Background Common marmosets are widely used as experimental primates; however, little is still known about their bone physiology. Therefore, the aim of our study was to analyse body weight, age and bone‐specific blood parameters in relation to morphological bone parameters. Methods Fifty‐eight common marmosets were analysed for blood calcium (Ca), inorganic phosphor (Pi), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and 17‐β‐estradiol (E2). The examination of bone parameters was undertaken in the lumbar spine by computer tomography. Results There was a correlation between bone mineral density (BMD) and body weight, trabecular area ratio and polar moment as well as between BMD and AP or Ca (only males), whereas there were no correlations between BMD and age, Pi or E2 in all analysed genders. Conclusions Our data support the assumption that the common marmoset is a reliable primate model to study changes in bone metabolism because of the similarity of our results to humans.  相似文献

doi: 10.1111/j.1741‐2358.2011.00527.x Relationships between bone mass and micro‐architecture at the mandible and iliac bone in edentulous subjects: a dual X‐ray absorptiometry, computerised tomography and microcomputed tomography study Objectives: To compare bone volume, bone mineral density, cortical thickness and bone micro‐architecture in a series of paired mandibular and iliac bone samples analysed by various imagery techniques to see whether relationships exist between the various techniques and between mandibular and iliac bone. Materials and methods: Bone samples from the mandible and ilium were harvested in 20 cadavers and analysed by dual energy X‐ray absorptiometry (DXA), computerised tomography (CT) on a conventional hospital machine and microCT. Results: Significant correlations were found between Hounsfield density obtained by CT, and bone mass determined by microCT but not with DXA values. Cortical thickness measurements were well correlated between CT and microCT. No relationships were found between mandibular and iliac bone, when considering mineral density, cortical thickness, bone volume or micro‐architecture. Conclusion: In clinical practice, CT remains the most appropriate routine means for bone qualitative and quantitative evaluation at the mandible. In this ex vivo study, these results confirm that mandibular bone status does not reflect the axial skeletal one and assist in the placement of implants with dental prostheses in old or osteoporotic patients.  相似文献

Two health problems have plagued captive common marmoset (Callithrix jacchus) colonies for nearly as long as those colonies have existed: marmoset wasting syndrome and metabolic bone disease. While marmoset wasting syndrome is explicitly linked to nutrient malabsorption, we propose metabolic bone disease is also linked to nutrient malabsorption, although indirectly. If animals experience negative nutrient balance chronically, critical nutrients may be taken from mineral stores such as the skeleton, thus leaving those stores depleted. We indirectly tested this prediction through an initial investigation of digestive efficiency, as measured by apparent energy digestibility, and serum parameters known to play a part in metabolic bone mineral density of captive common marmoset monkeys. In our initial study on 12 clinically healthy animals, we found a wide range of digestive efficiencies, and subjects with lower digestive efficiency had lower serum vitamin D despite having higher food intakes. A second experiment on 23 subjects including several with suspected bone disease was undertaken to measure digestive and serum parameters, with the addition of a measure of bone mineral density by dual‐energy X‐ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Bone mineral density was positively associated with apparent digestibility of energy, vitamin D, and serum calcium. Further, digestive efficiency was found to predict bone mineral density when mediated by serum calcium. These data indicate that a poor ability to digest and absorb nutrients leads to calcium and vitamin D insufficiency. Vitamin D absorption may be particularly critical for indoor‐housed animals, as opposed to animals in a more natural setting, because vitamin D that would otherwise be synthesized via exposure to sunlight must be absorbed from their diet. If malabsorption persists, metabolic bone disease is a possible consequence in common marmosets. These findings support our hypothesis that both wasting syndrome and metabolic bone disease in captive common marmosets are consequences of inefficient nutrient absorption. Am. J. The common marmoset serves as a primate model for many human diseases. Hypogonadal and particularly aged men develop osteopenia or osteoporosis. Whether marmosets develop osteoporosis after orchidectomy is not known. This was tested in seven young and two older adult male orchidectomy animals using quantitative computer tomography, which allowed quantification of total surface and density of the cortex and of the cancellous structures of the metaphysis of the tibia and of the fifth or sixth lumbal vertebra (L5/L6) before or after orchidectomy (orx), and 1, 6 and 12 months later. Surrogate parameters of whole skeletal bone metabolism (osteocalcin, OC) and C-terminal breakdown products (telopeptides) of collagen-alpha1 (CrossLaps) were also measured. Male marmosets lost between 5 and 20% of their initial cancellous density in the metaphysis of the tibia and this was statistically significant 6 months after castration. No loss of cancellous density was observed in L5/L6 of young marmosets and OC and the CrossLaps in the serum were decreased at this time point while a reduction was observed in bone mineral density of L5/L6 in two aged animals. It is concluded that castration of young male marmoset for 1 year results in a significant loss of bone mineral density in the metaphysis of the tibia resulting in osteopenia but not in the vertebra. The results indicate that male orx marmosets become osteopenic within 12 months after castration and may be a more human-like experimental model for bone research.  相似文献

Osteocytes, cells embedded within the bone mineral matrix, inform on key aspects of vertebrate biology. In particular, a relationship between volumes of the osteocytes and bone growth and/or genome size has been proposed for several tetrapod lineages. However, the variation in osteocyte volume across different scales is poorly characterized and mostly relies on incomplete, two‐dimensional information. In this study, we characterize the variation of osteocyte volumes in ray‐finned fishes (Actinopterygii), a clade including more than half of modern vertebrate species in which osteocyte biology is poorly known. We use X‐ray synchrotron micro‐computed tomography (SRµCT) to achieve a three‐dimensional visualization of osteocyte lacunae and direct measurement of their size (volumes). Our specimen sample is designed to characterize variation in osteocyte lacuna morphology at three scales: within a bone, among the bones of one individual and among species. At the intra‐bone scale, we find that osteocyte lacunae vary noticeably in size between zones of organized and woven bone (being up to six times larger in woven bone), and across cyclical bone deposition. This is probably explained by differences in bone deposition rate, with larger osteocyte lacunae contained in bone that deposits faster. Osteocyte lacuna volumes vary 3.5‐fold among the bones of an individual, and this cannot readily be explained by variation in bone growth rate or other currently observable factors. Finally, we find that genome size provides the best explanation of variation in osteocyte lacuna volume among species: actinopterygian taxa with larger genomes (polyploid taxa in particular) have larger osteocyte lacunae (with a ninefold variation in median osteocyte volume being measured). Our findings corroborate previous two‐dimensional studies in tetrapods that also observed similar patterns of intra‐individual variation and found a correlation with genome size. This opens new perspectives for further studies on bone evolution, physiology and palaeogenomics in actinopterygians, and vertebrates as a whole.  相似文献

Most zoological systematics studies are currently based on morphological features, molecular traits or a combination of both to reconstruct animals’ phylogenetic history. Increasingly, morphological studies of museum specimens are using X‐ray computed tomography to visualize internal morphology, because of its ‘non‐destructive’ nature. However, it is not known whether CT can fragment the size of DNA extracted from museum specimens, as has been demonstrated to occur in living cells. This question is of paramount importance for collections based research because X‐rays may reduce the amount of data obtainable from specimens. In our study, we tested whether exposure of museum bird skins to typical CT X‐ray energies (for visualization of the skeleton) increased DNA strand fragmentation, a key factor for the success of downstream molecular applications. For the present study, we extracted DNA from shavings of 24 prepared and dried bird skins (100+ years) footpads before and after CT scanning. The pre‐ and post‐CT fragmentation profiles were assessed using a capillary electrophoresis high‐precision instrument (Agilent Bioanalyzer). Comparison of the most common strand length in each DNA sample (relative mass) revealed no significant difference unexposed and exposed tissue (paired t‐test p = 0.463). In conclusion, we found no further quantifiable degradation of DNA strand length under standard X‐ray exposure obtained from our bird skins sample. Differences in museum preservation techniques probably had a greater effect on variation of pre‐CT DNA fragmentation.  相似文献

The karyotype of Saguinus labiatus labiatus was determined by the Giemsa-banding technique on leukocytes cultured from 10 marmosets. The diploid chromosome number (2n = 46) was the same and the chromosome complement similar to other marmosets of genus Saguinus. Small karyotypic differences were found between S. l. labiatus and white-lipped marmosets (Saguinus fuscicollis) in the size of the X chromosome and in the banding pattern of one pair of metacentric chromosomes. A karyotypic variant was detected in 1 S. l. labiatus, characterized by a diploid chromosome number of 45 with balanced autosomal translocation involving two pairs of acrocentric chromosomes (T 16/19).  相似文献

The use of immunohistochemistry (IHC) in staging bone marrow in non-Hodgkin''s lymphoma (NHL) is largely limited to ambiguous cases, particularly those with lymphoid aggregates. Its role in routine clinical practice remains unestablished. This study aimed to determine whether the routine use of IHC in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) would improve the detection of lymphomatous involvement in the bone marrow. It also sought to determine the impact of IHC on predicting survival compared with routine histological diagnosis using hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), Giemsa, and reticulin staining. The bone marrow trephines of 156 histologically proven DLBCL cases were assessed on routine histology, and IHC using two T-cell markers (CD45RO and CD3), two B-cell markers (CD20 and CD79a), and κ and λ light chains. IHC detected lymphomatous involvement on an additional 11% cases compared with histology alone. Although both routine histology and IHC were good predictors of survival, IHC was better at predicting survival on stepwise multivariate Cox regression analysis. IHC performed routinely on bone marrow trephines has the ability to improve detection of occult lymphoma in experienced hands. Three real‐time PCR–based assays for the specific diagnosis of flavescence dorée (FD), bois noir (BN) and apple proliferation (AP) phytoplasmas and a universal one for the detection of phytoplasmas belonging to groups 16Sr‐V, 16Sr‐X and 16Sr‐XII have been developed. Ribosomal‐based primers CYS2Fw/Rv and TaqMan probe CYS2 were used for universal diagnosis in real‐time PCR. For group‐specific detection of FD phytoplasma, ribosomal‐based primers fAY/rEY, specific for 16Sr‐V phytoplasmas, were chosen. For diagnosis of BN and AP phytoplasmas, specific primers were designed on non‐ribosomal and nitroreductase DNA sequences, respectively. SYBR® Green I detection coupled with melting curve analysis was used in each group‐specific protocol. Field‐collected grapevines infected with FD and BN phytoplasmas and apple trees infected with AP phytoplasma, together with Scaphoideus titanus, Hyalesthes obsoletus and Cacopsylla melanoneura adults, captured in the same vineyards and orchards, were used as templates in real‐time PCR assays. The diagnostic efficiency of each group‐specific protocol was compared with well‐established detection procedures, based on conventional nested PCR. Universal amplification was obtained in real‐time PCR from DNAs of European aster yellows (16Sr‐I), elm yellows (16Sr‐V), stolbur (16Sr‐XII) and AP phytoplasma reference isolates maintained in periwinkles. The same assay detected phytoplasma DNA in all test plants and test insect vectors infected with FD, BN and AP phytoplasmas. Our group‐specific assays detected FD, BN, and AP phytoplasmas with high efficiencies, similar to those obtained with nested PCR and did not amplify phytoplasma DNA of other taxonomic groups. Melting curve analysis was necessary for the correct identification of the specific amplicons generated in the presence of very low target concentrations. Our work shows that real‐time PCR methods can sensitively and rapidly detect phytoplasmas at the universal or group‐specific level. This should be useful in developing defence strategies and for quantitative studies of phytoplasma–plant–vector interactions.  相似文献

X‐ray radiation is detrimental to human cells and may lead to development of life‐threatening diseases. Cigarette smoke contains about 500 chemicals that include organic and oxidant compounds whereas vitamin C and E (VCE) have scavenger effects on the compounds. We investigated effects of VCE administration on X‐ray‐induced oxidative toxicity in blood of smoker and nonsmoker X‐ray technicians. Twenty technicians and 30 healthy age‐matched subjects control were used in the study. Ten of the X‐ray technicians and 15 of the control were smokers. Blood samples were taken from the control. Oral vitamin C (500 mg) and vitamin E (150 mg) were daily supplemented to the smoker and nonsmoker X‐ray technicians for 5 weeks. Blood samples were taken from the X‐ray technicians after and before 5 weeks. Plasma and erythrocytes lipid peroxidation (LP), reduced glutathione (GSH) levels, erythrocytes glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px), and plasma antioxidant vitamin concentrations were investigated in control and X‐ray technicians with smoker and nonsmoker. Plasma and erythrocytes LP levels were higher in the total X‐ray group and smoker X‐ray group than in control and nonsmoker X‐ray group, respectively although the LP level was decreased by the VCE treatment. The plasma vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and β‐carotene concentrations were lower in the X‐ray group than in control although their concentrations were increased by the treatment. The erythrocytes GSH level and GSH‐Px activity were found to be higher in the treatment group than in the X‐ray group. Plasma GSH level was not found to be different in all group. Reactive oxygen species may play role in the mechanism that has been proposed to explain the biological side effect of X‐ray radiation and smoke. VCE prevents the smoke and X‐ray‐induced oxidative stress to strengthen antioxidant vitamin concentrations in the blood of the technicians. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to identify the presence of Helicobacter sp. in the gastric mucosa of captive marmosets (Callithrix sp.). Histologic specimens from the fundic, corpus, and antral gastric regions of six Callithrix jacchus, 12 C. kuhli, and 12 C. geoffroyi specimens were evaluated. The sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) and the Warthin-Starry silver impregnation method, and immunostained with rabbit anti-H. pylori polyclonal antibody. Helicobacter-like organisms (HLOs) and coccoid forms were present in silver-stained sections from 29 stomachs, whereas immunohistochemistry (IHC) tests revealed bacterial aggregates in 15 stomachs. No statistical difference relative to the presence of Helicobacter sp. was found among the gastric regions or marmoset species. Gastric lesions were found in the groups of marmosets that had positive and negative IHC results, but no correlation between inflammation and Helicobacter sp. infection was established. These findings demonstrate that marmosets are susceptible to naturally-occurring Helicobacter sp. infection, and open the way to the development of comparative studies on Helicobacter sp. infection in humans.  相似文献

The zooxanthellate dendrophylliid coral, Turbinaria peltata (Scleractinia), exhibit various growth forms that increase the photoreception area through the development of coenosteum skeletons. Because it is difficult to make detailed observations of the internal structures, we visualized inner skeletal structures using nondestructive microfocus X‐ray computed tomography (CT) imaging. After removal of the coenosteum skeletons from the X‐ray CT images, three‐dimensional 3D‐models were reconstructed for individual corallites. Regular budding was observed from the 3D‐model and cross‐sectional images as follows: 1) lateral corallites occurred only near the two primary septa on one side, apart from a directive primary septum with distinct polarity; 2) the budding occurred upward at acute angles; and 3) these regular structures and polarity were repeated throughout growth with every generation. Even in zooxanthellate dendrophylliids, the same budding modes as observed in azooxanthellate equivalents control the colonial growth. Active zones (AZs) of inner hair cells (IHCs) indefatigably release hundreds of vesicles per second, requiring each release site to reload vesicles at tens per second. Here, we report that the endocytic adaptor protein 2μ (AP‐2μ) is required for release site replenishment and hearing. We show that hair cell‐specific disruption of AP‐2μ slows IHC exocytosis immediately after fusion of the readily releasable pool of vesicles, despite normal abundance of membrane‐proximal vesicles and intact endocytic membrane retrieval. Sound‐driven postsynaptic spiking was reduced in a use‐dependent manner, and the altered interspike interval statistics suggested a slowed reloading of release sites. Sustained strong stimulation led to accumulation of endosome‐like vacuoles, fewer clathrin‐coated endocytic intermediates, and vesicle depletion of the membrane‐distal synaptic ribbon in AP‐2μ‐deficient IHCs, indicating a further role of AP‐2μ in clathrin‐dependent vesicle reformation on a timescale of many seconds. Finally, we show that AP‐2 sorts its IHC‐cargo otoferlin. We propose that binding of AP‐2 to otoferlin facilitates replenishment of release sites, for example, via speeding AZ clearance of exocytosed material, in addition to a role of AP‐2 in synaptic vesicle reformation.  相似文献

Background As common marmosets (Callithrix jacchus) are frequently used experimental animals, sensitive test systems are needed to evaluate impairment and pain caused by procedures and diseases. Methods A diurnal profile of healthy animals was obtained by videotaping. Differences in social behavior and cognitive skills between marmosets with established endometriosis and healthy monkeys were investigated using the videotaping, the Wisconsin General Test Apparatus (WGTA), and a food tree. Results The marmosets showed a mostly trimodal course of activity. Social grooming and activity were significantly decreased in animals with endometriosis; furthermore, the diseased monkeys habituated significantly worse to the cognitive test settings. The food tree experiments offered no differences between diseased and control animals. Conclusion The videotaping and the WGTA are suitable methods to detect disease‐related impairments in common marmosets, which is essential for the refinement of experiments.  相似文献

Ancient mummified soft‐tissues are a unique source to study the evolution of disease. Diagnostic imaging of such historic tissues is of foremost interest in paleoanthropology or paleopathology, with conventional x‐ray and computed tomography (CT) being the gold‐standard. Longer wavelength radiation in the far‐infrared or Terahertz region allows diagnostic close‐to‐surface tissue differentiation of bone morphology while being harmless to human cells. The aim of this study is to show the feasibility and the morpho‐diagnostic impact of THz imaging of historic remains. Images of an artificially embalmed ancient Egyptian human mummy hand, an artificially embalmed ancient Egyptian mummified fish and a macerated human lumbar vertebra were obtained by THz‐pulse imaging and compared with conventional X‐ray and CT images. Although conventional x‐ray imaging provides higher spatial resolution, we found that THz‐imaging is well‐suited for the investigation of ancient mummified soft tissue and embalming‐related substances / wrappings. In particular, bone and cartilaginous structures can be well differentiated from surrounding soft‐tissues and bandage‐wrappings by THz imaging. Furthermore, THz‐pulse imaging also measures the time‐delay of the pulsed signal when passing through the sample, which provides supplementary information on the optical density of the sample that is not obtained by X‐ray and CT. Terahertz radiation provides a completely non‐invasive diagnostic imaging modality for historic dry specimens. We anticipate this modality also to be used for detection of hidden objects in historic samples such as funerary amulets still in situ in wrapped mummies, as well as potentially for the identification of spectral signatures from chemical substances, e.g., in embalming essences.. Quantifying cortisol concentration in hair is a non‐invasive biomarker of long‐term hypothalamic‐pituitary‐adrenal (HPA) activation, and thus can provide important information on laboratory animal health. Marmosets (Callithrix jacchus) and capuchins (Cebus apella) are New World primates increasingly used in biomedical and neuroscience research, yet published hair cortisol concentrations for these species are limited. Review of the existing published hair cortisol values from marmosets reveals highly discrepant values and the use of variable techniques for hair collection, processing, and cortisol extraction. In this investigation we utilized a well‐established, standardized protocol to extract and quantify cortisol from marmoset (n = 12) and capuchin (n = 4) hair. Shaved hair samples were collected from the upper thigh during scheduled exams and analyzed via methanol extraction and enzyme immunoassay. In marmosets, hair cortisol concentration ranged from 2,710 to 6,267 pg/mg and averaged 4,070 ± 304 pg/mg. In capuchins, hair cortisol concentration ranged from 621 to 2,089 pg/mg and averaged 1,092 ± 338 pg/mg. Hair cortisol concentration was significantly different between marmosets and capuchins, with marmosets having higher concentrations than capuchins. The incorporation of hair cortisol analysis into research protocols provides a non‐invasive measure of HPA axis activity over time, which offers insight into animal health. Utilization of standard protocols across laboratories is essential to obtaining valid measurements and allowing for valuable future cross‐species comparisons.  相似文献

Background: One of the factors that affect the survival rate of implants is bone mineral density (BMD) of the jaws. Materials and methods: Fifty edentulous elderly patients’ (27 women and 23 men) spine, femur and the mandibular body BMDs were measured using DXA technique. BMD scans of the AP lumbar spine (L2–L3) and femur were classified using World Health Organisation criteria for bone mass. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the normal femur group’s–osteoporosis group’s mandibular body BMD (p = 0.001) and femoral osteopaenia group’s–osteoporosis group’s mandibular body BMD (p < 0.001). The femoral osteoporosis group’s mandibular body BMDs were lower than those of both the normal femoral and the femoral osteopaenia group subjects’. Conclusion: Classification of edentulous mandibles according to low and high bone mineral densities is a problem in implant dentistry. The results of this study demonstrated that femoral bone mineral density status may be used to provide preliminary information about the bone mineral density of the mandibular body region in elderly edentulous subjects.  相似文献

Intermuscular bones (IBs) are widely present in morphologically generalized teleost fishes and are commonly found in the Cyprinidae. Intermuscular bones are small, hard spicules of bone that are formed by ossification in the myosepta between neighboring myomeres. Why fish have IBs, and whether there is any evolutionary pattern to their occurrence, has been poorly understood. However, the presence of IBs does substantially affect the meat quality and commercial values of many cyprinid fishes in aquaculture. In this study, we sampled 592 individuals of cyprinid fishes to systematically investigate the evolution of IBs from a phylogenetic point of view. We found that the total number of IBs in the Cyprinidae ranged from 73 to 169, and we clarified that only two categories of IBs (epineural and epipleural) were present in all examined cyprinids. Most of the IBs were distributed in the posterior region of the fish, which might be an optimal target for selecting fewer IB strains in aquaculture. There was a positive correlation between IBs and the number of vertebrae, thus making it possible to predict the approximate number of IBs by counting the number of vertebrae. Although the IBs displayed some correlation with phylogenetic relationships in some lineages and to ecological factors such as diet (especially carnivore), in an overall view the variations of IBs in cyprinids were extremely diverse. The number and patterns of IBs in these fishes may reflect their phylogenetic history, but have been shaped by multiple environment factors. In this study, we also confirmed that X‐ray photography remains an optimal and reliable method for the study of IBs.  相似文献

Finite element (FE) models of long bones constructed from computed-tomography (CT) data are emerging as an invaluable tool in the field of bone biomechanics. However, the performance of such FE models is highly dependent on the accurate capture of geometry and appropriate assignment of material properties. In this study, a combined numerical-experimental study is performed comparing FE-predicted surface strains with strain-gauge measurements. Thirty-six major, cadaveric, long bones (humerus, radius, femur and tibia), which cover a wide range of bone sizes, were tested under three-point bending and torsion. The FE models were constructed from trans-axial volumetric CT scans, and the segmented bone images were corrected for partial-volume effects. The material properties (Young's modulus for cortex, density-modulus relationship for trabecular bone and Poisson's ratio) were calibrated by minimizing the error between experiments and simulations among all bones. The R(2) values of the measured strains versus load under three-point bending and torsion were 0.96-0.99 and 0.61-0.99, respectively, for all bones in our dataset. The errors of the calculated FE strains in comparison to those measured using strain gauges in the mechanical tests ranged from -6% to 7% under bending and from -37% to 19% under torsion. The observation of comparatively low errors and high correlations between the FE-predicted strains and the experimental strains, across the various types of bones and loading conditions (bending and torsion), validates our approach to bone segmentation and our choice of material properties.  相似文献

In a previous study of the cellular mechanism underlaying Wolff's law we showed that mechanical stimulation by intermittent hydrostatic compression (IHC) increases bone formation in cultured fetal mouse calvariae compared to non-stimulated cultures. To test whether mechanical stimuli may modulate bone-specific gene expression, we studied the effect of IHC on alkaline phosphatase (AP) expression and enzyme activity as well as collagen and actin mRNA levels in neonatal mouse calvariae and calvarial bone cells. Two cell populations, one resembling osteoprogenitor (OPR) cells and another resembling osteoblasts (OB) were obtained from calvariae by sequential digestion. IHC was applied by intermittently (0.3 Hz) compressing the gas- phase of a closed culture chamber (peak stress 13 kPa, peak stress rate 32.5 kPas−1).

In control cultures of calvariae as well as OB and OPR cells, AP activity and AP-, collagen-, and actin-mRNA levels all decreased after one or more days, with the exception of OPR cell collagen expression which increased during culture. IHC treatment upregulated AP, collagen and actin expression and AP activity in calvariae and OB cells, but decreased collagen expression in OPR cells.

These results suggest that treatment with IHC promotes the osteoblastic phenotype in bone organ cultures and in osteoblasts. Osteoprogenitor cells seem to react somewhat differently to mechanical stress than osteoblasts. The loss of bone-specific gene expression under control culture conditions, in the absence of mechanical stimuli, suggests that the mechanical environment is important in maintaining the differentiated phenotype of bone cells, and that IHC treatment partially restores this environment in bone cell- and organ cultures.  相似文献
