态弧菌分型方法,并用于江苏水产养殖区拟态弧菌的种群结构和遗传进化分析,为拟态弧菌感染所引起的疾病防治提供理论基础。【方法】选择拟态弧菌的7个管家基因dnaEgyrBmdhrecArpoDpntApyrH作为靶点,对江苏水产养殖区分离的155株拟态弧菌进行PCR扩增和测序。将测序结果分配等位基因,制作等位基因谱,分配不同的序列类型(sequence type, ST),利用软件goeBURST-1.2.1和MEGA-X对分配的ST型进行克隆复合体和遗传进化树聚类分析;此外,利用Kirby-Bauer圆盘扩散法测试155株拟态弧菌的药敏特性。【结果】155株拟态弧菌被分为56个STs,其中ST11占比最高;在双位点变异(double locus variants, DLV)水平分析发现56个STs分为3个克隆复合体和3个单体;系统发育树显示,56个STs被分为3个集群(cluster I、cluster II、cluster III)。药敏结果显示,155株拟态弧菌对红霉素类抗生素的耐药性最高(88.39%, 137/155),对氯霉素类抗生素敏感性最高(91.61%, 142/155)。【结论】本研究建立的MLST方法具有良好的分辨率,可作为拟态弧菌系统发育和未来流行病学调查有用的分子分型工具。根据抗生素耐药谱结果,提示在养殖过程中可选用氟苯尼考等国家批准使用的专用抗菌药对拟态弧菌进行防治。  相似文献

Sixty-eight cultures of lactic acid bacteria were isolated and identified from national fermented milk drinks (airan, koumiss, kurunga, shubat) home-made in different regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Buryat Republic of Russia. The cultures of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus were identified as L. paracasei and L. rhamnosus related to the L. casei group and as L. brevis, L. buchneri, L. diolivorans, and L. parabuchneri (the L. buchneri group) using the classical microbiological methods and on the basis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. The polymorphism of the nucleotide sequences of the genes groEL, rpoB, and rplB encoding specific proteins was studied for intraspecific differentiation of the lactobacilli. The analysis of these genes allowed a more accurate identification of the lactobacilli that are genetically and phenotypically related to the L. casei group as L. paracasei subsp. paracasei and L. paracasei subsp. tolerans. The gene nucleotide sequences of all the genotyped strains were deposited in the GenBank database.  相似文献

摘要 目的:了解医院肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药及分子流行特点,分析其基因同源性,为医院感染控制提供实验室依据。方法:收集2017年10月-2018年12月医院分离的耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌和碳青霉烯类敏感肺炎克雷伯菌,用梅里埃VITEK 2 Compact 全自动微生物分析系统进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析,K-B法药敏予以补充;采用赛沛Xpert?Carba-R试剂盒检测耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯耐药基因;采用多位点序列分析技术检测菌株7个管家基因型别及其ST型别,使用eBURST软件对ST数据进行亲缘性关系分析。结果:共分离到63株耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌和211株碳青霉烯类敏感肺炎克雷伯菌(随机选取30株作研究);耐药组对青霉素类、大环内酯类、头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、含酶抑制剂类、四环素类耐药率显著高于敏感组;63株耐药株中,96.83%(61/63)产KPC酶,1.59%(1/63)产KPC酶和NDM酶,1.59%(1/63)未检测到5种碳青霉烯酶基因;耐碳青霉烯类组获得8个ST型别,包括ST11(54/63,85.71%)、ST15(2/63,3.17%)、ST392(2/63,3.17%)、ST45(1/63,1.59%)、ST147(1/63,1.59%),ST659(1/63,1.59%)、ST3228(1/63,1.59%)、STr1(1/63,1.59%),STr1为新发现型别,属于克隆复合体11;30株碳青霉烯敏感组获得25个ST型别,包括ST35(3/30,10.00%),ST659(3/30,10.00%),ST147(2/30,6.67%),ST485、 ST34、 ST395、ST370、ST2388、ST893、ST11、ST2176、ST221、ST86、ST380、ST65、ST920、ST268、ST25、ST2154、ST2229以及5个新ST型别(STs1,STs2,STs3,STs4,STs5)各1株,分别占3.33%,两组比较,耐药组ST型别集中而敏感组离散,差异明显。结论:医院耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌具有基因同源相关性,并呈现水平传播的趋势。  相似文献

Single strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lact. fermentum, isolated from chicken intestine, were used to study in vitro interactions with Salmonella enteritidis, Salm. pullorum or Salm. typhimurium in an ileal epithelial cell (IEC) radioactive assay. Exclusion, competition and displacement phenomena were investigated by respectively incubating (a) lactobacilli and IEC together, prior to addition of salmonellae, (b) lactobacilli, IEC and salmonellae together, and (c) salmonellae and IEC, followed by the lactobacilli. Lactobacilli were selected for study because of their strong ability to adhere to IEC and poor aggregation with salmonellae. The results demonstrated that Lact. acidophilus significantly reduced ( P < 0.05) the attachment of Salm. pullorum to IEC in the tests for exclusion and competition, but not in the displacement tests. Lactobacillus fermentum was found to have some ability to reduce the attachment of Salm. typhimurium to IEC under the conditions of exclusion ( P < 0.08), competition ( P < 0.09), but not displacement. However, both Lact. acidophilus and Lact. fermentum were unable to reduce the adherence of Salm. enteritidis to IEC under any of the conditions.  相似文献
