思茅松松香中的一个新二萜

从思茅松（Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis）的松香中分离得到一个新奇的松香烷二萜化合物——思茅松素,经现代波谱分析将其化学结构确定为13（14）-烯-8,12-环氧-1-松香酸（1）,同时分离得到5个已知化合物,分别为abiet-8,11,13-trien-15-hydroxy-18-oic acid（2）;pimarol（3a）;iso-pimarol（3b）;abiet-trien-18．oic acid（4）;15．hydroxy abietic acid（5）。     

云南脂松香制备光学纯去氢枞酸的研究

以松节油作反应溶剂,在硫、碘的催化作用下云南脂松香经催化异构化、脱氢成为脱氢松香酸,通过进一步的提取、纯化等步骤可直接得到纯度高达96%以上的光学纯的去氢枞酸,其收率为26.6g/100g(松香)。     

半枝莲的一个新的克罗烷二萜

从半枝莲（Scutellaria barbara）植物地上部分的甲醇提取物中分离得到一个新的克罗烷二萜。通过现代波谱技术鉴定为15β-甲氧基-6α-O-乙酰基-19-O-丙酰基-4α,18;11,16;15,16-环氧-新克罗烷二萜。     

大戟科Casbane烷型二萜化合物的研究进展

本文综述了目前在自然界发现的Casbane烷型二萜化合物的结构特点、生物活性、分布状况和合成研究,同时针对文献中该类成分的骨架编号顺序混乱并造成化合物命名错误问题,我们采用J Buckingham的编号方法,对所有casbane烷型二萜化合物结构进行重新编号,对部分化合物命名进行修改.     

丽江产紫萼香茶中一新二萜甙

从丽江紫萼香茶菜（Ｉsodon forestii(Diels)Kudo)中分离得到７个化合物,经波谱方法鉴定了它们的结构,其中化合物１为新的萜甙,命名为Ａbieforrestin,已知化合物分别为：腺花素（Adenanthin),显脉香茶菜素（Nervosanin),乌苏酸（Ursolic acid),2α－羟基鸟苏酸（2－Hydroxy-ursolic acid),β－谷甾醇（β－Sitoserol)及胡萝卜甙（Daucosterol).     

大果大戟中的一个对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜

从大果大戟的根部首次分离得到一个对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜,利用波谱方法鉴定为ent-16α,17-dihydrox-ykauran-3-one(1)。首次对化合物1在甲醇中的碳谱和氢谱数据进行了全归属。     

中国红豆杉枝叶中的紫杉烷二萜

从中国红豆杉(Taxus chinensis)枝叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到8个紫杉烷二萜,通过波谱分析分别确定为：14p羟基巴卡亭Ⅵ(1),巴卡亭Ⅵ(2),巴卡亭Ⅳ(3),1β-去羟基巴卡亭Ⅳ(4),云南红豆杉酯甲(5),2α-去乙酰-2α-苯甲酰基-13α-乙酰基云南紫杉亭(6),5α-羟基-2α,7βp,9α,10β,13α-五乙酰氧基紫杉-4(20),11-二烯(7)和Taxaein(8)。其中化合物1为新化合物,并报道八个化合物在丙酮中测得的核磁共振信号,化合物8的数据属首次报道。     

南海脆灯蕊柳珊瑚中西松烷型二萜和甾醇类化学成分研究

从南海水域脆灯蕊柳珊瑚的乙醇-二氯甲烷提取物中分离鉴定了6个西松烷型二萜和3个甾醇,经波谱分析确定其结构分别为:junceellin A(1),praelolide(2),junceellolides A~D(3~6),24-αmethylcholest-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6-βtriol(7),cholestan-3-ol(8),cholesterol(9);其中化合物1,2,7,8均为首次从该海洋动物中分离得到。     

牛尾草中一新的对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜

从牛尾草[Isodon ternifolius(D.Don)Kudo]的地上部分分离得到一个新的对映－贝壳杉烷型二萜,命名为牛尾草素H（1）,通过波谱方法鉴定了它的结构。此外,还分离得到5个已知的对映－贝壳杉烷型二萜化合物：香茶菜醛（2）,长管香茶菜素A,E和G（3－5）,开展香茶菜素E（6）,以及木樨草素（7）,芹菜素（8）,α－香树脂醇（9）,乌索酸（10）和2α－羟基乌索酸（11）。     

假地枫皮中二萜酸类化合物研究

从八角属植物假地枫皮的石油醚提取物中分离出5个二萜酸类化合物,经波谱数据分析(^1H NMR、^13C NMR、^1H-^1H COSY、NOESY、HSQC和HMBC),分别鉴定为4-epi-dehydroabietic acid(1)、4-epi-sandaraeopinaric acid(2)、4-epi-abietic acid(3)、4-epi-isopimaric acid(4)和8,11,13,15-abietatetraen-19-oic acid(4)。     

An abietane diterpene from the labiate Coleus barbatus

20-Deoxocarnosol, isolated from the stems of Coleus barbatus, was shown by chemical and spectral methods to be a new phenolic diterpene with an abietane skeleton.     

裸花紫珠的化学成分

从裸花紫珠(Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.ex Arn.)地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到了7个化合物,经波谱分析确定其结构分别为:木犀草苷(1),木犀草素-3'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),木犀草素-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),2α,3α,19α-三羟基-乌索-12-烯-28-酸(4),乌索酸(5),2α-羟基-乌索酸(6)和齐墩果酸(7)。其中化合物2-7为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

Abietane diterpenoids from the root of Salvia lavandulaefolia

Two new derivatives of royleanone, 7α-ethoxyroyleanone and 7α-ethoxy-12-O-methyl-royleanone, besides the previously known diterpenes royleanone, 6,7-dehydroroyleanone, 7α-acetoxyroyleanone and inuroyleanol, have been isolated from the root of Salvia lavandulaefolia. The triterpenoid O-acetyloleanolic aldehyde has also been obtained from the same source.     

Gutierrezial and further diterpenes from Gutierrezia sarothrae

The aerial parts of Gutierrezia sarothrae afforded in addition to polyalthic acid, daniellic acid and nivenolide, 14 new diterpenes, most of them closely related to polyalthic acid. One of these compounds has a new carbon skeleton. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and by some chemical transformations.     

Abietane diterpenoids from the root of Salvia phlomoides

From the root of Salvia phlomoides three new abietane diterpenoids, demethylcryptojaponol, 14-deoxycoleon U and salviphlomone, have been isolated, besides the previously known diterpenes 8,13-abietadiene, 8,11,13-abietatriene, royleanone, 7α-acetoxyroyleanone, taxodione, taxodone, cryptojaponol and sugiol. The structures of demethylcryptojaponol (11,12-dihydroxy-8,11,13-abietatrien-7-one), 14-deoxycoleon U (6,11,12-trihydroxy-5,8,11,13-abietatetraen-7-one) and salviphlomone (6α,7β-dihydroxy-8,13-abietadiene-11,12-dione) were established by chemical and spectroscopic means.     

Abietane diterpenes from the cones of Cedrus atlantica

Five new abietanes, three of them isolated as the corresponding acetate derivatives, i.e., 9alpha,13alpha-epidioxiabiet-8(14)-en-18-ol, 7alpha,18-diacetoxy, 9beta,13beta-epidioxiabiet-8(14)-ene, 7alpha,18-diacetoxyabiet-8(14)-en-13beta-ol, 7alpha,18-diacetoxy-13beta-methoxyabiet-8(14)-ene, and 13beta-hydroxyabiet-8(14)-en-7-one, were isolated from the neutral part of the hexane extract of the cones of Cedrus atlantica collected in Middle Atlas, Morocco. The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR spectra, and in the case of 1, by chemical correlation. The cytotoxicity of these abietane diterpenoids was tested against five cell lines.     

广东紫珠中的萜类化合物及其抗炎活性

对岭南药材广东紫珠(Callicarpa kwangtungensis)地上部分进行化学成分研究,得到11个萜类化合物,分别鉴定为sambucunlin A(1)、2α-羟基羽扇豆醇(2)、swinhoeic acid(3)、3β-羟基-乌苏烷-11-烯-13β,28-内酯(4)、蔷薇酸(5)、2α,3β,6β,18β,23-pentahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(6)、rel-5-(3S,8S-dihydroxy-1R,5S-dimethyl-7-oxa-6-oxobicyclo-oct-8-yl)-3-methyl-2Z,4E-pentadienoic acid(7)、salvionoside B(8)、齐墩果酸(9)、白桦脂酸(10)和α-香树脂醇(11)。其中,化合物1～4和6～8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。在化学成分分离基础上,进一步选择脂多糖(LPS)诱导的RAW 264.7小鼠巨噬细胞炎症模型进行萜类化合物抗炎活性测试。结果表明:化合物3和9具有显著的抗炎活性,对比结构发现,三萜类化合物(3～6、9和11)抗炎活性优于倍半萜类化合物(7和...     

New diterpenes from Porella perrottetiana

Perrottetianal A and perrottetianal B, two new diterpene dialdehydes and a new ent-labdane-type diterpene diol have been isolated from the liverwort Porella perrottetiana and their structures have been elucidated by the chemical and spectral evidence.
