Low energetic laser radiation produces stimulating influence on posttraumatic regeneration of interneuronal connections of the sympathetic trunk. Local effect of the low energetic laser with exposition of 25 sec., power of the incident ray 16 mVt/cm2 increases the cause of reparative regeneration of sympathetic preganglionic fibers. Restoration of the cranial cervical ganglion (CCG) connections with the spinal cord takes place 5-6 days earlier comparing with the control. Localization and structural organization of the spinal initial neurons is stated, their processes reach the CCG.  相似文献

Near infrared light from a high-powered, 1064 nm, Neodymium : Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (Nd : YAG) laser killed a variety of Gram-positive and Gramnegative bacteria and two yeasts, lawned on nutrient agar plates. A beam (crosssectional area, 1.65 cm2) of laser light was delivered in 10 J, 8 ms pulses at 10 Hz, in a series of exposure times. For each microbial species, a dose/response curve was obtained of area of inactivation vs energy density (J cm−2). The energy density that gave an inactivation area (IA) equal to 50% of the beam area was designated the IA50-value and was plotted together with its 95% confidence limits. Average IA50-values were all within a threefold range and varied from 1768 J cm−2 for Serratia marcescens to 4489 J cm−2 for vegetative cells of Bacillus stearothermophilus. There were no systematic differences in sensitivity attributable to cell shape, size, pigmentation or Gram reaction. At the lowest energy densities where inactivation was achieved for the majority of organisms (around 2000 J cm−2), no effect was observed on the nutrient agar surface, but as the energy density was increased, a depression in the agar surface was formed, followed by localized melting of the agar.  相似文献

By means of radioautographic method, with 3H-thymidin application there were studied: mitotic activity, the number of DNA-synthesizing cells, growth fraction and population number of fibroblast culture irradiated with a single impulse of neodymium laser at energy density within 1 Dg/cm2--100 Dg/cm2. Under the influence of small doses of laser radiation (1--10 Dg/cm2) the number of dividing DNA-synthesizing cells increased, together with proliferative pool and the number of cells in the field of vision. At energy density of laser radiation equal to 50 Dg/cm2, and especially to 100 Dg/cm2 despite increased mitotic index and labelled cells index, registered during first hours of the effect, proliferative pool decreased and population growth rate lowered. These doses of laser radiation produced destruction of a rather large part of the cells in a monolayer.  相似文献

研究578.2 nm激光照射对兔视网膜的作用特点,以新西兰白兔5只10眼为实验对象,铜蒸汽激光(578.2 nm)通过裂隙灯照射兔视网膜后极部,照射时间为100 s,光斑直径为2 mm,照射剂量分别为60 J/cm2、80 J/cm2、100 J/cm2、120 J/cm2、160 J/cm2、200 J/cm2,每组4个光斑。照后1 h及24 h进行眼底照相及光镜观察。照光后可见,随激光功率密度的增加,兔视网膜的损伤也逐渐加重,并且照后24 h的损伤要重于照后1h。80 J/cm2和60 J/cm2在照后1 h和24 h均未发现明显改变。578.2 nm激光照射白兔后的主要病理学改变位于脉络膜。因此,以578.2 nm激光作为光动力治疗眼底疾病的光源时,照射剂量不宜超过80 J/cm2。  相似文献

The sintering processing of hydroxyapatite (HAP) powder was studied using selective laser sintering for bone tissue engineering. The effect of laser energy density on the microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of the sintered samples was investigated. The results indicate that the average grain size increases from 0.211 ± 0.039 to 0.979 ± 0.133 μm with increasing the laser energy density from 2.0 to 5.0 J/mm2. The maximum value of Vickers hardness and fracture toughness were 4.0 ± 0.13 Gpa and 1.28 ± 0.033 MPam1/2, respectively, when the laser energy density was 4.0 J/mm2. The XRD results indicated that the nano-HAP was decomposed into TCP with the laser energy density of above 4.0 J/mm2. In vitro bioactivity after soaking in simulated body fluid (SBF) for 3 ~ 12 days showed that a bone-like apatite layer on the surface of the sintered samples. It indicated that the HAP scaffold possesses favorable mechanical properties and bioactivity, and may be used for bone tissue engineering.  相似文献

The ability to immobilize DNA probes onto gold substrates at an optimum surface density is key in the development of a wide range of DNA biosensors. We present a method to accurately control probe DNA surface density by the simultaneous co-immobilization of thiol modified probes and mercaptohexanol. Probe surface density is controlled by the thiol molar ratio in solution, with a linear relationship between thiol molar ratio and probe density spanning (1-9) x10(12)/cm2. The probe surface density per microscopic surface area was determined using chronocoulometry, and a detailed analysis of the method presented. Using this sample preparation method, the effect of probe density and hybridization on the charge transfer resistance with the negatively charged ferri/ferrocyanide redox couple was determined. Above a threshold probe surface density of 2.5 x 10(12)/cm2, electrostatic repulsion from the negatively charged DNA modulates the charge transfer resistance, allowing hybridization to be detected. Below the threshold density no change in charge transfer resistance with probe density or with hybridization occurs. The probe surface density was optimized to obtain the maximum percentage change in charge transfer resistance with hybridization.  相似文献

目的:研究能量激光照射对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响,以便从NK细胞活性的角度阐明其免疫调节效应。方法:以BALB/c小鼠为研究对象,应用7.337J/cm^2,11.00J/cm^2,14.67J/cm^2,22.00J/cm^2和36.67J/cm^2五种剂量的氦氖激光作小鼠内眼角照射,连续照射8d,并于照射开始后第3d,6d,9d,13d和第17d,动脉监测实验鼠脾脏NK细胞活性。结果:以日剂量为7.33J/cm^2,11.00J/cm^2,14.67J/cm^2和22.00J/cm^2LELI照射小鼠四个剂量组均可增强NL细胞的活性(P<0.01或P<0.05),但其峰值的出现随着LELI剂量的增大而加快,22.00J/cm^2剂量组在第3d就达到峰值,而其余三组则分别在第9d或第13d时达到峰值,与相相反,大剂量36.6J/cm^2ELEI组NK活性则表现出明显的抑制效应。结论:适当剂量的低能量激光照射剂可对小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性产生增强效应,而过大剂是LELI则产生抑制效应。  相似文献

本文采用染色体畸变 (chromosomalaberration CA)试验和微核 (micronucleus)试验两种方法对低强度He Ne激光辐照育龄妇女外周血淋巴细胞。激光能量密度分别为 14.31J cm2 (辐照 5′)、2 8.6 2J cm2 (辐照 10′) ,5 7.2 4J cm2(辐照 2 0′) ,114.5 2J cm2 (辐照 40′)。照射血样后 ,染色体畸变试验检测其淋巴细胞染色体畸变率 ,激光照射及空白对照组 ,血样染色体畸变率分别为 4.2 9‰、3.96‰、3.81、3.5 9‰和 4.19‰ ,X2 检验无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。阳性对照丝裂霉素MMC处理的血样淋巴细胞CA率平均为 14.41‰ ,明显高于激光照射和空白对照组 ,X2 检验有显著差异(P <0 .0 1)。微核试验检测结果 ,微核染色体分别为 1.0 2‰ ,1.17‰ ,1.18‰ ,1.31‰和 1.19‰对照 ,经统计分析激光照射各组与对照组微核率均在 2‰以下 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,属正常人体微核范围内。结果显示两组试验监测诱变均具有一致性。证明He Ne激光辐照人体细胞对染色体无致畸效应。且表明He Ne激光在治疗范围内应用安全、有效、不会对不体造成危害。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial activity of argon fluoride (ArF) excimer laser radiation on clinically important strains of gram-negative bacteria. The antibacterial activity of ArF excimer laser radiation was evaluated on two Acinetobacter baumannii, one Enterobacter cloacae, three Escherichia coli, two Helicobacter pylori, one Klebsiella pneumoniae and two Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. The strains were isolated from clinical specimens and typed by the usual biochemical procedures. Square agar plates of 12 x 12 cm were divided into rectangular (2 x 3 cm) regions and spread with 0.5x 10(4) colony forming units (CFU)/ml of bacterial suspension. The excess liquid was removed and the plates were allowed to dry for 30 min. A total of 96 rectangular (2x3 cm) regions were used for each strain, in order to test an equal number of laser parameters. Each rectangular region was irradiated with different laser parameters, using a 193 nm ArF excimer laser, linked with a simple Galilean afocal system and a rectangular diaphragm of the same dimensions as the original laser beam cross-section, at a distance of 10 cm from the irradiated surface. This system was used in order to keep the laser pulse energy under 80 mJ and to cut-out the non-transverse electromagnetic mode branches of the laser beam. We then studied the bacterial survival ratio versus the number of laser pulses, the repetition frequency and the total laser beam fluence. Our results showed that the total laser beam fluence was the most important parameter to consider in evaluating the bactericidal effect of ArF excimer laser radiation. A critical value of the total fluence was determined for each strain, such that, for laser beam fluences greater than this critical value, no colonies appeared to survive while, for laser fluences less than this critical value, the survival ratio did not exceed 2 x 10(7) CFU (2 x 10(-5)%). These critical values were found to vary between 8 J/cm2 and 16 J/cm2 for the bacterial species studied. Under these conditions, ArF laser irradiation is promising for the sterilisation of hard surfaces and for in situ application.  相似文献

The therapeutic effects of photodynamic therapy and hyperthermia on mice bearing subcutaneous tumors were investigated. Ehrlich ascites tumor cells (1 x 10(7)) were implanted subcutaneously into the femoral area of BALB/c mice. A total of 134 tumor-bearing mice were treated with photodynamic therapy, i.e., administration of laser irradiation (514.5 nm, 112.5 mW/cm2 for 11.12 min with a total energy 75 J/cm2) after injection (i.p.) of hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD, 7.5 and 10.0 mg/kg body weight) and/or hyperthermia (by electric heating needles to 44 and 45 degrees C for 30 min) once a day for three successive days. The results revealed that the therapeutic effects of the combination of photodynamic therapy and hyperthermia were improved when compared with photodynamic therapy or hyperthermia alone. A combination of photodynamic therapy (10.0 mg HPD/kg body weight and 75 J/cm2 of total laser irradiation energy) and hyperthermia (44 degrees C for 30 min) had the best therapeutic effect, indicating that the mortality rate within 120 days (MR120) was 12.5% and the mean survival time (MST120) was 113.8 days.  相似文献

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) for cancer is a therapeutic modality in the treatment of tumors in which visible light is used to activate a photosensitizer. Cell membranes have been identified as an important intracellular target for singlet oxygen produced during the photochemical pathway. This study analyzed the cytotoxicity in specific cellular targets of a photosensitizer used in PDT in vitro. The photosensitizing effects of chloroaluminum phthalocyanine liposomal were studied on the mitochondria, cytoskeleton and endoplasmic reticulum of HeLa cells. Cells were irradiated with a diode laser working at 670 nm, energy density of 4.5 J/cm2 and power density of 45 mW/cm2. Fluorescence microscopic analysis of the mitochondria showed changes in membrane potential. After PDT treatment, the cytoskeleton and endoplasmic reticulum presented basic alterations in distribution. The combined effect of AlPHCl liposomal and red light in the HeLa cell line induced photodamage to the mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and actin filaments in the cytoskeleton.  相似文献

Research has been carried out to investigate the effects of microwave exposure (7 GHz, surface energy density 10-50 mW/cm2, SAR 2.1-10.5 W/kg) on learned behaviors of rats in the paradigm of conditioned avoidance reflex. It was shown that transitory reductions in conditioned behavior after acute microwave exposure occurred at an SAR equal to the intensity of rat basal metabolism. It was found cumulative effects for intermittent exposures of rats at a power density of 10 mW/cm2.  相似文献

Two N-acetylgalactosamine-reactive lectins, Helix pomatia (HPA) and Dolichos biflorus (DBA), were used to study the energies involved in cell-cell interactions through the specific binding of these lectins to their membrane receptors on genotype AO human erythrocytes (red blood cells) (RBCs). The energy required to dissociate a unit of aggregated membrane area (gamma d) of two RBCs bridged by lectin molecules was determined from the shear force needed to dissociate two-cell aggregates in a flow channel. When HPA were used as bridging molecules, gamma d (0.4 X 10(-4) to 3.8 X 10(-4) dyn/cm) was proportional to the density (D = 175 to 1,060 molecules/micron 2) of HPA molecules bound on the RBC membrane. A similar gamma d/D ratio was also obtained for DBA. These results indicate that the number of lectin molecules bound on the interface plays an important role in determining the energy required for cell-cell dissociation. The aggregation energy per unit membrane area (gamma a) in lectin-induced aggregates was calculated from the degree of encapsulation of a lectin-bound, heat-sphered human RBC by a normal discoid RBC. A minimum of approximately 1,800 HPA molecules/micron 2 on the spheres was required to form stable aggregates with the RBC. By using spheres having a surface HPA density of 1,830 to 2,540 molecules/micron 2, or 1.1-1.5 X 10(12) combining sites/cm2, the gamma a value for HPA-induced aggregation was found to be 2.2 X 10(-3) dyn/cm. This higher value of gamma a than gamma d has been explained on the basis of several differences in aggregation and disaggregation processes. The gamma a value for DBA-induced aggregation was not obtainable by the sphere encapsulation method because of the relative low D values. A comparison of the present results with the published value of the free energy change of 5 kcal/mol for the interactions of HPA and DBA with their ligands suggests that only a small fraction of the lectin molecules bound to RBC surface participate in the bridging of adjacent cells.  相似文献

In an experimental animal study (Sus scrofa domesticus) we investigated the effects of the new technique of laser needle stimulation (wavelength: 685 nm; energy density: 4.6 kJ/cm2 per point; application duration: 20 min). The results revealed changes in microcirculatory parameters of the skin resulting in an increase in blood flow. However, the quality and intensity of the laser light did not induce micromorphological alterations in the skin.  相似文献

目的:探讨450 nm-470 nm可见光(蓝光)是否具有杀灭浮游状态和生物膜内铜绿假单胞菌的作用。方法:分别采用不同能量密度的蓝光照射浮游状态铜绿假单胞菌,与红光对照组、空白对照组相比,将照射后细菌采用平板涂板法评价蓝光杀菌效果;制作铜绿假单胞菌生物膜模型,16 J/cm2能量密度蓝光照射后通过激光共聚焦显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察生物膜内细菌存活情况以及生物膜结构变化。结果:与空白对照组相比,2 J/cm2及以上能量密度组蓝光照射后,细菌数目明显减少,杀菌率明显增加(P〈0.05),并呈剂量效应关系;16 J/cm2能量密度光照后生物膜内细菌死亡数较空白对照组明显增加且生物膜结构变稀疏。结论:450 nm-470 nm可见光(蓝光)具有高效杀灭浮游状态和生物膜内铜绿假单胞菌的作用。  相似文献

The functional state of myocardial mitochondria, the glycogen and nucleic acid contents in myocardium, and morphometry of structural elements of cardiomyocytes and myocardial capillary network were investigated in order to select the optimal regimen of decimeter wave exposures with power density of 10, 120 and 240 mW/cm2 on the area of thyroid gland. It was shown that the thyroid gland exposure to decimeter waves at these intensities resulted in functional shifts in energy and plastic processes in myocardium and capillary blood supply. These changes increased to a considerable extent as the intensity of exposure was increasing and reached the maximum at power density of 240 mW/cm2 but event at this intensity there was not found the injurious effect of decimeter waves on the myocardium.  相似文献

Low-level laser energy has been increasingly used in the treatment of a broad range of conditions and has improved wound healing, reduced edema, and relieved pain of various etiologies. This study examined whether 635-nm low-level lasers had an effect on adipose tissue in vivo and the procedural implementation of lipoplasty/liposuction techniques. The experiment investigated the effect of 635-nm, 10-mW diode laser radiation with exclusive energy dispersing optics. Total energy values of 1.2 J/cm(2), 2.4 J/cm(2), and 3.6 J/cm(2) were applied on human adipose tissue taken from lipectomy samples of 12 healthy women. The tissue samples were irradiated for 0, 2, 4, and 6 minutes with and without tumescent solution and were studied using the protocols of transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Nonirradiated tissue samples were taken for reference. More than 180 images were recorded and professionally evaluated. All microscopic results showed that without laser exposure the normal adipose tissue appeared as a grape-shaped node. After 4 minutes of laser exposure, 80 percent of the fat was released from the adipose cells; at 6 minutes of laser exposure, 99 percent of the fat was released from the adipocyte. The released fat was collected in the interstitial space. Transmission electron microscopic images of the adipose tissue taken at x60,000 showed a transitory pore and complete deflation of the adipocytes. The low-level laser energy affected the adipose cell by causing a transitory pore in the cell membrane to open, which permitted the fat content to go from inside to outside the cell. The cells in the interstitial space and the capillaries remained intact. Low-level laser-assisted lipoplasty has a significant impact on the procedural implementation of lipoplasty techniques.  相似文献

Two experiments were carried out to evaluate the effects of He-Ne laser irradiation at various energy doses on the quality of stored turkey semen. Four semen pools were used in Experiment 1. Each pool was divided into 10 aliquots, nine of which were irradiated with energy doses ranging from 0.144 to 10.8 J/cm2 while the tenth one was not irradiated (control). Each sample was evaluated for motility immediately after irradiation, 24 and 48 h later. Energy doses ranging from 3.24 to 5.4 J/cm2 had higher (P <0.01) sperm motility index (SMI) value compared to the control and samples irradiated with lower and higher laser doses. The energy dose of 3.96 J/cm2 was selected for Experiment 2 to obtain further insight on its effects on turkey sperm preservation for up to 60 h. Each pool of four semen was divided into two aliquots: one represented the control and the other one was irradiated with He-Ne laser at an energy dose of 3.96 J/cm2. Each sample was evaluated for motility and viability immediately after irradiation and then at 12 h intervals up to 60 h. The cell energy charge was also measured by HPLC. Exposure to 3.96 J/cm2 increased the SMI and viability of turkey semen stored for 60 h compared to the control (P <0.05). The cell energy charge of irradiated samples was 200% higher than in the control. Laser irradiation increased the longevity of stored turkey spermatozoa, and might be a useful technique to enhance semen quality in long-term storage.  相似文献
