To elucidate the molecular mechanisms of the protective action of stigmatellin (an inhibitor of complex III of mitochondrial electron transport chain, mtETC) against the heavy metal-induced cytotoxicity, we tested its effectiveness against mitochondrial membrane permeabilization produced by heavy metal ions Cd2(+), Hg2(+), Cu2(+) and Zn2(+), as well as by Ca2(+) (in the presence of P(i)) or Se (in form of Na?SeO?) using isolated rat liver mitochondria. It was shown that stigmatellin modulated mitochondrial swelling produced by these metals/metalloids in the isotonic sucrose medium in the presence of ascorbate plus tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (complex IV substrates added for energization of the mitochondria). It was found that stigmatellin and other mtETC inhibitors enhanced the mitochondrial swelling induced by selenite. However, in the same medium, all the mtETC inhibitors tested as well as cyclosporin A and bongkrekic acid did not significantly affect Cu2(+)-induced swelling. In contrast, the high-amplitude swelling produced by Cd2(+), Hg2(+), Zn2(+), or Ca2(+) plus P(i) was significantly depressed by these inhibitors. Significant differences in the action of these metals/metalloids on the redox status of pyridine nucleotides, transmembrane potential and mitochondrial respiration were also observed. In the light of these results as well as the data from the recent literature, our hypothesis on a possible involvement of the respiratory supercomplex, formed by complex I (P-site) and complex III (S-site) in the mitochondrial permeabilization mediated by the mitochondrial transition pore, is updated.  相似文献

The Tl+-induced opening of the MPTP in Ca2+-loaded rat liver mitochondria energized by respiration on the substrates succinate or glutamate plus malate was recorded as increased swelling and dissipation of mitochondrial membrane potential as well as decreased state 4, or state 3, or 2,4-dinitrophenol-stimulated respiration. These effects of Tl+ increased in nitrate media containing monovalent cations in the order of Li+ < NH4+ ≤ Na+ < K+. They were potentiated by inorganic phosphate and diminished by the MPTP inhibitors (ADP, CsA, Mg2+, Li+, rotenone, EGTA, and ruthenium red) both individually and more potently in their combinations. Maximal swelling of both non-energized and energized Ca2+-loaded mitochondria in rotenone-free media is an indication of Ca2+ uptake driven by respiration on mitochondrial endogenous substrates. It is suggested that Tl+ (distinct from Cd2+, Hg2+, and other heavy metals and regardless of the used respiratory substrates) can stimulate opening of the MPTP only in the presence of Ca2+. We discuss the possible participation of Ca2+-binding sites, located near the respiratory complex I and the adenine nucleotide translocase, in inducing opening of the MPTP.  相似文献

During last years different investigators, including us, have shown that oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction, mediated by disturbance of the mitochondrial respiratory chain and by induction of Ca2+-dependent nonselective high-conductance pore of the inner mitochondrial membrane, are involved in the mechanism(s) of cytotoxic action of heavy metals. At the same time, possible interaction of heavy metals with other channels, in particular, with selective potassium channels, such as ATP-dependent potassium channels, which are generally considered to be protective for the cells, have not been investigated. The aim of this study was to examine the influence of diazoxide, a pharmacological activator of ATP-dependent potassium channels, on mitochondrial physiology and cell viability in the presence of Cd2+. As a model system, we used AS-30D rat ascites hepatoma cells and isolated rat liver mitochondria. We found that diazoxide enhanced an intracellular production of reactive oxygen species and induced significant stimulation of the resting respiration rate of the cells. Apart from this, diazoxide had a protective effect on AS-30D cells increasing their viability substantially decreased in the presence of the tested concentrations of Cd2+ (50 and 100 μM). The protective effect of diazoxide was completely suppressed by increasing the duration of incubation of the cells with Cd2+, and partially by addition to the assay medium of a blocker of mitochondrial ATP-dependent potassium channels 5-hydroxydecanoic acid (100 or 300 μM). In isolated rat liver mitochondria we found that diazoxide did not prevent the toxic action of Cd2+, since it produced no significant effects on the mitochondrial swelling and the respiration changes evoked by the heavy metal in KCl assay media. Possible molecular mechanisms of the cytoprotective action of diazoxide are discussed.  相似文献

为了解成都平原水稻土重金属含量状况和潜在的生态风险,选取成都平原北部水稻土典型区域为研究对象,采集了158个表层土壤样品,分析了土壤中pH值和Cd、Cu、As、Hg、Pb、Cr、Ni 7种重金属元素含量,以20世纪80年代测定的成都平原土壤重金属元素背景值为评价标准,采用Hakanson潜在生态危害指数法对研究区域的重金属潜在生态风险进行了评价。结果表明:研究区域水稻土Cd、Hg、Ni、Cu、Pb、Cr和As平均含量分别为0.709、0.187、32.08、34.12、31.52、82.13 mg/kg和7.25 mg/kg;Cd、Ni、Cu和Hg 4种重金属超过《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995) Ⅱ级标准值样本比例分别为87.34%、8.23%、3.80%和3.80%,Cd含量超标严重。7种重金属元素变异系数幅度为18.35%-49.03%,由大到小依次为Cd、Hg、Cu、As、Ni、Cr、Pb。75.32%的样本达到中度或较强重金属潜在生态风险,区域整体表现为中度潜在生态风险(RI平均值为198.65),Cd和Hg为高生态风险元素,对潜在生态风险贡献率分别为62.27%和20.78%,As、Pb、Cu、Ni、Cr为低生态风险元素;风险概率图显示城区周边和绵远河沿线的潜在生态风险等级较高。因此,成都平原水稻土农业生产中应采取一定的措施防控农产品Cd和Hg污染。  相似文献

Abstract

Distribution of possible chemical forms of Al, Si, Sn, Pb, Zn, Fe, Hg, Cd and Cu in marine sediments of Cape Town harbour was investigated using a modified Tessier’s sequential extraction procedure and ICP-MS and ICP-AES for heavy metals determination. The mean fractions for all metals at all locations were: 1.5–7196 mg kg-1 for Si, 7.79–7266 mg kg-1 for Al, 161-639 mg kg-1 for Cu, 19–41978 mg kg-1 for Fe, 2.83–5864 mg kg-1 for Zn, 1.45–13.26 mg kg-1for Cd, 9.87–223 mg kg-1 for Sn, 11.98-979 mg kg-1 for Pb and 0.13–5.93 mg kg-1 for Hg. Si, Al and Zn were mostly associated with Fe–Mn oxides, whereas Sn and Hg were mainly bound to residual and organic matter. Pb existed mainly in the residual and iron/manganese oxide phases while Cd was evenly distributed in all the five phases. The loading plots of heavy metals bound to the various chemical forms, as well as Pearson correlation coefficients, enabled the determination binding relationship. Pb, Sn and Hg exhibited similar binding behaviour which indicated an anthropogenic point source from wastes from the ship maintenance workshop, and the presence of Sn in the organic phase can be identified with the use of anti-fouling paints at the harbour, whereas Al, Fe, Si, Cu and Zn would probably be of natural origin. Lastly Cd probably came from a diffuse pollution sources in the harbour due to its unique binding characteristic. The mobility of heavy metals varied depending on location and the heavy metal type. The mobility of metals followed the order: Si > Zn > Fe > Cu> Al> Cd> Pb > Sn > Hg. The high percentage of Cd and Pb in the bioavailable forms suggested the need to keep close surveillance on these metals because of their high toxicity.  相似文献

The aims of this study were to determine the concentrations, distribution, potential ecological risk (PER), and human health risk (Risk) of heavy metals in urban soils from a coal mining city in China. A total of 36 topsoil samples from Huainan city, Anhui, East China, were collected and analyzed for As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cr, and Cu. The PER was calculated to assess the pollution level. The hazard index (HI) and carcinogenic risk were used to assess the human health risk of heavy metals in the study area. The average concentration of As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cr, and Cu were 12.54, 0.21, 24.21, 0.19, 49.39, and 21.74 mg kg?1, respectively. The correlations between heavy metals indicated that Cu, Cr, Cd, and Pb mainly originated from automobile exhaust emissions, coal gangue, fly ash, and industrial wastewater, and that As and Hg mainly came from coal combustion exhaust. The PER index values of heavy metals decreased in the following order: Hg > Cd > As> Cu > Pb > Cr. The HI and Risk values indicated that the noncarcinogenic and carcinogenic risks of selected metals in the urban soil were both below the threshold values.  相似文献

We analyzed Hg, Cd, Zn and Cu in the liver as well as Hg and stable isotope ratios of carbon and nitrogen (δ13C and δ15N) in muscle from tiger sharks (Galeocerdo cuvier) in Japan. The Hg concentration in the muscle increased slightly and proportionally with increases in body length, but the Hg concentration in the liver increased markedly after maturation (exceeding 2.7 m precaudal length). The Hg concentration in the liver of mature shark was higher than that in the muscle. The Cd concentration in the liver increased with increases in body length. On the other hand, the Zn and Cu concentrations in the liver decreased during the growth stage, but thereafter increased with increased Cd burden due to growth. The marked increase in hepatic Hg in mature sharks may be explained by the continuous intake of Hg via food, slower growth and Hg–Se complex formation. High concentrations of Zn and Cu in the liver of immature sharks and concomitant increases in Zn and Cu with the Cd burden in the liver of mature sharks may be explained by the physiological requirements of Zn and Cu during the growth stage, the induction of metallothionein synthesis due to the Cd burden and the subsequent binding of these metals to metallothionein. The δ15N and δ13C values decreased with increases in body length, suggesting a shift from coastal feeding to pelagic feeding with shark growth. The Hg and Cd concentrations tended to be negatively correlated with the δ15N and δ13C values as a result of the increase in Hg and Cd accumulation due to the growth and the decreases in δ15N and δ13C values due to the sift of feeding area.  相似文献

Aims and methods

Concentrations of heavy metals such as Cd, As, Hg, Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn and Ni in different tissues (seeds, roots and shoots) of the mature canola (Brassica napus L.) plants and in the associated rhizosphere soils from Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region of China, were determined to evaluate the heavy metals’ pollution in the soils and the canola seeds, and to discuss their accumulation and translocation characteristics in canola plants. At the same time, the phytoextraction potential of the canola plant for the above heavy metals was theoretically calculated and discussed on the basis of above measured data.

Results

The results showed that the concentration ranges of Cd, As, Hg, Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn and Ni in the rhizosphere soils were 0.115–0.481, 3.40–20.5, 0.069–0.682, 9.92–27.4, 46.8–86.6, 17.7–253.3, 65.2–511.7 and 16.0–37.8?mg?kg?1, respectively. The concentrations of Cu, Zn and Hg at some sampling sites exceeded the 2nd grade threshods of Chinese national environmental quality standard for soils. The potential ecological risk of heavy metals in the canola rhizosphere soils decreased in the order of Zhejiang > Shanghai > Jiangsu provinces. The concentration ranges of above heavy metals in the canola seeds were 0.032–0.067, 0.002–0.005, 0.001–0.005, 0.053–0.165, 0.191–0.855, 3.01–13.20, 34.82–96.95 and 0.343–2.86?mg?kg?1, respectively, with Cu and Zn at some sampling sites exceeding the permissible concentrations in foods of China. Heavy metals’ concentrations in canola seeds didn’t increase with their increasing concentrations in the rhizosphere soils. The bioconcentration factors (BCFs) of most heavy metals in the canola seeds decreased with their increasing concentrations in the associated rhizosphere soils. The average BCFs of heavy metals decreased in the order of Zn (0.488)>Cd (0.241)>Cu (0.145)>Ni (0.038)>Hg (0.021)>Pb (0.005)=Cr (0.005)>As (0.000) in the canola seeds, Cd (1.550)>Cu (0.595)>Zn (0.422)>Hg (0.138)>Ni (0.085)>Pb (0.080)>As (0.035)>Cr (0.031) in the roots, and Cd (0.846)>Zn (0.242)>Cu (0.205)>Hg (0.159)>Ni (0.031)>Pb (0.025)>As (0.012)>Cr (0.007) in the shoots, respectively. The accumulation capacity for most of the above heavy metals in the mature canola tissues was root > shoot > seed, with the exceptions of seed > root > shoot for Zn and shoot > root > seed for Hg. Except Hg from root to shoot and Zn from root to seed, translocation factors (TFs) of above heavy metals were lower than 1.0.

Conclusions

The concentrations, BCFs and TFs of above heavy metals in the canola tissues indicated that the investigated canola plants did not meet the criteria of hyperaccumulators for the above heavy metals. The phytoextracton potential of the studied canola plants for the above heavy metals from the polluted soils was very limited. It would take 920, 3,170 and 3,762?years (assuming two crops per year) to reduce the initial soil Zn, Cu and Hg concentrations, respectively, from the most polluted soil concentrations to the 2nd grade thresholds of Chinese national environmental quality standard for soils.  相似文献

The effects on mitochondrial respiratory parameters of heavy metals, such as Cu, Ni, Pb, Cd, Zn, Ag, Hg, were recorded by using thein vitro response of submitochondrial particles (SMP) from beef heart mitochondria.The toxicity of these elements was estimated by determining their effects on the energy-coupled reverse electron transfer (RET), which is induced by ATP and succinate at first site level of the respiratory chain in SMP.The RET rate was easily monitored by recording spectrophotometrically at 340 nm the production of NADH, arising from the reduction of exogenous NAD+ by RET.The toxicity values were expressed as the toxicant molar concentration which decreases the rate of reduction of NAD+ to an extent of 50 percent (EC50). The toxicity increased in the following order: Ni2+2+2+< Cd2+2+2++.The SMP data were compared with the toxicity values obtained from a variety of biological systems currently used for toxicity testing. The results obtained demonstrate that the SMP test generally provides a good estimate of metal toxicity for several fish and invertebrate species. This is demonstrated by the statistical parameters obtained in the regression analysis. The broadened 95% confidence intervals and, in particular, the poor correlations obtained for some aquatic organisms can be ascribed to the more complex metabolic interactions and competing toxic pathways in aquatic organisms, when compared to SMP.  相似文献

The heavy metals Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Hg, Ag, and Zn, and the metalloid As were measured in surface sediments at permanent stations located in the Calcasieu River/Lake Complex. The relationships among metal concentrations in different areas of the system were investigated to determine sources, source strength, and transport. The point-source inputs of heavy metals were assumed to be industrial outfalls (Bayou d'Inde) and sewage outfalls (Bayou d'Inde and Contraband Bayou). Although these inputs have not seriously affected the entire river/lake system, stressed regions exist within each bayou.The background levels of arsenic and heavy metals were: 0.60 (As), 0.3 to 1.4 (Cd), 25 (Cr), 10 (Cu), 15 (Pb), < 0.05 (Hg), 0.07 (Ag), and 40 mg kg–1 (Zn). Stations near sewage outfalls and industrial outfalls had increased metal concentrations above these background levels, but the increases were restricted to the regions near the outfalls. The metals discharged into the bayous were not being transported to the remainder of the river/lake complex.  相似文献

生物结皮广泛存在于沙地生态系统,具有重要的生态功能.通过对位于库布齐沙漠腹地达拉特旗火力发电厂附近沙地中不同年代人工生物结皮及物理结皮中重金属含量的测定,旨在分析不同类型生物结皮及物理结皮在不同的发育阶段对重金属富集的影响和重金属污染的指示程度.通过分析和比较,得出以下结论:不同年代生物结皮和物理结皮各种重金属含量均表现为随着发育时间的增加而增加的趋势,生物结皮重金属含量多数类型表现为:Zn>Cr>Ni>Pb>Cu>As>Co>Cd>Hg的顺序关系,少数类型表现为:Cr>Zn>Ni>Pb>Cu>As>Co>Cd>Hg的顺序关系.通过单因素方差分析(ANOVA),不同年代藓结皮中各种元素差异显著性(P<0.05)明显低于藻结皮和物理结皮.相同年代生物结皮和物理结皮重金属含量都表现为同样地规律:藓结皮>藻结皮>物理结皮,表明相同背景条件下,藓结皮对各种重金属的富集能力明显比藻结皮和物理结皮的富集能力强.通过单因素方差分析(ANOVA),Hg和Ni元素含量在所有相同年代样地的生物结皮和物理结皮均无差异,Cr、Zn、Cu、Co元素含量均存在差异(P<0.05),但差异有的表现在藓结皮和藻结皮之间,而有的表现为藻结皮和物理结皮之间,而Pb、As、Cd元素含量则表现为有的年代有差异,有的年代无差异.通过污染因子CF值分析,藓结皮对污染的指示作用要明显比藻结皮和物理结皮敏感.同时生物结皮对于重金属的富集具有一定的选择性,像Hg、Ni、Zn、Cu、Pb、Co等元素生物结皮相对富集较少,而像Cr、Cd、As等元素相对富集较多.  相似文献

A total of 455 agricultural soil samples from four nonferrous mines/smelting sites in Shaoguan City, China, were investigated for concentrations of 10 heavy metals (As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn). The mean concentrations of the metals were 72.4, 5.16, 13.3, 54.8, 84.5, 1.52, 425, 28.2, 529, and 722 mg kg?1, respectively. The values for As, Cd, Hg, Pb, and Zn were more than 8 and 1.5 times higher than their background values in this region and the limit values of Grade II soil quality standard in China, respectively. Estimated ecological risks based on contamination factors and potential ecological risk factors were also high or very high for As, Cd, Hg, and Pb. Multivariate analysis (Pearson's correlation analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis, and principal component analysis) strongly implied three distinct groups; i.e., As/Cu/Hg/Zn, Co/Cr/Mn/Ni, and Cd/Pb. Local anomalies for As, Cu, Hg, and Zn by a probably anthropogenic source (identified as mining activity), Co, Cr, Mn, and Ni by natural contribution, and a mixed source for Cd and Pb, were identified. This is one of the few studies with a focus on potential sources of heavy metals in agricultural topsoil around mining/smelting sites, providing evidence for establishing priorities in the reduction of ecological risks posed by heavy metals in Southern China and elsewhere.  相似文献

Twenty five water samples were collected along the Taizihe River, the concentration and health risks of Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr and Cd were detected and evaluated, and the pollution sources was analyzed through principal components analyses. The results indicated that the order of average concentration of heavy metals was follows: Pb > Cr > Cu > Zn and Cd. Among that, the concentrations of Zn, Cu and Cr were at the permissible levels, but Pb and Cd exceeded grade V standard at some sites. The concentrations of Zn and Cu in the wet season were significant higher than that in the dry season (p < 0.05), but the average concentrations of Pb, Cr and Cd were not significantly different in the two seasons (p > 0.05). The annual average risks of human health caused by Cd and Cr were 10−3/a and 10−4/a, respectively, which were higher than the recommended maximum acceptable risk level. The human health risk values of Zn, Pb and Cu were all concentrated at 10−8/a or 10−9/a levels, which did not exceed the recommended standard. On the whole, Cd and Cr were the main health risk pollutants of Taizihe River. Pollution sources of Pb was different from other heavy metals in wet and dry season, Cd and Cr were similar in the wet and dry season. The mainly pollution source of heavy metals was industry, especially mining, metal smelting and electroplating industry.  相似文献

It is known that permeability of the inner mitochondrial membrane is low to most univalent cations (K+, Na+, H+) but high to Tl+. Swelling, state 4, state 3, and 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP)-stimulated respiration as well as the membrane potential (ΔΨmito) of rat liver mitochondria were studied in media containing 0–75 mM TlNO3 either with 250 mM sucrose or with 125 mM nitrate salts of other monovalent cations (KNO3, or NaNO3, or NH4NO3). Tl+ increased permeability of the inner mitochondrial membrane to K+, Na+, and H+, that was manifested as stimulation of the swelling of nonenergized and energized mitochondria as well as via an increase of state 4 and dissipation of ΔΨmito. These effects of Tl+ increased in the order of sucrose <K+ <Na+ ≤ NH4+. They were stimulated by inorganic phosphate and decreased by ADP, Mg2+, and cyclosporine A. Contraction of energized mitochondria, swollen in the nitrate media, was markedly inhibited by quinine. It suggests participation of the mitochondrial K+/H+ exchanger in extruding of Tl+-induced excess of univalent cations from the mitochondrial matrix. It is discussed that Tl+ (like Cd2+ and other heavy metals) increases the ion permeability of the inner membrane of mitochondria regardless of their energization and stimulates the mitochondrial permeability transition pore in low conductance state. The observed decrease of state 3 and DNP-stimulated respiration in the nitrate media resulted from the mitochondrial swelling rather than from an inhibition of respiratory enzymes as is the case with the bivalent heavy metals.  相似文献

为探讨金毛狗[Cibotium barometz(L.) J. Sm.]对重金属的富集能力,在广东省选取6个样点(南岭、南昆山、白云山、大岭山、梧桐山、西樵山)采集金毛狗的叶片、根状茎和根际土壤,采用ICP-MS测定9种重金属元素(Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb)的含量。结果表明,样地土壤已受到不同程度的重金属污染,土壤中Cd和Hg含量均高于广东省土壤背景值,分别为背景值的1.61~4.82倍和4.74~11.79倍。西樵山土壤中Cd含量最大,南岭土壤中Hg含量最大。在9种元素中,金毛狗对Hg的转运系数最高,达4.8,对Cd的富集系数最高,达2.2,Cu和Cd元素的转运系数和富集系数均大于1。这说明金毛狗对重金属元素的富集能力较弱而转运能力较强。  相似文献

It has been found that Sr2+, La3+ Mn2+ (10-50 microM) inhibit Ca2+ transport into mitochondria in a competitive manner. Cd2+ ions show the mixed type inhibition of this transport. The inhibitory constants (Ki, microM) of the metals cations effect on Ca2+ transport increases in such a sequence: La3+ (2,11), Cd2+ (10,36), Mn2+ (49,29), Sr2+ (66,43). The metals cations inhibitory effect has an insignificant dependence on their ionic radii. But it is good correlated with the series of metals cations, based on the stability constants of their complexes with acetate (r = -0.96), aspartic (r = -0.91) and glutaminic acids and their hydratation enthalpy (r = -0.78). These data reveal that hydratation of metals cations and their interaction with carboxyles of Ca(2+)-uniporter plays an important role in the process of Ca2+ transport into mitochondrial matrix space and its inhibition by the metals cations. The mixed type inhibition of mitochondrial Ca2+ uptake by Cd2+ seems to be caused by the partial de-energization of mitochondria owing to Cd2+ interaction with SH-containing respiratory chain components and pore-forming ligands of mitochondrial membrane.  相似文献

We compared action of Cd(2+), Hg(2+), and Cu(2+) on isolated rat liver mitochondria in the absence of added Ca(2+) and P(i). The heavy-metal ions produced dose-dependently: (1) enhanced membrane permeabilization manifested in mitochondrial swelling and activation of basal respiration, (2) inhibition of uncoupler-stimulated respiration, and (3) membrane potential dissipation. Among the metals, Cu(2+) exhibited maximal stimulatory effect on basal respiration and minimal inhibitory action on DNP-uncoupled respiration whilst Cd(2+) promoted the strongest depression of uncoupled respiration and the largest swelling in NH(4)NO(3) medium. Toxic heavy metal contamination in Chinese edible herbs has raised a worldwide concern. In this study, heavy metals in Epimedii Folium, an edible medicinal plant in China, were quantitatively analyzed. Variations of heavy metals in different species, in various organs (i.e., leaves, stems, and roots), in wild-growing and cultivated plants, and in 35 market samples of Epimedii Folium, were systematically investigated. In all of Epimedium samples, Hg (mercury) was not detectable (0.00 μg/g). Four species, Epimedium pubescens, Epimedium sagittatum, Epimedium brevicornu, and Epimedium wushanense, were found to contain Cu (copper) and Pb (lead). And contents of Cu and Pb in E. brevicornu were significantly higher than those in other species (P < 0.01). In wild-growing and cultivated Epimedium plants, Cd (cadmium) and As (arsenic) were not detectable, and concentrations of Cu and Pb in wild-growing plants were significantly higher than those in cultivated plants (P < 0.01). Cd was not detectable in leaves, roots, and stems, while organ specificity was apparent in the distribution of Cu, As, and Pb. And the highest levels of Cu and Pb were observed in roots and leaves, respectively. In Chinese markets, several samples of Epimedii Folium contained excessive Cu, Cd, As, and Pb beyond the national permissible limits. In summary, there was a large variation of heavy metals among Epimedii Folium samples, and Cu and Pb were the most important heavy metals contaminating the edible medicinal plant. Application of Epimedii Folium to drug and food industries will need to focus more on toxic heavy metal contamination.  相似文献
